Youtube daily how Nov 6 2018

KAMRI: Hey guys, it's Kamri.

Our school just got some 3D printers and Nat Geo let me

borrow one to figure out how they work,

but to be honest, I've just been using it to print tiny cats.

It's like a tiny printed cat army.

Cute, but no idea how idea how I made them.

These printers look super complicated.

You know what?

I'll just print an expert to help me out.

CODY: Hey Kamri.

I'm Cody Goldhahn, mechanical engineer and Nat Geo expert.

KAMRI: Wow, that thing really works!

CODY: What?

KAMRI: Uh. Nothing.

So, Cody, can you tell me how a 3D printer shapes things so perfectly?

Is it like a robot sculptor?

CODY: Not exactly.

A person who sculpts stone removes chunks of the stone

until it is in the desired shape.

That's called a subtractive process.

A 3D printer does the reverse, it's called an additive process.

This means that the printer starts with nothing and then

adds just enough material to make

the same shape as a sculptor.

It wastes less material than traditional manufacturing.

KAMRI: It looks like it's icing a cake.

CODY: Yup.

It's just like a whole bunch of icing layers on a cake.

A really hot extruder nozzle squeezes out liquid plastic

layer by layer right where the computer program tells it to.

Once the layer is done the extruder raises up just enough

for that next layer to get squeezed out on top.

KAMRI: Can a 3D printer print with other stuff?

CODY: Oh yeah!

You can print with plastic, ceramics, glass, metal.

Some scientists have even found a way to print with

biological tissue.

KAMRI: Wow, kinda like how I printed you.

CODY: What? KAMRI: Uh, nothing.

CODY: The possibilities of 3D printers are endless.

There's many different shapes and sizes of 3D printers.

They can print houses, dental implants, complex bridges, even pizza!

KAMRI: Printable pizza! That's so cool!

So, how does the printer know how to print the exact shape

of my cat toy?

CODY: Think about you and your computer as the toy designer.

You draw the blueprint of anything you can imagine with

your computer, creating a digital model.

The computer then looks at your digital model and slices

it up into layers, just like the icing on the cake.

Once it knows right where to put the icing,

it tells the printer to squeeze out on that exact spot

until the whole model is built just like your blueprints.

KAMRI: Wow, thanks so much for your help,

Cody, you truly are one of a kind.

CODY: Hi Kamri.

I'm Cody Goldhahn, Mechanical Engineer.

How can I help you?

KAMRI: Uh, I didn't know you had a twin?

Aidoc is an A.I company that uses deep learning to help radiologist with their workflow.

We work in sprints,

so basically every day in our daily stand up

we choose the relevant task And assign it to the relevant people

that do it every day.

The board is divided in to 3 parts.

One part is the current sprint,

in which I deal with the dev team

and everyday in our daily meetings

we talk about the tasks and what we're going to do next.

The other part is the next sprint,

when we start to plan for next sprint

and I groom the task to make sure everything is prepared.

and the third part is the backlog,

everyone can insert tasks into the backlog as they like,

and I look at the backlog and prioritize which task I want to do next.

We basically use monday across the board

How to Send a Dream - Duration: 4:48.

Dream Magic is considered one of the truest and most powerful forms of Magic.

Why?

Because this type of Magic uses the most profound and essential power.

Our Higher Self.

Do not be mistaken.

Being a Dream Witch is a very promising and powerful Magical Profession.

And this is why, after our Initiation to Dream Magic, we now proceed on how to Send a Dream!

But let's see again what is all about!

The Old Ways recognised the Power of the Dream Witches which was As we saw in previous post

about God Oniros (Dream = οniro / όνειρο – in Greek), the Realm of the Dreams is

actually really close to the Realm of Death.

Having access to the Realm of Dream is a powerful magic and healing process.

Why Send a Dream Dreams have a profound impact on our behaviour

and our consciousness.

Psychologically and para-psychologically speaking, during the night-time a healing progress is

taking place.

As our consciousness rests, we are detached from our 'reality' – thus all the problems

related to it – and we slowly drift away to other Realms, where we are not confined

by the 'rules' of material world.

Dreams are carriers of spiritual and magical information one – already does but can take

further – use of them, in order to bring balance and magical awareness.

In other words, by 'send a dream' we actually mean 'bring healing and magical awareness'

because that's what dreams do!

Dreams Can: Improve Awareness

Wake up our Magical Powers Develop our Mind's skills

Bring Balance and Healing in Mind and Body Help us transcend the Worlds and the Realms

Before you Try to Send a Dream Remember: Dreams are not toys, they are magical

tools of the Soul!

Please know that sending a Dream is not a funny game.

As already said, Dreams can have profound impact on our behaviour.

Thus, before you send a dream, please make sure that the 'target' agrees on the procedure.

Otherwise, it's just black magic, and we would always advise you against.

Also, before you do send a dream, make sure you have made up your mind on what to send.

Maybe a healing dream?

Or you maybe wanna send a magical dream to promote awareness?

How to Send a Dream: Preparation:

Make up your mind about who is the 'Target' of your dream.

Ask this 'target' is it's ok to send a dream.

If yes, proceed.

Otherwise, ask another.

Once the 'target' agrees, propose him/her to keep a 'Dream Journal' and note down

all the dreams s/he sees.

