Jim Rohn: now some decisions are incidental and some are small and some you know are

part of a working day but sometimes decision-making can be one of the most

important days of your life may be a decision you have postponed and

postponed and now you understand the penalty of postponing that decision

you've got to do something and finally you come to the conclusion today is the

day I now decide and whether you decide on a new direction whether you decide on

a refinement in philosophy whether you decide to act when before you haven't

acted you decide on a on a series of things that you're going to do you

decide deciding can be such an incredibly important very exciting

inspirational day also deciding sometimes starts the process of lifting

our self-esteem sometimes when you look back on it the day that you decided was

just about as exciting as the day when you finally accomplished the project

that when you finally made the decision you finally got the monkey off your back

as we say in English you finally know got through whatever barriers kept you

from making that decision and finally you made a decision and now it seems

like the sky is blue and the air is clear and your mind is ready and you

know the adrenaline starts to flow things start to happen to you from that

moment of decision so that can be an incredible source of inspiration now if

you don't follow through it's not gonna last all that long if you decide and

then you know postpone and and you decide and but you don't still don't get

to it for a week or a month or a year you know soon all that energy and that

source of inspiration is all dissipated so deciding is inspiring but but not for

that long but once you decide it can be a very powerful day but now of course

you now you must follow through but if there's some things you've been

postponing some decisions you have just you know

haven't gotten to I would ask you to just you know take out your journal and

just go through you know what have I been postponing it's not gonna be better

for my health it's not gonna be better for my future it's not going to enhance

my finances maybe a problem needs to be solved I got to decide when I'm gonna do

it and and how I'm gonna proceed I need to get to it I promise you if you'll go

through some of that list and start making those decisions your inspiration

will start to flow and those could be very critically important exciting days

indecision is the thief of opportunity indecision means the door is still

closed indecision means the opportunity waits

indecision means what could be is postponed or may never be you know that

those are all the penalties of indecision and sometimes we can't make a

snap judgment we can't decide immediately on something so important

but after a while after a while we must understand sometimes they have a penalty

of putting off our our decision-making so one source of inspiration deciding

here's the next one planning now that you've decided and

you've started you start making plans it's in incredible what can happen as a

source of inspiration when finally what's in your head what's in your

imagination now finally starts to take shape on paper when I first heard about

network marketing I was 25 years old and I heard some of the testimonials and I

heard that people have gotten rich and I've heard that it's changed people's

lives and I've heard that you could start with nothing and become something

but let me tell you what was exciting when I finally made the decision yes I

was going to be part of the industry yes I was gonna make it part of my marketing

future what was really exciting was when I sat

down and started making plans I started committing the imagination and

belief to paper I started writing it down

I started started as we often do drawing those circles you know what if I had

five what if I had ten and then when I had a concept of what that could bring

for me then I said how can I reach the first five how can I reach the first ten

what could I do starting to make those plans I'm telling

you I remember those days as if they were yesterday they were so exciting I

had a concept of what I wanted I had a dream of what could happen for me if it

could happen for others maybe it could happen for me but when I started putting

it on paper and started making the plans that was an incredible source of

inspiration for me because the plans seemed to now start making it real that

what I had thought about what I dreamed about now I'm actually getting to it by

making a plan however you can make all the plans in the world and it is a

source of inspiration for only so long and you can make one plan and then you

can make another plan and you can make some plans today and the next day you

can make some more plans in the next day you can make some more plans and it is a

very exciting source of inspiration but only for a while I'm sure we would all

agree that making plans that inspiration wouldn't last for a week now that

inspiration now must drive you to do number three the first source of

inspiration is deciding second source of inspiration is planning

and now here's a big source of inspiration beginning getting started

actually turning thought and the notes on the paper the plans actually now

committing it to action getting started and beginning can be an incredible

source of inspiration guess what you can say when you begin a change in your diet

