Youtube daily is it Nov 3 2018

hey guys it's Jonathan here from set sail and today I just wanted to take a

couple of minutes to explain what set sail actually is and how you guys can be

a part of it. We believe that art is one of the most powerful languages and most

effective ways of communicating something in today's world and we can

see a renaissance happening in the church right now of artists and creators

realizing the potential that they have to proclaim the message of Jesus through

the things that they create whether that's music, design, film, photography, any

kind of creative expression. We live in such a connected world right now that

art can have a profound impact on a global scale and culture is shaped by

its creators. And that's why at Set Sail we're passionate about exploring that

space where faith meets art and we believe that together with other

creators we can see a new missions movement proclaiming the message of

Jesus through the things that we create. And at Set Sail we spend a lot of time

doing exactly that. Whether it's writing songs as Rivers & Robots, traveling on

tours and missions trips around the world to share the gospel, making videos,

designing artwork - we want to create beautiful things that point people to

Jesus. But one of our main aims with Set Sail is to equip, encourage and inspire

other artists and creators. Yes, we can do our own projects but if this is really

going to be a global movement we need to take the time to invest in each other.

Some of the ways we do that include our YouTube channel, where we share our

journey as we go and also give some practical tips of the things that we're

learning along the way. We also look to give a platform to artists through our

website our, Instagram account, our playlists and locally at our monthly

worship nights called 'Gather', where we bring in different artists each month

and share their songs with people right in the heart of Manchester, and we've

seen people become Christians and getting connected to churches through

these events which is amazing. Another thing we're starting to do is to run

workshops in some of the cities that we go to on tour so that we can gather

the creators together and help encourage them and invest in those guys so that

they can continue to have long-term impact in their cities. Now over the last

few years of running Set Sail we've seen so many amazing testimonies come through.

I met a girl recently on tour who came and told me that she always felt God was

calling her to be an artist but had kind of suppressed that because she felt like it

wasn't valued by the people around her and it was through coming across Set

Sail and watching our videos and seeing our website that she actually felt

inspired to start creating again and that's exactly the reason we do this

kind of thing. We also get people emailing the band quite regularly now to

tell us that our music's genuinely had an impact in their life helping their walk

with God and for some people it's even played a role in them coming to faith

which just blows us away every time.

And these are just some

of the things that can happen when we step out and use this creativity that

God's given us. Now people often ask me if there are ways that they can support

what we're doing and help us to keep going and the answer to that is yes. So

three years ago myself and Nathan from Rivers & Robots decided to quit our

jobs and go full-time running this thing called Set Sail and we decided to live

as missionaries which means that all the money we make through the band whether

that's in album sales tour in merchandise - we invested all of that

into Set Sail to help us to create more music and run gather events and make

videos and do missions trips, and we decided to raise financial support like

missionaries to be able to actually live and sustain ourselves to do this

full-time. And that's still the way that we work now we actually have a team of

supporters who give financially to help us run this thing and pursue this vision.

We send out regular updates to these guys to let them know what we've been

doing each month and things that they can be praying for us moving forward and

as cliche as it sounds, we literally couldn't do what we do without our

support team, and I know some of them will be watching this video as well so

if that's you - thank you! This is something we haven't really spoken about

much in our videos but today we wanted to extend that invitation to you guys

and say if this is something that you're passionate about and you want to help us

to sustain this thing, we'd love you to be a part of our support team. To do that

all you need to do is go to the support page on our website timetosetsail.com/support

and there's a forum on there where you can give a

donation whether it's a one-off gift or a monthly donation and even if it's just

a little bit honestly it's such a big help to us as a team particularly at the

moment because we're actually looking to expand the team and Caleb our drummer is

hoping to join us full-time once he's finished his music course and also our

new guitarist Phillip Shibata who's going to be moving over with his wife

and daughter to come and join the team which is amazing and we'd love to be

able to increase our support, so that we can help them in that transition. For a

long time now it's been mostly me and Nathan running this thing which has been

pretty crazy to be honest and we're really looking forward to having a few

more hands on deck and expanding the team so that we can pursue this vision

of making Jesus known through creative worship. If you're not able to support us

financially at the moment that's totally fine you can also sign up for the prayer

email on the same support page and you'll get the monthly update that we

send out to our supporters so you can be knowing what to pray for us for and still

feel a part of what's going on. And of course, we still want everything that we

create to be freely available online and through our channel and we're going to

continue doing that and this is just an opportunity if you want to help us

sustain this thing full-time. Thank you so much for listening and if you do

want to get involved don't forget, timetosetsail.com/support

and we'll see you soon in another video

Trump Just Announced His Latest Surprise And It Hasn't Been Seen Since 1998 - Duration: 3:40.

The economy is on a white-hot tear thanks to President Trump.

The Labor Department said US employers created 250,000 jobs in October, far more than the

190,000 economists had expected.

In addition, unemployment held steady at 3.7 percent and the labor force participation

rate increased to 62.9 percent.

But there's more.

32,000 manufacturing jobs were added in October exceeding 1,000 jobs a day.

What manufacturing slowdown?

The US has not created this many manufacturing jobs in October since 1998, according to Department

of Labor data.

All job industries grew… not a single one didn't.

Breitbart has more on this amazing economic news:

Rumors of a slowdown in American manufacturing were greatly exaggerated.

The United States added 32,000 new manufacturing jobs in October, more than 1,000 every day,

including holidays and weekends.

Twenty-one thousand of the new manufacturing goods were in durable goods manufacturing,

including more than 10 thousand in transportation manufacturing.

More than 6,000 new jobs were added in autos and auto parts.

Nearly 5,000 jobs were added by makers of machinery.

October is not typically a strong month for manufacturing jobs.

In fact, the U.S. has not created this many manufacturing jobs in October since 1998,

according to Department of Labor data.

Manufacturing was expected to grow by just 13,000 jobs.

October was a surprisingly strong month for jobs overall, with the economy adding 250,000

jobs.

That far exceeded expectations of 190,000.

The strong growth of manufacturing comes after widespread predictions that trade disputes

and tariffs on metals would weigh on domestic manufacturing.

Instead, domestic manufacturing is booming.

The job growth in autos and machinery, heavy users of the tariffed steel and aluminum,

indicate these have not been hit by the tariffs.

Machinery manufacturing employment is up 4.5 percent from a year ago, outpacing the rate

of growth for the broader economy.

Transportation manufacturing jobs have grown by 3.6 percent.

Fabricated metals manufacturing jobs are up 3.6 percent from a year ago.

These are perhaps the jobs most directly in the line of fire from metals tariffs.

They include toolmaking, hardware making, and architectural and structural materials

manufacturing.

For the month, however, this category shed 100 jobs, a decline of 0.1 percent, on a seasonally

adjusted basis.

Although the forecast job losses due to metals tariffs have not occurred, there are signs

that U.S. tariffs on China are adding to jobs.

The U.S. added 2,200 jobs manufacturing computers and electronics, the first area of Chinese

manufacturing hit by tariffs, in October and these are up 2.2 percent from a year ago.

Food manufacturing, an area some thought would be hit by retaliatory tariffs, boomed in October,

adding 6,800 jobs.

These are up 2.1 percent compared with a year ago.

Overwintering Bananas - Is It Possible In Cold Climates? - Duration: 10:29.

Wow temperatures have really plummeted this week. Take last night for example, we

had temperatures of minus 1 degrees Celsius or 30 degrees Fahrenheit.

Now, our bananas have done fantastic this summer but it's now time that we need to

think about winterizing our bananas. Now there's loads of different methods for

overwintering bananas, but in this episode we are going to look at a few of

those and what I am going to do to try and overwinter my banana. And that's all

coming up after this. I'm Tony O'Neill and this is UK Here We Grow. On this channel we

deal with all things gardening, poultry keeping and beekeeping. If it's your

first time here consider hitting that subscribe button and Bell icon to be

notified each time we put up new content just like this. There are many cultivars

of banana and they all have different growing conditions, some are more hardy

like the Musa Basjoo and then others like this Dwarf Cavendish behind me are

not so hardy. Now, I set myself a massive challenge this year, and I wanted to see

whether I could grow an edible fruit on a banana in the UK without any extra

heat. That, is destined to fail. However, we now need to see if we can winterize

this banana because if we can get it through we are in with a chance.

Most of the UK falls into three growing zones which is 7 8 and 9. Now, it's

really important to select the right plant for your growing conditions and

bananas here because we are in zone 8 mostly, around this area, then bananas

don't do well because that means that we have really cold

minus temperatures and frost for long periods at a time. So, with that in mind

selecting the right plant is really important. Now the very hardy Musa Basjoo

would do really well in this climate, because it can get down to minus ten and

it's rare that we go below that for long periods at a time. The hardy Musa Basjoo

is the most cold tolerant banana plant there is. This plant can get down to

minus ten degrees Fahrenheit as long as it's properly mulched. It can also be grown

in all 50 states of the USA and the UK. However, this plant is an ornamental

plant and it although will give you the tropical feel in a garden, it will not

produce edible fruits. This plant can also grow up to five meters tall which

would take it around ten years. So although there are banana plants out

there that can deal with cold climates and the previous is ideal for tropical

gardens and things like that in the UK. If we want edible fruits, then we have to

pick a different cultivar. And I chose the Dwarf Cavendish for this, and a

couple of reasons for that. The first is because the weather in the

UK here we get very mild and short summers, and with that in mind I needed a

plant that had the potential to fruit relatively quickly. But also because we

have really cold winters I needed a plant I could grow inside, to

protect it from the worst of the weather. So these plants are quite fussy when it

comes to their care, and although the leaves are large and grow relatively

quickly, they are very weak and susceptible to frost damage. As you can

see we had a frost last night and it's gone. All the leaves are dead,

including a brand new when that's coming through up here.

I wouldn't even suggest trying to keep this in a cold room, through the winter

because you will find that you will wake up one morning to a mushy mess. But

against all odds I'm going to try and get this through

in a polytunnel, through the winter. And I'm going to show you how I'm going to

attempt that. Now I am pretty much writing the fate off to this plant based

on some ideas and I'm hoping that I can prevent frost from getting to it. I'm

hoping that we can keep this stalk but I can't see it happening. Everything inside

me is screaming dig it up and take it home. But when I set out to get this

plant growing I said that I wanted to see if it's possible to keep it in a poly

tunnel all year round. And that's what we're gonna do. Now I have taken some

small cuttings that were also frost damaged and we took some earlier in the

year as backups and they will be taken home so that we will still have a plan

to replace this one if it does go completely. I'm going to do some extreme

measures here today and try and prevent that from happening though. The first thing I'm

doing here is raising the base. The plant was originally planted on a mound of

soil and I found this year that had to dig out the edges of the soil to stop

the water from overflowing during watering.