This will expand the awareness of the Dream World.

Now, make up your mind on what dream you are going to send.

Procedure:

Set the alarm on 03.00am as by that time magical things happen.

This is the Witching Hour, and during this time, more powerful magical phenomena happen.

Now, once you've just woke up, do not rise from bed.

Just slowly turn your focus towards your Third Eye.

This is the Gateway of your Magical & Psychic Powers.

Visualise, that your consciousness is a bright light shining through your Third Eye.

From that, a beam of light comes out, moving towards your 'target'.

Try to visualise all the way, as if you are walking towards your 'target'.

Make this sensation as 'real' as possible.

Once you've got to the 'target', visualise him/her sleeping.

Now see his/her 'third eye'.

This is where you engage contact.

Move towards the 'third eye' activating it.

Visualise his/her third eye shining.

Now you've established contact.

You are ready to send the dream.

Once you've finished 'broadcasting' the dream, withdraw the beam of light and

now turn backwards and slowly get back to You.

The Day After

First thing in the morning, ask the 'target' what dream s/he saw.

Repeat as needed.

Final Notes on How to Send a Dream This procedure works even in the first time.

However, the 'target' may not remember all the dreams s/he saw.

This is why you tell them to keep a dream journal.

Use Symbols and Colours in the dream sending procedure because they are more recognisable

and easily remembered!

You can even send a Dream to yourself ( in the Past, Present or the Future) to promote

healing and awareness!

HOW MY STRENGTH TRAINING LOOKS LIKE - Duration: 12:24.

All good?

Yes!

Finally done with the last workout for the camp.

pretty bored on this track now.

Even shorter today because they did more snow

at one of the uphills so the track was shorter then 1,8 km

The track were really slow today with this fresh snow

and I'm pretty tired now after a week with tough training.

It is tougher in the start to go on snow when your not used to it

each session is a bit harder

so it feels good to go home and have some easier days.

Tomorrow on Wednesday, I'm going to Stockholm on

press conference with ski federation

so it´s a busy day tomorrow.

Just pack my bag and eat before I go home.

Feels good.

It´s Friday today right? No Thursday

Thursday

Emelie and I will do some strength training now

had a classic distance session on the treadmill this morning

can't be outside because

it´s snow and ice on the road.

I was in Stockholm yesterday on a media day

I only record a little with my phone

so not

the best quality but

it looked something like this.

What is happening Calle?

Jens is now recording a feature film

the whole movie is about the race suit

he´s nervous.

we have taken green screen photos and now I have interviews with SVT.

Things you will see at competitions this winter

I guess.

First day with training since the camp

so I´m

going to spend some time in the gym now

warm up and

do some core training and

bench pull, pull ups and dips.

Someone asked me if my strength training program

is different between training and competition season and

there is some differences

in the summer and autumn I usually do

two gym sessions.

Last year I did three but that was to hard

with all the other training I did

so I reduced it to two session to this year.

It is a lot of core training I do and

also some heavier strength training

like pull ups and dips with weight and

bench press and bench pull

that is common exercises wich are heavier.

During the season I don't do so much heavy gym sessions

I do more easy core training and just one gym session each week because

when you have competitions every weekend you don't have the time

so it more like maintenance.

That's the difference between

training and competition season

Fewer and easier gym sessions just for maintenance.

It´s Friday today and I were at the gym this morning and did my awful intervals on the assault bike

and the trainer Mattias Nilsson has

promised me to do a similar workout.

The time is now 8:45 PM as you can see behind me

and he is supposed to start the session at 9 PM

so my plan is to call him on my phone and watch him train.

So I will wait until 9 and then call him

and record parts of the session

Hopefully get a good laugh if he suffers.

Just so you know the vlog is with me

Oh no!!

I thought we were going to do this together.

Aha okey, but I already did this.

How was it?

I got tired!

Really tired!

What max heart rate?

Not so high, 180 bpm

180? I think we can beat that.

Okey, but you are using a normal bike and not an assault bike?

No I didn't find an assault bike.

Okey

What type of intervals are you gonna do?

3 set with 6* 30/60 s

Just like me then.

Yes, just like you.

Beautiful!

But you don't have to watch all the time if you're not want to

I thought we would do this together.

I´m here all the time

I don't let you down.

It feels like you have fooled me on this.

No, no!

You can't deny that you are a little sadist so now

It's my turn to enjoy when you are suffering.

There is no way I can back off from this now when you have arranged it this way.

No that's impossible.

Moving closer so you can se my

heart rate.

Exciting!

So you don't think I'm cheating.

Lets go in

Three

Two

one

You already look tired.

Yes.

30 seconds are longer than I thought.

Now you only have 17 intervals left.

Oh no.

You look at the watch and think it can't be many seconds left,

but then it only says 12 seconds.

This is entertaining.

Swedens got talent and Idol is nothing compared to this.

Here we can see Nilsson doing his last interval on the first set

and his pushing real hard.

The watt is really high.

The bike is lurching and he sounds like a handsaw.

That's good, come on!

Come on!

Push!

Great!

First set done.

Where did he go?

Nilsson!

What?

You can say whatever you want but that mustache isn't really helping that much at the moment.

Now I want to see full speed here on the first...

