Roma target Manchester United ace Juan Mata as Riyad Mahrez transfer stalls - Duration: 1:51.

Roma target Manchester United ace Juan Mata as Riyad Mahrez transfer stalls

Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata is a shock target for Serie A giants Roma, according to reports in Italy. Eusebio Di Francescos side sold Mohamed Salah to Liverpool earlier this summer and had identified Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez as a replacement.

However, the Algerian wants to stay in England and Craig Shakespeare confirmed on Wednesday that he was targeting a move to one of the Premier Leagues top six sides.

Roma have budgeted around £30million to spend on a forward and Corriere dello Sport claim Mata has emerged as an alternative for Mahrez.

The Spaniard was linked with an exit from Old Trafford upon Jose Mourinhos appointment last summer but he remained a key figure at the club last season.

Mata scored the winner in Uniteds 2-1 win against Sampdoria on Wednesday and has a year to run on his existing deal at the club, though United have the option to trigger an extra year.

The Red Devils have made three signings so far this summer but are targeting Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic as their final deal.

Jose Mourinho insists hes content with his sides summer business but would be much happier with a fourth signing, though its unlikely that he would sanction Matas departure even if Perisic arrives.

New UN resolution on N. Korea could come 'within days' as U.S. and China close to agreement - Duration: 0:48.

The United States is seeking a way to BAN North Korea... from attending an upcoming

security forum in the Philippines... as Washington tries to further isolate the regime.

The U.S. State Department also said it would push China and other Asian countries to "galvanize"

pressure on Pyongyang.

Yu Joonhee reports.

The U.S. State Department will hold talks to determine if the invitation of North Korea

to the ASEAN Regional Forum in Manila can be revoked.

The move is seen as Washington's latest effort,... to further isolate Pyongyang diplomatically,

and force the regime to abandon its nuclear and missile programs.

The U.S. says the regime's latest activities... violate the conflict-prevention aims of the

security forum,... and therefore North Korea should be excluded from participating.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will be in attendance... although there are no plans

for him to meet North Korea's foreign minister Ri Yong-ho , who is also scheduled to be there...

at least for now.

Pyongyang's top diplomat is likely to face a tough crowd even if he does manage to attend,...

with the U.S. pressing other countries to minimize their contact and exchanges with

the envoy.

The U.S. says it expects to hear a "chorus of condemnation" against the North, for its

recent provocations.

However, Tillerson did appear to reassure Pyongyang earlier this week that the U.S.

was not seeking a regime change...

while trying to persuade North Korea to lay down its nuclear and missile armaments through

peaceful means.

Over in Beijing, China's foreign minister Wang Yi urged all parties, to refrain from

ratcheting up tensions ahead of the weekend meeting.

While China has been generally supportive of tougher sanctions on North Korea, it has

also pushed for dialogue and mutual de-escalation, by both Pyongyang and Washington.

Arsenal handed get boost in chase for Thomas Lemar as he tells Monaco he wants to join Gunners - Duration: 5:08.

Arsenal handed get boost in chase for Thomas Lemar as he tells Monaco he wants to join Gunners this summer

THOMAS LEMAR has told Monaco he wants to join Arsenal, according to reports in France. The Gunners have been chasing the talented 21-year-old all summer after being priced out of a move for Lemars team-mate Kylian Mbappe.

Thomas Lemar could be a step nearer to joining Arsenal after reportedly telling Monaco he wants to leave.

Arsene Wenger must offload a host of players before shelling out more money to bring Thomas Lemar to the Emirates.

And fans of the North London outfit will be delighted to hear that the midfielder wants out at Monaco – with the French champions already lining up his replacement.

The club are making moves for Rachid Ghezzal, who is available on a free transfer after being released by Lyon. But if Lemar exits the Principality, it will be another exit that wont go down too well with their fans.

Benjamin Mendy and Bernardo Silva have made big-money moves to Manchester City, while Tiemoue Bakayoko joined Chelsea. And with Mbappe still being courted by a whole host of clubs, including Barcelona and Real Madrid, Monacos force has certainly being weakened.

But Arsenal have some work to do before they can move in for £45m-rated Lemar.

Thomas Lemar has lit up the French League, and now may wish to do the same in the Premier League.

Alexandre Lacazette has made the move from Ligue 1 to the Premier League, setting the trend.

At least seven Gunners players have been put on the market this summer by the Arsene Wenger after already splashing £44million on Alexandre Lacazette.

Jack Wilshere, David Ospina, Kieran Gibbs, Carl Jenkinson, Lucas Perez, Calum Chambers and Mathieu Debuchy may all need to leave the club in order for a deal for Lemar to go through.

All players have been linked with moves away from the Emirates this summer, but are yet to leave.

So far, Wenger has only been able to sell Wojciech Szczesny – as he left for Juventus following a two-year loan stint at Serie A side Roma. Thomas Lemar looks to have become Arsene Wengers next big cash buy.

