Roasted eggplant and pepper pasta sauce/Eggplant and peppers pasta sauce. - Duration: 1:46.

Ingredients: 1-pound eggplant ¼ cup pine nuts 3-tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, diced 3 cloves of garlic minced 3 roasted red peppers 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped Salt to taste

Pepper to taste ¼ tsp. of lemon juice ½ pound spaghetti or penne pasta.

Preheat oven for 400 degree F.Pierce eggplant with fork several times to make it cook evenly.

Cut and remove seeds from red peppers.Place eggplant and peppers in a baking tray and bake for one hour,untill soft

Mean while,place small pan on medium heat,add pine nuts and toast until browned.Remove and set aside.

In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil and onion,saute until slightly browned.

Mean while cook the pasta as per instruction and set aside.(Toss with some oil to prevent sticking after draining water)

Once eggplant and peppers are very soft and cooked remove from oven and let it cool for little bit.

Peel the skin off eggplant and peppers.Transfer it to mixer or food processor along with pine nuts ,oil and onions.

Grind or process it to a chunky or smooth sauce .

Transfer the sauce to the same pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.Turn the heat off.

Add fresh oregano,feta cheese and lemon juice.Stir gently to combine.

Add sauce over the pasta and serve.

That's no longer the case though... with companies in a number of areas trying to crack the code

for reaching male consumers who are willing to spend big on the latest appliances and

gadgets.

Let's take a look.

As men increasingly show interest in home appliances, especially those with appealing

designs, brands are unveiling new lines of products that cater to their preferences.

We take a look at how men's contribution to household work is changing their consumption

trends.

Jeon Seok-hwan, an artist living in Seoul, starts his day with sophisticated consumer

electronics products.

"I consider the overall space first and then start looking for home appliances that

would match the space."

"I consider design before making a purchase.

Basic functions also matter."

"This refrigerator was a bit more expensive than other models because of its design."

"I'm an artist, so I tend to look for unique products, not ordinary ones."

These fancy home appliances made Jeon take an interest in household chores, which he

previously considered as hassle.

But he has certain standards when it comes to buying them.

"It's almost like owning a piece of authentic artwork with original design, instead of a

replica."

He bought most of his appliances himself online or from brick and mortar stores.

"I compare the prices offered by retailers at home and abroad.

If the price from an overseas retailer is cheaper, I make a direct purchase that foreign

website."

Jeon isn't the only man taking an interest in home electronics.

Purchases by men in the home appliance category have seen a continued rise in recent years,

according to eBay Korea estimates.

In October 2016, a cordless vacuum cleaner by a British technology company was aired

on a home shopping channel.

The viewership of the segment among men far exceeded that among women, breaking the common

belief that women are the primary shoppers of home electronics.

"Men are becoming more active in home electronics shopping.

Today, they tend to marry later in life or some do not marry at all.

This has increased the involvement of men in cooking and other household work.

The rise in single-person households also has contributed to men's growing demand for

electronic appliances."

Single-person households in Korea are on the rise every year.

In addition, men's increased involvement in household work, expecially in dual-income

families, has piqued their interest in devices they would personally use.

At this Japanese home appliance store in Yongsan, Seoul, changes in preferences of male shoppers

are evident.

"Products with good performance are now quite common, so male shoppers now tend to look

for both good design and performance in products.

They also increasingly consider items that would match the overall mood of their home."

Male consumers tend to loosen the purse strings, when their expectations of performance and

design are both met, even if a product carries a high price tag.

"The recent minimalist trend has found its way to home appliances design.

Male consumers now these appliances as interior accessories.

So, instead of focusing solely on their performance, they select ones with fancy design, mostly

from foreign brands, even if it means paying more."

The change in male consumers has also affected the retail landscape.

This electronics appliance store in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, specifically targets male consumers.

The brand has seen major growth in recent years, with stores operating nationwide.

The retailer capitalized on men's changed attitudes towards electronic devices.

It offers a diverse collection of "kidults" products ranging from video games, action

figures to radio-controlled cars, as well as home appliances with sophisticated, eye-catching

designs.

The overwhelming majority of customers here are men.

There are several areas in the store where customers can try out and compare different

products before buying.

These in-store demos also cater to male consumers.

Shopping for design-oriented home appliances is play for men doing household work.

"We will see more designs that cater to men in home appliances.

There is a high chance that men will emerge as the dominant consumer group in the sector,

so manufacturers will need to step up their efforts to satisfy their tastes and preferences."

Men's participation in household work has driven noticeable change in the retail sector.

In this episode of AHGASE TIME i'll share my experience

When i come to GOT7 2nd Fanmeeting in Indonesia

I'll tell you about how this happened

I'll tell you just the important parts so you won't get bored

Wait, when is it?

