Youtube daily about Nov 3 2018

Those are the thoughts of Sky Sports pundit Danny Mills. Reports emerged on Tuesday indicating Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Arrizabalaga as a replacement for Thibaut Courtois who looks set to join Real Madrid

After skipping training for the past two days, Courtois is desperate to engineer an exit from the Blues to force through a move to the Bernabeu

Stoke shot-stopper Butland had been targeted by the west London outfit, but their interest appears to have cooled

And that has made Mills think that Butland was never really on their radar. "Yeah he's a very young goalkeeper, he's only 23," Mills said when asked about the prospective transfer of Arrizabalaga to Stamford Bridge

"He's clearly a bit like David de Gea when he went to Manchester United. "He looks about 13/14

He doesn't look old at all. "This appears to have come out of nowhere, but it won't have done

"Chelsea will have known about Courtois and there's rumours he's been wanting to go for a year

"They'll have lined up this deal. "The Butland thing was a smokescreen. He'll be absolutely gutted if he thought he may have been joining

" Chelsea, meanwhile, beat Lyon 5-4 on penalties in a pre-season friendly last night

The TOP 20 Scorer in NBA History NOBODY Talks About! - Duration: 6:05.

When you look at the top 20 scorers in NBA history, you automatically think of Kareem

as the leading scorer, you want to see, where does Michael Jordan rank, how many points

did Wilt Chamberlain score and how much points Lebron needs to score to rank up in the all-time

list.

But nobody notices one player in the top 20 who was one of the best scorers in NBA history.

Hello everyone.

Hope you are doing well.

I'm PRPLPRNCH and I'm talking about Alex English who's currently no 18 in NBA's

all time points scored list.

The beginning of Alex Englishes NBA career didn't promise anything bright ahead.

English was drafted in the 2nd round with the 23rd pick of the 1976 NBA draft by Milwaukee

Bucks, but didn't play much.

For his first 2 seasons, English played around 15 min per game and averaged 7.7 points and

4 rebounds.

Seeing that something doesn't rhyme, Milwaukee traded English to Boston Celtics for whom

he didn't play a game.

As a free agent after the 1977-78 season, English signed with the Indiana Pacers where

he became a starter.

Playing more than 30 minutes per game he was much more effective averaging close to 16

points and 8 rebounds, but something didn't click in Indiana as well.

Midway through the 1979-80 season he was traded again.

This time to the Denver Nuggets.

That's when Alex English took off.

He finished the 79-80 season averaging more than

21 points and 9 rebounds.

In his first full season with the Denver Nuggets , Alex English played in 81 games and averaged

almost 24 points and 8 rebounds, but that wasn't the peak of his career.

For the next eight years Alex English would be one of the best Small Forwards and players

in the league.

He would become an NBA All-star for 8 straight years.

In 1981-82 season English averaged 25 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

The team made the playoffs, but got eliminated in the first round.

Next season, Alex English averaged 28 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

Denver got to the playoffs, sweeped the Phoenix Suns in the first round, but lost to San Antonio

in the second round.

In 1983-84 season English took a little step back, but he still averaged 26, 6 and 5.

The team however, like always couldn't deliver in the playoffs.

1984-85 season would be the longest season in Alex English career.

Alex English finished the season averaging 28 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

Denver got to the playoffs, but this time, they were good there as well.

In the first round of the 1985 NBA playoffs the Denver Nuggets met up with their rivals

- the San Antonio Spurs.

George Gervin was already 32 and the Nuggets managed to squeeze out a series win in 5 games.

3 to 2.

In the second round of the playoffs, Denver Nuggets met up with the Utah Jazz who had

a 22-year old John Stockton and no Karl Malone yet.

Easy win in the series 4-1 and the Denver Nuggets move on to the Western Conference

finals, where they had to play against the Lakers.

Nuggets were no match for the Lakers.

Led by Pat Riley, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Bob Mcadoo and James Worthy, Lakers

finished the Denver Nuggets in 4 games.

For the remainder of Alex English tenure with the Denver Nuggets he would always make the

playoffs but never get out of the 2nd round.

The success he experienced was only tied to the regular season.

And he himself had some subpar playoff series averaging less than 20 points in a couple

of them.

Still, Alex English became Denver Nuggets all-time leading scorer and he still is.

With 21.645 scored points English is way ahead of everyone else on the list.

In his last season with Denver, English struggled, scoring only 17.9 points per game, That was

quite a drop-off from what everyone was used to see from him, which was close to 30ppg.

Seeing the drop in his production Denver decided to not resign him.

They saw that he was done.

Alex English did try to play one more season.