Thomas Lemar: The Guadeloupe-born Monaco star Arsenal want Thomas Lemar was born in Baie-Mahault, Guadeloupe, on 12 November 1995 The winger began his youth career at Solidarite Scolaire before joining Caen in 2010.

In 2013 he broke into the first team at Caen, before Monaco snapped him up in 2015.

The 21-year-old is rated highly by the national team and has played for the U17s, U18s, U19s, U20s and U21s before appearing in the senior side.

He made his France debut in 15 November in 2016 after appearing as a sub in a 0-0 friendly against the Ivory Coast.

Lemar won his first piece of silverware with Monaco last season after they were crowned Ligue 1 champions. Think Lemar could be a fantasy football hit? Sign up here.

Now, with news that Barcelona are set to sign Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho – despite a second, world-record £89. 5m bid being rejected – Arsenal face more issues.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has now entered the race for Monaco star Lemar and could have plenty of funds to play with should their "Little Magician" leave.

Monaco star who is Arsenal boss Arsene Wengers top target this summer. but is Thomas Lemar worth the money?.

Why Trump Claiming Ownership Of Markets May Not Be As Crazy At I - Duration: 5:54.

Why Trump Claiming Ownership Of "Markets" May Not Be As Crazy At It Seems

by Tyler Durden

I want to pose something which I know currently flies in the face of what many (and of those

many, many I respect immensely) are currently cautioning the President against.

i.e., Claiming credit for the current rise and new lifetime highs in the markets.

As of this writing the Dow is within spitting distance of (once again) topping the previous

never-before-seen-in-human-history-all-time-high, setting the new benchmark at 22,000.

(By the time I publish it may be a fate accompli)

Many are calling for caution when it comes to the President taking credit implying this

seemingly great win could end up being nothing more than a boat anchor around

his reputation should the markets falter, turning a once worthy accolade into the proverbial

kiss of death signaling the scapegoating to begin in earnest.

Not only is there a lot of merit in that argument, I would also agree with it wholeheartedly

if not for just one thing.

The President himself, and his long history of how he frames both arguments for accolades,

as well as eschews (as in publicly lambaste) those who question his perceived accomplishments.

All one has to do is look at his past performances on both TV, and in public, and its there.

Again, the clues are everywhere, and hes been doing it for decades.

i.e., I believe this is nothing new.

Its only new to the current political mayhem.

Why I bring this up is in respect to one of the Presidents most recent tweets.

To wit:

I would like to bring your attention to the one thing in which he is absolutely both defining,

as well as being correct with.

And it is this: Was 18,000 only 6 months ago on Election Day.

Mainstream media seldom mentions!

At first blush this appears to be a WellDuh! type statement.

However, if you think about how one would use the above as to frame that Duh

observation into a sword-and-shield for defense against the possible torch-and-pitchfork bearing

hordes should the markets falter?

Defining the message, terms, all while taking credit in a believable construct isnt

as crazy as it first appears.

Especially if you can not only evade the horde, but possibly redirect their anger away from

you and onto another.

i.e., Welcome to Machiavelli 101.

I dont know if Im right or wrong.

And theres always the chance for over-reach, or claiming credit (even if justified) at

the wrong time.

Only time will tell as the events unfold.

As always, we shall see.

Or, as the tweets arrive.

I am still of the opinion this framing (if thats what it turns out to be) is being

put into the public arena for use as a foil against the Fed (along with congress) when

the effects of their current policy moves begin to exert themselves when the hopium

trade that has been incessant since the election (precisely what Trump is claiming credit for)

evaporates, when its self-evident every piece of legislation that propelled the hopium

trade is understood not just to be DOA, but dead and buried.

I made the case as to why the Scaramucci appointment should give the Fed.

concern for it might be covertly signaling exactly how that argument might be framed

and used, because of Mr. Scaramuccis background.

Just because he is now been replaced doesnt change how I still believe Mr. Trump might

fight the supposed accusations (e.g., get the blame) should the markets begin

tumbling.

Itll just now be with different players, but that premise remains.

Just as reminder let me repost the chart I used.

To wit:

To reiterate: The past 6 months rise in the markets has been on nothing more than

a hopium trade of what was presumed to be a slam-dunk of Obamacare repeal, meaningful

tax relief, and infrastructure spending.

And for this point needs to be pounded into that discussion: All in direct contrast,

and opposition, to the resulting effects that would normally be taking place with the Fed.

embarking on a tightening schedule, along with balance sheet reduction, into ever deteriorating

data for a supposedly data dependent body.

i.e., The case can be made the only reason why were here is The Trump Bump.

Period.

When it comes to that second line in the Presidents tweet: Is he wrong about the media seldom

mentions?

Hint: Think back to all those former record highs represented at the top edge of the

highlighted box in the above chart.

How many times over those two years did the media incessantly state (especially the mainstream

media cabal of business/financial news shows) Another Record High! Now look

at the monikerd Trump Bump progression.

Nearly every week, if not day, and the reaction?

