Hey, it's your girl Ally, for those of you guys who don't know me. I grew up
in San Francisco and I love the city! There are so many different
neighborhoods that is photogenic and perfect for Instagram and this video is
dedicated to all of you who are looking for great Instagram of all spots here in
the city my cart is getting a little toasty so let's go outside hey guys
what's up so currently I'm in the Sunset District when you come to San Francisco
you might be looking for a really beautiful Victorian houses that are
colorful but honestly you can go anywhere in the city you don't have to
go to the Painted Ladies to find something as beautiful you can find
colorful houses everywhere
this is your Cisco such a beautiful spot I love that there's so many different
Victorian houses like the one behind me
when you come to San Francisco there's no shortage of colorful walls colorful
houses and fine looking colorful garage doors so I found this really pretty pink
one and I'm probably gonna take a few Instagram photos here
the most popular landmark in San Francisco is the Golden Gate Bridge
Baker Beach has the best view of this iconic bridge and is perfect for photos
here a Golden Gate Park at the Conservatory of Flowers and look at the
beautiful flowers behind me ah it's so pretty so this is one of my favorite
spots in San Francisco to grab a picnic blanket bring your lunch and just like
hang out and enjoy the Sun so let's go explore the area because there's tons of
beautiful dahlias and flowers around that I know you guys are going to love
it's honestly the perfect time of year if you're here around like August or
September the flowers are still very bright and vibrant so be sure to come
check out the conservatory of flowers during the fall season
if you love all things matcha you must visit Stoneville matcha in the mission
Amber's an is another cute flower shop that's perfect for photos because of its
bright colors and beautiful decor yay and we made it to the 16th Avenue tiled
steps so right behind me there's this mural of beautiful stairs and this is a
very popular spot in the Outer Sunset area for people to take pictures
this fox had potentially has a lot of tourists so be sure to pick your section
of the stairs and you'll have a great time spot you can see such a nice view
of the city and even more regular Muni passes by it so it's very easily
accessible by transportation
next up we're going to commence Street which is kind of like a second Chinatown
if you're kind of intimidated by the hustle and bustle of Chinatown and you
want a similar experience I highly recommend Clemente Street there's tons
of great and affordable produce dim sum and yummy delicious restaurants
comment is one of my favorite spots to pick up Asian desert so I love dinky
crepes this one is super light and fresh and I got it with Metta and light she
ice cream and I also picked up this red bean ice cream Marina is one of my
favorite neighborhoods to just get lost walk around shop and to grab a bite to
eat
our very first date currently inside the Exploratorium and Scotch over there
are you Scott are you looking through the the Exploratorium is a fun spot for
kids and adults this is where I actually met Scott for my first date
there's over 650 interactive exhibits so you can easily spend all day inside we
are currently on 18th and Castro ready to take a porter on this primo sidewalk
and it's quite busy as you can see from all the people walking behind me but I
feel confident that we could take a great photo here the Sun is coming out
it's a beautiful day

San Francisco is only seven by seven miles wide and although it's not that
big there's a ton of traffic it takes forever to get across the city about 45
minutes to an hour depending on the traffic turn to take over or public
transportation where you see fit now that you've reached the end of this

Instagram appointed Facebook veteran Adam Mosseri as the new head of Instagram, the company announced on Monday
Last week Instagram co-founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, CEO and CTO respectively, resigned abruptly amid reported clashes with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, taking Wall Street by surprise
Facebook bought Instagram in 2012 for $1 billion. However, Mosseri's promotion to the top post was announced by Systrom and Krieger in a blog, and naturally, an Instagram post
"We are pleased to announce that Adam Mosseri, our current Vice President of Product, will become the Head of Instagram starting today
We are thrilled to hand over the reins to a product leader with a strong design background and a focus on craft and simplicity — as well as a deep understanding of the importance of community," the co-founders wrote in the post
Mosseri joined Facebook as a designer in 2008. At Facebook he worked on the company's mobile product and news feed before moving over to Instagram
"In his role leading Instagram, Adam will oversee all functions of the business and will recruit a new executive team including a head of engineering, head of product and head of operations," Systrom and Krieger wrote in the post

