Youtube daily an Nov 1 2018

The US Cyber Command has launched an offensive against Russia.

The New York Timer reported that the American Cyber Command has launched its first operation against Russia.

According to the newspaper, the brave star-and-striped boys have entered into something like communications

with the intent to convince "the Russian hackers" to stop that notorious "interference into the US internal affairs".

It has been less than a week since I have recorded a video about the prevailing mood in the American military.

If you remember, in that material I suggested that the Americans would look for pretexts for a confrontation with Russia via cyber warfare.

Many in the American military believe that their country does not make enough effort to counter the cyber threat.

Naturally, they do not specify who exactly poses a threat for the US in the cyber space, but we do remember

that in the West every tea kettle screams about "the Russian hackers".

It appears my prediction have turned true. Here is a fresh article in a leading American newspaper.

Let us take a closer look at what The New York Times says in its article titled "US begins its first cyberoperation against Russia aimed at protecting elections".

"The United States Cyber Command is targeting individual Russian operatives to try to deter them from spreading disinformation

to interfere in elections, telling them that American operatives have identified them and are tracking their work".

The new American campaign, according to these officials, is aimed at both oligarch-funded hacking groups

and Russian intelligence operatives who are part of Moscow's disinformation campaign" - states the article in The New York Times.

What do you think of this turn of events? Our citizens have reacted as expected - by trolling.

"The American Cyber Command begins a special operation against the Prigozhin's trolls. That is what true success looks like - when a superpower starts a cyberwar against you".

"Have you received a massage form the US Cyber Command yet?"

It is funny but according to The New York Times, 'the first cyber operations" is nothing more than communications with God knows who.

At the same time, the Defense officials would not say how many operatives they were targeting, and whether the direct messages were delivered in an email, a chat or some other electronic intervention.

Senior defense officials insist they are not directly threatening the operatives. Still, the officials said anyone singled out would know,

based on the United States government's actions against other Russian operatives, that they could be indicted or targeted with sanctions.

Considering an extensive experience the Anglo-Saxons have in false flag operations, I would not be at all surprised if mentioned by The New York Times "cyberteams"

dispatched to Ukraine, Macedonia and Montenegro actually fake the activity of "the Russian hackers". This might be done to provide support for unsubstantiated lies about Russia.

After all, the US likely have taken into account the experience of their British allies who wet their pants but failed to present any evidence of "the Russian interference".

In the UK, there has been a confrontation between the government and the Parliament.

The stumbling block was the issue of "fake news" and the apprehension on the part of the British lawmakers that Russia had interfered in the Brexit campaign.

I want to remind you that the Parliament has cooked up an anti-Russian report that asserted "the Russian interference".

However, in three months the cabinet has examined the reports and refused to follow most of the recommendations.

The main point in the government's response - at this time, there is no evidence of successful interference from foreign states or organizations in the internal affairs of Great Britain.

The purpose of that "cyberoperation" praised by The New York Times might be precisely to concoct ahead of time "evidence", which could be later used to accuse Russia and justify aggression against us.

If my hypothesis is correct, then after the November US elections we will be witnessing a renewed barrage of anti-Russian accusations and heightened Russophobic hysteria.

Nature for Depression: An Outdoors Treatment Option | Koaw Nature - Duration: 4:00.

Walt Whitman, a man who dealt with depression,

once wrote:

"But are not exercise

and the open air within the reach of us all?"

Worldwide, more than 300 million people

suffer from depression,

where depression is the leading cause of disability.

More and more, scientists and health professionals

are promoting an easily accessible

and free treatment opportunity for depression—

nature.

[♪ theme music]

[footsteps crunching]

[birds singing]

[insects chirping]

Depression's lead me to some dark places in my life.

[♪ calming music]

It's only been my reconnection with the outdoors,

with nature, with plants and animals

that I've been able to find a mental balance

and seek happiness.

When I'm feeling down

and I'm having a really down day,

I like to go to a river,

a lake, a pond, to the ocean.

It just relaxes me.

I believe that not enough of us

are taking advantage of a free and abundant medication.

It's all around us—

all we need to do is just step into it.

[♪♪]

Some restorative effects

of a simple outdoors-walk in the woods

can be explained by Attention Restoration Theory or ART.

When outdoors in the woods,

or staring at a sunset

or admiring a glimmering lake,

our involuntary attention is modestly activated

which allows for directed-attention mechanisms

the opportunity to be restored

thus improving cognitive abilities like

short-term memory and even mood.

Urban environments capture our directed-attention

with stimulation like traffic, advertisements,

and other distractions,

making these urban settings less restorative than natural ones.

We spend so much time in traffic

or in front of a smartphone or a television—

It has only been a blink of a moment

in human evolution that we've had this technology

that has warped how we go about our days

And research shows,

whether we suffer from depression or not,

that we humans need to get outdoors

at least every now and again

to listen to the birds, to the water,

to smell the rain and the trees,

to reset and be healthier—

to reconnect with what is in our blood—

what our ancestors have been

surrounded by through the millennia.

We are all of unique minds with different compositions and capabilities,

and how we treat depression varies as well.

Some 37% of adults in the U.S.

do not receive any treatment for their depression.

[river flowing]

I believe most all of us should give a chance

to a simple walk along a path with greenery.

