Sarri's unbeaten Chelsea leapfrogged Liverpool into second after their 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge

Alvaro Morata struck either side of an Andros Townsend equaliser, with Eden Hazard providing the assist for the second on his return to the side

Pedro converted from Marcos Alonso's cross with 20 minutes left to seal the win. However, Sarri says his side can still improve and thinks they still have work to do to reach the levels of their title rivals

"From the first day, Manchester City and Liverpool are at the moment a step ahead of us," he said

"When I arrive the gap from last season is 30 points with City. "It is difficult to think you can recover this gap in one season, in six months

"We need to improve more because we are doing well. "We need to improve from a tactical point of view

"In the first 15 minutes of the second half we were not compact. "In the defensive phase we need to improve

"When we can't cover the ball in the opponent's half we are in trouble. So we need to improve

Toni Kroos' six-word tweet after Real Madrid win is so bizarre that it's gone viral - Duration: 2:42.

It's two wins out of two for Santiago Solari at Real Madrid. Solari is currently the interim manager at the Bernabeu after the sacking of Julen Lopetegui following their 5-1 humbling in last week's El Clasico

The former Real Madrid player didn't have long to get comfortable before taking his side to Segunda Division side Melilla on Wednesday in the Copa del Rey

And Solari led a much-changed Madrid side to a comfortable 4-0 victory. But it's La Liga where the European champions seriously need to improve

Solari picked up Real in ninth place, seven points behind Barcelona. Solari's side put an end to three successive league defeats on Saturday with a late 2-0 victory over Valladolid to lift them to sixth

Junior Vinicius put the home side ahead in the 83rd-minute before Sergio Ramos' 88th-minute penalty wrapped up the three points

It was only Madrid's fifth victory in the league but they're now only three points from Atletico Madrid, who occupy second

And it seems some of their players are in disbelief that they actually won. Well, that's judging by Toni Kroos' tweet on Sunday afternoon

The German played 90 minutes against  and he simply tweeted: "We won a league game yesterday

"  How bizarre. It was Madrid's first league win since September 22, when they scraped past Espanyol 1-0

Madrid will now be hoping to put together a winning streak in an attempt to haul back Barca's seven-point advantage

And following their victory over Valladolid, Solari saw plenty of positives. "I want to be positive, not negative," he said

"I'd love to win every game 7-0 but I know how football is: it is tough and there are moments when the dynamics are better, times when things are delicate and require order, commitment, focus, impetus and competitive desire. Today we showed all of those things".

"Bohemian Rhapsody" (2018) is NOT Real Life, it's Just Fantasy (But You Knew That)! - Duration: 9:58.

🎶Another one bites the dust🎶

🎶Another one bites the dust. And another one gone! And another one gone! And another one bites the dust!

Hey! I'm gonna get you too! Another one bites the dust! Hey-Hey!

What's going on guys?

I'm Tyler and I'm here to let you know that "Bohemian Rhapsody"

Is NoPerfectMovie! And a chronicles to life of Freddie Mercury (Rami Malek) from the moment

he meets and decides to join the band 'Queen' up until their very awesome concert at 'Live Aid' in 84!

I would consider myself a casual fan of 'Queen',

I do love a lot of their songs, but I don't really know that much about the band's history at least not going in,

and walking out of the movie I can't say that I learned a ton about the band as a whole.

But learning about the experiences that Freddie Mercury went through-at least as far as the movie's concerned-

I had a really good time watching it and a lot of it has to do with Rami Malek's performance,

dude completely disappears in the role to the point where I honestly forgot I was watching the dude from "Mr. Robot"!

It really felt like I was watching Freddie Mercury, he nails the accent,

he nails all of the little nuances that come into his body language and how he performs on stage.

He is just as much of a natural showman in the movie as mercury was in real life!

And that is a tough thing to beat and he did a really good job at it!

This may not be one of the best movies of the year

but Malek's was definitely one of the best performances. As far as his singing goes I know for a fact that

they dubbed most of his voice with Mercury's own voice because if you've listened to

any of their songs more than once

you know what

he sounds like on that track and they use those exact tracks, and it is a little bit distracting,

but it never got too much in the way because-again Malek has his natural accent nailed to the bone.

The concert sequences as well were a ton of fun to watch; whether Bryan Singer directed most of them are Dexter Fletcher,

I'm not entirely sure

but either way, they did a really good job of making you feel like you were at these classic and in some cases historic concerts.

Especially during 'Live Aid'! That was...

So intense and a lot of it had to do with just the scope of the stadium. It looks huge, you can tell

how many

people were there all at once

I'm not sure if they did that with CG or with a ton of real people or if they combined it-

They probably combined it,

but either way it looked completely seamless, and they were

surprisingly very authentic with how many songs they performed in the amount of time that they had; as soon as they start doing

'Bohemian Rhapsody', they go right into 'Radio Ga Ga', the classic "aaee-ooo" moment-I was...

dying to see that on stage and I'm glad they did!

And if you know how it ends then

you're gonna love it because they recreated

almost flawlessly for that moment. And the direction of the entire movie itself was

surprisingly really good and I say 'surprisingly' because a

lot of people are bashing the direction, and I get the feeling a lot of it has to do with the fact that

Bryan Singer was fired midway through and is facing

certain...

allegations which,

he's faced them before in the past. It's not really that big of a shock-

But I mean, I prefer to judge the art over the artist and if he did

do most of it I wouldn't be surprised if some stuff-

Fletcher added in, but for one; it never actually felt like I was watching a reshot movie, all of it

felt as if it was consistent in regards to the style anyways.

There are a lot of PoV shots that's make feel like you're in those concerts, there are a ton of montage sequences, as you would expect from any musical biopic,

but what made those ones good was that they were very careful over which 'Queen' songs would play over each montage.

For example: "Fat Bottomed Girls" was playing during the middle of Freddy

kind of questioning his sexuality, or the very beginning of the movie which plays "Somebody to Love"

is very crucial because the majority of the movie focuses on Freddy's need to belong to something or someone;

Why would he continue to work with 'Queen' even though he's always showing up late?

He's always disagreeing with the other band members, or why he's so dedicated to

this one woman named Mary who-I forget the actresses name, but she did a really good job,

why he's so committed her despite the fact that he would rather be with certain men?

Questions like that are (for the most part) well put-together through the direction. One thing

I'm also noticing critics say is that Mercury's portrayal was very 'sanitized'?

He shows up late all the time,

he clashes with the other band members over what direction they should go as a band and

not only that-he cheats on his own girlfriend with male partners, which it's not that she has a problem with him being gay

it's that she has a problem with him being unfaithful...

Did the definition of 'sanitized' change over the years? I'm not entirely sure!

Almost every problem this movie has is exclusively in the script because the biggest problem is that they try to cram in way

too much about his personal life regarding from his cultural heritage, or his own even real name because Mercury

was not his real name!

So many things about like what other men he had in his life as opposed to only one woman in his life,

or even the other band members who-

Get almost nothing to do. Like I'll say this they get the

personality and looks right-the dude who plays Brian May. It looks a hundred percent like Brian May, but that's really all

I remember about him other than the fact that he was the one who came up with "We Will Rock You",

I'm glad they kept that part in there. But again, it's only like glanced by for a few seconds. John Deacon...

I forgot who he was-

I remember him talking like twice. And even his sexuality isn't looked into all that much in the movie because...

At 'Queen''s insistence and the reason that Sacha-Baron Cohen left in the first place is because

he wanted it to be a rated R movie to explore even more of his personal life and the struggles that he went through which,

from what I hear in the news would have been a better movie. But for some reason Queen wanted it to be PG-13, which...

I don't understand that, like...

There's nothing in this finished product that is going to appeal to 13 and under! I'll say this flat-out:

Teenagers are not gonna give a shit about this movie. Yes, there'll be concert sequences that'll keep them from being bored, but

they're not gonna care about anything else in this movie!

This movie should be

strictly for big fans of 'Queen' and they're the ones 'surprisingly' who are pissed off the most about this movie-hell, not even

surprisingly because they know most of the facts, they know about the one radio DJ who-

Mercury had a huge relationship with during the 70s or 80s as far as I'm concerned, but in this movie

he's only in one scene and that's just to put "Bohemian Rhapsody" on the radio!

His actual life partner is in like two-three scenes and they treat it in a very conventional sense where they kind of

meet each other after so many years apart by complete luck that just happens to be on 'Live Aid' which...

You know for a fact that stuff is made up and you know that it's a fantasy. The 1st twenty minutes

have a very awkward way of feeling rushed and slow at the same time because

it takes a decent amount of slow pacing when he does meet the band and the sides he wants to join them,

but when they're starting to build themselves up as a big band by recording outside of the box,

it's glanced over as to how they create music in a new and fresh way, which is again something

I really wanted to see in the movie that you see for a few moments and it's awesome when you do, but

it's not really looked into that much. The most you get is when you see them arguing with a music executive

played by Mike Myers about "Bohemian Rhapsody" and...

When you hear me say that you probably know exactly what jokes this movie is going to make and they do. And

you know what? It was alright. Now despite how mad I seem in this video

I am glad that I saw "Bohemian Rhapsody" and I had a good time.

I knew for a fact that most of this stuff was just gonna be made up shit

and I'd be lucky if I learned anything about mercury in the first place and

they were a few things and I'm glad I did.

Despite how pissed people are about how it misrepresents him,

this isn't a documentary, we know for a fact what we're watching is a fictional representation and if you want to know more about him...

Go look him up. It's that simple. Rami Malek's performance was Oscar-worthy!

No doubt about that! The concert performances if anything are one of the other reasons to go this movie alone-

I would pay money just to see 'Live Aid' all over again!

It's just-I was kind of hoping for

maybe just a little bit more of the band members a little bit more of his heritage and

even a little bit more about who his other partners were as opposed to Mary Austin.

I'm glad they put any effort into her at all-

I thought they were gonna focus exclusively on his male partners, but you know what?

