Flatline Blood Sugars Eating 750g Carbs - What I Ate #14 - Duration: 11:09.

Robby: Throughout today, my highest blood glucose was 107.

So this was a super steady day.

Good morning everybody!

It is Friday, April 21 and I'm feeling really good about today.

Today's just going to be a great day.

I have 5 calls of people who are interested in learning about coaching.

I'm going to be packing for Tulum, which is super exciting.

It looks amazing.

I haven't been there, but it looks amazing.

Blood sugar wise, today's off to a good start.

I woke up and my Dexcom said 124.

I took 2.5 units to treat the dawn phenomenon, which

is a little more than usual but the problem is I

haven't been exercising so much lately.

We'll see what happens.

That should keep me pretty stable until it's time to eat breakfast.

Right now I'm just drinking some lemon water and i'm going

to make some tea and some celery juice and then head outside to the beach for a little

movement.

This is the tea I drink each morning.

I just soak it in water each night.

There's rosehips, shizandra berries, and elderberries.

So that's just straight celery juice, and I'm going to strain it because it tastes even

better when it's strained.

It's 8:33.

My 2.5 units are working out great.

Now it's time to head to the beach.

Okay, so I did a little bit of movement on the beach.

Went down to 62, so I'm going to treat this with 3 of these

dates.

Each date's like 5 grams of carbs so I'm going to treat this with 15.

Obviously the dawn phenomenon was a little too much.

Going to have to take less than that tomorrow because I'm

starting to be more active again.

One of these days I'm really going to try surfing.

It's a good morning at the beach.

Got in my movement, touching nature.

Now it's time for breakfast.

For breakfast, it's going to be papaya, mango, and some greens.

It's going to be roughly 180 grams of carbs, so I'm going to go for 7.5

units, which will be roughly a 24:1 ratio.

So here's the final product.

Dexcom says 80 and I've waited plenty long to eat.

It's probably been about 10 or 15 minutes ago since I injected, so I'm going

to go eat this.

It's just mangos, papaya, arugula, and spinach.

Okay, I'm 79 so far.

It hasn't even been two hours.

The ratio is too aggressive, so exercise is starting to lower my ratios.

So to correct this, I'm going to be proactive and try and keep it up.

So 3 dates and I should be okay.

Lunch is in progress.

This is white sapote.

It's an amazing fruit.

White sapote's actually not in the USDA nutrient database, so I guess that

it's similar to sapodilla.

That's how I calculate the numbers.

Here's the meal.

Everything right there, so I put it into Cron-O-Meter right here.

188 grams of carbs in this particular meal.

I've injected 7 units.

What does the Dexcom say?

Dexcom says I am 95.

I took insulin probably about 10 or 15 minutes ago, so I'm going to start

eating and enjoying this delicious lunch.

Okay, I'm running errands.

I'm actually going to Walgreens to pick up some blood glucose

strips.

Just to be safe, I'll eat 3 dates like I did last time.

I just measured out this afternoon snack right here.

I've got tomatoes, mangoes, wild blueberries.

I'm going to blend it all together and throw some spirulina in there.

And it's 93 grams of carbs.

Those are all the actual grams of each ingredient, so if I do 2.5 units then it's

going to be a 37:1 ratio.

That's what I'm going to do and then I'm going to workout soon.

So exercise class starts at 5:15.

That means I gotta eat this pretty darn quickly and get on my

bike.

So I ate 55 grams worth of dates during this workout.

I'm going to test and find out exactly how the Dexcom is right now.

It was a good workout and fun bike ride as always.

I'm just blessed to live in a great spot.

86.

See, the Dexcom was not giving me the completely accurate data,

although I will say I've had this Dexcom in now for like the 8th day now so it may be

time to change it.

I don't know exactly how many carbs are going to be at dinner, so I'm just going to guess

because I worked out and I'm pretty hungry.

I'm just going to take 4 units and I will measure this

stuff afterwards and see what the ratio ended up being and see if I feel good about it.

I'm going to take my long acting.

I always take my long acting with my dinner.

So Lantis here.

I'm going to do 16 units.

I've been doing 17 lately, but since I finally picked up the exercise

again I'm just going to go with 16.

All right.

Short acting -- I use Humalog and I got this pen that

does half units which is pretty cool.

I don't know if you can see that on the camera or not, but

anyways I only need half units so I'm just going to go with 4.

I'm going to go with the legs since I worked out the legs, so it's a good idea.

So let's talk for a moment about everything that's going on.

So if you have not signed up for the free summit, you've got to check out our free

summit, okay?

I'll put a link below for that: Mastering Diabetes Online Summit.

It's amazing.

If you have not heard about our retreats, go to

our website and check it out to see what's going on.

We've got our next retreat July 13 - 17.

You can read all about it on our website, MasteringDiabetes.org.

I will be in the United Kingdom at the UK Fruitfest on August 2 - 6.

I'm super pumped about this, so if you live in the UK and it's ike too

far for you to travel to a retreat, I mean this is basically

like an opportunity -- a cheaper opportunity -- to get all your food taken care of to ask

me anything you want about diabetes.

Like work on your transition, what's going on, I'll be there all

day just hanging out, having fun.

I've got a few lectures going on.

Plus there's other bunch of great people there giving lectures, so if

you are in Europe and you want to hang ut and eat a

bunch of fruit, you've got to check out the UK Fruitfest.

Hey, if you're in America and you want to travel there, I mean check it out.

I'm pumped.

I've never been to London.

I've never been to the United Kingdom.

So I'm just rally excited about it.

So that's happening August 2nd to the 6th.

If you enter the code MINDFUL, you have 10%.

So that is coming up real soon.

Okay, there's the salad so far.

That's what we've got.

I'm going to calculate these numbers in Cron-O-Meter.

Dexcom says I'm 98 and going up, so I have to be careful now with the insulin

timing.

So I'm going to test myself again.

Okay, when I measured everything out, it was 155

grams of carbs and going up it flattened out.

I re-tested myself.

I'm 76, so it's time to eat this beautiful dinner.

Wrapping up this video, putting all the numbers together, and I'm snacking on

cauliflower.

Blood glucose is in a good position right now -- 92 and going steady.

This is all the data in Cron-O-Meter.