That's part of the reason I created Koaw Nature—

I need to be interacting with nature for my health.

I would not be able to control my depression

without being among the other animals and plants

of our world for a period of time each day or week

to get away from my computer work

and the other temptations of technology.

[♪]

It's easy to find a trail in the woods,

or a bench near a lake—

or even a park with some squirrels nearby.

[stone skipping on water]

Being outdoors is a chance for a type of freedom.

Thanks for watching.

And please subscribe for free.

Spread some knowledge. Be nature-heroic.

Ready For An 8-Bit Halloween Game? - Halloween Forever (Playstation 4) [First Impressions] - Duration: 17:04.

That's my thing

Excuse me, I will die man. No lights left and off-screen to him to die. All right

What's up everybody, I'm Kona side and welcome to my first impressions video of Halloween forever for the PlayStation 4

So Halloween forever is an 8-bit

Platformer just like I like him and I got a free key from the developers of this game

So first of all, thanks a lot my friends for the opportunity

And if you know me

You know how much I love old-school

Platformer just like this with a killer soundtrack - so I was super excited when I got a freaky so we're gonna jump right in

so without further view

Let's do this right away, we have the choice between two characters, basically

Santa Claus and

Pumpkin ad guy let's get spooky. My friends get spooky level 1 forgotten symmetry. Alright

Oh No, you're shooting in the art that is not cool man not good, okay double jump double jump

No sliding though. Only two buttons of cartoon since I'm a sucker right there. All right

I died. I was listen to the soundtrack man

This is freakin good, dude

So the controls are not

Are not bad at all actually so you can probably do something like that

like drop of the edge and use your double jump a little bit like also platformers and

You have to

Basically, okay

You need to get used a little bit new controls for sure I'm used to like all the run button in the old-school Mario

Games for sure and this one you cannot do that because it's eating your double jump basically, so you cannot hold our job

So that's good to know

To enter a door there

The trip there's like

More weapons I guess so right so there's no wrong button actually

There's no I was on there off-screen spikes right there

It's alright. It's alright

Now we know right I love the art side. I love the art style

This is the first thing that caught my eyes are really when I I was checking for

in the 40 game like basic gameplay videos and stuff like that that

Is really cool so far exactly what I wanted to play tonight here

So I'm taking on PlayStation 4 right now just so you guys know I cannot kill that guy

Let's take the art there's a door at the bottom - so he says - I'd like multiple class

Which is pretty cool. So let's take this door

Birds now

Is there any even stuff like in regards destroying the environment what dude stop

This is freaking unfair man

Okay, you need to learn the power I was almost there - you only one alt

For the boss. I was almost there all the way to the beginning. I

Seems to got a room - at the top of the screen right now

so not sure there's any collectibles or stuff like that but seems like it right six like it I

Love this soundtrack so far. It's really good really good. This is really good

Okay, so you can destroy the block there exactly

What I I was searching for there's a beautiful trophy secret keeper so we discovered a secret

This is really cool

And this this was the rules I was talking before to you

Seems like you have weird symbols in it. Not sure what that means. That's about

Okay, so when you hit em go berserk a little bit

This is what we do my friends this is what we do beat chance' make a maniac

I love the trophy name still you three good man

Look at that making progress

But cruncher right there

What is that dude what is that?

These are something at the bottom why okay

There's a door get another bus daddy no, it's not a boss why the door are different

They need to be more careful for sure we we have known lies left

What is that my college was a tournament permanent upgrade or something like that, but I guess not but it's that

What

Rescue bar did not grow. Okay

What is going on that

What am I stupid by shooting little what is going on

Nothing dare let's go

This one is not destroyable

Come what dude

I'm having a blast. This is exactly what I wanted to play delight to you. Just a relaxing game at least for me

Our relaxing game beautiful soundtrack, and I'm dead just like that game over. Please try again

But that is ours too. Okay, so there's different option right there

you have the 99 lives option, but it disable the trophies so we won't do that friendly continue does not to

One HP seems art core for now. So friendly continues. Let's see how exactly it works

Working punking man. Shall I have a new face? Okay

Let's that's right. The button not drill then. Oh

It's all over again man all over again. It seems like there's

Probably something like white stage or something like that

And you lose everything basically

You need to do it all over again, but at least the soundtrack is freakin good man

I'm not even mad

There you go easy-peasy this pattern is really easy the only Patty's right there

Or second bus just like that

All right, this one was really easy actually super easy boss

Level two

The new enemies new soundtrack new every day, this is cool man

And some track in this stage is

Need to be careful at the splash attack of the stealth and that's falling the right there

Am I supposed to

Like that

Seems like I was

walking on tiene Artie

He'll kill by that not sure what that means

What did I did something good, I guess but what it is what it is

It seems like if there's less paths in this one assure

but is that

What come on? Alright, I was supposed to know that

Seems unfair the new option is basically to have like less finishing flight checkpoint

Which I really enjoyed this is really cool. Actually, at least it gives you the option to

To make the the game a little bit less hard or at least not more but punishing

That is reflected

And if you just want to experience the game you can put and

99 lives to

What oh

It's very fast now

To be a little bit more careful now careful careful

Sneak a little it there. There you go. There you go easy easy once again be green