After 11 seasons in Denver, Alex English signed with the Dallas Mavericks where he was a bench

player.

In 22 minutes per game he was able to average 9.7 points and 3 rebounds.

After 1 season with Dallas, Alex English retired.

A legend in Denver and NBA, for his career Alex English scored 25 613 points which currently

ranks 18th on the all time list.

He will soon be surpassed by another Denver Nuggets legend, Carmelo Anthony who is less

than 200 points away.

Carmelo Anthony was great in Denver ,but as far as legacies go, the Denver Nuggets will

always be the city of English.

Thanks for watching guys.

Why do you think everyone forgets about Alex English?

How do you remember him as a player?

Battlefield V | Commentary about 8 FIRST LAUNCH MAPS - 解读!战地5首发8幅地图 - Duration: 8:58.

Before this video starts

I need to tell everyone a message

In November 2018, this month

Battlefield 1 Standard Edition was included in the XBOX LIVE Gold membership

If you haven't bought Battlefield 1 on XBOX Store, please don't forget to get it!

Hello, everyone! My name is 小命(Xiao Ming)

And you can call me SHIO-MEN as well

On November 2 (UTC + 8), the YouTube channel of Battlefield V updated the first 8 maps

So now, let me tell you the detail one by one

The first map, Hamada, is located in North Africa

It will be the largest map of the eight maps launched first in Battlefield V

At that time, everyone can experience some of the largest tank battles in human history in this map

Attention, "HUMAN HISTORY"!

This is also the original words of the official YouTube channel of the Battlefield in the map introduction

The original words was "You'll engage in combat inspired by some of the biggest tank battles in human history."

There is a big but narrow bridge in this desert map

It can be destroyed

This looks similar to the map named Rupture in Battlefield 1

In this map, objective C in the conquest mode is the bridge

and the bridge in the map of "Hamada" has the same effect as the "Rupture"

The second map, Aerodrome

This map is also located in North Africa

According to Battlefield offical, in this map, the airfield was Nazi Germany's

After the recent bombing of the Allies, it became a ruin

In the official video, we can know that objective C, which is the central hangar area

is an important point of engagement

Meanwhile, this point has such an important strategic significance that

can greatly influence the entire battle situation

In the early games of Battlefield, like Operation Locker in Battlefield 4

Operation Metro in Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4

and Ballroom Blitz, Suez, Rupture and Tsaritsyn in Battlefield 1

are partly similar to this map

Therefore, everyone should have a good idea of the airport map of Battlefield 5

The third map, Twisted Steel

To be precise, it should be a "twisted iron bridge."

This map is located in France

Needless to say, the landmark of this map is also the focus of this map

the destroyed steel bridge

According to the official words of the Battlefield official

"Twisted Steel features the biggest structure ever created for a Battlefield game"

we can understand that

this broken bridge is the largest building structure in the history of the battlefield series

It's really going to blow

Ok, go on. The focus of this map is this broken bridge, which has just been said

It is a severe test for both sides, whether it is offensive or defensive

In the early Battlefield series, I guess Giant's Shadow in Battlefield 1 is similar to this map

The mark in Giant's Shadow is the crashed L30 Airship

If nothing else, The playing way of Twisted Steel is similar to Giant's Shadow in Battlefield 1

The fourth map, Arras

is also located in France

This map, lol, the endless plain, despite the crops generally grow taller in the field

No any building there? That's wrong

It has a small town too

The center of this town will be an important battle zone

and the top of the church will be an ideal sniping area

Of course, when you are at the top of the church, you are likely to be targeted at it

due to the high degree of recognition of this building

The fifth map, Rotterdam, also known as Rotterdam, is a famous port city in Netherlands

It is the second largest city in the Netherlands and the largest seaport in Europe

In the 1980s, it was once the largest port in the world

In the 1990s, however, with the rise and development of ports in Asia

Rotterdam's ranking is declining and currently ranked 10th in the world

This map is available during the Beta test

and the background of this map is the Battle of the Netherlands in 1940

It is part of the "Case Yellow."

