Youtube daily is it Oct 3 2018

Hi friends! Bruxy here.

I just want to tell you I'm so excited

about this upcoming series called

Still. Here.

You know, we know that we move so fast

and we miss so much

especially so much of what God is doing all around us

all the time. So we want to take some time

to learn what it means to slow down

and be present. To be still. Here.

We'll be teaching on mindfulness, meditation

and how the teachings us Jesus can help us wake up

to ultimate reality. All around us. All the time.

And this is something we'll not only be teaching on

but something we want to experience together.

So I'll be teaching differently.

I'll teach a bit and then we'll practice what we're preaching

and turn it into kind of a workshop experience.

That means that the podcast may not translate well

as an experience and so for those of you who are

tempted some Sundays to say, "ah, I'll just stay home and listen to the podcast"

we want to encourage you to put in the effort to come and be present

physically at one of our 18 locations

and not only to come but to think of a friend that you could invite

and have be present with you.

I think it will be a great series for connecting with others.

So, looking forward to having us all join together

and learn what it means to be still. Here.

Casual relationships & sex | Why women don't talk about it? - Duration: 5:58.

I have to admit that I have enjoyed casual sex and it's fine, and there's

nothing to be ashamed of but why is it still such a big thing for many women?

Hi sex-positive people my name is Marisol and this is Be Sexpositive.

In this episode we're going to talk about casual sex.

why is still such a big deal for women?

Make sure to subscribe to be updated

every time I publish a new episode and if you'd like to be part of the

Be Sexpositive community remember to visit my website www.marisolpedeboy.com where you

can learn more about me, you'll find the links to my Instagram, Twitter and

Facebook, and you will have access to the workshops coaching sessions, and

Casual sex: why is still such a big

thing especially for women? Men are allowed to have sex with whoever they

want and we're never going to judge them. But when it comes to female sexuality

if you don't have casual sex or maybe you don't admit you have casual sex, then

you're a prude. And then, if you enjoy casual sex and you like to sleep with different

people, then you might be consider a slut. Why is this?

Of course, well, this has to do a lot

with the sexual double standard. Of course men should enjoy sex and women,

well, somehow we have been taught to repress our sexual feelings.

I have to admit that I have had casual sex in the past. I'm in a relationship now and I

have enjoyed and this is nothing to be ashamed of. So how do we want to change

the way women react to sex when we always judge them. Yeah, of course when I

was probably a teenager you have to kind of judge, right? So if a woman was

sexually liberated and enjoy having sex with men

or with other women. Yes, you always have a feeling that "oh, they're this slutty aren't they?

And then you grow up a little bit and then you start understanding

well, that it's not the way and and that was definitely my case. I grew up

and I understood, no, casual sex can be fun.

And, if you are no in a relationship or you are in an open relationship there's no reason why you

cannot enjoy casual sex. And, then you have many women who either they don't

have it because they are really afraid of what people are going to think about

them. Or they do it but then they don't say. And I mean there's nothing wrong

with not talking about your sexual life. And, I mean, I've never been a person

who really talks so much about my sexual life because it's something for me.

But the problem comes when you are afraid that if you do have sex with

different people you might be labeled. That's the problem and on the other hand

there's nothing wrong in not having sex or having sex only with your partner and

have only one partner. I think the problem comes when women decide not to

do it just because they're gonna be labeled as whatever...

Of course, there is a big exercise that men have to do. Men like to kiss and tell.

Of course definitely not all man do that. But they also judge, so they have had

sex with a particular woman, and then they judge her because they have sex

with them. That's weird and wrong.

And also women I mean we tend to

much women so much for what they do or they don't do in their sexual lives and

how we pretend to change that if we are not helping each other. How do we want to

be feminist, and how do we want to have equal rights if we don't defend each other.

If we don't support each other. And this is something men do great. They

support each other. We need to learn to do that, and stop judging what a woman

has done and what they do with their body and... it's lot of bullshit, isn't it?

Let's not judge each other, let's just support each other. And if a woman has sex with lots

of different people, good for her. And if she decides not to do it, to just stick

with one partner or not to have sex at all, good for as well.

Ladies! We have to support each other.

Is it better to show my house vacant or occupied | RealEstateTalk 006 | Spring Texas Real Estate - Duration: 1:11.

Welcome to Real Estate talk. I'm Jill

Wente, a Realtor with Better Homes and

Gardens Gary Greene specializing in the

Spring Texas real estate market.On

today's episode of Real EstateTalk the

topic is Should I sell my house vacant

or occupied? Which is better? The answer

is occupied. When you sell your house

occupied buyers can feel the warmth of

that house. Once it becomes a vacant your

house it is going to feel cold. Buyers do

not have your furniture or possessions

to distract their eye when viewing it.

