Youtube daily what Nov 2 2018

This year, the ozone hole over Antarctica reminds us of what could have been.

In 1987, the world's nations agreed to the Montreal Protocol, banning the use of chemicals that destroy ozone.

The ozone layer began to recover.

The ozone hole reaches an annual maximum size at the end of each southern winter.

In recent years, these maximums have been getting slightly smaller.

The ozone hole fluctuates with temperature – chemical destruction of ozone is enhanced when it's colder.

This year, the South Pole region was relatively cold, so the hole grew larger than in the previous two years.

Scientists were able to compare this year's ozone layer to models of what the ozone layer might have looked like without the Montreal Protocol.

In spite of the colder temperatures, the ozone hole was still much smaller

than it would have been, evidence of ongoing scientific success.

What is kiln dried lumber and how's it used for new home construction? - Duration: 5:26.

So in this video we talk about kiln dried lumber and how is it part of a new home

construction process. That's starting right now.

Welcome to Homebuyer's School,

brought to you by Brookfield Residential.

Hi everyone I'm Karl Yeh, welcome to another Homebuyer's School video, a

channel where you get the latest strategies tactics and tips from home

buying experts. Remember if this is your first time on this channel and you want to

get the latest strategies from the experts, hit the subscribe button below, hit the

little notification bell so you don't miss anything. So, today I'm joined by

Kurt Gibson, Director of field operations with Brookfield Residential, and the

question we're going to answer today is, what is kiln dried lumber and how is it

part of a new home?

- Well kiln dried lumber is a process you go through to bring lumber from

from the forest to a job site, and often you know—you got a tree and you gotta

cut it down and you've gotta mill it and put it in to process and essentially what

happens is, they basically put it in a large oven and the basically it gets

moisture content removed out of it for most kinds, and the normal range for

moisture content is they want to get it down between 18-19 percent—

again depending on the climate we're in, it'll go up or go down where it's at, but the

idea is to get kiln dried lumber so you have it usable on a worksite.

I think there's some real myths to that. Some of the myths are people think there

is never any twisting, and warping that can occur. I will say that it's very common

that that can happen, but it is to help reduce that. If you took obviously

material right out of the forest, you'd have tremendous warping and twisting.

So it's trying to help reduce that | in a lot of cases.

- So is it any kind of lumber? So when you talk about kiln dried lumber, so it could

be any type of tree that could be used?

Yeah, I mean obviously there's gotta be a more thorough process for if you're using

wood on kitchen cabinet doors or you gotta use it for hardwood flooring—

typically on a hardwood floor or cabinet doors it would be as low as 6 percent

and so you're getting that down a lot more because it's more of a finished

product. It makes a substantial difference on that, and you know when I

mentioned that the 13-19 percent, that is mostly lumber. If you have like I said,

finishing material or cabinets, it's going to be a lot lower than that.

- So when you talk about 13-19 percent, what does that mean?

- It's basically the amount of moisture content, or probably the easiest way to

say is the water content you have in the product, so they're really trying to reduce

it, I mean obviously—like a lot of us— human beings we have a lot of water

and those trees have a lot of water and they're trying to reduce that down.

In a Calgary climate, it'll be very dry and you want to reduce it—

- You want to reduce it a little bit lower? Okay.

- But sometimes people want—like if you got hardwood floors, you want to have a

certain level of moisture because—again it's a living organism even through it's

dry, it's taken out of the tree, you still want to have a moisture content in there

to give it its best health.

- Oh, okay. So let's say for example, if the lumber is going to Vancouver, or let's say

somewhere where it's going to be a little bit more wet, I guess the content—the

water content will be a little bit higher?

- It can be, it can be designed like that for sure. Because obviously, it's like anything

else I mean, wood is like any product, you want to make sure it's comfortable in its

surroundings, and it'll adapt and that sort of thing. And when you're building a

house and you're putting it all together, it does take a while for it to adapt. But

you're right, it depends on the climate. There are certain products like a

hardwood floor in Calgary, you probably don't want to put like a bamboo floor in

because it requires such a high moisture content and it's just—what's gonna

happen is you're gonna get cupping, or you're going to get shrinkage and

cracking on that material so it's not a great product to put in Calgary—where

you know, a regular hardwood floor with maple floors is much better because it's

a harder product.

- And I think the big question here is, does this type of lumber actually

absorb moisture?