Congress, along with the Fed. (in my opinion) are the ones who should be worrying if this

market indeed begins to falter.

Unlike the President I dont believe they have the argument to stand on that he

has.

I also believe many are unwittingly claiming credit for stopping things which have

far more potential to blow-up in their own faces than they are calculating.

And the most explosive tool at the Presidents disposal is one they believe is unassailable.

e.g., Their own words.

As always we shall see.

Or, as the tweets tell us.

Arsenal transfer news: Olivier Giroud still an Everton target as Ronald Koeman says he wants TWO - Duration: 3:06.

Olivier Giroud still an Everton target as Ronald Koeman says he wants TWO more attackers before the end of the transfer window

RONALD KOEMAN wants to add another TWO forwards to his Everton frontline. And Olivier Giroud is believed to still his main striker target once he completes the £50million signing of Swansea midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson. Olivier Giroud remains Evertons main striker target.

Ronald Koeman says he wants to sign another two attackers this summer. Iceland star Siggy, 27, will clinch his move to Goodison over the weekend after Swans boss Paul Clement admitted he wants the deal wrapped up.

Koeman still has plenty of starlets who could play in attack – as Dominic Calvert-Lewin showed with his Europa League winner against Ruzomberok. But Koeman wants a No9 to play with Siggy and Wayne Rooney.

And Giroud has been a Toffees target all summer after rejecting a move to Lyon when Alexandre Lacazette signed for the Gunners from the Ligue 1 side.

When asked if he was still targeting a striker, Koeman was clear he wants to strengthen up front.

He said: "We need two more front players because if you count the players and count the numbers, we lost somebody and we brought somebody in. We like more competition and that explanation is not so difficult.

Giroud faces plenty of time on the bench if he stays at Arsenal.

Swansea playmaker Gylfi Sigurdsson is set to sign for £50m over the coming days. Rooney struggled against the Slovakian minnows in both legs of their European qualifier.

And he was eclipsed by Toffees youngsters last night, with Tom Davies looking their most dangerous player before Calvert-Lewins winner. Sandro Ramirez started in attack with Rooney before the Spaniard was subbed for Calvert-Lewin with 20 minutes to go.

Despite the prospect of having Giroud, Rooney, Sandro and Siggy all competing for places in his forward line, Koeman insists that Calvert-Lewin could still clinch a place.

The Toffees boss switched from a back four in the first leg to a 3-4-1-2 formation in the second. The Dutchman said: Maybe Dominic feels a bit more comfortable as one of two strikers.

Wayne Rooney has struggled in his first two competitive games back with Everton. Hes strong, hes fast and he scored a great goal.

It was a physical game and 90 minutes that the players needed. We are through to the next round and Im really happy..

Everton will now find out who they face in a two-leg play-off tie on Wednesday – when they will avoid seeded sides such as AC Milan and Athletic Bilbao.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been backed by Koeman to play his part this season. Koeman added: This competition has always been important for me.

I like to be in Europe – its important for our experience. Its good for the club, the players and the fans. Its not easy to reach the group stages but we will do everything to get there.

Two victories, two clean sheets and I think we were better defensively tonight than we were last week. But we know that we can and need to improve in our ball possession. We need to create more than we did..

England beat Venezuela 1-0 in the Under-20 World Cup final after a Dominic Calvert-Lewin first half goal.

Solar farming is growing as option for producing renewable energy - Duration: 4:58.

The need for clean, renewable energy is ever increasing.

That's why a growing number of people are trying to convert their land to solar farms,

generating power instead of produce.

Oh Jung-hee brings to light the benefits reaped as well as the side effects and the challenges

faced by farmers who try their hands on this unique diversification.

Standing at the center of the Korean government's nuclear-free, low-carbon energy plan... is

a need to increase the production and supply of renewable, clean energy... from the current

4-point-8 percent to 20-percent by 2030.

Solar farming -- producing electricity at farms that aren't in use -- is a much discussed

possible solution.

Because 10-percent of Korea's farmland is left idle and installing solar panels doesn't

harm the farms' ecosystem... farms are quickly becoming places of electricity generation.

Additional profit from selling solar energy also helps farmers earn more.

"This farm has solar panels installed quite high above the ground,... distanced from each

other to minimize their impact on the growth of rice plants below."

Farmer Jung Ki-seop manages two farms of the same size, but one with solar panels and the

other without.

It's been a month and a half since he planted the rice crops... and he says, he can already

see that installing solar panels above rice plants doesn't necessarily lead to a large

drop in total yield.

"I was really suspicious at first because installing solar panels would make shade.

I was worried.

But, as I now compare the rice plants below the solar panels with those not under the

panels... they both grow well.

In fact, those under the solar panels grow better."

The farm fulfills its role in producing sufficient electricity, though the amount could differ

depending on weather each day.

The target amount is 350 kilowatt hours a day... and the farm produced over 500 kilowatt

hours of electricity the day before we had visited.

