Youtube daily do Apr 3 2017

Hello everyone, my name is Malek and welcome to a new video

Before I start with today's topic, as you can see I am at a new place

I moved yesterday to this new appartment

I am very happy about

What I am happy about the most is the lighting here, I have two big windows

The view is very nice

And I get good light, so I can do good quality pictures and videos

I am happy about having more space than usual

I have lots of storage, like this schelves here

And I have another storage right here

I'm happy about the couch I have here as well, I can read there or just chill

In the other corner there's my bad, which is something I like very much

especially at night with the lights I have above it

I wanted to answer a question today that I get asked almost every time I post a recipe that includes sugar

Which is why I use white sugar, and people keep saying white sugar is bad use brown sugar instead and blablabla

First of all I don't use sugar daily. It's very rare that I buy sugar

Maybe since I've started this channel I only baught sugar for the recipe I made here

And I usually would give the rest to people that use sugar

For me I don't see a big difference between white sugar and brwon sugar

At the end both of them are refined and they aren't whole foods and they're not in the form that they should have

So for me a 50% refined sugar or a 100% refined sugar are at the end of the day refined

Another reason why I use white sugar and I don't use brown sugar is because I know that lots of people tell me

that my recipes are difficult and the vegan recipes are difficult and so on

So I want to show them they can do vegan recipes with products that they have at home

and not only because they want to make a vegan recipe that they are supposed to go to the supermarket and buy brown sugar

which is usually more expensive than white sugar

So to show that veganism is something easy I use white sugar which is available in every country and should be affordable everywhere

not like brown sugar which is not available everywhere and if it's available it's usually more expensive

Without discussion shite sugar is very unhealthy and I think everyone approves that white sugar is bad for you

including me!

Of course sugar sources for us human beings should be whole foods, like fruits for example, or starches or similar things

I mean natural things

Of course honey for me as a vegan is not a source of sugar

but at the end we should avoid refined sugars and processed products in general

Anyways, that was a quick video for today, I hope that you liked it.

if you liked it don't forget to give it a thumbs up

if you didn't give it a thumbs down but tell me you didn't like it

If you have any suggestions or any recipes you want me to make or any topics you want me to talk about or any questions you can leave them in the comment section

I see you soon, I hope I'll find more time to make more videos

Oh don't forget to follow me on instagram, snapchat, facebook and so on

I'll see you next time!

Easter 2017. How to make an Easter Basket? Do it yourself Basket for two Eggs - Duration: 10:15.

Good afternoon! You are on the channel "Origami cat".

Today we will do this Easter basket.

It accommodates two Easter eggs.

Shopping white, decorated with an ornament.

Inside straw baskets. It put Easter eggs.

Shopping durable, made of cardboard.

Take a square of cardboard measuring 21x21 cm.

Mark the line of 7 cm. Put 2 to 7 cm label.

Make the same mark of 7 cm on each side of the square.

Connect the dots with a ruler.

Spend a knife along the line to leave a mark.

Cardboard should not be cut, but only pushes.

This stationery knife is very sharp.

I recommend to carry out such a simple line with an awl or a needle.

It will be much safer. Your fingers will remain whole.

Turn the square and spend another 2 lines (scratches).

If you use a knife, draw lines very slowly. Keep up with your fingers.

Fold the paper along the planned lines.

She bends herself, she need only help.

Check the crease. You should have also.

2 Make a cut on this side and 2 - on the opposite side.

You should have also.

Connect the squares together side angles.

Apply glue to the paper part of the square.

Connect the corners of the squares and hold.

Repeat steps on the opposite side.

Take a strip of white paper, 21h2 cm

And a strip of colored paper, 21h1 cm.

Apply glue to the narrow strip.

Glue the narrow strip on the broad.

It will stick to the basket.

Place the handle to the basket and glue.

Glue stick to the basket on the other side.

Prepare all the elements of decor.

My cross symbolize the elements.