In order to force the Netherlands to surrender

on May 10, 1940, the German army launched a military operation against the Netherlands

The Dutch army only resisted for four days, while the Dutch army in Zealand resisted until 17th

This battle is the first battle in history to use paratroopers to attack enemy strategic targets

The map is about a city war, and I will not introduce more about its structure

After all, it appeared in Battlefield V Beta

The sixth map, Devastation, means "destruction"

and it is also located in the famous Dutch city: Rotterdam

The background of this picture is the Rotterdam bombing

On May 13, 1940, the battle in Rotterdam was deadlocked

In order to quickly break the deadlock

Hitler issued the 11th command on the morning of May 14

and General Hans Schmidt mobilized the Junker Ju-87 "Stuka"

and the Henkel He 111 bomber teams

to carry out a strategic bombing in Rotterdam

This map will be a fast-paced map focused on the infantry battle

rather than the pure infantry battle

The seventh map, Narvik

also known as "纳尔维克(Chinese)"

is located in the port city of Narvik, Norway

This map launched in both Alpha and Beta tests

The background of this map is the Battle of Narvik in 1940

The specific content of the map, I will not introduce more

because people who have played Alpha or Beta test knew that

If you have not played, you can go to see my previously uploaded video to warm up

The 8th map, also the last first launch map, is called Fjell 652

This map is located in Norway and is located in the Arctic Circle

In this map, the main combat power is both infantry and aircraft

and the infantry and aircraft of both sides will compete fiercely in the rugged mountains

In this map, the focus of the battle is to seize key objectives

with mountain huts and AA guns in harsh environments

Moreover, according to the official video

there will be occasional bad weather such as snowstorms in this map

The 9th map, Panzerstorm

This map will appear in Chapter 1 of the wave of war

Here I want to correct a mistake in the previous video

In that video, I said in the video that the tank storm is a mode

In fact, it is just a map

The location of the tank storm is located in a village in Belgium

This battle was a tank battle in the Second World War

In this map, there are totally 14 tanks or armored vehicles on both sides

This is a massive vehicle battle

The artillery fire from both sides will bring shocking destruction

And the infantry is to seize key positions and destroy enemy vehicles to control the situation

More maps and game modes will be released as the Tides of War updates

For more details, you can go to Battlefield Forums, Battlefield V Official Twitter and YouTube

Those are all contents I told about the launch maps of Battlefield V

When you watch my video, please don't forget to hit "Like" and "Subscribe" button

collect and share it with your friends

Any thoughts or opinions can be left in the comment area below the video

Anyway, thank you for watching, I am 小命(Xiao Ming)

My name is SHIO-MEN, I will catch you guys in the next video

The BEST thing about living in the Middle East - Duration: 3:11.

you know, I've been living abroad for many years now, I left the UK what feels like a lifetime ago

I think it was about 6 years ago

and I haven't looked back

I love living abroad

I love living in the Middle East

I've spent most of my time abroad in the Middle East

I've also been to southeast Asia

and all over, I've been to about 35 countries but that's by the by

this is my YouTube channel, it's called Arabic Mike

it's because I teach Arabic on YouTube

and today I'm going to talk to you about the best things about living in the Middle East

now it's hard to narrow it down

to 1 thing, so I've narrowed it down to 2 things

and number 1

is... well what is number one... they're kind of both equal

so the two things are

the weather and the security

now let me talk about the weather okay?

now weather here is gorgeous, I'm from the UK

I don't like rain, i don't like dark, I don't like cold

and you don't get any of those 3 things here

I think it rains about 3 or 4 times a year roughly

and the weather is gorgeous, you can join a beach club, you can always enjoy the sun

now the heat can be a downside if you struggle with temperature

it can get quite hot

but point is, is that, that's a definite positive for most people

certainly for me, the weather gorgeous, it's stunning, it's always like this, you can go outside

you never have to worry about wearing a coat

or whether you need to wrap up

it's a really, really nice place to be

now safety and security

I often think that

you have this balance to strike between I guess freedoms and safety right?

so...

countries which aren't particularly free are often quite safe

sometimes

sometimes...

now I think places like Kuwait, UAE, Qatar... they're examples of these kind of places

crime here is very low

it's a very safe place to live

nothing bad is likely to happen to you

so it's somewhere, where you can just go out, you don't really need to worry

about petty crime... petty crime here is pretty much minimal

you can leave your laptop on the beach and go away

and come back in half an hour... it will be melted in a puddle in the sun

you can probably suck it up with a straw

but it will still be there

because it's a safe secure country

so that's a really really big thing

when thinking about where to live, especially if have a family

if you have a family, if you have kids

of course you want to raise them in a country which they can go out and play

without having to worry about anything, right?

so these are the kinds of things we're talking about

the weather, security, if you have any specific questions about what it's like to live in the Middle East

then you can join my Patreon, it's patreon.com/ArabicMike

and I teach Arabic as well so you can also get me on Patreon for that

thanks for watching this video, you can see more videos up there and there

you can subscribe just over there

hope to see you here again soon

until next time, thanks for watching

this very short and sweet video about the best things about living in the Middle East

and until then bye bye!

Stjepan Hauser about 2CELLOS taking a break - Duration: 1:46.

Hundreds of concerts, millions of mileage, lights of world-class stages and crazy performances.