- Every wood still absorbs moisture, it always does. It's trying to find the right

balance so that it performs in the right way, I mean that's always the key

that they're trying to get to by having that kiln counter on number that they're

trying to achieve, whether it's a finished product or whether it's a raw lumber

is what they're trying to do to make sure it performs in the right way so—

I mean there's always air content or water content in the air.

- So one last question, I know we in previous videos we talked about

engineered hardwood, does that have anything to do with a kiln dried lumber?

Well engineered hardwood—typically there's a a small top layer that's—still has

a wood. It's not as like—the whole hardwood is typically 3 quarter inch thick

and the engineered hardwood has a small top layer, so it can still be affected

by it, but it's generally not as conducive to the moisture issues because it also

has a manufactured substrate that stops it from warping or cracking and stuff to.

- Perfect, do you have anything else to add?

- No I don't.

- Awesome. Well thank you very much for joining us and we'll catch you next time.

हिंदी - What is portfolio management and how to do it - Duration: 7:51.

Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video, I'll talk about portfolio management

and at the end, I will also give some tips, so you can apply them in your portfolio

so what is portfolio management? Imagine you have 100 000 Rs and you want to invest them in the stock market

So how should you invest that money ? should you put it all in one stock ?

maybe 2 or 3 stocks ? How should you distribute your capital ? That is what we will talk about today.

Usually when you will ask people about capital allocation they will tell you, just put 2 % in any company

that means 2 000 Rs in any company or maybe 10 % ( 10 000 ) Rs in any company

But there is never a fixed number and I will explain this with an example.

Imagine I take you to a shop and I offer you 10 phones (Lenovo , Apple , Samsung, Oppo )

and you can take 6 phones of any brand. If you want you can take 6 phones of the same brand

So what would you do ? if you like apple as a brand , you will take 6 of that .

but this is not what people do in the stock market. In the stock market, if someone likes Apple, they will take 2

but then give me more of Lenovo , Samsung and oppo

Something similar happens in the stock market. You have 5 000 companies in the market

out of 5 000 companies if you like one company , should you buy a lot of it ? or buy just a little and invest in other companies also

That is why I used this example so I can explain that if you like something , you shouldn't be investing just 2%

you should buy a lot because if you like the company and the price, it will give you great returns

but then how much should we invest ? 5 % of our portfolio or 10 % in one company ?

So in the case of 100 000 Rs , 10 %would be 10 000 Rs. I will show you how I do it.

I decided from the beginning that I will invest in only 4 or 5 companies

So in the case of 100 000 Rs , I will invest 20 000 Rs in each company

But why 20 000. There are 2 main reasons. First, when I like something, I like to invest a lot in it.

Just like the example I told you, if I like Apple I will buy more of it.

So , 20 - 25 % is ok but don't invest 70 or 80 % in one company.

that's simply because there is always risk in the stock market as there are elements which we can't control

So, if we invest in breweries and the Government imposes a new rule, that would affect our company

and that is something out of my control and if the company is very small, it might even close

but I know many people who won't feel comfortable investing 20 - 25 % in one company

many friends of mine just invest 10 % in a single company but that's because they are not comfortable with 4 stocks

if you have 4 stocks in your portfolio and you can't sleep well, then 4 stocks is not ideal for you

because that doesn't suit your personality. If you feel comfortable with 10 or 15 stocks

in that case, you should invest in 10 stocks as that's ideal for you and you don't need to invest like me

but I would suggest everyone not to invest in more than 10 stocks, when you invest in more than 15, the effect is drastic

Imagine we both have 100 000 Rs to invest and I invest 25 000 Rs in one stocks

and you decide to invest 10 000 Rs in the same stock. The stock then doubles so from 20 Rs to 40 Rs

My 25 000 Rs investment doubles to 50 000 Rs but you 10 000 Rs investment doubles to only 20 000

So when nay stock doubles or triples, the more you invest in the company, the better results you will have

that's why I suggest investing more in companies that you like

if you invest just 5 % in any company you like, you will be leaving money on the table

but why am I insisting in buying more in a company you like?

when you see other investors, you will see they invest in very small quantities in a single company

So, if they have 100 000 Rs to invest, they will invest 5 000 Rs in one company. That means they will have around 20 stocks in their portfolio