Total carbs for the day: 743 right there.

Total carbs: 743 grams.

My boluses throughout the day were a total of 23.5.

My basal insulin: I took 16.

So my total is 39.5 units of insulin.

When you do the math here to calculate the 24-hour insulin

sensitivity ratio, which is super important.

Every type 1 should be calculating this number.

I take the total carbs divided by the total insulin

and today it's 19:1.

I'm happy with that and my macro ratios today are 90/5/5 with a total of 21

grams of fat.

And let's look at the Dexcom data.

So throughout today, my highest blood glucose

I believe was 107.

So this was a super steady day.

There were a couple lows in there, hovering in the lows a couple times, but none of these

are dangerous lows.

I might have missed by a little bit and I felt fine.

I was okay.

It's not a big deal, and that's part of really being in control

of your ratios, what's going on, just quality type 1

management.

So that's what happened today.

I know what a dangerous, shaky low feels like.

It was nowhere near that today.

I'm happy.

This was a solid day.

This flatline, it's usually not that flat actually so this was the result of really

diligent measuring, eating a lot of greens with meals,

insuiin timing, and eating at a good pace.

That's how I got the flat line.

And that's it, so if you have comments or questions, please write below.

Don't you dare do that.

Mama, please, I'm just--

I feel so powerless.

Would you just let me go? - Powerless?

Hey!

GRACE: Yes.

What do you know from powerless?

When have you ever been prevented

from anything until now?

Mm, hm.

Or restrained yourself one wit?

Every problem you have, you caused.

GRACE: Hm.

Every cross you bear, you built it yourself.

You don't know about powerless.

What your sister endured.

What I endured.

What those girls you go around showing off,

defending, endured.

Mama, what-- what have you ever endured?

Giant AuthorTube Collab! What Was The First Story You Ever Wrote?✍📚 [CC] - Duration: 6:15.

Hello! My name is Stephen Alff and welcome back to Alffbooks!

And today we are here to do the Giant AuthorTube Collab!

Basically, it's a series of videos where we are answering questions and this is part 3.

There will be a playlist link in the description as well as links to all the people's channels

who are participating in this collab.

And yeah, let's get down to the question!

So the question for this video is what was the first story you ever wrote?

The first story I ever wrote was Famous Five fanfiction.

Based in the same world as the Famous Five, I just had 3 characters instead of 5 and otherwise,

very much the same story.

It was somewhere to start and I still have that, full of mistakes, written down version

in a copybook of a story that I never actually finished but it was a starting point!

And now I am going to put in the clips from other authortubers and their replies to this

question!

So, enjoy!

Suzanne: So, 7 mice that can speak English for some reason and they have to save the

world from these guys who are evil and planning on sending magic dust into the air

in order to enslave all of Humanity!

I was 6 and it came to me in a dream and I thought, this is amazing!

This is it!

This is going to be my novel!

And I wrote like half of it and it's on this dusty laptop somewhere, so if I ever plug

it back in I can salvage it but yeah, that was that!

Amy: Hello everyone, Amy here.

The first story I ever wrote was when I was 8 and it dealt with, we were given a prompt

in school about if we had a time machine what would you do?

And I obviously went back in time to dinosaurs and they could talk and we went to like 3

different places.

It was 10 pages and I was quite proud of myself when I was 8 with this story that was probably

horrible now if I read back on it!

Sam: Hey guys, Sam here!

My first ever story I wrote was in fact, I can't really remember from childhood but I

think, when I actually started writing, it was a werewolf story?

It was terrible, it was about 2 sisters that were kidnapped and yeah we just never speak

of that!

I still have it and it was terrible but yeah, that was the first story I ever wrote!

Victoria: Hey guys, Victoria here!

The first story I ever wrote, the first story I remember writing, was the haunted headless

horsemen!

I used to tell that story to my friends in first grade to try and scare them and I eventually

wrote it down and frightened my parents and teachers.

It was the beginning of a beautiful writing career although perhaps slightly questionable

for a 6-year-old!

Morgan: The first story that I ever created was about the doll Amazing Amy.

I took that and I started writing like adventures of Amy I guess.

And it was around the second grade and I would just tell stories about her life, her friends

and her family.

So yeah, stories about Amazing Amy was the first stories I ever created!

Jessica: The first story I ever wrote was actually fanfic of me in The Mummy returns

and it was called The Adventure.

Jo: Hi, I'm Jo!

The first story I ever wrote that I actually remember was about Thumper the rabbit.

I actually had a pet rabbit called Thumper and the book was an adventure where the rabbit

ended up in a washing machine and came out all fluffy.

I still really really remember this book.

I actually did it in the shape of the rabbit's head and cut out the ears and everything.

I was really little at the time.

Not quite sure how old but I'm guessing round about 7 years old.

Sade Rena: Hey everyone I'm Sade Rena.

And the first story that I have ever written was a story about 4 friends.

The main character moved from one city to another city to live with one parent who she

had no relationship with - her father - and once she moved there she had to, you know,

basically struggle to get settle in and she found 3 new friends who helped her, you know,

get adjusted into the new city.

Kelly: Hey guys, it's Kelly A Willard and my first story I ever wrote was a fanfiction

of All time low.

I posted it on Mibba back in 2005 and it was a one shot story and it was Alex and Jack

who were together and it was thundering and lightning and Jack he was scared of it and

he called Alex over and well you guys can guess the rest of the story.

So that was my first story I had ever written.

There you go guys!

Tamara: Hi, I'm Tamara.

My first short story was about a poor family of farmers they found a ring and that ring

led them to 3 wishes and a buttload of riches.

I wrote it when I was maybe, I was in elementary school and my mom really clung to that story

because later I found Edgar Allan Poe and Stephen King and then my stories were not

nearly as sweet!

Stephen: That's all from us today.

I hope you enjoyed watching this video!

I will see you next week with another video!

And make sure to check out the playlist for this collab!

It's going to be very much fun to see what people answer to all the different questions!

That's all from me, bye!