The fanmeeting is held on Kota Kasablanka Mall on 18th of February 2017

I came to the 1st fanmeeting too

If you've seen my other channel before you'll know that i've tell my experience about that there

But the video...

You'll never find it

When i arrived at the venue i exchange my ticket first

and at 4PM the photo op gate is opened

I went upstairs after i eat with my sister

We're very relaxed

because we think as long as we're not late, it's okay

So we're very relaxed and ate first

We went upstairs without any hope

We didn't hope that we'll be the first or the last

first or last it doesn't matter as long as we can take a photo with them

But when we go upstairs there's no one

There isn't any queue line

Right after we walk 2 step, 3 step from the escalator the security told us to make a line

Me and my sister are the 2nd photo group

Then we wait

And GOT7 came

We're facing there, and they came from there

the photo booth is right there

When they came i just looked at Jinyoung without screaming or etc

i just looking at them one by one

Oh my God they got a lot skinnier

Like really they're a lot skinnier than the last time i saw them

The last time i saw them was at the 1st fanmeeting they're already skinny back then

and now they're more skinnier

1 week before the fanmeeting i was sick

I can't go to school for a week

My only motivation is "if i didn't get better i can't go to the fanmeeting"

I got a lot of medicine

I have to took an injection everyday

But i did it happily

Because i have to go to the fanmeeting

They may not come back to my country

Luckily i recovered in 1 week

The third day is the most severe one

I dreamed

I dreamed that i'm at GOT7's Fanmeeting

and at the photo op i sat in front of Jinyoung

I talked to him

I do a lot of interaction with them

From that i really want to sit in front of Jinyoung, if i can

and

I did.

I sat in front of Jinyoung

I stand in front of the chair, i put my tote bag beside the chair

I sat down and i turned around immediately

I turned around,

and i see Jinyoung

Oh my God is this a person? not a mannequin?

That's definitely the first word that'll pop into your head when you see your idol

Jinyoung immediately looked at me as soon as i turned around

He looked at me right into my eyes

That's what i like from him

His gaze is..

How i explain it..

It's different

His eyegaze is...

Peaceful?

and he smiled

He smiled until the end

Jinyoung looked at me and then i say

"Jinyoung Oppa, do you know parkjinyoungie on instagram?"

parkjinyoungie is my fan account name

Then while smiling Jinyoung is like :

"Hm?"

I think he didn't hear me well

So i asked again

"do you know parkjinyoungie on instagram?"

He's like "Um......"

He looks didn't sure (about what i'm saying)

Then i want to try again for the last time

but there's a staff between me and Jinyoung

Okay, i give up

I won't ask again

When i turned around they're still setting up the camera

Oh, i can't waste the time

So i turned around again

Maybe Jinyoung noticed that i turned around again

So he pointed forward telling me to look at the camera

And i asked him "Oppa, can i hold your hand?"

"Oppa, can i hold your hand?"

Then Jinyoung...

He immediately held my hand from the back

Yes, he held my hand.

The first word that pop put in my head is

"Wow, his hand is so big"

My hand is kinda big for female

When he hold my hand i can feel that his hand covered all of my hand

I looked at the camera and foolishly my phone fell down

I put my phone on my thigh

On my neck there's the photo pass

It twisted around my neck

Then i fix it

I fix it while i'm still holding Jinyoung's hand

And my phone fell off -_-

Good.

When i hold Jinyoung's hand

Jinyoung bend forward

To the point that his arm touched my head

He's that close

and i even can smell his scent

He smells like a baby(?)

but there's a flower (?) scent too

He smells so good

So there's the exit door in front of the photo booth

There isn't any walls so they still can see us walking to the exit door

When i've walked away from them i hold my sister's hand

I held her arms and lean on my sister's shoulder

"I HELD HIS HAAANNNDD"

I really have no energy left to the point that it was hard for me to walk

and i tripped (luckily i didn't fall lol)

then i turned around and look at them

..Jinyoung laughed at me..

I'm so embarrassed

Maybe he thinks

"This fan looks so calm when we took the photo like she often meet us-

but when she's far from us she looks like a crazy"

But really, I'm so embarrassed

Luckily i got the 2nd row from the stage

and the 5th seat from the left

the view is..

I sat down and the other fans was fanchant-ing so i did too

While holding the lightstick

Then it started

7 HANDSOME OPPAS APPEARED

right in front of me

I can count with my hands how many times i screamed at the fanmeet

I don't have any video (my sister does)

I don't have any video from the fanmeeting

Because i don't want to hold my phone

I just want to enjoy the fanmeeting

and remember that in my memory not in my phone

Because i think it's a lot more precious if i remember it in my memory than in my phone

It turns out that watching the fanmeet like that is a lot better

than you're screaming too much and you can't hear their voice

and busy with your phone

It's a lot better if you stay calm, scream when it's needed

and remember all of that in your memory

Believe me.

