Youtube daily will Nov 5 2018

I didn't merit much attention over at CNN but President Trump's designation of the

first national monument of his presidency took place and it was a significant one.

The president used his powers under the Antiquities Act to name Camp Nelson near Nicholasville,

Kentucky as one of the nation's 130 such protected areas.

The 380-acre site in Jessamine County was established as a Union depot in 1863 and served

as a recruiting area for escaped slaves who joined the North to take up arms against their

oppressors.

It pays tribute to the courageous black soldiers who fought during the Civil War an is a long

overdue honor to loyal Americans who rarely get the attention that they deserve in the

history books.

According to Trump's proclamation on the designation

During the war, thousands of enslaved African Americans risked their lives escaping to Camp

Nelson, out of a deep desire for freedom and the right of self-determination.

Today, the site is one of the best-preserved landscapes and archeological sites associated

with United States Colored Troops recruitment and the refugee experiences of African American

slaves seeking freedom during the Civil War.

President Donald Trump on Friday used his executive powers for the first time to designate

a national monument, establishing a 380-acre site in Kentucky to honor African-Americans'

role as soldiers during the Civil War.

The move won praise from local activists and conservationists but also criticism from several

environmental groups, which noted Trump had used this same authority under the 1906 Antiquities

Act last year to downsize two existing national monuments in Utah.

Republicans had pushed for more than a year to establish a national monument at Camp Nelson

in Nicholasville, Ky., which served as one of the largest recruitment and training depots

for United States Colored Troops.

While Kentucky was the last state in the Union to allow the enlistment of African-American

men, the camp sent 23,000 of the roughly 180,000 black troops who fought on the Union's side

during the Civil War.

"During the war, thousands of enslaved African Americans risked their lives escaping to Camp

Nelson, out of a deep desire for freedom and the right of self-determination," Trump

declared in the proclamation he signed Friday.

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, who last year recommended that Trump designate the site

as a national monument, celebrated the announcement Saturday in an event in Kentucky attended

by dozens of activists and Rep. Garland "Andy" Barr, R-Ky., who authored legislation to recognize

it.

"Camp Nelson, and all the patriots who have ties to it, holds an incredible place in America's

history, and President Trump's action to designate Camp Nelson as a national monument

will ensure the ongoing protection of the site and the story," Zinke said in a statement,

adding that he thanked the president "for using the Antiquities Act as it was truly

intended."

It was a significant announcement and yet another example of Trump's outreach to persons

of color that is ignored by a media that has been pushing the false narrative that he is

a racist ever since the day in 2015 when he famously rode down that escalator in Trump

Tower and into history.

It didn't even merit a mention on CNN per a search of the network's website:

CNN is perfectly happy to let a biased activist like Don Lemon spew racially inflammatory

statements including one that white males are terrorists but there is no mention whatsoever

of such a significant announcement that completely debunks the myths that the legitimately elected

president of the United States is some sort of "white supremacist" and that the 63

million who voted for him aren't much better.

Truthfully, the Trump administration has been remarkably favorable toward African-Americans

with record low unemployment and plenty of jobs that prove that a rising tide indeed

lifts all boats.

Is it any wonder that so many black voters are choosing to #WalkAway from the Democrats

and their dishonest racial demagoguery?

You Will Sleep Better If You Eat These Bedtime Snacks - Duration: 11:42.