Hydra a right? Oh, there's a door there. Let's go into the door

Mario really the twelve now. All right

Nintendo probably copyright the trunk now that's for sure

I always expecting death from here. So that's it's all good. It's all good

No secret path, there are right continue continue

Sometimes you can like wall jump or Nothing wall jump that like stand on things that you

Don't expect to be able to stand on basically, so you need to be careful to you

I'm gonna die right sugars. No extra heart there that will come in handy for sure

That was the stache attack I was talking about earlier

Everything is off-screen. Everything's kill me off-screen, man

Speed strap right there. Dude. Stop has one dare to

Stop

I

Don't think it's fun. Yeah, actually a new one art now

Ooh

I was lucky on that farm. All right, mister exactly what we needed. All right, I feel confident now

That the boss probably passed right

By my doing why am I doing that just it gets funny know what I mean? I just think it's funny

Okay, is that your pattern now

Once again, not too bad man

There you go without being a help to beat red devil, all right, let's do this view

Level three mystic runes Oh what the soundtrack is beautiful Wow

It sounds like it was made by the the original NES board to you

That sound ship man

Okay, okay

It's nothing on the lab, let's go I'm really enjoying this so far to be honest

There's something out there I'm not sure

maybe there's a special character that

You you can like triple jump or even climb wall

That's my

Excuse

Okay

Getting a little bit more difficult for sure

Can I kill him I

Will die man no lights left and off-screen want to die. All right. Oh,

my god

It's getting brutal man. I love this

So this is it for my first impressions video of Halloween forever for the PlayStation 4. I hope you enjoyed it

So it's a pretty cool game with a killer soundtrack

Graphics, the art style is really cool. The controls are really simple, but it works

You know what? I need it works and it's really cheap. It's like five bucks on the PlayStation Store

So if you wanna make bit experience with a cool soundtrack, like I said go for it man. This is an awesome game

So if you have any question regarding the game, let me know the comments section below

I will answer every

comments for this game and don't forget to hit the like button and subscribe to the channel to see more content like this and thank

How To Draw an Awesome Cute Mummy Trex for Halloween (any time of the year) - Duration: 36:58.

Mwahahahaha!

And you thought Dinosaurs were scary, wait until you see a mummified Dinosaur

on this very belated Halloween video, but hey... every day can be Halloween

MWAHAHAHA!!!

g'day there folks I'm Beanie, your watching Beanie draws

and I'm coming at you once again with another Halloween styled video but these videos I am going to

try my best to make them as unedited as possible yeah this didn't remain all

that unedited I may have to edit a few little bits here and there just for

the sake of timing and such but I want to try and get some relatively unedited

videos going because it is inktober it's also Halloween and I want to try and get as many

videos out as possible the more videos I can get done they take a while to edit so if

I don't have to edit them much all the better, um, I'm trying to go for a a, um, zombie

no not a zombie we've already done a zombie going for a mummified t-rex I'm kind of

roughing out a bit of a shape right now kind of treating it like it's clay, um, forming

different shapes because I have absolutely no idea at the moment how

it's gonna look when it's finished but my zombified one looked pretty good so I

am going to just assume this is gonna look good so I'm basically what I'm

doing is I'm not doing any like circles like I normally do

I'm just kind of laying out lines

cuz I kind of got an idea of how I see this in my brain I'm not gonna commit to

Inc just yet obviously that's gonna take a little while but I am kind of placing

down all these different random lines until I kinda I'm like yeah I like where

that lines landed so that's kind of what I'm doing right now and like I say to my

other zombified one this is kind of like a preview of or not really a previous

just like practice for when I eventually can live stream because yeah I have one

megabyte per second upload speed and for all those of you who don't live in

Australia probably have a hundred megabytes per second upload speed so you

can do your streaming of your games I can't do that

so yeah I'm just basically recording live videos and then waiting forever

filmed upload I all miss want hmm

now it's meant to be it's meant to be a mummy so if I don't want it to be too

animated in the hand and when I say animated obviously it's not going to be

animated but you know I wanted to have some expression if I had an editor I'd

probably do these a little bit more in the vein of of droid Jazza but I'm just

doing these just roughly quickly cuz I I want to do it's getting close to

Halloween and I didn't really do much for Halloween last year

wels October and well I've already made videos about you know how it was wasn't

exactly the best year last year or they started this year try to make the best

of what I could but you know things got in the way life got in the way and I

couldn't really I didn't really have the emotional energy to you know get the

videos that I wanted to get out done so I've done an in-depth tour tutorial

which I finally you know I finally feel like I'm back in fighting force so that

is why I want to try and get as many of these cool little fellas out for

Halloween and inktober i say I've gots my little

foot coming up I'm liking how that foots going

just doing some rough little padding I also gotta be careful not to cover my

drawing with my hand I know that's a problem that I've had in the past

but I'm liking that foot so I'm going I'm always kind of imagining it as if

it's in motion so I do have a little bit of a background in animation and I've

studied animation and I loved Disney and all that kind of stuff so I am basically