If you want to over perform them, which everyone wants to do , you can't invest the same way they do

if you want to win the same, you will have to do something different, this can be investing 15 or 20 % in a single company

but there is a small disadvantage. If you make a bad investment decision, let's say 2 out of your 4 decisions are bad

then you will take a big loss, so you need to act very carefully. So if it's your first year in investing

Then don't invest 20 %in a single company , better put only 10 % maximum in a single company

and as you get advanced, you can start concentrating your portfolio

So now you can shift from 10 %in a single company to 15 % then 20 and lastly 25 %

I wouldn't recommend more than 25 %as there are some risks which we can't control directly

There is one last advantage. Imagine you have 100 000 Rs and you are going to invest 25 000 s in a single company, firstly you will be very nervous

as you are making a huge bet but you will also do a detailed analysis on the company

because you know you will invest only in 4 companies and if anything goes wrong, you will have big losses

So you will do a great and detailed research and you will benefit from that indirectly.

What Economic Boom? Companies Prepare For THOUSANDS Of Layoffs - Duration: 3:51.

One of the biggest talking points we've seen coming of Republicans as we get closer and

closer to the midterms, now just a couple of days away, is that if you vote for Democrats,

it's going to tank the economy.

Republicans have done a phenomenal job creating jobs, keeping the economy booming, corporations

are pulling in record profits, big banks are actually making more money than ever, and

if we elect Democrats, all of that goes away.

Now, of course, those talking points ignore the fact that this economic boom actually

started under the Obama administration and he's basically the reason it's as good as

it is today.

Some of it is obviously Trump's economy.

You got to give him that.

In fact, last month, October, data just came out this morning from the Labor Department.

In October, we had a 250,000 new jobs record high right there for this administration.

Wages went slightly up.

the economy, technically, according to Labor Department, Republicans, and all available

statistics, is doing its best since it has since 2009.

But here's the problem.

Those statistics don't dig any deeper than just counting who has a job and who doesn't

have a job.

The number of people who do not have a job is about to get much, much higher.

Major corporations in the United States have announced recently that they are going to

be laying off thousands upon thousands of workers in the very near future.

Ironically, these companies have also posted record profits this year, and that's still

not enough to save the jobs of thousands of American workers.

These are good jobs.

GM, the largest automaker in the United States for example, is offering 18,000 employees

a buyout, which means they're voluntarily going up to 18,000 employees saying, "Listen,

if you agree to leave," and these are only applied to people who've been there for over

12 years and are working salary, "if you agree to leave, quit your job right now, we'll give

you X amount of money."

They're trying to buy off people to get them to quit.

Because, if not, eventually they're going to be laid off.

Then that looks bad on the company.

They just had 18,000 layoffs as opposed to, wow, 18,000 people were given a severance

and they agreed to leave and go find employment elsewhere.

If you get laid off, you qualify for uninsurance.

Uninsurance.

Sorry.

Unemployment benefits.

So, the companies are trying to save face.

They're trying to make everything look like it's okay.

But deep down, they're trying to cut workers and that's not being counted in this so-called

economic recovery, not to mention the fact that wages for average American workers have

actually fallen.

We make less today than we did 10 years ago.

Those numbers aren't being properly counted because when you factor in the wages of the

top 1% that have reached a record high, they're now pulling in over $700,000 a year on average,

so yeah, that's going to average out to a wage increase, even though it only goes to

the top 1%.

But that's something the statistics don't tell you.

You have to dig a little deeper.

That is exactly what this administration is afraid of.

They're afraid that if people understand that massive layoffs are coming, if they understand

that people have lost their jobs due to the trade wars, and if they understand that their

wages aren't actually going up, they're just being averaged in to the increases for the

top 1%, then they might actually understand that, yeah, there may be an economic recovery,

but it's only happening for those at the top.

What Would an Ordinary Day Would Look Like In Your Dream Life?★The DAY1 Journey Ep. 37 ★ - Duration: 6:02.

we are live welcome to the day one journey episode 37 are you excited

last episode I asked you a question even better question than a question what are

your dreams do you remember that question that question went something

like that how would an ordinary day would look like in your dream life?