WHAT CHANGED? | Bendy And The Ink Machine Ch.1 (post chapter 2 release) - Duration: 11:24.

hello everyone it's me Jayskibean I don't

know what you're all thinking you've

already done bhindi date machine chapter

1 and chapter 2 what could this possibly

be chapter three is not out yet or is it

it's not anyway I'm going to go ahead

and do chapter one again because with

the release of chapter to the meet Lee

the developer actually came out with a

lot of updates for chapter one and a lot

of stuff has changed or so I can't do

your Henry it seems like a lifetime

since we work to cartoons together 30

years really slips away doesn't it if

you're back in town come visit the old

workshop there's something I need to

show you the best pal joey alright let's

find out what this is even though we

already know because we've already done

chapter what so we are gonna see if we

can spot the difference is you chapter

one moving pictures alright chilly I'm

here so let's see if we can find what

you wanted me to see first things first

we fixed the I'll look at that odds

beautiful look at how it's not blurry

quick so we pick first we fix the UM the

settings so they're not all blurry and

stuff so far everything looks about the

same there's a book can we collect it

can't collect it okay so we can jump now

they added that but we knew that what

chapter 2 they added that those see

dreams come true that was there before

okay everything looks about this is that

creepy room with the I hear music in

there I don't know if that was like that

before so this is the ink machine wonder

how you turn it on oh you'll find out

soon enough turn on the machine Oh a

bendy hey there buddy hey if you're

gonna follow me around aren't ya we're

sort of follow me around that would be

cool that would be a really cool

addition so I'm seeing parts laying

around that I know I'll need for later

even though I can't grab them yet

still see him that's louder than it was

before I'm pretty sure Boris looks

different oh my god chewing what were

you doing you Boris looks super

different sheep songs to Boris the wolf

and actually on the meat lays up I don't

know if his patreon if it's red bubble

he's actually selling those posters the

one that says bindi and sheep songs with

Boris the wolf I've actually seen its

like a full-size coaster of that and I

really want one I would be awesome to

have who's laughing now that was there

before they'll be awesome to have one of

those just hanging up behind me right

here that is that dead did it did it did

it did it did it did so we know we come

in here all right how do I get this to

work well first you gotta collect the

needed objects soul of all I got out was

so scary on put this here you did who do

you think so we look at Boris we're two

finger through this wall yet because I

know that's like a secret wall later on

Oh Boris moved or Boris bendy moved

always stepped on it and now he's got

like XS for eyes oh wait no he doesn't

oh maybe he's just oh no that's just

holding it up oh my god so he didn't

follow me he that's just the board's

just holding it up okay so there's that

I'm so I'm so crazy sometimes when I do

stuff alright that's not a piece is it

no this is not these so I gotta go this

way Hey sprintf read it in a bit i don't

think i have infinite sprint either not

i don't remember it goes into remain but

if I do all right did I give you that

did it did it did it is actually the

doll the book and the thing of each ah

this wasn't here before was it

okay anyway can I drink this ah so cool

it's an Indian cheap stocks so you can

go in this room that's awesome you

cannot do that before it's like nothing

in it except for the little jingle music

sweet cool all right I don't know if

they added that or if I just missed it

last time okay awesome possum oh there's

the doll give you date ah I squeakings

squeaker mix quickens there's the book

give me that book I guess I got to go

around just like bindi stickers and

stuff all over the place did I love

bindi it's so cool like the merchandise

and now I just need to get the ink

flowing so now if you switch around here

somewhere then I can start of the main

power oh you can turn off the thing to

turn it off turn that out we don't need

a date all right let's see what else is

going on see if there's any changes over

here I know last last time Oh what's

this okay well I don't remember that is

that like the another way out I need

your smile Doug nope I've wasted so much

time in this chair I so bindi was gonna

look like I guess already so there's

nothing in here because I've gotten

everything I've gotten all the

collectible stuff ok so I think that's

about it for this part I think that's

all the differences maybe if I missed

any and you guys know the differences

snow that said snow if you guys enjoyed

the differences let me know and I'll

check them out

so I know there's like there's one more

there's a hidden room but I don't think

that's a new thing I think that wasn't

the old version 2 so the bindi bindi is

gone that's fun all right let's turn

this on Oh what what am I missing oh

yeah because I got it all right yeah I

got to go flip the switch and another

place yeah there's one more room so I

forgot the room with the other projector

in it up in dis away Oh Bo hizzle oh no

there's this guy okay yeah that's the

same thing as before that didn't change

a bit oh no not big d Oh

I music deliberate

in that music is very different and I

can't turn that off all right let's

let's do this let's switch this on ready

point so those ink all over the floor

right here with whoever switched it on

last so that's got a hint towards in

Chapter two spoiler alert oh there's ink

all over the floor here too is he and

he's got to be made of ink s'okay not

yet this is the meat leasable hand

puppet is what this is not if you guys

have ever seen his youtube channel but

on his channel he'll do like blogs and

stuff for top 15 or top 10 or like some

little Let's Plays and he has a couple

of game trailers for a few from like a

year ago that he's posted and instead of

his face he uses like his little hand

puppet and it's pretty sweet it's cool

it's really really unique it's all

boarded up now whoa that's different

does he chase you

oh that closed up

so did he chase you

I guess not maybe he just reaches his

hand out at school that's cool wait it's

their way oh I can't board it up I guess

I gotta fall again mr. K we're okay

Brooke this is a different room too

because there's acts in this room and I

don't see it now well that's great

that's fun it's super fun super great

lots of fun as stairs

yeah I don't remember a winding

staircase and the original chapter one

well that popped right up and the public

i was expecting it not to ah there it is

yeah just to x2 created I to us hit hit

hit hit okay fine let's bust down these

these of these boards and stuff get on

out of it they get out out of it say I

wish I had this axe before so I could

see what was in that extra room up top

and I just like save and go back try

skin yeah all right let's open it sesame

it up all right oh whoa

oh wow so it all fell behind me oh

that's all right that's a lot more

consistency i was wondering about that

ooh what ooh he just submit show bindi

standing behind me I saw that I saw a

flash of that I mean between the

flashback flashes I saw Ben you standing

there Owen that just goes right on to

chapter 2 awesome so yeah that was

chapter 1 a bindi make machine most

update after the chapter to release that

was so awesome I thought it was cool a

lot of things change Chris on anyway um

I hope you guys enjoyed it if you guys

did enjoy make sure you slap that like

button underneath the video and until

next time see you guys later

Choosing Your Crystals Here's What You Need To Know - Duration: 6:57.

