Rex likes Pyra? or Mythra?

I can not draw the title's conclusion, but I looked at the number of times Rex called Pyra or Mythra in the story.

The event scene of this game has 14 hours, so I thought it was hard to find out thi...

uh...That's why I decided to check firmly!

This video has spoiler. People who have not finished this game yet please be careful.

And, Nia should not watch this video.

I thought that there were more Homura because Mythra is halfway participation. But I was surprised that there is a difference so far.

Nia had no chance (´・ω・`)

had a midnight snack without me I shall just have to eat an extra big breakfast

to catch up no honey a surprise had Justin time for breakfast

there's nothing like starting the day with a happy ending

this Holly seems a bit bashful come on wherever you are

this particular honey appears to have been collected by some

very sticky bees I'm sure it really wants to come out it just needs a bit of

coaxing I think I have the upper hand

then again perhaps not I think this surprise is much more

surprise than it is on

but this certainly is beginning to be a very strange day oh my honey not so

funny April Fool no you're not you're Christopher Robin silly old bear

I mean it's April Fool's Day you know when everybody gets fun tricks played on

71|| Tips on should I build a product first or a business first || Statup 101 - Duration: 2:23.

Usually it's framed as should I build a product or should I build a so so the

three levels actually are should I build a feet am i building a feature I am

building a product or am i building a business right and the way to think

about it is nobody will pay you for a feature people will and this is where it

get the feedback from customers gets confusing they may say I want I let

let's just take an example that everybody might know let's take what's

up again right and what's up didn't have phone calls for in the longest time so a

lot of people when what's up didn't have phone voice calls would have said hey I

want boys cause I wanted to I want a app that will let me make voice

calls for free but if you actually built it what you realized this that's a

feature that's not enough for somebody to adopt it and pay for and a lot of

people got stuck on that loop the moment all whatsapp had to do was I had one

phone icon on the chat and suddenly for them when they added that feature they

just killed all the other people who were trying to build a product the

second level is the product level right so even if you build a product if you

don't solve the right problem which is the problem value part that I was

talking about or it doesn't have market scale then you cannot build a business

so to build a business you have to build a product that people will buy where

you're getting paid enough that you can make a profit where you can reinvest

that profit and grow the business to a substantial scale so that's the

difference so feature nobody is going to pay you for it a product some people may

pay you some amount for it but you may never make a profit large enough and a

business finally you're looking to make a large enough profit that you become

successful so those are the three levels that I would think of

Should You Avoid – or Buy Carvana Stock? - Duration: 7:52.

Vincent Shen: There were some interesting comments from CEO Garcia about competition.

He said, basically, given the large size of the market, this fragmentation among the competition,

even if there are new companies to enter this more e-commerce-focused model for selling cars,

it'll basically serve to normalize the concept or the idea of buying a car online.

For some people, it still seems intimidating to not be able to see or handle or even test-drive

a car that your purchasing, thousands of dollars.

Overall, as that becomes normalized, even if there's some competition, that's something

that's likely to lift the whole segment before becoming a more traditional fight for market share.

Last couple things that I will mention, used car selling is the main business driver for

Carvana, but it's also experimenting with sourcing more of its inventory from customers.

The number of vehicles that they will purchase directly from their customers grew over 270%

year over year in the third quarter.

It made up about 16% of the units the company sold via its retail channel.

Something I wanted to get your opinion on, Asit, is all the acquisitions that the company

has made in the past few years.

I know that they're very focused on acquiring certain talent, certain capabilities that

support this platform that they've created. What are your thoughts there?

Asit Sharma: The company is now shifting its focus towards technology.

The last acquisition was the purchase of an artificial intelligence company, which will

help facilitate more interaction on the site, and also interaction via SMS.

Carvana is pretty tech-savvy to begin with, but utilizing the data that they have,

they want to be able to anticipate the secondary questions a buyer might have, and be able

to resolve those quickly, as well as know the buyer a little better from its data sets

and suggest different options. Again, financing is one, if you think back to the GPU.

I think that's a smart move.

At some point, the company has to build out some competitive advantages.

The thing that it's got going for it, which is going to prevent competition from totally

adopting its model, is its inventory doesn't sit on lots.

It gets inventory after a customer makes the purchase or it gets it to the distribution point,

but the company isn't in the business of buying a gazillion cars and putting those on lots.

It's a more streamlined model.

That contributes to the gross margin, but it also helps free up capital for the technology,

these types of acquisitions that you're mentioning, Vince. I think that's very smart.

I also wanted to say that another inherent advantage going forward for the company is

a stat that you just mentioned -- up to 16% of the cars that were sold in the last quarter,

it acquired from other customers. This is pointing to a customer lifetime value model.

It means that every time I need a new car, I stop going to whoever has the best price,

visiting different dealerships.

I become this customer who wants to buy and sell every car from one company.

This is a long-term advantage if you consider that a competitor like CarMax has that inventory

and all the land infrastructure that's tied to that.

In the time it would take a larger competitor to adopt this model, Carvana can, over the years,

convert people to lifetime customers. That's a very exciting proposition.

I think we'll see additional small acquisitions from Carvana.

One of the things on the balance sheet that indicates that it probably is looking in that

direction is the issuance of $350 million of unsecured notes just recently.

It now has a little more firepower on its balance sheet, not only to patch up some of

the losses it's generating, but also make a few small acquisitions.

I do think we'll see more in terms of artificial intelligence.

As far as the talent -- that is, the people that it's bringing on -- because the general

and administrative expense is relatively lower versus traditional used car companies --

in other words, it doesn't have a lot of sales people standing around lots creating overhead

-- it has more money to invest in great people, in engineers, data scientists, etc.