again how would an ordinary day look in your dream life and I promise to answer

give you my answer for that question so I give you small snippets of that

question and this is what I'm already doing here talking to you this is part

of it this is part of my morning routine that is part of my ordinary day that is

part of my dream life yes this is the day one journey me talking to you this

is a thing that I'm seeing myself doing for the rest of my life why

because I want to live my dream life and that is part of my dream life so in the

next episodes I will share with you all about my morning routine and maybe you

can take these ideas and implement them in your morning routine

the morning routine is so important for me and also in the day one journey

it stands in the core of the day one mentality because it's not just day one

it's the day one journey it's the day one but every day that's the thing it's

the day one but it's every day that's it. you might say why every day why

why do I need to do it every day you might say I'll tell you a secret

you don't need to do it at all you do it if you want to do if you want to stay in

bed stay in bed don't do anything I have a small sense

that sometimes you want to get up and do something but that's up to you you don't

need to do anything but still you might ask me why every day why not do it

every other day why not do it every week or every month or every year or why not

do that just when I need to do that amazing questions why a day why

not every hour I give you my thoughts about that and you might think about

that later why every day think about it we live day in and day out we go to

sleep and wake up to a new day we don't wake up to for a new hour we don't wake

up for a new week or for a new month or for new year we wake up for a new

morning for a new day that's why we take the day as the basic unit for life not

the minutes or seconds or hours or years

or weeks or months we take the day

think about it if you do something every day that's your

real routine that routine that you don't think about you just wake up in the

morning and you brush your teeth you don't think about that these are the

stuff that we are going to talk about they might be difficult stuff

they might be challenging stuff that you can do every day but once you do the

enough it gets into a habit because if you want a habit the best advice is to

do it every day because that's the basic of time because you wake up for a new

day not for a new week we are out of time so tomorrow I'll

start sharing with you many ideas about things that you can do every day you can

implement them and apply them in your morning routine and you can just start a

morning routine it will take at least I think 10 episodes but back to you

I want you to think about the stuff that you might used to do every day and

now you no longer do them it's like the lost routine the things that you did

every day they weren't that easy but you did enjoy doing them and they helped you

to accomplish so many other things think of one of these habits just one of these

habits but don't think why you stopped nobody care about that nobody cares

about that think about one of these lost daily habits that you had that helped

you in the past think about one of those choose one and just do them just do them

today treat today as day one for you to get back on track on one of these

healthy habits that you once had and you really enjoy them

so until tomorrow do that habit and have an amazing amazing day one

WHAT IS ALDOSTERONE (NURSING) - Duration: 3:47.

What is aldosterone?

I'm going to tell you everything you need to know about aldosterone in this video.

And if you want more nursing school tips and tricks be sure to subscribe and click the

bell.

Let's do it!

What is up my friend, Christina here with nursingschoolofsuccess.com and today we are

talking all about the hormone aldosterone.

So aldosterone is a hormone that is released by the adrenal glands.

And the adrenal glands sit ontop of the kidneys.

So sometimes you might hear that the kidneys release aldosterone, that's really only half

true - slash - not really true at all.

Aldosterone is really released by the adrenal glands, and the adrenal glands are ontop of

the kidneys.

And aldosterone plays a huge role in balancing fluids and electrolytes in the body, particularly

by regulating fluid volume, sodium and potassium levels.

So, there are 4 key things I want you to know about aldosterone: Number 1: it is released

if the blood pressure or volume gets too low, OR if there is some disease causing it to

release when it's not supposed to; Number 2: it causes the kidneys to hold onto water;

Number 3: it causes the kidneys to hold onto sodium; and number 4: it causes the kidneys

to get rid of potassium.

Now let's do some critical thinking around this so we can really understand what's happening.

So when the blood volume in the body is low, and the blood pressure is lower, aldosterone

is stimulated to be released.

And when aldosterone is released it has 3 main actions: It causes the kidneys to hold

onto water; it causes the kidneys to hold onto sodium; and it causes the kidneys to

get rid of potassium.

So when aldosterone is released, the fluid and sodium levels are going to rise, and the

potassium level is going to drop.

Does that make sense?

Because aldosterone tells the kidneys to hold onto more water and sodium, and get rid of

potassium.

Now, let's talk about the flip side to all of this.

What do you think will happen if there is TOO MUCH fluid volume in the body already?

Aldosterone will be inhibited, yes!

Because, aldosterone's job is to keep sodium and water in the body, but when there's already

too much fluid in the body, it doesn't need any more.

So aldosterone shouldn't be released.

So, make sure to remember those 4 things about aldosterone: It is released if the blood pressure

or volume gets too low, OR if there is some disease causing it to release when it's not

supposed to; It causes the kidneys to hold onto water; it causes the kidneys to hold

onto sodium; and it causes the kidneys to get rid of potassium.