All this famous 2CELLOS duo will put on hold for some time.

Each day in a different city, every day another country. We had insane

inhuman pace. These were such exertions not even we can

endure nor follow. We need some time to come to our senses.

Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser will make two more tours in USA and Australia

and then after spending seven years together, they are taking a break.

We do not even know how long it will last.

It can take a short time, it can take a long time, it can last forever

Life is unpredictable.

World fame for them began when they covered the song of Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal

They refused to play at the inauguration of US President Donald Trump,

but they played in front of the British Queen, at the Empire State Building, playing with Elton John.

What is the point of everything, and success, and great earnings, and all you do if you really do not have time to enjoy it

and start living a life in more normal rhythm and pace.

It's really luxury for us to be somewhere for two three days and not have to do anything.

That's why he says that first thing their plan is to rest well.

He does not want to talk too much about the future.

We will not plan anything. Just when we finish the last concert in April , I'll just let go

I've always had the great desire to see the whole world as I walk.

Without any plan and it can actually be realized now.

What Do Your Daydreams Reveal About You - Duration: 5:57.

What Do Your Daydreams Reveal About You

Daydreaming is one of the most common things people do, and also one of the most personal.

In a survey conducted at the University of Minnesota, 80 percent of people said they

preferred to admit embarrassing experiences rather than express their daydream.

However, have you ever wondered that your daydreams can actually reveal your personality?

We all try to escape reality in various ways; after all, we might make ourselves crazy if

we didn't.

People have various methods to escape worldly things, but almost everyone does one thing

every day, which is daydream.

According to psychologists, most of us (if not all) spend half of our mental activities

on daydreaming.

And believe it or not, they help us to realize our goals, express our deepest hopes, desires,

and fears.

Daydream can help us to think of a more positive reality or sort out our goals in life.

So in this video, I'm going to share with you 9 things about your daydreams that reveal

your personality.

But before that, please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to

know the complete information.

Here's the 9 Things Your Daydreams Say About Your Personality.

#1 - Daydream that means you are creative.

If you daydream about showing off in a competition or winning an award, that might mean you have

a creative brain.

Research shows that people who play scenarios in their mind where they can do something

exciting and interesting while showing their natural talent want to put their skills to

good use and get rewarded for them.

#2 - When you are satisfied with your life.

Maybe you think the reason you are daydreaming is because you want to run away from reality

for a while.

Well, most of the time that's true.

However, some people daydream while they enjoy their life.

If your daydream involves about relaxing on the beach somewhere, do a hiking with friends,

or just hanging out with them, that might mean you really like your life.

You have a meaningful connection with people around you, and you just want to spend time

with the people you care about.

#3 - Your daydream shows that you are intelligent.

Daydream can also reveal your intellectual abilities.

A study from the Georgia Institute of Technology found that people whose minds wander might

have so much brain capacity that they cannot keep their minds focused on the tasks at hand.

According to the research, people who reported more daydreaming scored higher on intellectual

and creative tests and had a more efficient brain as measured by an MRI machine.

#4 - Your daydream means you miss someone far away.

Daydreaming about someone you cared about passed away may mean that you need to deal

with your grief or that you just miss them.

You might remember happy memories with them or imagine them in a better place.

Sometimes, nostalgia can reveal what is said to be daydream about your personality.

#5 - You want to be in control with your life.

If you daydream about becoming world famous, or getting your dream job, that means you

are looking for more control over your life.

You want to be your own boss and feel stronger.

Daydream like this might mean you want to run away from your life because you feel bored

or overwhelmed.

You hope to be able to move into a world where you feel more involved and excited.

#6 - Your daydream means you need to solve a problem.

Maybe you're experiencing a problem and you want to get away with it.

For example, you daydream about quitting your job and then telling your boss when slamming

the door on his face, and the next day you are jumping happily into a much better opportunity.

In this case, you might feel trapped with your current job, but that does not mean you

have to stop.

Maybe you need to talk to your boss and find out how you can feel happier in your work

or what other opportunities might be available to you.

After all, you need to try to think positively to get more satisfaction from your life.

#7 - Your daydream means you need a change in your life.

Daydream involving you running away to travel somewhere beautiful in the world, means that

you may only need changes in your daily life.

You are bored and you need some refreshment such as new looks, new haircut, new hobby

or find out how you can express your passion.

#8 - Dreaming you have a new lover that is more exciting.

This could means that you are not satisfied with your love life.

For those who have married, this dream certainly makes you feel very guilty.

You feel you have an affair, even though it's only in fantasy.

But humans are already naturally fantasizing, or imagining something without being accompanied

by action.