This is something we've seen in companies that we've talked about on the show.

Analogous, I would say, to Stitch Fix, which is also big on making acquisitions, not just

of companies, but of talent, of people who can make the systems more optimized to helping

you get to that next purchase.

Shen: Final take, when it comes down to it for you, Asit, is this a yes stock? A no stock?

Or something that you're putting on the watchlist? Sharma: This is actually a yes stock for me.

But you have to have a bit of a strong stomach, because the company doesn't have net income, per say.

The next-best metric that we often look at is price to sales.

I pulled that up this morning, Carvana is selling at 3X forward one-year sales,

which actually isn't a sky-high valuation as price to sales ratios go. But it is a lot pricier.

I'll bring up CarMax again, which trades that 0.5X forward sales.

Of course, that's a much more slowly-growing company.

If you purchase this stock today, there's potential for a correction, and we know the

general market right now is soft.

However, if you are yourself a millennial or middle-aged person like me who wants to

buy a great company and hold it for several years, I think it's okay to start taking a position in Carvana.

As I said, I do think it has some structural advantages to fend off competition as it begins

to adopt some of the better aspects of how Carvana operates.

What about you, Vince? Shen: I'm in the same boat as you.

This is definitely a company that has been really cool to dig into, do that due diligence.

I'm really excited about what they're building here, how that's changing the consumer experience.

I'm seeing a lot of these core metrics like gross profit go very quickly up and to the right.

I'm seeing the potential for all these markets that they can enter.

This is definitely, definitely one that I will be, over time, adding and creating a position.

Very excited for Carvana. Any final thoughts, Asit?

Sharma: Yes. If you have a chance, before you invest in the company, if you happen to be in a metropolitan

area that has one of the Vending Machines, go visit it like I did.

It will give you a clearer sense of the kinds of advantages that this company has.

I thought it was probably just eye candy, but it creates a bond with the customer,

when you vend your car and drive it off the lot, that's different than just stepping in and

smelling the new car smell, just seeing the shiny new vehicle.

They're onto something which is going to implant in younger people this desire to stick with them

for a long time. Shen: Yeah.

To boil it down, it reminds me of the ultimate unboxing experience, which can really change

how you perceive a product. A very cool company.

Glad we're able to talk about this, especially as I wrap up my time with Industry Focus.

HOW TO INVEST WITH ONLY RM1000! (or little money) in Malaysia - Duration: 9:44.

Hi I'm Mr Money

Today i want to share with you

how you can investing

with just 1000 ringgit.

*music*

is investment important to you?

Yes

Ya of course it is important

investment is important

not really important.

Ya! for the time being yes

yes

investment is definately important

yes

important

yes its very important

many of you will agree with me today

that investment is extremely important

why?

because of inflation

so what is inflation?

inflation basically means

the devaluing of your purchasing power

a hundred ringgit in 1980s

can buy this much

but today can only buy this much

why is investment important?

to achieve my financial goal

uhm... become a rich man

increase profit

besides just saving it in a bank

so you know you will get more gains

that you can outpace inflation

so obviously its important

inflation.

so we must put our money in the right place

so that our money will not devalue

why is it important? because

if you don't invest, your money will shrink

so how do we beat inflation?

the only way is that you invest your money wisely

as long as your investment returns are higher

than the inflation then

you WIN!

what can you invest with 1,000 ringgit?

1,000 cannot do much right for now

just 1,000 ringgit, put in the petty cash box at home

1,000 ringgit only?

it's going to be hard to invest.

maybe in the bank account?

unit trust

something that generates more profit

and that has high ROI for myself

property

maybe i can rent a room for like the deposits and so...

1,000 its possible to buy a house

if you can afford the installment

maybe you put in a...

fixed deposit

probably the highest return one

invest TOTO

its the best (laughs)

personally in my believe there are 2 kind of investment

first kind

that requires your active management

and more of your attention

and the second kind that is more passive

and require less of your attention

today i will share with you

five kinds of investments

and i will share with you its pros and cons

number 1

stock market

what is investing in stock?

investing in a stock, basically means

you own a company.

this gives you an equal share

in the company's asset

and also when the company's operation

is making profits they will give it

back to you in the form of dividend

so there are 2 ways of earning in the stock market adanya 2 cara kamu boleh untung dari pasaran saham

number 1, pertamanya,

through dividends melalui dividen

from the company's profit dari keuntungan syarikat

number 2, through the capital growth nombor 2, dari pertumbuhan

of the company's stock value nilai saham di pasaran saham

the benefits of stock is faedah saham adalah

you can have potentially high return anda boleh mempunyai pulangan berpotensi tinggi

for example, NESTLE MALAYSIA contohnya, NESTLE MALAYSIA

has grown 116% in stock value telah berkembang 116% dalam nilai saham

over the last 5 years selama 5 tahun yang lalu

thank you for watching

if you are enjoying this video

please subscribe to my channel

and get updates on tips and tricks about money

it is also fairly liquid

you can just sell off the stock on KLSE board

anytime as you wish

as long as there are buyer

however the downside is,

the price can be quite volatile

there's no guarantee that the stock

is gonna go up in price or go down under

and the price can fluctuate

quite a lot within a day, a month, or a year

if you cant take risk

you better stay away

secondly, trading in the stock market

also requires you to have some

basic knowledge in financials

you need to be able to understand

financial report at least a bit

or maybe technical chart reading

so

if you do not know any of those

and you are buying based on what people say

mm...