Choosing

Your Crystals: Heres What You Need To Know!

HOW DO I CHOOSE A CRYSTAL

There will be times when you need to purchase a crystal, and given the great abundance of

healing stones now available, it can be useful to have a system for choosing your crystals.

You do not need to know the exact properties of every stone in order to buy one, although

this may help.

Below is a list of possible ways you could go about choosing a crystal.

Remember, just because a crystal is beautiful, and the nicest one of a bunch, doesnt mean

that it is the best crystal for you.

It is more important to be receptive and allow yourself to be drawn to a stone that will

have meaning for you.

CHOOSING BY FIRST SIGHT

Often when you first see a range of crystals, one stone will catch your eye, and continue

to draw your attention.

This is likely to be a stone that will be beneficial to you.

At this point you may like to trust your intuition and purchase the crystal.

However, if you are overwhelmed by choice, or are unsure of what crystal it was that

first grabbed you, try standing quietly for a few moments with your eyes closed, and remember

the reason that you needed to purchase a crystal.

When you open your eyes choose the crystal you feel most drawn to.

This will be the stone for you.

SENSING CRYSTALS

One of the suggested methods of buying a crystal requires that you look at a crystal and see

if it vibrates with you.

All crystals vibrate at their own frequency and some people are sensitive enough to feel

these vibrations.

Holding or placing your hand on a large piece of clear quartz crystal is a good way to develop

your sensitivity to these vibrations.

Sometimes a quartz may give off a regular pulse of energy; you may feel others as being

very cold in your hand, or even warm.

Some crystals may produce a tingling sensation on your skin.

Generally a crystal that will be beneficial to you will feel right to you even though

you may not be able to describe the sensations it creates.

Look through a large number of them until you find just the right one.

This works fine as long as you wide variety to select from.

RECEIVING A CRYSTAL

Crystals given as a gift are a precious experience, and as you start to use crystals more, you

may begin to find crystals, or rather, they find you!

It is not uncommon for these crystals to be just what you need at that given moment.

It is also not uncommon to lose crystals, and although this can be upsetting when your

favourite goes missing, it is usually an indication that the crystal has served its purpose in

that situation and is no longer required.

This is particularly so with Record Keepers and Window crystals.

BUYING WHATS AVAILABLE TO YOU

Another method to purchase a crystal is buying whatever crystal that is available to you.

You may also get one as a gift.

In either of these cases, you will be bonding with the crystal and that provides the tuning

of the crystal to your vibration.

So it isnt all that critical that you find the perfect crystal when buying one.

INTERNET BUYING

When choosing a crystal from an internet site it is not possible to touch the crystal, so

you need to take your intuition one stage further.

Browse through the pictures and note which most appeals to you.

You may find yourself excited by the picture of a particular crystal, with a powerful urge

to touch and feel it and a sense of frustration that you cannot.

If you feel that you very much want that crystal to be a part of your life, it is likely that

on some level it has something to offer you.

WHAT IF IM NOT DRAWN TO A CRYSTAL

Dont worry.

As with all purchases relating to spiritual growth intent is crucial, and you may need

to acknowledge that the time isnt right.

If nothing strongly appeals to you, accept that the time is not right and come back on

another day when perhaps a crystal will plead with you to take it home.

Beware of buying crystals purely because that is what you set out to do as this could result

in a collection of crystals unsuited to your needs and lacking meaning.

A FINAL WORD

Expect the Unexpected I often set out to buy a specific crystal and end up purchasing

something completely different.

Be prepared to have your unconscious lead you to a different crystal.

The unconscious or higher self doesnt get involved with lifes day-to-day clutter

and thus can get straight down to the business of selecting the most appropriate crystal

for you.

This is why the best approach to choosing a crystal is to quieten your mind and simply

do what feels right.

What is Aperture in Digital Photography? What is Depth Of View?? Aperture Explained!! - Duration: 3:00.

Hey guys Brainy Here and welcome to another Tech Tips Video!

In this video I wanna talk about Aperture and explain the concept of what exactly aperture

is.

So if that's what you're here for, stay tuned and let's get right into it.

Aperture refers to the opening of a lens's diaphragm through which light passes.

It is calibrated in f/stops and is generally written as numbers such as 1.4, 2, 2.8, 4,

5.6, 8, 11 and 16.

So when you see those specs on a digital camera or phone camera that's basically what they

mean.

The lower f/stops give more exposure because they represent the larger apertures, while

the higher f/stops give less exposure because they represent smaller apertures.

Think of those numbers as places in a race.

The prizes are bigger for each place and the best goes to number one, while the largest

number would get the least amazing prize.

Every camera that we know of today is designed like human eyes.

The cornea in our eyes is like the front element of a lens – it gathers all external light,

then bends it and passes it to the iris.

Depending on the amount of light, the iris can either expand or shrink, controlling the

size of the pupil, which is a hole that lets the light pass further into the eye.

The pupil is essentially what we refer to as aperture in photography.

The amount of light that enters the retina (which works just like the camera sensor),

is limited to the size of the pupil – the larger the pupil, the more light enters the

retina.

One important thing to remember here, the size of the aperture has a direct impact on

the depth of field, which is the area of the image that appears sharp.

In other words, Depth of field is defined as "the zone of acceptable sharpness in front

of and behind the subject on which the lens is focused."

Or in other "other" words how sharp or blurry is the area behind your subject.

A large f-number such as f/32, (which means a smaller aperture) will bring all foreground

and background objects in focus, while a small f-number such as f/1.4 will isolate the foreground

from the background by making the foreground objects sharp and the background blurry.

Every lens has a limit on how large or how small the aperture can get.

If you take a look at the specifications of your lens, it should say what the maximum

(lowest f-number) and minimum apertures (highest f-number) of your lens are.

The maximum aperture of the lens is much more important than the minimum, because it shows

the speed of the lens.

The minimum aperture is not that important, because almost all modern lenses can provide

at least f/16 as the minimum aperture, which is typically more than enough for everyday

photography needs.

And that's just about it for this very short explanation on Aperture.

LA Probate & Trust Litigation | Contingency Fees - Duration: 2:55.