By raising the sides I can add a layer of organic matter, this will stop the

overflowing and will also add additional insulation to the basal plate and roots.

We can now backfill this section being careful not to take the soil level too

high to prevent rotting off. Next we can cut the leaves of the plant and use

these as a mulch on the ground around the base of the plant.

And if you haven't seen how much it has grown over the last few months I will

add a link in the cards and description.

It's such a shame as this plant was looking awesome a few days ago. This will

leave us with just a stem, I would really like to get this through the winter if

possible as it will really give the plant a great start next season. I'm

going to wrap the stem with fleece to start, this will not be tightly wrapped

but will have quite a few layers.

Next a frame is built so that we can wrap the plant in bubble wrap.

And as I wrap the frame I fill it with straw in order to create an insulation

layer. Keep doing this right to the top and seal it off with a cap.

So here we have it folks, the banana is now insulated. Think of it as you going

out in the cold. The more layers of clothes you have on the more warm air is

trapped in between each layer and the warmer you are, and that's exactly the

same thing I've done here. We had that layer of fleece around the actual stalk

itself, then we've got a real big thick layer of hay and straw. And then around

that we have a nice big layer of bubble wrap. Now, the only thing I need to do is

put a topping over the top of bubble wrap and all I'm going to do for that is

just fold up some bubble wrap and stick it on top of all this straw. Hopefully,

that will produce enough warmth within there to protect the stalk itself, but if

it doesn't this should be more than enough insulation to protect the basal

plate and and root system and maybe it can throw a new one next year if it does

rot. So there's just a couple of other things that we might want to consider

here. And the first of those is watering through winter. We don't want to be

watering this through winter. Now that those leaves are died off this plant is

going to go dormant, and if we water that's going to be sat around those root

system and that plant is not going to take it up, and it's going to cause the

root system to rot off. So we're gonna leave it completely dry through the

winter and we'll start watering it again early spring. And another thing that we

may want to consider as well is that we'll want to shade this over if we have

a warm winter's day. Because that's an in a polytunnel is amplified through

all of these plastics and it could heat this area up and if it does that then it

might spurt that plant into growing again, which we want to avoid we want to

keep it dormant. Question of the day. Would you do anything different to what

I have? other than digging it up and taking it home. Put your answers in the

comment section below, so that we can all learn from each other.

I'm Tony O'Neill this is UK Here We Grow and remember

folks you Reap What You Sow. I will see you in the next one. bye, bye.

"Whose Line is it Anyway?" - The Points Don't Matter (But the Rules Do)! - Duration: 9:01.

This video about 'Whose Line' has been brought to you by the letter H! Wayne: "Capital H"!

Whose Line is it Anyway?", the show where everything is made up and the points don't matter. That's right,

the points are just like an ad on a YouTube video!

As I'm making this video 'Whose Line' has ran for 14 seasons and has grown an incredibly loyal,

and thankfully peaceful fanbase and in between their six year hiatus

they produced two different shows 'Drew Carey's Green Screen Show' & 'Improv-a-Ganza'

featuring most of the original cast members and crew and featuring some of the original games.

But neither of those shows as funny as they were really caught on as much as 'Whose Line' did.

So I looked at some of the new games that these two shows featured to see what felt different.

What I noticed was that the new games had a lot less rules and more creative freedom that the actors could use.

Why is that a problem you might ask?

Well, if you look back on the original games whose line still uses to this day

you might notice that there are rules on what they could or couldn't do and they had a tough time coming up with anything to

say, let alone how to perform it. And it's those restrictions that made those moments all the more hilarious and inventive!

Ryan: "I can see your bathroom habits have really taken a toll,

I can see your big fat ass is stuck in that bowl, I'll spread your ass with butter,

Pop you like a cork--"

'Two-line vocabulary' is a great example of this. The game has 2 characters who can only say... two lines,

while Colin is the one moving the story along.

And because of the established rules each scene revolves around a short-tempered leader stuck with two idiots who can't follow orders.

Colin: "We gotta have a plan, we gotta have a big plan". Ryan: "What do I look like"? Wayne: "Did you do that"? Colin: "Yeah-I did hear that"! Ryan: "What do I look like"? Colin: "SHUT UP!

All right-we" Ryan: "What do I look like"? Colin: "I'll tell you what you look like- a big stick with a big nose"!

It's a formula that can work for any scene

but it's the timing and delivery between the actors that make each segment memorable.

And that's the objective of the show take a plane scene and make it funny with nothing.

It's probably why 'Scenes from a Hat' has always been their favorite game;

You have to follow the scene, but you can make anything you can out of it.

Drew: "...It's things you can say to your dog, but not your girlfriend".

Colin: "...Come".

Musical games if anything rely on formulas the most

and that maybe the recent fans love them and cast members hate them the most. The games usually allow for the four

to make material based on each other's reactions, whereas with 'Hoedowns' and 'Irish Drinking Songs',

they have to come up with most or all the material completely on their own. And as a fan much of the comedy does come

from how miserable they all look, along with how they come up with the most random answers

Just to get the game over with. Ryan: "I'm marrying a girl, she's a little messy,

at times she reminds me of a very young Joe Pesci, I'd like to stop it, but I don't know what t-".

Games on 'Improv-a-Ganza' and 'Green-Screen Show' had a different approach where scenes didn't revolve around a story formula,

but based on a location or a random sentence provided by the audience and the actors have to make the story up entirely.

'Whose Line' scenes were pre-determined without the actors knowledge and the focus was on creating characters.

The focus on creating character and story at the same time

isn't as funny because now they have to explain most of the joke just to get a laugh.

Jeff: "... Morning doctor".

Colin: "Hello, Mr. Quandary".

Jeff: "Good to see you again. I thought you'd been let go after the terrible things that happened yesterday".

Colin: "I was let go but then they forgot and they came back".

Jeff: "Well, normally they don't forget when four people die under your knife. We have a lot in common, you know,

I'm having sex with your wife. Gandhi and Joe Pesci and-"

Colin: "S everything you say a premise"?Jeff: "Yes".

And with 'Green Screen Show' especially,

it definitely had a unique concept & the actors chemistry could keep the audience entertained without knowing what the effects were...

But that's the thing, we know they're not laughing at the effects.

So when something legitimately funny happens because of the edited sound effects or animation and the audience's reaction doesn't match up,

It's harder to sell the joke.

Now you might say on whose line that there are plenty of times when actors break the rules and they still get a joke.

And yeah there are but that's the thing; There were rules to break in the first place.

Ryan: "Singing a song about a vending machine,

Don't you know that is really not my scene,

Trying to think of something clever with the little twist, if we do another hoedown, I'll slit my fucking wrist"! All: "Slit my fucking WRIST"!

If someone deviated from the routine to do whatever they wanted,

there's still an element of suffering to it because either they can't come up with anything funny,

or someone else already stole their bit and it's funny the laugh in them whenever they fail.

Ryan: "Can you tell me if the doctor is working on the DOING-TING-TING"?

Greg: "You're New here, aren't you"?

Ryan: "Haven't you ever heard of the THWING-ON-THE-TWING-NIGH"?!

Drew "We're gonna change the name of the game to 'Hey, let's all make idiots out of ourselves'".

'Green Screen Show' and 'Improv-a-Ganza' definitely allowed for more creative freedom,

but without as many barriers there wasn't as much of a surprise when something funny happened.

There's still games with stakes like 'One-Syllable Word' or 'Freeze-Tag', but again, they could still control the story as much as they can,

Now some might say being given scenarios to work with already kind of goes against how improv works, but as far back as

Improvisational theatre goes, that was originally what performers would do. From the 16th to 18th centuries

Commedia, dell'arte was a form of theatre performed on the streets of Italy, and one of the defining features was that-while it was improvised,

the story, characters and their outcomes were usually laid out for the audience right at the beginning, just even in the prologue.

It wasn't about what story was being told. It's how it was told...

Sound familiar?

Characters and their traits were recognizable by their costumes and masks; Harlequin was a comic servant out to for his master.

The Innamorati-if I got that wrong,

I apologize,

are hopeless lovers who overcome obstacles such as the Pantalone, a greedy man of high class who is usually one lovers disapproved father.

And that's just the name of few.

And one thing 'Whose Line' has in common with commedia dell'arte is that each game is set apart by different structures that they each have.

Robin: "Can I help you"? Ryan: "Why don't you over there and get some of that special pepperoni of yours"?

Robin: "Why don't you stay there and let something rise"? Wayne: "Hello girl".

Greg: "Well, you're a jolly sort".

Wayne: "That's 'cause, I don't let things get to me. Sometimes they might get to me-but they don't get to me".

Greg: Mr. Brady I warned you about Viagra's side effects".

Ryan: "Today we bury Madonna".

Brad: "Damn your balls are hairy"!

Now for the record,

I do think all three of these shows are legitimately funny. Even in 'Green Screen Show' or 'Improv-a-Ganza' at their worst moments,

when they have to explain everything right from the get-go,

the actors' chemistry and timing make even the easiest jokes sound hilarious and that's more than enough for me.

But when I look back on them and figure out what it was that set them apart from 'Whose Line',

it was really easy to see that these games as decent as they were didn't have the exact same rhythm.

Jackie Chan once said about his fight choreography that there was a rhythm to it and that the audience doesn't know the rhythms there

until it's NOT there, and I think for most general audiences, that's how they felt about these other improv shows...

Then again the points really don't matter all that much-do they? Well guys,

Thank you very much for watching,

If you're a big 'Whose Line' fan,

What are some of your favorite games and moments, and what are some of your favorite moments from 'Green Screen Show' or 'Improv-a-Ganza?

'Cause honestly, there are quite a few. Be sure to let me know in the comments below,

out of their lives. And in this video, I'm gonna show you why motivation is garbage if

you're trying to lose weight and exercise and I'm gonna show you what you need to

do instead. Before we get started, make sure you hit that subscribe button to get notified

every time I post a new video every week. Alright, let's dive in.

