Youtube daily an Aug 23 2017

- So at some point, especially in the business niche

when you're making videos like the ones

I'm making here.

One of the main things that viewers like you like to do

is send emails asking for calls

and asking for advice.

Other people who make videos like this

have similar experience.

In today's video, I want to run through

how to ask for a call

and get a call from an influencer.

I've done this a few times in the past, our podcast.

I've hosted an unbelievable amount of people

that I looked up to

and thought I'd never be able to talk to.

Ash Maurya from Running Lean.

Steli Efti and Rand Fishkin, a lot of great people

that we talked to on the podcast.

So let's jump into this email

and see where we can improve it.

So this email is from John Flynn.

Hi Alex, we're big fans of Experiment 27's videos.

They've been very helpful in regards

to our cold selling style.

So he starts with a compliment, it's perfect.

Talks about Copley Advertising.

The problem with this email

is the call to action here.

And I know I've made this mistake also

while reaching out to influencers.

He's trying to jump on a call right away

without acknowledging or pointing out a reason

why that be valuable to the influencer itself.

So hey Alex, we're big fans

of Experiment 27's Youtube videos.

They've been very helpful in regards

to our cold selling style.

Thank you.

Copley Advertising works with hospitals

who are recruiting nurses.

We use mobile marketing and geofencing.

Copley Advertising can geofence a hospital

and place recruitment ads in nurses smart phones.

We can do that.

We can also tag locations where nurses live.

As the campaign continues, Copley advertising will re-target

and optimize to insure

Experiment 27 is getting the highest click rate.

I don't know what he's doing with this line here.

So this is kinda where it falls off the rails for me.

Based on your background in mobile app development

and agency marketing

I'd love your advice on XYZ.

And the advice here that you're asking

is on one specific issue.

How to double the price of our service

or how to improve the pricing of our service.

How to increase our customer testimonials.

How to get more positive testimonials.

Something like that, something very specific

you can talk about.

Then work into the call to action.

So I want to jump on a call.

Please click here to see my calendar.

Choose a time that works for you.

I want to jump on a call.

Sounds extraordinarily demanding right?

Please click here to see my calendar.

Choose a time that works for you.

Rather than do that, would you be interested

in a quick call to discuss?

And then for influencers specifically

would you be interested in helping

on a quick call to discuss.

I'm sure you get this type of email all the time

and I'd be happy to pay for an hour or 30 minutes

if you'd prefer.

It helps a lot to show that you value their time

by offering to pay.

Almost always, I'll just randomly call these people.

Especially if they leave a phone number.

Like somebody emailed me two months ago

where they said they were on a long drive

and they listened to every episode

of the podcast that we released.

And he had his phone number in there

and I just literally called him.

I had 20 minutes, I just talked to him

and he had a bunch of questions, that sort of stuff.

But in the email he offered to pay for the hour of time.

It was the same exact way.

It really helps soften the email.

Especially versus that call to action

that was in there before.

So this is the way I'd frame this email.

If you find this video valuable

please feel free to like it

8 Reasons To Be Thankful You're An Introvert - Duration: 6:34.

8 Reasons To Be Thankful You're An Introvert

One of the greatest kept secrets of the past century is how awesome introverts are.

Thankfully, that is all starting to change.

People are beginning to recognize that introversion is not an affliction that needs to be cured.

There are many advantages to being a introvert.

In this video, I'm going to show you 8 reasons to be thankful you're an introvert.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

miss any interesting update in the future guys.

1.

You see things and you understand.

One of my favorite introvert quotes comes from The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, by Stephen

Chbosky:

"You see things.

You keep quiet about them.

And you understand."

Introverts are known for standing on the sidelines.

We are the ones who hang out along the edges of the party for good reason.

Fringe dwellers have the best view.

From a distance we are able to see the world objectively.

As we quietly observe our surroundings, we gain a deep understanding of things that others

might not even notice.