I'm glad they took certain risks.

Well, this is the second Rami Malek movie where I am kind of confused over what to say because again,

Ironically just like "Papillon" there's a lot to admire and a lot to kind of be pissed off with and for that reason,

I'm gonna give "Bohemian Rhapsody": a three out of five! Well guys, I'm not entirely sure how jumbled this video is gonna feel but,

On a side note; What did you think about "Bohemian Rhapsody"?

Vote Red On Tuesday, And Do It For Justice Brett Kavanaugh - Duration: 5:47.

On Tuesday, voters across the nation will get to cast their vote for key races that

will shape our Congress for the next several years.

With the political temperatures at an all-time-high, we can expect record turnout from both Republican

and Democrat voters.

While there is incredible voter enthusiasm on both sides, every single Republican should

be motivated to vote on Tuesday for one simple reason – Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

In this piece, I'm going to remind you about the incredible injustice done against this

man and his family.

The way he as treated by Democrats can never be undone, and we Republicans need to make

sure they rue the day they decided to destroy this innocent man's life.

Even though there is not a shred of hard evidence about Kavanaugh, millions of Democrat voters

will go to the polls believing that Kavanaugh is a serial sex offender – thanks to the

Democrats.

This is a disgrace of epic proportions, and we can't let the Democratic leaders get

away with it.

To remind you of the massive injustices committed against Brett Kavanaugh, let's get the big

fish out of the way – Christine Blasey Ford:

While many people thought Ford's testimony was 'compelling', she is short on credibility

after key details simply didn't add up about the night she was "attacked".

In summary:

All of the witnesses she named have no recollection of the party.

Ford could remember she had only 1 beer, but couldn't remember how she got to the party

or how she got home.

The date of the alleged "party" changed multiple times.

The number of people at the party changed several times.

Ford is unsure about the location of the party.

Her description about the LAYOUT of the house changed multiple times.

And folks, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Margot Cleveland also points to this key fact:

The final three contradictions are even more significant because in each circumstance Ford

altered her story only after Kavanaugh and Senate investigators had obtained evidence

to disprove her original tale.

For instance, investigators had obtained statements from Kavanaugh and the two men and one female

lifelong friend of Ford's, and they all denied any recollection of the gathering

Just in the past two weeks, a few other major developments emerged that the media was incredibly

silent about.

To make matters worse, she was interviewed just days after her sworn statement was released

and she said she was "unsure" whether or not Kavanaugh spiked drinks.

Another reason this criminal investigation is warranted is because the "witness"

brought forward by Avenatti told NBC News that Avenatti "twisted her words" in her

sworn statement.

She says she never saw Brett Kavanaugh spiking any drinks.

An interesting twist to this story is that NBC News sat on these comments for DAYS before

Kavanaugh's confirmation.

This information could have helped Kavanaugh in a major way, but NBC News chose to stay

quiet.

We were only told about Avenatti twisting her words on October 26th, when NBC News wrote

a piece about it titled "New questions raised about Avenatti claims regarding Kavanaugh".

This twitter user sums it up perfectly:

"Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed October 6.

At the time of his confirmation, there was a sworn statement before Congress indicating

he was a sexual assailant and drugged women.

NBC News knew that it was false.

They chose not to tell us.", tweeted Alex Griswold.

Finally, Senator Grassley sent another criminal referral to the DOJ because a different "accuser"

admitted that she completely fabricated her accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.

Here's the summary of this false accusation, from the NY Post:

In a letter to the Justice Department and the FBI, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said

Judy Munro-Leighton accused Kavanaugh and a friend of raping her "several times each"

in the backseat of a car — but investigators later found out she was a "left-wing activist"

who is "decades older than Kavanaugh."

The original accusation was made in a Sept. 19 letter to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.).

A woman who identified herself as "Jane Doe" from Oceanside, Calif., detailed the

episode in the car.

When they finally spoke with her Thursday, she claimed she wasn't Jane Doe — but

had heard about the letter and claimed to be Jane Doe so it would get more attention.

She said she'd never met Kavanaugh, but was against his nomination.

"I was angry and I sent it out," she reportedly said.

It's unclear who wrote the first Jane Doe letter.

Grassley said looking into Munro-Leighton's claims diverted resources on a time-sensitive

manner.

Knowing all of this information, every single Republican should be furious.

Do NOT let the Democrats get away with this disgusting treatment of Brett Kavanaugh and

his family!

First of all, Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick were referred for a criminal

investigation by Senator Chuck Grassley for conspiracy to interfere with Justice Kavanaugh's

confirmation process.

Swetnick made major accusations of Kavanaugh "gang raping" and "drugging" women,

but she too has absolutely zero evidence to back up her claims.

8 Strange Things That Can Happen When You Sleep - Duration: 13:07.

eight strange things that can happen

when you sleep the human brain is so

complex that we've never been 100% sure

we understand everything about it even

when they think they have the answer to

something researchers are still cautious

about their findings and this fact

especially applies to the mystery that

is the sleeping brain sure we have a

measured understanding of sleep cycles

thanks to fMRI scans but we still don't

know why certain things happen and when

it comes to sleep syndromes and

phenomena the mystery deepens precisely

because there are no set answers for why

the sleeping brain works when it's

healthy before we begin this video don't

forget to subscribe to our channel for

more daily tips like this and turn on

notifications so you never miss our new

videos now here are eight mysterious

sleep related phenomena some of which

you probably didn't know about number

one hypnagogic jerk

hypnagogic jerk also known as hypnic

jerk sleep start sleep twitch night

start or my clonic jerk occurs when a

person's body twitches as they begin to

fall asleep before you start dreaming

your body is usually paralyzed so it

doesn't act out the dream but on some

occasions

you might start dreaming before your

body is fully unplugged during a

hypnagogic jerk your body might react to

a sudden movement like falling or

tripping like with anything involving

the complexities of the brain

researchers aren't sure why this

happened

[Music]