Instead they're going to be able to

notice every single little ding in the

baseboards. They're going to notice where

the carpets are worn in several places

versus the other places where the

furniture was placed. So to net the most

money on closing day sell your house

occupied. That's it for this episode of

Switch Time is Fun - Duration: 2:09.

It's called switch time and it's kind of fun

It's you you unannounced what happens is administration gets on the gets on the intercom and says everybody switch

We don't do it during you know how high-stakes testing times or anything like that?

but switch time is something that allows us all to go into somebody else's classroom and

So I can do it at any time. Maybe it's once every other week

Maybe it's once a month and I get on I say Oh

Everybody may have your attention, please

It is switch time

Switch time means that the kids stay put and all the teachers go to everybody else's classroom you go across the hall you go down

The hall you go upstairs you go downstairs

Just make sure all the kids are supervised and you just get to go to whatever classroom you haven't been to

So what happens is over the course of the year, you might go to 12 15 20 different classrooms

Depending upon the size of your school and you get to go into that classroom and teach those kids from maybe 10 minutes 10 15

At the longest so those kids have to tell you what they're learning what's going on and you just take over that class

Without any upfront of knowing what's going on that does a couple things

It allows us to really see the environment that other people are teaching in

It allows us to see their audience the kids that they're teaching it also

Allows us to see more kids and we don't end up in a vacuum

so if I'm a second grade teacher and I go visit a third or fourth grade or I go visit a first-grade I

See where the kids that I had last year are I also get to see the kids that I have coming up next year are

So if we did that it's a really fun activity

That I find teachers really enjoy because it really gets us around the building and gets us and out of our little classrooms

Do you ever feel like you're locked in there all the time like I gotta get out of here

All right, so something like that is kind of a fun idea

So but an administrator has to back it and be you know willing to do something fun like that the kids love it

They love when they hear the word switch time because it means I got a new face coming at them

And sometimes that's all it takes is just give me 10 minutes to look at somebody new

I love you, but I need 10 minutes to look at somebody new

Thanks for watching and I hope you found this video helpful

Is It Okay for Christians to Take People to Court? (Part 2) | Little Lessons with David Servant - Duration: 8:32.

Is it okay for Christians to take other people to court?

Hi, welcome to today's Little Lesson.

This is a continuation of our previous Little Lesson where we asked the same question, but

we didn't have time to give a full answer.

This is also a special Australian edition of Little Lessons.

There, once again, it is the beautiful city of Sydney, Australia behind me as the sun

is slowly setting on the city.

Here I am blessed in this beautiful high-rise hotel where some of my Australian brothers

in Christ have landed me.

I'm so thankful for that.

Anyways, what about Christians taking people to court?

Without going into a long review, we know that Paul had something to say about this

in 1 Corinthians chapter six.

I'm going to take a look at that in my Bible here.

Just give me a second to get to it.

This is 1 Corinthians chapter six and verse number one.

He says, "Does any of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before

the unrighteous and not before the saints?

Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world?

If the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to constitute the smallest law

courts?

Do you not know that we will judge angels?

How much more matters of this life?

If you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, do you appoint them as judges

who are of no account to the church?

I say this to your shame.

Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between

the brethren, but brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers?"

Now, can you see what Paul is decrying here in the Corinthian church?

Christians were taking Christians to court, brothers against brothers before unbelievers,

and letting the unbelievers arbitrate in their controversies.

Paul's saying that's something you don't want to do.

That's wrong.

He goes on to say you might as well just be defrauded.

It'd be better if you just let it alone and just be defrauded if that's what's actually

happened than to actually go to court before unbelievers.

Is he saying, though, that you should never go to court with a believer?

No, not if we take seriously what we just read that he said.

He says you don't go before the unbelievers, but you do go before believers.

Isn't there a wise person within your church?

You guys are going to judge angels.

You're going to judge the world.

You know, he asked this question, "Are you not competent to constitute the smallest law

court?"

Again, the idea of arbitration and going before impartial judges or a jury to amass all the

evidence on both sides, to let them make a decision, render a decision on behalf of those

who are having the controversy, that's not a bad thing.

That's a good thing.

Blessed are the peacemakers.

These are peacemaking situations, where's there controversy and difficulty between two

Christians.

Paul said you ought to have court in church.

Get a wise brother or get a few among you.

Remember, Jesus said if your brother has something against you, go to him privately.

If he doesn't receive you, then get a couple others with you.

Then, have them hear both sides.

You're having court.

You're just not having court with the unbelievers presiding over it.

That's I think the first thing that I wanted to get across in our understanding of all

this.

Is it wrong for Christians to take others to court?

Yes, it's wrong for Christians to take Christians to court.

However, now, here's the next scenario.

What about taking non-Christians to court?