2.

You don't need to be around people all the time.

For a long time, introverts got a bad rap for our love of being alone.

But if you think about it, the ability to go solo is something to be thankful for.

It frees us up to do what we want, when we want without worrying about pleasing the group.

This is especially advantageous when travelling.

As an avid traveler myself, I've noticed that people who travel in packs are constantly

wasting time trying to agree on what to do next.

Don't get me wrong, we introverts enjoy the company of others, too.

But we are happy to be the lone wolf for a while, then join up with the group later.

3.

You don't buy into the busybody mentality.

Busyness has become a trend, and extroverts have latched onto it like its the last pair

of parachute pants at an MC Hammer concert.

Admittedly, introverts get sucked in by the busybody mentality, too, but we quickly recognize

its futility.

It wears us out, while offering little fulfillment.

We'd much rather focus our limited energy on things that matter to us: our creative

outlets, our close friends, our animals, our projects, our fictional friends.

This approach creates a life with more meaning, and less of the empty filler that the busybody

mentality promotes.

4.

You think and feel deeply.

This can hurt sometimes.

It doesn't always feel good to be a deep diver in a world of shallow swimmers.

Sometimes, it seems easier to numb our intense feelings and keep our thoughts superficial.

I used to do this.

I buried my emotions so well, I'd forgotten how to find them.

Then I realized that the spark of life is fuelled by our deepest thoughts and emotions.

Emotions literally make us feel more alive.

So do ideas, dreams, and lightbulb moments.

Living in the depths might be turbulent at times, but it's better than flatlining at

the surface.

5.

You don't get bored.

Introverts are rarely bored alone.

We find endless amusement in our own thoughts.

Our ideas and fantasies are great company.

We can also sit for hours with our favorite quiet pastime.

Whatever our passion, reading, writing, drawing, playing video games, or making model airplanes,

we become totally engrossed.

We forget that there is a world outside … one that is full of extroverts relentlessly searching

for bigger and brighter forms of entertainment.

6.

You can live well on less.

Extravagance is an extrovert's game.

Introverts tend to be more interested in the simple things in life: a good book, a pumpkin

spice latte, time in nature, a scenic drive with a close friend.

Since we are easily overstimulated, introverts gravitate toward a more minimalistic lifestyle.

We like our quiet rituals and routines.

We enjoy a pared-down existence with fewer friends, and personal belongings.

This allows more space for our heart and mind to expand without the risk of overwhelm.

7.

You take your talents to the next level.

There are A LOT of extremely talented introverts out there.

Of course there are also many gifted extroverts.

The thing about introverts is that we are more likely to put in the hours of solitary

practice needed to become exceptional at our craft.

They say it takes about 10,000 hours to achieve mastery at a skill.

An introvert's love of alone, combined with our intense, often obsessive focus propels

us to levels of mastery that others can't sit still long enough to imagine.

Think Bill Gates, J.K.

Rowling, and Bob Dylan.

They were all introverts single-minded and obsessive enough about their passions to achieve

greatness.

8.

You avoid drama.

Conflict averse introverts avoid drama like its ebola in an airport.

This is indeed something to be thankful for because drama is a destructive form of distraction.

It poisons workplaces, and tears friendships apart.

Sure, it can be entertaining when you watch it on reality T.V.

At least, I assume it is, since people can't seem to get enough of drama-filled shows like

Jersey Shore.

The thing is, we watch these shows because the characters' lives are like a train wreck

that we can't look away from.

We wouldn't want to actually be part of the wreckage.

Thankfully, most introverts don't have to worry about that because we're the opposite

of a drama queen.

We're anti-drama townspeople sitting quietly in our hovel, wondering who these Kardashian

people are, and how the hell they became so famous.

Well, that's the 8 reasons to be thankful you're an introvert.

Really cool information isn't it.

An Interview with Actor Andrae Goodnight (Part 1) - Duration: 1:57.