Okay, you probably clicked on this video looking for some motivational stuff. I mean, motivation

is everything. Right? At least, that's what everyone says.

One quick search on YouTube and you get 22 million hits on the word motivation. Everyone

including their dog has something to say about it.

Now, you probably already have all these great ideas in your head about what you're gonna

do once you finally have your dream body. But if you feel like you need motivation to

get you started, then you're doing it wrong. Let me explain. Let's use people making

New Years Resolutions for example. A quick search on Google on the term "New Year's

resolution" and you get over 500 million hits. That is mind blowing! But not surprising.

Everybody wants to start fresh and finally get after their goals at the beginning of

the year, right? It's finally time to make a change because that's when your motivation

is sky high. New year, new me. Right? My question is, what were all these people doing during

the other 364 days of the year?

Why wait so long? Why wait until January 1st? Here's a couple of interesting stats for

you. Did you know that over one-third of resolutions don't make it past the end of January? And

only 8% of people actually keep their New Year's resolutions. Which means that it

has a 92% failure rate. Not even one in ten make it. I'm not big on gambling, but those

aren't very good odds.

Why? Because people rely solely on motivation and will power to power them through their

goals. And that's great. The problem is, we only have a finite amount of it. Then it

runs out. And that's when things start to get interesting. Think about it. When your

motivation juices are running high, it's easy to get things done, right? Getting started

is always the easiest part. But what happens when your motivation runs dry after a few

days or after a few weeks?

Here's how it usually goes for a lot of people. It's January 1st. You're finally

ready to lose weight and get after that elusive six pack. So you look up the "best" diet

on the Internet or whatever fad diet is popular right now. You start buying $10 cold pressed

juice. By the way, who in their right mind pays $10 for juice?? You buy new gym clothes.

You sign up for a 1 year gym membership because it came with a free bag and a water bottle.

That's how they get you, right? And you're already thinking about booking a trip to Mexico

to show off your summer body. Things are going great. Right?

But then, one day, you're just having one of those really bad days. You know, everybody

has them. Maybe you had a long day at work and your boss yelled at you. Maybe somebody

brought treats to the office. Maybe your dog ate your favourite workout shirt. You know,

you just don't feel like going to the gym after work. And this eats away your will power.

All of a sudden, it's not so easy to stick to your diet anymore. You start getting demotivated,

and this is the beginning of the end. This is when people start to fall off the wagon.

The next day, you start going out for lunch instead of eating your home cooked meal. You

start going to the kitchen office more often because that's where the free donuts are

stashed. You start to find every reason on the planet to skip the gym because you're

just not feeling motivated that day. That cheat meal you had for lunch turns into a

cheat day which quickly turns into two cheat days. Next thing you know, you're having

a cheat week and you're completely off the wagon and you're back to square one. Raise

your hand if you've ever found yourself in that situation before. By the way, if you

wanna know how to quickly get back on track after a cheat meal, I have a separate video

that talks about it and I'm gonna put the link for it in the description box.

Going back to falling off the wagon here, this is why you shouldn't rely on sheer

motivation and willpower alone. Listen, everyone has good days and bad days. But your actions

shouldn't always just be dictated by how motivated you're feeling that day. Here

is the plain honest truth about it. Nobody's gonna feel sorry for you that you're

having a crappy day, and you have no willpower, and you just wanna eat a tub of ben and jerry's

to make yourself feel better. It's what you do on the days when you don't feel like

sticking to your plan that matters the most. That's when it really counts. Life happens.

I get it. I really do. We all have stuff to deal with. But that's where discipline and

having a proven plan to follow comes in. Discipline is knowing the difference between what you

want now and what you want the most.

And being disciplined comes from having a strong why. Why are you doing this to begin

with? What's your biggest reason for wanting to change? For me, it was during a time when

I got laid off from my my engineering job and my girlfriend at that time dumped me.

Talk about a perfect storm. I felt sorry for myself and over time, I just got to a point

where I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. So I changed. What about you? What's

your why? I'd love to know.

Now, being disciplined repeatedly over time develops consistency, and consistency brings

results. Let me repeat. Consistency and staying disciplined over time is what gets you results.

Not the motivational video that you've seen a thousand times. This part is so important

that even if you have the best diet and the best workouts on the planet but if you're

not disciplined and you don't stay consistent, you're not gonna get sustainable results,

I promise.

For example, you didn't sleep well the night before and you're not having a good start

to your day. Maybe you got a flat tire on your way to work. That's a pretty easy excuse

to just eat crap and start over tomorrow, right? We're so emotionally attached to

food, it's not even funny. We love to use food to make ourselves feel better. And hey,

there's always tomorrow, right? But it's what you do today despite how you feel that

will eventually bring the results you want. That's where discipline and consistency

come into play. Listen, you can't have one bad moment ruin your day. You're better

than that.

Here's a very important concept that you need to understand. Change takes time. Getting

a six pack is a process, but the most important part IS the process. The execution is where

the magic happens. Learn to love the journey. There's always a lesson to be learned in

every situation. I mean, it probably took you months, if not years, to get to where

you're at today. Right? So you shouldn't expect to just change completely overnight.

I mean that doesn't even make any sense. There's no shortcut to all of this. There

just isn't.

What you wanna do is strive to be better every day, not just at the beginning of the year

when you make your New Year's resolutions. And stop watching that motivational video

for the 100th time. You don't need it. You'll gonna learn and progress so much

faster if you just take action, make adjustments, and figure things out along the way. Are you

gonna mess up? Probably. But that's okay. It's better than getting stuck in research

mode and not taking any action at all. Focus on progress over perfection. Just remember,

you don't need any more motivation. What you need is a solid plan and the knowledge

to act, regardless of how motivated you are.

Okay, the next question then becomes, how are you actually supposed to eat in order

to lose weight? Do you have a proven plan that you can follow? To help you with that,

I wanna give you a free copy of my Lean Body Blueprint. This is how I melted all the fat

around my stomach and turned it into a six pack without going on a crazy diet or wasting

hours at the gym. It's a simple 4 step process specifically designed for busy professionals

and it's the exact same blueprint that I teach all my private coaching clients and

they've all gone to see some amazing results. If you want to be the next success story then

download your free copy of the lean body blueprint right now. There's gonna be a link in the

description box. Just click on it, type in your email, and I'll send it to you right

away. Alright, that's all I've got. Keep being awesome. Give this video a thumbs up

if you enjoyed it and share it with your friends. Please subscribe to my channel if you haven't

3 TRUTHS About Timeline Shifting That Will Change Your Life - Duration: 20:17.

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you the three truths on shifting timelines

that once you know will totally transform your life I'm gonna show you

exactly how to do that and how to use it so that you start to do it in a powerful

way welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I hope we will expand

their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you the three

truths about shifting timelines that a lot of people don't talk about but

nonetheless when you know these ideas it can totally transform the way you go

about making choices the way you go about your life in general because then

you'll see that if you do certain things you're going to end up on a certain

timeline now when it comes to timelines understand that this is something that

happens naturally in reality and what we experience as linear time and space when

we're going about our days and we're going through different experiences

we're constantly shifting through different timelines now think of it like

this there's always an infinite number of possibility of what we're

experiencing however we always get a reflection of what we believe to be true

and what we believe to be able to be most probable so what happens is as we

make certain choices as we do certain things and we have a certain momentum

that will be a certain timeline now there's a general timeline for the way

our life is going at the moment and if that timeline stays the same meaning the

momentum stays the same as the emotions who are feeling the actions were taking

and all is these different things then it stay on the same timeline however if

we make a decision that is different than what that timeline has inside of it

then we will then shift to another timeline now here is the thing shifting

timelines is something we all do naturally so it's not something we

necessarily have to try to learn how to do this isn't something that is really

anything other than just what we do in day-to-day life now

you've ever seen somebody that goes to maybe a clairvoyant person and that

clairvoyant person says hey this is something that's probable it's gonna

happen well that's on the current timeline that that person is on but as

we shift from moment to moment to moment there may be a different timeline that

we begin to experience now think of it like this if you've ever seen a movie

projector this analogy made it easy for me to understand a movie projector you

know that on a movie projector there's a film reel on that film reel if you were

to take it out and look at the individual frames you could you could

stretch out the frames and look at all of them and see that's a whole bunch of

individual frames that are on that film reel however you know that each

individual frame exists at the same time right now and at the same way all the

infinite parallel realities you can imagine they all exists right now it is

not about you having to create them from something that doesn't already exist it

is simply about realizing you're already shifting you're already shifting you're

already shifting and that is a natural byproduct of who you are and the way

reality works now the thing that strings all of these together and the first

thing you need to know about that of timeline shifting that will change your

life is understanding emotions emotions lock you in to certain timelines now

what this means there's a certain vibrational range it is more so actually

also that we are generating and we are picking up on the frequencies of certain

timelines the way our mind works is our mind can never really imagine that and

create something new our mind just reiterates the past and reiterates from

what is already there now the idea is what we can do and what we do is we are

generating the vibrational frequency of different realities based on our

emotions now if we're feeling really good then we're on a certain timeline

and as we feel really good we are then starting to split into better and better

versions of that timeline they give it like there's always this general base

point and then there's there's this buffer of things

that are great and a buffer that things that aren't so great now our state of

being our emotions is what determines which of these we end up going on and

the thing is is the timelines they all exist right now the thing that makes it

different to which ones we will perceive of and then which ones we will

experience it's our emotional state because our emotional state is what then

encapsulate the realities that are equal to whatever feeling we have so we always

