Maurizio Sarri reveals Eden Hazard injury blow ahead of PAOK Salonika but it's not all bad news - Duration: 3:40.

Eden Hazard has been ruled out of Chelsea's match against PAOK Salonika in the Europa League on Thursday but should not be out too long with his ankle injury

The news will come as a blow to Maurizio Sarri and his team as they look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season where they lost 3-1 to Tottenham at Wembley

Hazard revealed that he suffered a twisted ankle after a challenge from Spurs right-back Serge Aurier which left him hobbling for the final ten minutes of the match

My injury I think is not something bad," the Belgian midfielder told BeIn Sport."I think I just twisted my ankle, but it's like every game, it's the same

I am used to it and I will be back soon."A twisted ankle can rule a footballer out for two to three weeks or longer and it is believed that the 27-year-old did not train on Monday or Tuesday but the Blues coach expects Hazard to return for the west London derby against Fulham on Sunday

The Italian also ruled out Victory Moses ahead of Thursday's fixture.Sarri said in his pre-match press conference: "The last problem is Moses

I spoke with the doctor and he has a back problem this morning, so I think he will not be able to play tomorrow

Then Hazard of course it is not a serious injury. He will not be able to play tomorrow but I think he will be able to recover for the Premier League match (Fulham)

The Belgian has been fouled 33 times this season, the joint most in the Premier League alongside Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha

He has been one of the most fouled players in the English topflight for years and is often picked out by opponents for rough treatment

His coach is growing concerned about how such knocks can effect his fitness.Sarri said: "I am worried that he had a back injury and now ankle, so he has lost a lot of training, so it is normal he is not at the top form of his physical condition

He has one week and a couple of matches."This week it is useful for him to have training

Of course he cannot play 10 matches in 30 days, so sometimes he has to rest. Get Chelsea latest news updates directly to your inbox Subscribe Thank you for subscribing

Klopp made ONE big mistake in PSG loss BUT will fix it vs Napoli & Everton ● Liverpool FC News - Duration: 6:22.

LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp was wrong to drop Trent Alexander-Arnold to the bench in their

Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain last night.

That's according to Owen Hargreaves.

The Reds fell 2-1 in the French capital after goals from Juan Bernat and Neymar.

James Milner's penalty before half-time put the Merseyside outfit in contention for

a draw but though they pushed for an equaliser in the second half, they did not do enough

from open play.

The Merseyside outfit can still progress from Group C by beating Napoli in the final game

but the Italian outfit are unbeaten in five games so far this term - giving Klopp's

side a huge challenge.

And Hargreaves believes Klopp should regret starting Dejan Lovren and dropping Alexander-Arnold

- who scored in a win over Watford at the weekend - which shifted Joe Gomez out to right-back

in his place.

Yet he thinks Klopp will not repeat his error in their final group game in two weeks' time.

"I love Trent Alexander-Arnold, I'd play him at any time," ex-Manchester United midfielder

Owen Hargreaves told BT Sport's Champions League highlights show.

"I know he's a young kid and maybe at times, defensively he's still learning the

game but I love him.

"I love his confidence and he's aggressive as well.

I would have played him.

"But Gomez played at right back, Lovren's come in.

I'm pretty sure you'll see Trent play at Anfield against Napoli."

Liverpool can make the last 16 by beating Napoli 1-0 or by winning by a two-goal margin

when they welcome Carlo Ancelotti's men to Anfield on December 11.

But group leaders Napoli have yet to lose in Europe this season and have only lost to

Serie A leaders Juventus in their last 15 games across all competitions.

And Hargreaves has warned that Napoli will pose Liverpool a stiff test after they beat

Red Star Belgrade 3-1 at the San Paolo Stadium last night - particularly with the threat

of Dries Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne up top.

He added: "They're brilliant, little magicians.

Napoli are really quietly transitioning from [Maurizio] Sarri to Ancelotti.

"They're still great going forward.

They are little magicians, Mertens is a lovely finisher, two again.

"Insigne is one of my favourite players to watch.

Not the biggest but so effective.

"I know everybody says Liverpool at home you expect them to get a result but this is

a very, very good Napoli team."

Asked for his prediction, however, two-time Champions League winner Hargreaves backed

the Reds to come out on top of a tough clash.

The pundit said: "Liverpool are too good, I back them.

Liverpool and PSG [to go through].