No I mean full speed in the beginning of the last interval.

I will see you so tired that

you can't move your legs at the ends.

I will throw up the guacamole.

Come on!

Really good!

Push! Push! Push!

Harder!

Good!

All the way!

I can hear that he's alive.

That was really good of you.

Fun to finally see others be in some pain once in a while.

You've earned it, that's for sure.

I hope so, so its not only you that can taunt us when we're tired.

So this is not more than right then.

Exactly, but good job.

Thank you!

Great to see he suffer a bit as well.

Fun to watch.

Today it's Sunday.

Actually it's competition premier.

It's 100 m super sprint in Östersund.

It might not be my cup of tea but at least it's a race.

Even though I'm not that fast and it would take a lot for me to qualify.

But it's a pretty big race since Swedish television broadcast live

and almost everyone from Ski Team Sweden participates.

But it's fun to just be here and feel a bit of the race feeling.

Time for competition premier.

There we'll have the winner for today.

Viktor Thorn.

There's the start and here you'll race.

There's the finish.

There's the helicopter which Calle Halvarsson is coming in.

Taking the car wasn't enough.

That didn't last for long.

The prologue started at 09:30 AM

and I did that as 37.

Only 32 qualify for the next round.

So it didn't last for long.

100 m isn't my thing and will probably never be.

So instead I went to Östersund ski stadium.

Here they've laid out snow so I can make use of the tracks and get a good workout.

With that said this weeks vlog is over.

Next week we'll be in Bruksvallarna once again for this years last camp with Ski Team Sweden.

So there'll be another vlog from there with the team.

Then the premier isn't far away.

Take care everyone and I'll see you next week.

Bye!

How to Make Southern Sweet Potato Pie | Recipe by Stacy Lyn Harris - Duration: 13:15.

Hey I'm Stacy Lyn, today we're doing Southern Sweet Potato Pie.

Southern Sweet Potato Pie is definitely a favorite in my house.

Here in the South sweet potatoes grow just about anywhere.

This recipe is absolutely my favorite.

I've worked to perfect it through the years.

I want a pie that has the perfect amount of sweetness, without hiding the flavors of the

sweet potatoes.

Instead of meringue, or ordinary whipped cream, I've made this luscious Cream Cheese Whipped

Cream that adds the richness, but not the sweetness, that you need for this pie.

To top it all off, literally, I'm adding Candied Pecans.

And all of these components together make this pie to die for.

It is perfect and amazing, I can not wait for you to see it.

So let's get started.

The first thing I like to do when making a sweet potato pie is to make a homemade crust.

You do not have to do this, you can skip this and buy whatever crust you want from the grocery

store, put it in your pie shell, and you'll be finished.

But this is super easy, and I want you to give it a try.

So the first thing I want to do is put three cups of flour into a stand mixer.

You could do this all by hand if you want to.

It's super easy to do by hand, all you do is get a pastry cutter to cut the butter up,

and your Crisco.

Start with very cold ingredients.

So I have here, 1/3 cup of Crisco.

And I'm just gonna put it right on top, and then I have a 1 1/2 cup of butter.

Now, I cube it before I put it into my food processor.

And it's really easy to do, and I have a little trick for that.

Cut it length-wise, four times across.

You can freeze your butter, and you're gonna make this process a little bit easier.

Okay then we're gonna go down the other side.

You're just gonna chop it now into little pieces.

So you want this to get distributed throughout the flour to add the fat that you need, the

flavor that you need.

We're gonna put this dough in the refrigerator and let it rest several hours, or even overnight,

before you use it and it's gonna make the best dough ever.

Okay.

So I'm gonna add a little salt, about a teaspoon of salt, not much.

I give mine a little bit more cause I like to taste the salt in mine.

Okay, put the top on your food processor.

Alright, so I'm just gonna let it go until it gets to be about, like small little peas.

That's the size that you want it.

So now I'm gonna pour in just a little bit of ice water.

Now if you want measurements, you can go to my website StacyLynHarris.com or you can get

one of my books from Amazon, just look up "Stacy Lyn Harris" and you'll see it.

I have a book called "Harvest" and this recipe is in there.

This is eight tablespoons of water by the way.

I'm putting it in tablespoon by tablespoon, because I don't want too much water.

Too much water will make it tough.

Alright so it looks about done, so I am going to get this and gather it and make a ball.

When you go to roll this out, it's gonna be easier to roll.

It looks kinda, you know, crumbly right now, but when you finally get it back out of the

refrigerator after it's rested, it's gonna be just perfect.

And you can always add a little bit of flour if it's too wet.

It's easier to correct it being too wet than too dry.

I'm gonna make a disc, because this is easier to roll out in the end, so I'm gonna kinda

just smush it down, and make a disc.

And I will be putting this in the refrigerator.

Okay, so let's make the filling.

We grow sweet potatoes here in the South, they are everywhere.

It's so easy to grow, and I have a pound and a half, right here, and these are not washed,

but I would wash them, and then I boil them in water, until they're done.

So it takes probably about twenty minutes, depending on the size of them.

Then I drain them, and when they're cool enough, you can just take the skin right off.

It's super easy.

Look at that, and then you just mash them with a potato masher and you are finished.

So I'm putting my sweet potatoes in here, this ends up being about three cups.