just kind of drawing this as if it was already in motion and animating and

trying to imagine how the body looks when it's in animated mode and you know

if you watch them Pixar movies especially you know all the exaggerated

movements that they make so I'm kind of going for that style I work on their

foot a bit more later but for now I kind of wanna the head is belly in frame but

I kind of want to see if I can make the head a little bit smaller perhaps

sometimes I have to pause just to think how I want the head to go okay sorry I

kind of want to give him a big nose and the other trouble with doing these

unedited videos is you gotta kind of unless I just do this as a time lapse

but you know I know some of you will want to watch how I actually did it

might do a series of time lapses maybe in among these uploads we'll see how it

go but I'm basically getting the layout of the head I don't like that lump there

get rid that lump game bridge that bit of news don't need that nose anymore

it's a mummy he doesn't need to breathe a lot of him is gonna be covered in

sheets anyway so I'm just kind of getting a gauge of where the sheets and

the what he calls the fabric or whatever it is stuff that makes his lung be a UH

a mummy a mummy all those sheets and rags and torn off bits are

gonna wear they're gonna fall that's not bad kind of one kind of what it's math

to be kind of cute so you can say that I've started I started drawing it down

there but not you know I wouldn't have to mess up a little bit and I'm actually

gonna draw a little droopy tongue I don't know I want the tribute unveiled I

want to drape your tongue there because this is in pencil it doesn't matter if I

actually draw two droopy tongues and then I can kind of when I get closer to

finishing of the piece I can sort of decide if it works better therefore

works better here or indeed if it works better here it might almost work better

there or maybe he's eating it ate octopus for all we know but for now

we'll see how that goes do mummies actually have drooping out tongues I

know zombies do I don't actually do it drop your tongue on my zombie that was a

missed opportunity I'm also gonna do a playlist I'll probably suggest it up

here somewhere I'm probably doing one playlist of Halloween themed cartoons

and just drawings in general and a playlist for my inktober Dino

towba little drawings so I'm kind of going with that kind of style do I want

to give him spikes coming out of his body I don't know

is that how I want to work it you know what after working it for a little while

I don't like that tongue so we're not gonna bother with that see as you draw

other bitch can kind of gather how you like it I'm kind of like I kind of like

it you know sort of they in the back of the

corner of the mouth so I think I will go there so I think that will be cute

there's a whole whole idea behind these you know Halloween is know for the most

part anyway Halloween I don't think is really meant to be all that dark and

serious I mean yet obviously it some people like really

really dark scary Halloween's but a lot of us just like to have fun with

Halloween especially me I like to get a little bit kooky and repeat like um the

monsters yeah the muck the early monsters movie and they're like the old

old old Addams Family shows when they're all in black and white and yeah they're

fun they're fun and camp just like the old Batman I mean I think TV shows like

I'm not that old but I think TV shows from like the 60s

and that were just more fun they weren't taking themselves so seriously it is

that speaking of just talking about TV series when you put in the comments

below what your favorite old-style cartoon or old style no sirree I didn't

Siri why did you come on go away see I can't activate my Siri by going

hey Siri or whatever it is but it will come on when I don't want it to come on

thanks so that's into interfering with my videos there

Apple sucks let's not start that argument

I've already been watching a lot of tech channels and all the drama going on with

the iPhones and the androids and all left and I'm just like bro I just want

to draw dinosaurs although we do in a little community we do have our own

little controversy of not enough feathers there's minor feathers or

whether Spinosaurus walked on two feet or 4 feet which I've already covered

fairly extensively but looking at really granted in this one but as you can see

I've crafted out my little bias walk it he looks cool just like that as its own

little you know creature design but now I want to put in some of these bandages

that's what I was looking for bandage see an ad language and actually some of

these bandages going through I think that actually the bandages the spikes

could probably get in the way of the bandages but well we shall see

put a bandaged line around there maybe we'll have a bandage around there

bandage there and of course I'm gonna be inking this up first I got to decide

where my little bandage is gonna go now that I finally know that's called

bandages oh my god how did I not know that

and I kind of want to go slightly over the top but not completely over the top

of these bandages chances are I'll be talking about the bandage if I say

bandage enough I'll remember to say bandages but for now I'm just kind of

deciding where I think these curves and as you can see I'm kind of drawing these

curves and cross lines and just the lines themselves to the contours of its

little body and I'd like to sort of you can like you can see how I'm drawing the

lines kind of underneath some of the lines and that makes it look like that

the bandages are laying you just have like little line there little line there

the problem though is I'm getting a little bit overboard with the lines like

you can see I've been doing really messing with my lines cuz I like to

sketch it out and rough it out like that but there is potential lead the danger

of making your work a little bit too messy to the point where you kind of

confuse yourself or at least I can fuse myself sometimes so that's why you want

to try to avoid but still it's pencil so it's not the end of the world and I do

want to ink this up again inktober curious to know whether people will

still be watching these videos after inktober and after Halloween because you

know for me for someone like me who's grown up in the goth scene and growing

up in the industrial rock scene you know I I'd like to think that

Halloween can be all the time sometimes I go from little tangents and I'm gonna

put a little little oh man it's got messy up here it's got a really mess up

you know it's not too shadowy sometimes it gets a little bit shadowy and my

lighting gets a little bit off so if it's kind of hard to see right now I

apologize again trying to keep this quick and rough I'll make a bandage say

yeah and I think do I want this eye to be I

don't want it to be like oh yeah well having a glowing red I actually don't

know how that's going to work in ink but I probably will do a slight coloring at

the end because it's bandages it's not gonna be totally um you don't have to

worry about too much better give it like a nice just glowing red I just gonna put