experience in life a reflection of either what we believe to be true or of

our current state of being you ever notice that when you're feeling really

good you find more and more reasons to feel really good and when you're having

a bad day or don't feel good you find more reasons for that so it depends upon

your frequency range of the emotions you have now in the moment that something

happens if you give it a negative meaning then you will then shift

yourself to a less optimal timeline because of the meaning you give it but

the thing is is just as much as you could do that you could also give it a

positive meaning which means then it bumps up to a better timeline both

opportunity both options are exist at the same moment the difference is the

meaning you give the situations and if you base the situation as the dependency

to your state of being if you're if the way you feel is dependent upon what is

happening on the outside world now everything on the outside is a

reflection of the inside anyways and the timelines that you experience the ones

that you shift to will all depend upon the state of being that you are in the

state of being is what has it so you perceive of what is equal to the things

that you experience in our life and a lot of your emotions if not all of your

emotions has to do with the meaning you give things this is something I realized

in my own life I remember when I was working at Barneys New York there were

times that I would I was a sales commission job there were times I'd pick

up customers that I thought weren't going to be good people that I could

tell were in a way in a bad mood or somebody would pass off the customer to

me pretending like they were and I had to take care of him because

they didn't want to deal with it there were times I would give that a positive

meaning even though the past mind the past egos like this probably isn't going

to end out well but I would give it a positive meaning and there were times

when it would just completely blow me away there were times when people would

not only buy so much but they would do it in such a good attitude I would just

have fun with them I would make it less about how much money could I make from

this commission to how can I just have fun how could I just increased my state

of being I would enjoy crowned the person and the side effect of that was

them then butting in themselves into a buying state where then they wanted to

buy so there were so many times in my own life when I realized that if I

simply give situations a positive meaning regardless of what my ego would

have said in the past of this being a negative thing then I would then shift

to a timeline that is more optimal so remember all the different variations of

what you can experience exists right now it's not a question of can you create it

it's can you perceive it because of the meaning you give the present moment

understand that if you give it a positive meaning and you increase your

state of being you make it more about how you feel then what is happening you

will increase your vibration you will then perceive our realities that are

more in alignment with how you feel so this is about understanding that you're

already shifting and all you have to do is give it a positive meaning so the

second truth about timelines shifting that will totally transform your life is

knowing as I said a little bit ago you don't have to try to do this you

naturally do this by simply existing you are here now the reality you are

experiencing is a reflection of either what you believe to be true or the

emotions you're feeling and you're shifting through different timelines

sometimes people get stuck and believe and there's only one timeline they're

gonna experience in their whole life but every time you make a choice you are

shifting timelines the key is to understand that everything in your life

is a choice and as you make everything in your life a choice you then start to

take your power back you see the thing is as most people are on autopilot

they're just simply living same things day in and day out and

because of that they're experiencing the same things day in and day out so the

key is to wake up from this hypnosis to wake up from the hypnosis of being in

the autopilot mind so many people and it's not me you know I've been here as

well and it's something that I am able to go through with awareness but there

are so many times that people are just they think they're thinking their

thoughts but they're thinking the thoughts of societal societal

conditioning they're thinking the thoughts of what the parents thought

what their friends think about them they're always wondered about what other

people think the key to this is shifting from the level of awareness of being at

the effect of everything that's happening things are happiness stimulus

response stimulus response stimulus response thinking that we are the ego

and when we think we are the ego we then are giving our power away when we think

we are the ego we are trapped in identification the key to this is being

aware of it and then simply knowing that instead of being at the effect of

everything that's happening this person did this to me this person did that to

me would instead decide and treat every situation as if you chose it if you

treat every situation as if you chose it you take your power back because then

you integrate the experience instead of resistant remember it's about your state

of being allow things to come into your life allow there to be a positive

meaning and if you integrate it you then gain this ability to transform it so

when you look around and you notice that everything you may be seeing today is

the same as the day before you can start to say what can I do to wake myself up

from the hypnosis the hypnosis of society you ever seen the movie The

Matrix when neo is just in the matrix and he's just going around doing this

nine-to-five job and doing all of those things most people are caught up in the

hypnosis of their own lives and they have notice of their own job they're not

really living because everything is on autopilot they'll even say thoughts or

they think are their own and there's like yeah how are you great okay cool

yeah great it's just like this pilot mine thing now it doesn't have to

be a negative thing but what I'm saying is to integrate it with awareness and

then simply decide that you are going to really live make the choice make the

choice that everything in your life is a choice literally see everything as a

choice even things that you don't think are a choice pretend it as if you chose

it because in that moment you start to bring more awareness into it and you

start to allow it in the moment you allow it to be is the moment you begin

to transform it so the idea is that most everything in our life is on autopilot

we think on average 90 we think on average about 60 to 70 thousand thoughts

a day and of those 90 percent of recycled from the day before therefore

we are thinking the same thoughts triggering the same emotions doing the

same actions probably talking the same people having similar conversations

therefore creating the same reality the key is to step outside of that another

hack that you can use is to do something spontaneous to do something you haven't

done to make a choice to do something you haven't done before because by doing

that you shift yourself and you wake yourself up from the autopilot mind if

you always go to the same place as you've always gone it's almost like you

just know how to act as just comfortable everything is comfortable the ego loves

to be comfortable the ego loves survival just be comfortable but the key is when

you do something different you're like you know what I'm gonna go to that yoga

class today and I'm gonna have an amazing class and I'm gonna just go and

do this and meet up with this person that I haven't talked to you in forever

and I didn't want to talk to them because that one thing that happened but

you know what I know that deep down we can get along buh-buh-bah you push

yourself to do something spontaneous you then start to shift timelines dr. Joe

Dispenza stalk taboc this before where if you simply get into a new environment

you're in the uncertainty and you can only create something new in the

uncertainty if you're in the old autopilot mind you'll continue to create

what you always got the key is shifting into that awareness sound remember you

don't the create it from the new mind with a new way of being you simply have

to choose it because everything already exists there's an infinite number of

probabilities that exist there's an infinite number of

timelines that already exists it's simply about perceiving of them and

becoming more aware of what you already do you don't have to try it is already

happening now the third truth about timeline shifting that will totally

transform your life is this simple idea this is the this is the difference

between an enlightened person in an not aligned person by the way I'm not saying

that I'm enlightened I'm just pointing out this awareness this little

difference that makes all the difference say yes to the present moment whatever

it is say yes if you say yes to the present moment you increase your state

of being whatever that is you see the truth in life is and what enlightenment

is all about is understanding that there is no meaning to life other than the

meaning we give it that this life we call that what we call life is actually

more of a virtual reality to something that we are experiencing but at a

greater level we are immortal spiritual beings dreaming that this is who we are

and in this dream that we call life things will appear very real because we

interpret it through our five senses I can go like this I can go touch stuff I

could say oh this is real but what is real other than what we agree upon and

we are agreeing that what is real is through the five senses there may be a

day when we say you know what even our five senses can trick us so maybe that's

not even real what is real will depend upon person-to-person and what each

person believes is true so knowing that there isn't no real agreed-upon reality

of what is real because there's many different people with many different

interpretations there's some people that will tell you that this is an illusion

that the five senses are an illusion it's just something we experience

they're nothing more than sensations and vibrational interpretations that we use

to experience reality it's like our avatar and they'll say that this isn't

real the real reality the true reality is you be in an infinite spiritual being

that's just remembering you live in this temporary human experience and right now

you're becoming more aware of this and that

part of life life is becoming more aware that we are so much more than we can

imagine but you see enlightenment is about

saying yes to the present moment and knowing that whatever the present moment

is that's it that's what there is past future all of these things are concepts

in the mind most people live their whole life in concepts they're here right now

thinking about the future they're here right now thinking about the past trying

to become more if they could only become more if they could only get this in this

place if they can only do this instead of being present to the moment and when

you are present to the moment everything begins to transform you will experience

more optimal timelines by you singing yes to the present moment and by

understanding the truth the truth is all truths are true whatever you believe to

be true that will be reflected back to you so you can play a game with yourself

a game of all I'm gonna go do this let me see how this happens let me see how

this works I'm still playing the game of the guy on YouTube that is traveling the

world and speaking and doing seminars that's the game I'm choosing to play

however I'm aware that it is a game that is the difference most people are not

aware that it's a game they're not aware of what they're doing they don't have

that awareness bring that awareness into your life and understand that life is a

game and when you become aware of the game that's when everything begins to

change start to take your power back start to understand that the more you

say yes to the present moment the more you experience the optimal timelines of

what you want to experience this is about shifting to the reality we want by

knowing that it already exists if we can imagine it it already exists it's simply

a matter of vibration and part of our vibration is the emotions we're feeling

the thing is is everything in our life is neutral except for what we give it

meaning it will be a neutral idea we give things meaning we are meaning

generating type consciousness so when certain things happen we say that's good

that's bad either perspective it's true it's just

what is serving you stop asking yourself the question what is true and what is

untrue start asking yourself the question does this work or does this not

work is this serving yours it's not serving me just switching that question

alone will transform your life so the thing is is everything on that

explaining to you right now is about shifting your level of consciousness

shifting your level of awareness waking up from the autopilot mind knowing you

are so much more now I'm creating something right now that it's called the

shift experience the shift experience with Erin dowdy I'm gonna be doing live

seminars travelling the world teaching this plus I'll have a course that you

can take that'll show you exactly how to do this how to shift your level of

consciousness if you want to be the first to know about this you'll see a

link in the description box below and I will send you updates as to when that

becomes available and it's something I'm very excited about because I believe

that when we make this shift in consciousness everything becomes easier

this is the shift this is understanding that what you want already exists is you

don't have to try simply a matter of vibrational frequency but instead of

trying to become something you're not be more here now be more save more about

the present moment don't say any more about it but you know what I mean be

here now and know that the present moment is that all that exists so

remember the three truths about timeline shifting that will transform your life

is knowing that your emotions are what shifts you from timeline to timeline now

when you change your emotions you change what you perceive of the meaning you

give situation is gonna be what you get out of it so give things a positive

meaning secondly this is something you naturally do you don't have to try to do

this the key is to be more aware of what you're already creating and wake up from

the autopilot mind and then thirdly as you say yes to the present moment your

whole entire life will begin to transform say yes everything is perfect

the way that it is as you are more here now your life will transform more for

you so another thing I'll be doing is more

live kanae's on Instagram I post live Q&A is there so if you interact with me

(ENG SUB)Is it true that you have not seen a Tempo MV yet!? EXO - Tempo MV reaction! - Duration: 8:36.

Hello my subscribers. This is GoToe

Today's MV is from EXO came back with their 5th album

they are back in 1 year and 2 months

Still, I remember that I saw POWER music video

It's already been a year and two months ago that the scenes of the music video come up

We are waiting so long

Of course YOUNG and We Young was released

personally I really love that

Everyday I listen those songs

I am very excited to see them in a long time.

Let's see it right now :)

Perfect introduction

I really love their clothes

I need information of that

That kind of Colorful costume

1st killing part

It's not easy to have such an impact, but it's really great.