Is there something inherently evil or wrong about that?

No way.

You have to do it in fairness, in righteousness, in humility and in love and in mercy and all

those things, but if somebody has wronged you in a significant way and you, perhaps,

I hope might be the best thing to try to work it out between you just as if that was a Christian

brother, but if they will not, if they refuse to work it out and refuse to repay you the

damages that you suffered because of their negligence or their harm or whatever the case

might be, well, then, what could possibly be wrong with taking them to court?

Now, I know what some folks are going to say, and say, "Well, we're supposed to always forgive.

If we forgive, then we won't take them to court."

That's exactly right.

If the transgression, if the offense against you is such that it's possible to forgive

them and just let it go and show them incredible mercy, that could be the best course of action.

No doubt about that.

There are some cases where, you know, it just doesn't fit that scenario.

I was talking to a brother recently who has a business.

One of his suppliers provided defective materials.

As a result, their product was defective.

As a result, there had to be recalls.

As a result, it caused losses of significant amounts to his company, which hurts his business,

which hurts the employees of the business and so forth.

You have to lay people off because our company is suffering so much.

Well, you know, are we going to love our neighbor as ourself?

Are we going to love our employees?

Are we going to treat them like we want to be treated?

They're suffering because of someone else's negligence.

In such a case, I don't see anything wrong at all with humbly and without malice or hatred

going to the offending party, requesting for them to make it up, and, if they refuse to,

perhaps suggesting that you go to arbitration as a step before going to court and so forth

because it might be a little easier on everybody that way.

To just say carte blanche, that there's never a situation where a Christian should take

someone to court, I think that's, quite honestly, a little bit unbalanced and unrealistic.

I don't think that it fits the tenor of all of what scripture would tell us.

On major infractions, the kind of things that are discussed by Jesus and mention the law,

an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, people are losing their eyeballs, they're suffering

for the rest of their life.

There should be some kind of repayment for that type of thing.

That's why people have insurance.

Right?

Right.

This is a Little Lesson.

There's a lot more to be said, but I just hope that I could provoke your thinking a

little bit anyways to consider that there might be more to think about than sometimes

what folks think about.

Thank you for joining me in Australia.

God bless.

See you next time.

facebook at HeatherGerheart11. I post all my videos there which happen

every Tuesday and Thursday and you will never miss one so without further adieu

let's get into today's video and today's video I'm gonna show you in my opinion

the coolest most fun phone case you will ever see and it's organic and

eco-friendly want to know what it is stay tuned and let's do this

okay I have an Internet friend named Ron Lyons and he's got a YouTube channel

that is called do life healthier and there's all these different strategies

of reducing your energy costs and having organic cleaning products and just

basically living greener and so he put up a video which I will link below on

these phone cases that not only are organic and eco-friendly but they're

textured and they have scents it's like a scratch-and-sniff phone case

and one of them one of the scents is coffee and I said to him if my phone

smells like coffee I would be in heaven so he sent me one and here it is this is

the back of my phone case it's textured and sort of feels like ground-up coffee

and it smells like coffee oh my gosh my phone smells like coffee does it get any

better than that I don't know if it gets any better than that this is so cool it

comes in all different sizes depending on the size of your phone there's four

different scents at the moment there's a rose scent a Jasmine scent and organic

Alpine hay scent and did I mentioned coffee!!!!! oh sorry

so it comes in this case it's from mmore.net and it's a really cool case

it comes very well protected and mine came with a couple of candies which are

toffee candies in latte flavor because of course again coffee!

so I don't know if you ordered the roses will they send you a bouquet of roses? I don't know....

or a horse with the alpine hay one? probably not but I asked him how long

these scents last and he said that he's got a coffee one that has lasted over

three months and it still smells and the company is actually working on an

essential oil or something that you can rub on the back should that scent

diminish and then it would rejuvenate the scent of your coffee smell or roses

or whatever smell that you have and it is just the coolest phone case I think

it's a conversation piece if you set this out when you're talking to somebody

they may come up and ask you you can get talking with them and it's just so

cool so I will link his video below that is describing it as well as a website

that you can go and check these out I'm not being paid for this it's not

sponsored I don't get any kickback I just think it's a really cool thing and

so I mean I love the fact that you can help the environment and you can have

something that's eco-friendly but really it's just about the coffee my phone

smells like coffee so awesome all right that's it for today's video. short and

sweet I just wanted to share this with you because it's so unique and something

really different and I love the fact that my phone smells like coffee and I

just think I'm gonna start some conversations at Starbucks or wherever I

am at a coffee shop although I may get some really weird looks that I'm

constantly smelling my phone, that could be bad.

but I hope this inspires you to go try some different things and fun things and go a

little bit more eco-friendly with some of the stuff you purchase every day

otherwise I hope you're having a great day stay inspired and I will see you in

the next video! See ya ladies!