Anytime you do a pound and a half of sweet potatoes.

No matter what they look like, no size or shape, you're one and a half pounds is gonna

be exactly three cups.

I've got some brown sugar, a half a cup of Alaga, so what I'm gonna do here is just spray,

and pour your syrup, and I love Alaga, it makes it taste really great.

This is cane syrup, you're gonna use half a cup, and you're gonna pour it right in here,

and it should come right out, it's much easier than normal, it's thick and luscious, and

delicious.

We're gonna put the three eggs, they're at room temperature, delicious.

Okay, a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon, quarter teaspoon of ginger, you could use fresh ginger

if you like, and a little nutmeg.

And I do find that using fresh nutmeg makes it that much better.

I even sprinkle the nutmeg over the whipped cream at the end, because I love that nutmeg

flavor.

I'm gonna use three quarter teaspoons of salt.

Salt with desserts is amazing, it brings everything out.

Last two things, a half a stick of butter, melted, and a cup of heavy cream.

You can use half and half if you want to.

I'm not mixing it too much, and all of my sweet potatoes are not completely pureed,

it's kind of throughout, and it gives you a luscious look to your pie in the end.

And I'm all about the way that the final product ends up looking, so I love that.

And part of the reason I don't use as many spices, is I want to see that orange from

the sweet potato.

Now it's time to put the crust in the pie shell.

It's been sitting out for about 30 minutes from the refrigerator, and I'm just gonna

cut this in half because this makes two doughs, so if you need one for a top crust, then you're

good to go, cause you've got your top crust and your bottom crust.

Or if you want to do a lattice, or if you want to do little designs all around your

pie, you've got it made because you've got extra dough.

I'm gonna put a little bit of flour down.

Okay.

Put a little bit of flour on top of my dough.

I'm gonna push it down in the middle, and roll it out.

This dough reminds me of sugar cookie dough, the way that it just kinda molds to whatever

you're doing.

I'm gonna be making about a 13-inch round, and just keep starting from the middle and

pushing it out the way you want it to go.

I'm gonna spray the dish with Pam and roll the crust up on my rolling pin, move it over,

and unroll it into the pie shell.

And I'm gonna patch this right here, you don't wanna stretch your dough, because if you do

it'll shrink in the oven.

Super easy, okay.

So I'm gonna go around the edges with my knife and just cut it off and make it straight.

Now I'm gonna show you how to make this beautiful.

The first thing that I'm gonna do is take a little bit of cream, put cream all around

the edges and it'll give it a nice shiny look.

You can also use egg whites if you want to.

And then, I'm gonna make little decorations.

You can get these just about anywhere, at any kind of hobby store or kitchen store.

You can get pastry cutters.

So I'm just gonna push this down right here.

And this is really neat, cause this just pops right out.

So here I have an acorn, and so I'm just gonna put it around the edges.

And this is just gonna be so pretty.

Okay so now, I'm gonna pour this mixture in to the pie shell.

And it's gonna be nice and full, and you want it to be.

Look at that, is that just beautiful.

Okay.

Alright, now it's gonna go into a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

Now it is time for the luscious cream cheese whipped cream.

It's not very sweet, I did not make the pie part very sweet.

This is not very sweet but it's got just enough sweetness, so It's just perfect.

And you've got to try this.

You can use this on cupcakes, you can use this on, even icing cookies.

I mean it is just such a versatile icing.

So I've already put in here eight ounces of cream cheese.

So now I'm gonna add to that two tablespoons of powdered sugar, and two cups of heavy whipping

cream.

I'm gonna add a teaspoon of vanilla, and now, for the best part, of this recipe, I'm gonna

add a quarter cup of Alaga syrup.

We always have to have a pinch of salt.

I'm gonna add two pinches because I really like it that way.

We're gonna let this go until very high peaks form.

Okay, I'm gonna test it.

Alright, that looks nice.

Okay that looks like a good consistency.

Okay so I'm just gonna fill my piping bag with the whipped cream.

I'm gonna put it way down in the bottom.

So if your pie comes out cracked, you can kinda cover it up by making little designs

around the pie.

Now it's time to make the candied pecans.

I am so excited to show you how easy this is.

Put about a tablespoon of butter, I'm gonna get it good and melted.

I had this on high but I'm turning it down to medium heat so that my nuts don't burn.

And if you're familiar with nuts, you can turn your head for just like one second and

they will be burn.

So don't ever walk away from your nuts.

Now I'm gonna put in two tablespoons of brown sugar.

And handy dandy Alaga syrup.

I'm using the cane syrup, they're original syrup for this.

It's dark and luscious, look at that.

One, two.

Perfect.

I'm gonna get that good and mixed in.

To all the nuts, and then I'm gonna put in a pinch of salt.

Like I said you better keep your eyes on this, I'm watching it.

I want them to brown, but I do but I do not want them to burn.

If you turn this heat off, and you continue stirring the pecans, you'll get that sugary

outside texture, instead of the shiny texture, but if you completely take them off the heat

and put them onto the parchment paper, which I have laying next to me, then you'll get

a shiny texture, and that's what I'm gonna do, and it's time.

So all the liquid has been soaked up, and now it's time to go on to the parchment paper.

And I'm just gonna try to split them apart while they're going on here because I don't

want them sticking together.