when you begin to take the Herbalife products guess what you can say I'm on a

new track I have carved out for myself a new beginning I'm on my way to the

most incredible health I will never be the same again

I'm leaving the old undisciplined part of me I'm leaving that behind I'm a new

person I'm taking my first shake I'm swallowing the first tablets I made my

first you know walk around the block that I thought about for slow long and

never did I finally did it today I've started I have begun that is

an incredible source of inspiration and that is to start to begin you cannot

believe what can happen to your self-esteem and many of you have already

experienced it I'm just asking you to begin something new in all the areas of

your life maybe you've always thought about benevolence and you just haven't

gotten started or you haven't made the plans or you haven't made the decision

I'm asking you to start taking that stuff now that's in your head that

imagination which is very powerful and it's a great source of inspiration in

itself but then I'm asking you then to decide

use that inspiration then I'm asking you to make plans begin to make plans use

that inspiration and then if you take that first step it can be the first step

of an incredible journey and when Mark had his first meeting when

mark recruited his first distributor when mark got his first customer his

grandmother using the product when Mark got that first few yeses from people and

he started the process as simple as it was you know from the trunk of his car

you know as crude as the literature wasn't the beginning it was a start and

so beginning can be an incredible source of inspiration and beginning can be many

things a beginning a new commitment to learning you say I'm gonna have a

library second to none and I bought the first book of my new library today I'm

gonna be surrounded by information and inspiration

the cassette tapes and the videos and the books I'm gonna have a library

second to none I've thought about it it wouldn't it be wonderful and you know

I've started making plans you know I've provided some space in my room for my

expanded library but here's what's exciting I got the first book today I've

gotten started this is just the first of many many books this is the first of a

whole flow of information for me this is the first time you want to learn a new

skill and you sign up for a class let's say you want to learn accounting or

something in you you sign up for the class and you take the first class you

get started you'd thought about it you made some plans for it you made some

time for it but there's nothing like sitting there in the class with the pin

in your hand and the pad ready to take notes Here I am I'm starting on a new

journey of learning but the real question is if we fight what's happened

we've got a problem we can decide what are we gonna do with what's happening in

our life how are we gonna take this how are we gonna Mull this how we're gonna

turn our life around because when you come up with a new meaning get a new

life so what are we gonna do in this session in this session we're gonna take

a look at something from a different perspective we're gonna ask you this

question what is the single force that controls the quality of your life

if there was one gift our Creator has given us or the universe whatever you

believe what is it

March Talks LGBT - An Understanding - Duration: 4:54.

So, Ryan, this term about LGBT is rising recently. Many people talk about this issue.

Before we go too far, can you explain, what is LGBT actually?

Then, I am also familiar with "SOGIE SC." What is the meaning of it actually?

LGBT itself stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Transsexual.

So, people in LGBT are those with variety of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression,

and sex characteristics.

That explanation leads to the meaning of 'SOGIE SC'.

We know, sexual orientation. In sexual orientation, there is an individual attractiveness through physical aspect,

sexual aspect, and emotional aspect with the others.

Commonly, we find out that a man will be attracted to a woman.

After all this time, people will only understand if a man is only interested in woman, and vice versa.

But then, there are many kinds of variety in terms of sexual orientation.

So there are people who are attracted to the people from same sex with them,

and there are also people who are attracted to both of sex or gender.

We can call them as gay or bisexual.

But the thing is, as people nowadays only aware about heterogen (relationship),

people perceive it as the most proper one.

As a result, it excludes people with different sexual orientation.

That's why, then (bad) stigma and discrimination are just inevitable.

That is about sexual orientation.

Then, about gender identity.

Gender identity is about how we appreciate who we really are.

Because, if we talk about gender, then it will relate to social construction about role,

about features in our body,

We can see that someone's gender is validated by the other people.

Since we were born, when we have penis, the doctor will say, "Congratulation, ma'am, you have a male child,"

and when we have vagina, they will say, "Congratulations ma'am, you have a female child."

After we've been labelled as a male of female, all stereotypes that relate to will be attached to us.

"A girl is suppose to have a bedroom and dress with pink color," for instance.

"Girls have to play with dolls. As for boys, they have to have blue rooms and shirts and they will play football."

Meanwhile, we have no chance to validate ourselves.

What are we actually?

Then we have that chance to validate it. "Who we really are. How we accept ourselves."

That is what we learn in gender identity.

Then as for gender expression, everybody must have expressed something.

It is how we show who we are through our clothes, our behavior.

After all this time, as we've been attached to some stereotypes about gender,

sometimes it makes people have their own indicator.

For example, men have to be masculine. Women have to be feminine.

If there is a woman who is masculine, then society will see that as a different thing,

and that is the kind of problem that we are facing. Actually we have various kinds of expression,

and the one who can validate our expression is us.

The last one is sex characteristic. This the newest one that we can learn from.