"All plants have a light saturation point, for rice its 70-percent.

That means only 70-percent of the sunlight helps rice plants to grow, and the excess

sunlight doesn't help much.

So our idea is to use the remaining 30-percent to produce solar energy."

Solar farming can be an attractive option for farmers, but it could cause problems if

it draws in too many farmers and too much land,... possibly leading to food security

concerns and even conflicts between those farmers who earn more through solar farming

and those who don't.

So experts suggest learning from Japan's case: letting farmers continue with solar farming

ONLY IF they maintain their crop yield at over 80-percent of their original yield.

And regional bodies should also play a pivotal role to bring the benefits of solar farming

equally to everyone.

"If solar farming is to work, then the residents and the regional bodies will all have to participate.

Residents should invest together and the regional governments will have to provide direct or

indirect financial assistance to make sure they and their residents receive fair amount

of profits."

Solar farming is only in its early stages in Korea,... and the Korean government is

considering allowing the building of renewable energy facilities at farming-only areas.

A clear plan on that is wanted as soon as possible... to maximize the benefits of solar

farming and to tackle any concerns.

Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.

Arsenal transfer news: Arsenal striker Lucas Perez hands in formal transfer request as he eyes - Duration: 2:24.

Arsenal striker Lucas Perez hands in formal transfer request as he eyes switch away to end his Emirates hell

ARSENAL star Lucas Perez has handed in a formal transfer request as he looks to escape his nightmare at the Emirates.

The Spaniard looks to be forcing a move away from the Gunners but they are refusing to let him leave for anything less than their £13. Lucas Perez has handed in a formal transfer request.

The Gunners have set a price tag of £13. 4million. His agent has confirmed his client has handed in a transfer request to leave the club after struggling for game time under Arsene Wenger.

The striker is seeking regular first-team football after scoring seven goals in 21 appearances for Arsenal last season. And following the £52m arrival of Alexandre Lacazette, the 28-year-old appears to have slipped further down the pecking order.

The former Deportivo La Coruna stars agent, Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle, believes Arsenals price tag is too steep. He told Goal: €15m (£13. 4m) is an expensive price.

"Lucas wants to go to the World Cup and be happy at a place where he has opportunities to play.

The striker scored seven goals in 21 appearances last season.

Lucas Perez has ambitions of featuring for Spain at the World Cup.

Perezs agent insists the wantaway striker is looking to feature for Spain at the 2018 World Cup in Russia – but he is yet to represent his nation so far in his career.

The former PAOK star has been linked with a number of clubs including a return to Deportivo and Turkish giants Fenerbahce. Newcastle are the latest club to be linked with Perez, with Rafa Benitez keen on signing his fellow countryman.

Wenger has pleaded with the forward to stay at the Emirates but he will be willing to accept an offer if the price is right.

Lucas Perez reportedly wants to return to Spain to boost his international chances.

Arsene Wenger has previously pleaded with the forward to stay.   Lucas Perez scores an amazing volley for Arsenal against Bournemouth.

Nikki Grahame is praised as "brave" and "amazing" after heartbreaking In Therapy episode airs

Former Big Brother star Nikki Grahame opened up during an emotional counselling session on Channel 5s In Therapy tonight.

Despite admitting on Lorraine earlier today (August 3) that she was apprehensive about the process, and allowing others to see it, she ultimately revealed that the therapy brought her so much clarity.

The therapy itself explored Nikkis painful childhood and her history of eating disorders, with Nikki explaining that her anorexia was a comfort to her.

I always found that the lower my weight was, the louder the voice was in my ear, she said. The voice thats telling me to self-destruct.

Its a comfort, its my companion. Its something thats there for me whenever I need it. And its something Im very good at..

The sessions also explored how Nikki grew up in and out of hospitals as she received treatment for her eating disorder and discussed how she felt let down by the life that was waiting for her when she left the institutions.

It was a huge letdown, she explained. I had no friends, I had no life, no social skills, how to act outside of institutions. I had no education, couldnt get a job.

Nikki then credited Big Brother for giving her character, and argued that she never would have done the series if not for her illness.

I think one thing that the anorexias given me in all the years of trauma – I regret it, I do, but I dont think Id have done Big Brother if I hadnt have done it, she added.

And I wanted to show everyone that I could do something. Id been through such a hard time, but Id survived it and lived to tell the story. I knew itd be like home to me..

She continued: I think its given me my character. I dont care what people say or what they think – not as much as most people. I just think lifes too short..

The heartbreaking sessions led many viewers to praise Nikki as brave, calling her amazing for opening up about such a difficult history on screen:.

#Chelsea eye Premier League winner as Nemanja Matic replacement - Duration: 7:17.

Chelsea eye Premier League winner as Nemanja Matic replacement

Chelsea are looking to sign Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater as a replacement for Nemanja Matic who joined rivals Manchester United, according to Sky Sports.

Manager Antonio Conte is looking to add depth to his teams midfield and the Premier League winners industry provides him with an interesting option. - In case you didnt know.