Now let's get that finished pie out of the oven.

Alright, this pie looks amazing.

Look at that.

That is beautiful.

Mmmhm.

Perfection.

So here is your Southern Sweet Potato Pie with Cream Cheese Whipped Cream and Candied

Pecans.

Does it get any better than that?

How To Create Content For Affiliate Marketing & YouTube? - Duration: 9:23.

what's going on guys so in today's video we're gonna be talking about how to

create content for YouTube and for affiliate marketing and just kind of my

thought process and the way that I do it whenever I'm starting either a new

channel or whenever I'm trying to look for new videos this way it gives me a

way to upload to 3 or even up to 7 new videos each and every week just

depending on what schedule I decide to go with so first off is that you want to

research what other people in your niche are already doing so the best way to do

this is to go on YouTube and type in your niche or the main keyword or the

main topic that you want to focus your channel around so let's say if it was

fat loss I'll go ahead go on YouTube in the search bar type in fat loss and just

see what comes up and just scroll through the videos and just make a note

like the title the thumbnail the content and just pretty much everything that

they're doing with their channel and with their videos and just make a note

of that and try to mimic the same type of style same type of content but don't

flat how copy it because you don't want to do that people will see that and

you're not gonna get that many subscribers and you're not gonna make

any affiliate Commission's or any money with your channel just because people

tend to see through that so don't only look at one channel look

at multiple different channels across multiple different sub niches let's say

if you're going for weight loss or fat loss you know there's a ton of different

sub niches in there there's yoga there's people who are doing cross there there's