It's not the strong who prevail,

but the weak,

who give everything to the Lord.

That's why I will not stop

pouring myself out

to bring people from the slavery of sin,

to the freedom

of the children of God.

Yeah, I believe I would

define Fr. Tolton's mission,

I think he says as much,

right?

I think he talks about,

you know,

I'll give all that I have

and I'm giving

to bring people out of the slavery of sin

to the knowledge of the freedom of the children of God.

I think he says what his mission is, right?

He was self-aware of it. You know,

and I think that is such a wonderful thing,

to know what your mission is,

to be confirmed in it

You know, this is what I do.

Simply, right?

I can say it one sentence.

and every day, you know,

I'm just reaffirming that.

And I'm acting from that place

of this is what I know I'm called to do.

Right?

And I think that's really beautiful,

in the sense of,

that's what he did, right?

There were no if's, and's, or but's about it, right?

And I think it's so great when you can look at your own life experiences,

as in his case,

literally,

um

being enslaved to

undergoing liberation

and now being able to say,

wow, my own life story parallels

what I'm seeking to do

and hope to do in the lives of others, you know,

is bringing them from their point of slavery

both mentally, spiritually, emotionally

into that freedom of being a child of God

and the joy that comes with that.

You know, that's a discovery.

And I think that he,

he, very much knew

that he was a part of that process for other people.

And he embraced that and cherished that.

And I think that's just a wonderful gift

that he has given to his age,

but I think he's still giving to ours even by his example.

Do You Need an International Driving Permit (IDP)? | Why You May Need It & Where to Get One - Duration: 2:44.

Hey there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this video, we're discussing

International Driving Permits, or IDPs, and whether you need one when renting a

car abroad.

(light chiming music)

Renting a car when traveling can be a confusing experience, especially

when it comes to understanding what you need. Do you need extra insurance? Can you

get an automatic vehicle? What are the mileage restrictions on your car? One of

the questions that seems to come up a lot is whether you need an International

Driving Permit, or IDP for short. The IDP is a small passport-like booklet that

you can get prior to your trip that functions as your international driver's

license. Answering the question whether you need one is similar to many travel

questions. The answer is often: "it depends." You'll want to check with the country

you are visiting to see whether they require one. Some countries like Japan

are really strict about having an IDP if you're a foreigner and want to drive in

the country. Other countries have restrictions like maximum distance or

insurance coverage limits if you don't have one. Some may even require one if

you're planning to drive a car for an extended period of time,

like a non-resident living abroad. I would say that most English-speaking

countries do not require one. So, if you don't need one, should you still

consider getting one? I think it's worth exploring. The benefit of having an IDP

is that your driver's license becomes immediately recognized if you were to

have a traffic incident abroad. For example, if you would have an accident

while driving in Korea, and the police were to arrive on scene, they may not

recognize or be able to read your local driver's license from the US or Europe.

The IDP translates your driver's license into ten languages, which can really help

to break down communication barriers and resolve potential misunderstandings. If

you are in the US and decide to get one, you will need to contact the American

Automobile Association, also known as AAA, or the American Automobile

Touring Alliance, or AATA. I'll include a link to both organizations. You'll need

to fill out the application, provide two passport-size photos, and pay the $20

application fee. Keep in mind too that you don't need to

be a member of either organization to get an IDP. And that's our travel tip.

Have you ever encountered a situation where you needed or wish you had an IDP?

If so, please share your experience below. Also, let us know if you have any

questions. If you enjoyed this video or found it useful, please hit the like

Episode 27

Cheers.

- Toast Adam! - Thanks.

- Look at me, here. - Cheese.

Okay.

Pass me that please, Fu Gui. Ah-Zhai prefers this dish.

Thanks, Ah-Zhai, try this.

Come on, enjoy it.

Meng Shan seems wrong. What happened?

Are you all right? We're celebrating Adam's return.

Why are you so sad?