This will really be a shrewd acquisition for Chelsea. - Whats the story?.

Drinkwater was an integral part of the midfield which was responsible for winning Leicester City the Premier League title back in 2015-16.

The England international built a telepathic understanding with the then Leicester midfielder NGolo Kanté, which was the bedrock for their wonderful campaign.

Last season though, the 27-year-old struggled with niggles and didnt have the impact expected of him.

- The heart of the matter.

There is no doubt that replacing Matic with Drinkwater is not too exciting a prospect but with the duo of Kanté and Tiémoué Bakayoko likely to start, Conte needs a trusted lieutenant in case he needs to rest one of the two.

Danny provides Premier League know-how and has different qualities than the players that are on the books of the reigning Premier League champions.

His passing ability is quite underrated, and if given the opportunity he might happily jump ship, as Leicester City arent really expected to challenge for major honours this season.

The 3-4-3 formation which Chelsea employed last season needs two defensive midfielders, and Cesc Fabregas, Kanté and Bakayoko undoubtedly fill the space.

However, the Blues will be expected to challenge on all fronts this season which means four different competitions.

Given the former Italy manager has opted to sell Nathaniel Chalobah (£5m, Watford) and loan out Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Crystal Palace), he will be short on numbers if one (or more) among the three gets injured during the season.

Drinkwater is the perfect answer to that problem, and Leicester City could part with his services given the resurgence of Matty James.

In the glitz and glamour of the Premier League, a move for Drinkwater might be frowned upon, but make no mistake the England midfielder has the potential to be a perfect squad player.

The former Manchester United man might be a shrewd buy given the Premier League season starts in two weeks, and there might not be time for Chelsea to get an upgrade.

Also, the money they might save if they buy the England international can be invested in procuring wingbacks. In short, not a lot can go wrong.

Joy for Arsenal fans as Alexis Sanchez kisses badge and Arsene Wenger insists: 'He will stay'

ALEXIS SANCHEZS looks like he is going nowhere after he was filmed KISSING the Arsenal badge and Arsene Wenger insisted: He will stay.

The forwards contract expires next summer and it was thought if the Gunners cannot tie him down on a new deal, they would cash in on the in-demand star.

Alexis with a cheeky kiss of the badge? pic. twitter. com/QszBAJIiMS — Simon Collings (@sr_collings) August 3, 2017  . Alexis Sanchez SURELY staying now. Arsenals best business of the window. pic.twitter.com/GRi1EejZQd — Tom Olver (@TomOlver1) August 3, 2017  .

Sanchez was linked with a move to PSG but as they are closing in on a sensational £198million move for Neymar he has looked more likely to join Manchester City.

Earlier this week Sanchez returned to training and is now working with the first-team squad after initially being forced to train on his own.

In a clip that emerged today he can be seen on the training field alongside fellow contract rebel Mesut Ozil. And as the pair exchanged words, Sanchez grabbed hold of his training top to kiss the badge as Ozil watched on.

To add to the evidence which suggests he is staying in North London, another image appeared on social media of Sanchez posing for his walk-on shots in an Arsenal shirt. It came as Arsene Wenger insisted the unsettled Chilean is going nowhere.

Alexis Sanchez looks as though he is staying at Arsenal.

Alexis Sanchez has returned to training with the first-team.

Alexis Sanchez was pictured laughing with Arsene Wenger in training.

He said today: My decision is clear, he will stay. He will accept that.

The frame of mind of a footballer is quite easy – once you go out into the game, you focus on that. (He is) good, you can see it in training.

He needs to work on his fitness but he is sharp and looks like he has never been away. I think he will be here for this season. If we manage to do it for more seasons we will..

Arsene Wenger says it is ideal his stars have a year left on their contracts.   Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger talks about Alexis Sanchezs return and Arsenals pre-season.

Sanchez appears to be in high spirits in pre-season and was seen laughing with Arsene Wenger in training yesterday. Sanchez, Ozil, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere all have just a year remaining on their current deals.

Asked if he was happy for Ozil to run down his £140,000-a-week deal, Wenger said: "Yes. It is not an issue and I think it's an ideal situation because everyone has to perform.

"It should not change if you have two years or one year left, you go out on the pitch.

"I don't understand, do you really think you sit in the dressing room before a game and you think, 'Oh I have only one year left to go so I will not play well today?'.

Keep up to date with all the latest news, gossip, rumours and done deals in SunSport's live transfer blog. "Where does this come from? And what has that got to do with the length of your contract?.

"And even if it happens that a player leaves it doesn't matter. It looks normal to me and I am amazed you are surprised at that.

"I think in the future you will see this more and more – because transfer fees become so high, but it will happen because nobody will want to pay the amount of money demanded.

"I'm convinced that in the next ten years this will become the usual thing.   Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists stars such as Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil playing with just a year left on contracts is 'ideal'.