I think they made my choreography really good.

I really love that

2nd killing part

He is so cool...

The beauty of music videos is overwhelming

I love that KAI's outer with red and blue one

I need to find where is that from

and D.O's blue sweather with red rose

I really love this choreo

3rd killing part

Look at this quality of this MV!!!

It is soooooo well-made MV

I still can't forget

that choreo part of introduction

That impact... wow

Best choreo.....

I can't imagine they do that from the introduction

I was distracted, and I was abandoned.

4th killing part

The production of music videos is really great

I think one more special thing will be come

It's time

Hit the heart

There are many deadly parts in this MV

My heart is throbbing

Many points were passed

rapping part

Heart is dangerous

I want to know this choreo

This song is really nice

I love it

I think that logo will come out

with EXO

Did you see it?????

I got it

I think it was best

Yes we saw their 5th album Don't mess up my tempo

Title song TEMPO together

First, Let's clap together

This is not an exaggerated expression bcz it is reaction video

Personally It was one of their best MV ever

As I told it before when I saw MV

There is something that makes my heart beat.

From their introduction's choreo

I din't expect it

That is the 1st time

and KAI's rap part is the 2nd killing part

At the middle,

One part with D.O, changing clothes with his motion

that is the 3rd killing part

Background is changing

surrounded with the light

that is 4th killing part to me

and the last

with piano

that is 5th killing part

That was the best

Can not keep up

This is so well made MV

Music itself is so nice too

collaboration of music and production

perfectly collaborated

and I really love their choreo

and their clothes too

I don't know how to say about it

First of all, music is really good

and choreo expressed thier songs so well

Maximizing the benefits of singing and choreography by directing music videos

Wow......

WE have to watch music videos rather than just listening

We must also look at the stage of music broadcasting

My heart is beating

There is enough reward waiting for 1 year and 2 months.

There is almost nothing to say bad thing about it

From their clothes

I like the colorful costumes very much

It feels good to buy similar clothes

If you have information on costumes, please let me know by comment.

I watched this chore and thought that I really wanted to do well.

I want to show my dance in my future video ASAP

There are many dramatic changes in the atmosphere in the middle of the song

I use many songs in one video

I imagined how cool it would be to appear in it dramatically in my video

Now, it is really late night in 02/11

In a streaming site, it is 1st place now

and other list songs are near the top too

I didn't listen track list songs yet cuz I didn't have enough time

But I was 100% satisfied with the title song.

I just want to watch full version choreography soon.

I really hope to show choreo of TEMPO in my next vide o

This is my MV reaction of TEMPO today

Thank you for watching and see you in my next video

50 Percent Honesty, Fell Asleep in My Car and It's a Legal Space! - Duration: 7:58.

(easy going rock music)

Freddy Reese.

Mr. Reese, you have one ticket

on Claverick St.

I need some water.

And... Good morning your honor.

You also have a red light violation

on Broad and Baker streets.

We're gonna show that to you.

Can I give you this, or?

We're gonna show it to you.

Oh, okay.

The light is red. You made a right hand turn.

Where's the sign?

The sign says?

Right on red after stop.

Okay.

That night I was actually, I had an emergency.

I live right by Anwood and Galinson street.

My girlfriend's pregnant and

she was dealing with some personal problems and

I had to take her to the doctors,

pretty much emergency status,

so I was in a bit of a rush.

But right when I got there,

that light for some reason

it starts flashing right away.

I try to stop and--

I didn't see the light flashing.

I didn't see the light flashing.

It didn't take the picture of it?

Let's see that again.

Yeah, no. The flash is it takes

the picture when you--

No, the flash was when you went through it,

you saw, that was the camera.

I thought, you can't turn to the right on there?

It says you can't make a right hand turn

unless you stop. Oh, okay.

That's what it says.

Okay.

There's a big sign right there.

Did you see it? Yeah.

I'm sorry. Like I said, I was

in a rush to take my girl to the hospital.

I mean, I'm not making it up.

I have a picture. She is pregnant.

I didn't see the sign.

Did she have the baby yet?

No she didn't. Oh.

She's only sixteen weeks.

I beg your pardon?

Sixteen weeks.

She was bleeding and um...

Well, how do you feel about this Inspector Quinn?

Your Honor, I believe the motorist.

You believe em'?

Yes, Your Honor.

I mean, he's willing to show photographs or whatever.

Alright, he believes you on the uh--

I'm sure he could come back with medical evidence.

He believes you on the red light,

he doesn't believe you on the parking meter

so it's 25 dollars.

On the parking meter, sir, I actually have proof.

He don't believe you.

He doesn't believe me?

It's 25 dollars.

Okay. Yeah, he's a fifty,

get back that way.

He's a fifty percent believer.

(crowd laughing)

(light funk music)

Marilyn Suarez.

Marilyn, you have a parking ticket on Blackstone St.

Right. And I was put in to dispute it

cause I was going away for a week, so I put in,

but the day I was supposed to come, Friday,

I got in the hospital with some

major problem with my

leukemia that's non active,

then I had this big white count.

So that's why I didn't come Friday.

She said just make sure you come

sometime next week when I got out of the hospital.

What happened was, this day,

I went to go to try to get in the parking garage,

at Rhode Island

to get water because my radiator was over heating,

and it was just getting too hot so I had to stop

just before I could get to the garage

and then let it cool off.

So I wasn't staying there.

I wasn't parking over night, I was in the vehicle,

but I was cold so I probably put my big coat over me

to keep me warm (giggling)

and he probably didn't see me.

I remember you here on a previous occasion.

Yeah, when I used to drive the taxi

and they (laughing)

gave tickets for being in the taxi

waiting for my customers and I,

You fell asleep in the car that day didn't you?

(silent laughing)

Right?

That's why I like being a night taxi driver,

you can take naps.

Takin' a nap.

(Marilyn laughs)

I know you explained back then

you were experiencing some kind of hard ship, right?

How you makin' out?

My friend said if it weren't for bad luck,

I wouldn't have any luck at all.

Well, I'm gonna tell you on problem you don't have.

You don't have any problem with this parking ticket.

Thank you. Good luck to you.

Thank you.

(funk music)

Rosa.

You have three different registrations, Rosa.

So we're gonna go back to the Toyota,

which has you run through a red light

and right to Williams avenue and Elmwood avenue.

Let's take a look.

Lights please.

Wow!

You see it's already red, Judge.

That's not me.

Nah, that plate is not mine.

That is not your plate?

Must be another Rosa because that's not,

I didn't have that car.

That is not your plate?

That little car is not mine.

Do you register cars for other people?

Well it's just, my car is at my boyfriend's.

Oh, your boyfriend.

Yeah, we all, we,

(murmuring)

but that's not, What?

This vehicle's a four runner.

Is it?

Yeah.

Inspector Quinn?

That's a Toyota four runner, Your Honor.

That's the vehicle.

Is it really a 1997-- Inspector Quinn,

if it looks like a duck,

it quacks like a duck,

and it whacks like a duck,

it's a duck.

This is a Toyota.

(woman laughing)

And it's 85 dollars for this.

I was not in that car.

You also have a--

I didn't even know about that ticket.

I didn't know anything about it.

It's not a question whether you know about it.

The car is registered to you

and somebody that was operating it, on your behalf,

went through the light and you're responsible.

You also have a Mercedes Benz registered to you.

Right.

That Mercedes Benz has

two tickets on Thayer street.

Right. That's why I'm here, for the parking tickets.

Hold on. Then it has two, three, four,

it has five tickets on Thayer street.

Now for some reason,

not sure,

in March of 2016, you put a different plate on the car.

I have no idea what you're talking about.

I know.

I'm sorry.

My car's at,

My boyfriend takes care of the cars and

I don't know anything about plates,

I don't pay attention to that.

But the reason why I'm here

is for the parking tickets on Thayer street.

Because I had my parking pass

and that, when I leaved the pass on the dashboard,

I still got tickets.

Listen.

These are not crimes of moral turpitude,

these are parking tickets.

No, I know. No the parking tickets are--

Listen to me. my fault.

We're not here trying to accuse you of

anything improper or anything else.

These are parking tickets.

He went flying through a red light,

I'm not sure where he was going.

It was seven o'clock,

I have no idea. Six o'clock in the morning.

Oh, he's coming to work.

He was speeding through the light.

Alright, that's his responsibility.

Hopefully, he'll give you the money.

It's gonna cost you 235 dollars.

Why, Your Honor? That's a lot.

I have a parking pass that I pay every month for.

Well, unfortunately, They (bleep)

they give those tickets to me

when my parking pass is on my dashboard.

I mean, the red light, I didn't know anything about it.

I don't even know what to say about that one.

Rosa, I'm gonna explain to you very simply.

You have a parking pass that allows you to park overnight,

in front of you house.

Is that the parking pass you mean?

No, it's for work.

I don't need parking pass.

It's at work.

I work at Brown.

You work where?

Brown. Brown University.

Well Brown, this,

And that's why I'm getting all these tickets.

That parking pass does not allow you to park

in a prohibited area.

All of these tickets, all five of them on Thayer street,

are for parking in a prohibited--

No, that's what they say,

Area.

it's because of the pass,

because they call it prohibited,

but it's because of the pass.

I don't park anywhere else.

Inspector Quinn? I park on Thayer street.

Yes, Judge?

Rosa asserts that she has a parking pass

that allows her to park in a prohibited area

on Thayer street.

They might call it that,

See Inspector Quinn.

Your Honor, every time they give me ticket,

I have two kids, I don't have time.

I work full time.

I don't have time to be every morning

and come and show my pass.

Rosa, I'm gonna tell you something Rosa.

You got a ticket on Thayer street.

Yeah, that's where all my parking tickets are.

Listen. Listen to me.

You got a ticket on Thayer street.

You got one.

You said to yourself, I got a pass.

You got two.

You said to yourself, I got a pass.

You got three.

Said to yourself, I got a pass.

You got four, you got five,

when did it dawn upon you you can't park there?

No, it's not prohibited. See Inspector Quinn.

It's legal area, I'm serious.

Jared Osee. It's a legal area.

It's just that they call it that way.

I don't know why.

I don't either.

It's a legal area.

They just, because of my pass,

Inspector?

Yes, Judge. if she don't keep quiet,

get her out.