I'm not sad, I'm concerned about the Animation Festival and our "Dragon Knight".

But the prop room is burnt down. Stage properties and costumes are gone.

Properties and costumes can be purchased. And it's a chance to upgrade our equipment.

As for the site, I think this place is perfect.

That's right! And Otabot D-pub can be the sponsor.

Madam, how about using the izakaya as new HQ of anime club?

- That's great! - Cheers! For our new HQ.

Cheers!

[Wang Cai Road, Bei Si Road, Zhai Fu Road]

[Fruits]

[With the help of Otabot D-pub, "Dragon Knight" became a success on the Animation Festival.]

[Anime Culture Gala]

Okay. Take it.

This publicity...

- Yeah, that's great! - Please sign here.

Thank you.

- Do you have limited edition balloon here? - Of course. Go get some drink first.

- I'll get it in a minute. - Thank you.

- This's for you. - Thank you.

Jin Gang, Jin Gang.

Hey!

This is a life-sized cardboard made by our leader. You may take a photo.

- How's the preparation? - Almost finished.

Where's Wang Fu Gui?

Wang Fu Gui!

Why so loud? What's the matter?

There's lots of audience for the "Dragon Knight".

The show will start in ten minutes.

- Let's see if Ah-Zhai is ready. - Okay. Let's go.

Come on.

[Animation Festival]

Pei Ni, your skin is so smooth, just like a sculpture.

Ah-Zhai, come here and put on some make-up.

Don't worry, we're with you.

I've never thought about acting on stage

and being the leading actor.

That's your dream, isn't it?

I'm just an otaku, I don't deserve a dream.

The only dream I have is a company who can eat together with me.

I had little friends when I was young.

I wanted to play with my classmates.

But they took off my pants and drew me to girl's restroom.

At that time, I thought: that's it, that's my life.

Thank you guys.

Eve and I will be by your side.

I want to hug Ah-Zhai after hearing all this.

Actually, I was bullied a lot when I was young.

That must be your own fault.

At that time, I thought everything would go on like a fairytale.

Adam, Eve, and I will be together forever.

Firstly, I'd like to express my gratitude for your presence.

We've conquered a lot during the past days.

Happy or sad, joyful or sorrowful.

It's our dream to hold this Animation Festival.

Sometimes I wonder, what is dream.

Is it being a successful cos-player, or a star in the school?

No.

Is it holding a perfect activity to gain the acknowledgment?

No.

For every member of anime club, it's the idea to create a world

where there're friends we like

where we can do what we like with less obstacle or disagreement.

In my point of view, anime culture is a wall built by us to protect ourselves.

It's void outside, and it's a new world inside.

That world is sweet.

We can like whoever we like

and love whoever we want to.

We can be loved by everyone.

That world is cool.

We can be whoever we want.

Male or female, good or bad.

We can even become a super man.

That world is fantastic.

Our dream is to protect one thing.

That is love.

For love, we ignore the earthly values.

We'll do cosplay, DIY, and be a BL fandom.

With passion and determination, we go against those who hurt our love.

Now it's finished.

Everything here is finished.

So I hope you would love our world.

This simple

small and innocent world.

This may be my swan song.

I'm back for this Animation Festival for some special reasons.

Tomorrow I'll drop out

and leave here.

But I won't go too far.

I'll live with someone I love. So I won't regret.

- What're you doing here? - Adam is a robot, right? Afraid of water, huh?

- What's going on? - Why is he here?

I have a bad feeling.

Don't over do it!

- What's going on? - Are they fighting?

What the hell?

- What's he doing? - What does he want to do?

What for?

- Eve! - Oh my goodness.

- Adam is a robot? - Breaking news!

It can't be real!

Ah-Zhai!

Eve! Eve!

- What happened? - What's all this?

If they aren't human, what are they?

Eve! Eve!

See? She is not Pei Ni. She's a robot!

He's a robot as well.