Vaultek VT10i Review – Is This TSA Approved Portable Safe Worth The Money? - Duration: 6:37.

Real quick before you watch this video.

I couldn't put everything that there is to know about this VT10i in this video.

SO be sure to click the link in the description box after you watch this video and read everything

that there is to know about the VT10i review from Vaultek.

When you travel as much as I do and insist on bringing a gun with you where ever you

go, the safe you use becomes a big deal.

This used to be my traveling handgun case.

I've used it for many years while traveling across the country.

In short, where being able to travel with my handgun is concerned it gets the job done.

There's a box with a lock and key and that's about it.

But it's 2018 and let's just say gun cases are a lot more technologically advanced now.

Essentially, this case is a Nokia flip phone in the age of the iPhone X.

So, I decided it was time to upgrade my gun case.

Enter the VT10i from vault tech As far as the looks go, it look-a-like a portable

safe.

All be it a futuristic high tech portable safe but a safe none the less.

The Hard shoulder line creases give the safe definition and giving it a very Brinks truck

like appearance but still soft enough fit into your home decor and not stand out like

Mike Tyson working at a chuck e cheese.

The safe looks incredibly durable yet inviting.

The illuminating lights are a great touch.

The rubber cover of over the key hole is also a nice touch.

The VAULTEK logo is pretty damn prominent but not in a tacky way, but it mostly stands

out because there's really nothing else on the safe.

It's Brutish Industrial minimalism adorned with subtle indicators of tech.

The VT10i is just small enough and light enough to be a travel case while being big enough

and sturdy enough to also be a full-time desktop or wall mounted safe.

When I check into hotels I usually set it up on my hotel room desk as if I were at home

and place my gun inside to easily keep it out of sight from housekeeping or a quick

place to put when Room service is delivered.

I've also use the safe in the car whenever I am in state that requires the gun to be

locked and unloaded.

I can keep my magazines on me and if need be and the biometric scanner and number pad

gives me relatively quick access to what would otherwise be completely useless attempt at

trying find the key, unlocking the case and then getting to my gun.

It's 5.2 lbs so it's not the lightest safe in the world, but it's also constructed

of Progressive Formed 18-gauge steel.

I've never had problem transporting this safe.

I've carried in duffle backs, suitcases, and backpacks and it was never too heavy,

but trust me you do notice the weight but not to the point where you never want to carry

again.

I like having options, so I want I want as many ways as possible to gain access to my

guns inside my safe.

The VT10i comes loaded for bear with access options like the Biometric scanner, keypad,

lock and key, and even an smart app.

I love the biometric scanner.

Largely due to it's speed of use.

Generally speaking I can open the case in just under two seconds using the biometric

reader, which is just a touch slower than the reader on my iPhone.

The Biometric reader is consistent as hell.

Every once in a while, I'll have to readjust my finger to get a good read but by in large

it's dead on.

There's a light right above the finger pad that'll turn green once your fingerprint

is authenticated.

I've had other safes with Biometric fingerprint readers that don't have a light indicator

and you'll find yourself sitting there waiting to be prompted that it's not working.

With the VT10i you know immediately if your fingerprint can't be read by simply seeing

the light indicator light up red.

However, one downside is how long it takes to let you know that if can't read your

finger print.

It takes about 4 seconds to indicate that it can't read your fingerprint if the wrong

finger print or you just didn't place your finger on it correctly.

To get around this, if the light indicator doesn't turn green with in two seconds I

know some things wrong and I just readjust my finger.

The Biometric reader is slightly recessed in the case making it easier to find the scanner

on the safe even if it's dark and you can't see it, but it's also outlined in highly

reflective chrome so it's hard to not see it even in dark settings.

With the biometric scanner you can upload 20 unique fingerprints.

That's more than enough to give access to the people in your family who need access

to the safe as well.

I love the intuitiveness fo the number pads.

All I have to do is get close to the number pads and they illuminate red.

The keys are surround by raised borders giving you extra tactility when in dark environments.

The keys themselves feel like the keys on an apple keyboards, short throw but incredibly

responsive.

It'll register your password as fast as you can type it and once you do the lights

illuminate green and the safe opens within less than a second

I'll be honest, I don't use this feature a lot.

I really just use it as a backup in the event the batter on the case dies.

Speaking of which, the batter on the VT10i lasts 3 months on a single charge.

The beautiful thing is you always know the state of your batters by simply plugging in

a micro usb and there are four small indicator lights that let you know how much battery

you have left on the case.

And charging it is as easy charging your cell phone.

I've charged the case with a battery pack before.

One of the dopest features is the smart app.

The app shows you the safes battery level, notifies you when the safe is being tampered

with.