Los Angeles probate litigation is a tug of war between risk and reward.

If you are facing an estate fight in the Los Angeles area, you hire an experienced lawyer

to solve problems.

You deserve to know what it might take to succeed.

What are the risks?

What are the rewards?

Attorney's fees are part of the risks in reaching for the rewards.

If you need to fight the unjust actions of an estate wrongdoer but don't have the money

to hire a qualified attorney, where do you turn?

Beneficiaries in an LA trust dispute or will contest may already be frozen out from their

rightful inheritance - this freeze-out includes barred access to the resources to assert their

rights in court.

Contingency fees allow wronged heirs and beneficiaries to gain a fighting chance for recovery of

assets.

Contingency fees share the risks and rewards of trust and probate litigation.

They align the interests of attorneys and their clients.

While not all probate litigation may be appropriate for contingency fees, at Hackard Law we discuss

alternative fee arrangements as a part of early attorney and client meetings.

There is no fixed percentage fee of recovery applicable to all cases.

Contingency percentages may increase with hours expended or tasks accomplished.

Fee arrangements will address the advancing of costs.

Sometime clients advance all costs in return for a lowered contingency fee.

Conversely, when attorneys advance all costs, their own risks increase - and with increased

risk comes increased reward.

The advancement and reimbursement of costs must be addressed in a contingency fee agreement.

Probate litigation is emotional and challenging.

Contingency fees can soften the initial financial challenges that are unavoidable in estate

disputes.

For these arrangements to be final, they must be in writing and signed by the client and

the attorney or law firm that is engaged in the litigation.

Here at Hackard Law, we have plenty of experience successfully resolving Los Angeles trust lawsuits

and cases of elder financial abuse under contingency fee arrangements.

Our team of attorneys regularly represents clients in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and

other venues in the LA area.

To see how we can help you, call us today at 213-357-5200.

We look forward to speaking with you.

Thank you.

Solid Food for Baby: What and When - Duration: 8:19.

Hi, everybody. It's Katie. Today, Babydoll and I are going to talk about solid food

introduction and how to tell if she's ready. So one of the first ways is.... this.

Is she interested in what you're doing? Is she grabbing at everything in sight?

She is, so we figured she was ready. So stick with us and we're going to talk

about some of the very first things that we gave to her, some of her first

solid foods, and how to prepare them. So the big question is when do I introduce

solid foods to my baby? I think, first and foremost, that's something that you should

probably talk with your pediatrician about. I mean, I think that's always

something. It's always safe. Before you do anything new with the baby,

talk to your pediatrician. Do your research. I think most things out there,

most things that you're going to read on the internet and most pamphlets are

going to tell you right around six months is a safe time to start.

You don't want to start too early because babies' tummies are probably not ready to

deal with solid food. They've got to mature a little bit, although I have heard

of babies starting as early as four months. So again, that's where it's going

to be handy to talk with your pediatrician about what's best for your particular

circumstance. That being said, with both of my daughters, I started right around

six months. That's when I noticed the most interest, so I knew that it was a safe

time. Six months is a safe time per my pediatrician. So I knew it was safe,

and I was starting to notice there is a lot of interest from the little ones.

So I'm holding the baby and I'm eating food, and they're kind of going like this.

Each bite I put in my mouth, and their mouth is kind of like "Heh. Heh."

Kind of like that. So when they start to notice that you're doing

something like eat, and they want to be a part of it, that's a good time to think,

"Okay, well, maybe we should start to introduce solid foods." Or in the case of

my youngest, if I'm in the kitchen preparing food and she's in the living

room sitting at her bouncer, when she knows I'm in here making food or if I give

her sister a plate of food, she will literally start screeching at me.

And it's not a distressed cry. It's a "Hey, I want in on that action." So those

are probably some pretty good signs. If they start grabbing at your fork while

you're eating or they're watching you or they're yelling at you while you're making

food, those are all good signs that they're probably ready to start trying

stuff out. The first thing I want to talk to you about as far as solid food

introduction is a pear. One of the main reasons that pears was on the list of our

starter foods is because it kind of helps with aiding digestion and doesn't cause

constipation. Apples, you would think, you know, apples is one of those things that

everybody is like, "Oh, start with apples or homemade applesauce." And that's fun,

and I didn't really know that with my first one. I didn't know that it actually

can kind of cause things to slow down in their little tummies.

And so that's one of the reasons that you start with pears,

is because it helps move things along. So what you want to do with the pear is you

want to peel it and then chop it in four and core it. Make sure you get all the

junk out. And then you're going to put it in your steamer over here,

and you're going to steam it until soft. And if you want it a little chunkier,

you can do that. Or if you want to start with a true puree, then you can go ahead

and steam it all the way down until it's really soft. Don't throw away your pear

water because another thing that we're going to talk about today is millet in

lieu of rice cereal. But you can use the water that you use to steam your pears

to cut with the millet because it's going to need water, so you could use that.

So you're getting the little bit of nutrients there from the steamed-down pear

water, and then you're also putting your liquid in there, so it's like two birds

with one stone. So yeah, that's what we're going to start with.

And I'm going to go ahead and get that all set up. We'll be right back.

♪ [music] ♪

Okay, guys. So the next thing I want to talk about on our solid-food introduction

for babies is millet. It's a grain, and you can kind of see it here.

Little, tiny, yellow, circular grain. It's a gluten-free grain. I like it.

I chose to go with millet because it's gluten-free and it has more nutritional

value than just plain white rice cereal. And the other thing is I've noticed,

at least with my first, was when I started introducing solid food, their little

tummies have to figure out what to do with that. And so if you have a regular,

every-day pooper, it's probably going to slow down and you're probably going to

notice your baby is going to stop pooping. And that's kind of scary when you're

Mama and your baby just stops pooping. So anyway, that's why I didn't go with

rice and decided to go with something like millet is because it's not quite as

binding and it's a little bit more nutritious. However, I will tell you,

whatever carb you want to give your baby, do some research and do what you're most

comfortable with. I like millet. You might not. There's other options, but I decided

to go with millet. So for the millet preparation, I have a Baby Bullet.

It's made by the Magic Bullet, and I love it. But I have the Baby Bullet here,

and this is the little container we'll use. And you'll notice the type of blade.

