Youtube daily Follow Aug 24 2017

If I was to have a coffee

with my 18-year-old self today

I would offer himself two pieces of advice

The first is to have goals

They don't always have to be big

But just have some goals

Ideally to have health, financial, family, vitality

You name it have some type of goals in life

The second thing I'd say is 80% of life is showing up

When you show up and commit and turn up

That's the major part of life and

then 20% is in the follow up

Sometimes we don't want to get out of bed

Sometimes our feelings are hurt

Sometimes we just don't want to actually

make this day our own

We don't want to crush it

But they're the days that you actually turn up,

Not straight away but a couple of weeks

a couple of months go

They will be the days to make a massive difference

That would be the advice I'd offer my 18-year-old self

See you soon Bye

What advice would you offer yourself?

TM Follow Up and Follow Through AVP Balajee - Duration: 7:48.

Hi, greeting this is Balajee I would like to talk about today follow up and follow through for any business if we only do the marketing.

If you only do the presentation if we only do the knowledge sharing part that is not enough ultimately in any business the extra.

Me and the good has to happen follow up and follow through is something which is the very very important process all the time.

Why you should follow up immediately as you have finished with the presentation as we have done with the plan you must follow up?

How many people use follow up on telephone but it is not recommended you must follow up somebody in person meet him use to?

Always talk about third party reference take your offline to do a follow up if we are very new in the business ultimately your bro.

What to get that person started with the business by purchasing one of the products?

Your whole objective is to get to that person one of our most wonderful products which company has to offer you knowledge the fry.

And what it takes that means the uses of the product is something which is very important which you have to convey in this fall.

Objection handling is the part of follow when you do objection handling it has some rules and regulations when you have to follow.

Ultimately not everybody is going to buy your product there will be always some kind of a rejection or some people saying no.

No, means not now that means where the person is asking and telling you I am not ready yet you can ask me again we follow SW.

When doing the follow up some will someone know what someone else is waiting start working number play very very important rule our numbers will get us the result?

More fails you are going to ultimately hours is a contact for the more people you have been into contact the more results.

It all has to be be a part of your system follow through something like which I'm going to talk about a very important is your.

With your afternoon or your first interaction with the coach follow through involved meeting meeting probably and review.

Presented your future plan and now you are re emphasising on what you have conveyed it to understanding his short term goals.

Long term goal giving him a bigger view of the industry giving a bigger view of our company the people who are associated and giving him and action plan what are the most import.

Apollo to meeting is to activate him in the business to find his to direct and clear cut path for him to get to his true balance.

So, this is something which is very very important aspect this is a very important aspect of my own group my own organisation.

And this is one of the factor on which the organisational growth is dependent that means we also see that how many new people are.

Appliance with their own coaches and whether they are fulfilling the objective of finding one left and one right immediately.

Desainer hand in hand and place a fantastic role in growing up of any organisation must write it down one must write it down make a note.

Times of how many numbers of follow-up.

Weather really there doing the follow through meeting after that usually somebody to track a prospect for 4 numbers of follow-up.

It means you do a follow up meeting now then you do if the person is not signed up can you do a follow up meeting other one.

1 then when I can usually it happens like 4 and if you don't get your desired result isn't within the CFO meeting then prob.

Prospects for a later date and keep in touch follow through should happen within his 48 hours of sign up as soon as possible.

End of you I must meet up with the coach or applied and then he should meet up with some but the person who brought a person who.

So, is the important aspect and as chief pathman senathirajah first module which he didn't is it build basic building blocks?

Follow through and then Council with a client I think these 26 number 6 and 7 goes hand in hand and it is an important than the vehicle.

Follow your Heart - A Short Documentary by Rebecca Coelho Murbach - Duration: 6:50.

I worked in construction for 10 years and I was never really happy. I was good at

it but I was never happy and I come from a family of artists and creative people.

People expressing themselves and traveling and I was going to the same

place everyday seeing the same people going the same thing and it was insanity,

I was going crazy. I actually had a construction accident I got hit on my

eye and I was blind for six months. After six months I got my eyesight back and

when I got my eyesight back I went on my first trip in ten years.

I have a Fine Arts degree in ceramic, but I knew

I didn't want to do that and one day I was waiting for an

inspiration to come to me, and one day I was digging in the garden I had my hands in

the dirt and this idea came to me.

We live in an universal as Hawaiian's believe this: "love prevails all trauma".

In this universe that's how it is. It doesn't say it prevents trauma,

because we are committed to risk as we have expressing ourselves and who we

are, but definitely is the resolution to traumas, yeah love.

And on that trip I bought a new camera.

I traveled for two months and I just took pictures and I went by myself. I made

friends everywhere and just kind of reconnected with the world outside of

the little bubble I lived in. And about six months after that I ended up going

to art school for photography.

I actually, I found my wedding ring in the dirt.

I lost it, you know, and I found it in the dirt and I had the inspiration

that I want to make jewelry, I want work with metal.

Our science is only really two ways of releasing that kind of unforgiveness:

trauma

or choice.

When you don't make the choice to release the unforgiveness trauma will

come along and bring you to the humility point of your body discarding it can't

carry the unforgiveness charge anymore.

So what the world is missing is just the simple

thought that it's this choice or it's the trauma of everything falling apart.

And applying love, attention in simple techniques of release to

discourage to the body from going into the path of disease. Whether it's cancer or

sprains that's a completely opposite approach and often it works just as well.

And I had taken a jewelry class and I really liked it

and I felt like it was more... it would be easier for me than making ceramic,

it was smaller, lighter and I just started, took some more classes.

So that was my inspiration, I really wanted to be... I didn't want my

life to be something where I went away and worked and I wanted to be my own.

Photography to me is: I go out everyday and because I take pictures of

beautiful things, beautiful people it reminds me about the good things in

life and why I'm living. And that motivates me. Another thing that I'm

passionate about it is taking pictures of people and the reaction

people get when they see their image that they feel beautiful, they feel they are

worth something and purpose. For me it's a gift that I can give to

the world and is also a gift that was given to me to be able to do that and I have the

honor to do do that and offer that to people.

I felt like: I wanna do something now in the world, you know, I had that energy of like, I want to,

be independent myself, I want to as an artist, I want to express myself in the world

and be with my children.

Allopathic medicine, the general medicine practice around the world does have

diagnostic tools that find a problem and fix a specific solution through a process.

Our medicine is about identifying emotional blocks in both your childhood and in your

adulthood through your family through genealogy.

I worked hard, I worked very hard at it. I was very inspired,

and I wanted to learn as much as I could about making jewelry.

Like what I do and I have passion for... it's a lot of work, it's a lot of stress and I

believe any kind of job, any kind of passion when when they say: Get

a job that you love and you will never work. I don't completely believe that, I believe

no matter what it's hard work and no matter what if you have to do that hard

work than you might as well do what you want. Because then you feel like you're

working or something. There is no sense in working hard at something you don't want

to do. I definitely say: Do something that you love and work hard at

it and don't expect it to be easy and if it becomes easy you're probably going it wrong.

I really just need to follow my heart. And I needed to make jewelry that

I love. So I had to really listen and always be true to me, that was what I learned.

The forgiveness skill that we try to present for our culture

the Hoponopono is the word,

is to get and to drop so you can receive.

I know we have to look at what the problems are and I gotta tell you most people are

looking and doing the solution,

and what is that?

Letting it go!

I hope that helps.