There's a history log that gives you accounting of everything done to the safe, like if the

interior light is adjusted and how and when the safe is opened.

You can store multiple safes within the app and switching between the different safes

is a breeze.

You can also manage the finger prints within the app as well.

In the six months I've used this safe I've done a ton of traveling with it.

I've dropped it on concrete, dropped objects on it and just generally abused it unintentionally,

and it has the marks to prove, and it keeps going.

I love this safe, I really do.

I have absolutely no problem shamelessly gushing over the VT10i because I enjoy it that much.

With an MSRP of 239 it is not a cheap safe nor is it an expensive safe considering what

you get and what the safe does.

The safe is versatile as hell.

It's literally he one safe option if you're looking for a small safe for the house that's

also portable enough for travel.

What's going on folks Mr Colion Noir Here.

Now That you've watched the video and you're debating whether or not you want to buy the

vaulted VT10i, be sure to click the link in my description box which will take you to

my website where I have a full-length review about everything that there is to know about

this particular safe.

I'm Mr Colion Noir and Im out.

that's what he's here to talk about

'cause he's making his theatrical stage debut

in the new musical Redemption of a Dogg.

(audience applauds)

- All right, y'all! - Which is also co-starring

the one and only Tamar Braxton!

(audience cheers)

How ya doin' Tamar?

- I'm so good! - Aw, this is gonna be good!

Redemption of a Dogg, before we talk about the musical.

Snoop you got a cookbook coming out at the end of the month.

- Yeah.

- [Steve] Now, what kind of recipes is in your cookbook?

- Well, I got one recipe that I know

you'd really be kind of,

is the fried bologna sandwich with barbecue chips

in the inside.

- Woo, that sound's amazing!

Hold up y'all, you telling people how to fry the bologna

with the barbecue chips

on the sandwich? - Yes sir.

- That's a blessing. - That's one of them

legendary hood sandwiches.

(audience cheers)

- Let me tell you somethin' if you ain't had this,

you need to get this cookbook.

- And then it goes from there to a Lobster Thermidor.

- Really? - Oh yeah,

I'm cuisine-in on 'em.

(audience laughs)

- I'm cuisine-in on 'em.

- What is Redemption of a Dogg about?

- Redemption of a Dogg is a play you know,

that stars me, Tamar and a beautiful cast that we have.

It's the story of a man,

tryin' to find the right way to live,

and through his searches he loses his legacy,

his fame and eventually his life, which is his wife,

and he has no one to turn to but God.

And he finds his self back through God

to get that experience with putting his life back together.

So, it's a great story of redemption.

Tamar plays my angel so I depend on her to help me

get my life right.

- Tamar, you play an angel?

- I do!

- This is gone be good.

- It is.

- I'm comin' to the first night, before y'all fix anything.

I wanna be there the first night before y'all go,

wait a minute Tamar, you the angel,

cause I know they're gonna say that.

What's that been like for you?

- Ah, it's been amazing.

I let him be who he is, ya know I'm not judging

what he do.

Everybody know he smoke, I don't talk about him smokin'

and I actually encourage it.

- What is this dynamic like for you two working together?

- You know what, I've always been a fan of her and her music

and everything that she's brought to the table

since she came in the game.

When I got with Je'Caryous Johnson,

the writer and the director, your name was first on the list

and we didn't have no back-ups, there wasn't no seconds.

It was like, go get her!

We want her!

Know that.

- He's so kind.

- When you co-starring together,

you find out a lot about each other,

and some habits that you may like

but some maybe not so much,

so I thought that it would be a cool fun thing to do

to find out a little bit more about Snoop and Tamar

in a game that I'm calling Who is It?

(audience applauds) (lively music)

- Now I'm gonna give each one of you a fan

with each other's picture on it.

- Oh that's a church fan, praise God.

- Only do it if you let 'em.

- Okay now, I want you to look at the pictures,

and I want you to answer the questions

by showing the picture of who it is.

First question, who messes up they lines more?

- For sure, be honest.

(bell dings)

Yeah, it's me. - It's you?

- Yeah, let me tell you something.

To be honest, he was off book, the next day.

- [Steve] Off book means you don't use your script.

- No script, nothing, like, he's so professional.

No really, I was astonished, I couldn't believe it.

(audience laughs)

- That's him, Lord.

- Next question.

Who's more likely to be late to the set?

(bell dings) (audience laughs)

- And the set is at my spot, and I'm still late.

- Oh it's at your studio?

- Yes, and I'm still the last one in there.

- Who's the loudest on the set?

- Oh come!

- Damn, the audience is answering!

(bell dings)

- Wait but, wait Tamar, did you hear the crowd?

- They said Tamar!

- I said, who the loudest on the set.

Tamar!