Liverpool at Anfield, it's got to be a banker."

LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp insists he is not worried about his team not showing a reaction

when they welcome Everton to Anfield for the Merseyside derby on Sunday.

This comes after the Reds' Champions League hopes were left finely poised after they suffered

defeat to Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday.

The 2-1 loss was their third straight in Group C and they will now have to beat Napoli in

the final match at Anfield to have any hope of progressing.

Focus returns to the Premier League before that game however with a mouthwatering local

derby next on the agenda.

Everton have picked up their form under new boss Marco Silva and will come into the clash

confident of getting a result.

However the Toffees have a terrible record at Anfield with their last win there in all

competitions coming way back in 1999.

Speaking after the defeat to PSG, Klopp insisted that he was not worried about his players

not being fired up for the weekend.

"Come on, it's a derby, we don't have to show a reaction," Klopp said.

"If we had won 5-0 tonight then we would have had to show a reaction on Sunday.

"This game is isolated from the season: it's a derby, it's at home.

"Everton are doing really well this season, they're a completely different cup of tea,

I would say, to the last few years so it will be a tough one.

"We have to be 100 per cent spot on, but that was clear before this game so it's

not about showing a reaction, it's about carrying on, go, go, go in the league, get

as many points as you can get, win your home games, win your away games in the best way.

"That's how it is.

Until Sunday, we will be ready again.

"It's not what I say here, it's what we show there."

Liverpool then face two away games in the Premier League - against Burnley and Bournemouth

- before Napoli come calling.

Even though their fate is in their own hands, the Reds will have to beat the Italians either

by a 1-0 scoreline or by two clear goals.

Any other result would see them eliminated and will most likely see them finish in third

spot meaning they would be included in the Europa League knockout stage draw.

Speaking on the game with Napoli, Klopp insisted that it will have to be another special night

at Anfield for them to progress.

"Napoli is a really strong side and they played well here, they played against us really

well – OK, we were not that good that night, but they played really good.

"But it's in 13 days, December 11, so we have a few other games before that.

"We have to make a special night of it, 100 per cent, if we want to go through."

Sanskrit: Challenging but AWESOME - Duration: 6:58.

Hi! I'm Dr. Word Person,

and today, we're going to talk about why learning Sanskrit is so hard, and why you should do it anyway. Basically,

the grammar keeps throwing enormous challenges at you in terms of memorization and problem solving, but that same grammar

makes possible amazing poetry that cannot be replicated in English. So what makes Sanskrit grammar so difficult?

Well,

a lot of things. I'm going to focus on the

intellectual challenges here, because if you just want an overview of the grammar, you can read Wikipedia. So,

challenges. One: there's the writing system and its implementation.

Tada!

So yeah, this is Devanagari, and as you can see, it is very

squiggly. It's not technically an alphabet;

it's actually an abugida, a writing system where

consonants and vowels are written together as one unit. In practice,

the consonant is the main unit and vowels are kind of written as diacritics. Like this is "pa," this is "pi,"

and this is "pai."

If you have two constants in a row,

they're written as ligatures, and these ligatures often look NOTHING like the two consonants involved.

Like, this is the simple for "k", this is the symbol for "sha," and then this symbol combining them

looks nothing like that! It looks like a stick figure dude hanging on a pole. I don't know,

it doesn't look like those. But even worse is like, you know

when you're talking, you kind of slur words together? Like if you were going to say, "I

don't know what," it would probably come out

"I donnowhat," but, you wouldn't write that. But, in Sanskrit, you do write it out with all the words slurred together.

It's called "external sandhi." So, if you wanted to say, "I came from the house," "grhat

gacchami,"

well, you wouldn't write "grhat gacchami," you'd write "grhadgacchami", as one word all squished together. Or,

if you wanted to say, "the river there," "nadi atra," you wouldn't write "nadi

atra," you'd write "nadyatra."

As

you might expect, it makes it really hard to figure out where words began and end. This is a problem.

Now, on to the second reason Sanskrit is hard: the nominal system. Nouns and adjectives and pronouns

in Sanskrit are highly inflected, which means they change their endings for a bunch of different reasons.

They have different endings for different genders

(masculine, feminine and neuter),

they have different endings for different numbers

(singular, plural, and

dual--if you have two of something) and they can change their endings based on a worse grammatical function in the sentence. This is called case.