This is actually designed for grains and for breaking them down. And so what you're

going to do is you're going to dump however much millet you want in here

and put it in here. Push the button. Get it going until you get a fine powder.

And I'll show you a picture or a video, whichever one we can fit in there.

I'll show you how it works and what it's going to look like. And then you're going

to prepare it pretty much just like you would rice cereal. You're going to take

your powder out of here. And like we talked about a few minutes ago, if you

save your pear water, then you can use that to cook your millet with. So that's

going to be the preparation for the millet. Another thing I want to talk about

is avocadoes. I probably don't need to convince many of you about the nutritional

benefits of avocado because I think it's pretty well known, but see for yourself.

Google it if you'd like. But avocadoes are a pretty great thing to start with.

I think that's actually the very first thing my oldest daughter had. And I think

actually it's the first thing that my youngest had as well, just because it's

easy, it's soft, they're delicious, and they're pretty full of nutrients. They're

good for you. Good fats. And that's another thing that you want, too,

as you're starting to introduce solid foods is you want to make sure you

have healthy fats for your baby. So the preparation for avocadoes is pretty

simple. All you're really going to do is chop it open, take the seed, throw it

away, scoop out the contents, and put it on a plate and mash it up. I added salt

because I'm in the camp of "Why feed your baby boring food?" But you can do whatever

you want. That's, again, another preference. But I added salt and they both

really like avocadoes, which is awesome because as my oldest has kind of gone

through her picky-eating stuff, I could always get her to eat avocado. So I don't

feel so bad because I can get something green on her plate. So avocadoes,

I'm a huge fan of avocadoes.

Perspectives on Retirement - Duration: 3:18.

What's the best thing about being retired?

Well I absolutely love it I can do

things that I really have a passion about.

Well it allows you to make

decisions and what you want to do with

your life and how you want to arrange it.

What's the best thing for me? It's not

having to get up at 5:30 in the morning

and be at work at 7 o'clock!

I've been able to travel and to care for family,

too write.

Being able to play with my boat.

What made you decide to retire?

I planned it. I was a nurse,

and I decided well this is it, I've

walked on enough concrete floors, I'm not

doing it anymore.

I guess it just of happened I suppose. I got to the stage

where, well I was retrenched from my job

at that stage and I've been in that company the 12 years.

Thinking of retiring, I thought how can I retire

because this is what I've done all my life.

Well I was a family carer

so when all that finished, then I could

live my life.

What's your biggest challenge with managing money?

My biggest worry is that I'll live

longer than my superannuation will.

That it will run out before I do.

I say, technology.

That does throw me a bit,

If I have a problem with the computer.

I still feel a lack of helpful knowledge and

understanding of finances.

I do have some savings and I'm very

careful with it. I pay cash as I go and

find that the easiest way to keep track

of what I'm doing.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Give it a lot more thought, I'd never

really thought about it

until it actually happened,

then it was probably too late.

Probably too many people are like myself that when it

happened, it happened, and then you had

to make the best of what there was at the time,

rather than making the best of

something that you'd planned for.

Well I would say that you really have to have a

financial adviser

or somebody to

ensure that you've got enough money

to live the rest of your life.

We don't plan enough for retirement in our early days

because I don't think myself when I look back,

you don't think you're going to retire.

Probably that I should learn more about

money,

money handling.

Having a breadth of understanding

of where to seek reliable advice.

What does it mean to be a Buddhist-inspired University? - Duration: 3:30.

To me Buddhist-inspired just means

that there is a lot of the contemplative aspect,

and that I get to learn a lot about Eastern philosophies,

which I'm really interested in,

but doesn't necessarily mean that I'm Buddhist.

To be Buddhist inspired means that

we reflect deeply on the teachings

of Buddhist scholars and philosophies,

but that we are not necessarily spiritually practicing Buddhists

So it's more of a philosophical, intellectual stand point

than it is a practicing spiritual Buddhist, although

many students here are practicing spiritual Buddhists.

I feel like Buddhist-inspired is two words together,

and they work together.

I think a large part of a Buddhist-inspired university is to honor the lineage,

The Buddhist lineage, in our case from Chogyám Trungpa.

But I think,

unique to Trungpa, there is also this quality,

for him to come from all the way from Tibet,

to make it all the way to America,

and then found a school

that not only taught Buddhism but taught—

—it cultivated a quality of inspiration within the people.

So, Buddhism as a lineage

and inspiration as a foundation for people to flourish in there unique paths.

To me being Buddhist inspired means to have a contemplative way of being

no matter what your doing.

-In my mind,

Buddhist inspiration comes through

practice of experience through the self

and just living in the present moment.

I think it means—

so for Naropa to be Buddhist-inspired, I think

there's a huge emphasis on mindfulness in our classes.

So,

even if you are having a negative experience,

just noticing what comes up

is like the foundation of mindfulness.

And thats what I think it means to be Buddhist-inspired,

bringing mindfulness into the classroom.

Hmmmm...

Well first of all, I think that language indicates some consciousness about

not appropriating Buddhism,

which I think is really important,

because we are in another context.

We're not

living in a culture

where Buddhism originated.

We're here in Boulder, Colorado—the U.S.;

we're on colonized lands.

But we are deeply inspired by Buddhism

and that can look like a lot of things.

For me sometimes it really just comes back to awareness of my breath

and my body.

sensations,

the wind, blowing hair, the smells of flowers,

your beautiful smile.

To me that means always listening to my heart

and coming from my heart space,

and allowing my spirit to reside in that heart space.

-Mmmmmm great answer!

The Fourth Phase of Water — What You Don't Know About Water, and - Duration: 18:15.

The Fourth Phase of Water What You Dont Know About Water, and Really Should

Water is clearly one of the most important factors for your health especially when

you consider that your body actually consists of over 99 percent water molecules! I sincerely

believe water is a really underappreciated part of the equation of optimal health.

Ive previously interviewed Dr. Gerald Pollack, who is one of the leading premier research

scientists in the world when it comes to understanding the physics of water, and what it means to

your health.

Besides being a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington, hes also

the founder and editor-in-chief of a scientific journal called Water, and has published many

peer-reviewed scientific papers on this topic. Hes even received prestigious awards from

the National Institutes of Health.