- Oh yeah!

Oh yeah!

- You know she crazy!

All right, last question.

Who's the most helpful?

- Aw! (audience applauds)

He is, he's helpful.

- I wanna give a special thanks to to Tamar Braxton,

special thanks Snoop Dogg.

We'll be right back everybody.

(upbeat music)

मल्टीबैग्गेर - What is value investing ? Example of multibagger (Hindi) - Duration: 8:01.

Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video we will talk about value investing

But I would like to share a personal story first

When I finished my med school , I told some of my friends about my decision to invest in the stock market

Their first response was that it's a place where people gamble and don't invest there as you will not gain anything as nobody knows how the stock price moves

In this video, I will try to explain that there is a process behind this madness

In short term, yes the price fluctuates a lot thanks to the traders but in long term you will see that earnings matter

So let me ask you something . If this was gambling , do you think you would see so many billionaires such as Warren Buffet , Jeff Bezos , Rakesh Jhunjhunwala ?

Did they make that money by gambling? Because Mark Zuckerberg owns only one stock which is his own. The same with Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates

But they did make big amounts of money from the stock market. If you check the billionaires list, you won't see any gambler in that list.

That's because that is gambling and nobody can become a billionaire just by luck.

But in this video , I will show you that there is a process behind the stock market and there is a reason why the stock goes up.

Let's take 2 examples. Havells is a very famous company. When i was reading their annual report, I read they went public 25 years ago.

They were increasing their profits at 30% every year and if you would invested in the stock, you would have got 30% returns CAGR.

So you can see there is a direct relationship with the earnings and the stock price. In short term , there will be fluctuations but in the long term, it would work out well.

Another example is Piramal enterprises. Which is a very good company. If you would have invested in the company , it was increasing their profits by more than 25%

Their stock also gave returns of more than 25% CAGR

What I'm trying to say is that if you can understand the earnings of the company, then you will know the value of the company and how much it will earn in future

So the meaning of value investing is to understand the value of any company and the only way to do that is to understand their earnings

So let's take another example so I can prove my point. Let's say we have a shop where we sell bananas.

And our workers report to us every year and they tell us that our sales have been growing at a rate of 30 - 40 %.

So we get excited at first as those are great numbers but when we ask for our profit numbers

they will tell us that you didn't make any money . In fact , you actually lost money. You loss was 10 crores.

That basically means nothing is coming in our pocket and as a matter of fact there is money leaving our pockets. Now you might be asking how did that happen ?

There is something similar happening in the stock market. You will see many people investing in growth stocks

The revenues are growing between 30 - 40% . I won't take names.

The problem with this growth is that many times there is nothing coming in our pockets if we were owners of this company. So is it worth it ?

I'm not saying these are bad companies or you shouldn't invest. From a value investing perspective

These companies don't have positive earnings . So if you do decide to invest, wait until they are profitable.

Let some money come in your pocket first if you were an owner. If you invest now, it means that you think maybe the company will be profitable

You can't be sure because they aren't profitable yet

So you are investing based on hope and expectations. Do you think that is the best decision ?

So let's say we have our company which doesn't make money and then we have another company which is profitable

and yet we decide to invest in ours compared to the other one. Do you think that's the best decision ?

So when you're analysing growth stocks , please keep in mind their earnings and if they are profitable. If not , that is not a value investing stock.

because if you don't know the earnings , how will you know the value of the stock ?

Now the problem is , do we need to know the exact value of a stock ? if yes, that requires to much time.

The answer is really simple. You don't need to know the exact value of a stock.

Let's take an example. If you give a big stone and I ask you is this heavy or not. Do you really need to know is it's weight is 200 kg 220 kg or 240 kg ?

So as you can see you don't need to know the weight. You know it's heavy. Something similar happens in stocks.

You don't need to know the exact value of a stock but you do need to know if the stock is cheap or not.

If it's cheap then you can buy it. If not, then don't buy it. As simple as that.

Let's talk about a real life example where you could've made 400 %in less than 3 years with value investing.

It's not a small secret stock. Many people knew this company.

The name of the company is Bombay Burmah Trading. They had many investments in their portfolio.

One was Bombay dyeing where they had more than 14 % of investment.

The second investment was in Britannia, which was around 50%. So you could've bet indirectly in Britannia with this company.

So if you would have checked what was the Britannia investment worth ? You would know it was around 30 000 crores.

This company had a market cap of 3 000 crores. Now do you need to calculate the value of the company ?

No , because you already know their market cap is 3000 crores and their investment in Britannia is worth 30 000 crores. Now it's bit more.

So you were getting the stock at an 80 - 90 % discount . It could have given you more than 400 % in just a couple of years.

And we didn't even include the investment of Bombay Dyeing as that was a small part.