Sanskrit has eight of them. EIGHT of them. Greek has like five,

Latin has like six,

Sanskrit has eight. So yeah, you get to MEMORIZE PARADIGMS!

Did I mention that there are a bunch of different stem classes that all have different endings?

PARADIGMS! And, there are a bunch of pronouns and stuff that are usually irregular?

PARADIGMS!

Buy flash cards on sale y'all! Now, on to the third reason learning Sanskrit is so hard:

the verbal system is highly inflected, too. Verbs change their ending for person, number, tense, mood, and voice,

and there are plenty of verbal nouns, too.

But the real kicker is that

Sanskrit verbs are classed according to how they form their present stem from the root, and some of these are confusing!

Some verbs are straightforward, like "as,"

"to be," just adds personal endings, "asti," but some roots use reduplication, like from the root "da,"

"give," you get "dadati,"

some verbs add an infix like from "yuj,"

"join"

You get "yunakti," and for some verbs, you mess with the vowel, like the root "bhu,"

"become," you get "bhavati."

In short,

you spend a lot of time trying to pick apart these different layers of morphology and phonology so you can even LOOK UP THE FRIGGIN'

WORD.

Not bitter! So that all is for

Classical Sanskrit-- if you want to read the earlier period of the language, Vedic Sanskrit,

There are additional challenges that await you. For instance, you get to learn more grammar,

which had atrophied by the time of classical Sanskrit-- hello

aorist!-- and you also run into new and hilarious challenges, like,

the dictionary is in German! So, after all that, why would you even bother learning Sanskrit? The

poetry is

outstanding!

Sanskrit poets loved their language like few others, and boy, did they have an outstandingly rich language to work with.

Is there any better or more fitting example of this than Rig Veda hymn 10.125

to Vac, the goddess of speech? Vac is talking about how great she is and she says, among other things,

"maya so annam atti, yo vipasyati, yah praniti,

ya im srnoti uktam. Amantavo mam

ta upa ksiyanti. Shrudhi shruta

shraddhivam te vadami."

Calvert Watkins has a lovely translation that I could not improve on: "through me

he merely eats food, he who just sees, breathes, and hears what is spoken. Even these

Uncomprehending ones depend on me. But listen, o famed one,

I say to you something worthy of trust. Now, coded in one of these lines,

"shrudhi shruta shraddhivam te vadami," is an utterly magnificent phonetic figure. You probably noticed the obvious

alliteration, "shru...shru...shr." Maybe you even noticed the less obvious alliteration, in "va...va."

But this line also includes every single category of speech sounds in the Vedic language. (Thanks to Cal for this.) You have

vowels contrasting in quality, quantity, and nasalization,

You have a sibilant, a liquid, and a glide, and in the stop consonants,

you have a voicing distinction and an aspiration distinction. And you might be thinking, "Oh gosh that's reading too much into it,

they didn't know that much linguistics, I don't know that much linguistics..."

But

of course, they knew! They even set up their writing system this way.

The characters are arranged according to the quality and quantity of vowels, series of stops with voicing and aspiration

distinctions, then liquids and sibilants, the whole shebang. So yeah, that's the kind of poetic virtuosity

that just does not translate. That's only what you get

If you love Vac, the goddess of the Sanskrit language, and she loves you back. Alright, so that was my video

Thanks for watching. Please let me know in the comments if you liked it

And if you'd like me to talk about what it's like to learn any other languages.

Stocks Are Down, But Trex Looks Like a Buy - Duration: 3:31.

David Gardner: Here we come down the homestretch.

Our final stock for this five-stock sampler is the single best performer over the long-term

among all of these companies. It's probably the most obscure, as well.

The ticker symbol is TREX, and sure enough, that's also the name of the company.

This is the outdoor decking company, Trex.

Trex, just looking at recent history, since that's our focus in this five-stock sampler,

Trex was at $89 a share on September 10th. Today it's at $61. Trex is down 31%.

And yet, I first recommended it in July of 2012, about six years ago, at $6.77.

You just heard me say it's dropped from $89 to $61.

Well, from $6.77 to $61, it's been outstanding. It's up over 830% since that pick.

I guess it's worth mentioning here, it's fun to think about it, of all of these companies,

many of which are very technology-driven, and are really creating platforms like

The Trade Desk, or you think about Teladoc and its technology, or 2U, bringing technology

into classrooms, or video games, one of the best technologies of our time.