six bedtime snacks you can eat overnight

to help you sleep in order to keep your

body healthy so it can function at a

high capacity you need adequate sleep

according to a new study conducted by

the Centers for Disease Control and

Prevention more than a third of

Americans are not getting enough sleep

on a regular basis the American Academy

of Sleep Medicine and sleep Research

Society recommends that adults between

the ages of 18 and 60 should get at

least seven hours of sleep a night

according to an article published on

PubMed researchers conducted a study

that aimed to find out the consequences

of sleep deprivation for the studies

healthy adults were subjected to limited

hours of sleep randomized into four six

and eight hours caffeine

usage was carefully restricted as well

as their sleep and awake time after

subjecting the participants to 14 days

of sleep restriction researchers found

that when given tests to complete those

with only 4 or 6 hours of sleep scored

significantly lower the tests focused on

attention cognitive thought working

memory mood and reaction time with that

said getting adequate sleep can depend

on many variables with food being one of

them what you consume before you go to

bed can either aid or hinder your sleep

number six almonds

according to the Journal of research and

Medical Sciences almonds are an

excellent source of magnesium providing

you with 19 percent of your daily needs

with just one ounce the journal also

mentions that almost 50% of older adults

are suffering from insomnia

in addition researchers believe that the

natural in methyl d-aspartic acid in MDA

antagonists and G ABA

agonist mg 2 plus play an essential role

in the regulation of sleep so a study

was conducted to determine if magnesium

could help improve insomnia in the

elderly

46 elderly subjects were chosen and were

either given 500 milligrams of magnesium

or placebo daily for eight weeks

activity and sleep logs were completed

in order to monitor the efficiency after

the eight weeks results showed that the

group supplementing with magnesium had a

statistically increased sleep time

number five e we according to an article

found in mediators of inflammation

abnormal levels of inflammation

oxidative stress and insufficient

antioxidants can affect sleep duration

to test their hypothesis data was

collected from the US National Health

and Nutrition Examination Survey the

data included 10,000 people and the data

was collected from personal interviews

standardized physical exams in

laboratory samples in regards to

inflammation oxidative stress and

insufficient antioxidants researchers

found that participants who were

administered a Kiwi diet which was two

Kiwis a night for four weeks improved

their sleep onset and duration

one of the beliefs as to why Kiwi has

such a strong effect on sleep onset and

duration is because it contains high

levels of vitamin C along with serotonin

which helps regulate your sleep cycle

besides food do you know the best types

of tea researchers suggest you drink so

that you can sleep better well stick

around till the very end and find out

number four

tart cherry juice self nutrition data

states that an 8 ounce serving of tart

cherry juice contains 37 percent of your

daily needs for vitamin a nine percent

for vitamin C and nine percent for

manganese in addition to its incredible

health properties it can also promote a

good night's sleep in the journal

mediators of inflammation experts say

that tart cherry juice can have the same

effect on inflammation oxidative stress

and insufficient antioxidants as Healy

does the reason why tart cherry juice

has such a strong effect is because it

contains melatonin according to a

meta-analysis published in Sports

Medicine the meta-analysis consisted of

two weeks and results showed that

subjects experienced an improvement in

insomnia symptoms when compared to the

placebo group in addition the study also

concluded that one of the reasons why

tart cherries have such an impact on

sleep time and duration is because the

influenced cytokines which is associated

with sleep cycle so in essence it could

be melatonin that helps fight

inflammation and oxidative stress all of

which are associated with poor sleep or

it could be the influence it has on the

sleep cycle but either way the science

and facts are present which could not be

ignored

keep watching as we continue to count

down to the number one thing you should

eat to help you fall asleep at night

number three fatty fish before you say

anything let me just explain that I'm

not telling you to eat fatty fish before

bed what I'm suggesting is that you

consume it every evening if you are

having trouble sleeping as I mentioned

early in this video

serotonin helps regulate a large variety

of brain functions and behaviors which

can help enhance sleep quality

with that said fatty fish like salmon

contain exceptionally high levels of

vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids which

can help produce serotonin according to

an article published in the journal

oxidative medicine and cellular

longevity to prove this claim I was able

to find a study that was published in

the Journal of Clinical sleep medicine

that examined the association between

fatty fish consumption and sleep the

study consisted of 95 male patients who

were randomly assigned to a fish or

control group the fish group received

Atlantic salmon three times a week from

September to February and the control

group was given an alternative meal from

pretest the control group reported

better sleep latency but when they

compared the post-test results the fish

group had higher levels of vitamin D

this resulted in better sleep efficiency

and a more positive wait time number two

walnuts

self nutrition data states that walnuts

contain over nineteen vitamins and

minerals which includes almost two grams

of fiber in just one ounce serving they

also state that walnuts are rich in

magnesium copper manganese and

phosphorus in addition a study in food

and research explains that melatonin

which is widely known as a sleep

regulating hormone can be produced by

consuming walnuts in fact an article

published in the journal clinical

psychopharmacology and neuroscience

explains that fatty acids and fatty

walnuts provide ala which is an omega-3

fatty acid that is eventually converted

to DHA in the body the article also

suggests that DHA could potentially

increase the production of serotonin

number one white rice again it needs to

be noted that I'm not suggesting you

consume white rice as a meal right

before you sleep always give yourself

enough time before bed to digest

according to an article published in the

journal sports medicine by glycemic

index foods such as white rice should be

consumed one hour before bed the article

also suggests that because white rice

has a high glycemic index it could also

promote better sleep in fact a study

published in the PLoS ONE examined the

association between high glycemic index

foods and good sleep quality

this study consisted of 1848 men and

women who were between the ages of 18

and 60 rice bread and noodle consumption

were evaluated using a series of self

administered diet history questionnaires

sleep quality was measured by using the

Japanese version of the Pittsburgh sleep

quality index a global score of less

than 5.5 was considered to be poor sleep

scores results showed that high rice

intake was associated with a better

sleep which included a longer sleep

duration

now that you know what foods you should

eat before bed to help you sleep here

are two types of teeth which researchers

suggest are the best things to drink

right before bed passionflower tea

anxiety can really hinder someone's

sleep it can cause a person to stay

awake for long hours of the night or it

can even cause someone to sleep all

hours of the day because they don't want

to wake up and face their anxieties the

good news is that passionflower

passiflora incarnata

contains apigenin which is an

antioxidant that can potentially reduce

anxiety according to an article called

risks and benefits of commonly used

herbal medicines in Mexico which you can

find on PubMed in addition for those who

do not suffer from anxiety but would

like to get a good night's sleep a

double-blind study that is published on

PubMed investigated the effects of

passiflora in Kanata and sleep quality

the study included 41 participants who

were between the ages of 18 and 35 and

were exposed to two treatments one was a

controlled group and the other was an

order of treatments passionflower versus

placebo tea researchers measured 6 sleep

diary measures and out of the 6 sleep

quality showed a significantly better

increase for passionflower compared to

the placebo group chamomile tea this

powerful herbal tea can also help you

sleep at night

chamomile tea contains the flavonoid at

the Jenin what this does is bind to the

benzodiazepine receptors in the brain to

back up this claim a study that was

published in biomed central had

researchers examine the efficacy

safety of chamomile for improving

participants sleep in any daytime

symptoms for patients suffering from

chronic insomnia so researchers

performed an efficient yet small

double-blind study in 34 patients that

were between 18 and 65 years old with

DSM IV primary insomnia for 6 months

each patient was given a random dose of

270 milligrams of chamomile twice a day

or a placebo for 28 days results from

the studies showed that a group that was

given the dose of chamomile fell asleep

15 minutes faster and experienced a

reduced awaken time during the night so

what are some of the foods you eat that

can help you go to bed at night let us

Kim Kardashian Says Tristan Thompson Will 'Never Change' as He Cheats on Khloe on KUWTK - 247 news - Duration: 7:47.

Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians took fans inside Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal — and revealed how Khloé Kardashian and her famous family reacted in real time

When photos and videos surfaced of Thompson, 27, getting close to another woman just two days before Khloé, 34, welcomed their baby girl on April 12, the mom-to-be was nesting in Cleveland

As the news broke, cameras captured Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie all reacting separately back in Los Angeles, furiously texting one another about it

Get push notifications with news, articles, and more! Follow Following Hooray! You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications!  "There's video of Tristan making out with a girl last night," said Kim, 38

"Khloé's going to die. She's literally going to go into labor over this."  "I can't even imagine being in Khloé's shoes, just how reckless it all seems —this is really shocking and obviously heartbreaking," added Kourtney, 39

"The whole thing makes me disgusted."  "She kicked him out. He left the house," revealed Kendall, 23

"We're trying to get her to come home."  It turns out that Kylie, 21, was the one to break the news to her sister

"No one had the courage to tell Khloé because we knew she was days away from giving birth," Kylie said

"We didn't want to stress her out, but we knew that it was the right thing to do

So I'm the one that told Khloé. I didn't want to hurt her feelings, but I felt like she should hear from one of us versus on the internet

"  Finally, Khloé called Kim crying, admitting that she wanted to fly back to Los Angeles but wasn't sure if she could travel so late in her pregnancy

"You just have to worry about yourself right now and be calm," Kim said.  "I can't be calm," Khloé said

"Not right now."  Kim admitted to feeling "helpless" over the situation as Khloé tried to figure out what she wanted to do

"She's confused, she doesn't know what to do and we don't really know what to do, but we want to be there for her," Kim said

"Honestly, I'm in shock. We love Tristan. This is honestly nothing that we suspected

We thought she finally found her Prince Charming, [her] happy ending. And then f—

It's just, why her? It just really, really sucks."  And Kim had been hearing about even more rumors of Thompson's infidelity

"Honestly, so many more stories are coming out," she said. "So many friends are calling me with so many more things

I told her, 'What are you going to get out of him? Think about it. You're going to be worried and nervous and have an insecure life, because if he's not faithful now, he'll never change

' "  "When one thing comes out you're kind of like, well, okay, maybe the video's old or maybe it's a misunderstanding

Because a picture doesn't always tell the full story," Kim added. "But then two more stories come out

This is just crazy. Now you know it's true."  But before Khloé could decide the future of her relationship with Thompson, she went into labor

As her mom and sisters made arrangements to get to Cleveland as soon as possible, Khloé asked that they remain civil when coming face-to-face with Thompson, at least in the delivery room

"It's like, everyone wants me to make a decision right this second and I just want to go and give birth and focus on that and try to enjoy this and try to enjoy it with him, as crazy as that sounds," Khloé said

"I want to enjoy this with him. I don't want any negativity in the delivery room

I don't want anybody to talk about it, make me feel uncomfortable or make him feel uncomfortable

Let's just act normal. Give me a minute."  Kim agreed to remain cordial — but not without cracking a few jokes about how she would greet him

"I'm going to look at him and just be like …," she said, miming cutting her throat

"I know how important it is for Khloé to have Tristan there, and I actually really respect that," Kourtney said

"But it's definitely going to be awkward. It's going to be hard to even look at him or even be in the same room with him

It's like, you are f—ing with all of us when you disrespect one of us."  As PEOPLE previously reported, Khloé ultimately decided to stand by Thompson, and they spent the summer as a family, rebuilding their relationship in Los Angeles

In recent weeks, however, the couple hit another rough patch.  According to a source, the new mom has been having a "really tough" time and "still has a lot of hurt and anger

"  "Khloé wants so badly for True to have a happy family," said the source. "She wants to do what's best for her daughter, and to her that means being with Tristan

"  But Khloé's mom and sisters "aren't happy" about her move back to Cleveland and "think she deserves better," the source said

"They definitely don't trust him."  Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p

m. ET) on E!

What is God's Will For you? - Duration: 7:47.

have you ever been confused about God's will do you sometimes wish God would

just speak to you in an audible voice are you constantly disappointed with

yourself regarding your own Christian walk well let's talk about it

barry smith here author father pastor husband and a guy who continues to

wrestle with god's will for my life sometimes God's will

seems like this giant impossible goal like we have to be holy and perfect in

every way or his will seems to include an

unattainable set of behaviors that we'll never be able to meet sometimes God's

will is described as this mysterious hidden masterpiece buried at the bottom

of the sea and we don't have any snorkeling gear let alone a boat to get

to it other times God's will seem so complicated trying to figure out this

set of standards and circumstances that we'll never be able to fully understand

let alone live up to however if God is the one who created us

and his son is the one who died for us wouldn't it be important for us to

follow God's will and if we're going to follow God's will we have to know God's

will and if his will seems too difficult aren't we devaluing not only the God of

the universe but also the sacrifice his son made for us let's talk just a minute

about God's will definitionally first of all there's God's sovereign will these

are his unchangeable decrees it's where God shows us that he is the ruler and in

charge of all things he is sovereign and control in control of everything his

sovereign will is something that's usually hidden or were unaware of it

until it happens like the life of Joseph he was sold as a slave taken to Egypt

and eventually saved the Israelites from famine but it was a rough go for Joseph

and much of it didn't make any sense to anybody especially Joseph but it was

God's will that Israel be saved from the famine there's also God's permissive

will which inadvertently fulfills his desires God doesn't cause all things to

happen but he can permit things to happen even if he doesn't like it or

approve of it just like Joseph's brothers who

send big time for the greater good of all the Israelite people they sold

Joseph their little brother into slavery God allowed that to happen he permitted

the brothers to make this colossal mistake to be able to accomplish his

sovereign will there's also God's revealed will

sometimes it's called his perceptive will God has revealed some facets of his

will to us in the Bible he wants us to speak the truth in love in Ephesians

4:15 he wants us to repent and turn to God in acts 3:19 God doesn't want us to

commit adultery in first Corinthians 6:18 God allowed Jesus to suffer and die

in mark 14 21 there's also God's dispositional will this is God's

attitude what pleases or displeases him it's God's dispositional will that

everyone would be saved in 1st Timothy 2:4 sometimes the scriptures just

flat-out say what God's will is romans 12:2 says do not conform to the pattern

of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind then you will be

able to test and approve what God's will is his good pleasing and perfect will

1st Thessalonians 4 3 to 6 as it is God's will that you should be sanctified

that you should avoid sexual immorality that each of you should learn to control

your own body in a way that is holy and honorable not in passionate lusts like

the pagans who do not know God and that in this matter

no one should wrong or take advantage of his brother or sister

1st Thessalonians 5:16 2:18 says rejoice always pray continually give thanks in

all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus and we're

getting back to what I originally said his will can be kind of complicated and

all over the place and overwhelming but I'm here to tell you that God's will can

be simply broken down into the GC squared the Great Commandment and the

Great Commission they reveal the will of God in the Old Testament and the New

Testament respectively the great commandment is found in Matthew 22:37

239 jesus replied love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul

with all your mind this is the first and greatest commandment and the second is

like it love your neighbor as yourself all the law and the prophets hang on

these two Commandments this is a quote from Jesus taken

from Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18 and it's God's revealed will in the Old