number two sleep paralysis for centuries

cultures around the world have tried to

explain this phenomenon using

supernatural answers basically it

happens when the mind wakes up during

REM sleep when the body is at its most

relaxed to the point of being paralyzed

but researchers only know when it

happens not why today it's believed that

one in four people will experience sleep

paralysis

symptoms include breathlessness

inability to move or speak a sense of

dread and in some cases hallucinations

sleep paralysis can be extremely

frightening and it occurs when someone

is temporarily unable to speak or move

when they wake up scientists suggest

that sleep paralysis occurs when a

person is passing through the stages of

being awake and being asleep when some

people experience sleep paralysis they

may feel pressure on their chest or even

a sense of choking it can occur when

someone is falling asleep or just as

they are waking up there are many

different factors that may be linked to

sleep paralysis these factors include a

lack of sleep certain mental conditions

the use of certain medications substance

abuse and more if you experience sleep

paralysis you should speak to your

doctor to get to the root of the issue

and find out what is causing your sleep

paralysis your doctor may recommend

adjusting your sleep schedule while

asking specific questions about your

health to rule out the possibility of

any other sleep conditions number three

sleepwalking this disorder involves

waking up in the middle of the night and

doing all sorts of activities it's a

terrifying affliction because the person

doesn't remember that they did it and in

some cases they can hurt themselves the

causes of sleepwalking are a mystery

you're more propensity be a sleepwalker

if it runs in your family but

researchers still don't understand how

or why it originates in the brain have

you experienced any of these strange

sleep related phenomena keep watching

for some even more strange things that

can happen to us while we're asleep

number four sleep talking also known as

somniloquy this is a disorder where

sleeping person talks the things they

say can range from mumbling - shouting -

long and complicated rants like with

most sleep disorders we know when it

happens during the sleep cycle but we

still don't understand what triggers it

other than hereditary reasons

number-5 Nocturnals sleep-related

eating-disorder NS re d also known as

sleep eating this is a type of

sleepwalking that's closely tied to a

person's conscious wants and desires for

food it's considered to be both a sleep

disorder and eating disorder because the

person is fulfilling a desire they

suppress while they're awake like with

sleepwalking the person doesn't realize

they're eating and they can't remember

any of it the next day

nocturnal sleep related eating disorder

is similar to other sleeping disorders

such as restless leg syndrome or even

sleepwalking this sleep disorder most

often begins in a person's 30s and can

be caused by anxiety or extreme stress

although scientists are still unable to

determine the underlying causes sleep

clinics which have studied this disorder

state that this nighttime eating usually

occurs during Delta sleep which is a

deep sleep which occurs right before REM

sleep begins number 6 night terror the

difference between a night terror and a

nightmare is that a night terror

involves specific actions night terrors

involve screaming panic sleepwalking and

thrashing around on the bed like most

sleep disorders it's believed to be

congenital however no one understands

why it happens other than the fact that

it gets inherited and it's mostly

children who experience it there are

many different symptoms associated with

night terrors in children common

symptoms include shouting quickened

heartbeat and breathing thrashing

sweating and more night terrors occur

why a person is in a deep sleep

the person experiencing the night

terrors does not usually have any memory

of the night terror the next day night

terrors are not dreams but are rather a

sudden reaction to a person's

experiences as he or she transitions

from one stage of sleep to another stage

of sleep night sweats typically occur

roughly two to three hours after a

person has fallen asleep this is when

sleep moves from non REM sleep to

lighter

REM sleep this transition from non REM

sleep to lighter

REM sleep is usually a smooth transition

however in cases where a person

experiences night terrors he or she can

become extremely frightened during this

transition

resulting in night terrors night terrors

occur in only about 3 to 6 percent of

children things that can cause night

terrors include stress not enough sleep

adapting to a new sleep environment

certain medications and more although

there is no treatment for night terrors

there are certain things parents can do

to try to prevent them this includes

reducing a child stress creating a

relaxing bedtime routine ensuring a

child is getting enough rest and more

although adults can experience night

terrors they are more common in children

if you or your child begins to

experience night terrors speak to your

doctor to find out what may be causing

the night terrors and what you can do to

prevent them number 7

exploding head syndrome this painless

syndrome involves a person hearing an

explosive noise before they fall asleep

it can sometimes feel like an explosion

is taking place inside the person's head

it's considered a type of sleep disorder

and an unusual type of hallucination

that happens to people who are in

between being asleep and awake the

causes are unknown

scientists are unsure what causes

exploding head syndrome although some

suggest that it is possible that it's

associated with minor temporal lobe

seizures some scientists also theorize

that exploding head syndrome may be

caused by shifts of middle ear

components other causes of exploding

head syndrome include stress or anxiety

when a person experiences an attack they

do not feel any pain but may experience

shortness of breath due to their

increased heart rate some people also

state that they see flashes of bright

light during an episode exploding head

syndrome most commonly affects people

over the age of 50 number 8 out-of-body

experience

OBE while this isn't a sleep disorder

it's still interesting to note an OBE

involves the feeling of floating or

observing one's body from the outside

out-of-body experiences are unrelated to

sleep disorders researchers classify it

as a disassociative experience with a

psychological and neurological cause it

has nothing to do with the spirit

leaving the body and it's most likely

due to a temporary brain malfunction

Hines 2003 the human body is a

mysterious and often puzzling thing

sometimes our bodies do things that we

just can't explain and when we're

sleeping we're in our most vulnerable

States

there are all sorts of odd things that

our bodies can do while we're sleeping

some of these things can be explained

while others not so much from

sleepwalking to sleep talking to

out-of-body experiences and everything

in between there is quite an air of

mystery about what is going on in our

brains when we are sleeping it can be a

little bit terrifying and even creepy to

think about but as modern technology and

medicine evolves maybe we'll be able to

get some answers to these questions if

you notice that your sleeping patterns

have changed or that you have developed

a sleeping disorder but are not sure

what is causing it speak to your doctor

try to reduce the amount of caffeine you

drink and make sure that you are getting

adequate rest every night remember our

bodies need rest sleep rejuvenates us

and helps us recover after a long day if

you notice any strange changes to your

sleep cycle speak to your doctor about

what you can do to get it back on track

what strange things have you done while

you are asleep let us know in the

3 TRUTHS About Reality That Will Change Your Life FOREVER - Duration: 23:33.

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you three truths about reality that will

totally transform your life by the end of this video you're gonna know of three

ideas that once they sink in will change absolutely everything welcome back to

another video my name is Erin and I help people expand their consciousness now in

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you those three secrets that once you know

will totally transform your life and these are truths that when I became

aware of changed my whole entire life there was times when I became aware of

one of these and what happened was is my emotional setpoint how I felt when or

'ti at the time went from like a three to five out of ten with ten feeling

amazing one feeling not so great it went from a three to five out of ten

to about a seven or an eight out of ten as it began to sink in as I began to

understand the truth about it and there was other ones of these two where when I

became aware of I felt such an expansive feeling that it made a lot of the

problems I had in life completely irrelevant or very minimal eyes I saw

things from a more expanded point of view and from that point things really

began to change now this is about understanding consciousness in general

and about understanding who we are at a greater level because the thing is is

most of us and this is me for many years and it's something I'm definitely

shifting more into a new level of consciousness all the time something I'm

constantly working at but it has to do with being on autopilot and

understanding that most of who we are is a habitual thought set pattern that's

just on autopilot and it's because of the way our consciousness works and it's

because of a way that the autopilot mind works but the idea is that we in a way

are under the social conditioning and the hypnosis of past experience because

most people identify with what has happened in the past so we walk around

many times believing that we are at the effect of everything that happens that

was me for years I had a story in my mind about the way the reality works I

destroyed my mind about what I was worthy of because I went through a lot

of stuff growing up there was a powerful transition that

took place when I became aware of a couple of things I'm gonna be sharing

with you now the first one I want to share with you is understanding more of

a spiritual awakening from a point of view that changed my own life and that's

understanding the truth about life is understanding that we are an immortal

spiritual being live in a temporary human experience and in a way our body

on earth is similar to like an avatar think about it like an avatar like in

the movie avatar or think of it like kind of like a Sims character it's like

the character were playing in a quote-unquote videogame and many times

throughout our life we identify with the avatar we identify with what the

character is doing now the ego and the avatar you can call those the same thing

is a part of us but it is not only who we are one of the purposes of life is to

be born on to earth and I believe it's to remember who we are because when we

come here we go through a veil of forgetfulness we forget who we are we

forget that we are immortal spiritual being living a temporary human

experience then what happens is a lot of times we identify with all of the things

that happen in the past I identified it with my past of having an abusive ex

stepmom or a stepmom at the time I identified with the labels that I had

for myself such as having ADHD and not being able to focus having too much

energy I identified with not feeling worthy and with the kind of mindset that

I had I identified with all of that and what happened was then I realized when I

had a spiritual awakening I realized that I am so much more than that and you

are so much more than you think as well now the key to this is understanding

that when we begin to expand our awareness outside of just the ego

structure we realized the truth about who we really are now the truth is we

are unconditional love and bliss we exist in a higher vibrational state of

consciousness as our natural state of being and becoming aware of this is not

about piling on a new idea it's not about becoming more it's about just

letting go of what doesn't serve now if I show you that scale of consciousness

I shared in so many videos before you'll see that you have at the bottom shame

fear guilt eventually you move up to willingness then you move up to

reasoning and then that of unconditional love now what you'll notice is that

becoming a part of the higher emotions it's not about attaining a new

perspective it's not about any type of new insights necessarily it's more about

just letting go of the bottom layers so we're at shame for your guilt anger we

could just start to let those go be aware of them allow them to be there and

as we let them go we start to raise our vibrational frequency that thing is is

we are naturally high vibrational beings and if we experience less than that it's

because we're identified we have thought patterns that are on a loop that are

from identification of the past experiences so the key to this is not to

pile on the new it is to just simply let go of the old by realizing that our

natural state is unconditional love and bliss that's why when you are thinking

positive thoughts or you feel grateful for your life you feel appreciation

you're looking at someone else and think about how amazing they are

you feel so good because those thoughts are in alignment with the higher state

consciousness that you naturally are your emotions are a guided system that's

telling you how your avatar is relating to that of the larger consciousness of

who you are you're constantly getting feedback based on how you feel so be

aware of how you can align your energy and align your emotions to feeling more

loved because when you feel love that's your natural state that means you're

looking through the eyes of who you really are the eyes of source instead of

just the eyes of the avatar but the thing is is now on the planet it's the

time to wake up there are more people waking up right now than ever before and

there is a form of a global consciousness shift happening now global

doesn't mean every single person is going through it but the thing is is

when people raise their vibration you don't need seven billion people to raise

their vibration for there to be changed to happen because the people that do

raise their vibration that become aware that they are immortal spiritual

beings of in temporary human experiences as their consciousness raises their

consciousness actually affects millions and billions of other people because of

how powerful the vibration is this is something that you can find more in the

book called power versus force which is where I got this chart from and it's

something that changed the way that I saw consciousness in general but this is

something that once I experienced transform my whole life I remember

feeling high for about 3 to 4 weeks and the truth is is that high became my

natural setpoint so it's it's almost like it just became natural it wasn't

something that was that it was always that I was always reaching for or

something that I was always a static about feeling because it became natural

for me now it doesn't mean I'm enlightened let me say that but what it

does mean is that my vibrational range went up and now the lower emotions that

I feel is stuff is is much higher emotions than I would have felt a long

time ago so I'd feel more lower emotions would be more frustration than it would

be anger ashamed for your guilt it's more frustration or annoyance or maybe

becoming aware of that so that's what happened when you begin to understand

that you are an immortal spiritual being live in a temporary human experience and

you are more than just your ego you are more than your ego a powerful shift

happens when you shift from your ego into that of your larger self of

understanding that instead of doing in having you can focus on being say yes to

the present moment when you say yes to the present moment you allow your energy

to expand when you resist the present moment and you want it to be different

than what it is what you end up doing is you end up constricting your energy then

what you do is you carry around this restriction you carry around this energy

pattern and as you go out into the world you find more and more evidence of why

you should feel resistance but just know that the outer reflection of what we

experience in our life is nothing more than a reflection of our interstate so

if we say yes to the present moment we are then allowing the energy to flow

better through our body when we go out into the world guess what we're gonna

experience more things to say yes to but it all start

from within so when we change the inside the outside changes that is a true thing