And yet, the best performer among these is a composite outdoor decking company.

It's a reminder that great companies are all around us. It's not always about the latest whiz-bang gadget.

Although, I will say, within its field, Trex is the innovator.

This composite outdoor decking, much superior to wood.

I see this kind of decking in professional settings around the Washington D.C. area.

This is the stuff that doesn't get badly damaged by water.

We've had more rain in Washington D.C. than any year I can remember maybe in my lifetime,

as a lifetime D.C. resident. You have to love Trex's outdoor decking.

It looks like wood, but functions better.

And that's why you see that kind of outperformance, a nine-bagger over the last six years.

Usually, there is going to be a great product or product experience at the heart of a winning stock like that.

In this case, it has nothing to do with the internet, which is where so much of our great

performance often is in our kinds of companies. I love how well Trex has done.

Two things I love about Trex.

One, and this is consistent with some of the others, I re-recommended it five years later.

Yes, I did mention our cost basis to you earlier, and how it's a nine-bagger.

But in February of 2017, I was casting about for what stock to re-recommend in Motley Fool Rule Breakers,

and I picked Trex again. Back then, it was at $33. It's gone up 91%.

What I love about this company is, it's still small.

It's got a $4 billion market cap. It's a leader in its field.

I only see more and more outdoor decking in the world's future as our population grows,

and people rebuild or build new. I really like Trex's position.

I also like its relative obscurity. That's No. 2.

Many people have never heard of Trex and would be shocked to think that you could find a

stock like that, that would do that well in the service called Motley Fool Rule Breakers.

Sometimes you have to love the more obscure companies.

Peter Lynch did a great job highlighting these kinds of companies in his classic, One Up on Wall Street.

Companies that don't sound sexy to Wall Street and don't make exciting elevator pitches,

and yet, look at that performance.

I Came To Test A Setting, But Found THIS instead! - Duration: 20:03.

Hello :).

That's right, it's my painted, elliptical Deus coil.

I was able to charge it.

Notice the LED of the Pro-Pointer II.

It's bent backwards to fit inside the AT housing.

I'm here to test my new iron setting.

This will be my choice (in the end).

For now, I'm trying it with full tones.

Two targets...

A quick change to "2-Tones".

Two tones is what I like the most.

A chunk of iron.

Where is my blue glove...

The top of a can.

I see iron, but...

I apologize for the camera angle!

I think, it might be a large blade...

Once again I'm sorry...

Wow...

It's a (so called) "bearded axe".

It could be very old...

A great, unexpected find!

I never found one like this before.

Let me put it in my backpack...

Probably just a tiny piece of coke or something.

This is iron too.

Let's see...

WWII shrapnel.

This area is loaded with it.

Hmm, it could have been a cross.

I wonder if it's made of silver.

I will show you pictures at the end.

Just a nail.

It's a rusty "10 Pfennig" coin.

From 1976.

A bullet casing.

Is something trying to come out, or is it just iron?...

A nail.

That's it.

A fly is attacking my camera.

Hmm, a thin pipe...

I have no idea what this is.

I'm not feeling well today.

Let me switch programs.

A bird seems unhappy with something.

I changed "2-tones" to "fulltones".

A weird shaped nail.

And nothing else.

A nail.

And a second one.

The hole is making the signal.

I could have investigated some questionable sounds but...

...I wasn't really believing in them.

Let's try "2-tones" (which actually is a 3-tones setting).

I will switch from "-0.1" to "-5,4" and see if something changes.

I don't know... It depends on so many factors.

It is a small piece of lead (a pistol ball?).

Two signals, I will extract the louder object first.

Not exactly what I was hoping for.

This one sounds funny.

A chunk of iron.

I have enough. The air is polluted and humid today, being outside is no fun.

A German "10 Pfennig" coin (1976).

A piece of lead.

The "cross".

Silver or not?

The axe (at the beginning of the cleaning process).

It's not even straight... ;)

Was it made for battle?

Trash...

And treasure :). Detecting/testing time: 1h:5min

Headlights improve, but base models leave drivers in the dark - IIHS News - Duration: 2:03.

David Aylor >> Headlights are an obvious crash-avoidance feature that help prevent nighttime crashes.

Over half of fatalities occur at night, and almost 25 percent occur on unlit roads.