Testament to love God and love your neighbor the revealed will of God and

the New Testament is found in Matthew 28:18 2:20 then Jesus came to them and

said all authority in heaven on earth has been given to me therefore go and

make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of

the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have

commanded you and surely I'm with you always to the very end of the age that's

the revealed will of God in the new testament given by Jesus all of this can

be boiled down to this love God love others and make disciples who make

disciples that's the GC squared that's the great

commandment and the Great Commission and that feeds into our definition of what a

church is a spiritual family with Christ in the center is king who love God love

others and make disciples who make disciples so what does all this mean for

you well this idea is the entire Bible and God's will boil down to what you can

clearly understand plus it's something that you can definitely carry out to

love God love others and make disciples who make disciples my question to you is

are you doing that most would say yes to loving God and loving others but what

about making disciples are you doing that right now well you might ask what's

that actually mean we'll simply put are you effectively and consistently helping

others to hear God's Word and obey it who's the last person you open up the

Bible with and listen to what God might say to both of you when was the last

time that she read God's Word with someone and walked away with something

to obey or do are you consistently helping others to truly listen to God's

Word and do what it says if the answer is no then you're probably not following

the revealed will of God in the Bible but the good news is you could start

following God's will right now you can implement a simple church or a faith

community or a Bible study to help you get this accomplished just comment below

simple church and let's start a dialogue about it no obligation or commitment we

can just chat about what it might look like

better yet email me at Barry at you choose doc community

that simple you really can follow God's revealed will in the Old Testament and

the New Testament it's not a long list of rules of regulations it's not a list

Why Arsenal stars are convinced they will finish in the top four - Duration: 3:31.

Granit Xhaka insists Arsenal's unbreakable spirit has left them convinced they will finish in the top four this season

Xhaka was outstanding as Arsenal fought back against Liverpool to maintain their 14 game unbeaten run and pass a major test of their credentials against Jurgen Klopp's title hopefuls

Arsenal have won eight points from losing positions this season which is more than any other team in the Premier League and Xhaka praised the impact that Unai Emery has had on the whole squad

Swiss midfielder Xhaka said: "We knew we would not lose this game because we were so good and we showed character again

"If you see this game, you can see we are ready for the top four.  "A lot of small things have changed in the last weeks and month

We have great character. If you are 1-0 down for example against Liverpool, we come back and it's not the first time

"The coach prepared us very well. Each game we know what we do. We know well the opposition, where they are good and where they are not

It's not always easy to come back at 1-0 but as I said we showed great character

"Last season we know it was not the best year of Arsenal, of the players. But I don't want to speak about last year, I want to speak about now

We are now 14 games unbeaten and we must stay like that and improve small things

"Of course, he (Emery) is important. He helps us - not only me but all the players with the small things

Tactical things. You can see that on the pitch. He is always on the pitch with us, moving us into the right position

I like that as well."  Xhaka believes he is playing some of the best football of his three years at Arsenal and his partnership with Lucas Torreira is reaping rich rewards

Xhaka added: "You can see each game we improve more and more and more. Every game is better and better

He (Torreira) is so important for this team. He has very good eyes on the pitch. He knows when to go and when to stay

He brings good balance between offence and defence.  "I think we can be happy with our performance

We know Liverpool have a good team but we gave everything and we showed a great game

In my opinion we were the better team.  "Liverpool in the first half had chances but we were a bit unlucky

Leave right now- Will Young Cover - Duration: 3:38.

I'm here, just like I said

Though it's breaking every rule I've ever made.

My racing heart is just the same;

Why make it strong to break it once again?

And I'd love to say I do

Give everything to you.

But I could never now be true

So I say,

I think I'd better leave right now

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now

Feeling weaker and weaker.

somebody better show me how

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now.

I'm here, so please explain

Why you're opening up a healing wound again.

I'm a little more careful,

Perhaps it shows.

But if I lose the highs, At least I'm spared the lows.

Now I tremble in your arms

What could be the harm

To feel my spirit calm?

So I say,

I think I'd better leave right now

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now;

Feeling weaker and weaker.

Somebody better show me how

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now.

I wouldn't know how to say

How good it feels seeing you today

I see you've got your smile back

Like you say, you're right on track

But you may never know why

Once bitten, twice as shy.

If I'm proud, perhaps I should explain:

I couldn't bear to lose you again.

Yes I will

I think I'd better leave right now

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now;

Feeling weaker and weaker.

Somebody better show me how

Before I fall any deeper.

I think I'd better leave right now

Yes I Will

I think I'd better leave right now

I'm feeling weaker and weaker.

Somebody better show me how

Before I fall any deeper

I think I'd better leave right now.