Gnar vs Riven Matchup Guide [ACTIVATE SUBTITLES FOR INFORMATIONS] - How to play vs Riven as Gnar - Duration: 32:59.

Starting Dorans Shield vs. Riven is essential! Do it!

Fake pulling with Rage so they don't know where Seju started. Taking one hit so it looks real.

When in lane I keep my distance and don't try to harass her right away. That would be really dangerous because she outtrades me hard Level 1.

Once she uses all 3 of her Q's I can go in, because Rivens Q has a 13 second CD on Level 1 (without CDR)

But I don't want to go past my caster minions... just to be safe.

Here I didn't need to run away because if she wanted to fight me, the fresh wave would help me attack her. Without her E or W to drop the aggro I'd win that trade.

When Level 2 is about to happen you should stay all the way back. A good flash combo by her can ruin the lane for you.

I don't skill my W or E right away. I wait until I see what she took. Riven E = skill W, Riven W = skill E

Here she took E to avoid harass, so I take my W to harass her.

When Riven takes W Level 2 that means she wants to set up a gank or play aggressive, which means you NEED your E to be safe

As you could see there, her Q's are down, I go aggressive.

Now I can go aggressive because I have a lot of minions on my side. If she decides to fight me in here, she loses hard.

I need to push the wave under the tower, otherwise Maokai can gank me easily

I was too close, she still had 2 Q's and her W ready to fight me, so I jumped away.

Q's are down... Proc your Hyper!

Keeping my distance and only going close to do the last hit while Riven has her CD's ready.

Using Q to farm so I don't need to go close for an AA

She used her first Q, so I know I can harass her in a few seconds. Positioning accordingly

Again. Way more minions = I can play a little more aggressive because they'll help me in a fight.

I lost my boomerang .... Q___Q

Was thinking about TP'ing but my bot lane was too low and Seju was top side

While she is under tower you can harass her quite often. She has to decide between damaging you (if she does, she loses minions and you just pot and heal back up) or farming and taking damage. WIN WIN situation.

I overreacted a little here. She had cooldowns so I could've stood still and fight her.

She used her Q's and didn't get to me... so I can punish her

Bad call by her to still try and fight. She has nothing ready and I am about to transform.

Getting a free backport here by pushing under tower and then backing. The wave will push to my side no matter what Riven does.

I am going for a quick Mallet because I want the 700 HP to survive Riven's burst.

Muting flaming people so I can concentrate on my gameplay... you should do that too ;)

So here I would've lost the trade, but she has cooldowns and I can chase her down. My mega is on the way too so I have nothing to fear.

She used 2 of her 3 Q's to farm, only the last one to attack me. BAD!

But sadly I fuck up :D

Canceling the TP because that fight was completely lost already.

She missed all of her Q's so I can go aggressive.

or at least could've ;)

I know she tries to back so I go and tilt her a little bit.

Tabi's are great vs. Riven ... so you should take it if you feel like she can still duel you

She used all Q's -> go in

Now I am about to transform and I have my ult ready, so I can easily fight her without waiting for her to use her Q's.

And now the lane is over for her... have fun! :)

Solar farming is growing as option for producing renewable energy - Duration: 4:56.

New UN resolution on N. Korea could come 'within days' as U.S. and China close to agreement - Duration: 0:43.

The UN Security Council is said to be close to agreeing on new North Korea sanctions,...

and a vote could come within days.

The British, French and Japanese ambassadors to the UN said they are hoping for a speedy

vote, and that the U.S. and China are close to an agreement on a draft resolution.

They have been working on it for several weeks... since Pyongyang fired its first ICBM on July

4th.

However, one significant obstacle remains -- Russia's UN ambassador noted on Thursday

that his side is yet to be involved in the formal discussions.

Russia is one of the five nations that have the power to veto the resolution, and there

are concerns their current poor relations with the U.S. could hamper negotiations.

Demetri Mitchell and Scott McTominay have been billed as the future of Manchester United… - Duration: 4:06.

Demetri Mitchell and Scott McTominay have been billed as the future of Manchester United… but just who are the young pair?

JOSE MOURINHO has revealed he is ready to promote Manchester United youth star Scott McTominay to the first-team for the 2017-18 season.

The 20-year-old impressed the Special One this summer during the clubs tour of the USA and could see action for the club next season. Scott McTominay looks set to be promoted to Man Uniteds first-team squad.

Demetri Mitchell also looks to have a bright future at Old Trafford. Along with Demetri Mitchell, also 20, the future of Man United appears to be bright.

But just who are the talented young duo? Find out everything you need to know about the pair below….

THE midfielder has been in the Man United set-up since 2002 – when he was just five years old. A tall central midfielder, McTominay has enjoyed an incredible rise through the youth ranks since 2015.

However, despite making waves there were worries at Old Trafford he was too short to make it at the club.   How Will Man United resolve their defensive crisis in their Champions League opener.

Scott McTominay is a real presence in the middle of the park at 6ft 4ins.