Maybe you should appreciate your partner more, or tell them about the dream relationship

you want to live.

#9 - Dreaming you are fighting back against those who hurt you.

This daydream can indicate the past trauma that continues to haunt.

In this case, maybe you need help or therapy to overcome it.

If not, it may slowly consume your mind.

Well, those are the 9 things your daydreams say about your personality.

Daydream provides a valuable tool for our lives.

Unlike what your teacher or parents say, daydreaming is not a bad thing.

Pay attention to your daydream, because just like our "real" dreams when we sleep at night,

daydream can give us extraordinary insight, and help us solve problems and understand

our own personalities better.

Mariah Carey Still Gets 'Goosebumps' Thinking About Her 2005 Hit 'We Belong Together' - Duration: 4:17.

Though Mariah Carey has had plenty of career highs throughout her nearly three decades in the business, she thinks the creation of her 2005 mega-hit "We Belong Together" still sits at the top

In a clip for The Voice's "Story Behind the Song," the superstar — who currently serves as the key advisor during the competition series' Knockout Rounds — reveals how the song came to be and what makes it so special

Get push notifications with news, articles, and more! Follow Following Hooray! You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications!  "'We Belong Together' is a song I wrote for The Emancipation of Mimi which is one of my favorite albums of mine," Carey, 48, says in the video shared exclusively with PEOPLE

"We, the team, always knew that 'We Belong Together' was going to be the main single from that album

"  Since the hit came after some of Carey's less successful projects, including the release of her eighth studio album Glitter in 2001 and ninth album Charmbracelet in 2002, it was considered by critics a career re-defining moment

"I had gone through some ups and downs, and I was working with my friend Jermaine Dupri — working on these really late night schedules, which [I love], and everybody is like, 'Here she comes

We're going to start working at 12 and get done at 5 in the morning, 6 in the morning' — but we started going back and forth with melody ideas," Carey says

"We were also working with my friend Johntá Austin, he and I were having fun and laughing and writing a bunch of different lyrics and Jermaine walked in like, 'Are you guys serious? Focus

'"  Carey continues to say that they all sat down and really focused on the second verse of the song, which samples lyrics from Bobby Womack's "If You Think You're Lonely Now

"  "We knew it was going to have an effect on us when it came down to the publishing, but we didn't care because we really, really focused on that song," Carey says

"I don't know that we've ever actually been able to top it."  The music video for the song depicts Carey dressed up as a bride getting ready for her wedding day

Her character is set to marry an older and powerful man but decides to run away from the reception with the ex-lover she still has feelings for

"I get goose bumps thinking about it because it really was such a special time in my life when we did that record," Carey says

"I feel like the video definitely captured the emotion of the song."  After its release, "We Belong Together" stayed on top of the charts for 14 non-consecutive weeks and earned her two Grammy Awards

To this day, Carey says she's really proud of everything that went into the record

"I still love it," Carey says. "It's one of my favorite songs to perform. Some songs that I write I'm sitting alone writing the lyrics by myself and sometimes when you collaborate with others you can brainstorm and really work together for the end result

That was one of those songs."  She adds: "It really was a labor of love."  Season 15 of The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p

m. ET on NBC.

How can we make sure that in 20 or 30 years,

we could be proud of what we're doing today.

You constantly need to take stock of where you are, at every step ...

because these are all the things that accumulate to help navigate you to the future.

If you can always start with trying to put yourself

Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams Open Up About Their Issues After Inside the Mind of Jake Paul Series - Duration: 17:05.

well no but I feel like lately the last year has been really like all work crazy

like nothing a break not whatever yeah you know and that's been kind of hard

yeah that's been a learning curve I mean just learning how to like work and

maintain everything especially with you because you're like so in it over a

Ryland's Channel Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams just opened up about their relationship and

now that all of the Jake Paul series is over they opened up about how Shane

might be a little bit of a workaholic and how they're trying to maintain their

relationship this is an excellent excellent mental health topic for all of

us this is Chris from the rewired saw we talked about the problem but focus on

the solution and if you're new to my channel my channel is all about trying

to help you with your mental health so what I try to do is pull different

topics from the YouTube community or pop culture they're trying to teach you how

to improve your mental and emotional well-being so that kind of stuff make

sure to subscribe and ring that notification bell so yeah I don't even

think I'm subscribe to Ryland Adams but based on the videos I've done

research on YouTube YouTube was like yo Oh check out this new video that he just

posted with Shane Dawson it was like alright I'm eating lunch you're that comfortable