- Seriously? - What's going on now?

- He's not human, he's a robot! - You're all deceived!

That's the prince and princess in your heart.

They're not human. No at all!

How is that possible?

Have you seen that?

I won't lose, I can't be beaten.

I'm still the school hunk in your heart.

I'm still the perfect Mr. Right.

Their identities will be revealed in a day or two.

Eve, watch out.

- What should we do? - Just leave.

- How's she? - I've checked her.

It's just a temporary blackout.

She only needs to charge, not like me.

- Thankfully she's fine! - It scared me.

- I thought they'll be broken consecutively. - Are you kidding? Put off till next episode?

What should we do now?

Now everyone knows they are robots.

Adam, you're so impatient. Destroy the camera with bare hand.

I can see the headline tomorrow.

I can see the headline today!

This is the official website of our school newspaper.

Future technology on Animation Festival! the prince and princess are robots!

This is my moments in Wechat so many reposts and videos.

Ah-Zhai, you are celebrity now. There will be so many journalists.

Even they know Eve and Adam are robots, so what?

It took us no time to accept this fact after knowing it.

Come on, did you see the wall of Otabot D-pub?

Do you know what's this? A wall that isolate us from a common world.

Just like what Eve said on the Animation Festival.

It's not the same world. We're different from those outside.

Robots are welcomed in our world.

But not in their world.

- Why can't they accept robots? - Right, why can't they?

- How could they? - We need to break the wall of isolation.

Fine. Juts go ahead.

Tell me how will you do that.

Everybody, let's wait for Eve to wake up first.

[Closed]

Am I opening the door in a wrong way?

We arrive at Otabot D-pub izakaya.

Now let's take a look at the daily life of robots.

- Are they all here to see the robots? - We can sell tickets.

This is the place they live in. The first floor is an izakaya.

We've been waiting here for a whole day, but none of them showed up.

I want to buy both of them, how much do you want?

Two hundred billion, coins. Come here when you finished counting.

Would you tell us why did you set the robot so similar to Pei Ni?

Did you objectify women as your private wealth in your subconscious.

Are you making a female robot the same as Pei Ni aiming to satisfy your desire of possessive?

Is she your slave?

Man, you are so cool!

Tell us, how did you build such a great role?

I guess you have a imagination indeed because...

- Now you've got a lot of fans. - Chinese please.

I'm not here to buy them neither do I curious about how you made them.

- I only have a simple question. - What's that?

Is there any leakage of electricity when making love with them?

Sell one of them at least. Only one will do.

You name the price, I'll get the money.

Ah-Zhai, there're three things to notify you.

Many things happened on Animation Festival.

Firstly, I don't know how to talk about this.

I'll go straight, and I apologize if it hurts your feeling.

Go ahead please.

I applied mental care for you.

You may fill this table.

I am not mad.

Ah-Zhai, we really sympathize with you.

The second thing we want to say is about Pei Ni I mean Eve.

We've already told Xiao Pei Ni about the fact that you ask Eve to act as Xiao Pei Ni

attending activities, living here and taking class.

No decision will be made till she's back.

So she's already known?

She said she'll come back and deal with this recently, but no accurate time.

We need to talk to her before we decide about your punishment.

So Pei Ni knew that I did this?

Thirdly, we've made a report to our superior.

They take it seriously, and want to handle the robots.

The robots has threatened the safety of other students.

Yours will be threatened if they are left with syou.

Eve and Adam won't hurt me.

Ah-Zhai, don't you understand? We're trying to protect you!

I won't give them out!

Son, don't you understand? This problem is not under our decision.

It would be my honor to have you join our awesome community of Go Natural English learners here on

YouTube and make sure you visit gonaturalenglish.com

Where I post the blog lesson for each video to help you learn more

Now let's begin with the 8 ways that you can sound more like an American English

speaker

Number one, let's talk about syllables every word that has at least

Two syllables or more has a stressed syllable and a weak syllable, so let's just take the word

American We have 3 syllables, right?