it is not too different from gambling

however if you willing to spend time

to study about the stock and learn

this can be quite a good investment

for both short term

and long term

and may give you significant gain

number 2

REIT

real estate investment trust

what is it?

it is a property management company that buys property with the public's money

manage the property

and make money from it

the profits, after minusing

the management fees and related cost

will be redistributed back to the shareholders via dividend

the benefits of REITs are,

number 1

you can participate in the property market

with a very low cost

number 2

it is very liquid

you can cash out anytime as you wish

because it is traded on the KLSE

number 3

generally every year you will get a dividend

about 5%-8% return

the downside is however

it is more volatile compared to owning a physical property

and the dividends...

it is not guaranteed by the property management company

so how can you start investing in REITs

basically REITs is traded on the KLSE

as long as you have a CDS account

you can invest in REITs

number 3

ETF

ETF is Exchange Traded Fund

it is a type of securities product

that tracks stock index, commodities of a bundle of assets

to put it in simple terms

they put a bunch of products together

cut out one small piece and sell to you

for example

the FTSE KLCI

tracks the 30 largest companies

that are listed on the KLCI

so does it mean that when i buy the FTSE KLCI

means i just bought the 30 largest companies listed on the KLCI?

yup you are right

the performance of ETF will directly mirror

the performance of its underlying asset

what is the benefits of ETF?

number 1, Diversification

because only just 1 unit of ETF

means that you own a bunch of other assets

number 2, it is highly liquid

we can easily cash out on the KLSE

number 3,

its performance directly reflects

the performance of its underlying assets

number 4, nombor 4, 第四

it has a much lower management fee compared to unit trust

number 4,

unit trust

just like REITs and ETF

its also a product that bundles a bunch of assets together

and cut it down into small piece

and sell it to you

the difference with ETF is however

the fund manager of the Unit Trust fund

will actively manage the fund

according to the objective and strategy

that is laid out in the fund prospectus

although this leads to a higher management fee

and service charges compared to ETF

but the fund manager will actively manage the fund

this means

the fund manager have to actively

select and pick the right securities,

to maximize the returns of the fund

theoretically

it will be able to minimize loss

and maximize gains

even when the market is volatile

this essentially means

that you are investing in the team's ability

to manage the fund for you

it is like hiring a fund manager for yourself

if the fund management team manages it well

you will get

good returns

an example of a well managed fund will be

Kenanga Growth Fund

which has shown an annualise return

of 15 % over the last 10 years

this means essentially it has given you

15% returns per year of the last 10 years

now you know why you are paying the management fee for?

however, on the downside is

if the fund is not well managed

you may get

less return

or even negative returns

finally,

P2P loan

what is P2P loan?

basically it means

peer to peer loan

it basically means

that you are lending your money to people

company such as funding societies

provide businesses with a crowdfunding platform

through a peer to peer financing solution

basically you lend your money to businesses

to expand their business and they pay you back interest

however

it is not guaranteed

that you can get your money back

if its all good.

you can get up to 10% returns

hence,

choose wisely

so

these are the 5 types of investment

that you can start investing today

with just RM1000

Best Time of Year to Buy or Sell a House 5 REASONS IT COULD BE WINTER! - Duration: 7:41.

You've been wondering, when is the best time of year to buy or sell a house?

The answer might surprise you.

Watch today's video for the lowdown on that topic, and stay tuned to the end of the video

for your free gift, which is something that can help you determine the best time for you

to make your move, dependent upon your circumstances.

For the best answers to all of your real estate questions, subscribe to my channel and hit

the notification bell, to be notified for all of my new videos that come out every Thursday.

Hi, I'm Mary Anglin with United Real Estate Los Angeles, and I am all about arming the

consumer with knowledge before he steps into the arena of buying or selling a home.

In this video, I'm going to share five reasons why what's known as the off season in real

estate can actually be the best time to buy or sell a home.

Take a minute to comment below what your thoughts are on when is the best time to buy or sell.

It's a common misconception that you shouldn't try to buy or sell a home during the fall

or winter, or what's known in real estate as the off season.

Savvy buyers and sellers know how to use the usual market slow down to their advantage.

There isn't necessarily a reason to wait until spring.

In fact, the holiday season is often considered the sweet spot in the marketplace by those

who know how to read the numbers.

Let's go over some reasons why winter may be the best time for you.

The number one reason to sell during the off season is that there's less competition.

This can be particularly beneficial if you're a seller.

In the spring, a huge wave of new listings will hit the market, but if you list in the

fall or winter, you'll have fewer comparable homes competing against you.

In the spring and summer months, it can be difficult for your property to stand out in

the crowded market.

You may end up with a surplus of homes in your neighborhood.

It's not uncommon to see multiple listings on a single street during the peak selling

season.

Inventory in the fall and winter months is usually significantly lower.

That means your home will not only receive more attention from buyers, but you might

also gain the upper hand in negotiations.

Often, sellers net more above asking price in the winter than during any other time of

year.

Buyers also have a lot to love about the real estate off season.

Smart buyers will continue to scan the market during the fall and winter months for hidden

gems that may pop up during this time.

There are always highly motivated sellers who need to sell quickly, and with less competition

to bid against you, you're in a better position to negotiate price.

If you've been looking for a good deal on a home, now may be the best time to look.

While a slow market may scare off some buyers and sellers, it can actually be the perfect

time of year to list or purchase a home.

While the rest of the market is hibernating until spring, you can take advantage of this

to get a jump start on your competition.

The second great reason is that everyone's more motivated.

During the spring and summer, you're likely to encounter a lot of people who are just

testing the waters, but the serious buyers and sellers stay active during the cold winter

and the holiday season, often because they need to move quickly.