A growth spurt means McTominay now comes in at a rangy 6ft 4ins and a real presence in the middle of the park - particularly appealing for Mourinho given his newfound tendency to sign taller players.

He broke into the Under-23 side in the 2015-16 season, starting 17 games games in the PL2 last term.

An aggressive player, McTominay is seen as a genuine box-to-box star, willing to do the dirty work in defence, or charge into the opposition area.

He has an eye for goal too, deployed as a striker for the reserves during an injury crisis.

The midfielder has continually displayed a great eye for the pass - which allowed his to play in two senior Premier League games last term. Scott McTominay still needs to learn how to use his size in his favour.

However, McTominay is not yet the complete article, as doubts over his physicality still linger.

He struggles to use his natural advantage against smaller opposition - no doubt due to the rather belated growth spurt - which impacts his ability at both ends.

While McTominays passing statistics always look good, his inability to play the killer ball is also seen as a detriment amongst the United set-up, who see him as too safe a player.

That said, those minor negatives are easy to tweak - particularly under the leadership of someone like Mourinho.

Demetri Mitchell could be the answer at left-back for Manchester United. MITCHELL is another young star to have made an impact at senior level - as he put in a superb performance against Crystal Palace in his first-team debut.

Another player to come from Fletcher Moss Rangers - along with Marcus Rashford - the early signs look good for Mitchell.

The left-back has represented England at Under-16, 17, 18 and 20 level - making 28 youth international appearances in total - including a starring role at the 2017 Toulon Tournament, won by England.

Mitchell is naturally a left winger, therefore is more than competent in attack - but his strong tackling ability has seen him adapt to a more defensive role superbly.

The youngster is also a set-piece specialist - particularly from 12 yards out - scoring four times from penalties last term for the Under-23s.

Demetri Mitchell kicked-off his career as a left-winger before switching to defence. Mitchell has a massive advantage this season, as Mourinhos options at left-back have left much to be desired.

The Portuguese boss is clearly not a fan of Luke Shaw, while Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind are arguably all out of position when on the left side of defence.

While he has not necessarily been given the promises McTominay has received ahead of the new season, with no new left-backs joining the squad this summer, the spot is arguably up for grabs.

For now at least, Mitchell looks like he is in with a real shout of making a host of first-team appearances in 2017-18.   Manchester United beat LA Galaxy 5-2 on their tour of the USA.

According to Tellymix, the landmark 20th series of the once-hit show opened to an average audience of just 1.8million viewers, down from the 2.4m who tuned in to see last summers launch.

More embarrassingly for Channel 5, 2.1m viewers chose to tune into documentary Old Peoples Home for Four Year Olds over on Channel 4. Channel 5 SWITCH OFF: Viewers have lost interest in CBB.

WENN LOW: Not even telly favourite Emma Willis could boost ratings. This ratings disaster comes after the civilian version of Big Brother was trounced by ITV2 summer smash Love Island in the ratings.

While nearly 3m of us tuned in to see the loved-up antics in the Mallorcan villa, BBs ratings dipped to all-time lows – with some episodes drawing less than 600,000 viewers.

Bosses have pulled out all the stops for this years edition, with a whole host of famous faces heading to the Borehamwood mansion.

WENN WINNER: More tuned in to see Stephen Bear win the show.

Channel 5 EX FILES: Bears ex Jemma has gone in this year.

Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, Ex on the Beach star Jemma Lucy and Shaun Williamson, also known as Barry from EastEnders, have all hit the house. But the series has already been rocked by controversies.

Shauns secret task upon entering, where he had to convince fellow co-stars he was the most nervous housemate, was branded a fail on social media after his earpiece malfunctioned.

WENN BIG NAMES: But Sarah Harding entered CBB to the lowest viewing figures ever. The show also suffered an epic blunder when they played the wrong song for Jemma Lucy before entering the house.

And former Love Island star Paul Danan prompted a house evacuation on its opening night after setting off the fire alarm. Daily Star Online has contacted a spokesperson for Channel 5 for comment.

Prophet Stories for Kids in English | Prophet Yahya (AS) Story | Islamic Kids Stories With Subtitles - Duration: 9:58.

Assalamu Alaikum !

Walaikum Assalam!

Are you ready for the story of the Prophet my son?

Yes Baba, I always am!

Alright, lets not waste time.

Insha Allah, I will tell you the story of Prophet Yahya (as) today

Bismillah

The Story of Prophet Yahya (as)

Yahya (as) was the son of Prophet Zachariah (as).

His birth was a miracle because he was born of a barren mother, and an aged father.

In the previous episode, we saw how Zechariah prayed for a son earnestly.

Allah responded to his prayers, and soon the angels arrived with a good news!

They informed the Prophet that Allah himself has named the child as Yahya.

When the Prophet asked for a sign,

the angels said that he will not be able to talk for the next three days!

Zachariah (as) could not talk for the next three days, just like the angels told him.

He had to communicate using gestures during that period!