some the lines around there just to kind of remind myself that's meant to be a

glowing eye the tongue is good I'm gonna keep the tooth over the tongue I'm gonna

keep a hole there for the bandage that works don't have to have bandages all

over the dinosaur and I'm gonna have some of the bandages like kind of

drooping so maybe that bandage goes over that other bandage underneath so if it

goes under that might work a bit better it's almost like it's a tiger t-rex and

let me know in the comments below if you like these little cartoon t-rexes

because I really love doing them they're fun and I was planning on drawing it I

will soon but I think this is gonna come out before the other idea but um I am

going to be doing a vampire Dilophosaurus and I'm quite excited to

draw that so half the time I'm not even fully thinking about where these drapes

and bandages there go yeah I forgot where

these bandages are gonna go but um it was kind of clunking them in without too

huge care it's also like rent yes like such a mangled mess of lines so I

apologize if you actually do want to follow along this will make a lot more

sense once the ink is down and hopefully I don't mess it up gonna put a bandage

actually in between the toes I think that will work

so I've done a line in between and then let this to cover that bandage doesn't

matter if you draw over some the other toes cuz you can just do that and then

I'll draw the bandages coming around the foot yes that works that works I like it

I like it this is working quite well I'm liking this this new lease of life of

art that I've got after living with so much anxiety for the last couple of

months well actually last few years really being a bit of a rough been a bit

of a rough year or two so it's nice to let loose and unwind and kind of relax

finally sometimes you just want to you know relax and have some fun and that is

what we're doing so I I also saw in one my other comments where my followers he

unfortunately or she unfortunately lost their job which was you know sad and bad

news to hear I'm sure they'll find another job soon enough

but the fact that they said that this was a nice distraction for them and

really that's kind of what I asked really what that the whole point of this

channel is about like I don't really do this for the views

well like it will do for the views and will do for the subscribers but like you

know I am happy to get whatever views and subscribers that I get I don't make

a big song and dance about you know how many like if I'm not getting enough

doesn't bother me too much what I do it for but the reason why I love doing

these drawings and doing these videos is I just love hearing the stories like you