In fact, homes listed in the winter sell faster than any other time of year.

January and February are peak job hiring months, and life changes, like marriage, divorce,

and new babies come year-round.

While families often find it more convenient to move during the summer, the reality is

that people don't always have the option to wait.

According to the National Association of Realtors, 55% of all buyers purchased their homes at

the time they did because it was just the right time, not because of seasonal factors.

If you prefer to deal with serious, highly motivated buyers and sellers, who won't waste

your time, then the off season may be the perfect time for you.

The third key benefit to buying and selling in the off season is the level of increased

personal attention you'll receive.

While I strive to provide unparalleled client service throughout the year, we simply have

more time available for each client during the slower periods.

Similarly, we find other professionals in our network, including title agents, inspectors,

appraisers, insurance agents, escrow agents, loan officers, and even handymen are able

to respond faster, and provide more time and attention during the off season than they

are during the busy summer and spring months.

The result is a quicker and more streamlined closing process for everyone involved.

Now let's talk cost savings.

Clients who move during the off season often report significant cost savings.

Moving costs may be discounted by up to 15% or more during the winter months, and moving

companies can typically offer more flexibility in their scheduling.

Home renovations and repairs can also be less expensive during this time of year.

Whether you're fixing up your property before putting it on the market, or renovating your

home before you move in, contractors and service providers who are hungry for business are

often willing to work for a discount this time of year.

If you wait until spring and summer, you may be forced to pay premium prices.

Home stagers and decorators are also more likely to negotiate their fees during the

winter, and you can often score great deals on new furniture and home décor during the

sales.

Whether you're buying or selling, count cost savings as another compelling reason to move

during the off season.

Finally, let summer be your summer.

No matter how wonderful your real estate agent might be at making your buying or selling

experience as easy as possible, you must admit that buying, selling, and moving are stressful

activities.

Why not get those out of the way during the winter months?

Then when summer comes along, you can go on vacation, spend time with picnics, barbecues,

camping, swimming, or just enjoying your new home.

Making your move in the off season lets you enjoy summer as it should be enjoyed.

Now that you've heard these points, when do you think you'll be ready to make your next

move?

10 MTN Bike and Outdoor Products You May or May Not Need - Duration: 10:34.

A lot of you have asked for an update on my injury.

So here it is quick.

My clavicle is still broken but it has healed enough for me to start physical therapy.

So I'm gonna take my sling off, make this video, and try not to overdo it.

With that, on to the matter at hand.

Here we have ten mountain bike and outdoor products that I've spent some time with

over the last few months.

In this video, I'm going to give you my thoughts on them starting with this thing.

When you're traveling to remote places to go mountain biking, having the option of car

camping is always good.

This inflatable mattress turns your entire back seat into a bed, even filling in the

area your feet normally go.

You can also deflate one of the chambers and use it like a normal sleeping pad.

This was $30 on Amazon and it's worth at least that.

It comes with an electric pump, spare vinyl patches, and even a cushion that keeps the

center console from jabbing into your abdomen.

These inflatable pillows are terribly uncomfortable, but work great as cinderblocks for my taller

bench seat.

This car camping solution isn't going to work if you're really tall, and results

may vary depending on the exact shape of your back seat.

But one thing's for sure, it beats just sleeping on the seat itself.

It gives you way more space and a flatter platform.

While this does provide a workable solution for boondocking, a tent may be a better option

if you have a spot to pitch one.

In a previous video I demonstrated this Fidlock water bottle, which snaps into place with

magnets and stays there with mechanical latches.

I love it.

But they also make this smaller bottle, and this uni base which can be attached anywhere.

Maybe you want to fill your larger bottle with plain water, and this smaller one with

electrolytes on longer rides.

These are sold separately, but I think they work well together for carrying a little bit

of extra hydration.

My only complaint is the $25 price tag on the base.

Sure it's well made, but that's pretty steep.

In any case I have been using these together and it's a surprisingly secure combination.

Next, some stuff from KMC starting with these DLC bike chains.

These are super strong, super lightweight and not cheap—$60 - $80.

That's a tough sell when good chains can be had for $25, so I can't personally recommend

these to the budget conscious consumer.

KMC claims that they shift particularly well but to me a brand new chain always feels good.

What I will say is that the look and feel of the DLC chain is absolutely phenomenal..

But objectively, the only thing I can say is that it's lightweight.

So if you're looking to add some style points to your bike, trying to pinch grams, or just

have exquisite taste in chains, go with the DLC.

Otherwise, buy a decent chain, replace it often, and you'll be just fine.

Also from KMC, are the missing link levers.

I like these.

These tire levers are a great addition not only to your bag, but to your home shop because

they double as master link pliers.

Considering they cost the same as normal master link pliers I think they're a good buy,

and a good gift for literally any mountain biker.

After you're done using them on your chain they can also be used as forks.

These cold weather handup gloves seem to be touch screen friendly but are hit or miss

when it comes to certain gestures.

I'm sure you've seen this move when it's time to bust out trailforks.

These glove tacts are designed to improve accuracy and response when using a touch screen

with your gloves on.

I put them on my pointer and thumb, and did see a difference.

The response was way better and the accuracy was a little better.

With clean gloves and a little heat, they adhered surprisingly well to the fabric—much

better than you would think.

But I would be concerned how they'd hold up over the course of a season.

If this is a recurring issue for you, Glove tacts or something like them could be the

answer.

Otherwise, a bare finger is totally free.

Storing tools and supplies in and on your bike can help you stay prepared.