eating it in front of you cheater are you kidding me for a very long time

because like Shane's hustle so much and you know there's passion and this

dedication and all that because I can definitely relate but this can

definitely be something that is challenging for our relationships so

anyways here's the clip where they kind of talk about the rough patch they hit

while Shane's been working really really hard on his whole series well no but I

feel like lately the last year has been really like all work crazy like nothing

rate not whatever yeah you know and that's been kind of hard yeah it's been

a learning curve I mean just learning how to like work and maintain everything

especially with you because you're like so in it which is great I mean it really

is because it's changed everything and you love what you're making which is

everything anybody could ever want you know what's interesting we've never

really talked about our issues which is good but like on YouTube because I feel

like I bet you met like in real life I was like I hope so we're like I started

to like quite the long haul with each other to not talk about any issue um no

we don't really do that I guess that's a good thing so I guess people don't know

because it has been a rough like six months because I've been working a lot

up and I haven't like been showering and I've been like staying up all night

wearing the same shirt for the entire month but I mean it's because you and

our schedules are 100% off because you'll start editing at 2:00 p.m. and

then you're so deep in it that you don't go to bed until 7:00 a.m. and then it's

it's been like a patch of like learning how to work in navigate a relationship

but luckily I think we love each other enough to want to fight that fight you

know yeah I mean I think I feel like we're gonna have a really good life I'm

excited well I hope so one thing I will say is it is kind of interesting

like I remember throughout watching Jake Paul series like Ryland Adams wasn't in it that

much a lot of it was Shane Dawson was a few times when they you know film some parts

at the house and Ryland was there and Morgan was there and you know a lot of

us you know we thought about you know like Shane how's his mental health and

he's going through a lot what's Ryland been going through right so I think I

think what they said and how they kind of ended that part was like yes like

absolutely like Ryland is in it for the long haul and he knows like you know

that Shane's gonna work in my chain is now taking this time off which was you

know kind of a mental health break for him but he also can spend more time with

Weiland which is awesome but Rylan can kind of see that and one thing that

makes relationships difficult is when one person is that kind of workaholic

and the other person is trying to pull them away from it difficult relationship

where you're working and the other person wants you to make money they

wanted all the things that take a lot of work but they didn't want me to work and

it was really I'm like what are you hoping to do right so it's nice to see

how their relationship is where Ryland kind of sees that Shane is doing this

thing and it's something that he loves and then Shane is taking some time to

spend with Ryland before Shane jumps into his next venture

so yeah what I'm always trying to do with my channel is take things that

you're already watching and say like hey how can we learn from this what what's

happening in our lives like can we relate to this what can we work on so my

son you know a lot of people ask me about work-life balance how do you do

this so I have a brain that just goes goes goes right I'm not doing something

like my brain tells me that I'm being useless

that's what I can slip into depression sometimes I get anxious like I have to

be doing something and this can be an issue this can be a very big issue when

I'm trying to find work-life balance because even when I'm spending time with

like Tristan or my son or friends like my brain is like no Chris you should be

being productive right now so if you can relate to that like I'm gonna try to

tell you like how I kind of cope with that how I find balance and all that

good stuff so I want to break this into a few different categories all right

there's work there's my son there's Tristan and then there's me all

right so yeah work is something like when I I'm competitive I'm always trying

to be the best and I just work a ton right I'm always trying to reach the

next level there's a matter if it's with YouTube or with the company I'm working

for whatever it is I work work work and I take work home with me I do stuff on

the weekends the new treatment center that I'm actually working for by the way

subscribe to our YouTube channel I'm gonna link it down to the description

I did some work on a Saturday to do some work that's difficult it is every day

for me is just a day Monday is an awesome day I'm so so because you know

is not having money anyway so much goals and dreams and stuff but my dad used to

work a ton and he didn't spend that much time with me so my mom was an alcoholic

my dad raised me know that it affected me so I try to be very mindful with my

son about how much I work because I'll be honest with you there's some weekends

where I'm just like Dylan I got to do a bunch of work just hang out play some

video games for a while I got to do this right and it's tricky for me so for me

those of you who don't know me I'm a recovering drug addict and alcoholic

I've been clean for about six years well my son was three years

I got sober and there's there's still guilt that lingers around from that even

though I've been sober longer than I was addicted in my son's life and my son

doesn't even remember that but there's this guilt that kind of lingers around

something I try to teach people is I just know that feelings of guilt or call

to action okay so if I ever feel that guilt I try to do something about it and

what I mean by that is I go spend time with my son

I I'll go hang out with him like this morning before I took him to school I

just wanted to take some time and do that like the way I man is just kind of

work-life balance is that I have to just create time slots like an organized mess