people who are doing bodybuilding and there's so many more different niches

and they're just kind of just see a little bit of everything and you see

what's working for each of those like I said make them note of that and

try to mimic that same style for your channel now when you're looking through

these channels and you're finding content you want to start creating

content similar to what has the least amount of views on that channel now most

of the time these videos will be longer tail keywords now if you don't know what

a longer tail keyword is it's basically a keyword that has four or five or six

different words in it so let's just take for example the guitar niche for guitar

you could create content and try to rank a video for play guitar but that's most

likely going to be extremely difficult and competitive to rank for

especially if you getting started with your channel so you

might want to start creating videos such as how to play the C major scale for

beginners now that's a longer tail keyword not a lot of people are

searching for that but there's still are people searching for that bit for that

video and for those keywords and trying to learn how to play the C major scale

as a beginner now if you have a bunch of these videos the traffic is gonna start

accumulating it's gonna become a snowball effect and over time you're

gonna start generating affiliate commissions or selling your own product

and the subscribers are gonna come in and then once you go ahead and start

making a ton of these videos and you've built up your audience and you've done

all that stuff for a couple of months it's gonna be easier to rank for a term

such as play guitar once you have the subscribers and once you have the

audience because they'll start commenting they'll start engaging on

your videos and it'll start pushing it up the search results a little bit

faster than if you were just to go ahead and make one of these videos such as

play guitar right off the bat when you're starting your YouTube channel and

like I mentioned you it makes it easier to rank for as they tend to be less

competitive videos and going this route allows you to build your channel and

audience steadily and it allows you to find your voice and your videos which is

important now you know a lot of people try to start doing that right from the

beginning they want to find their voice straight from the first video but it's a

little bit hard to do that you know especially if you haven't made any

videos for your channel or if you haven't done any content you start

finding your voice as you do 10 20 30 different videos then you start finding

your style you start mixing in your own personal and unique experience within

the videos and also becoming a little bit easier and people will start to know

you for one thing and those you know it'll just start to be like an entire

brand that you're creating around that niche and people are gonna start knowing

you for that yeah and that's once you start ranking for more competitive

search terms it'll be easier because your videos will get more engagement as

you already have an audience like I just mentioned and when I'm creating the

content for my videos I usually tend to either write a script or some sort of

outline which I can then use as a blog post to go along with the video some

people like to read and they prefer to skim over an article and there's some

people who prefer to watch a video or listen to audio so I go ahead and try to

each and every single one of those when I'm creating my channel and when I'm

creating my website just so everybody has their own personal preferences and

just makes it a little bit easier your conversions are typically a little bit

higher and the more work you put in the less work that your competitors are

going to be putting in at that level so if you're creating a blog post and a

video that's already twice the amount of content you know more or less that

you're putting out compared to your competitors because you're able to reach

more people across different mediums now up next you know writing an outline for

script is not necessary but it's definitely helpful at least especially

for me as it helps me get my thoughts together sometimes I'm not able to say

everything that I want to say in a video because I forget and then I'll think

about it later and I'm like Tommy and I should have put that in the video but if

I write a script or if I write an outline I know that I have all my

thoughts together I don't know that I know that I have everything that I want

to put in there so it's definitely easier for me especially in the

beginning and it definitely helps if you already have experience with your niche

or what you're talking about if you don't want to write a script at

least because you know you're able to already put your thoughts together and

you're kind of an expert on what you're talking about

people will be able to see that and it'll be easier for you to create

content for your videos now it's not mandatory to create a script but at

least for me it's so cool and I know that for some people it will be helpful

as well now when you're creating your script or

when you're creating your outline you want to make a conversational you don't

just want to read from your script and kind of be like monotone and just read

word for word you want to improvise a little bit

add some facts add some stories just you know die diverge from the script for a

little bit but then you can come back just make it as if you're talking

actually as if you're talking to somebody else people will know if you're

reading from script and that tends to be a little bit of a turn-off for some

people so just make sure to not read word for word and just have it be

natural and lastly I usually tend to keep it around 800 to 1200 words if I'm

writing a full-blown script for video as this helps keep the video anywhere from

6 to 10 minutes long at least for my niche and for my audience that's what I

found to be the perfect time for a video but if you want to make it a little bit

longer if you want to make it 10 to 20 minutes long then there's

aim for your script to be anywhere from like 1500 to 2500 words and this usually

takes me about 30 to 60 minutes to write depending on the topic and depending on

how much research I need to do and see if I need to put any facts in there or

just remember any stories that I want to talk about in any of my videos and

lastly I just want to talk a little bit about the mindset that people have when

they're on YouTube now people don't tend to just watch one video when they're

searching for something on YouTube and that's similar to when people are

searching for something on Google you don't just check out one article on the

topic you tend to check out two or three or four different articles on the topic

and that's the same with videos people tend to check out two three or even four

sometimes more different videos on the same topic just to see if they can find

what they're looking for within each video now not every video created has

the best answers or the best solutions to a problem so that's why people tend

to search for multiple different videos and go through many different videos

before they find what they're looking for

now hopefully when they land on your video they find what they're looking for

and you're able to help them out and then this way you can take them a little

bit further down the sales funnel and hopefully either get them to buy your

product or make a sale and an affiliate Commission now this is why you want to

have similar videos to your competitors and mimic what's already working just so

that when somebody doesn't find what they're looking for in somebody else's

video hopefully they'll find it in your video and this is why you want to put

your own unique spin on your videos you want to make sure to develop your own

voice and talk about your personal experiences because while somebody may

be able to find the solution to their problem or an answer to their question

in another video if you're able to relate to them and tell them a story

that kind of relates to them as well they're gonna build a deeper connection

with you and they might end up subscribing and later down they might

also purchase whatever you have that you're selling whether it be your own

product or an affiliate product and there's room for everybody especially

since people are looking at multiple videos per topic now don't just think

that because a lot of people aren't health and wellness or because a lot of

people are making money or because a lot of people are in relationships that

there's no space for you there's definitely

enough space for everybody to kind of carve out their own sub-niche be able to

create videos and make you know five six or even seven figures on YouTube through

affiliate marketing or with your own products and anyways guys that is it for

today's video I hope that you enjoyed it and if you did make sure to go ahead and

leave a like and don't forget to subscribe to the video and to the

channel and if you have any questions at all feel free to leave them down below

in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can

anyways I'll see you guys in the next video

How to create automated collections || Shopify Help Center - Duration: 4:07.

Do you have trouble creating automated Shopify collections?

Then stay tuned because this video walks you through how to create an automated collection

step-by-step.

If you haven't yet, be sure to check out the collections playlist linked above for

more details on all Shopify collections.

An automated collection has specific conditions you create, to add products automatically

and update the collection with future inventory.

Automated collections are beneficial because they require little maintenance and less manual

labour on your part, saving you time for other tasks.

Automated collections are especially useful if you have a large inventory.

To begin, click "products" in your Shopify admin.

Then click "collections", and click "create collection".

Start by giving the collection a title.

In this example, the collection is called "Leggings Sale".

Next, add a description.

It's important to note that adding a description is optional, and may not be visible to your

customers depending on your theme's layout.

It's best to create a description anyway, for SEO (search engine optimization) purposes;

more on this later.

Next, click "manage" beside "sales channels".

This area controls the visibility of the collection.

To choose which sales channel you'd like the collection to be visible in, simply click

the checkbox next to the title of the sales channel.

For example, you may want a collection to be visible on your online store, but not on

the Facebook channel.

Next, click the calendar icon next to the sales channel title.

Choose what date you'd like to publish this collection.

For instance, if you only want the leggings to go on sale the first week of October, choose

to publish this on October 1st, at 12pm, or whatever time slot you prefer.

Once a collection is published it remains visible until you delete the collection or

manually change its visibility.

This means you will need to adjust the collection if you only want it to be available for a

particular time frame, otherwise, the collection will remain as is.

Next, to have a specific image to represent this collection, click "upload image".

Again, this is an optional feature that is not available on every theme.

If you don't upload an image, and the theme requires one, the system will use the first

product image in the list.

Be sure the automated collection type is selected to add conditions.

The conditions you create determines which products will be added.

In this example, the condition reads "product tag" "is equal to" "leggings".

Now, any product that has the tag "leggings" added to it, will be automatically added to

this collection.

You can create as many conditions as you'd like.

Another example of a condition is "product price" "is less than" "$30 dollars".

This means that the products with the tag "leggings" and a price tag under $30 will

be added to this collection, which is titled "leggings sale".

Next, click "edit website SEO" to address how the public views this collection in search

engine results.

By default, the system will use the information from the title and description created at

the top of the page, but feel free to edit as you see fit.

Use keywords that describe your collection.

If you wish to customize the URL handle, you can do so here as well.

This is what customers see at the top of your online store when they click on this collection.

Once satisfied, click "save collection".

The updated collection page now shows a section called "products".