This product helps make use of the space in your steerer tube.

It's called the fork cork, and it comes in a close second for the best named product

I've ever reviewed.

The fork cork is really simple, it just expands as you tighten it to secure an aluminum cap

to the bottom of your steerer.

You can use it to stash a tubeless patch kit, tire inflator, or some emergency cash, provided

you find a way to keep it from rattling around.

The fork cork is $30, which is a lot more than an actual cork, but it's well made

and does what it says.

In many videos you've seen me use my Evoc flight bag to pack and fly with my bike.

It's starting to show signs of wear.

Some TSA inspector must have really struggled to get my wheel back in because they put the

rotor through the fabric, and tore the zipper right off.

So when Scicon, sent me this flight bag, I was hoping it would be a more robust alternative

to Evoc.

It is robust, and it does a great job of protecting your bike, but it's just not for me.

I'll try to give you the good and the bad.

The Scicon bag features casters that roll in every direction.

Much easier than an evoc bag considering you'll also have your other luggage to worry about.

When you arrive at your destination you open the bag up on both sides.

There, your bike is presented to you on a sort of work stand where you can reinstall

the pedals, derailleur, and handlebars.

All your tools and gear are in these pouches that sit under the frame, and your derailleur

is protected in this pouch suspended from the chainstay.

Once you've assembled your bike, you roll the bag up and store it in this longer bag

until the end of your trip.

Pretty well thought out actually.

Except that all packed up this bag stands a full foot taller than an Evoc bag.

Evoc bags just clear the headliner of SUVs standing straight up, and in compact cars

they can be pushed between the seats.

The scicon bag with my size small bike in it took a lot of finagling to get into my

wife's honda civic, and considering it won't clear the headliner of an SUV, it would need

to be laid down with your other luggage on top of it.

Not ideal, especially if you're with a friend.

Also the bag has some parts which can get lost, and rest assured you'll be in a rush

every time you need them.

Given the great build quality of Scicon bags I would be inclined to overlook these flaws,

but they cost more than some bikes.

Even with the large discounts we're seeing from some sellers, Scicon a ways to go before

they beat out Evoc in terms of value.

I do appreciate these custom storage bags though and like the clever packing process.

When mountain biking with a GoPro, the chest is one of the more preferable angles, except

that it's quite uncomfortable.

The "chesty" as GoPro names it, is an oddly shaped solid piece of plastic that presses

against your sternum and makes you sweaty.

The latest iteration of the chesty does not resemble this in the least.

It's symmetrical, fully padded, ventilated, and well engineered.

The proprietary latch is also nice and low profile.

It's $35, which for a GoPro accessory seems oddly ethical, so I give the newest generation

chesty high marks all around.

This next product is a hand pump which is sort of a floor pump.

It's made by Pro Bike Tool and is titled Mini Floor Bike Pump - Super Fast Tire Inflation

- Secure Presta and Schrader Valve Connection - High Pressure Bicycle Pump with Stabilizing

Foot Peg for Road & Mountain Bikes.

We'll just call it the mini floor pump.

This thing is awesome!

The build seems nice all around, it works for presta and shraeder, and in terms of size

it's just a little longer than my Oneup and Crankbrothers pumps.

The mini floor pump comes with a mount for your bike but with the external tube and all

I'd say just leave it in your bag.

For $30 it's a good value and is much easier than a typical hand pump.

Finally, the Magura Vyron 150mm wireless dropper post.

This is an older model with serious miles on it.

Still it has become my favorite dropper post, so much so that I swap it between my bikes.

The post itself charges with Micro USB, which needs to be done maybe once per month.

From there, you just pop it in the bike and attach this button to your handlebars.

When you press the button, it engages the post for a full second.

During that second you can let it pop up, push it down, or stop it anywhere in between.

To me, the main advantage of a wireless dropper post is the reduction of cockpit clutter,

but the Vyron is also easier to install, compatible with any bike, and great for bikes with left

shift levers.

If you're riding park for the day you can also remove the button entirely and just leave

the seat down.

A new Vyron will cost you almost $500, so it's not gonna be for everyone, but spending

money in the name of clutter reduction is nothing new.

I hope you found some of these reviews useful, or at the very least entertaining.

If you want to know where to get any of these products I've provided links in the description.

Thanks for watching, thanks for being patient while I'm off my bike, and thanks for riding

with me today, I'll see you next time.

Italian fish soup (or brodetto) by Angelo Troiani - Duration: 9:24.

Hi, I'm Angelo Troiani. I'm executive chef in the Acquolina and

AcquaRoof restaurant, where we are now. Today I'm making a fish soup -

no, it's actually wrong to say "soup". Soup is simply the preliminary

part, the liquid part, so it's something that we could drink. We are

actually eating the fish, as well, so I'm making a light broth

in my way, something that taste a little like the Marches and a little like Thyrrenian.

For the soup, we need a good variety of fishes, as the smell, fragrance and taste

come exactly from this mix of crustaceans, seafood and fish.

The ingredients are: Atlantic stargazer, goatfish, tub gurnard,

red shrimps, caramote prawns, mussels, clams. Garlic, onion,

red and green tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley. Bread, oil, salt, vinegar.

First step is cleaning the fish, filleting, taking the carcasses and

heads to make the soup, so, proceeding in a simple way:

first I'm removing the head from the stargazer. What I have to pay attention to is these

bones. They hurt a lot. I'm taking a small piece of fillet. It has a very

firm meat, it's the right fish, typical when making a light broth or soup as it must be

cooked in moist. I'm removing the pulp as well and I'm taking the fillet. I'm removing

the other fillet as well, and I'm taking the carcass that I'm using to make the soup.