Glue decoration element to the basket.

Who for the first time on the channel, please subscribe!

After the subscription, click on the bell next to the "Subscribed".

So once you learn about the release of a new video.

Glue pattern on the reverse side.

Take a square of wrapping paper 15 x 15 cm.

You can take paper, green or yellow.

It will symbolize a fresh or dry grass - straw.

Cut a rectangle (not fully) into strips.

Curl strips with scissors.

Apply glue to the edge.

Glue the grass on the inside of the basket.

Make another herb and glue to the other side.

I advise glue strip to the bottom.

The result was a very long grass.

I need a little shortened.

If you stuck to the bottom of the grass, it is not necessary to shorten.

Cut thin strips of the same paper.

Stripes symbolize the grass or straw.

Make a bed for the eggs.

Put litter in the trash.

Easter basket of paper ready!

Put in basket Easter Egg!

If you turned the basket

if you liked the video - put your finger up!

I look forward to your comments.

I am interested to know you, too, has turned a basket for eggs?

Thanks for watching the video.

AIKIDO - Igor Koga Sensei - Duration: 6:55.

Aikido… to me is life

To me it's life

It's my life

I think everything I've built

Everything that I chose for my life

was based on Aikido

Since the college I choose

untill now with my work

I'm sure Aikido has influenced a lot

I think that is what "lifestyle" is

Much is said about lifestyle

The fitness thing and so on Cool

I think Aikido is my lifestyle

I think it's cool that Aikido does not force you to anything

There are no impositions

Like: You have to stop drinking, stop smoking

No

As you train

Your training level increases

Your body feels this

Your body feels the need to change your lifestyle

So you

choose to stop drinking

Choose to stop staying in the "night"

I'm not against it

But in my current state I can't

It's no longer compatible with me

The Aikido lifestyle is that

You keep training

You don't train Aikido for something specific

Compete, win a medal

You train Aikido for yourself

There are some elements, like commitment

discipline

perseverance

They are all inherent to training

But I don't believe it's imposed

The person gradually discovers herself slowly

While training she sees, feels her own needs

So, when a student comes to me and say:

"Ah, Sensei, now I'm feeling that I need to feed myself better. Drink more water"

For me, this is already a victory

It's a sign that that student is listening to his own body

From now on he will know what to do with his own health with his life

Aikido provided this to him

This is Aikido to me

Is about being a better person

take better care of yourself and your health

and by taking better care of yourself and your health others around you

will feel this difference

and will start to feel that too

My mother had a restaurant

Very close to Kawai Shihan Dojo

At that time

I was delivering food from the restaurant to his house

to his Uchi Deshi

But I was training Judo I had no idea about what was Aikido

Didn't knew

And Kawai Sensei always said:

"Go down the stairs Go and see"

I never understood what it meant

Until the day I followed his advice

"Let me see what this man is talking about I'm going down these stairs that he talks about"

I went down and found myself in a giant tatami mat

I stayed in that grandstand, sitting

"Wow, what this bunch of men in black-skirts are doing?"

One day

I was there watching a training on Friday night

It was Sérgio Furuyama Sensei's class

He was down there

He always saw me on the seats

He said: "You, come down here, come and train!"