Sort products by selecting an option from the drop-down menu such as "alphabetical"

or "lowest price".

Alternatively, you can choose manual, to drag and drop the products by clicking the group

of circles to the left of the product image, for what order you'd like them to appear.

And that's it!

Your automated collection is now complete.

Did you see how Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho greeted each other at Man Utd training today? - Duration: 2:45.

Manchester United boss Mourinho has been at odds with midfielder Pogba on a number of occasions during their working relationship in England

Things came to a head earlier this season when Mourinho was seen firing a few words at Pogba in front of the cameras at open training

But things appear to have calmed somewhat in recent weeks and there was seemingly mutual respect between the two today

United held training at their Carrington base today and Pogba did his usual routine of greeting each staff member

But while the last time the cameras were on him, he appeared to overlook Mourinho, this time the pair shook hands before France's World Cup star walked off to join his team-mates

Mourinho slaps Pogba on the back before turning back to his management staff as training gets underway

Pogba joined United in a then-world record £89m deal back in the summer of 2016 but Mourinho has struggled to get the best out of the midfielder

He is set to play against his former club Juventus in the Champions League tomorrow (8pm)

United were without Romelu Lukaku and Diogo Dalot at training today - with the former a out for Wednesday night following injury

Lukaku missed the weekend trip to Bournemouth and has not scored in his last nine United games

Meanwhile, ex-United star Darren Fletcher has revealed why Pogba was not kept at United as a reserve player in his youth

"I think at that time, we didn't feel like he was disciplined enough for the reserve team to be playing there," Fletcher said

"So to then jump to be playing for the first team in an important game, people could see why

"I think he sees himself as a central midfielder where we see him more as an attacking midfielder, who can get in areas and be a match-winner

"

How to Make a simple Christmas Treat Box - Duration: 15:16.

hey friends it's Kara from iStampin.com. today I want to show you this quick

and very simple little Christmas treat box using a combination of the takeout

treats stamp set and the coordinating takeout thinlit dies you can find these

in the holiday catalog if you purchase together you do save 10% but it was so

easy to make this darling little treat box and what you do is you would just

open it up right here and then on the inside you can put some you know treats

in there some little toys I think these are gonna be perfect to use for an

advent calendar I think that's what I'm gonna do this holiday season and I'm

kind of like coming up with some ideas of how I can attach them to a board and

thing like and things like that but just such a quick and easy way to make

something really cute for some holiday decor so let me show you the items that

you're gonna need so obviously you'll need the the bundle for the stamp set

and the thinlit for inks I'm using real red and momento tuxedo ink I did a

little bit of coloring right here on that Holly leaf so I did pull out my

stamp and blends I pulled out the call me clover bundle the designer series

paper is coming from the olives bright collection this is also in our holiday

catalog it's really really pretty I love these stars on the back side it's

cute little stockings so when you open it up you do see the stockings on the

inside which is so cute to make the little berries I'm using our red

rhinestones and I used a variety of punches I have here the one and a

quarter and one and a half inch plain circle punches and then I have the one

in three eighths inch scallop punch and then for cardstock I'm pulling this

in from the all's bright designer series paper collection so I just have a scrap

piece of real red whisper white and shaded spruce and then for adhesive all

you're going to need is just your tear in tape to put the box together I'm

using dimensionals and then also mini glue dots and that is it so let's open

then also your big shot you'll need that so why don't we go ahead and die cut the

take out treat box and then we can put that together and then everything else

comes together super quick got my Big Shot and I'd like to use the magnetic

platform and I just cut this down to 6 inches by 12 inches so I just cut the

paper in half you will need two of the boxes to put it together and this is

what the die looks like so just go ahead and just place that I mean actually I

want to make sure that my stars are going the right way so this is the top

of the box so I want to make sure the stars are in the right pattern and let's

just run that through so you have your two pieces what you're gonna want to do

is to grab your bone folder and just gently fold on all the score marks with

the designer series paper it's really easy to see those score lines so this

week I am going to be attending on stage in Orlando I'll be leaving this

Wednesday and there through Saturday so I'm going to be learning all about the

new spring stuff but it's still really early so we still have lots of holiday

things to make but I just wanted to let you know that I'm still gonna have

projects up so please please sure to check back on Wednesday and

Friday for my normal projects also don't forget if you haven't already to sign up