I'm making the same with the goatfish. I'm lightly carving the bone

to clean it better and letting out the blood part it contains

inside. Here, as well, I'm making a nice fillet.

Same with the tub gurnard. This is one of the most ancient fishes,

the last heir of the flying fishes family, let's say. It's very suitable to

the use in soups and sauces, and so in our light broth. Now, as before

I'm removing the darker part, the stomach, and I'm taking the fillet. I'm taking the

squid that I cleaned, removing the suckers part that are

hard and don't cook, I'm keeping the tentacles and I'm taking two nice pieces of the squid.

I'm cutting in the two directions the squid. I'm doing this to simply obtain a choreography,

let's say, regarding the presentation.

We're now cleaning and washing the carcasses to remove impurities and

obtain a base with a cleaner taste. I'm trying to clean as best as I can and remove

the little clumps that are inside. From these carcasses, I'm taking

the flavor, concentrated as if it was

some kind of stock cube, so to say, I'm trying to take all the flavor

and taste of all the fishes. We're now adding the bell pepper as it is, whole,

in the oven. We're letting it roast at 180°C, in a dry oven, without extraction.

We're now making the soup. Onion or spring onion, I like tasting

a lightly more persistent flavor, so I prefer the fresh spring onion.

I'm coarsely cutting it, without much care. Then a clove

of garlic. I'm removing the core if it is present, but in this case it's not there. It's a very

fresh garlic. A drizzle of oil, the carcasses.

As you can notice, I added the garlic and the onion as well as the carcasses. It means

that I'm not browning the garlic and onion before. Why? Because I don't

need it. I don't have to destructurate the oil

before and I don't need a stronger flavor from the garlic

and onion. Doing this, I'm getting

a healthier recipe, being this the base of all my recipes.

I'm cutting the tomatoes: the green tomato, that gives a characteristic taste that is

lightly sweet and sour, together with the vinegar that diversifies it

from the classic sauce for pasta.

Now I'm taking half of a red tomato, as well.

We're now moving on the flame.

We're now waiting for the temperature to rise. The carcasses will let out water first,

meaning this strong flavor and fragrance of fish, then gradually

will caramellize and create a more concentrated taste. The fish

flaked apart well, creating this coat, this light glaze on the bottom of the

pot. This is what I need to give such a concentrated flavor.

I'm adding the vinegar. White wine vinegar.

I'm cleaning, scraping the bottom of the pot and I'm adding the tomatoes. I'm cooking

the tomatoes a little bit, waiting for them to flake apart and create some kind of sauce, adding

a little bit of water from time to time. I'm letting the soup ripen and concentrate,

then I'm blending it. As the soup cooks, I'm going to finish

the preparation of the pepper, cutting the parsley and the bread to complete

the light broth, the final preparation. I'm cutting the parsley and keeping the stalks. The stalks

are the tastiest part of the parsley, for me. It's the most scented and

mentholated part, while the leaf is the most bitter part, the stalk

keeps the nicest fragrance of the parsley. If they're not too big, nor

woody, I'm always using them. I'm cutting it coarsely, to keep the

fragrances and not to ruin the parsley too much.

We're making the croutons. Since we have to cook it again, the crust tends to become bitter,

so I'm just keeping the soft inside of the bread.

These are the croutons and at this point I'm moving them in the oven.

I'm now taking the pepper I put in the oven before, placing it in a simple

bowl and covering it with film. This lets the vapor that is left

inside the bowl detach the skin of the pepper well.

Five minutes are enough. I'm now shelling the shrimps and caramote prawns, the crustaceans, then

using the tip of a knife or a stick, very simply,

I'm lightly carving on top of the back of the crustacean and pull, removing

the stomach. We're now removing the skin of the pepper. You can see

how easily we can remove it. We're peeling the pepper, opening it and cutting it in pieces.

The soup is ready, can you see? The tomato flaked well, and so the fish,

the head released all of its flavor and the part of the

fat. These are fatter fishes, so it is now ready. I'm now sifting it

with a fine net sieve. This one is called chinois and allows you

to press well and extract all of the juice. Done! Now we just have to add

the base. If you noticed, I didn't add salt, as the broths and bases

should never be salted, because they are reduced, so I have to get to

the final preparation without ever adding salt.

Now I'm adding the fishes, the squid, the crustaceans,

the seafood. I'm salting it. I'm adding the peppers I previously roasted

and peeled. Just a light drizzle of oil. I just have to close it, using

a glass lid so I can also check on the cooking.

We're using a vapor oven, 85°C for about 25 minutes.

I'm now adding a couple of croutons and at last, a drizzle of oil. A fruity

and light one. The light broth is ready, now try to make it at

home! It's not difficult, all you need to do is to

understand what you have to do. Or you can simply taste it here with us, in

AcquaRoof, Molinari Terrace, in one of the most beautiful terraces in Rome. We're waiting for you!

Ciao!

Woman Survives Empire State Building Suicide Jump - Fact or Fiction? - Duration: 12:46.

A circus act gone wrong, a young American hero, and a woman that can fly?

Which of these three stories will be true, and which are figments of our imaginations?

That's up to you decide, on what's fact... or fiction.

The line that divides the factual from the unreal has long since blurred, the tales we

once thought fantastical now implanted as truth.

To decipher verity from the imagined, you must break from the ordinary and consider

a universe where the outlandish prevails.

Can you expand your mind to see beyond our perceived reality?

Can you decide what's fact or fiction?

The circus is meant to be a happy, magical place for kids, but when Dean Tyler tempted

fate by going up against the King of the Jungle, it became a horror show of immense proportions.