How Much The Big Car YouTube Channels Make - Is It Worth It? - Duration: 21:15.

welcome back everybody its mark with exotic car play place back at you today

to talk about a little different discussion on cars today and we're

really going to hone in on what do your favorite big youtubers actually earn I'm

gonna show you how to get some of that info and I'm also before we get started

into gathering that information I'm gonna give you some examples of some of

my favorite large big YouTube channels and I'm going to

give you my interpretation roughly of what they earn how they earn it and go

through that whole onslaught of statistics but before we get into that I

want to explain a little something so as a youtuber do you realize that youtubing

is one of any one of three things really it's the hobby guy it's the guy that's

doing things to earn a few bucks on the side and does it kind of for fun but

maybe collecting a few dollars and then there's the business guy the business

guy is truly recognizing an opportunity to cash in on advertisements and

advertising agencies or the replacement of that they realize that there is a

place for this type of person that has a certain level of creativity and passion

that they can convert to the viewers that will equate to dollars and cents in

their pocket so before we get started on that I need to explain something so to

be a successful youtuber the one thing you have to understand is number one you

have to be passionate about your genre if you're not passionate about your

genre you will get to a point where you hit the wall and you'll find that it

will be very difficult to continue on consistently you'll get to a point where

you'll be saying you're in you'll see I've got a thousand subscribers but

you're growing very slowly or you're not yielding a lot of money and then you

start to ask yourself why am I doing this am I wasting my time that would

suggest you're probably doing things for the wrong reason that's why I would say

start out with a genre that you really feel passionate about maybe it's video

games maybe it's sports how about music or makeup whatever it is that you feel

passionate about that passion will convert

viewers because your passion will exude energy and that will get people excited

and that excitement and consistency will drive your success and so a lot of the

youtubers that you'll find the big youtuber channels the car youtuber

channels that have found success in most cases are those that have been

consistent they've been around for a few years and they work at it virtually

daily now you don't have to post daily that's not what I'm suggesting what I'm

simply stating is that consistent offerings sometimes it's only one video

a week sometimes it's two or three videos a week sometimes it's a daily

vlog whatever that is you will find what works for you again coming back to the

overall passion and what you decide how you want to decide to proceed is really

the main thing here because again if you don't pick the right genre you're going to

likely not succeed and I'm going to show you we're gonna walk through some of the

statistics and I'm gonna explain to you how much these people earn roughly and

why and how does that come about now before we get into this I need to

explain YouTube has its own sort of sign off when you sign up on YouTube and you

monetize your videos YouTube states that you cannot advertise how much you earn

on YouTube how much they actually exactly pay you what we can do however

is I'm going to walk you through the great little website it's called social

blade and a lot of you guys are very familiar with that I'm sure but we're

gonna walk through that and I'm gonna display for you some of my favorite my

personal favorite large YouTube channels car YouTube channels and how much those

folks earn and then I'm also gonna show you roughly what I earn and how I can

kind of convert that in terms of they'll give you a range but I'll tell you

roughly what I make and I'll tell you kind of what you can expect extrapolate

out and it'll tell you basically what most of other youtubers are earning as

well based on that same type of interpolation if you like so let's pull

up social blade and see what these great folks are making so

let's take a look so first thing what I'm going to do I'm going to show you

I've already got this friend of mine his webpage on here or his social blade page

it's socialblade.com and basically this is a good friend of

mine he lives down in Florida we've been we've really essentially met through the

networking in YouTube and he is what I would consider the example of a you know

a great guy that's passionate about what he does but he's doing it for the other

end of the spectrum he posts about a video I would say a month and as a

result you know the payoff is more or less in line with the frequency of

uploads and so if you look at the statistics

he's got currently he's got a boat he's got about 60 uploads and about 4,400

subscribers and of course with that here is the full statistics of his channel

now if you look at this currently they tell you he's making an estimated

monthly earning between five dollars and eighty one dollars well it's neither

it's not going to be fives not any one that's the peak at either end now

traditionally what I have found is it's somewhere in the middle and I'll show

you my channel here in a moment and it'll give you an idea of course that

translates into $60.00 or $1,000 up to $1,000 in a year that gives him about

roughly $80 per month at the peak so of course it's less than that but that 80

would be you know about two-thirds of that would be probably about 50 bucks a

month and that falls somewhere smack-dab in the middle of that range he posts a

lot of car videos but he's a smaller channel with like I said just under five

thousand subs and with a monthly post that's what he's yielding so let's show

you mine I'm going to scroll down I'm going to type in my channel which is

exotic car play place the way it turns out it's actually ready to go I'll do a

search and there's my channel now now I would consider myself a small channel

but up and coming and the reason I say that is I have full intention on bill

developing my channel into a large-scale I've been at this now for a little bit

probably a good solid couple of years and I'm starting to pick up some

momentum now as you'll notice I've actually got 360 uploads so I've got a

lot of videos in circulation I'll be honest the first bunch of videos were a

little bit you know a little rough around the edges but you learn as you go

and I think I'm producing a pretty nice video these days now you'll notice my

subscriber counts around 11,000 my video views is about almost three million

views so you know in terms of overall channel views I'm actually doing quite

well that's that's over a course of of course you know about three years and as

you see there it started in January 15 but really that first year I only posted

a few low-level videos so I really don't even consider that I really didn't get

started until really mid 2016 where I really got serious about it and so

scrolling down we look at my statistics they rate me as a b-minus which I

consider that actually quite good given my level I've got three hundred and

sixty-five thousand views in the last 30 days and out of that I've got about

1,700 new subs in the last 30 days so 1,700 subs in the last month quite

solid for sure for a channel of this size now here's where it gets

interesting now it shows me a range this is the yearly earnings of 1400 to 22,000

dollars a year now I know traditionally I'm somewhere in the middle and this is

an easier number to look at so this is the monthly dollar range so it's between

116 and $1,900 now I know for a fact where I'm at right now on my analytics

that puts me very close to the top end of the range so that puts me at say

let's just say hypothetically this month I'm going to make around $1,600 in that

month that puts me at about two three quarters the way up that scale so if you

go 75% of the top end of that scale that gives you a pretty close approximation

as to what you're going to expect for your

your monthly salary now let's get it to some of my favorite youtubers I'm gonna

scroll and we're gonna go Doug demuro oh he is easily one of my

favorite YouTube channels he is you know what I kind of aspire to be eventually

at some point that's certainly the direction I'd like to go at some point

he really owns the review channel he is the the guy that kind of leads the way

in this he beats all on comers even the big names the motor trends and all those

guys I know they do more action content but Doug really owns the reviews and I

love his style so we're gonna go into that and he's gonna be an example of one

of the biggest youtubers around right now in the cars onra and Doug of course

he's got 335 uploads two and a half 2.2 million subscribers with about five

hundred and twenty six million views versus my 3 million so he's got

substantially amount of more views than I have but we will scroll down as to his

statistics you'll notice he's a B+ I was a b-minus and going into this now

looking at his range he's somewhere between a hundred and seven thousand and

1.7 million based on my extrapolated interpolated values of about seventy

five percent I would honestly put Doug's annual salary currently at probably

about 1.2 1.3 million dollars that would be my estimation he's making just over a

million bucks a year and of course on the monthly that puts him probably

around a hundred thousand dollars a month and so those are numbers that are

very significant I don't know if too many blue-collar or even white-collar

jobs that are paying a million dollars a month sorry I just don't guys there are

jobs out there absolutely but this here is is a way that a person like Doug is

able to express his own creativity on the screen and do it and March to his

own drum so you know Congrats and kudos to Doug great work that's the kind of

money one of the big guys is making so let's go down to

one of my other favorites and now this is another up-and-coming and where I can

appreciate this this gentleman is the fact that as you can see Strad man that

would be James and so why I appreciate where this gentleman's coming from is

he's got a lot of uploads his channel started in 12 so he's got about six plus

you know and so odd years under his belt but look at his video views he's at two

hundred and forty million views with about 1.2 million subscribers and what I

like about this guy is he was you know your classic blue collar worker kind of

guy you could maybe call a white collar he was an accountant background and so

he had this job that he sounded like kind of a dead-end job he wasn't all

that excited about it schooling sort of evolved him into that

line of work he got to the point where he was fired he was let go because of a

lack of work and he decided to get into this full-time well I would say that was

certainly was not an issue for him and definitely worked out in his favor

although that being said he made some big Gamble's along the way James put a

lot of things on Hawk to buy that Lamborghini which was the basis for his

channel coincidentally but it paid off that gamble paid off and now if you look

James from Strad man is up around I would put him at about thirty thousand

dollars a month or at about probably three hundred probably about three

hundred three hundred fifty thousand dollars a year pretty darn good salary

if you ask me good job there Strad man or James if you will you've done some

great things and again I love the content here's a guy that's a vlogger

that just kind of lives the dream you know he's traveling all over the world

enjoying the travel now see that brings me to another discussion this dollar

amount whatever that is large amounts of it is consumed he's paying for this

Lamborghini parts repair maintenance now he's putting a lot of miles on it

because he does long long distance highway trips across the country he's

doing a lot of travels he was in Dubai here recently as well as a lotta he's

traveling to Europe and doing a lot of expensive trips across the

world which consumes a large amount of this income so he's funneling a lot of

that income back into the channel which is what I want to do as well because

essentially that's the way you can give back to the viewer the viewers are

following you for a reason and therefore I believe in giving back to the viewer

because the viewer is following you for that exact point they want to see what

you have to say so why not live live your life through the camera's eyes and

share that with the viewers so let's get on to the next one another gentleman

that has been around for some time now is I'm sure anybody in the car world is

aware of vehicle virgin's everybody is aware of parker and there's been a fair

amount of discussions around him and some of the drama that he's been

involved with with for example his previous partner this this gentleman

here has done a lot of things and as you can see he's he's been around since 2012