know how I've made a positive impact cuz that's basically what I want to do with

my life really just make people happy I know how you know how much of a struggle

my life is bein and sometimes you just want to de-stress relax and have a nice

distraction from the from the harsh world sorry that is the point of what I

do distracting you sometimes Mar just

distracts myself and that is why I do what I do so if you like that - I really

appreciate you and I hope you enjoying this if you are give it a big old smash

of likes if you haven't subscribed already

I don't know what you're doing you should probably hit that subscribe

button then talking like I'm up myself there then I fear if you're new here and

you just like when I've watched a few videos like I don't subscribe to people

right away I usually na check out a couple of their videos you want to watch

like say B maybe five or so videos before you kind of get the gist of if

you think yeah yeah I think I think I'm gonna enjoy sticking sticking around for

this channel so you know if you've watched a few of my videos and you like

this and you you know you want to stay around I'd really pre hit that subscribe

but you know on the same token if you just want to watch if you don't feel

like subscribing but enjoy watching this because on the other I will go on a

slight tangent but I have noticed that once I've subscribed to channels that I

really likes like I've seen a few of their videos recommended once I am

subscribed to the channel I stopped getting the the videos recommended so

sometimes I'm like well if I'm if I subscribe I might look at some of the

videos so I sometimes don't subscribe just so I can see their videos it's a

problem with YouTube but anyway enough of that we're going to move on to the

ink side of things now alright I'm back and I've got myself some ink pens

because it wouldn't be inktober without some ink going on might also hear that

there's some birds outside there's not much I can really do about that so we're

just gonna have to enjoy them as some background music it's gonna fix up a few

of these little bandages as we forgot what they are called before but now we

are going to do some ink äj-- got the point one the point three and the point

eight start off for the point one usually the best one stuff with there's

a point three and like the other ink drawing I did the other day I'm just

gonna sort of ease into it and also my pain is costing a lot of shadow which is

kind of annoying we'll just have to deal with the light that we've got I'm just

gonna ink in bits and pieces so much like my drawing style as you saw

previously my inking style kind of guys all over the place basically because I

like to put in bits and pieces just for proportions and see where things need to

be built up it's not typically a meant to draw well there are no real rules to

drawing but generally people just you know they stick to one area sometimes I

do that just depends how I feel but I'm also thinking I don't know if this is

gonna be more of a comedy graphic book style probably in the same vein as my

zombie that's what it was I had to remember there for a moment this may

actually end up is just a time lapse if you're wondering what pins these are

their uni pin fineliners I stink they're pretty common around the world but if

not I'll try to remember to put a link down I'll try not to cover what

I'm drawing while I'm drawing it cuz I know that's a problem that I sometimes

have so when I recorded this part I was trying to figure out things of what to

say while in king and king is an incredibly long process to do so while I

was hoping to make this part informative when I was talking about it you're not

really missing out on much so unless you really want to see the slow rambling

version of this which if you do leave down in comments below I might just make

that a they are private or an unlisted video otherwise you probably just enjoy

this is nothing really you're missing out on in terms of information and I've

zoomed in enough so you can actually see what I'm doing and don't forget if you

want to see this slowed down you can always slow it down in your YouTube

player as well so keep that in mind but until it gets of coloring section enjoy

this little bit of time-lapse

it's time to start coloring in this little bad boy

for this we're not gonna be using much in terms of color basically it's gonna

be keeping it that maybe a little bit of a brown for the bandages we've also got

a bit of grey and for the skin it's mostly just gonna be greens and greens

these are faber castell I went to town about talking about my love for faber

castell they're no sponsor hopefully one day they shall be for now I just enjoy

using their products and we're going to basically be having bits of dinosaur

green popping out through bits of beige well I want to have like bits of um

docile popping out so probably like so we definitely have some grain here so

we've got that bit of green bit of green there gonna be a green in there as well

now that's gonna be bandaged that's a good thing about having it in super a

light layer of lid and you don't have to worry about too much LED going down so

I'm gonna put a little bit of green there I think we'll probably have a

slither of green in there we're gonna have green and that's but yes he'll of

green in that spot and a little bit of grain popping up in there

yeah some green showing up through the toe that too is gonna be mostly green

and some green in there cuz we don't have any bandaged lines they're safe to

make it a little bit dark around the spots I might leave that leg completely

bandaged up we're gonna have the arm and the body green around there green in the

arms and the hands and green and the fingers actually darken up some of the

areas that I'm happy to have green now look how fast my hands going right now I

mean damn that's right I also wanted to do the eye as a glowing red

we just want a light layer surrounding the bandage and then a dark make it dark

around there and I do want some glowing orange in there bit of glowing red there

yep that's good then we're gonna get out darker green and just put in some

shadows shadow up in there this is the dark green so we don't want the greens

to be like black or whatever I don't even know if I'll put up the black layer

in there I may well we'll see you can see I'm

using this green as a bit of a shudder put some shadow under the fingers in

between the twos so you know I mean I'm gonna put it a bit of green in there

gonna make this a little bit more vivid green but now I'm going to use a bit of

yellowy Brown and I'm just gonna go in very lightly around the edges sometimes

in the corner so you can get some shading going on in there

basically just use this it's kind of like a shutter maybe a little bit of an

outer edge there definitely some shadows I've been there you want to keep it

light very around these spots a bit of a brown in that spot down here it can be a

little bit more shadowy and then I'm gonna put a little bit of the brownie in

the between there cuz that's a bit of a shadowy spot we have a shadowy spot

there and I go from dark and then light so I was good to have like a little bit

shadow sometimes you need the lines I mean it's not a huge amount of color but

it's just that little bit of you I'm actually starting to think that a bit of

brown can actually work in the shadows as well so I'll do that once I've

finished putting some of this baiji brownie yellow in there so don't want

too much of the green dye so just want a little bits of it popping

and the more I look at that the more I want a little bit of purple want more

purples or what more blue maybe I'll do a combination the birth around there

along these spikes and now let's put a little bit of purple in there oh there

you go that purple will really help get that

vividness in there gives it that a little bit of a cartoony vibe that you

want went a little bit outside the lines but sometimes you could be lucky enough

to actually a raise if ya see if you haven't gone too hard on the pressure in

some of those areas you can laced with Faber Castell anyway you can actually

erase some of the coloring that's not the reason why I like to favor car sell

if you mess up a little bit you do have a little bit of leeway and now we're

gonna get back to this that's a race a little bit of that which we can I'm

gonna put some grain in there see if the green works a bit better yeah okay I've

seen that works better put a bit of black in there and whoa got the Black

and Liezel do the nails claws that seems to be working pretty well put in a nice

little red tongue in there I was tempted to make the tongue a little bit green

but I'm not sure I didn't actually know what would happen if he mix red with

grain thing it gives you a bit of a brown color you know what let's live

dangerously let's try let's see what happens if you

put a bit of green in there it doesn't make it look sick but I guess you know

mummies are not exactly among the world of the living so it's not that

far-fetched to make it a bit of a green sick tongue and won't matter I'm

actually just gonna chuck in some little scales in there just cuz I can and

sometimes I like to add a few little scales like this because why not it's a

little bit of extra depth and detail I think it's also something that um Pixar

do as well they have little bits of especially with the dinosaurs I had like

little things like that it's very subtle subtlety is key unless you're a

Brachiosaurus or a t-rex that likes to jump on things in which case subtlety

doesn't really go in your nature kind of almost want to find something a little

bit darker than that good put some little splotches but I'm definitely

putting these little bits of brown around the edges because they work as an

less subtle bit of shadow I think we need to do a little bit more with the

eye actually because with the white part it didn't really I don't know it needs a

little bit of don't think we really need too much black in here so yeah repeat

after me and emphasis on the oh hey stuff yeah it's looking all right kids

in Australians we don't really say all right what we do but satirically fun if

you want to say all right like an Aussie go oh yeah it's all right I'll just add

it a little bit of black shading even I said I wasn't going to it's looking cute

there I like him I want to try and get these out as stickers to think that

would be pretty gnarly fun fact they are available as of

stickers now and as t-shirts link down in the description below and then I'm

just gonna give him some yellow teeth cuz you know tarsals don't brush their

teeth a little bit in there makes it kind of makes it more look like he's got

gold teeth maybe it's a grill wearing tea decks and Nate's a little bit more

just in here I think just a little bit more color in there let's see if I can

do this try to erase look at that that was pretty damn easy I put in a yellow

tooth in there you know what I'm gonna get rid of the green in the tongue I

think the green and the brown tongue made it a bit gross maybe we'll make it

a bit more pale oh oh that's better so I think that's pretty much done let

me know in the comments below what you thought of this little fella if you want

to get yourself a copy of him like I said links are down in the description

below otherwise if you like what you've seen here think about subscribing and

in this online business venture

so that you don't have to make them

and you can get to your profitable,

beautiful online business faster

but before we get started, you guys.