>> The track is ready, you can begin your run.

>> When we first started evaluating headlights in 2016, there weren't very many vehicles

that performed well.

We have seen some improvement.

For 2018, about half of the vehicles earn a good or acceptable rating, but there's still

a significant number of vehicles that only earn a marginal

or poor rating on their best-available headlight.

Good-rated headlights are required to qualify for our 2018 TOP SAFETY PICK+ award and only

two vehicles are available with good headlights across all trim lines.

Those are the 2018 Genesis G90 and the 2018 Lexus NX.

The 2018 Hyundai Kona offers both good-rated LED headlights and poor-rated halogen headlights.

In our testing, the good-rated LEDs illuminate the right edge of the road at

450 feet, compared to only 220 feet for the poor-rated halogen headlights.

Often good-rated headlights are only available on expensive trim lines or in expensive packages.

An example is the 2018 Honda Ridgeline, which

will cost you almost $12,000 more to get good-rated headlights.

The 2018 Kia Soul is only available with good-rated headlights when you pay $26,000.

In comparison, a base model with poor-rated headlights is only $16,000.

We've seen some improvement since our initial testing in 2016, but consumers shouldn't

have to buy a fully loaded vehicle in order to get good-rated headlights.

All new vehicles should come with good-rated headlights.

TOTTENHAM 1-0 INTER | Borja Valero: "Tough defeat but a good performance" | Post match reaction - Duration: 5:37.

You came on midway through the game today

and tried to do what you do best, which is move the ball around.

Did Inter need more of that in the second half?

Tottenham managed to keep the ball better and made it hard for you to get forward.

Yes, especially at the start of the game.

They started really strong, with great intensity.

We expected that because winning was their only option

so they had to start strong and they did.

Afterwards, we grew more into the game.

We got used to the pitch and their way of playing

and we had our chances.

I think we should take the positives going forward.

Looking forward, you now have an extra match on the fixture list

because you had this run of games with Frosinone, Tottenham, Roma and Juventus.

Now of course you have this game against PSV afterwards.

How is the team doing mentally and physically?

Because the next few games are going to take a lot out of you mentally.

Obviously it's a big blow but we need to get going again straight away

because we have some important games coming up

and we can't afford to ease up in the slightest.

We must look forward and try to win our next games,

as difficult as they may be.

Then we'll see.

PSV is still a long way off so we have to focus on the here and now

and we'll see what happens.

Riccardo?

Hi Borja. First of all, well done for your contribution when you came on today.

You settled into the game instantly.

You're always in the thick of it even when you come off the bench

and that shows how professional you are.

I wanted to ask you about the mood in the dressing room.

I know that when you play an away match like this

with the expectations there were beforehand

and then to lose it the way you did,

it takes a lot out of you, both physically and mentally.

Is the team keen to bounce back?

We saw some of the faces so we've seen how disappointed you all are.

Sure, we're eager to get going again straight away.

It is a big blow psychologically and it won't be easy to pick ourselves up immediately

but we will, little by little.

The more experienced players can help the others focus on the big games we have coming up.

We have nothing to be afraid of.

We're still in with a chance of going through so we must think positive.

Matteo, tonight's match confirms the initial impression we had

when the draw was made in August.

That it would probably go down to the final match.

We knew this was a decisive game today

against a Tottenham side who are perhaps in their best form of the season.

We saw their game against Chelsea

and they were devastating in the first half an hour.

We played well in the first half,

apart from that shot that hit the bar,

but generally we were in control.

We started the second half well and looked comfortable

then they scored a goal we weren't really expecting.

It's a goal that changes things for you of course.

For the first time since the start of the group stage

Inter don't have the advantage.

Going into the PSV match, let's say on the ropes somewhat,

does that fire you up more?

Or does it add an extra element of fear?

No, it doesn't add any fear. We always set out to win and to give our all.

We'll do that against PSV.

After the match, we'll look at the result from Barcelona

but we have to focus on our own game and make sure we win it.

Riccardo?

Well done, Matteo.

Inter found it hard to play you in on the right and Perisic on the left tonight.

It wasn't easy to spread play out to the wings and give you the chance to run at your man.

On the other hand, I thought you did a great job in winning the ball back.

You put in a really good shift.

We knew it was going to be tough, especially in the first 30 minutes.