Story # 1: The Circus Act-Cident It was Dean's third performance with the new

lion, Simba, but the pair had been practicing for countless hours leading up to the evening

everything went wrong.

Dean felt a rapport with Simba, one he hadn't felt with Leo, the aptly named performing

feline that passed away suddenly overnight.

Their third evening together started without a hitch.

Simba, responding to the physical cues he was being given, appeared as ferocious as

ever, eliciting responses of shock and awe from the audience.

The pair sparred and did their little song-and-dance routine, but nearing the end of the act, Dean

could sense a slight change in Simba's performance.

It seemed less like he was willing to go along with the admittedly abusive act.

Dean proceeded with caution, setting the whip aside until he felt he had more control over

the act.

When they reached the climax, things went horrifically wrong.

Simba, as if forgetting who the man in the cage with him was, darted from the corner

he had dug herself into and knocked Dean to the ground.

Over the growling and his own panicked breaths, Dean could hear a collective scream from the

audience, but he swears he could hear his wife's the most above them all.

He did all he could to keep Simba's jaw from clamping around his neck, and when he shoved

his arm out in front to sustain the brunt of her attack, he immediately felt the beast's

teeth piercing his flesh.

As calm as he tried to remain, it all flushed away as blood dripped down onto his face.

Simba pulled at his arm, his paws pressing against Dean's chest.

Before he felt his elbow pop out of its socket, a series of ribs gave in under the lion's

heavy weight.

Dean was weak beneath the animal's force, but before he could give in, the commotion

of his rescue busting into the cage provided him a little hope.

Simba, shocked by the intruders, jerked his head back, severing Dean's arm at the elbow.

The trainer was splattered with blood and the sound of his own arm being ripped from

him nauseated him.

He expected to die in that cage, especially as his consciousness faded.

Dean woke up the following day in the hospital, his arm still missing and his body in excruciating

pain.

His wife was slumped in the chair beside him, struggling to sleep through the images of

her husband's encounter with the lion.

It took him three years to overcome the memory of that incident - both his and Simba's last

circus performance.

As Sigfried and Roy have proven, it's not so unbelievable that an animal would attack

someone it knew, but Dean's encounter kind of sounds like the sort of horror story you

hear about in a fake viral social media post, doesn't it?

Contemplate whether this is fact or fiction by letting us know in the comment section

below as we move onto our second tale.

In the wake of Pearl Harbor, many heroes emerged to serve their nation, some even bending the

rules to do so.

No one bent them quite like Tim Miller, a young man determined to fight for his country.

Story # 2: "Yvan eht Nioj" "1500 Dead in Hawaii, Congress Votes War."

He remembered the headlines like they were from yesterday's newspaper.

He was only 11 when the idea to join the war came to him.

Miller was already taking care of himself, having moved out of his home with his brother

to escape an abusive stepfather.

With a plan in mind, Miller started to shave and practiced his mother's signature, but

there was something about himself he couldn't change - his teeth.

With his teeth still maturing, the dentist that was checking potential recruits would

know he was well under 16, which, even with a forged signature, would make him ineligible

to enlist.

But when the dentist pressed him on his age, Miller had lined up an ace-in-the-hole.

When he got in line, he was sure to stand behind other kids he knew were only 14 or

so.

When the dentist let them through, he knew he could use it to his advantage - and he

most certainly did.

As much as he knew the dentist wanted to argue, there wasn't time for it and, without another

word, he was let through.

At 12-years-old, Tim Miller became a member of the U.S. Navy, serving aboard the USS Missouri

in the Pacific War against Japan.

For a year, he served alongside men considerably older than him, but in 1943, he made a grave

mistake.

After his grandmother's death, he set off for Texas for the funeral but failed to get

permission to do so.

He was sent to the brig but released within three months after his mother revealed his

true age and his sister threatened to bring the story of the young serviceman to the newspaper.

As much as Tim tried to return to service, he was dishonorably discharged.

Though he had earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star, they were stripped from him.

It wasn't until 1978 that he was listed under an honorable discharge and most of his medals

were returned to him.

Though his Purple Heart remained stripped until after his death, when it was finally

reinstated and presented to his family.

Could a 12-year-old somehow bypass a rock solid system and enlist as a 17-year-old?

Okay, so the draft system wasn't perfect at the time, but 12 seems a little young to not

have been immediately caught in the draft line.

Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below and vote by using our on-screen poll

as we get ready for our third and final story.

Valerie Benson couldn't bear to live anymore, so she took the only way out she could think

of.

Things, however, didn't go as she planned.

Story # 3: Wind of Luck Valerie never expected her name to grace the

headlines of the city newspaper, but her incredible story was one that media outlets couldn't

help but latch onto.

Unfortunately, it didn't start with the best of circumstances.

It started with her decision to put an end to her life.

She couldn't describe the feelings she was having, but they were enough to drive her

to do the unthinkable.

Nearing 30 and facing eviction from her Bronx apartment, Valerie couldn't stand the thought

of living another moment in this cruel world.

So she picked the highest spot she could think of, the Empire State Building, and started

her ascent.

By the time she reached the 86th floor, she had enough time to contemplate everything

and was prepared to just let go and enjoy what she hoped to be the peace of death.

When she jumped, though, the ground never came.

It was as if a force was pushing back against her.

The feeling of freefalling lasted only a moment before she was back inside the Empire State

Building, impossibly alive and only one floor lower than she had started.

Adams never considered miracles a possibility, and yet she felt she was the subject of one

just then.