Because, there are many cases about unmatched sex characteristics in people with their biological organ.

That's what people usually call as 'intersex'.

I've been a big fan of Mane's since he was at Salzburg and he's proving himself to be one of Jurgen Klopp's best signings for Liverpool.

If Philippe Coutinho stays at Liverpool, you would expect him to play on the left. So if Mane switches to the other wing, where does that leave Mo Salah?. Sadio Mane scored Liverpools winner against Crystal Palace.

Sadio Mane has just returned from a knee injury but made a flying start to the season.

Mane delivers the same end product whichever side he plays on. But I get the feeling he is more comfortable on the left, where he can cut inside and shoot.

He has a good record against Arsenal — and how Arsene Wenger could have done with a player with his straight-forward approach at Stoke last week.

It will be interesting to see what difference the return of Alexis Sanchez will make for Arsenal and how quickly he can strike up an understanding with Alexandre Lacazette.

A 5 Minute Speech that Forever Changed a City - Duration: 3:06.

Today a story, about a split second decision, a man who rose to the occasion

and changed the course of a city in less than 5 minutes.

It was April 4.

1968.

The State of Indiana.

New York Senator Robert Kennedy was campaigning for President.

Upon landing in Indianapolis, he was met by an aide who told him that Dr Martin

Luther King had been assassinated.

He was then handed a phone.

The Mayor of Indianapolis told Kennedy that there was violence in every major City in

America--burning, looting, rioting--and asked that Kennedy cancel his public appearances

and remain secluded in the safety of his hotel room.

Kennedy refused.

Instead he went to what was then called the ghetto of Indianapolis.

Surrounded by a sea of very angry people, Kennedy mounted the back of a flatbed

truck and began to speak.

He talked about the pain of losing his brother to an assassin's bullet.

He asked that the people of Indianapolis not respond to hate with hate, but to instead

go to their homes and churches to peacefully honor, remember and

celebrate the life of Dr. King.

He spoke for less than five minutes, ending his speech with the words of

Aeschylus, "Even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the

heart, until in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom, through the

awful grace of God."

There was no violence that night in Indianapolis.

The only major city in America where there was none.

Thousands of people quietly joined hands and went to their homes and churches to pray.

Today, Indianapolis is a thriving city.

Its hotels sparkle.

Downtown is vibrant, alive, and packed with people all hours of

the day and night.

It has a football stadium, a basketball arena, a world class Natatorium, a zoo, beautiful

museums, a baseball stadium, and restaurants open around

the clock.

And one small monument.

Commemorating the night that Senator Kennedy sought to heal pain, stop hate, and summon

the better angels of the human spirit.

Why share this story with you?

What Kennedy did was an example of leadership we too seldom see.

If you are running for office, you need not resort to hate, ridicule, insults,

or juvenile antics to advance a your cause.

You need not pit white against black, or attack those who don't look like you, or

belittle those who worship a different God.

Words are the most powerful drug mankind has ever known.

The internet is the most powerful weapon ever invented.

They have been used for both good and evil.

As you speak your truth in the public square, choose to leave a legacy that future generations

would want to remember.

Hey guys! It's Debbie, welcome to my channel or welcome back to my channel.

It is Sunday morning here!

This last week was also my first full week of school. So I am back in the rhythm of things.

If you are new to my channel, I live in South Korea. I work here as an English teacher.

Another unique thing about South Korea, and also the premise for this video: Is that is has an UNBELIEVABLE cafe culture.

South Korea is one of the fastest growing consumers of coffee in the world.

In fact, they drink more coffee, than they eat kimchi.

and that's saying a lot.

Cafes are so popular here, that they went from 800 cafes, in just Seoul alone, in the year 2011.

to 18,000 as of last year!

With so many cafes in South Korea, you can only imagine the competition here.

Not only are you going to find your regular cake and tea and dessert cafes

but you're also going to find:

a Hello Kitty cafe

Sherlock Holmes cafe

garden cafes

POOP-themed cafes

LEGO cafe

and if you want to enjoy your cafe treats alongside some cute animals...

dog cafes

cat cafes

reptile cafes

parrot (bird) cafes

raccoon cafes

and my personal favorite, the SHEEP <3 cafe!

Today, however, I'm heading downtown to meet up with some friends.

We're going to eat some Japanese food and then head over to a

VIRTUAL

REALITY

CAFE

Now, I've never been to a VR cafe before, so I have no idea what to expect.