3 TRUTHS About Reality That Will Change Your Life FOREVER - Duration: 23:33.

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you three truths about reality that will

totally transform your life by the end of this video you're gonna know of three

ideas that once they sink in will change absolutely everything welcome back to

another video my name is Erin and I help people expand their consciousness now in

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you those three secrets that once you know

will totally transform your life and these are truths that when I became

aware of changed my whole entire life there was times when I became aware of

one of these and what happened was is my emotional setpoint how I felt when or

'ti at the time went from like a three to five out of ten with ten feeling

amazing one feeling not so great it went from a three to five out of ten

to about a seven or an eight out of ten as it began to sink in as I began to

understand the truth about it and there was other ones of these two where when I

became aware of I felt such an expansive feeling that it made a lot of the

problems I had in life completely irrelevant or very minimal eyes I saw

things from a more expanded point of view and from that point things really

began to change now this is about understanding consciousness in general

and about understanding who we are at a greater level because the thing is is

most of us and this is me for many years and it's something I'm definitely

shifting more into a new level of consciousness all the time something I'm

constantly working at but it has to do with being on autopilot and

understanding that most of who we are is a habitual thought set pattern that's

just on autopilot and it's because of the way our consciousness works and it's

because of a way that the autopilot mind works but the idea is that we in a way

are under the social conditioning and the hypnosis of past experience because

most people identify with what has happened in the past so we walk around

many times believing that we are at the effect of everything that happens that

was me for years I had a story in my mind about the way the reality works I

destroyed my mind about what I was worthy of because I went through a lot

of stuff growing up there was a powerful transition that

took place when I became aware of a couple of things I'm gonna be sharing

with you now the first one I want to share with you is understanding more of

a spiritual awakening from a point of view that changed my own life and that's

understanding the truth about life is understanding that we are an immortal

spiritual being live in a temporary human experience and in a way our body

on earth is similar to like an avatar think about it like an avatar like in

the movie avatar or think of it like kind of like a Sims character it's like

the character were playing in a quote-unquote videogame and many times

throughout our life we identify with the avatar we identify with what the

character is doing now the ego and the avatar you can call those the same thing

is a part of us but it is not only who we are one of the purposes of life is to

be born on to earth and I believe it's to remember who we are because when we

come here we go through a veil of forgetfulness we forget who we are we

forget that we are immortal spiritual being living a temporary human

experience then what happens is a lot of times we identify with all of the things

that happen in the past I identified it with my past of having an abusive ex

stepmom or a stepmom at the time I identified with the labels that I had

for myself such as having ADHD and not being able to focus having too much

energy I identified with not feeling worthy and with the kind of mindset that

I had I identified with all of that and what happened was then I realized when I

had a spiritual awakening I realized that I am so much more than that and you

are so much more than you think as well now the key to this is understanding

that when we begin to expand our awareness outside of just the ego

structure we realized the truth about who we really are now the truth is we

are unconditional love and bliss we exist in a higher vibrational state of

consciousness as our natural state of being and becoming aware of this is not

about piling on a new idea it's not about becoming more it's about just

letting go of what doesn't serve now if I show you that scale of consciousness

I shared in so many videos before you'll see that you have at the bottom shame

fear guilt eventually you move up to willingness then you move up to

reasoning and then that of unconditional love now what you'll notice is that

becoming a part of the higher emotions it's not about attaining a new

perspective it's not about any type of new insights necessarily it's more about

just letting go of the bottom layers so we're at shame for your guilt anger we

could just start to let those go be aware of them allow them to be there and

as we let them go we start to raise our vibrational frequency that thing is is

we are naturally high vibrational beings and if we experience less than that it's

because we're identified we have thought patterns that are on a loop that are

from identification of the past experiences so the key to this is not to

pile on the new it is to just simply let go of the old by realizing that our

natural state is unconditional love and bliss that's why when you are thinking

positive thoughts or you feel grateful for your life you feel appreciation

you're looking at someone else and think about how amazing they are

you feel so good because those thoughts are in alignment with the higher state

consciousness that you naturally are your emotions are a guided system that's

telling you how your avatar is relating to that of the larger consciousness of

who you are you're constantly getting feedback based on how you feel so be

aware of how you can align your energy and align your emotions to feeling more

loved because when you feel love that's your natural state that means you're

looking through the eyes of who you really are the eyes of source instead of

just the eyes of the avatar but the thing is is now on the planet it's the

time to wake up there are more people waking up right now than ever before and

there is a form of a global consciousness shift happening now global

doesn't mean every single person is going through it but the thing is is

when people raise their vibration you don't need seven billion people to raise

their vibration for there to be changed to happen because the people that do

raise their vibration that become aware that they are immortal spiritual

beings of in temporary human experiences as their consciousness raises their

consciousness actually affects millions and billions of other people because of

how powerful the vibration is this is something that you can find more in the

book called power versus force which is where I got this chart from and it's

something that changed the way that I saw consciousness in general but this is

something that once I experienced transform my whole life I remember

feeling high for about 3 to 4 weeks and the truth is is that high became my

natural setpoint so it's it's almost like it just became natural it wasn't

something that was that it was always that I was always reaching for or

something that I was always a static about feeling because it became natural

for me now it doesn't mean I'm enlightened let me say that but what it

does mean is that my vibrational range went up and now the lower emotions that

I feel is stuff is is much higher emotions than I would have felt a long

time ago so I'd feel more lower emotions would be more frustration than it would

be anger ashamed for your guilt it's more frustration or annoyance or maybe

becoming aware of that so that's what happened when you begin to understand

that you are an immortal spiritual being live in a temporary human experience and

you are more than just your ego you are more than your ego a powerful shift

happens when you shift from your ego into that of your larger self of

understanding that instead of doing in having you can focus on being say yes to

the present moment when you say yes to the present moment you allow your energy

to expand when you resist the present moment and you want it to be different

than what it is what you end up doing is you end up constricting your energy then

what you do is you carry around this restriction you carry around this energy

pattern and as you go out into the world you find more and more evidence of why

you should feel resistance but just know that the outer reflection of what we

experience in our life is nothing more than a reflection of our interstate so

if we say yes to the present moment we are then allowing the energy to flow

better through our body when we go out into the world guess what we're gonna

experience more things to say yes to but it all start

from within so when we change the inside the outside changes that is a true thing

