JESSA DUGGAR MAKES INSTAGRAM COMEBACK AT BABY REARING CRITICISM, DEDICATED TO KIDS, FAMILY
& HUSBAND
For the last few days, Jessa Duggar has been under fire for her questionable parenting
techniques.
When a picture of baby Henry strapped to the front of Jessa appeared on the Duggar family
Facebook, the fans immediately expressed in the comment section that this position is
bad for his hips.
After waves of criticisms, the 24-year-old mother made a comeback on her Instagram to
show just how dedicated she is to her kids and family.
The newest video on her Instagram features her first son Spurgeon playing with second-hand
toys.
In the comments, Jessa made it clear to point out that she went to great "lengths" to
keep her son entertained and to help him develop his motor skills.
"The lengths you will go to and the things you will invent to entertain your kid,"
she wrote "(And we're equally entertained just watching him at play)."
The fans responded well to this video, praising not only Spurgeon for his smarts, but also
Jessa for coming up with creative ways to engage her kids.
"He looks so entertained!
Maybe you have a future engineer or physicist on your hands," a fan wrote.
"He is so intelligent!
So beautiful how as parents you play with your child vs. give him an IPad," another
wrote.
"Congrats."

Just days before she made this post, she was criticized heavily for not knowing the correct
and good ways of carrying her baby.
Her mother, Michelle Duggar, shared a picture of baby Henry, to show just how cute he is,
but all that the fans could see is how Jessa is potentially ruining his hip development.
"Did you know that wearing your baby in this way […] is not very good for the development
of the hips?"
A follower commented.
"You can better wear your baby with his face to you.
And the legs in a M way.
It's so bad for their hips," another fan chimed in.
"I've worn my LB since he was born but they need support right to under their knees
otherwise [their] legs hang and it pulls on their hips and can cause hip dysphasia.
Just turn him around […] or have him on your back."
Despite this lapse in baby carrying method, overall, Jessa has shown that she cares deeply
about her husband and kids.
Nowadays, that's all she posts about on Instagram.
Before she gave birth to her first son, she frequently posted selfies that showed off
her new looks and experimentations, but now, photos of her baby boys and her husband, Ben
Seewald, flood her feed.

gaining followers to gaining engagement and utilizing your bio link in you know
obviously in your bio to generate traffic to whatever you know promotion
you might be running maybe have a website maybe of an e-commerce store
maybe you have just simply an affiliate link whatever the case may be you can
turn it up and scale it up and turn Instagram into a business it's all about
generating traffic you know and I have an entire course on that so I will link