And that is the role of aldosterone in the body.

In Analytics, What do the Numbers Really Mean? - Duration: 2:10.

Analytics is a wonderful tool. It gives us real insights into how people are behaving on our site.

But we have to use caution because with analytics there is a dark side.

Not that kind of dark side. The dark side I'm referring to is how we report analytics data.

So let me give you two pieces of sample data. The first one is a conversion rate.

Let's say that we have a conversion rate of 3% Okay?

Now, let's say the next piece of data we have is average time on page. Let's say 2 minutes and 10 seconds

We have two pieces of data here.

And what we have to do is figure out what insights we can draw from this.

On the one hand, if we look at conversion data, we are safe to interpret that that was the intended user action.

They submitted their order. They completed the purchase. There's no wiggle room in what that means.

But when we focus on something like the average time on page,

this could be open for interpretation.

It could be that someone spent a long time on this page,

because they were really engaged with our content, and they read every single word and they loved it.

Or, it could actually mean that they didn't understand anything, that they couldn't find what they were looking for.

Or that the navigation didn't quite make sense to them.

So the first type of data of conversion rate we call this hard data where there's not this room for interpretation.

We know what it means.

But, soft data, like average time on page,

or something like how far down the user scrolls,

or even whether they use search versus navigation when they first get to the site.

Those things require further interpretation.

We need to complement those pieces of analytics data with extra insights

that we can usually get from usability testing.

Next time you're presenting or receiving analytics data,

make sure that you're asking those important questions about whether or not the information

is reporting hard data or soft data.

What Is Hope (AND HOW TO FIND IT) - Duration: 3:52.

So I was just in my garage, and I found this. And you better believe that I'm

about to do what you think I'm about to do. G'day everyone my name is Dave welcome

to my channel and I'm so glad that you're with us today. How old am I again?

G'day everyone my name is Dave, welcome to my channel where I like to help you

get the most out of your faith. Now, I think that all of us at some time or

another need a little hope. So today, I'm going to tell you what the biblical

definition of hope is, and how you can find it. Roll that bumper!

Well if this is your first time on my channel, this is the place where I like

to do short videos every week, that help you get the most out of your faith.

So why don't you subscribe to my channel so that you never miss an episode. Now, have

you ever noticed that the authors of the Bible wrote a lot about hope? They wrote

about living with hope. Overflowing with hope. Being filled with hope. Having hope.

Finding hope. Resting in hope. And looking forward to hope ... but what is hope? This is

a really important question especially if you're facing family problems,

sickness, financial pressure, school or work stress, or any one of another

million concerns. I mean, sometimes it just feels like

we're carrying a really heavy load through life, right? And it's in these

moments that we really have a choice to either live with hope, or be weighed down

with worry. Pastor Greg Laurie describes this

tension like this: "What happens with worry is that our hopes pull us in one

direction, while our fears pull us in another. And when you worry about the

future you cripple yourself in the present." That is a great quote! But the

biblical Hebrew word for hope is "tikvah", which is a pretty interesting word.

It's like this: Have you ever felt like you're trying to carry this really heavy load

of problems and stresses, but you just keep dropping everything? Well, tikvah, the

Hebrew word for hope, comes from a root word that means to twist strands of rope

together to create a tool capable of carrying a really heavy load securely.

You see biblical hope comes from knowing that God has given you the ability to

endure and cope with the problems and stresses of life that are weighing you

down. So hope comes from knowing that God will help you carry your burdens today,

and sustain you in the future. That's pretty cool right? And hope can also come

from knowing that the community of people who watch these videos want to

help you with your burdens by praying for you today. So if you're in need of

hope, why don't you let us know in a comment below,

so that we can all pray for you. And if the burdens you're carrying are too

personal to share in the comments section, then I want to pray for you

personally. I want to invite you to text my cell number to 201-831-7155,

and I will pray for you personally. Cecause sometimes

faith and hope are personal. So that is the biblical definition of hope. I really

hope this video was helpful for you ... if it was why don't you give me a thumbs up,

subscribe to my channel if you haven't done so already, and make sure you follow

me on instagram and twitter at @aussiedave.

I'll see you next time.

This video has been recorded on release SAP HANA cockpit 2.0 SP 08 from October 2018.