of itself but that's also the truth that really changed my life by the way just

to give this video context I'm mr. donut right now with my buddy

Victor Otto we're doing some business stuff done and we're getting some in

just doing some stuff also enjoying ourselves maybe I'll show a little bit

b-roll of this place this is the Airbnb we got really like it's very open

there's windows all along this on the side and just real open very simple real

cool we really like this place hopefully next time we come we're gonna try to

always book this place but yeah side note okay let's get back into the

video so that is the first truth that totally transformed my life now

the second truth that also totally transformed my life and will transform

your life if you let this sink in is understanding that your beliefs create

reality that what you believe to be true is constantly being reflected back to

you but thinking that it's all set thinking that things are the way they

are many times will hold you back literally what you believe to be true in

every moment is being reflected back to you now this is something that I've

tested before to see how much is this actually true is there a certain

momentum to certain things that then we experience a certain result is there a

certain momentum to all of that to where you know it's not likely we're gonna

change our beliefs about something how does that actually work so me and my

buddy Victor we tested this in Vegas we were in you know from Vegas

I've been Vegas he's from Michigan who lives in Vegas anyways live it live in

Vegas there's this place we go about three times a week and we go to this

place and we we eat there we normally have conversation about stuff that's

going on we connect to kind of mastermind with what we're doing and we

go and there was this there's this place that we go that we really like has very

healthy food that's why we get there three times a week and we go there's a

cashier there the cashier sometimes if there's just one chick that's working

it's one sure she tends to not be in a good mood

she tends it's not like appear to be in a good mood she tends to be very short

short with us we normally are very nice or just ordering our food we're there

almost every day we spend a lot of money there so we just go there we get our

food and go sit down outside in the patio and eat and this time we went and

there's been many times we got and she just has a bad attitude she just seems

like she's just not having a good day not sure what it is but I thought to

myself me Victor and I went outside and we were talking about yeah Sheila seems

to be in a bad mood I wonder if she just doesn't like us it how doesn't mean

Victor talking about it and I thought to myself and I remembered this shift that

I had right I realized recently that literally beliefs create reality so I

almost woke myself up from that story and I said to him and I said let's try

something new what if just because we believe that she's always in a bad mood

when we come here either maybe part to us trigger her into that state of being

or we just happen to show up when she's in a bad mood who knows I said let's

change our story about that so it's not like we had to try to change it we just

were aware of that story we were telling ourselves we're like you know what let

it go no expectation for her to be that way every time we saw her we had this

story in our mind this expectation of how should we should be instead we're

like you know what let's just let that go maybe that's what's controlling or

that's what's causing us to experience that part of her and it's just some

small little something had a big deal about it wasn't somewhere like oh let's

really try to change this it was just something like oh you know because we

could have lived with it it's not the end of the world but the next day two

days later we went and when we went I don't kind of forgot about that but I

remember that I said the intention to not have the expectation that she acts

that way and the time before when she was being rude I asked for like a cup of

ice or something I have really good ice you like the sonic ice I don't go to

Sonic or anything but you know like the it--there's they had really good ice and

they normally the ice machine isn't working that well so they scoop ice out

of this little sink thing and I answer she'd fill it up and she's kind of power

trip and she's like no just go fill it up over there any other person I've ever

asked to scoop it takes two seconds to scoop it up and give you the cup you

know so we don't think wait forever for the ice to come out because it's always

gone because everyone's always feeling Oh thrice but I asked and she's like

just go fill it up or sometimes like okay

I just went and filled it up or whatever and this time I ordered she was much

nicer this two days later we going we order

much nicer we've dropped the story I ordered my drink or whatever which I get

BCA's which is like this amino acid thing for after the gym she literally

just turns around she goes I know you like it scoop yeah I know you like guys

from the firm over here she just scoops up the ice gives it to me and she was in

such a better mood and I thought to myself maybe it's the intention or just

not the expectation that that story that she's always in a bad mood

and as I let last Victor and I let that go guess what she's been much nicer ever

since you see we carry around these notions

about life about the way the world works these notions are what is experiencing

causing us to experience things but the key is to be aware of what these beliefs

are now the best part about this whole process is knowing that we can change

what we believe to be true by being aware of what we believe to be true what

do you believe to be true about yourself how do you feel and relate to money how

do you feel and relate to relationships all of these things now when we look at

that scale of consciousness that we looked at a little bit ago it's actually

about not necessarily piling on a new belief oh I'm gonna believe I can make a

couple hundred thousand dollars a year instead of this amount or our million

dollars names of this valador it's $50,000 a year seven forty thousand it's

not about believing more it's about once again letting go of what doesn't serve

if I were to show you that scale of consciousness again you see that scale

and once you get up to shame fear guilt anger neutrality then you get up to that

of reasoning reasoning as as far as you go with the mind

Einstein was at 499 now what happens is when you go and you realize that your

beliefs create your reality you're creating from a 400 to 500 level of

consciousness however what's even more powerful this is what I've been shifting

into the last couple months is letting go of all the intellectual ideas and

just being present to the moment and transcending reasoning and going into

love and that is saying yes to the present moment and when you say yes to

the present moment things to transform anyways but say yes to the

present moment and be aware these notions that you have about life be

aware of what you believe to be true because as you are aware of all that

that's when everything begins to change now the third truth about life that will

totally transform your life once you begin to observe it and you begin aware

of it is that life this is the book this is the most empowering and yet for some

people somewhat scary idea but it will totally transform your life so I hope

you're ready because this is when you really start to gain your power back

reality itself has no meaning other than the meaning you give it now remember

you're an immortal spiritual being living a temporary human experience we

incarnate into this earth into the earth plane we forget who we are god we don't

remember there's many other systems many other places in the world where we go

with born and we remember we retain that memory but imagine you're playing a

video game and you think the video game is real you will treat it differently

now we have this ego structure we have the body which just interprets things

through the five senses which is very identified with the past and that's the

ego that's the avatar now the truth is the meaning we give things in life is

the effect we get out of it just like whatever we believe to be true is

reflected back to us the meaning we give things is the effect we get out of it if

it the most general idea is if it's a rainy day whether you get a positive or

negative emotion from that will depend upon your belief about it and the

meaning you give it so knowing that everything in life is meaningless other

than the meaning we get it give it is the most powerful understanding you can

have this is enlightenment enlightenment is when you realize that all there is is

the present moment and that everything in life is meaningless other than the

meaning you give it now of course there's beauty in that because then you

realize that everything is unconditional love and bliss and that you have the

flexibility to be present to the moment and to soak in that vibrational

awareness does it mean that we have to that

is that this is a huge shift because you see most people go about life trying to

do or have from the point of the ego but when you shift into being in the present

moment you realize that everything around you is a reflection of the inside

and everything is depending upon the meaning you give it you generate the

meaning so really everything I'm saying will only be true for you if you agree

with it if you give it meaning but other than that they're just words that I'm

saying in a very dynamic tonality that makes me sound like things are you know

very passionate about it because I am passionate about it but I encourage you

to be come aware of what you believe to be true what is the meaning of all of

this this is about a shift experience about shifting your level of

consciousness from being at the effect of everything at the effect of the

effect this person did this to me this person did this to me

this is a past experience I went through moving from the past experience into the

present moment and choosing the meaning you give things think about it like this

we're constantly shifting from moment to moment two different realities depending

on our state of being our beliefs about it and the moment something happens if

you give it a positive meaning you shift to a reality where there's a positive

effect to give it a negative meaning you shift to a reality there's a negative

effect there's an infinite number of possibilities that exist and you

generate the meaning for it this is why any truths you look for if you have a

belief or you believe something to be true you will always find evidence of it

even if your best friend or someone else next to you doesn't see that that's true

for them the one truth in life is that all truths are true whatever you believe

to be true will be reflected back to you whatever mean you get things will be

something that you experience in your life but understand that you are so much

more than you can even imagine that reality is a game literally we live in a

virtual reality where we have forgotten that we are immortal spiritual beings

having temporary human experiences we exist in higher dimensions we are in

higher dimensions chillin having a great time but realizing that we want to

experience more then when you come to there is more to experience because in a

way you forget who you are and there's a lot of fun in remembering who you are

there's also a lot of pain but that pain creates pressure and as that pressure

comes we didn't understand that we are so much more than we priorly thought and

that's what makes the game beautiful you know I was thinking about this the other

day because everything is created from thoughts from a higher dimensional point

of view we're all connected and when we even look at something that's telling

Viktor this the other day my buddy when you look at a rose you look at a rose

it's a beautiful thing and on the stem of that rose you will see little spikes

that come out of it little spikes that have thorns that are painful if you

touch it and at a certain level from a higher dimensional point of view that

was something that was brought into this reality that was something that was

thought of and that beautiful symbolism of it of how beautiful something can be

while still being bitter sweet and painful with its thorns that is

something at a higher conscious of view we thought of everything you see around

you was first off thought of and even the trees that have certain meaning that

have a certain purpose all of these things started at a base level of

consciousness and we brought this into our realm of this simulation of this

virtual reality and you look at everything different when you start to

have this perspective because you start to see everything as divine everything

is a reflection and you start to really exist in a new state of consciousness

now understand that everything around you is a reflection of what you believe

to be true the more you say yes to the present moment the more your life will

begin to transform the more you will open up your energy the more you will

allow things into your life when you realize that your beliefs are creating

your reality they start to let go of what doesn't serve understand you are a

high vibrational beam at your core all you have to do is let go of what doesn't

serve I know it may sound easier than it sounds but once again that's a belief

it's too good to be true that's a belief your natural setpoint is unconditional

love and bliss now if you want to know more about

I'm right now Creedence caught something called the shift experience they earned

Audi it's gonna be a step-by-step practical course for shifting your level

of consciousness helping you to shift out of the ego the reaction to

everything the social conditioning the hypnosis of society into being awake and

a new new level of being raised your emotional setpoint from wherever it is

to 7 or an 8 out of 10 to start to feel better start to understand more of who

you are this is an experience not just that of

some little digital course this is a new way of being it is something that's

gonna be available in the next couple months if you want to be the first snow

you'll see a link on the top of the description box below

it's called the shift experience or they're in dowdy I will also be

traveling the world giving seminars and workshops on it but nonetheless doesn't

be the most powerful thing that I've ever done this would be the thing for

the next 5 or 10 years that I'm specifically teaching because I want to

help as many people as possible shift their level of consciousness into a new

way of being understand they are not just their ego instead of their ego

using them how they can start to become more in presence of who they really are

now I'll also be doing more live communities on Instagram so if you

haven't followed me on instagram yet I do live Q&A is there plus I do daily

posts so if you want to interact with me you can do that there other than that I

hope you enjoyed this video feel free to like this view like to subscribe you

haven't already it's a little notification here next week I'm going to

see the daily vids that I do and other than that as always peace much love and

Democrats Draft A Bill That Would Actually Put Corporate Executives In Prison - Duration: 3:47.

It appears that the Democratic Party might actually be evolving.

They seem to understand that people in the United States want some accountability.

And not just with this current administration, but with corrupt corporate executives who

seem to get away with any kind of crime or malfeasance that they can imagine.

This week, Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, released a draft of a new privacy bill that he and

other Democrats have been working on that would actually call for prison time for tech

company CEOs that leak your personal data.

Here's the reason this piece of legislation is so important.

Over the last two years we have seen massive data leaks, data breaches by some of the biggest

social media companies and tech companies in the United States.

Equal facts, Yahoo, Facebook, Gmail.