When I got on the tatami and trained Aikido for the first time I said

I found my martial art That I like and will do for the rest of my life

And I'm training since then

That was my first time in Aikido And I'm training since then

I like Kihon a lot

Basic Techniques

Ikkyo

Nikkyo

Sankyo

Yonkyo

Irimi Nage

Kokyu-Ho

Shiho Nage

Kotegaeshi Nage

These techniques, today

I don't know until when But

I think for a long time I'll continue studying hard

I have the opinion that

if you train every day Dai Ichi Kyo

Then you can train more

Because

Dai Ichi Kyo, Irimi Nage

Shiho Nage

These techniques you will have to train for the rest of your life

Through this basic structure

Which is the basis of your pyramid

It's the foundation of a building

It's the pillar the building

It's the backbone of our body

So

If you take good care of this spinal column of your body

You're going to build good things

I believe in that It's my opinion

I just want Aikido to grow

I think

there are some new guys

in quotes

because we're not that young

that are investing in Aikido

There are people who go outside Brazil

Some go to France Some go to the United States

Others go to Japan

These people that are coming

That are seeking knowledge out there

They want that Aikido grow again in Brazil

It's an slow work on turtle pace

which is very slow

but I think it's pretty solid

So I just want Aikido to grow

spread more and more

and that above all else

that people are happy

Retratos: Irmãos Costardi - Duration: 5:40.

I am Christian Costardi, chef of the Vercelli's restaurant Christian e Manuel.

And I am Manuel Costardi, confectioner of the Vercelli's restaurant Christian and Manuel.

We are in Vercelli, Vercelli is the homeland of rice,

and our food is contextualized in the territory that surrounds us,

for us it is very important that our territory is inside our dishes.

And for me, it is very important that we never forget the territory that surrounds us.

So one can say that the territory is both inside and outside our dishes.

We are lucky to work in a kitchen completely filled with widows,

from where we look outside, while working we can look out of our kitchen,

and thus never forget our territory.

For us, innovation is nothing more than the ability to take something from the past

and bring it into the future, therefore, in reality, in Italy

mainly, and in northern Italy, but especially in Piedmont, it is impossible to think of innovating

without remembering the great tradition that belongs to us.

And above all, it is important not to lose the baggage of taste and culture that has been delivered to us.

Therefore, it is very important to remember tradition.

So we have an almost parity relation to innovation and to tradition,

there is no innovation if we do not know the tradition.

No one can ever be a great contemporary chef without remembering the past.

One can never forget the past, the past is necessary for moving forward.

When we run the world, working or even just for fun or vacation,

it is fundamental for us to taste what we find in the places where we go,

and to be able to take it home with us.

So the memory of a vacation becomes the ingredient of a dish.

The memory of working in Chile gives birth to a new dish,

so it is very important to look at the world with your eyes open

and to experience everything that is proposed to you, especially when you go somewhere different.

The most beautiful part of our job is to run the world and work.

And every day you learn in this job, every day you know something that you didn't know,

and then you take it for yourself and take it home, and put it in your kitchen or in your dishes,

a seasoning that might be from Chile or something else that might be from Australia,

and you introduce them on your dish in Vercelli.

The memory for us is fundamental, our restaurant is inside the hotel

that was built by our grandparents in 1967,

so the memory is fundamental, the memory of the past and the flavors

of when we were children are very important.

When we think of making rice al pomodoro,

we start from the rice al pomodoro remembrance of kindergarten.

Not always the memory is positive, sometimes it is negative, but it is important

to be able to change the tendency, and to transform something that was negative in the past

into exceptional in the present, and this is what we did with the rice al pomodoro.

Memories are the most beautiful things.

Thanks to the memories, I remember my grandmother who is no longer with us,

I remember her fish, her chicken a cacciatora with tomato,

the same way she chose the vegetables, it is how we choose them even today,

and this is a remembrance of cooking too, because this is very important too,

to conserve the vegetables as she conserved, and, still today, it is something fundamental for us.

For us, rice was the starting point and it is our road.

Rice is one of the oldest ingredients at our disposal,

and in every cookbook you can read, it is usually written that

for making a risotto, you should start braising with a fat part,

which can be butter or olive oil, onion, then you fry the rice, and water it with white wine.

This is the rice.

But in reality, this was born in the History. Once the rice, to be transported,

was put in sacks of jute. Rice is a foam that absorbs scent and,

then, the only way to make it eatable was by seasoning it a lot.

In this way, braising it, one could remove a little the jute flavor that the rice had,

white wine, because of the acidity, completely covered it, and, thus, one could eat the rice.