For earlier or later releases, please check the playlist on the SAP HANA Academy.

Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.

Workload Management is nothing new in SAP HANA Cockpit, in fact, the functionality is

much older than our administration tool, going back to 2014, SPS 09, SAP HANA 1.0 and even

before for some of its features like memory or CPU usage limitation for individual processes.

The idea, the concept, is simple.

As SAP HANA combines both transactional processing (OLTP) and analytical OLAP-type queries in

a single in-memory database, you might want to have some way of guaranteeing proper response

times for both type of use cases.

This is the purpose of Workload Management and Workload Classes.

We will cover this topic in more detail in subsequent videos, but for now, let's do

a quick tour and, at the same time, take a look at what's new.

You open the Workload app from the System Overview page, Database Administration, Manage

workload classes.

Note that memory tracking needs to be active for statement memory limits.

So, let's switch that on first.

Yes.

Otherwise you can only work on the global level, cumulative, everything combined.

Here we can edit our global limits.

First, you would select between total aggregated and individual statement limits, which we

just enabled.

You can specify a memory limit for each type, a thread limit, each connection can spawn

a number of threads but the total pool is not exhaustible, so you might want to limit

this, and also, new for SAP HANA 2.0 SPS03, query timeouts in seconds.

OK

Similarly, we can define user-specific parameters.

This enables us to change the default priority and statement memory limit for a specific

database user.

Maybe the administrator, maybe a particular manager, a technical user, you name it.

From the header, we can also enable and configure Admission Control.

Again, this is not a new feature.

Admission control was introduced in SAP HANA 2.0 SPS00 December 2016.

Just showing you where you can configure this.

As indicated, with admission control you can either queue or reject new requests based

on CPU and memory resource tracking statistics.

We have quite some fine tune options here under Advanced for queue management and statistics

collection.

OK —Going back.

We create our workload classes here, with Create.

Now, what's new for Cockpit SP08, is that we can now also specify the statement memory

limit and the statement thread limit in percentages.

So in absolute values and in percentages.

This might make it easier for you get the limits right.

Three required parameters, workload class name, execution priority and limit type.

I am just making up something here.

Then, for the memory limit, I am going to use a percentage, and note that you now need

to choose between Total physical memory, the Global allocation limit or the Process allocation

limit.

Let's do Global.

For threads the same, but this time we need to choose between Total number of cores, CPU

cores allocation limit or Cores per socket.

Then, let's also define the Query Timeout.

Optionally, we can define a mapping so that the system can match the workload class to

a particular application user name, a client, a component, or database user, maybe a technical

user, for example.

OK - Create, and here we have our workload class.

There is new another feature, I would like to show you here.

Import Results.

Say, we want to import workload classes from our development system where we fine tuned

them to production.

You export the class or classes as a zip file from the same menu bar, here.

We can then do our import.

Browse to the zip file and now we need to make a selection: what to do when the class

or mapping already exists?

Do not import, only import classes or mappings that are not duplicates, overwrite, or first

delete everything.

Let's pick overwrite.

Fair enough, and when the import has finished, we now get a nice report about the result,

so we know exactly what has happened.

This is a new, the Import Results screen.

Close.

OK —so much for what's new.

There is online help for Workload Management accessible here from the toolbar.

The topic is also documented, of course, in the SAP HANA Administration Guide, and there

is support note 2222250, the SAP HANA Workload Management FAQ from SAP Support, also quite

informative, plus you"ll find some presentations from TechEd and other events on the sap.com

website.

Today's brunch menu is mushroom Bulgogi hot pot

Add soy sauce, garlic, sugar, black pepper, sesame oil and marinate for at least 10 min.

soak sweet potato noodles in water overnight

If you are a sweet potato noodle lover like me, make sure you have enough noodles!

Today's beverage is mullberry leaves tea

Add water if needed

I love you, sweet potato noodles <3

I ditched the rice and ate noodles

I decided to make sweet and sour tofu just to get rid of homegrown peppers that were in my fridge

Found a can of pineapple somewhere in my pantry

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and starch water to make the sauce

I used super firm tofu

the water is already squeezed out from the tofu so it's really good for frying.

ripped the crap out of the tofu

season the tofu with salt and pepper if needed.

Do you prefer dipping in the sauce or pour over the sauce?

I don't discriminate XD

Have a delicious vegan day!