as well very similar to Strad Man James however look at the amount of uploads

he's got 1200 uploads almost 1200 uploads under his belt he has been

working very very diligently very hard producing a large amount of videos

probably a video every other day or possibly in some cases every day

so Parker's been producing a lot of videos as a result he's sitting around

1.8 million subscribers and 446 million views overall for his channel now he's a

B rating which is interesting he is a very high rated highly respected guy in

the biz I love watching his content it's you know you may not always like every

car he's talking about but it's always engaging and honestly he he you know he

has a great way of delivering a lot of his content and honestly like I said

I've been following Parker for some time just because he's an interesting guy to

watch now if you watch here look the subscriber or the the actual count of

dollars he earns a month he's very similar to Strad man probably a

little bit more but he's actually sitting around I would put him at about

forty five thousand dollars a month or about seven hundred well that would be

about five hundred thousand dollars per year so he's making about half a million

bucks a year on vehicle virgins so good job there Parker that's exceptionally

well done and see it's this consistency that I spoke of earlier he I guarantee

you he had some ups and downs along the way but it's the perseverance that keeps

you going and it's the perseverance that gets you success now he's making half a

million a year and the way he's going he's probably going to eventually make a

million plus a year the way things are headed so anyway good job Parker now

another gentleman that is a little bit more kind of in line with where my

channel content is today is Justin Buse and here's an example of a young man

that really has a strong strong focus on quality and if you watch his content it

becomes pretty obvious why he quickly gained a hundred thousand subscribers

now he's been working since 2012 and I'm naturally he has not found the success

you know since 2012 that something like Parker has or Strad man however if you

look at the number of uploads that's almost directly proportional to the

amount of uploads that he's got you know Parker's up around that well over a

thousand uploads and Justin's you know a fifth of that so Justin here what I like

about Justin is the fact that he does a lot of great BMW content but he has a

strong focus on the quality you could tell he's very artistic and a lot of his

photography and a lot of his video clips he does a lot of great artistic work and

he caters to a brand right now that I'm currently opera you know driving daily

which is BMWs and so I've got a strong focus on that so of course I naturally

gravitate to some of his content now Justin's doing quite well hundred

thousand subscribers if you want to know what a hundred thousand subscriber

channel looks like well right now justin is earning about $34,000

a year and with 34 grand a year there that's the peak

he's realistically probably only about 25k a year is that enough to retire on I

would say probably not so that may or may not be a full-time job at a hundred

thousand subscribers like Justin has that could possibly be a full-time job

but obviously you're not going to be able to sustain large expenses you're

gonna live relatively meagerly you're not going to be able to buy all the

expensive supercars that you're finding on some of these other channels like

sell Mondrian or vehicle virgins or even daily driven exotics who coincidentally

is another one of my channels that I love to follow because he is a fellow

Canadian and by the way he's up-and-coming and he's actually growing

at a pretty fierce rate so those are the guys that are you know creating

generating large income and guys like Justin not so much I would put Justin as

a little more than a hobbyist but that's a decision decision he's likely had to

make in the past and as a matter of fact I've seen a video of his where he had to

make that decision and he talked about that decision where you know do I

continue on as a hobby or or do I create content for business perspective you

know to create and generate capital or you know what what do I want to do

that's a decision you are going to have to make and that's a decision I've made

and most these youtubers at some point cross that path so guys I really hope

you enjoyed the video I want to share with you how much some of the biggest

YouTube car channels are making today what I'm making today roughly and is it

something worth your while again I have to express the fact that if you decide

this is the thing for you it is not just a hobby thing if you want to make money

at YouTube it becomes a lifestyle if you want to give your audience the value of

what you're creating you've got to create it frequently on time every time

and it's got to be of good quality content consistent with what your brand

is all about that's really what it boils down to that's how you're going to see

some growth if you're all over the map random videos and scatterbrained that's

not gonna work for you you really have to have a genre in mind and really

narrow in on what you want to talk about be passionate about it be deliberate and

give the audience what they need to hear anyway everybody I really hope you

enjoyed the video it's mark here again with exotic car play place thought I

would share in my perspective on how much some youtubers are making including

myself and it's very important that if you decide to do this that you're

deliberate about it so anyway make sure you give me a thumbs up like share the

video for sure as well and naturally please subscribe to the channel guys if

you like some of the cars I've talked about Lamborghinis a I've got a Lambo

right here this is my Guyardo here of course as well you'll notice I have this

wonderful BMW m5 behind me here so if that's something that piques your

interest I also have an x5 diesel for those that aren't aware of my channel

please make sure you give my channel a subscription thanks again everybody I

hope to see on the next one catch you soon bye bye

DCEU LEAKS 2020-2023 New Film Slate? IS IT REAL? IS IT FAKE? Breakdown - Duration: 3:27.

what is good YouTube warstu here with a video on the DC extended universe

new slate apparently so I've been sent this picture by a bunch of people really

guys I don't think it's real but I think some of the movies slated it could be

actually real so on this channel we mainly do Marvel and DC I'm trying to

bring more DC extended universe stuff back like when I did Justice League

Aquaman's coming out so I'm gonna be doing a lot more DC EU stuff if that's

what they call it so if you're new to the channel make sure to check out more

great on content so this image they've gone hard they've tried to make it real

so it says 2020 birds of prey and Wonder 184 and the Batman movie okay we know

one dirham movie has been delayed so we do know that movie will be coming out in

2020 birds of prey haven't started shooting yet that could be real the

Batman movie is probably the only one on the first list that's unrealistic then

we have 2021 we have the flash movie I can't make out the one Nick then Suicide

Squad - and the Green Lantern movie so the flash movie is delayed and won't be

coming out till around 2021 so yeah that could be true as for Suicide Squad -

apparently James Gunn is now making it but it's a stretch the Green Lantern

movie at the end that is a massive stretch and then this is where it starts

to get really fate Oh Shazam the return of Black Adam no chance Batgirl no

chance at man of the King dead shouldn't it be

Aquaman the dead King so fake new gods we know that's in the main King fake

then the bottom line 2023 is where it gets really unrealistic Justice League

the Legion of Doom no no chance is that movie come in I mean obviously they set

that they set Legion of Doom up at the end of it with Deathstroke but no chance

that they're gonna make another just League movie for a lease of 5 to 10

years in my opinion also static shock is next to it no chance green arrow movie

they haven't even announced the Green Arrow movie yet so realistic guys this

is 100% fake but credit a shinto we haven't made it it is entertaining it's

obviously someone who loves the DCE you in my videos everything is my own

opinion nothing is factual in this video because I don't even know if is real

it's obviously not real because of the way it says at command of the King dead

it should be at command at the dead King if it is going to be true and some of

these movies like green arrow static shock Justice League the Legion of Doom

haven't even even be announced so guys this is 100% fake what I am trying to do

more DC movies but I do believe the front row the 2020 slots could be real

getting to the end of 2018 so realistically wonder ones pretty much

made they just need to do reshoot birds of prey I believe they're quite deep

into the development so that could be real Batman potentially real although

you never know what to believe banner Fox aren't my trees is out always no end

of rumors so bit unsure what to say about this but guys what do you as DC

fans think about this would you be happy if this was a real slate

it's 100% a fake in my opinion but we go over everything on this channel because

nothing's real nothing's true until someone confirms it but I believe it is

100% fabricated anyway guys please like subscribe and comment

I'll catch you in another video later tonight catch ya later

Is College Worth It In 2018? - The BEST Alternative - Duration: 12:06.

(Is College Worth It 2018?)

If you really sit down and think about it college is in fact an investment

right you're investing a lot of time four to eight years and a lot of money

the average amount of debt students have when they graduate in the u.s. is

currently $32,000 according to the Federal Reserve in the hopes that

getting a college degree will help you secure a good career but what if I told

you that there's actually a career path that is far cheaper and requires much

less time to get into yet pays better provides you with more freedom as an

even higher ceiling for growth and is far more secure I'm talking about

digital marketing and I know I know it sounds kind of boring but it's something

that I'm actually extremely passionate about because it's given me the life of

my dreams and in today's video I'm gonna show you exactly why this field is a

much better alternative than going to college let's start off with what

exactly is digital marketing well it's a huge field that covers just about

everything business-related online this includes things like sending emails

growing a YouTube channel placing ads on Facebook and even selling products on

Amazon but if I were to sum it all up in one sentence digital marketing is the

ability to get people's attention online to get people to stop and listen to you

your business and your message and this is one of the most valuable skills in

the world right now here are some fun facts in 2005 only 16% of the planet had

access to the Internet in 2010 30% and just this year 2018 we passed the 50%

threshold very soon the entire world will be connected by the Internet this

has caused huge changes in the way business is currently being conducted

around the world see in 2014 the total amount of sales for e-commerce which is

the buying and selling of products online was 1.3 trillion dollars this

year the total amount of sales will pass 2.8 trillion the amount of business

being conducted online has more than doubled in just four years

every business owner that has any common sense now realizes that there is an

opportunity of a lifetime instead of having to rely on foot traffic and

word-of-mouth to make sales you can now access the hundreds of millions of

people around the world who use the Internet every single day

and their next thought is well damn I need to find myself a good digital

marketer someone who knows a thing or two about the Internet someone who can

help me build my business online and it's this realization that is causing

digital marketing to become one of the most

in demand jobs right now in the entire world here's some proof to show you just

how easy it is to find a job as a digital marketer here's a screenshot I

took last year from LinkedIn there were about 18,000 positions open in the US

alone here's a screenshot I took yesterday

with the exact same search query on LinkedIn that the manage for digital

marketers has tripled in just a year and the reason this is happening is because

literally every single business on this planet that's hundreds of millions of

businesses are starting to realize that they need a digital marketer if they

want to stay relevant this means that unlike the forty percent of recent

college graduates who are currently under employed which means they are

working in jobs that don't even require college degrees if you study digital

marketing and gain just a little bit of experience you will have almost no

trouble finding a job this is because companies are having an extremely hard

time finding people who have even an ounce of experience in this field let me

explain why see the thing about digital marketing is that it's not something you

can learn in school you've seen it yourself the internet under goals pretty

significant changes every couple of years

this means colleges are having an extremely hard time catching up if you

look at most college courses nowadays that quote-unquote specialize on the

internet most of them are still focusing on things like building websites which

don't get me wrong was extremely important ten years ago but you're not

teaching you anything about YouTube or Facebook or Amazon which is what's most

important right now this means that companies are forced to

look for just experience when hiring digital marketers which means it's

entirely possible for an 18 year old to get a digital marketing job in fact

here's one of our students Sean who managed to land not one but two digital

marketing jobs making $60,000 at the age of just 18 years old

isn't that crazy that's basically how much people are making right now out of

college and I'm gonna show you exactly how you can do just that

but before I do that let's talk about something that's on everyone's mind

which is just how much money can you make working in this field now there are

three possible paths you can go down if you choose to become a digital marketer

let's start off with the easiest path which is to gain just enough experience

to get hired for an entry-level position and this is fairly easy to do there are

a ton of free resources online that cover the basics of digital marketing

but I'd actually recommend you to check out

of video training series that my good friend Saif and I put together for you

which I will link to in the description box below over there he goes into detail

about the basics of digital marketing what companies are looking for when

they're hiring and also step by step what you need to do in order to land a

digital marketing job in just a couple of months that's right we've had a ton

of people go through the program who landed a job in just a couple of months

like for example ash who was a high school dropout took our course and

landed a job in just five months or Shin who was a college dropout she managed to