American that's four syllables

So when we have more than two syllables one is going to be stressed when which syllable is stressed in

American Can you hear it?

American

so it's the second syllable right so in order to speak more like an American

make sure that you

really stretch that stressed syllable out make it longer make it louder make it higher say

American with me now

American and to balance this out the syllables that are not stressed are

probably going to sound like a

Schwa sound which is up that sound you make of someone punch of you in your gut you go Oh

American

Can you hear that? Uh American. Very

Good so American English

Really stresses the stressed syllable and makes the other syllables very weak number two learn

Connected speech. Oh, it's so easy to say but yet there are so many different rules in connected speech, so let me quickly

share several the most important with you in American English

Especially whenever you find a t between two vowel sounds it's going to be a d. We don't drink water

We drink water

We don't put butter on our toast we put butter on our toast okay?

so t between two vowels equals a d

a T between an N, and a vowel gets removed

International not

International International

dentist not dentist, but dentist

when you have an N then a T then a vowel sometimes it becomes a glottal stop like Mountain or

Or a vowel than a double t

And a vowel like button or cotton when you have a t or a d between two

Consonants it often gets removed old man, not old man old man

most famous not most

Famous, but most famous we blend and link sounds together when one word ends with a consonant

and the next begins with a vowel or when the next word begins with the same consonant as the word before it ands

With that was a big jumbled mess

We blend and link sounds together from one word to the next for example social life becomes social life

We also make two words seem as though They were one when we blend sounds together like this

afternoon this afternoon

Now I know I'm going really fast because I've made

Specific lessons about most of these points in other video lessons on the go natural English channel

So make sure to check those out if you'd like a more detailed

explanation of each point

You can click up here for one of my best lessons on linking and connected speech

Assimilation is huge in American English did you becomes didja and don't you becomes dontcha?

intrusion where we insert a new sound for example between he and

Asked we insert the /j/ sound he asked or do and if we insert a /w/ sound do it

he asked to do it and in some parts of the united states you have an R intrusion between vowels -

like for example between Media and attention media attention

Finally let me tell you about

Elision where we omit a sound for example the t in the word kept when it comes before going

kept going

Number three in American English the R is so important and so frustrating for many

English learners because it can be quite different than in your native language be aware of r-colored

vowels for example in the word

word

Or why is it not ward it's her word or for example

World why is it not

World its world. So that is an r-colored vowel. We're about and before an R and it becomes err

so a lot of American English

vowels will become this sound that sounds like a pirate talking so get out your pirate hooks and go err

When you make this sound or not because that's kind of weird when we have an r at the end of the word we usually

pronounce it strongly

I say usually because some people like in new England will cut that R off for example

I parked my car

Well, that's a Boston accent and yes, I have lived in Boston, but I never adopted that accent. I would say I

park my

car

so but watch out for

Different ways of using the R if you really want to sound American you need some American phrases like instead of asking

How are you you can ask. What's up or instead of saying That's nice, or that's good

You could say that's cool. Or that's awesome in general when you speak English try to speak a little bit louder

verbs use a ton of

phrasal verbs we rarely use a

normal kind of academic verb in everyday speech in conversation

so instead of the verb to exit or to leave say to get out or

instead of saying to arrive say to

Get in or instead of saying to start or to begin you could say get going

Get going could also mean to leave so phrasal verbs can be kind of confusing but they're really key

to use a lot of them if you want to sound like an American

Native English speaker also start creating verbs out of nouns

Like Google Google's a noun, but we say let's google it google that question or friend friend is a noun

Right well I can friend you on Facebook

So friend is now a verb so just take any noun you want and make it into a verb and you'll sound more American

and finally

Vocabulary so I did suggest to you some very American phrases like awesome, and what's up?