of itself but that's also the truth that really changed my life by the way just

to give this video context I'm mr. donut right now with my buddy

Victor Otto we're doing some business stuff done and we're getting some in

just doing some stuff also enjoying ourselves maybe I'll show a little bit

b-roll of this place this is the Airbnb we got really like it's very open

there's windows all along this on the side and just real open very simple real

cool we really like this place hopefully next time we come we're gonna try to

always book this place but yeah side note okay let's get back into the

video so that is the first truth that totally transformed my life now

the second truth that also totally transformed my life and will transform

your life if you let this sink in is understanding that your beliefs create

reality that what you believe to be true is constantly being reflected back to

you but thinking that it's all set thinking that things are the way they

are many times will hold you back literally what you believe to be true in

every moment is being reflected back to you now this is something that I've

tested before to see how much is this actually true is there a certain

momentum to certain things that then we experience a certain result is there a

certain momentum to all of that to where you know it's not likely we're gonna

change our beliefs about something how does that actually work so me and my

buddy Victor we tested this in Vegas we were in you know from Vegas

I've been Vegas he's from Michigan who lives in Vegas anyways live it live in

Vegas there's this place we go about three times a week and we go to this

place and we we eat there we normally have conversation about stuff that's

going on we connect to kind of mastermind with what we're doing and we

go and there was this there's this place that we go that we really like has very

healthy food that's why we get there three times a week and we go there's a

cashier there the cashier sometimes if there's just one chick that's working

it's one sure she tends to not be in a good mood

she tends it's not like appear to be in a good mood she tends to be very short

short with us we normally are very nice or just ordering our food we're there

almost every day we spend a lot of money there so we just go there we get our

food and go sit down outside in the patio and eat and this time we went and

there's been many times we got and she just has a bad attitude she just seems

like she's just not having a good day not sure what it is but I thought to

myself me Victor and I went outside and we were talking about yeah Sheila seems

to be in a bad mood I wonder if she just doesn't like us it how doesn't mean

Victor talking about it and I thought to myself and I remembered this shift that

I had right I realized recently that literally beliefs create reality so I

almost woke myself up from that story and I said to him and I said let's try

something new what if just because we believe that she's always in a bad mood

when we come here either maybe part to us trigger her into that state of being

or we just happen to show up when she's in a bad mood who knows I said let's

change our story about that so it's not like we had to try to change it we just

were aware of that story we were telling ourselves we're like you know what let

it go no expectation for her to be that way every time we saw her we had this

story in our mind this expectation of how should we should be instead we're

like you know what let's just let that go maybe that's what's controlling or

that's what's causing us to experience that part of her and it's just some

small little something had a big deal about it wasn't somewhere like oh let's

really try to change this it was just something like oh you know because we

could have lived with it it's not the end of the world but the next day two

days later we went and when we went I don't kind of forgot about that but I

remember that I said the intention to not have the expectation that she acts

that way and the time before when she was being rude I asked for like a cup of

ice or something I have really good ice you like the sonic ice I don't go to

Sonic or anything but you know like the it--there's they had really good ice and

they normally the ice machine isn't working that well so they scoop ice out

of this little sink thing and I answer she'd fill it up and she's kind of power

trip and she's like no just go fill it up over there any other person I've ever

asked to scoop it takes two seconds to scoop it up and give you the cup you

know so we don't think wait forever for the ice to come out because it's always

gone because everyone's always feeling Oh thrice but I asked and she's like

just go fill it up or sometimes like okay

I just went and filled it up or whatever and this time I ordered she was much

nicer this two days later we going we order

much nicer we've dropped the story I ordered my drink or whatever which I get

BCA's which is like this amino acid thing for after the gym she literally

just turns around she goes I know you like it scoop yeah I know you like guys

from the firm over here she just scoops up the ice gives it to me and she was in

such a better mood and I thought to myself maybe it's the intention or just

not the expectation that that story that she's always in a bad mood

and as I let last Victor and I let that go guess what she's been much nicer ever

since you see we carry around these notions

about life about the way the world works these notions are what is experiencing

causing us to experience things but the key is to be aware of what these beliefs

are now the best part about this whole process is knowing that we can change

what we believe to be true by being aware of what we believe to be true what

do you believe to be true about yourself how do you feel and relate to money how

do you feel and relate to relationships all of these things now when we look at

that scale of consciousness that we looked at a little bit ago it's actually

about not necessarily piling on a new belief oh I'm gonna believe I can make a

couple hundred thousand dollars a year instead of this amount or our million

dollars names of this valador it's $50,000 a year seven forty thousand it's

not about believing more it's about once again letting go of what doesn't serve

if I were to show you that scale of consciousness again you see that scale

and once you get up to shame fear guilt anger neutrality then you get up to that

of reasoning reasoning as as far as you go with the mind

Einstein was at 499 now what happens is when you go and you realize that your

beliefs create your reality you're creating from a 400 to 500 level of

consciousness however what's even more powerful this is what I've been shifting

into the last couple months is letting go of all the intellectual ideas and

just being present to the moment and transcending reasoning and going into

love and that is saying yes to the present moment and when you say yes to

the present moment things to transform anyways but say yes to the

present moment and be aware these notions that you have about life be

aware of what you believe to be true because as you are aware of all that

that's when everything begins to change now the third truth about life that will

totally transform your life once you begin to observe it and you begin aware

of it is that life this is the book this is the most empowering and yet for some

people somewhat scary idea but it will totally transform your life so I hope

you're ready because this is when you really start to gain your power back

reality itself has no meaning other than the meaning you give it now remember

you're an immortal spiritual being living a temporary human experience we

incarnate into this earth into the earth plane we forget who we are god we don't

remember there's many other systems many other places in the world where we go

with born and we remember we retain that memory but imagine you're playing a

video game and you think the video game is real you will treat it differently

now we have this ego structure we have the body which just interprets things

through the five senses which is very identified with the past and that's the

ego that's the avatar now the truth is the meaning we give things in life is

the effect we get out of it just like whatever we believe to be true is

reflected back to us the meaning we give things is the effect we get out of it if