AliDropship Plugin Review - What I get when order AliDropship Plugin? - Duration: 5:14.

Hello!

My name is Tanya, I'm a project manager at AliDropship Company, and I will

show you what is AliDropship Plugin and what you get buying it.

AliDropship is a company which has developed many e-commerce solutions.

Its stellar product is AliDropship Plugin: a special tool which turns any WordPress site

into an e-commerce dropshipping store!

How it works?

You install this Plugin on your WordPress site and customize a newborn e-commerce store

any way you like.

What you need to know before buying:

Its price of $89 is a one-time payment!

2 options are available: AliDropship Original and AliDropship Woo versions - I will get

back to the difference between them later.

What else do you need to create a store?

To install the plugin and create a store, you'll need a hosting and a domain name.

I bought a domain beforehand and now I'm ready to buy the plugin.

As for the hosting, you can buy one from AliDropship at the moment of purchasing the plugin or

buy it elsewhere beforehand.

It's up to you!

I'd like to add that if you buy hosting from us we will set up your site for free.

We'll install WordPress CMS and the plugin itself, which will be especially helpful if

you are a beginner!

The price of our hosting starts at $48 per year.

SSL certificate is included for free!

To buy AliDropship plugin, go to the Plugin page, then to the checkout page.

Fill in all the necessary fields.

When you make your mind up, add hosting if you need it and make the payment!

The payment went well.

What's next?

Am I an owner of the plugin now?

This is my license key.

By the way, one license key is valid for one drop shipping site.

This is a link to download the latest version of the plugin.

Choose your version of the plugin.

Let's download it!

Which one is better for you?

WooCommerce itself is a platform that requires some technical knowledge.

Choose AliDropship Woo version if you already have a Woo-based store.

If you don't have much experience, we recommend sticking to the original AliDropship plugin.

If you go for AliDropship Original, there will be several built-in themes available.

They are based on the examples of the most successful dropshipping stores, and are fully

optimized to bring the highest returns.

They are totally free for AliDropship users.

As for the WooCommerce version, there exist both free and paid themes created by independent

developers all over the world.

AliDropship original plugin has an extended range of additional features and tools, which

makes it the perfect choice for people who don't have much experience yet.

AliDropship WooCommerce plugin, in turn, has only the strictly necessary features and can

be customized by adding standalone WooCommerce plugins or tools for every specific task.

This file is the plugin which will help me create my future dropshipping store!

Let's install it on my WordPress site.

I can add it now.

The next step is to activate my key.

Now I can download AliDropship theme.

I'd like DaVinci theme because I know that our most successful clients use it.

Let's install it.

That's it!

Let's see what I got.

This is my empty dropshipping site which I'm going to set up and customize during the next

steps.

And for this video, this is the final step.

So, if you buy AliDropship Plugin and install it on WordPress, you will eventually get an

online store that looks more or less like this sample.

I hope it helped you understand what is AliDropship Plugin and what you can get when order AliDropship Plugin.

Is there anything else you'd like to know?

Please ask any questions in the comments!

I'll be happy to answer them.

Good luck with your online business ideas and goodbye!

What do you say after saying Hello: overview - Duration: 2:36.

Hello there and then ...

we are so complex as human being and the big question now is

What do you say to someone after you have said "hello"?

That's what the transactional analysis is giving us

It's a tool that we can use and I think it's really helpful to

understand each other to understand ourselves and then to understand each other to try to

Ya know what to say after "hello"?

so in the 4 next episodes of Kaiko software

We will cover a different subjects of the transactional analysis. The first one is

structural analysis, so it's

basically, we will have a look on our self on the

individual and

we will learn the concept of

Parents Adult and Child, but don't worry. We will cover that in the next episode

After that, we will cover the transactional analysis. So it will involve

order of people and we will see based on the structural analysis of ourselves and the

other individual all we can interact with them

After that so we

Have covered a structural in the transaction and then comes the game analysis

so it's basically when you start to repeating yourself using the

Transaction analysis that you have done before and it's becoming a game, but we will cover that

Of course much more in details later

And in the end in the last episode, it will be the most interesting one

but you need the basic of the three first ones to understand the scenario concept the script concept that

the script concept that

may define your life and this is basically the game that you may repeat and

That's becoming a scenario a script that you are living. I think it would be very amazing experience to

Share with you this principles and maybe to receive some feedback

See you next week to discover the first episode on the transactional analysis