All of them have had these massive data leaks where the private data of US citizens was

leaked out to hackers and anyone else who knew how to access that information.

Millions, upon millions, upon millions of people, some of them had their data leaked

in almost every single one of those particular instances.

And there were many more than I didn't even list.

Democrats not only understand that cyber security here in the United States is a complete joke,

but they also seem to understand that somebody needs to be held accountable.

Right now all we've seen is a couple of small class action lawsuits come out against these

companies, which is great.

It helps make the people who are the victims whole again.

We've seen the companies have to pay [inaudible] fines.

They're multi-billion dollar companies and they pay a couple $10 million fines.

Somebody needs to be held accountable more than that.

When these tech CEOs are out there buying up these huge swaths of property down in paradise,

building multi, multi-million dollar mansions, getting away with leaking our data and never

feeling any consequences, the American public is sick and tired of it.

And the Democrats finally seem to understand that with this piece of legislation.

So here's how this new legislation would work.

First and foremost, it would create a National Do Not Track database, which means if you

register for that, your websites are no longer allowed to track your data and sell it to

third parties.

If there is a data breach and your name gets leaked, your information gets leaked from

a company that has more than $50 million per year in revenue, which would apply to Facebook,

Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo, all of them, then they're subject to criminal penalties, including jail

time.

Because these executives, including the CEOs of these companies, would be forced every

year to sign off on a cyber security assessment.

Their personal signature would have to be on that piece of paper.

And if they failed, if they let your data get out there to the public, they would be

the ones held responsible.

CEOs in the United States from all industries, oil industries, banking, industry, tech companies

have gotten away with too many crimes for far too long.

And this piece of legislation, if it is successful, would be the first time that we would have

in writing that the CEOs are absolutely responsible, liable, and will be held accountable for the

actions or the lack of actions taken by their companies.

Shipping Container House 💰How much did it cost? Part 2 - LTP EP 053 - Duration: 24:08.

Well, it's been a year since we started building our tiny shipping container house.

So it's about time to update you guys on the cost of building a shipping container house.

So, let's get started.

I'm Duca.

And I'm Roberta.

And together we are building our own tiny shipping container house.

So, don't forget to subscribe.

And to join us every Monday for a new episode.

Well, for those of you who don't know

this is part 2 of a small series inside of our big series.

What I mean by that is that

it's the second video about "how much did it cost to build our shipping container house?"

I mean how much is costing because we didn't it finish yet. We still have a lot of work to do.

So basically, this is an update of the old cost video.

So, what did we talk about on the other video?

So, on the part one we talked about: how much cost to build the footings (US$ 444).

(*all the prices in US Dollars)

How much we paid for the shipping container (US$ 2738), some modifications (US$ 492).

How much did it cost you cut the shipping container (US$ 790) to install the windows (US$ 2215)

to weld the window frames.

Paintings (US$ 295) and the wooden deck (US$ 1610) and roof and gutter (US$ 820).

Miscellaneous (US$ 523).

So basically that's all we talked about on the first part, and that's the total amount.

US$ 9,927 -> Brasil R$ 32.263 Total until episode 22.

We're gonna leave the video on the description bellow.

So if you're curious to know more in depth informations about all these prices...

Like how many screws we used on a deck, What kind of...

How many pieces of wood and what kind of painting

and how much each kind of painting costs and all these...

How many bottles of gas for welding how many kilos of...

And everything.

All the details are gonna be on this episode.

But there is one exception that... when we posted this video we haven't finished yet the wooden deck.

So we have an extra US$ 313 on the wooden deck (Soffit and Fascia Board).

So that's the update price on this stage of the building. US$ 10,240 -> R$ 33.280Brasil).

So what did you since then?

So since then we have been working a lot.

So basically the first video we did on maybe 4 months of building. (*actually 5,5)

And now we've been building for one year.

So in this past 6, 7 months or something (*6,5). We have done so much.

So, we did the internal framing, the insulation, the ceiling, the plywood walls, the electrical design, the green wall.

A canopy for the entry door. We did some more painting, a lot more cutting and welding.

Miscellanies again.

We built some working benches. We are sitting on it.

And we bought some new tools.

So, that's what we're gonna... yeah, a lot of new tools, yep.

So that's what we're gonna talk about today: all this new stuff.

So let's get started.

Internal framing (Wall framing).

Framing basically we decided to use a metal frame instead of wooden frame.

The reasons are... we have a lot of reasons.

We're gonna leave on the description also the episode about framing.

You can check it out if your curious why we used that.

So basically we used 15tracks + 58studs (US$ 219.46).

Around 400 screws (US$ 8,92).

And 12 planks of the wood Cambara (3/4" x 3" x 10ft) US$ 62,43.

Oh! That's the frame. Yeah. I was trying to remember what was it.

The wooden frame that we have.

Yeah, we have metal frame for the walls.

But we have a wooden frame around the windows for architecture purpose.

Just because we think it's really good.

We like the... it's just a good design. It feels good to have like a wooden hardwood framing.

So, that's...

The total for the framing was US$ 290.81.

That's the total for framing.

So that's wall framing and window frames.

That's the total.

The insulation.

Insulation we decided to use a kind of insulation that's called 3TC here.

It's just the company that sells it in Brazil.

But it's basically aluminium foil with a eps core.

With aluminium tape to join to make sure you seal all the joints.

So we used 1011 sq ft of aluminum foil (US$ 361.90).

We still have some leftover that we are gonna use to cover the windows to protect against the sun.

And also to insulate the doors of the shipping container that we didn't do yet.

Because it's gonna be a storage place and we don't want the storage place to get hot.

And we used aluminum... 820 feet of aluminum tape. That's a lot of tape. (US$ 5.88).

But that's a really cheap tape also. So it's fine.

6 cans of spray foam (US$ 43.38) to insulate around the windows and doors.

Yes, because this kind of insulation needs to be really sealed

and it's hard to seal with tape around the windows.

It's just the... the metal won't glue the tape. So used spray foam and it's really good.

Like... it seals really really well. And it was not that expensive also.

And we used some contact glue to...

Yeah, we didn't use much so we're not gonna put the price of the contact glue here.

Because we use a lot more contact glue on the ceiling panels.

So we're gonna leave this glue for there and just pretend this was leftover from the panels.

So the total for the insulation was this (US$ 411.16).

And talking about the ceiling.

Yes. Ceiling is something that could be cheaper. It could, for sure.

But we wanted to do the ceiling as it is. It just looks great.

We're just in love with the ceiling.

We love the exposed beams.

Yeah, it's just a...

We could do like drywall on the ceiling, that would be a lot a lot cheaper.

But I think we don't regret because it just looks really good and it was a little bit expensive.

So let's go to what we used on the ceiling.

6 sheets of plywood (5.25ft x 7,2ft x 1/2") US$ 148.70.

32 pressure treated pine (10ft x 1 1/2" x 2 3/4") US$ 129.73.

Yeah, the pressure treated pine is to make sure the plywood wouldn't warp.

We built a box on the top of the plywood.

So just to make sure it won't warp much, because I mean it always warp, you know?

10 white laminated (10,1ft x 4,1ft) US$ 338.73.

That's what's expensive.

The laminated because we wanted to have a laminated finish and laminated comes in a really not wide panel.

So we needed to buy a lot more than we actually used. So that's why it's so expensive. But...

We have a lot of leftovers.

And we're gonna use that for the furniture. So it's fine.

Does... You know... it seems expensive now, but we're gonna use it in the future then it's gonna be for free.

So it's...

12 beams (10ft x 2" x 4") US$ 108.11.

The beams are just exposed beams, it's 2x4.

We're gonna... we did already.

We just used it to support the ceiling panels and it looks great.

Around 300 screws (US$ 10).

31 pounds of contact glue (US$ 115.97).

That was a lot of glue.

We glued for a long time.

And that's the glue we also used for the insulation. So it's the same thing.

12 ounces of spray contact glue (US$ 7.41).

That was just a test that we didn't really liked. We have just tried to use contact glue spray and...

We didn't know much to use of it.

It was like... I think we used too much because it's just hard to control it but we decide to use the old method.

The stain the we used on the beams we are gonna put with the painting.

Yeah, welding and painting we are gonna put all them together, even though there are different, you know... jobs.

We're gonna just add them together. It's easier.

Ceiling US$ 858.65.

So the plywood walls.

Plywood walls, that was a long long job. That was the last thing we have done and the plywood walls...

was a lot of work because we didn't know at first if we're gonna do plywood walls or

drywall and drywall and plywood, here in Brazil at least, they have different width.

So basically comes in different sizes panel and we decided to use plywood instead of drywall.

So the studs were not exactly right place where they were supposed to be.

So we had a lot of leftovers.

Yeah, we needed to cut the plywoods into a lot of pieces but we used all these small pieces to

do the walls where are gonna be cabinets. So we used all the plywood. We didn't throw anything away.

So it's good, but we had a lot of work.

So we used 13 sheets of plywood (1/2" x 8,2ft x 5,25ft) US$ 465,82.

Around 700 screws (US$ 8.11). And some scrap MDF (US$ 6.76) that we used to build some templates.

Yeah, but it wasn't that expensive. The total amount is US$ 480.69.

For the entire wall of the shipping container. I think it's a pretty good price.

Electrical we didn't do a 100% of the electrical yet. I mean we didn't... we almost didn't do anything.

All we have done...

We've just prepared it.

Yeah, we did like all the preparation for the future electrical wiring.

We have only the conduits inside of the walls.

We have some electrical boxes.

We have 328ft of 3/4" conduit (US$ 21.62).

But we have a lot of leftovers.

Out of this we used probably 60%.

40% is left. And the reason for that is because we're gonna have shafts

and inside of the shafts we also are gonna have conduits.

So it comes in a huge roll.

It's cheaper if you buy like that, so we just have leftovers for the shafts that we're gonna use in the future.

So 10 conduits connectors (US$ 2.05).