I looked at Jinyoung and the others

and i was smiling so proudly without i realize

I know them since they're still nothing, when they're still a rookie

and now they can do world tour

They come to my country

I feel so proud as a fan

I made the fanboard D-1 Fanmeeting

I made the fanboard until 3AM

At fantalk Jinyoung looked at my seat area

i immediately hold the fanboard

and i waved at him

I didn't scream, i didn't call him

Then he looked at the fanboard

he looked at it for a long time

and then he focused hearing the MC

and he looked at it again and again for a short time

and i think "It's okay as long as he saw it"

At least i'm so happy that he saw what i've make with a lot of struggle

Jinyoung and his fan at the game-

They're REALLY CUTE if i think about it again

Jinyoung is soo kind

They keep talking to each other from the start till the end

But because i feel a little bit disappointed

"Ah.. i want to get picked"

but then i didn't get picked

Like who doesn't want to get picked?

So i'm a little bit disappointed

but as the time goes the disappointment is gone and i started to enjoy the fanmeet again

At the last song all of the fans went to the front of the stage

My sister dragged me

I'm at the stage's corner

and there's door to the backstage

and then Yugyeom, Youngjae, all of them walk by

and then Jinyoung

He was waving to the crowd in the middle

When he get close to my area i hold the fanboard

I held the fanboard like this

Jinyoung was waving to there, there then right to my area

Then he saw the fanboard

He pointed at me

and then he smiled

It's not a waste that i go to sleep at 3AM

And then

he waved while walking backward

Then he looked at my area again

And my mood 100% came back as it is in the beginning

When he pointed at me, he smiled until his eye wrinkles showed, he waved at me

i'm just like :

Yea, like that

I'm not like :

WWWOOOAAHH JINYOUNG OPPPAAAAA!!!!

No.

I didn't wait until they go back

I didn't go to the airport too

I never go to the airport (to meet idol)

Cause... for what?

I just can see them for a really short time there

and they're definitely tired

So i never go to the airport

When i go out from the mall i saw their van parked

So from the inside of the taxi we're like "Bye bye oppa~ see you next time!"

Like we've let Oppa go (lol)

On the way home suddenly i heard police siren

There's 2 of their van passed by

We didn't wait for them but we met them on the road

They're really fast

Because police escort them

Then when i came home i can't sleep

I'm like a crazy, i can't stop smiling

Will students get their books on time? - Duration: 1:41.

This print in this book is not clear, because of which we cannot study.

I had to purchase a guide in order to study and because of that I even scored less.

Some books have missing print and the content appears twice as well.

Everybody is coming out with the fact that a grade 8th student is not able to read the

textbook of a 2nd grade student but no one tried find out the reason behind it.

We tried to look into the matter and then we came across the fact that the children

are getting textbooks very delayed.

The quality of education and textbooks have a direct relation.

Without textbooks children cannot read and write, that is very clear.

It is an undebatable fact.

The solution to this is that we should not purchase the books in the first place.

The SMC( Student Management Committee) members should not receive the books and check them.

I have founded a campaign along with my friends and this campaign is called campaign for chase.

This time we are doing a campaign called #Booksontime.

We wanted to set up a monitoring committee, who monitor the textbook distribution, not

only the timeliness but also the quality of textbooks in Delhi.

Secondly we also wanted to see where the money is going.