of a thinker and I just have to say okay here's some time here some time here

some time all right so then then you got Tristan Tristan the love of my life

the most beautiful amazing girlfriend on earth it's crazy because she is just so

so so so supportive just so supportive but at the same time like I can't take

advantage of that I need to find balance with her life she deserves time with me

she deserves time where it has nothing to do with YouTube where it has nothing

to do with work or whatever it is she's even called me out sometimes like Chris

you're talking too much about this and I'm like yes I get it like she deserves

time with me and you know because of how supportive she is like I owe that to her

to her so you know recently just like last week or two like our schedules have

been screwed up just because I was out of town she had to stay home for the

weekend and all of that but like at 20 doesn't

make time for her so like we see each other on the weekends so me and her will

just like binge watch Netflix and we'll just hang out and watch youtube videos

or whatever but like I try to spend dedicated time with her but she knows

how my brain works because sometimes we'll just be like hey let's watch some

YouTube then something just ignites that fire and I'm like baby girl I love you

but give me like 10 minutes I got a girl record a video right

she's like cool with it and then I go and then like while I'm editing videos

or hanging out or whatever I try to you know stay active and keep conversations

or get involved with my editing process and that's something I do with my son

too like my son his YouTube channel but like one thing I try to do is I turn my

my work and what I'm doing and getting the people involved in it so it's kind

of like two birds one stone right Wow you're starting to see all the balls I'm

juggling right I got work on the weekends I have my son on the weekends

I'm with Tristan and there's literally days like on Saturdays and Sunday works

like me and Tristan will watch like two or three episodes of something on

Netflix I'm gonna play video games with Dillon for a couple hours right like I

said the time okay okay cool cool now make sure Dillon's okay I'll make sure

she's okay and I don't know I'm very fortunate that both Dillon interesting

kind of balance with me and they know we also try to go out and do stuff for

example this Saturday we're going to this thing called vegan village where

all three of us are gonna go there I'm not bringing a camera I'm not gonna vlog

it or you know take picture as well make fake pictures that's just the three of

us time we get to talk in the car and

here in Las Vegas so I'm constantly doing this juggling act and like I hope

at this point in the video I hope you're someone who gets overwhelmed easily and

you feel like there's too busy and all that like you know look at what Shane's

doing like Shane has the luxury of taking time series like the most

successful you know YouTube series in history that wasn't on YouTube

read/write and he's taking time off to spend with Ryland like you know one

thing about Tristan - is she knows my vision right she knows where I wanna be

she knows where I want to go she knows like what I want to accomplish and she

has my back 1,000% so like you know when I am in that workaholic mode like Shane

gets where it's editing or doing whatever like Tristan always

remembers that big picture you know what I mean and you know we're doing this

together like we're a team and like I'm so grateful that she supports me in it

but the last thing I want to talk about the last part of this whole work-life

balance is me what about me time right like I can't just always be working I

can't just always be spending time with my son I can't just always be spending

time with Tristan time for me time and that's a huge part of mental health and

this is something man it just popped into my head right now that's why my

mental health is so important and why I do these things I want to talk to all of

you and more youtubers are watching my videos and I hope if you're a youtuber

watching this video you're learning something from it because I also need me

time I need time away from work anytime from mice away from my son

I'm away from Tristan what I do is I read I play video games with my friends

you know right now all the weekend so I do get a lot of me time right so I like

the freedom of doing whatever I want but I will be making videos soon because in

about two weeks that's two weeks twisting and I are moving in together

and I have concerns I have worries like shame in this video just moving to a new

house but this is gonna be the first time Tristan and I have lived together

we've been together for about two years almost and there's things that I worry

about right because for example when I'm trying to have me time when Tristan is

over I feel guilt and a lot of that and this is something where we have to be

very self aware it's not Tristan it is not Tristan it is me it's me like for

example when I play video games with my son I'm like oh my god like I'm thinking

the whole time oh my god Tristan is so bored on the

she's mad is she that's what my crazy brain does now I

have to remember that's not Tristan that is my brain right so one of the concerns

is when we move in together finding my meat I'm like is she gonna have her time

and all that and this is important when it comes to our mental health I have to

recognize what places my brain goes to not recognize I have to be mindful of it

because in the reality Tristan likes her her time - Tristan you know has school

she's she went to school for Social Work she likes to draw she likes to watch you