And 9 small boxes, electrical boxes (0.8" x 1.6") US$ 7.05.

1 big electrical... 1 big electrical box (6.8" x 7.3" x 3.1") US$ 6.26.

1 lamp.

External lamp (entry door) US$ 32.70.

The lamp is just really cool.

Yeah, the entry door lamp we also bought some wiring for the lamp (20ft of 1/16" wiring - US$ 1.17).

We didn't wiring yet, but we needed to turn on the lamp.

How we're gonna you know... put the lamp in place and not see how it looks?

It looks great, we love it.

So, we just used 20ft of wiring.

So the total amount for electrical until now is this US$ 70.85.

It's gonna be a lot more than that for sure. But it's just the beginning.

So, the green wall.

The green wall basically is just reinforcement rebars

welded together to form a place where the climbing trees can climb in the future.

So we used 6 bars of reinforcement (20ft x 1/4") US$ 25.10.

That's the thickness of the rebar.

Green wall US$ 25.10.

And the paint we used we're gonna talk in the painting. The welding we're gonna talk in the welding.

Canopy.

Canopy is a long story.

A lot of people say that our canopy is over engineered.

I don't agree with that necessarily.

But the reason why we did that canopy is because we really wanted to try this method that is ply-glass.

That's how it's called. It's plywood with fiberglass.

So it's how some people build boats.

And we spent 3 weeks (*actually 4) building the canopy.

That was a good experience.

In the last episode about the canopy we have all the cost detailed.

So here's the link for the canopy.

Yeah, it's easier to see there because it's just too much to add here.

And the total cost is this.

It's US$195.35.

I don't know people say it's expensive but I don't think so. Because if we bought like I a ready canopy like a...

cheap canopy would cost like 200 and something.

And we have a canopy that's it's gonna last longer than the shipping container.

And we liked the result.

It's been a few months and it's just exactly the same way it was.

I'm looking there because it's right there.

But looks exactly the same as it was when we built it and it's gonna last for a long time.

Painting.

Painting is curious because we've been buying so many different kinds of painting for the last year

and we always have some leftovers.

That means that right now a lot of stuff that we painted

was using painting that we already add on the first video.

So we are not spending much on painting lately.

We're gonna say... we're gonna tell you about the paintings we've bought since then.

Yes. Since then we bought one gallon of thinner (US$ 11.85).

1/2 gallon of synthetic enamel (US$ 15.68).

5 gallons of undercoating (US$ 59.46). That's a lot because the can of undercoating is just 5 gallons.

It's huge.

But we're gonna use it for so many things like, we painted the whole ceiling, internal ceiling with it.

We painted the whole south external wall.

And we're gonna paint all the rest of the container.

It's a really thick rubbery paint that sticks so well to the metal

and then you can paint with synthetic enamel on the top.

So we really like it and this amount is probably gonna be enough for a whole shipping container.

So it's pretty good.

One gallon of stain (US$ 40.22).

That was for the beams, for the ceiling beams.

20 ounces of black matte vinyl (US$ 9.66).

That was for the brackets of the brise outside.

And the total cost for painting.

That's the total cost US$ 136.87.

Yes. So that means like of course in the past 6 months we used a lot more painting than this.

What we mean is that we used the old paints that we already had so the cost is here.

It's on the before video, on the last video.

Cutting and welding.

Cutting and welding we did a lot more on the first half of the house.

Because it was when we cut the windows and install the...

You know... we cut the shipping container, installed the window.... openings and whatever.

Right now all we have done with cutting and welding are...

The beam, we have a structural beam to hold the ceiling panels on the center of the house.

The brackets to hold the framing.

Oh, yeah, the brackets to hold the internal frame. There are a lot of small brackets.

All the metals we used are also leftovers.

So the metal beam we had leftovers from the windows,

so we didn't add the price because it's already back there price.

The connection.

The brackets for the brise. Yeah, we're gonna have wooden stripes.

Stripes?

Strips. Yes, strips of wood outside of the house to make sure the sun won't touch the shipping container itself.

And also the green wall.

We didn't build the brise yet, it's just the brackets. We're gonna build in the future and the green wall.

It's just a little bit of weld, it's not much.

So we used 11 pounds of MIG weld wiring (US$ 35.13).

2 bottles of MIG welding gas (75%Ar 25%CO2) US$ 59.46.

9 flap discs (US$ 15.47), 11 cutting discs (US$ 11.02).

And the total amount is US$ 121.08.

Flat disc and cutting disc we didn't finish all of that yet.

And the 5 kilos, 11 pounds of MIG welding we still have some left.

But we need to add the price.

But whenever we need to weld something we still have some material.

Miscellaneous.

Miscellaneous, it's just we always spend a lot. It's just like you know...

Brushes, rollers, gloves and glasses and everything that we used and just we run out of it or breaks.

So we have... Yeah, that's is 500 dollars (US$ 446.97). It's a lot.

But this is the way it is.

Working benches.

We're sitting on it.

Yeah, we built 4 working benches.

One for the circular saw, one for the miter saw and 2 other ones just to work on the ceiling.

So we can you know have something to step on.

And we have new shelves.

It's really hard sometimes to work in the shipping container that we have not much space when it's a mess.

So we built 3 shelves so we can store some of our tools and it makes a lot easier to work.

And we spent on that 90.66 dollars, but it's cheap.

The reason why it's so cheap is because we used a lot of materials leftover from other jobs.

For example the wood for the ceiling panels we used to build the bench,

one of them at least.

The rest we used leftover of plywood and you know all leftovers.

And for the part 2 we spent US$ 3,128.19.

So that's the total amount for the last 6 months and the months before we already spent US$ 9,000 (US$ 9,927 + extra deck US$ 313).

It's easier to talk about the grand total. So the great total of everything we built.

US$ 13,368.19.

That's the total amount for buying the shipping container,

transporting the shipping container to the land,

to make all the modifications, install windows doors,

build the framing, the walls, the ceiling panels, the canopy...

Everything.

Everything we have talked about.

Yeah, the whole thing.

I don't think it's that expensive.

I think is expensive, but I mean like...

Not including labor because labors...

Yeah, we're slaves.

Of course it could be cheaper. It could be a lot cheaper. But are they... it's all based on decisions we made

the material we are wanted to use, the wooden deck on the top that we didn't need to have.

We mean like... a house doesn't need a wooden deck on the top and we spent a lot of the wooden

because we have such a nice view that we wanted to have a wooden deck.

So it's basically...

It could be cheaper it could be more expensive.

I think it's all right.

And the tools.

Tools. We have a lot of tools.

It's just...

We have all kinds of tools you can imagine and it before the building we didn't have anything.

So it's hard to build having tools, without tools it's impossible. So we need to buy tools.

We spent until now, since the beginning of the building

US$ 5,493.85 on tools.

That means circle saw, miter saw...

Everything.

Welding machine... everything you can imagine.

So total amount with the tools...

US$ 18,862.04

So that's how much we spent on everything: tools and...

Not including labor as I said before because we are working just us.

Sometimes friends come around.

Yeah, we didn't spend not even one dollar in labor until now.

We didn't hire anyone to do anything.

I mean, the only thing we hire was a truck to... how you call like a... a crane to put the footings on place.

And the land.

And the land. The land is...

A lot of people on the first episode asked about how much did cost the land that we are building on,

because it's such a nice piece of land.

Doesn't make sense to talk about the land.

Because people that watch our video there are all over the world.

It's just like people are in the States, in Europe, in Russia, in Australia, in New Zealand, in Brazil...

in Jamaica.

Anywhere you can imagine.

Even inside our city the cost of the land changes.

Yeah, real state can change so much. This land could cost US$ 10,000 in a place

and it could cost 1 million dollar in a different place.

So what difference does it make if we talk about the price of the land?

And second is because this land is been in my family for 28 I think like 29 years.

Yeah, like... you can consider 30 years.

So 30 years ago not even the Brazilian currency was the same.

The Brazil currency was a different currency so we really just don't know.

I asked my daddy and he just doesn't really know how much would cost if we put the past price in the present.

So we don't need to talk about that.

Just if you want to know the price of a land you call a real estate agency in your town.

It's much easier and more precise.

So, another thing Is the variation of the dollar since we started building until now.

Yeah, the thing is we are in Brazil

so all the price we gave you they are in American dollars that we converted to American dollars.

But the price of the dollar changed so much in the past year.

When we started the house the dollar was 3.25 Reais.

Then it went all the way up to 4.1 Reais, and now it came back to 3.7.

So it's hard for us to convert every single piece of something that we spent money.

So it's easier to give you the total amount. If you are in Brazil we spent R$ 45.069,17 on the house itself,

on all the materials and we spent R$ 18.444,75 on the equipments.

So that's the total amount in Reais. That's what we actually spent, we didn't spend it in dollars.

So, that's what we spent on the house. R$ 63.513,92.

We still have a lot to do.

Yeah, the truth is...

You guys must be wandering...

So why are you talking about how much it costs to a shipping container house if the house is not ready?

We believe the house is almost ready to be considered a house.

All we need to do be considered a house is to install plumbing and electrical,

that's not much. It's not that expensive.

After that if you buy a house, that's how the house comes. The house doesn't come with furniture.

Sometimes they put some flooring.

Yeah, but I mean like if you buy an apartment it comes only an apartment.

You don't have furniture.

You don't have all stuff... everything you have inside you add yourself.

So that means that's basically almost the price of shipping container house.

I think we can consider it. But even though I'm saying that we have a lot of work to do.

So let's talk about what we still plan to do on the house.

So we still need to do the flooring.

We still need to build some walls between the kitchen and the bathroom

and the bathroom and the storage place.

How's the floor gonna look like?

Yeah, we're still studying about this.

Yeah, we wanted to do hardwood flooring, that looks really cool.

But we are deciding what kind of wood we want to use.

So... but it's gonna look good. It's gonna be a really cool project.

Wait for it.

So we still need to build all the bathroom, we still need to build the furniture.