Un informe de Unicef sobre la violencia escolar en América Latina y el Caribe revela que entre 50 y 70% de los estudiantes estuvieron involucrados en algún tipo de agresión entre iguales El 2 de octubre se celebra el Día Internacional de la No Violencia, una conmemoración inspirada en el aniversario del nacimiento de Mahatma Gandhi, líder del movimiento independentista de la India y pionero de la filosofía de la no violencia
Inicialmente, la violencia estaba restringida a la acepción física a gran escala, como guerras u otro tipo de contiendas entre países, pero con el tiempo, su noción se fue diversificando y ampliando con foco en el ciudadano
Hoy sabemos que existen múltiples configuraciones y escenarios de violencia, incluso dentro del aula
Un ejemplo de esto es el bullying. Numerosos estudios demostraron que este fenómeno produce consecuencias negativas que van del desajuste social y psicológico entre los alumnos al aislamiento, baja autoestima, depresión, ansiedad, ira, ausentismo escolar, descenso del rendimiento académico y hasta suicidio, entre otros

Formas de combatir el bullying "Tenemos que ver el panorama completo, no podemos decir únicamente que los docentes deben ser los responsables de estar atentos a las señales, tenemos que también asegurar que ese joven tiene contención en otros ambientes, como en la casa, en su entorno, entre otros", describió a Infobae el psicopedagogo argentino Alejandro Castro Santander, uno de los mayores expertos en bullying del país
Integra la cátedra Unesco de Juventud, Educación y Sociedad y fue el director del Observatorio de la convivencia escolar de la Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), y se destaca como especialista en gestión de la convivencia y prevención de la violencia en el ámbito escolar

La plataforma Instagram, por ejemplo, bloqueó muchas de las palabras denostativas para que no puedan ser utilizadas, una situación que si bien no evita el acoso en su totalidad, permite aminorarlo
"Uno de los puntos más importantes que no tenemos que olvidar es que cuando uno habla de ciberbullying y del acoso o violencia escolar desde las nuevas tecnologías, lo hacen desde el colegio y muchas veces desde la propia casa, y uno ahí se tiene que poner a evaluar cuál es el factor familia y entorno", describió Santander
"Hoy quienes seguimos este tema insistimos mucho en la gestión de la convivencia escolar; un tema complejo, porque la convivencia es compleja y necesita de una formación especial de los directivos y los docentes"
Por otro lado, instituciones como American Phsichologican Association (APA) recomiendan algunas medidas orientadas a los maestros, padres y alumnos, con el fin de prevenir el bullying y ciberbullying
A continuación, los puntos más destacados: En los últimos años hubo fuertes campañas para concientizar sobre el bullying escolar y el ciberbullying (iStock) -Estar informados y alertas: el acoso generalmente ocurre en sitios sin mucha supervisión, es por eso que los diferentes actores deberán estar alertas
Los padres deben estar atentos de las actitudes y autoestima de sus hijos y llevar un estricto registro de salud y comportamiento, y los maestros, por su parte, tienen que poner atención a cualquier conversación violenta o sospechosa
Para ello, existen plataformas como SchoolTrack que permiten cruzar el historial clínico y la información conductual y académica de los alumnos
-Participación conjunta: debe existir una comunicación constante entre el colegio y la familia de alumnos, con un vínculo de confianza donde se traten con absoluta transparencia estos asuntos
Instituciones como Colegium crean soluciones con este objetivo, como CommTrack y Mensajería, que brindan la posibilidad de mantener más informados a los padres del estado de sus hijos
También hay otras plataformas donde los tutores tienen acceso a verificar calificaciones, asistencia y comentarios positivos o negativos por parte del cuerpo docente, entre otras cosas (SchoolNet y EduFácil)
-Informar sobre el ciberbullying y otros riesgos del mal uso de la tecnología: entregar información a hijos/as y alumnos/as sobre las conductas de riesgo en la red es responsabilidad de los adultos
Existe una campaña internacional llamada "Yo Cuido mi Huella" donde se puede descargar una clase interactiva sobre cómo cuidar la huella digital en formatos aptos para abordar en el hogar o dentro del aula
-Enseñar a los alumnos a hacer frente al acoso: mientras no se pueda tomar alguna medida a nivel administrativo, hablar del tema con los niños/as y jóvenes es esencial, tanto desde el rol docente como familiar
Practicar y/o crear estrategias enérgicas a fin de manejar la situación resulta muy útil y, si es necesario, se debe recurrir a la asesoría profesional

While the veteran has trolled plenty of players over the years, he was back at it again this week.
Wade's most recent target was one of his former teammates in Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson.
While Wade only played 46 games of the 2017-18 season with the Cavaliers, he and Thompson are apparently close enough to throw shade at each other.
Either that or Wade is just incredibly savage on Instagram.