His book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor, is a phenomenal

read that is easy to understand even for the non-professional.

It clearly explains the theory of the fourth phase of water, which is nothing short of

ground-breaking. The fourth phase of water is, in a nutshell, living water.

Its referred to as EZ water EZ standing for exclusion zone which has a negative

charge. This water can hold energy, much like a battery, and can deliver energy too.

For years, Dr. Pollack had researched muscles and how they contract, and it struck him as

odd that the most common ideas about muscle contraction do not involve water, despite

the fact that muscle tissue consists of 99 percent water molecules.

How could it be that 99 percent of the molecules were ignored? How could it be that muscle

contracts without involving the water in some way? These questions help catalyze his passionate

investigation into water.

So You Think You Understand Water?

Gilbert Ling, who was a pioneer in this field, discovered that water in human cells is not

ordinary water (H2O), but something far more structured and organized.

I began to think about water in the context of biology: if water inside the cell was ordered

and structured and not bulk water or ordinary water as most biochemists and cell biologists

think, then it is really important, Dr. Pollack says.

Dr. Pollacks book also touches on some of the most basic features of water, many

of which are really not understood. For example, how does evaporation take place?

Why does a tea kettle whistle? Also, despite the fact that conventional science tells us

freezing is supposed to occur at zero degrees Celsius, experiments show that it can freeze

in many different temperatures down to minus 50 degrees Celsius.

Theres actually no one single freezing point for water! Other experiments show that

the boiling point of 100 degrees Celsius (or 212 degrees Fahrenheit) does not always hold

true either.

Theres a famous website1 put together by a British scientist, Martin Chaplin. Martin

lists numerous anomalies associated with water, Dr. Pollack says. In other words, things

that shouldnt be according to what we know about water

The more anomalies we have, the more we begin to think that maybe theres something fundamental

about water that we really dont know. Thats the core of what Im trying to do. In our

laboratory at the University of Washington, weve done many experiments over the last

decade. These experiments have clearly shown the existence of this additional phase of

water.

The reason this fourth phase of water is called the exclusion zone or EZ is because the first

thing Dr. Pollacks team discovered is that it profoundly excludes things. Even small

molecules are excluded from EZ water.

Surprisingly, EZ water appears in great abundance, including inside most of your cells. Even

your extracellular tissues are filled with this kind of water.

The Water in Your Cells Give Them Their Negative Charge

Other inherent differences between regular water and EZ water include its structure.

Typical tap water is H2O but this fourth phase is not H2O; its actually H3O2.

Its also more viscous, more ordered, and more alkaline than regular water, and its

optical properties are different. The refractive index of EZ water is about 10 percent higher

than ordinary water.

Its density is also about 10 percent higher, and it has a negative charge (negative electrical

potential). This may provide the answer as to why human cells are negatively charged.

Dr. Pollack explains:

Everybody knows that the cell is negatively charged. If you insert an electrode into any

of your cells, youll measure a negative electrical potential. The textbook says that

the reason for this negative electrical potential has something to do with the membrane and

the ion channels in the membrane.

Oddly, if you look at a gel that has no membrane, you record much the same potential 100

millivolts or 150 millivolts negative. The interior of the cell is much like a gel. Its

kind of surprising that something without a membrane yields the same electrical potential

as the cell with a membrane.

That raises the question: where does this negativity come from? Well, I think the negativity

comes from the water, because the EZ water inside the cell has a negative charge.

The same is true of the gelthe EZ water in the gel confers negativity. I think the

cells are negatively charged because the water inside the cell is mainly EZ water and not

neutral H2O.

What Creates or Builds EZ Water?

One of the greatest surprises is that the key ingredient to create EZ water is light,

i.e. electromagnetic energy, whether in the form of visible light, ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths

and infrared wavelengths, which were surrounded by all the time.

Infrared is the most powerful, particularly at wavelengths of approximately three micrometers,

which is all around you. The EZ water can build on any hydrophilic or water-loving surface

when infrared energy is available.

It builds by adding layer upon layer of EZ water, and can build millions of molecular

layers. This is how it occurs in nature. For example, ice doesnt form directly from

ordinary H2O.

It goes from regular water to EZ water to ice. And when you melt it, it goes from ice

to EZ water to regular water. So EZ water is an intermediate state.

Glacial melt is a perfect way to get EZ water. And a lot of people have known that this water

is really good for your health, Dr. Pollack says.

Testing water samples using a UV-visible spectrometer, which measures light absorption at different

wavelengths, Dr. Pollack has discovered that in the UV region of 270 nanometers, just shy

of the visible range, the EZ actually absorbs light.

The more of the 270 nanometer light the water absorbs, the more EZ water the sample contains.

EZ water appears to be quite stable. This means it can hold the structure, even if you

leave it sitting around for some time.

Water samples from the river Ganges and from the Lourdes in France have been measured,

showing spikes in the 270 nanometer region, suggesting these holy waters contain

high amounts of EZ water. According to Dr. Pollack, theres compelling evidence that

EZ water is indeed lifesaving

EZ Cellular Water Helps Explain Health Benefits of Light and Heat Therapies

Heating equates to applying infrared energy, and Dr. Pollack has found that if you apply

infrared, the EZ water builds and doesnt diminish. The implications of this are profound

when you consider the health benefits of sitting in an infrared sauna, for example.

Essentially, one of the reasons why infrared saunas make you feel so good is because your

bodys cells are deeply penetrated by infrared energy, which builds and stores EZ water.

The same goes for light therapy, spending time in the sun, and laser therapy.

There are various kinds of light therapy using different wavelengths. We found that all wavelengths

some in particular of light, even weak light, build EZ. If EZ is critical for

the health of your cells, which I think is clear, these therapies have a distinct physical

chemical basis, Dr. Pollack explains.

EZ water also provides a mechanism that explains other biological mysteries. For example, Dr.

Pollack describes another fascinating finding that further bolsters our understanding of

the mechanism of action behind the health benefits of something as simple as exposing

your body to the light and heat of the sun:

We found that if we put a simple tube, like a straw, made of hydrophilic material, in

water theres water flow through the tube at high speed. This happens spontaneously.