land a job in just two months her husband went through the course along

with her and also landed a job in digital marketing

soon after now the average pay for an entry-level digital marketing job like

this is currently anywhere from thirty five to fifty thousand dollars which

isn't crazy high but keep in mind that you don't need to invest four years of

your life getting a college degree to land this sort of job on top of that

there's actually a huge potential for growth Seth went from getting paid a

$40,000 salary to getting paid over $100,000 in just three years

what justified this huge pay raise well if you're doing everything correctly you

will start providing results for the company that you're working for which

means that over time you become more and more valuable for them because you're

the one that's responsible for all of their growth online you're the one

that's making them more money which means they're gonna do everything in

their power to keep you around you can easily use this as leverage to get

raises all you have to do is say hey I'm making you more money so I deserve to

get paid more now in addition to this insane room for growth another benefit

is that you can ask for remote work which is the ability to work from home

or while you travel see most digital marketing work can be

done with just a computer and an internet connection so it's very easy to

ask your employer for remote work it benefits them because it saves the money

and office space and it benefits you because it allows you to work from

wherever you want you could stay at home in your underwear or travel the world

and work at the same time if you've so pleased now working for someone else is

the conventional route this is something that's perfect for any of you who enjoy

making good money and having little responsibilities of your own but if

you're someone who's a bit more ambitious and would like to make a lot

more money or be their own boss let me paint you a picture of what's possible a

couple of years down the line if you choose to get into digital marketing the

second path you can go down is to create what's called a digital marketing agency

like my friend Anthony who recently reached out to me about how he's been

able to replace his full-time income with the money he's now making from

running an agency now let me explain how this works see once you gain the

experience and a good track record working with other companies as a

digital marketer you could easily go up to other businesses and say hey I

managed all of the digital marketing for Bob's mattress store for half a year I

helped them grow their online presence and their overall sales went up by 25% I

can do the same thing for you all you have to do is pay me X amount of money

every single month and I'll handle all of it for you to give you an idea about

just how powerful this is a friend of mine actually runs an agency just like

this he manages and creates Facebook content for businesses in his area at

the rate of $2,000 per month right now he has contracts with 12 companies so if

you do the math that's about $24,000 per month which comes out to almost $300,000

a year imagine how much money you can make running an agency like this if

you're managing 25 or even 50 companies all paying you $2,000 every single month

you could become a millionaire if you so wished that's the power of running a

digital marketing agency and finally let's talk about the last path that you

can go down if you choose to become a digital marketer it's the path that I'm

currently on right now which is to have the business of your dreams to create a

business around whatever it is that you're interested in and make it succeed

by applying what you've learned over the years doing digital marketing for other

companies my business which includes multiple streams of income coaching over

the phone consulting for companies affiliate commissions and getting paid

for sponsorships are all possible because of my ability to get people's

attention on YouTube which is a digital marketing skill when I decided to start

a YouTube business I didn't just wing it I actually had a clear plan in mind a

plan that I knew had a very high chance of succeeding because I already had

close to two years of experience doing digital marketing on other platforms

Amazon and Google I spent about a year building websites on Google and another

year selling Kindle books on Amazon and when I saw an opportunity to create a

business on YouTube I took everything I had learned all the strategies that

worked for me all the mistakes that I made over the two years and I applied it

to the channel I stuck to my strategy and the results are what you see today

this was possible because the amazing thing about digital marketing is that

although every platform is a bit different right YouTube is very

different than safe but there are certain strategies certain

techniques that are universal to everything online a video that does

really well on YouTube is probably gonna do very well on Facebook this third path

is the path that I've chosen because it's given me complete freedom and

control over my life I don't have any bosses that I have to listen to if one

of my sponsors or clients is giving me trouble I simply tell them that I'm no

longer interested in working with them all of the work is work that I'm

actually genuinely interested in helping people improve their lives has always

been a passion of mine and on top of all of that I make enough money to travel

the world work whenever I want and basically do whatever I feel like doing

and it's all because I decided to learn more about digital marketing five years

ago all right so at this point you're probably thinking improvement pill I'm

interested but how exactly does one gain experience as a digital marketer well

there are two ways you could go about it the first is via trial and error which

is basically what I did I'm not gonna lie I was pretty cocky when I first got

started I attempted to build my online business without any experience

whatsoever and because of that I ended up wasting thousands of dollars creating

websites buying ads and buying software without any sort of success the only

reason I was able to eventually find success was because I got myself a

mentor someone who is already an expert at digital marketing on Amazon Kindle

who taught me everything I needed to know and even then once I knew what I

had to do I still had to spend thousands of dollars creating the books and

getting them ranked on Amazon I would only recommend you to go down this path

if you're someone who has a lot of money to burn and even then I feel like the

alternative is less risky and has the potential to get you better results the

alternative is to gain the bare minimum amount of experience needed to get hired

as an entry-level digital marketer which again can be done extremely easily by

going through Steph's course which I will link to in the description box

below and to use your employer's money to gain experience see when you get

hired as a digital marketer your boss is gonna give you a portion of their

marketing budget to play around with this is actually expected in the

industry your boss gives you a little bit of money to see how well you do

before handing their entire budget over to you it's actually expected of you to

show up to make mistakes and to gradually learn and improve over time

and over time you're gonna figure out what works and what doesn't you're gonna

start producing better results for them which means a pay raise for you but more

importantly a larger budget for you to play with because they have more faith

in your skills and over the course of many months

or years you're gonna get comfortable enough with your digital marketing

skills to go down whatever path you so choose you could apply it to other

companies as an expert digital marketer and make six figures that way you can

start your own digital marketing agency and make millions of dollars if you put

in the work or you can even start your own business something that you're

passionate about and live life however you please

getting hired and using someone else's budget to learn digital marketing is a

risk-free way of gaining experience think of it as an internship that pays

decently well with a lot of benefits and the potential to have an amazing

kick-ass career down the line I hope you learned a lot from this video again I

highly suggest you check out Seth's course which I will link to in the

description box below it starts off with a four-part video series that is

completely free so there's no harm in checking it out and out of all of the

programs that I've ever recommended on this channel his is actually the one

with the highest rate of success here are just some of the thank-you messages

we've received from his past students besides that guys I wish you the best of

luck and stay tuned

One terrifying minute on cruise ship that had passengers screaming and crying - Daily News - Duration: 4:04.

"Pure chaos" broke out on a cruise ship on Sunday night after it began listing to one side - but didn't stop

The Carnival Sunshine had set off from Port Canaveral in Florida on Sunday evening, but a few hours later it started to tilt

Terrified passengers began to scream and cry as tables slid across the deck and plates smashed to the ground, the New York Post reported

Promoted Stories  Photos posted to Twitter show shattered glass and trays strewn over the ship

One passenger, David Crews, told News 6 that at first he wasn't worried, but began to worry when the ship didn't right itself

He said: "I didn't think anything of it, since it's not uncommon for ships to rock back and forth

But it didn't rock back. It kept leaning.  "Plates and silverware started sliding off the tables

Then the tables themselves started to slide. Glasses and plates started to fall and shatter

At this point, it was pure chaos. Screams. Cries. Panic."  Carnival say the ship was leaning for 'one minute' and blamed a technical issue

More than two and a half thousand passengers were on the ship at the time, and some were so traumatised by the event that they reportedly flew home from the Dominican Republic instead of staying on the ship

Others took to Twitter to talk about the ordeal.  Connie Calvert contacted Carnival directly, saying: "Get me off this ship Carnival Sunshine

We just listed so bad that I am not comfortable being in this shop anymore.  "Water ran out of the pools glasses shattered in my room and drink spilled in my suitcase!"  Another wrote: "Last night was a very scary experience on the Sunshine

The starboard side literally felt like it lifted. I was in the dining room on 3. All the tables slid and fell over, glass falling and breaking

People screaming. And all we get is, 'It's being investigated.'" Click for Sound Video will play in  Watch again On board raucous ship described as a 'floating Geordie Shore' Share this video Watch Next We pay for stories! Send your videos to video@trinitymirror

They added: "There was never any issue with the safe operation of the ship and our officers quickly intervened to correct the situation

"The ship remains fully operational and will sail as scheduled on Friday, Nov. 2

What is your credit score and how to improve it? - Duration: 3:35.

Do you need a good credit score to buy a flat? Not really. However if your score is

bad, it will be much harder for you. Do you know what credit score means? Your

credit score is an evaluation of how probable it is that you repay your debt

with principal and interests as arranged in the lending contract. Historically, the

credit score was invented to evaluate the willingness to repay instead of

fleeing away. Nowadays, the risk that you just take the money and run is neglectable.

The score evaluates your ability to repay. If you lend money to a friend, you

believe he will pay back because you know him well and you trust him. The

banks don't know you personally so they look for alternative ways to be able to

trust you. Usually this is possible thanks to two mechanisms. One is the

charge on the land and the other one is based on your credit score. To evaluate

your credit score, some data about you and your behavior are collected and

compared to the data of other borrowers.

Thanks to this score, your bank evaluates the risk that you can't repay your debt.

This may impact whether or not you receive a mortgage. It may also impact

the interest rate you will have to pay. To increase your chances to get the

mortgage and to lower the interest rate, you can try to influence your credit

score. This technique works on the long run,

so prepare it in advance. Keep an eye on your score and monitor its evolution. If

it goes up or remains stable, you are doing well. If it goes down, do something

to improve it. Check that every information is correct and track the

origin of each entry. If you have a long tracking history, your score should be

better. You don't need a credit for that. Sometimes it is enough to have a

checking account. Behave like a trustworthy person.

Do not open many bank accounts and do not change your address too often. This

could be interpreted as an attempt to escape from a creditor.