But if you want to know quickly a few words that are different in American English as opposed to British English, we

Say fall not autumn. We say faucet not tap

We say apartment not flat elevator. Not lift diaper not nappy

TV not telly and

Candy not sweets. Oh, and one more that always catches me off guard

We say take out not take away when we go to a restaurant, and we want to take the food home

So I think that you are properly prepared now to sound really American like a native speaker

How to File An Oregon Mechanics Lien - Duration: 2:01.

Are you waiting to get paid on an Oregon construction project?

If so, you may be thinking about filing a mechanics lien.

Here are some things you need to know.

First, check your calendar.

In Oregon, you have 75 days from when you last work on a job to get your lien filed.

This is a strict time period, and once the window closes, it closes forever.

If you still have time, the next step is prepare your Oregon mechanics lien form.

The lien form is simply a document that gets filed with the county recorder – but be

careful - the form and all of the information that goes on it has to be exactly right.

Once your form is ready, you'll need to print it out, sign it, get it notarized, and

bring it to the county recorder's' office for filing -- which means physically going

there, standing in their line, and paying all recording costs.

Counties can be picky, so it's a good idea to give them a call beforehand to learn about

the filing fees, any special requirements, and formatting rules.

With your recorded lien in hand, the last step is to serve a copy of the lien on the

property owner.

If there's a mortgagee on the property or anyone with an earlier filed lien or security

interest, you'll need to serve them a copy of the lien, too.

You can serve the lien by sending it to these parties by certified mail with return receipt

requested.

That's it!

You may have a bunch of other questions like: Do I need to use a legal property description

in the lien?

Can I include the recording fees, interest, and other collection costs in the lien amount?

Will my lien last forever?

To get the answer to these questions or if you just want to learn more about Oregon liens,

check out zlien.com for FAQs, How-Tos, document templates, deadlines, and more.

And if you're ready to make this really easy and get your lien recorded quickly and accurately

– then just fill out the form on our website and press go.

Contractors and suppliers file liens in Oregon with zlien every day and we can make it easy

for you.

Jack Wilshere may have an Arsenal future after all as Arsene Wenger U-turn looms - Duration: 3:13.

Jack Wilshere may have an Arsenal future after all as Arsene Wenger U-turn looms

Arsene Wenger is ready to give Jack Wilshere another chance after a heart-to-heart talk. Arsenal boss Wenger has held discussions with Wilshere in the past few days and urged him to stay and fight for his place.

Mirror Sport understands the England midfielders red card in an Under-23s game against Manchester City on Monday night will not have any bearing on his future at the club.

Wilshere lost his temper following a bad challenge by City midfielder Matthew Smith, then squared up to Tyreke Wilson.

The 25-year-old wrote on social media: "Felt good to be back on the pitch at the Emirates even though it ended earlier than I thought. My passion and my hunger is back, buzzing for more games.".

It is a remarkable turnaround in fortunes for Wilshere, who feared his Gunners career was over after being told he could go.

Wilsheres Arsenal career has been a frustrating mix of injuries and flashes of quality.

his inability to stay fit and keep his place for a prolonged period.

Aston Villa, Newcastle and Swansea were among the clubs interested in the midfielder, who only has a year left on his current deal.

But Wilshere was left undecided as to whether to stay then leave on a free, fight for his place or try to push for a move this summer.

However, it now seems more likely he could be back in the first-team frame, having spent last year on loan at Bournemouth. Wilshere broke his leg at the end of last season as his persistent injuries came back to haunt him again.

But Wenger has been impressed with his attitude and still believes in his potential, despite the years of setbacks.

Arsenal are not interested in buying another central midfielder and have put their faith in Granit Xhaka and Aaron Ramsey, with Mohamed Elneny and Santi Cazorla also in the squad.

And it now looks as if Wilshere - who has started two games for Arsenal's Under-23 side - could now be pushing for a remarkable first-team return.

The red card he got with the U23s on Monday night will not carry over to the Premier League.