Sooo, let's see what's in store!

I just found my friends! Here's Gaeun!

and my friend, Klaus! Guys, he grew a mustache. He didn't have a mustache before.

Klaus: Now I have a mustache, yeah.

That's how long I haven't seen you! Oh my gosh!

So here's the menu. It extends out to three sections.

and I ordered this cube steak thing.

All our food is here. I got the cube steaks, they're still sizzlin'. You can see them pretty well.

I got some rice in here.

This is some soup.

and then, little side dishes.

Klaus, what'd you get?

Oh, I got this Nattō. It's kind of like Doenjang, a little bit.

Ohh we got more food.

and it smells really strong, and it's kind of an acquired taste, so we'll see! This is edamame, and some Miso (soup) and raw fish--yeah, salmon.

Gaeun, show us.~

It's called Chankonabe, it's a kind of stew. I don't know... sausage, and meats, some vegetables.

Debbie: Yeah, what is that???

Gaeun: It looks like dumpling? I don't know...(laughs)

All right guys, let's do a run down of Klaus' outfit right now.

This is Klaus' new mustache!

Klaus: "Yeah, mustache is locked in."

Here's his tattoo. Yeah--I went with Klaus when he got this tattoo. It means, um, "Mom."

Klaus: Yeah, it does mean "Mom." Debbie was my emotional support.

and look at this! We got some matching shoes!

Gaeun, we have to do a run down of your outfit.

Ok, she's got this cute little black top, this nice little grey skirt, her little sandals, and this bag right here! Show us your bag.

So here's the cafe up here, Its' called "VRholic" or vrolic.

As you can see, we've got this virtual guy on the side and it looks dark in there but we're gonna go inside!

Oh gosh, this feels so real.

Gaeun: Aaaaaaaaaaah Oh my gosh! Can you do this?

Debbie: I just have to remember that this is not real.

The White Clown is the straight clown,

he's the best White Clown that I've ever seen.

The act that my son and I do right now on the show

is actually a balloon routine.

It's nothing new, I mean it's thousands of years old,

clowns have been doing it forever.

It happens to be really cute when he does it,

because he's a adorable; it's an unexplainable thing

to see my child do what he loves to do.

I mean, I get this seven-year-old, beautiful little boy

and his heart opens up and he gives it to everybody.

It's different here, I think than most places,

when we come into this ring, we become family.

I believe circus and family are basically the same world.

Abandoned CASTLE in FRANCE with an Arabic room! (2/2) [Eng Subs CC] #Roadtrip 2017 - Duration: 9:29.

In the Previous video we've showed you our arrivation to Stromae Castle.

It's not difficult at all...

At first sight everything seemed to be closed.

But we still found a way to get inside.

We're going to close it from the inside.

Otherwise it could attract someone's attention.

We discovered an Arabic room,

with a very old dinning room next to it.

I was looking forward to something like that for a long time...

but till now I never saw it.

Every room inside this building...

Every room is unique.

I think that's the attic.

But there was another room over there,

so, we're going to explore that one first.

I've looked forward to this place for a long time now.

It's completely built-in.

This is something that you don't ...

see often these days.

It feels like it has something to do with medieval.

It's so awesome.

I'm wondering what kind of books these are.

It are some sport magazines.

You would think that there are a lot of history books in those shelves.

It's a lovely bathroom.

This shower looks brand new.

That's an old fashioned bath,

but this one is new!

I think that someone tried to renovate this place.

There's also a sign at the door that says "private area"

so that basically can mean that there were some guests in the past.

Let's continue our explore.

Here's another stair.

Those are bedrooms.

I think someone tried to fire up those coals, you can smell it.

And it smells so recently.

I think their intention was to ignite the coals.

There was also a bathroom behind this room.

I like the motive on the cabinet.

Let's walk into another room. And guess what?! It's another bedroom.

It has a big wardrobe inside with a mirror.

Most of the time when you see beds like this..

they're decorated with some cloth,

but this one isn't.

It's just wood.

This night light looks very special to me.

Off course this room has a balcony.

You've got a very nice view from the castle's garden.

There's the water that we've heard a while ago. such a nice lake.

The most of the rooms in here are beautiful...

but some of theme are neglected.

It's very beautiful.

This is so unexpected...

The chapel...

...it's here on the first floor.