They were closing us down really quickly with lots of players

so it wasn't easy to get the ball out wide and create a numerical advantage.

We did manage to do that in the second half and we fashioned a few chances.

As I said, we were more in control of the game after the break

and managed to play out from the back and build moves.

The goal came out of nothing.

It was a brilliant move, by Sissoko I think,

and it took the wind out of our sails.

We're aware of our ability and we know what we can do.

We'll get back to work tomorrow

because we have another huge match in the league on Sunday.

Klopp on how Neymar was "clever" but "not cool" & What do Liverpool FC need to qualify? ● #LFC News - Duration: 5:28.

The Reds manager blasted the decisions that went against his team as they fell to a 2-1

defeat in Paris.

Jurgen Klopp has called for a "special Anfield night" to keep Liverpool's Champions' League

hope alive.

The Reds boss wants the Kop to produce another pulsating European evening at the famous old

stadium to beat Napoli in a fortnight, and put them through to the knock out stages.

And Klopp also suggested victory would make up for the sour taste here in Paris, where

the theatrics, diving and feigning injury from PSG produced huge frustration for the

English club.

If Liverpool beat the Italians 1-0 in their final group game or by two clear goals if

the visitors score, then this defeat means nothing and they will be through.

And Klopp said:

"We need Anfield again, we know it can be really special, and we need one of those special

European nights.

Of course we are confident – we have produced them many times already.

"It is in 12-13 days but we have a real final now!

We have a few other games before that, but we have to make a special night of it 100

per cent, and I believe we can.

"If we do that, then we can go through and we will deserve it."

Klopp though, was clearly angry with the feigning injury and rolling round of the French side,

and he singled Neymar in particular out for criticism.

"We chased the game with a lot of passion, and Paris showed a lot of passion as well.

The number of interruptions in the game was not cool," he said.

"We have been top of the fair play tables for the past two years, but tonight we looked

like butchers when you look at the yellow cards we had – it was clever of PSG, Neymar

it was him yeah, he was clever but others went down too.

"I could say 500,00 things and nothing of them I want to read in the newspaper tomorrow.

"You have a brain, write it down.

There are a lot of things you could do.

"If you die and when you get up immediately again, it can be a yellow card.

You can do that.

But it's just hectic all the time everybody is going down.

"I don't want to say Paris didn't deserve it.

I never expect help from the ref, I just expect he calms these things down.

Tonight it happens the crowd is up and we were not calm enough.

"Even Joe Gomez got a yellow card – he's the nicest boy on the planet and yet he was

close to getting red.

"I don't like this part of my job, where I have to say it to make a story, but you could

see it yourself."

Klopp was also angry that Marco Varratti didn't receive a red card for a terrible challenge

on Joe Gomez, and he said: "For me it was a red card, yes but it doesn't change anything

and I look like a bad loser when I say it.

"How can it be the same yellow card as the ones we got?"

The Reds' 2-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain has created a tricky maths problem for the

teams in Group C.

Liverpool suffered a 2-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in France on Wednesday night, putting their

progression into the Champions League knockout phase in jeopardy.

Juan Bernat put the hosts ahead early on before Neymar doubled PSG's lead on minute 37.

James Milner gave the visitors a lifeline when he converted a penalty on the stroke

of half-time.

However, Jurgen Klopp's men failed to threaten in the second half and subsequently fell to

defeat in France.

The Reds were top of Group C heading into the Parc des Princes clash but the loss has

seen them moved down to third.

Napoli now top the group with nine points, PSG are second with eight while Liverpool

sit underneath on six.

Red Star Belgrade are bottom with four points but could still sneak third and a place in

the Europa League.

Liverpool now host a nervy Champions League tie against Napoli at Anfield on December

11 - and they have to win.

But any win won't do.

Due to Liverpool losing 1-0 in Naples, and away goals playing a factor in groups, the

Reds must win 1-0 or by two away goals.

If PSG draw, Liverpool can win by any amount.

The reason for this being if three teams finish on nine points then it goes down to a three-way

head-to-head in which Liverpool would have six points to PSG and Napoli's five.

Here are the Group C permutations in full...

Group C permutations

- Liverpool will qualify if they win 1-0 or by two goals.

- If Paris Saint-Germain draw, Liverpool will qualify with any win.

- Paris Saint-Germain will qualify if they win (a draw might be enough).

- Napoli need a point to guarantee qualification.