it the most general idea is if it's a rainy day whether you get a positive or

negative emotion from that will depend upon your belief about it and the

meaning you give it so knowing that everything in life is meaningless other

than the meaning we get it give it is the most powerful understanding you can

have this is enlightenment enlightenment is when you realize that all there is is

the present moment and that everything in life is meaningless other than the

meaning you give it now of course there's beauty in that because then you

realize that everything is unconditional love and bliss and that you have the

flexibility to be present to the moment and to soak in that vibrational

awareness does it mean that we have to that

is that this is a huge shift because you see most people go about life trying to

do or have from the point of the ego but when you shift into being in the present

moment you realize that everything around you is a reflection of the inside

and everything is depending upon the meaning you give it you generate the

meaning so really everything I'm saying will only be true for you if you agree

with it if you give it meaning but other than that they're just words that I'm

saying in a very dynamic tonality that makes me sound like things are you know

very passionate about it because I am passionate about it but I encourage you

to be come aware of what you believe to be true what is the meaning of all of

this this is about a shift experience about shifting your level of

consciousness from being at the effect of everything at the effect of the

effect this person did this to me this person did this to me

this is a past experience I went through moving from the past experience into the

present moment and choosing the meaning you give things think about it like this

we're constantly shifting from moment to moment two different realities depending

on our state of being our beliefs about it and the moment something happens if

you give it a positive meaning you shift to a reality where there's a positive

effect to give it a negative meaning you shift to a reality there's a negative

effect there's an infinite number of possibilities that exist and you

generate the meaning for it this is why any truths you look for if you have a

belief or you believe something to be true you will always find evidence of it

even if your best friend or someone else next to you doesn't see that that's true

for them the one truth in life is that all truths are true whatever you believe

to be true will be reflected back to you whatever mean you get things will be

something that you experience in your life but understand that you are so much

more than you can even imagine that reality is a game literally we live in a

virtual reality where we have forgotten that we are immortal spiritual beings

having temporary human experiences we exist in higher dimensions we are in

higher dimensions chillin having a great time but realizing that we want to

experience more then when you come to there is more to experience because in a

way you forget who you are and there's a lot of fun in remembering who you are

there's also a lot of pain but that pain creates pressure and as that pressure

comes we didn't understand that we are so much more than we priorly thought and

that's what makes the game beautiful you know I was thinking about this the other

day because everything is created from thoughts from a higher dimensional point

of view we're all connected and when we even look at something that's telling

Viktor this the other day my buddy when you look at a rose you look at a rose

it's a beautiful thing and on the stem of that rose you will see little spikes

that come out of it little spikes that have thorns that are painful if you

touch it and at a certain level from a higher dimensional point of view that

was something that was brought into this reality that was something that was

thought of and that beautiful symbolism of it of how beautiful something can be

while still being bitter sweet and painful with its thorns that is

something at a higher conscious of view we thought of everything you see around

you was first off thought of and even the trees that have certain meaning that

have a certain purpose all of these things started at a base level of

consciousness and we brought this into our realm of this simulation of this

virtual reality and you look at everything different when you start to

have this perspective because you start to see everything as divine everything

is a reflection and you start to really exist in a new state of consciousness

now understand that everything around you is a reflection of what you believe

to be true the more you say yes to the present moment the more your life will

begin to transform the more you will open up your energy the more you will

allow things into your life when you realize that your beliefs are creating

your reality they start to let go of what doesn't serve understand you are a

high vibrational beam at your core all you have to do is let go of what doesn't

serve I know it may sound easier than it sounds but once again that's a belief

it's too good to be true that's a belief your natural setpoint is unconditional

love and bliss now if you want to know more about

I'm right now Creedence caught something called the shift experience they earned

Audi it's gonna be a step-by-step practical course for shifting your level

of consciousness helping you to shift out of the ego the reaction to

everything the social conditioning the hypnosis of society into being awake and

a new new level of being raised your emotional setpoint from wherever it is

to 7 or an 8 out of 10 to start to feel better start to understand more of who

you are this is an experience not just that of

some little digital course this is a new way of being it is something that's

gonna be available in the next couple months if you want to be the first snow

you'll see a link on the top of the description box below

it's called the shift experience or they're in dowdy I will also be

traveling the world giving seminars and workshops on it but nonetheless doesn't

be the most powerful thing that I've ever done this would be the thing for

the next 5 or 10 years that I'm specifically teaching because I want to

help as many people as possible shift their level of consciousness into a new

way of being understand they are not just their ego instead of their ego

using them how they can start to become more in presence of who they really are

now I'll also be doing more live communities on Instagram so if you

haven't followed me on instagram yet I do live Q&A is there plus I do daily

posts so if you want to interact with me you can do that there other than that I

hope you enjoyed this video feel free to like this view like to subscribe you

haven't already it's a little notification here next week I'm going to

see the daily vids that I do and other than that as always peace much love and

Japan will charge departing travellers a 'Sayonara Tax' from 2019 - Duration: 1:46.

Have you ever heard of Sayonara Tax?

From January 7, 2019 each person tourists or foreign residents and Japanese who intend to leave the country by ship or train,

will have to pay a tax that has already been dubbed already Sayonara Tax (Goodbye Tax)

Tourist tax is certainly nothing new, so it is not surprising that the Japanese legislators, before the Olympics,

have decided to raise money with this new tax, not of permanence but of "going out" from Japan.

The tax will automatically be added to the price of the ticket and the figure at the moment is definitely affordable:

1000 yen, or 10 USD

Children under two years of age and all those who will support in Japan less than 24 hours will be exempt from payment.