After a few months, the Prophet was blessed with a baby boy.

He named the boy Yahya (as).

Even as a child, Yahya (as) was unlike any other kids.

In a world where children used to amuse themselves,

Yahya (as) was serious all the time.

Most children took delight in torturing animals,

but the young Prophet was merciful to them.

He fed the animals from His food,

and he ate the fruit or leaves of trees!

Yahya (as) loved reading books since childhood.

When He grew up, Allah the exalted called upon him.

"Oh Yahya, hold fast to the Torah" He said

Allah (swt) blessed him with wisdom even as a child!

Yahya (as) soon became the wisest and most knowledgeable man during that time.

Soon, Allah blessed him with abilities to pass judgements on people's affairs!

He interpreted the secrets of religion,

he guided the people on to the right path,

and warned them of evil.

By the time He reached his maturity,

his compassion for people and animals increased greatly.

He called the people to repent the sins

Once it so happened that Zachariah (as)

and His wife went searching for Yahya (as)

who had been missing for many days.

They kept searching,

and finally found the young Prophet at the banks of Jordan river.

When they found Him,

they were taken aback by His devotion to Allah(swt).

On another occasion,

Prophet Zachariah (as)

went searching for his son

who didn't come home for three days.

He then found Him sitting in a grave,

which He had dug himself.

Zachariah (as) was surprised to see the Young Prophet weeping.

"My Son" The old Prophet said

"I had been searching for you everywhere!"

"Why are you sitting in this grave and weeping?"

He asked Him

"O father" the young Prophet answered.

"Didn't you tell me that the span between Paradise and Hell

can be crossed only by the tears of weepers?

The old Prophet was surprised to hear the wisdom of his son.

"Weep then, my son"

He said to Him,

and they wept together!

They say that Yahya (as) wept so much that tears marked His cheeks!

Yahya (as) found comfort in the open,

and never cared about food.

He sometimes ate grass, leaves and herbs as well

He slept anywhere in the mountains of holes in the ground

Sometimes during the night,

the Prophet would walk into a cave to get some sleep.

The Prophet would be so absorbed in his prayers

that He would ignore the lion or other beasts living in that cave.

He would never pay any heed to the animals,

and would continue to pray and sleep inside.

The beasts easily recognized Yahya (as)

as the Prophet, and they would leave the cave.

The Prophet would sometime feed the beasts from his own food!

He would then satisfy himself with the prayers for his soul.

He would then spend rest of the night, crying

and praising Allah (swt)

When Yahya (as) called people to worship Allah(swt),

He made them cry out of love and submission!

He arrested their hearts, with the truthfulness of His words!

It was during this time that a tyrant king named Herod Antipas

ruled over Palestine

The King was in love with Salome,

who was his brother's daughter,

and he planned to marry his beautiful niece.

Even though it was a sin,

no one dared to oppose the king.

The marriage was encouraged by her mother,

and even the learned men in Palestine.

They did this so that they could earn the favor of the King

But when Yahya (as) heard about the king's plans, He got really angry!

He openly announced that such marriage would be a sin!

He summoned everyone and told them that He would never approve,

as it was against the Torah!

The Prophet's pronouncement spread like wildfire!

When Salome heard this, she got really angry!

It was her ambition to rule the kingdom with her uncle.

That night, Salome plotted to get the Prophet killed!

The next day, she dressed provocatively, and danced before the King.

This aroused the King's lust,

and he offered to fulfill whatever she desired!

At once she told the King

"I desire to have the head of Prophet Yahya on a plate"

"He has defiled your honor and mine throughout the land.

If you grant me this wish,

then I'll offer myself to you."

The king was bewitched by her charm,

and he agreed to her monstrous request!

Yahya (as) was executed by the orders of the King..

And His head was brought to Salome

The cruel woman gloated with delight when she saw this!

But their happiness didn't last for long.

Very soon, the death of Allah(swt)'s beloved Prophet was avenged.

Not only Salome,

but all of Bani Israel were severely punished by the invading armies,

and they destroyed the kingdom!

Masha Allah!

That was such an amazing story!

I'm glad you liked it my son

Aren't you going to ask me the questions today?

Yes my son, are you ready?

Yes

Alright, now tell me who was the father of Prophet Yahya (as)?

Prophet Zachariah (as)

That was quick!

Now which tribe did the Prophet belong to?

The Prophet belonged to the tribe of Prophet Dawud (as)

Very good my son!

Why were there marks on the cheeks of the Prophet?

The Prophet used to weep all the time, and this made marks on His cheeks!

Very good.

Now tell me why did the Prophet oppose the marriage of Herod and Salome?

Salome was King's nephew, and marrying one's nephew was a sin.

That's why the Prophet opposed the marriage.

Masha Allah, that was excellent my son!

Which story are you going to tell me tomorrow Baba?

Insha Allah, I will tell you the story of Prophet Isa (as) tomorrow!

Thank you so much Baba!

Good night Amir

Good night Baba!