127 five-star reviews over on my Facebook page.

Thank you so much for leaving those.

I hope you know how much that means to me

because when I first got started in this venture

I was honestly scared to go online.

Ecommerce, I could hide behind my computer

in my pajamas and it was a safe place for me.

I think that's why ecommerce really appealed to me,

selling products online,

is cause I didn't have to put my face out there.

But almost two years ago I got this

little kick in the tush that said

I needed to start teaching, and I was scared.

I was scared of reviews.

I was scared of putting my face out there,

this tells me I made the right decision,

so thank you for supporting my dream

all the mistakes I made so that you don't have to.

And I do have to tell you that

my mistakes are what made me a success.

So if you've made mistakes, congratulations,

but I'm about to tell you some things

to help you skip past that part

so that you can get to putting that money

in your pocket a lot faster.

This review that I wanna read came from Misty,

and Misty, you're awesome.

Thank you so much for leaving this.

It says, "I thought I knew what I was doing with

my business before but I have truly learned so much.

Alison is transparent, honest, and truly

wants to see my business succeed.

Thank you, Alison, for your patience

as you school even the slightly seasoned."

Misty, thank you for taking the time to write that.

That means so much to me.

Okay, so let's hop in to the three things

that I see new business entrepreneurs make.

And the reason why they stick out to me so much

is because I made them in the beginning to.

The number one thing is I needed to hire faster.

I'm seeing a lot of entrepreneurs

try and do every single thing out there,

and when I hired, ah.

It was amazing what it did for me personally

and what it did for my business.

Yeah, I knew it was hard to write a check

out to someone because I needed to earn.

Like, I was earning that money;

I wanted to keep it in my pocket.

I was spreading myself way too thin.

So one of the first hires that I made was a photographer,

and that literally saved me

thousands of hours and probably a...

I don't know, way too many hours in prep work.

And that was my first, and I will always recommend that

is to hire out the work that

you're not truly passionate about

or that you don't necessarily want to do.

My next hire was shippers.

How do I help, or get this shipping off my plate?

I didn't want to ship,

and so I was constantly trying to figure out

how I could get the shipping off my plate.

So look at what you're doing right now

and how can you get some of those

everyday tasks off your plate

so you can focus on your business,

cause that's where you should be.

The second thing is self care.

Are you sleeping enough at night?

Are you sleeping on the warehouse floor?

Are you staying up until 3 AM?

Are you not eating because you're too busy?

Yeah, you probably are.

And I see it happen so much.

I remember when I first started,

I literally slept on my warehouse floor,

and every hour I had to wake up,

reset a machine for it to get started again.

And if I could go back to my...

I don't know, how old was I?

31-year-old self, I would have said,

"Alison, go to bed.

Alison, hire faster.

Let someone else do this work and take care of yourself."

So don't forget about your self care

when you're building your business.

We're busy; we've got kids,

we've got so much going on,

but you need to make yourself a priority

cause if you're broken,

nothing's gonna work.

The third thing is you need

to put more money in your pocket.

I know it's hard when you're starting a business,

and you're like, "Oh, I just need to reinvest

all my money," or you hear people saying,

"Oh, it's gonna take you like three to five

years before you break even,"

that's junk right there.

Kick that out of your head.

You should be paying yourself.

There's a really great book that I read

the other day called "Profit First,"

and it talks about how you need to be

putting money into your pocket all the time.

It just, just do it.

Trust me.

With my first ecommerce business,

I decided to wait for a very long time before I get paid.

We started in April and I didn't

take out a penny until August,

and we basically ate a lot of beans and rice

because everything we did,

we just put back into the business.

And I know that you sacrifice

when you're starting to build a business,

but when you do start getting the income

coming in, start putting more into your pocket.

You don't wanna ruin your business by taking too much,

but there's a healthy amount

that you can put in your pocket because you've earned it

and it will help keep you motivated as you keep growing.

So those are my three tips.

I also have a fourth, it's a bonus.

This is one thing that I wish

of all the mistakes that I've done,

and I still after all these years,

there are times when I still make this mistake,

and it's listening to your gut.

Your gut, your heart, the spirit,

whatever you believe in that's telling you

what your business really is,

who you really are, the power within you

that can make this happen, listen to that.

Not the stupid thoughts that come into your brain

of the self-doubt and the overwhelm

and that you're not good enough.

Kick those out, listen to your gut.

You know what's best for your business.

I've had to learn that lesson many times.

When I didn't believe or listen to my gut...

Maybe I'll go into that another time

because it's kind of, it gets very very personal about

just believing in yourself.

And there were two times in my business career

where I didn't believe in myself and I got...

Things did not go very well.

I'll just put it that way.

And one time, I'll dive down deeper into that

but the wounds are still a little bit raw.

I'll just say that for now.