Which means that if you need to transfer, you will not be subject to surcharge

All revenue generated will be used for tourism-related projects and the annual earning has been estimated at 43 billion yen

this could bring many positive changes for Japanese tourism.

To apply this tax are also nations such as Brazil, Australia, Jamaica and the United Kingdom

with costs much higher than those now expected by Japan, which intends to exploit them to improve the infrastructures in airports,

such as facial recognition system while boarding, producing multilingual tourist guides and expanding the wi-fi network

What do you think about it? Let us know in your comment

What $2,100 Will Get You In London | Sweet Digs | Refinery29 - Duration: 6:50.

Hi guys!

Welcome to my Sweet Digs, but before you come in,

hit subscribe below.

Have you done it?

Ok! Come in.

So, I live with two girls.

We really do complement each other because we're all quite

relaxed people.

It's around 530 square feet downstairs, and about 350 square feet upstairs.

Rent wise, we pay 1650 pounds.

That equates to about 550 pounds each, which I really think is a massive

bargain for this area.

As a community, Leyton is just great.

There's a really lovely welcoming feel to the area.

It's also only 20 minutes on the tube to Central,

and the transport links are amazing.

There's always something to do around here.

It's definitely the place for me.

Plus, we get so much space in this house so, win-win.

This is the living room.

I was really lucky when I moved in because pretty much everything

you see here was actually here already.

I didn't need to buy anything extra for the house.

It's massively dominated by this shelf of pure randomness.

Lots of fashion magazines, huge amount of books that we read

as a household.

And we kind of swap and switch around.

Also, just some really weird stuff.

Photo frame of the Spice Girls.

There's no reason for that, but we like it.

I think a main talking point is gonna be this beautiful cast of my

housemate's breasts.

It was really embarrassing when my parents came around.

My dad didn't know where to look, but it looks really, really great

on the shelf.

And, and, makes um, makes a nice focal…

point.

Everything in the house is begged or borrowed basically.

We haven't invested huge amounts of money on brand new

furniture.

And instead, you know, we actually take on beautiful pieces

like this 60s vintage table.

I would describe our homestyle as minimal, modern, a bit of eclectic,

throw in a little bit of vintage, and it's bit of a random mix,

but we really love it, and it's our own.

This is the kitchen.

It's one of the reasons that I wanted to move here.

I think that the space and the light really makes

it something special.

And all three of us really like to cook here.

It means that we can just enjoy, have a chat after a long day at

work over a cold gin and tonic.

Gin. My love. Love of my life.

This is the garden.

We only have three plants at the moment.

One being a Christmas tree that my housemates planted last Christmas,

and it ain't doing so well.

But it's really great to have such a big space out the back of our house.

Also, for summer days, having our friends around for a barbeque.

It's just perfect.

This is the bathroom.

It's totally zen.

We've added loads really lovely sort of bits and pieces.

Lots of plants, lots of succulents to really make us feel

relaxed and at home.

We have this shelving unit, which is a godsend.

It gives us space to add all of our bits and pieces.

It's quite a small space, but I feel because we're

really, really minimal in this house, we make it work for us.

So, when I moved into the house, everything was basically here already.

So, for me personally, my biggest splurge was this beautiful shower curtain.

And I think it really gives a finishing touch to the bathroom.

Oh, I forgot to introduce you to our friend Daria up here, from that iconic

Celine campaign.

It also reminds me that I really want a roll top bath.

I feel like I look at that and I'm just raging with jealousy.

My only pet peeve of the bathroom is the extractor fan because my bedroom

is right next door and that is just the most annoying noise.

And this is the bedroom.

And I really, really love it.

It's exactly how I wanted it.

Very me.

Quite minimal, but with a touch of flare with my "edit" wardrobe.

Top tips for storage would be having a space under your bed.

I actually use wicker baskets where I put all of my towels and all of

my sheets, etc.

Also, my winter clothes because at the moment, I only have

my summer clothes on the rails.

The clothes rail actually works really well because it's bit of an extension

of my personality.

And it shows my love for fashion and for clothing.

I like to experiment with different colors and outfits.

I'm a visual merchandiser for an online men's fashion website.

It's a really creative role and I feel like I take that creativeness

back with me home.

And I think that this room really reflects that from my clothes rail,

which shows my love for fashion, and just the way I put things

together in the room.

This is probably my most sentimental piece.

I actually brought this from my first house in London.

So, it's not a family heirloom, but it's really special to me.

Getting this into the house was an absolute nightmare.

We had three of us girls pushing this up the stairs.

As you can imagine, one pulling, one pushing.

I cannot describe how heavy this is, but it was all worth it

in the end because I've got it in prime position in my bedroom.

I think my inspiration probably comes from, uhh, sort

Scandinavian decor.

Ikea.

Also, all of those really hipster plant shops.

There are so many hipster plant shops in East London.

Honestly, um, you can just step out of your house and you'll find one in

about five minutes.

But, it can be quite an expensive treat.

So, I actually have two fake plants in my bedroom.

Have you spotted them yet?

Here's one!

Haha.

After a really busy week at work, I really look forward to coming home to

my room, putting on some candles, and reading a really good book on my bed.

It's really nice coming home to a really clean, modern space.

Hahaha.

Kavanaugh will skip walk after welcome ceremony - Duration: 0:45.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will forgo a nearly 45-year long tradition during his formal investiture ceremony

on Thursday. The investiture is a ceremonial welcome performed for all justices sworn onto the court. After the ceremony, new

justices usually walk down the court's marble front steps alongside the chief justice. But the Supreme Court announced

Kavanaugh will be skipping the walk portion of his ceremony, making him the first justice to do so since John Paul Stevens in

1975. The ceremony also won't be broadcast live. The court said they made decision due to security concerns linked to

Kavanaugh's confirmation. Both Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, one of several women who accused of him sexual misconduct

during his confirmation, have received death threats.