During her brief fall, a gust of wind had caught her in mid-jump and thrust her back

into the building, and only sustained minor injuries.

When security guards found her, she had a fractured hip and was incredibly confused.

She never got the opportunity to jump again.

Unfortunately, this is where the story of Adams ends.

Not that she did wind up taking her own life, but after her jump, she was admitted to a

mental institution and, since then, has remained out of the public eye.

Did Valerie, a woman who thought she had nothing left to live for, get lifted back to safety

by some miracle gust of wind?

Or was this a work of fiction, penned by our own writers?

Let's find out - it's time for the reveal.

Are you ready to find out if you can decipher between fact or fiction?

Let's look back at tonight's three stories and find out which were born from reality

and which were fabrications of the imagination.

Let's go back to our first story of Simba the lion and his trainer.

Clearly, with how many documented cases of lions attacking humans there are, this has

to be true, right?

Although entirely plausible and the likelihood of it happening in the future is great, no

such story actually exists - this one was fabricated by our own writers.

How about the heroic tale of Tim Miller?

If you leaned more towards "truth," then you may know your history.

This is the story of Calvin Graham, who enlisted with the U.S. Navy at just 12 years old.

He survived the War in the Pacific, later joining the Marines until being discharged.

He's listed as the youngest person to serve during WWII and lived a relatively short life,

dying at the age of 62 from heart failure in November of 1992.

His wife post-humously accepted his Purple Heart two years after his death in 1994.

Finally, we have that incredible story of Valerie, the woman saved by a miracle gust

of wind.

If you thought this was too far fetched to not be fiction, we'd like to introduce you

to Elvita Adams.

During the holiday season in 1979, at 29-years-old, Adams attempted to take her life by jumping

from the Empire State Building.

She never made it to the ground as a strong gust of wind pushed her back to safety, just

like in our story.

Although where Adams is now is currently unknown.

How well did you do in tonight's video?

Did you look past the deception of our world and define the oft-blurred line that struggles

to separate lies from the truth?

Let us all know in the comment section below and should you find the urge to test your

perceptions again, be sure to subscribe and join us next time when we ask you to decide

what's fact... or fiction.

stream it at home we're going to talk about it in this video

what's good YouTube you back in the building with the all-knowing I love you

know feeling I'm saying all-powerful just damn all everything the sex is hell

host of the life game channel bringing you your life game and streaming or beam

and helping you save money at the movie theater if possible recovering Cretu but

before we do that y'all know we put on the plus seven glasses of cinema sexy as

hell because we working on sprints filling up our craft bringing you a more

informed YouTube expanding something better to look at sponsors for this

video this week the Robin Hood out if you're not investing in stocks and bonds

particularly stops grab the app is free they will even give you a free stop and

also if you're streaming online get ipvanish put it on your system so you

can keep your streaming protected and private and go subscribe to the life

gains Fitness channel I'll start putting my content back up there in January to

help all y'all get ready for the new year nice and fit Cretu was a great

movie and if you're not familiar with the Creed series Creed 1 start Michael B

Jordan who is the son of Creed from the Rocky movies and Michael B Jordan hit it

out the park and in this movie same thing he did a great job

he stole the show this time I felt like in the first Creed so Festus Stallone

stole the show but this time the showstopper the Shawn Michaels of Creed

2 was Michael B Jordan and this was a great follow-up movie ladies and

gentlemen the movie follows the same kind of rhythm and road that you're used

to seeing from these type of fight movies from the Rockies from Creed they

put a little different spin on a being that with this movie you got to know the

relationship and perspective of Michael B Jordan character as Creed because he

had a girlfriend that's pregnant and a lot of us know that when you have kids

it crystallizes life for you it gives you a new perspective

so with that dynamic coming as well as the diamond

this big huge Russian coming who just happens to be the son of the character

from the Rocky movie and what they did a good job of doing it this movie is going

through his backstory as well so you got to see what has the big Russian been up

to since rocky how has he been training his son to be ready for another fight

and to possibly knock out and kill somebody in the ring and their story is

one where you see two assholes a daddy training the young asshole getting him

prepared to go and fight when it comes to the fight scenes in this movie they

were brutal they was as long as you might would have hoped them to be but

man there was blood there was guts that was things from all over the ring kind

of what you would want to see in a fight movie with all of these sports type

movies ladies and gentlemen you know that they all are going to give you a

training montage with the old throwback movies cats running out in the snow

behind a car cats out there plowing wood doing all these training things to get

ready for the battle yeah yeah you get all that in this movie this movie is a

good cross between I don't know a traditional sports story maybe a little

bit of drama because they do go into the back stories of the families which

actually fits this type of action movie it'd be something like you saying how

they would mesh maybe he man is Lord of the Rings and you mesh it with Star Wars

only this time y'all can y'all keep that shit in space don't bring it to earth

unless y'all gonna have like some kind of time portal what he meant can go from

Grayskull to Earth but they've done a good job of bringing that story together

I would highly recommend you go catch the theater beam in this movie to get

the full experience and it's possibly a good movie for you to stream when it

comes out whether you want to get it on blu-ray DVD or have you liked your

strings but Creed 2 it's definitely a good movie Michael B Jordan is

continuing his excellence from this past year and being killed Marvel on black

Panther because in this movie when they get in the ring and they square off

Drago is so much bigger than Michael B Jordan it takes an outstanding piece of

acting to live up to the height to actually overcome what he needs to

overcome in that fight and that's gonna do it for this video don't forget to

like this video comment and subscribe go get yourself a life game go see create

two people great entertainment at the movie theatres and until the net sex is

hell video I'll see you