All the appliances.

And 3 wooden decks.

Wooden deck we still have one wooden deck in front of the house on the entry door.

Another big one on the back of the house, on the corner of both sides of the house.

And we're gonna have a roof on this big deck.

And in Front of the shipping container doors, where it's gonna be the storage place,

we're gonna have another small wooden deck.

We still need to paint the shipping container.

Plumbing, we still need to the the plumbing.

A lot of digging for the plumbing.

Electrical part. We need to plant the tree but before that we need to paint the shipping container.

And I think that's it, right?

And the wooden brise.

Yeah, the wooden brise. I don't know if brise...

let us know in the comment section bellow is a wooden...

Do you guys understand what we mean by wooden brise?

Or only French people understand what we mean by that.

It's some shade for...

In Brazil we use this word that I guess it's French that it's like stripes of wood to create a shade.

Stripes, yeah.

Strips.

Yeah, strips of wood to create a shade, you know.

Like just like a lot of wood to make sure the sun won't touch the plate of the shipping container.

And in this way, it's not going to be hot inside. I mean, it's not already...

Like the insulation we did, the walls are not hot at all.

Yeah, but just...

Just the doors that are made from glass, so the sun heats the glass and...

And some of this we're gonna do after we move in.

Yeah, the idea is to build the furniture now, the plumbing and electrical and the bathroom

and then we move in and we can do the outside.

That's gonna be fun.

Excited for that. But it's gonna take a while still. A few months.

And we have new Patreons.

That's pretty cool. Yes it's the first time in a long time... I mean it's the first time ever

that we have Patreons that are good friends of ours.

They are supporting is actually since before we start the project.

When we arrived back in Brazil with the idea

I think they were one of the first persons we told about the idea of building the shipping container house

and starting a YouTube channel and the whole thing.

They are with us since the beginning.

So Lina thanks so much.

João, thanks so much.

You guys are awesome.

It's just like a huge help.

But we also have a Patreon that we've never met before, that's also really cool.

Yeah. Stevan, welcome on board.

Stevan, thanks so much.

It means a lot to us that you ere just on board of it with us.

And that's really cool.

If you guys don't know what we're talking about. We're gonna leave a link for Patreon.

That's basically a way of getting closer to us a way of supporting the channel and supporting our project.

And it's just...

Let's explain our project.

Oh, our project, yeah.

Yeah, maybe it's the first time you're here, right?

We are basically building a tiny shipping container house.

Without any prior experience.

We never done anything before we've never worked with any of these tools before.

And we decided to have a youtube channel that's just following what we're doing

and showing all the small details of process.

The process... the good and the bad process, like all our mistakes. We also show on the videos.

So we launch a new video every Monday morning on Brazil time. (*every Monday EST 9AM)

So if you want to watch...

I think it the best way is to... we're gonna leave a playlist.

(The playlist will be here in)

In this playlist has all the episodes so far from day 1 to 53.

We're on the episode 53 today.

Yeah, so one year and one week.

So you can go to this playlist and you can watch the whole thing.

It's really cool.

Sometimes we go back and watch it. This is cool to see how the house used to look,

because so different from what is looking now.

And that's it, right?

Yeah, I think so.

If you watched this or if you like what you're watching right now

it helps a lot just leave us a like. That helps a lot the channel.

And if you like it even more you can subscribe to the channel.

I think it's not a bad idea.

You know just subscribe, you hit the button, you click on the little bell and you come back every Monday

because we can entertain you.

I mean like we... don't expect someone professional that know what they're doing.

Not at all.

We are not professionals, we don't know what we're doing.

But for sure...

This is not a how to for sure.

For sure we're gonna show you all our mistakes and hopefully you won't make the same mistake.

Hope you learn from our mistakes and don't do the same.

We make mistakes so you don't need to make them.

So I guess we see you guys next Monday.

Why Hardly Anyone In Israel Is Allergic To Peanuts - Duration: 4:20.

- [Narrator] The U.S. has an epidemic on its hands.

Peanut allergies.

Between 1997 and 2008,

the number of American children

with a peanut allergy has tripled.

And today, an estimated 1.8 million kids

in the U.S. have one.

That's larger than the entire population of Philadelphia.

And the U.S. is not alone.

The UK, Canada, and Australia have seen a similar rise

in child peanut allergies.

But, that's not the case for other countries like China,

Thailand, Korea, the Philippines, and Israel.

So, what do these countries have that the U.S. doesn't?

(curious music)

In Israel, there is a joke that the first three words

out of every toddler's mouth are: abba, which means dad,

ima, which means mom,

and Bamba.

Bamba is a popular peanuty snack.

An estimated 90% of Israeli families

buy it on a regular basis.

And guess what?

The peanut allergy rate in Israel is 1/10 the rate

that it is in the UK.

And in China and Thailand,

many children eat peanut rice porridge for breakfast.

And wouldn't you know it?

Peanut allergies are relatively low there too.

But this could be a coincidence, right?

Thank goodness we have the researchers

at King's College London.

They recruited 640 infants 4 to 10 months old

who were at risk of developing a peanut allergy.

Half of the kids in the study ate peanut snacks regularly.

Whereas the other half were told to avoid peanuts entirely.

Then when the kids were 5 years old, they were brought in

for one final experiment.

All of them were instructed to eat

some type of peanut protein.

Of the kids who ate peanut snacks regularly since infancy,

3.2% had developed a peanut allergy.

But the kids who avoided peanuts altogether,

were much worse off.

More than 17% of them had developed an allergy

to a nut that they had never consumed.

That means they were six times more likely to develop

a peanut allergy than kids who regularly ate peanuts.

Of course, this is just one study.

But if you know how allergies work, it begins to make sense.

When someone with a peanut allergy encounters a peanut

for the first time,

their immune system kicks into overdrive.

In this case, it sees the peanut as a threat.

And it produces antibodies

in anticipation for a future encounter.

So the next time this person eats a peanut,

antibodies activate an immune response

which the person experiences as an allergic reaction.

Scientists aren't sure why some people experience

reactions and others don't.

But they think that early exposure can certainly help

at risk infants.

And luckily, allergies aren't always set in stone.

In a clinical trial earlier this year,

doctors recruited children with peanut allergies.

They gave them a small dose of peanut powder

and slowly increased the dose over time.

Sure enough, the children's immune systems became

accustomed to the powder and nearly all of them

were able to build up a tolerance to it.

This process, called desensitization, is a way of tricking

your immune system.

And it could, if used correctly and safely,

become a way to treat children

who have a mild reaction to peanuts.

And although results have been promising so far,

these treatments are not a cure.

What's more, scientists suspect that genetics

may also play a role in allergy development.

So, before you take matters into your own hands

and start feeding your babies peanuts, talk to a doctor

and make sure that you're in the clear.

After all, like everything in life,

peanuts should be enjoyed in moderation.

Obama Comes Unglued When The Few People Who Showed Up To His Speech Brought Big Surprise - Duration: 2:50.

Former President Barack Obama seems to have lost his political mojo these days.

Last week during stumping for Democrats his voice broke several times and Obama appeared

very agitated in front of the few people who showed up to hear him blather.

In fact, it seems as if even those who voted for him previously are just not that into

the former president these days.

It looks like all his political capital has been used up.

Nowhere was this more apparent than in Florida this last Friday where Obama was heckled numerous

times.

Somehow he twisted his obvious unpopularity into stating that the heckling was the result

of Republicans being frustrated and angry over losing ground in the midterm elections.

The Washington Examiner has more on Obama's alternative reality:

Former President Barack Obama on Friday was heckled several times in a Florida appearance

to help Democrats, and said the heckling shows Republicans are already angry about losing

ground in next week's midterm elections.

"We're OK, we're OK," Obama said after the first heckler interrupted his remarks

in Miami.

"This is what I look forward to, is to have a few hecklers to get me back in the mood,"

he said to cheers.

"It's like I enjoy that.

You always got to have a few in order to know that you're on the campaign trail."

But after another interruption, Obama became more annoyed.

"Here's the deal," he said.

"If you support the other candidate, maybe you should go support the other candidate."

"One of the things I never understood was why if you supported the other guy you'd

come to my rally," he said.

After a third interruption, Obama said the harassment is a sign Republicans are growing

nervous.

"It's an old playbook," he said.

"It's one that the powerful and the privileged turn to whenever control starts slipping away."

"They'll get folks riled up just to protect their power and their privilege, even when

it hurts the country, even when it puts people at risk," Obama said.

"It's as cynical as politics gets," he added.

"But in four days, in four days Florida, you can reject that kind of politics."

He repeated that charge again after a fourth interruption.

"Why is it that the folks that won the last election are so mad all the time?"

Obama asked.

Obama was in Florida to help Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum become the next governor of

the state, and Sen. Bill Nelson defend his Senate seat.

Nelson is down in some polls to current Gov. Rick Scott, and some polls give Gillum a slight

lead over Rep. Ron DeSantis.