Is there any case of corruption at some level, so one has to look into that

oh hey guys welcome back to my blog

channel yesterday i slept till about two

in the afternoon because i got home at

like seven o'clock i decided to

purposely miss my train I went out with

coworker and he brought a bunch of

friends with him which was nice because

all of them are so nice and I love

meeting new people but before that I

ended up going to Yokohama to meet up

with Adam we ended up going out to this

port that I have no idea existed do you

mean okay it's two o'clock woods go chop

chop chop what chop chop let's go hi it

good hi good is being racist chop chop

never heard that before I was gonna say

bye Adam bye I just taught doing the

word shotgun we're going to some cat

dude petting zoo because Adam wants to

go ladies driving everyone's scared what

yovah like an hour and a half to get

there and we wanted to see this like pet

door because I guess they sold a bunch

of exotic animals but Ross where's the

parking Wendy us is that parking right

i'm on a boat i'm on a boat I don't know

the restaurant I won that bull yes r at

McDonald's we drove like an hour in

Stringtown that's all we're doing today

we're okay we're at a pet shop right now

and this is sad this is so sad it was

not what I expected I do not support

this kind of thing but we wanted to go

inside and see what it looked like

because sometimes when you go to these

stores they sell like exotic snakes or

you know geckos or blizzards or

something something cool that you would

probably be able to find States but no

these animals were not that kind of

thing they were like legit wild animal

would I didn't want that good yeah I was

that monkey oh we're so polite analysis

of i-26 although it was like an

interesting experience to see these

animals up close it was so wrong in so

many ways and I felt like six my stomach

just being in there we went for a little

bit but we got caught up with the guy

the owner was actually very famous for

owning these animals the place won't

shut down because it is famous and a lot

of celebrities go there and there's

pictures of these celebrities everywhere

petting these animals and I'm just like

oh stop dust and he spoke fluent English

but it was just like so disappointing

and sad there are penguins there that

were being sold and penguins and

vironment that they shouldn't be in they

probably die very soon because it was

like the smallest cage it wasn't it was

like room temperature there was like a

tiny pool of water for them they're so

mingos being sold who wants blue mingoe

so the guy was like trying to show us

around and like talk about these animals

and of course you know like we didn't

want to be rude and just like be like

whatever bye so we just patiently

listened to him and there are some

animals in there okay like little chicks

those were really cute you subscribe

okay so i might die okay i don't support

this but this is pretty big due to these

poor things this is a porcupine once the

porcupines pet this is Japanese yeah a

little bit it looks like you and I say

my they have poor eyesight so first I

have to let my mom with my voice and

then

and behind the powder was a rule and I

was like what it looked terrified and

he's like oh yeah well this wolf has had

negative experiences with humans well

yeah dull obviously there's nothing I

can do I don't support it you can't shut

it down but the only thing that I can do

is like give some kind of awareness to

you guys yeah it's bittersweet because

it's a cool experience these animals

like you don't really get a chance to

get up close with but then again these

animals are like terrified and it's just

not good after that we saw a beautiful

port there's lots of water and shop and

there's lots of little cafes and

shopping centers it's a little bit on

the pricey side but it's a really pretty

place to go go do you go

cream puffs and coffee okay and what did

you think of it has me first okay so we

went to this pet store today and it was

really really really sad and I just

wanted to punch the guy in the face I'm

sorry you were a very nice guy you were

very very kind to let us pet those

animals yeah a little chicken so cute

the chickens are cute it was really bad

like it made me want to cry and the guy

was like so nice but i just wanted to do

where's me get these animal like they

just order them online or some just a

black market yeah i guess so or did you

just went out and found them himself the

whole place made me so mad I'd leave a

little don't go there I'm just going to

say that right now I think the guy is

very nice but just don't go there don't

support it

went out to eat with my co-workers and

friends and we ended up purposely

missing our trade because we wanted to

nice not like a beautiful in it rules

have the connections but it's a monday

there but we'll see something so tonight

and i'm more awake and past the point of

tired adam has access to a members-only

far and we're like a lot of celebrities

go so you never know like who seemed to

show up we went to a bar first just kind

of talk about what we wanted to do and

then after that we went to the members

bar and it's like super secret nobody

knows where it is there's no signs

there's no anything and that was like my

first experience doing something like

that but the staff was really nice and

it was like no mijo dying cada año like

all night karaoke all night and for like

three thousand yen so that was very

enjoyable and then someone from a group

called the J soul brothers walked in and

I had no idea who they were I don't

follow boy bands in Japan

but I guess they're very very famous and

they're part of exile and we ended up

talking to Hannah lot and was so nice he

spoke English fluently it was very good

at English and we ended up doing karaoke

like all night I've never I haven't

stayed out all night since Halloween and

Japan which was like a like three years

ago I stayed out all night past my

training time and we did karaoke like

all my and I ended up falling asleep

this time I didn't cuz I just so like

energized from the karaoke please

The Truth about Success ||| One Swing at a Time - Duration: 2:05.

Hey everyone, Mike Sherbakov here, founder of The Greatness Foundation.

And I am grateful to be working with FitLifeTV to bring you another episode of Mindset Monday.

And today's lesson comes by way of the stonecutter.

And the story goes like this.

That this stonecutter, standing in front of this big rock in front of him.

And he is chipping away, hitting this rock over and over as hard as he can.

And one day, this traveler, who just happens to be walking alongside this path, looks at the stonecutter.

He sees the stonecutter whine back, hit the rock, and the rock cracks and breaks.

And the traveler's amazed.

He goes, "wow! look how strong that stonecutter is, he broke that rock with one swing!"

But we know the reality, and what happens is it didn't happen in one swing.

It was days and nights and committed action and consistency

of hitting the rock over and over and over again in order to make it crack.

And so the lesson here is a lot of times we look at someone

who's achieved a certain level of success in their lives.

Maybe, maybe they're incredibly healthy or maybe they've done really well in business.

Or they've done well financially, or in a relationship.

Whatever that is and we make the assumption that it happened overnight.

So just remember that nothing great is achieved overnight.

Whether it's your wellness goals, whether it's your business goals, your financial goals.

It's the consistent action.

It's the perseverance of the things that matter most to you that will make the difference.

So keep walking that path, stay committed to your mission.