Today, on the contrary, to prepare the rice, we totally eliminated the fatty part,

so we do a dry frying, we do not wash it with white wine anymore,

because it is not interesting for us, we use a vegetable product.

So we try to emphasize more the taste of the rice we used.

We always say that we just put a grain of rice on the ground,

and from this grain were born the Costardi bros. So for us rice is the king of our table.

Geoje's Jisim-do Island open to public for first time in 80 years - Duration: 1:32.

There's still a lot of focus on women's grasp on the purse-strings,... and until recently

you could argue male consumers were overlooked by retail firms.

That's no longer the case though... with companies in a number of areas trying to crack the code

for reaching male consumers who are willing to spend big on the latest appliances and

gadgets.

Let's take a look.

As men increasingly show interest in home appliances, especially those with appealing

designs, brands are unveiling new lines of products that cater to their preferences.

We take a look at how men's contribution to household work is changing their consumption

trends.

Jeon Seok-hwan, an artist living in Seoul, starts his day with sophisticated consumer

electronics products.

"I consider the overall space first and then start looking for home appliances that

would match the space."

"I consider design before making a purchase.

Basic functions also matter."

"This refrigerator was a bit more expensive than other models because of its design."

"I'm an artist, so I tend to look for unique products, not ordinary ones."

These fancy home appliances made Jeon take an interest in household chores, which he

previously considered as hassle.

But he has certain standards when it comes to buying them.

"It's almost like owning a piece of authentic artwork with original design, instead of a

replica."

He bought most of his appliances himself online or from brick and mortar stores.

"I compare the prices offered by retailers at home and abroad.

If the price from an overseas retailer is cheaper, I make a direct purchase that foreign

website."

Jeon isn't the only man taking an interest in home electronics.

Purchases by men in the home appliance category have seen a continued rise in recent years,

according to eBay Korea estimates.

In October 2016, a cordless vacuum cleaner by a British technology company was aired

on a home shopping channel.

The viewership of the segment among men far exceeded that among women, breaking the common

belief that women are the primary shoppers of home electronics.

"Men are becoming more active in home electronics shopping.

Today, they tend to marry later in life or some do not marry at all.

This has increased the involvement of men in cooking and other household work.

The rise in single-person households also has contributed to men's growing demand for

electronic appliances."

Single-person households in Korea are on the rise every year.

In addition, men's increased involvement in household work, expecially in dual-income

families, has piqued their interest in devices they would personally use.

At this Japanese home appliance store in Yongsan, Seoul, changes in preferences of male shoppers

are evident.

"Products with good performance are now quite common, so male shoppers now tend to look

for both good design and performance in products.

They also increasingly consider items that would match the overall mood of their home."

Male consumers tend to loosen the purse strings, when their expectations of performance and

design are both met, even if a product carries a high price tag.

"The recent minimalist trend has found its way to home appliances design.

Male consumers now these appliances as interior accessories.

So, instead of focusing solely on their performance, they select ones with fancy design, mostly

from foreign brands, even if it means paying more."

The change in male consumers has also affected the retail landscape.

This electronics appliance store in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, specifically targets male consumers.

The brand has seen major growth in recent years, with stores operating nationwide.

The retailer capitalized on men's changed attitudes towards electronic devices.

It offers a diverse collection of "kidults" products ranging from video games, action

figures to radio-controlled cars, as well as home appliances with sophisticated, eye-catching

designs.

The overwhelming majority of customers here are men.

There are several areas in the store where customers can try out and compare different

products before buying.

These in-store demos also cater to male consumers.

Shopping for design-oriented home appliances is play for men doing household work.

"We will see more designs that cater to men in home appliances.

There is a high chance that men will emerge as the dominant consumer group in the sector,

so manufacturers will need to step up their efforts to satisfy their tastes and preferences."

Men's participation in household work has driven noticeable change in the retail sector.

What other changes will it bring to our society and economy?