Ben & Jerry's Creates Anti-Trump Ice Cream, and It Tastes Like Drama - Duration: 10:49.

launched a new flavor of ice cream and they launched a new flavor every year or

two yeah and it is an anti-trump flavor of ice cream it's it's pretty

interesting stuff I would say what's the flavor called it's called pecan resist

you see clever it's like we can resist yeah you can resist yeah you say

although I didn't make that connection I didn't make we can resist I thought can

resist but not we can resist I had to do like three hours of homework yeah they

made that a little bit more clear not really but but this was getting a

lot of backlash because people are accusing Ben and Jerry of being you know

anti president yes very anti-american seizing on the moment suddenly being

political we're never gonna we're gonna boycott Ben and Jerry we're never gonna

eat this ice cream you know if the people who are getting mad about this

boycott Ben and Jerry they'll probably be a lot better off for it

oh because Ben and Jerry is although it's supposedly they don't use any GMOs

it's still terrible for you it's still ice cream - ice cream until ice cream

went to ice cream like you know don't let your ice cream I don't know if I

want ice cream mixed in my politics you know ice cream sort of be a sort of a

time to forget well I'm something I get mad well then you can't eat Ben and

Jerry's yeah because Ben and Jerry's this is not the first time they've been

political yeah I don't doubt it by it were they from Vermont yeah they're from

Vermont they're they're like ridiculously hippy like they're super

left-wing yeah they had they got the the Jerry Garcia chunk they got Jerry Garcia

sherry Garcia yeah and fish food yeah and I mean

they're way way hippy and way way left this shit like the fact that this

surprised people that part actually surprised me yeah who doesn't know that

about Ben and Jen and Jerry like they had um you know they're always doing

this with flavors they had a while back they had empowerment meant you know yeah

imagine world peace was a flavor in 1987 they had economic crunch hmm you say

yeah crow no I get it um Stephen Colbert who is who is a

left-wing comedian had a met had his own flavor Americone dream I think Jimmy

Fallon had a flavor to like I think honestly I've heard press

PR strategies where they work a Ben & Jerry's flavour into their PR approach

where it is almost on the list of things you can secure as a part of a effort oh

wow not even political but like entertainment wise or movie wise or I

bet you if you look up some of their flavors they're like us maybe a Star

Wars flavor or what are their some of their flavors that are just very media

driven oh I'm I'm smarter on their part fucking brilliant yeah yeah yeah yeah

yeah but aside from that they're still like super political that you know

Barack Obama had a flavor called yes pecan ah yes that oh they're really

leaning on that pecan a yeah yeah that was that was back in 2009 Bernie Sanders

of course had a flavor or 2016 called Bernie's yearning so Bernie's yearning

okay yeah so why why are people hating on these guys who are famous for being

hippies and famous for doing this thing and they've been doing it since they've

been doing this since at least the 80s I think because I mean and I'm all for it

I love it although I'm not a big fan of pecans in general but I think because

when you talk about the resistant resistance movement in this context

there is a strong amount of people a strong amount who would point this

resistance directly at the president yeah it I think in their statement they

said this is aimed at the president they're not pulling any punches right so

this is a sort of a you could maybe classify this as a negative campaign

where as opposed to what's all those other lists I feel like sound like

positive even Barack Obama yes pecan all right they're not taking

anybody down they're not saying don't do anything they're bringing things up and

this it's a it's a direct it's a direct criticism of current sitting president

that's fair well I I saw a lot of chatter on this and people were saying

this is gonna ruin Ben & Jerry's that's just not gonna not true that is not

gonna happen not I look this up and I can't get it verified cuz it sounds

crazy to me but it could be true these guys collectively worth fifty eight

billion dollars that is billion with a B I think they're both dead no they're not

no they're very their life yeah they started reading

juries in 78 so it was about been injuries right exactly somebody have a

heart attack though or like I feel like one of them had real health issues maybe

but they're still very alive there's still philanthropist 2016 they were both

arrested in at a thing in DC for like protesting good for their male they're

very into this yeah this is exactly the fact that people are pushing back on

this is probably what they want you're not gonna fool Ben and Jerry and they're

58 billion dollars oh my god I'm sure that they are wiping their tears away

with all of this cash cash money just just PhD diplomas and just wiping

them away that's interesting they might be worth more than the President himself

I didn't even think about that well I don't think of these guys as being great

because the companies called Ben and Jerry's you associated with them money

but that's a company so maybe the company's worth 50 billion but is a

difference you know 50 billion a worth 50 billion and what their individual and

net worth is different well I get right and that would assumes that they

liquidate and all that but the same could be said for Trump yeah Trump Trump

is a come a Trump aney if you will a trumpety a okay so I just why doesn't

Trump mate trumpets good call I mean makes everything else why wouldn't you

make the Trump trumpet the trumpet this is the best trumpet Miles Davis

would have played this trumpet that's pretty there has never been a better

trumpet in the history of trumpets never as a better whatever trumpeted no

collusion because it would blow

you've redeemed yourself I know that's what I do

nice so just for fun just for the hell of it because I love doing this show

with you guys and you know love doing of alloyed and zach and and you out there

this this is just fun like the rest of the show from here on out is just kind

of us having fun not that we weren't before but we don't have to get too

heady about it I looked on the internet and I found some fake Ben & Jerry's

flavors fake yeah they don't exist one of them exists but it we'll get to that

and I kind of wanted to just you know show me them let's do it okay we've got

a toothpaste and orange juice there I could you believe that doesn't bother me

I'd do that that's disgusting serial killer no I also like cilantro I like

cilantro I mean I'm into Mexican food too much dude no whitewash to Mexican

food needs cilantro period yeah period what else we got we got cherry Potter in

the heavenly marshmallows I'm into that one yeah Kelly really like that one cuz

she's a big Harry Potter fan we got a badass dough yeah that's a good one

we got the swirl with the dragon cashews oh very very current yeah way into it

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo exactly mm exactly we got sweaty balls yeah

what's up from sweaty balls that is a sketch from Saturday Night Live allergy

Haldeman's sketch by the way this was actually this was actually a real flavor

was it really yes they actually released this one and they got a ton of pushback

because they loved the sketch and they loved Alec Baldwin again Alec Baldwin

very left yeah um and it got a ton of pushback it was a limit it was a limited

batch anyway as it says right there on the lid

you know I deal with so many sweaty balls exactly way too many Schweddy

Balls so whose balls are sweaty right now but yeah this this band yeah yeah so

anyway Midwestern moms were pushing back and they haven't brought the Schweddy

Balls back but man Alec Baldwin did release a statement

at the time and I loved it he said yeah these these something like these

Midwestern moms should go try a flavor called go fudge yourself Hey yeah there

you go mr. Baldwin I just watched that bear movie with Alec Baldwin in it last

night Alec Baldwin and Sir Anthony Hopkins I think it's called the edge or

the ledge where they kill that giant grizzly bear I'm offended personally

attack I'm so sorry oh my god and then of course we have

human centipede

easily the best flavor easily easily it's a sorbet it's more of a sore but

really it's it has to grow on you it's light and you know it leaves your mouth

tangy oh yeah to be fair tried it once tasted like shit okay okay let's laugh

at some really really really bad political ads this is gonna be a really

good time so it'sit's 2018 we're about midterm elections are next week and I

thought this would be a great time to do a final segment in our show where we

find just some of the worst around the country laughing and just laugh at these

are all real these are all real now when you look at them as a comedy piece you

may not get much out of it yeah but when you look at them as this was meant to be

taken seriously and and get and get votes this is what somebody really

honestly thought was gonna swing their base the most like they are they are

there it's not someone's facebook video this is well produced like a a group of

people had to look at these videos and go yeah this is good this is what a

think tank came up with this is a good idea no this is this is gonna be fun

well let's get rid of that so oh shoot I lost oh no no okay get rid of he can

resist here we go so this is Brian Kemp he was running for governor of Georgia

and this was his this was his primary video I'm Brian Kim oh my god Jake

young man interested in one of my daughters yes sir Jake gasps while I was

running for governor I said one cap government spending to take a chainsaw

to regulations three make Georgia number one

for small business into things if you go on date one of my daughter's respect and

a healthy appreciation for the Second Amendment sir

Innovative Recruiting Manager Work for a company that will SUPPORT YOU to LEAD, Implement a Vision. - Duration: 3:40.

Hello recent orcs with nor some talent

So today I'm posting a new role, but I'm kind of excited about because it's all about animation in recruiting. Hello, that's me

But yes, so the role is in Sioux Falls South Dakota or can be in northwest, Iowa

which is my stomping ground so I could talk all day long about this, but

So when I recruit for recruiting or HR roles, I think well

I work for this company and I silent kind of judge about that and the answer to that is absolutely yes

And I thought I'd share a few reasons

why I would say that number one is

They are five steps ahead. Not only on the HR point

Aspects all over the board, but also in a business. So first of all from a recruiting standpoint,

if you feel stifled if you feel like you can never do anything outside the box one because of time or because

Leaders, maybe it's maybe it's your HR generalist. I mean, I'm just gonna say not only to our people are very innovative

But regardless you are not able to implement new

technologies

ideas that don't involve technologies this company is

Going to support you. If you go to them with the strategy and a plan behind it

They will let you do things that you never thought any company would let you do if it makes sense

the other thing about being five steps ahead this company is

Ahead of their competition. There's just about 70 years old, but you would never know it

There can they continue to grow?

Their business has maybe I don't like the numbers are specifically I won't share here

But I know their HR team has like quadrupled in the last five years

so by the way, that means tons of growth for you and it doesn't have to be just in recruiting so

That's that's one reason. So those are probably the big reasons why I say I want to work for this company

But in addition, you know when I was talking to the HR director about the role

You know, this role does have a couple people I think three people roof reporting to it

She said I've never worked for and what did she say?

she said something about and have it in the the kind of the ad hello, but I

feel so blessed to work for this company and I don't think I've ever worked for a company that has people so dedicated and

They're so passionate. So I think those couple factors are the reasons that really stuck out to me that I'm like wow

this company is is

somewhere where people are really gonna want to work for and such and last thing I think that would really make sense and resonate with

Recruiters they're recruiting managers is that they really want you to lead and lead a vision

So by the way, you need to think about that because not all recruiters want to you know?

Take it to the end and lead but you will be recruiting but only like really leadership roles

So you'll be bringing together and leading a team and partnering with the business leaders and getting their buy-in

You got to be great at that. So anyways, that's more about the role

You can click below to really read the detailed and kind of innovative ad that I did below

please apply if you're interested reach out to myself Amy Marcia's the other recruiter on it right now and so

We will be looking to fill it as soon as possible

But we will not fill it until we have an a player and that's a commitment with the organization

So Teresa nor Smith nor some talent

This is how I recruit I recruit across the country

But please follow me or connect with me on the different Soto social media challenges. I always say challenges instead of

Channels, but you know what, I mean? All right. Have a great day. Bye. Bye