This is the types of investments you should be looking for. Where you don't need to calculate exact value of any company.

You just needed to see the market cap of Bombay Burmah Trading and their investment in Britannia and you would have made 400% returns.

There are more ways to value a company but in this video I wanted to show the easiest one.

So, if you want to see which sectors am I investing in or which stocks am I reading about, feel free to follow me on Twitter as I'm very active there.

If you did like this video, then please click the like button, comment and share this video with your friends so I can share more investment strategies.

Tina Knowles Lawson on Finding Love Again at 59: "It Is Possible"| Black Love | OWN - Duration: 1:26.

I wrote down all the good things about myself,

which is really hard.

Have you ever tried to do that, to just sit

down and write out 10 things that

are really good about yourself?

I wrote these things about myself,

and I was like, I'm a bad sister.

I have done some pretty incredible things.

I'm not so bad.

I deserve somebody because I'm great.

You know?

And that's not an arrogant thing, that's just like,

all these years, I've been--

I've accomplished all these things,

but I never really even took a look at them.

I never owned them or felt good about them.

So all of a sudden, I felt good about myself.

And I think that's how I was able to attract someone.

So if you are out there and you want to attract somebody,

fall in love with yourself, and know your worth.

You know, it really makes a difference.

At 59, I moved to a new city, got a new car,

a new man, a new life.

And it is possible.

I envisioned the type of man I wanted,

I prayed for the type of man I wanted,

and I got pretty much that.

Is he perfect?

Absolutely not.

But you know--

No?

--he has a lot of the qualities-- no.

No?

He has a lot of qualities that I love.

And we're having a really good time, and I'm enjoying life.

So there is hope, women.

CAN WE SAVE THE EARTH BY MOVING IT AWAY FROM THE SUN? - Duration: 7:47.

Is it possible to save the Earth by moving it away from the Sun?

Hello everyone!

Welcome to our channel!

One day in the future, the Earth's oceans will boil, destroying all life on the planet's

surface, and make it completely uninhabitable.

This global warming is in some sense inevitable: the gradual warming experienced by the Sun

is due to the gradual burning of the fuel inside the Sun.

However, there is a way to keep the Earth inhabited if we develop a long-term solution:

the migration of the entire Earth!

Today we in Smart Banana will try to find out – is it at all possible?

How hot will it get and how fast will it happen to move the Earth in time?

The way in which every star receives its energy lies in the fusion of lighter elements into

heavier in the kernel.

Our Sun, in particular, synthesize helium from hydrogen in regions where the temperature

of the core exceeds 4 000 000 degrees!

The hotter it is, the faster is the rate of synthesis – in the heart of the core temperature

reaches 15 000 000 degrees.

This speed is almost always constant.

For a long time, the percentage of hydrogen to helium changes, and the interior heats

up slightly more in billions of years.

And when there is a warming up, we observe the following:

luminosity increases – more energy is emitted over time

the luminary grows slightly in size, the radius increases by a few percent for every billion

years its temperature remains almost always constant,

changing by less than 1% in a billion years

All this comes down to one inconvenient fact: the amount of energy that reaches the Earth

slowly grows with time.

For every 110 million years, the solar luminosity increases by about 1%.

This means that the energy reaching the Earth also increases by 1% in about the same time!

When the Earth was four billion years younger, our planet received 70% of the energy it receives

today.

And in another billion or two years, if we do nothing, there will be significant problems

on Earth.

At some point, the surface temperature will rise to 100 degrees Celsius.

That is, the oceans will evaporate!

How can we avoid this?

There are several possible solutions: • We can install a series of large reflectors

at the L1 Lagrange point to prevent the light from reaching the Ground

• We can use geo-engineering to change our planet's atmosphere to reflect more light

and absorb less • We can rid the planet of the greenhouse

effect by removing methane and carbon dioxide molecules from the atmosphere

• We can leave Earth and focus on terraforming outer worlds like Mars.

Well, in theory, everything can work, but it will require enormous effort and support!

However, the decision to migrate the Earth to a remote orbit may be final.

And although we have to keep the planet out of orbit to keep the temperature constant,

it's going to take hundreds of millions of years!

To compensate for the effect of a 1% increase in the Sun's luminosity, you need to take

the Earth 0.5% of the distance from the Sun; to compensate for the increase of 20% (that

is, 2 billion years!), you need to take the Earth 9.5% further.

The Earth will no longer be 149,600,000 km from the Sun, but 164,000,000 km away!

The distance from Earth to the Sun hasn't changed much in the last 4.5 billion years.

But if the Sun is going to heat up and we don't want the Earth to fry up completely,

we will have to seriously consider the possibility of the planet's migration!

A lot of energy is needed!

To shift the Earth – all its six septillion kilograms – away from the Sun – means

to significantly change our orbital parameters!