for my exclusive emails I sent out exclusive projects every Thursday so

you'll receive that as well and to sign up for that

all you have to do is just head on over to my blog I stamp and calm and at the

very top you'll see where you'll enter your name and email address and you'll

be set to go all right so I've got all the tabs folded and what I'm going to do

is I'm going to put the tear and tape on the tabs and then on one of these I'm

gonna put two strips right here that is what's going to adhere the bottoms

together so all you have to do is just on one of the panels

but the tear and tape does need to go on both sides and then hopefully y'all

received my email that I sent out with the new details about the Stampin

Anonymous tutorials for November the projects are darling I am so excited for

y'all to get that and the easiest way to get that for free

is shopping my online store this month and you automatically will get it or you

can purchase it for 9.95 or if you join my team I send that out to all my team

members for free every month and you still can get September and October 's

tutorials also okay so I'm gonna use my take your pick tool and just get all of

that backing paper off so I'm going to be doing a Facebook live on Wednesday

from Epcot and then I'll be doing some fun special stuff on my I'm team

Facebook group so be sure that you are watching there as well so if you want to

see some behind-the-scenes stuff you can

always join my stamp and family and be able to see all that fun stuff okay so

what we're doing is I am just I've got the boxes going in opposite directions

and let me go ahead and just roll back some of this tape that's a little bit

longer and so I've got the bottom of tape here so I'm just meeting up the

score lines and the great thing about this tearing tape is if you don't press

down hard sometimes gives you a little bit of forgiveness and you can actually

move the paper if you didn't line it up perfectly but I think I did good there

so I am just going to a little bit of tape right there okay so now I'm just

gonna build the walls just like so all the way around this is really really

comes together this is a really well designed to frame light which is nice

sometimes the these boxes can be a little a little confusing but not this

one this one is really really easy to put together and it helps when you have

the right adhesive that's also key okay so you see that so obviously you'll put

your little treat in there I've seen something really cute like little um

christmas figurines that you can put in there or it holds quite a bit of candy

and then it just has that little takeout treat closure pull takeout box I guess I

should meant to save closure so just like that and what you're gonna want to

do is just determine which side you want to be the front I think I like this side

the best okay so now let's decorate the front and the first thing that we're

gonna do let's go ahead and do our stamping so

I'm gonna be using this stamp in this one got those on blocks already so let's

go ahead and stamp our greeting and that isn't real red and we can Dyke punch

that out using the one in a quarter inch circle punch this is pretty tight but

you can get it in just make sure that you're even okay and then we're going to

ink up that small little berry and holly leaves and momento tuxedo ink because we

are gonna do some coloring with our stamp and blends so this is pretty small

so I'm just going to color in all the leaves with the light call me clover

first

okay remember to come back with the dark call me clover and just kind of put in

just a little bit of shadowing and you really don't even have to do this if you

don't want to if you just want to just stick with one color you could easily do

that but I like to practice my shading did I'm coming back in with the light

color and blending that in and let's go ahead and punch out the rest so let's

see here so I used the one in 3/8 inch punch with the shaded spruce and then

the 1 and 1/2 inch punch with real red

and we can go ahead and start building this up so I popped the white circle

with dimensionals pop that up

okay whoops and that's gonna go if I can grab it we're gonna put that on the

scallop punch or the scallop circle I should say and then we're gonna use

snails so I guess she'll need that too and we're gonna go and put snail on this

one the red circle and then that's just gonna layer like so okay and then let's

go ahead and die cut this out so you'll want to get this small die from the

takeout then let's and go ahead and bring your Big Shot back in okay and

then just sign this up like so okay and it's really really tiny so don't lose it

really really small and then go ahead and grab your red rhinestones and all I

did is I just layered these onto the die cut piece and just whoops just followed

where the the outline is there you go and it's really really pretty in person

okay and we just need one more

right there just gives it a little bit of sparkle

okay so that's what it looks like when it's all done and then what I did is I

just took a couple of glue dots and this is a pretty small little die cut so just

kind of just roll up the glue dots and then you can put it on the back so I'm

just kind of rolling them up on in half I'm just placing it on the backside of

the die-cut and then what I did is I'm kind of like tucking it in or there's

that little space in between Christmas and Cheer like so that's like the

perfect place for it and then we can bring our box back in and then what I

did is I just took a couple more dimensionals and just popped it up again

so some fun dimension and then we'll just Center this on to the little

takeout box just like so super super easy let me bring in the original one

just so so cute all right guys well I hope you like today's project if you did

be sure to give it a thumbs up and head on over to ice stamping comm where you

can find out all the details about today's project all the items that I use

you can actually just click right on that picture and it will take you to my

online store again that was using the takeout trace bundle and like I said

this is in our holiday catalog and you can save 10% all right guys have a

wonderful day and join me later this week in Orlando bye guys

How Does Margin Work? - Duration: 2:30.

One of the great draws of trading futures is that, compared to other financial products,

you can control a large position with a relatively small amount of your own money.

In fact, futures contracts can be opened with a good faith deposit, known as the "initial

margin," usually in the range of just 3 to 12% of the contract's full value.

Now once you've opened your position, there is a second type of margin, the maintenance

margin.

As its name suggests, the maintenance margin is the amount you must maintain in your account

at all times.

It is set by the exchange at a point somewhat lower than the initial margin, to allow for

some market fluctuation.

And if the funds in your account drop below the maintenance margin, your brokerage firm

will require you to deposit more money right away.

For example –

If you want to speculate on interest rates, you can trade a futures contract that controls

$100,000 of a long-term U.S. Treasury Bond.

With the initial margin set at 4%, you can take a $100,000 position for $4,000.

A 4% rise in bond prices makes your contract worth $104,000.

You've made $4,000 on a $4,000 investment – that's a 100% return.

But what if bond prices go down by 4%?

You've now lost $4,000 – that's your entire investment.

And, because the funds in your account are now below the maintenance margin, you will

receive a margin call.

A margin call requires you to add funds to your account, or reduce your positions to

get back to the initial margin level.

If you don't, the brokerage may liquidate your positions to get your account back in

balance.

Being able to get into a trade with such low margin has obvious benefits, but, as you can