know her own shows and youtubers she loves to just sit and lay with her cat

you know what I mean like one of the reasons that Tristan and I work out is

she is not super needy so she needs her time as much as I need my time so these

are things that you struggle with I hope you can start acknowledging where your

brain goes but anyways like I'm really glad that Shane Dawson around Adams gave

me an opportunity to discuss this work-life balance because I know it's

it's really important for anybody anybody watching this like I want to be

an example of somebody who works there but off but also has a good work-life

balance and I want to kind of walk you guys through how I accomplish that all

right so let's do this down in the comments below let me know if you

struggle with work-life balance do you struggle with being overwhelmed do you

struggle with feeling guilty for how much you work or anything like that like

let's have a conversation down below and see if we can help each other learn to

find that balance speaking of helping each other if you are not in the

facebook mental health support group you need to join it it's linked down in the

description below all right anyways that's all I got for you with this video

if you like this video please give it a thumbs up if you're new make

notification a huge thank you to all of these beautiful people supporting the

channel over on patreon you are all amazing and speaking of my amazingly

beautiful and talented girlfriend if you would like to get some rewinded soul

mert's that she does on you can click the top right there alright thanks so

Arsenal news: Surprise Rafael Benitez prediction made about Unai Emery - Duration: 3:28.

Emery replaced Arsene Wenger in charge of the Gunners this summer after the Frenchman ended a 22-year tenure in north London

It is hoped that a fresh way of thinking under the Spanish boss, formerly at Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain, can get Arsenal back into contention at the top of the table

Arsenal suffered a major drift in their final years under Wenger and failed to qualify for the Champions League in both of his last two seasons with his side short on defensive discipline

Emery has began to implement a more high-pressing approach in pre-season with Arsenal's performances having generated optimism over the upcoming campaign among the club's supporters

Yet Sky Sports pundit Carragher expects tactics - rather than individual attacking quality - to win Arsenal most of their games this term, even though they have the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in their squad

And the former Liverpool defender likened Emery to his former manager Benitez, now at Newcastle United, who is renowned for building structurally-organised teams and for having an obsessive attention to detail

"In the past, Arsenal have won games on great football, individual brilliance and having great attacking players," Carragher said on Sky Sports' Premier League Season Launch Show

"What we'll see Arsenal do more this season is win games tactically. You will look at games and say 'That's the manager, he has set up a certain way'

"He is going to be a very similar manager to a manager I had in Rafa Benitez, going from a team that wasn't one of the giants in Spain but was still competing and winning trophies

"He makes it difficult for teams to play against them and will play 4-2-3-1. It will be very similar to Rafa

"  Emery has made five signings in Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulous, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi but is still reportedly on the look-out for a wide forward and another centre-back

Aaron Ramsey's future may also need to be decided with the Welsh midfielder's contract at the Emirates Stadium expiring in 12 months' time

Rivals Chelsea have reportedly expressed an interest in Ramsey and Arsenal do not want to lose the 27-year-old on a free transfer

There has been no recent update on the progress of talks over the player's new deal although suggestions Ramsey has demanded £300,000-a-week to stay at Arsenal are wide of the mark, his agency - Avid Sports & Entertainment Group - have said via Twitter

Mark Wahlberg Clears Up Rumors About His Crazy Morning Routine: 'No Hour-and-a-Half Shower' - Duration: 3:20.

Mark Wahlberg is setting the record straight about his super intense morning routine

The 47-year-old actor gave a breakdown of his fitness schedule in an interview with Sunday Today, released ahead of time exclusively to PEOPLE

Get push notifications with news, articles, and more! Follow Following Hooray! You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications!  "There's no hour and a half shower

There's no more hot water," he tells his interviewer, Willie Geist, pointing out that the document on hand was incorrect

"I probably take about a five to seven minute shower."  Then, when Geist, 43, asks about his 2:30 a

m. wake up call, Wahlberg insists that he can't get up later because "it's taking an hour and a half, an hour and 45 minutes to do the workout

I got to get up, do my prayers and stuff before that, eat breakfast, do my training, then do all my reading and stuff for work

"  The Ted actor also disclosed that despite his obsession with cryotherapy chambers — a small room or pod kept at below freezing temperatures to help your body recover from intense workouts — he doesn't have one in his home

"I go to the U.S. cryo chamber," he explained. "Because I was promoting it so much, they wanted to give me one, but it's like a giant condenser

I'm like, where am I going to put that?"  Wahlberg shared some of the biological necessities of using a cryo chamber on Ellen in early September

His preferred temperature is 150 degrees below zero, and he walks around and listens to music for three minutes, the maximum amount experts will allow

He also told the comedian and talk show host that there's another facility in Columbus, Ohio, he tried, and it gets so cold that he was required to cover his nipples before entering

Always curious, DeGeneres, 60, asked him about how "his stuff" survives the temperature, and he responded, "It shrivels up a little

It's okay, it comes back to normal," before adding that the cold removes inflammation and can improve sleep

Wahlberg's full interview on Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist airs Sunday at 8 a

m. ET on NBC.