If we take the planet away from the Sun for 164,000,000 km, there will be obvious differences:

The Earth will orbit the Sun 14.6% longer to maintain a stable orbit, our orbital velocity

must fall from 30 km/s to 28.5 km/s. if the Earth's rotation period remains the

same (24 hours), the year will not be 365, but 418 days

The sun will be much smaller in the sky – by 10%, and the tides caused by the Sun will

be weaker by a few centimeters

If the Sun swells in size, and the Earth moves away from it, these two effects are not entirely

compensated.

The Sun will appear smaller from the Earth!

But in order to bring the Earth so far, we need to make very big energy changes: we will

need to change the gravitational potential energy of the Sun–Earth system.

Even taking into account all other factors, including the slowing of the Earth's movement

around the Sun, we will have to change the Earth's orbital energy in 10 – 15 times

more than the annual energy costs that humanity carries!

Well, one would think that in two billion years it would be different, and it really

is, but not that much!

We're going to need 500,000 times the energy that humanity is generating today all over

the world, and that's going to take the Earth to a safe place.

The speed at which planets orbit the Sun depends on their distance from the Sun.

The slow migration of the Earth at 9.5% of the distance will not disturb the orbits of

other planets.

How to get energy!?

Technology is not the most difficult issue!

The difficult question is much more fundamental: how do we get all this energy?

In reality, there is only one place that will satisfy our needs: the Sun itself.

Currently, the Earth receives about 1500 W of energy per every square meter from the

Sun.

To get enough power to migrate the Earth in the right amount of time, we'll have to build

an array (in space) that will collect 4.7 x 1035 joules of energy, evenly, in 2 billion

years!

This means that we need an array of 5 x 1015 square meters (and 100% of its efficiency),

which is equivalent to the entire area of ten planets like ours!☺

The concept of space solar energy has been developed for a long time, but no one has

yet imagined an array of solar cells measuring 5 billion square kilometers.

Therefore, to transport the Earth to a safe orbit far away, a solar panel of 5 billion

square kilometers of 100 percent efficiency will be needed, all the energy of which will

go to pushing the Earth into another orbit for 2 billion years!

Is it physically possible?

Absolutely!

With modern technology?

Absolutely impossible.

But is it possible in practice?

With what we know now, almost certainly not!

Dragging an entire planet is difficult for two reasons: first, because of the gravitational

pull of the Sun and because of the massiveness of the Earth.

But we have exactly this very Sun and this very Earth, and the Sun will heat up regardless

of our deeds!

Until we figure out how to collect and use that amount of energy, we'll need other strategies!

If you have something in mind, please share with us!

As you see, it's better start thinking about it already now!

Is The UPROAR CHALLENGE As Big As In My Feelings?! - Duration: 2:35.

A catchy hip-hop song with a good beat? Perfect opportunity to start another

dance craze. You're watching What's Trending, I'm

Shira Lazar. Be sure to like this video and subscribe for more social media news

daily. Lil Wayne's long-anticipated album, Tha Carter V, was released last Friday,

the artist's 36th birthday. And Uproar is the album's standout track, produced by

Swizz Beatz. Yup, it's a bop. And don't make us play it kids on this video. We

need to earn a living. Just go to any of these links. The signature sound from

Uproar is actually a sample from a 2001 G. Dep track called "Special Delivery." But

the popularity of the song has inspired people to dance... often in the streets.

Sound familiar? Shiggy, who kicked off the In My Feelings

Challenge in July, was one of the first to post a dance interpretation of "Uproar".

And Swizz Beatz did his own on stage that you can see why he's a professional

producer and not a dancer.

And it didn't take long for Weezy himself to get in on the challenge with

his kids in this poorly lit version on Instagram.

But the speed with which these

guys put up their videos with a hashtag makes us wonder if this is really

organic, like the In My Feelings Challenge, or just a savvy marketing

strategy by Young Money Records. Zachary Murphy says: The Uproar challenge

is the most transparently fake, astroturfed, "viral" marketing campaign.

It's just people dancing!" And @MDiddy_1 tweeted: "This #Uproar

Challenge seems so forced". But organic or not, it's working pretty well. In just a

few days, there are thousands of user uploaded Uproar Challenges to Instagram.

And unfortunately, people are already doing the challenge while jumping out of

moving cars. Seriously, don't do that! Come on. Be smarter. For every one person that

goes viral and ends up on Jimmy Kimmel, there are ten people who will slip and

break a rib. And since G. Dep helped popularize the Harlem Shake back in the

early 2000s, many Uproar Challengers are doing the throwback dance for their own

videos.

So do you think the Uproar Challenge will be as big as the In My

Feelings Challenge? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to like and

subscribe for more of What's Trending.