But anyways, listen to your gut.

Always listen to your gut.

It knows what, it knows what you're supposed to do.

And when I listen to mine, I succeed so much more.

Okay, don't forget to like, share, subscribe,

all that social stuff.

Don't make those mistakes.

Go build your business,

and put more money in your pocket.

I'll talk to you later.

Bye.

8 Autoimmune Diseases that Benefit from an Anti-Inflammatory Diet - Duration: 7:30.

8 Autoimmune Diseases that Benefit from an Anti-Inflammatory Diet.

Autoimmune disease is one of the most prevalent types of diseases in the United States.

Over 23 million Americans have an autoimmune disease, and the number rises each year.

Essentially, an autoimmune disease prompts the body to attack itself, starting with organs,

tissues, and cells.

There are more than 80 varieties that attack our bodies in different ways.

Although lifestyle factors play a major role in the development of these diseases, it is

unclear what exactly can trigger them.

Following an anti-inflammatory diet and knowing your family history can help prevent and minimize

flare-ups of your condition.

1.

Rheumatoid Arthritis.

This autoimmune disease manifests as chronic inflammation in the joints.

The cartilage wears away as the bones rub against each other, resulting in pain, swelling,

and stiffness.

Over time, the joints lose strength, and any excess weight or previous injury can exacerbate

the symptoms.

The goal in treating rheumatoid arthritis is to reduce pain and prevent further damage.

Because arthritis is an inflammatory disease, it can help to eat anti-inflammatory foods.

Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of the disease and can be found in foods such

as salmon, chia seeds, and flax seeds.

Patients can also add selenium and vitamin D to help absorb calcium and protect bones.

2.

Lupus.

Lupus is strongly correlated with inflammation in the body and affects not only the joints

but also organs, tissues, and cells.

Those with lupus are at higher risk for other health conditions, including another autoimmune

disease, osteoporosis, or even kidney and heart disease.

Diet can help manage lupus, slowing its progression and preventing it from causing other diseases.

Eating plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, as well as fish, poultry, and

meat can help ease lupus symptoms.

A plant-based lifestyle is beneficial may also be beneficial, and individuals should

avoid alcohol and foods containing the amino acid L-canavanine.

3.

Psoriasis.

Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that manifests in the skin, specifically the elbows, knees,

and scalp.

Many people experience scaly, red patches on their skin that cause dryness, burning,

stinging, and itchiness.

An anti-inflammatory diet can help reduce the frequency of psoriasis flare-ups.

People with the condition may benefit from eating a gluten-free diet, as there is research

indicating a link between psoriasis and celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Some specific vegetables cause psoriasis inflammation, including nightshades such as tomatoes, eggplant,

and potatoes.

It is recommended to eat more foods with vitamin D, such as fatty fish and cheese, or take

a vitamin D supplement.

4.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Inflammatory bowel disease includes other diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative

colitis.

Crohn's disease typically affects the lower part of the GI tract, while ulcerative colitis

affects the large intestine.

In these two conditions, the digestive tract is chronically inflamed, causing symptoms

such as rectal bleeding and diarrhea.

People with these conditions can benefit from following a diet high in animal protein and

low in vegetables that are FODMAP or "fermentable oligo-, di-, monosaccharides, and polyols";

in other words, short-chain carbohydrates some people are not able to digest.

5.

Hashimoto's Disease.

Hashimoto's disease involves the thyroid.

The immune system attacks this vital organ, causing it to become underactive, slowing

metabolism and decreasing energy, which can affect many areas of an individual's life

and wellbeing.

The National Institutes of Health recommends those who have Hashimoto's avoid food that

contains iodine, such as seaweed and iodized salt.

Furthermore, avoiding gluten and dairy is typically recommended for patients with Hashimoto's.

As with many other autoimmune diseases, increasing vitamin D is highly recommended.

6.

Celiac Disease.

Celiac disease has been on the rise recently, and the number of gluten-free products in

grocery stores has been increasing as well.

Those with celiac disease should stay away from the protein gluten found in grains including

wheat, barley, and rye.

In these individuals, gluten can cause inflammation of the small intestine and lead to malabsorption

of nutrients.

Diet change is the best treatment for people with celiac disease — cutting gluten should

completely eradicate symptoms.

7.

Pernicious Anemia.

When the body is unable to absorb vitamin B12, a low red blood cell count occurs within

the body.

This is dangerous to our nervous system because it leaves the body unable to send proper signals.

Those with pernicious anemia are missing a protein in their stomach called intrinsic

factor that helps with the absorption of vitamin B12.

Many need to supplement their diets with vitamin B12, or even have B12 injections.

Consider eating foods that contain B12, such as meat products and eggs.

B12-fortified foods and nutritional yeast are suitable for people following vegan or

vegetarian diets.

8.

Type 1 Diabetes.

Those with type 1 diabetes rely on self-administered insulin therapy because their bodies are unable

to store glucose for energy without it.

These individuals must check their blood sugar levels often to ensure they do not run out

of glucose in their cells.

Following a low-carb diet or even a low-fat diet will help those with type 1 diabetes.

Another beneficial diet change is choosing complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains

and beans, that are absorbed more slowly in the body.

Consider speaking with your doctor or a Registered Dietitian before changing your diet plan if

you have type 1 diabetes.