course I go into target following a lot and basically what target following is
if you don't know and I go through the step-by-step process and in depth with
this but target following just essentially to give you an overview it's
basically identifying a page that's similar to what you're you that's in
your niche that's similar similar to a page that you want to look like in the
future with with a large following what you do is you target follow-up people
that engage with their posts and their photos and stuff and you don't what that
does is 99.9% of people when they get followed if they're not a big page
they're gonna look and see who that person is that follow them or that page
that followed them and it's gonna take them to your page now that what they're
gonna do is hopefully they'll engage with your comment or sorry not your
comments hopefully they'll gauge with your your photos hopefully you know
they'll have the potential to follow you back again and hopefully they'll
obviously click your bio links so not everybody's gonna do that but but
hopefully you know you can increase the percentages of people that do as you go
on and you get more engagement and more social proof but that's essentially what
target following is now target followings phenomenal phenomenal
phenomenal and there's really not a better way to generate traffic in my
opinion but with that being said if you're trying to grow an Instagram page
and you really really really want to skyrocket and exponentially increase
your results this is a method that's a thousand times more effective than
follow unfollow and I'm gonna show it you right what it is right here so
instead of following which can be effective but you know you
can run to some issues with that what you want to do is essentially what you
want to do with Instagram is you want to rank on the top post page of a hashtag
so in my case you know I do a lot of passive income stuff I would potentially
want to rank on the top page for passive income if I had a drop shipping post I
want to rank on the top ship book you know the drop shipping you know post or
whatever like that like here's drop shipper who here's drop shipping let's
check out drop shipper now top posts and drop shipper this person that see this
is something that's easily easily ranked able and this will drop you know you
allow you to generate a multitude of traffic this is probably a bad example
but it's a good example for actually somebody to target so I might actually
make a post with a hashtag drop shipper but let's go back to passive income so
passive income and you'll see that has a large number of posts but the top posts
get a lot of engagement I mean this guy's got at that 1,700 likes he's got
29 comments this one's got 2300 roughly 2,400 likes and 67 comments this guy's
got 15.5 thousand likes and 160 comments so you'll notice that as you scroll down
the page the engagement rates slowly go down you know relative to that but you
what you want to do is you want to rank here on the top posts for a hashtag what
that will do is that will generate traffic to you to your page into your
picture and you know obviously hopefully increase your followers your engagement
and a lot of different stuff and increase your traffic so how do you rank
on the top you know the top posts well Instagram has an algorithm that defines
you know and and goes through the process of identifying what the top
posts in a certain hashtag are now you're always gonna want to try to rank
for top posts and the way that you do that is when you post you want media
engagement in a you know a ridiculous amount as much as you can you know
engagement on that post so how do you do that well the answer is Instagram
engagement groups and what is an Instagram engagement group well
basically what an Instagram engagement group is and you can google these groups
and and you can literally find a million of them and join them is a bunch of
people liking and commenting on other people's Instagram posts now what that
does is you know say you post a picture and we
in an hour it has a thousand likes and sixty comments well Instagram is gonna
see that as extremely valuable cuz you have a lot of engagement on that post
and it's gonna rank that a lot a lot higher than you know other posts that
might have 300 comments or 300 likes or you know even a post that has eight
8,000 likes but only ten comments you know there's a there's an algorithm at
Instagram you utilize this to define those but basically what you want to do
is you want to increase your engagement your exponentially as as soon as you can
it's relative to as soon as you post it and the faster you get engagement on a
post the the better your chance of being ranked on the top posts for that day in
a hash tag because people search these hashtags a lot more than you think and
you want your picture to pop up so Instagram engagement groups are the
answer to that now a lot of Instagram gaming groups you can join
essentially before you know you can post anything you have to kind of gain points
you know maybe depending on the group it might be you have to like ten photos or
you have to comment on you know 15 photos in the next day or two
and then you're finally able to post a photo to the group that that you know
obviously other people will like and comment follow back that's what in sperm
engagement groups are you can join a bunch of women join one join a million
you know whatever but that's how you do that's how you exponentially increase
your you know your your Instagram engagement and that's how you can you
know exponentially increase your followers and you know your traffic
generated so like I said I have an Instagram a hole in spam course on

this and you definitely want to try to top rank sorry I can't speak you
definitely want to try to rank for top posts on Instagram because that's what's

Supermarket chain Tesco has launched the ultimate Instagram food - an "egg-vocado" perfect for smartphone snaps. The miniature avocados which are small enough to fit into egg boxes, are on shelves to help slash food waste.
But the snack size superfood is also an online gourmet's dream as its tiny shape lends itself to perfect posts for show-off chefs.
Made popular by self styled domestic goddess Nigella Lawson who hit the headlines for serving it up on toast in her cookery show, demand for avocados has rocketed 30% year-on-year.
Tesco said its mini Zilla Egg avocados were launched to "tackle food waste from farm to fork".
While theyre sadly not available online at Tesco yet, they have hit stores already, and the eye-catching egg carton packaging is set to make them a sellout at £2 for six.
Each one weighs just 70g compared with an average avocado which is 200g and the giant Avozilla which is a mammoth 1. 7kg.
Grown naturally in Spain, the Hass avocados were in danger of being rejected because they are a third of the usual size.
Tesco's technical manager Mike Corbett said: "The Zilla Eggs allow us to sell undersized fruit and find them a home in a nice little egg box.
With an easy to peel skin, creamy texture and novelty packaging, the funsize fruit is also likely to be a hit with children.
The chain's avocado buyer James Cantoni said: "They are perfect for customers who want to snack, without the usual fuss or worry of wasting the other half of the avocado.
"And it also helps producers who are able to sell even more of their avocado crop.