And I'm walking inside of it now.

But first let's walk a bit further into the chapel.

There are some plates on the floor.

And it's written on all of them.

And the coolest part of all...

...they aren't stuck.

It surprises me that they're all still in place.

Unepic Adventures for the Sega Game Gear: AX BATTLER Review - An Unfortunate Assplosion - Duration: 5:12.

If I were a more famous YouTube personality this review would probably go something like

this: "Ax Battler?!

More like Ass Battler!"

But I'm not James Rolfe (or even a good impersonator) so I should probably elaborate

on what exactly makes Ax Battler complete and utter garbage.

Where do I even begin?

The fact that the titular "Ax" Battler carries a sword?

Nah.

Ooo!

How about the encounter rate!?

Some portions of the over world are more grievous offenders than others – the desert area

in particular would spawn a new battle every other step.

This would be infuriating in any other RPG but it's made worse by the fact that grinding

in Ax Battler is absolutely pointless.

You don't gain stats or even levels.

If you can defeat the enemy you'll gain a few magic vases – which double as both

money and MP.

But if the enemy hits you – once – it's battle over.

In my personal experience I lose way more often than I win (seriously these jumping

skeletons are total dicks).

So what effectually happens is I slug my way to the dungeon with half health.

Thanks game.

Not like this shit wasn't hard enough already.

Appreciate the fucking support.

Cock-anyway…

The dungeons are the real meat of the gameplay; these side scrolling platform areas would

be fun if it weren't for the game's awful hit detection, mud controls, and limited field

of view.

Like most platformers on the Game Gear, Ax Battler suffers from an abundance of off screen

hazards and leaps of guessing.

It takes much trial and error before you'll memorize where to jump and when to attack

and thanks to your minimal health supply you'll die often and be forced to trek back across

the over world before you can try again – and again – and again.

Dying is annoying, not only because, well you're dead - but because it zeroes out

your already small stash of magic vases – the game's impractical form of currency.

Theoretically you could spend these on astronomical inn rates – but what's the point when

dying warps you back to town with full health?

Vases are also the necessary components for the magic you'll never cast.

I assume that your more expensive spells could really help clear out the tougher dungeon

opponents but what the fuck do I know?

I've never been able to afford them.

Then you have this pointless RPG fluff; at first glance Ax Battler looks like a more

colorful version of Dragon Warrior – which normally I would love – but it's been

so poorly implemented that it detracts from the potentially-enjoyable action bits.

You will have to talk to the incredibly boring NPCs to uncover quest directions but this

is never more than tedious busy work.

There's zero equipment to buy and because of the lack of experience system your character

undergoes minimal growth.

You'll finish out the game almost as awkwardly and underpowered as you began – while the

enemies continue to get tougher and stronger.

I say "minimal growth" because every town houses a trainer who, upon defeat, will teach

you a special move – such as taping forward twice and attack to bum rush your foes or

simply jumping while swinging – the attacks that increase you damage are appreciated but

the system is inherently flawed.

Had these basic moves been available from the start of the game and the trainer system

used exclusively for increasing attack power, Ax Battler would have had a fun and robust

combat system – much like any other Golden Axe title.

However as the system is implemented, you'll likely resort to spamming Ax's most powerful

attack.

While good RPG-em-ups exist, Ax Battler's RPG trappings only serve to hold the player

back and prevent them from going totally berserk on Death Adder's lackies.

Alright rant over.

So the game sucks?

But does it have any redeeming qualities at all?

Uh, well I guess the main character is pretty fucking metal: "Axxxxxx Battleeeeer!"

Yeah.

Look; the Gamegear RPG library gets better.

I promise.

But you could literally play anything else for the system and have a perfectly enjoyable

weekend.

So let's forget this unfortunate disappointment and stay tuned to Daria Plays for more "Unepic

Adventures for the Sega GameGear".

right they need humans would have access to everything they need the classist

system that America is today that you know the world is today would be killed

uh mainly it's because classism and so many other forms of bigotry are so so

rampant in government if you look at it from the perspective that I do, politics

attract power-hungry people. political leaders always have some ulterior motive

and I'm not saying that there aren't some good political leaders out there there

are but one of those is not a person running the country today... so why do I

think that anarchy could work? short answer is I don't um I

don't think any system whatsoever would work which is why I will be into words

anarchy you know generally it's just because I distrust people always I just