But it shouldnt happen spontaneously.

The common idea is that if you want to drive fluid through a pipe or tube, you need to

apply pressure. But we have no pressure here. Theres no pressure difference between the

input and output. But flow builds up spontaneously, and it keeps going.

Recently, we found that if we add light, the flow goes faster. It means that light has

a particular effect; especially ultraviolet light, but other wavelengths as well. It speeds

up the flow.

We think that somehow the exclusion zones (EZs) are involved because inside those tubes,

theres a little annular ring of exclusion zone, and inside that is an area full of protons

It seems that the exclusion zone and the pressure of these protons are driving the flow.

Now, lets apply these mechanisms to your body. Your capillaries receive radiant energy

from outside all the time. Energy is also received from the inside of your body, as

metabolic reactions continuously generate heat or infrared.

So the question is, is it possible that the flow of blood occurring through your capillaries

is automatically enhanced by exposure to light? It appears the answer may be yes

This is an important issue because the capillaries are puzzling, Dr. Pollack says.

Theyre so small. Some of the capillaries are smaller in diameter than the red blood

cells that pass through them. Any competent engineer would never build a pipe thats

smaller than the junk thats supposed to go through. But nature, apparently, has done

that

Now, that means theres a lot of resistance. You need something to push those red blood

cells through One possibility is that the flow in your capillaries is aided by this

kind of radiant energy Were starting to test this Its possible that your

cardiovascular system is assisted by radiant energy in the same way that the flow in the

tubes is assisted by radiant energy.

One of the more interesting healing modalities Ive been exploring lately is the use of

a high-powered laser. The K-Laser also has frequencies in the infrared range, which can

deeply penetrate tissue.

This kind of laser therapy has shown to provide profound healing for many painful injuries

in a very short amount of time sometimes just minutes of treatment.

While the benefits of laser therapy are thought to be due to its action on mitochondrial activity,

it may very well be that the benefits are also related to recharging your damaged

cells EZ water, as well as promoting increased capillary blood flow.

EZ water in your body also plays a role is in hyperbaric medicine, which is also good

for injuries. In that case, your tissues are exposed to high oxygen under pressure.

The results are in. We think we understand the mechanism as to why hyperbaric oxygen

is so effective for wound healing EZ water has a higher density than bulk water.

If you take H2O and you put it under pressure, it should give you H3O2 because the EZ structure

is denser than the H2O. We did the experiments and we found, indeed, thats the case. If

you put H2O under pressure, you get more EZ water.

The same goes for oxygen. EZ also has more oxygen than H2O, and when you increase oxygen

content, you get more EZ water. So, hyperbaric treatment builds EZ water in your body, particularly

in injured areas where EZ water is needed.

Alkalinity and Your Bodys Negative Charge May Be Critical for Health

I personally drink vortexed water nearly exclusively as I became a big fan of Viktor Schauberger

who did much pioneering work on vortexing about a century ago.

Dr. Pollack found that by creating a vortex in a glass of water, youre putting more

energy into it, thereby increasing EZ. According to Dr. Pollack, virtually ANY energy put into

the water seems to create or build EZ water.

We have looked at acoustic energy that seems to effect some change in the water. Were

still not sure exactly what. Vortexed water puts enormous energy into the water. There

are several groups in Europe studying this phenomenon right now.

As mentioned earlier, EZ water is alkaline and carries a negative charge. Maintaining

this state of alkalinity and negative charge appears to be important for optimal health.

Drinking water can be optimized in a variety of different ways, by injecting light energy

or physical energy into the water by vortexing, for example. This is fairly easy using magnets.

Reversing the vortex every few seconds may even create more energy.

Clearly, more research needs to be done in this area, but some is already underway. My

own R&D team is working on a careful study in which we use vortexed water to grow sprouts,

to evaluate the vitality and effectiveness of the water.

As for a natural source of EZ water for drinking, an ideal source is glacial melt. Unfortunately,

this is extremely inaccessible for most people. Another good source is water from deep sources,

such as deep spring water.

The deeper the better, as EZ water is created under pressure. Natural spring water is another

excellent way to obtain this type of water and you can use FindaSpring.com2 to help you

find one close to you.

Besides optimizing the water you drink, you can help generate an electron surplus, or

support this negative charge within your body, simply by connecting to the Earth, which also

has a negative charge.

This is the basis of the earthing or grounding technique, which has been shown to have significant

health benefits by allowing the transfer of negatively charged electrons from the ground

into the soles of your feet.

In a sense, its as though your cells are built like batteries that are naturally recharged

by spending time outdoors whether sunny or overcast, and walking barefoot, connecting

to the negative charge of the earth!

If you have an organ thats not functioning well for example, its lacking that

negative charge then the negative charge from the earth and [drinking] EZ water

can help restore that negativity. Ive become convinced that this negative charge is

critical for healthy function, Dr. Pollack says.

What's in my camera bag for engagement sessions - Duration: 3:13.

this week I am creating a what's in my

camera bag video engagement session edition it's

a little twist on my original what's in

my camera bag video and I think it would

be really fun to see and show you guys

how I pack differently for engagement

sessions. so for engagement sessions I

shoot on just one camera body, so I want

to pack a little bit lighter. to do that

I have the blackrapid strap this is the

Yeti

so it goes across my body like this it has

the capability of adding another camera

strap so one camera body would go

straight down one camera body would go

across. I don't use it for two camera

bodies I just use it for one. so my

camera bodies for engagement sessions is

the Nikon d610.

I use just four camera lenses on an engagement

session. I use the 50MM the 85

MM the 60 MM macro for

ring shots and the 35MM Sigma art . so all

of my lenses except for the Sigma art

are Nikon series lenses. I typically do

not shoot with flash as an engagement

session, just because I can be picky with

my light on an engagement session and

typically it's during sunset time and

Golden Hour if I were to use a flash it

would be the sb-910 by Nikon. so to carry

all of these things around on an

engagement session I'm going to be using

one of two bags the first camera bag

that I use on engagement sessions is

this .this is the shootsac and it can

hold I think six lenses so there's three

vertical pockets on the back and three

vertical pockets on the front so I put

my keys in my wallet and everything in

here as well but this is a good

alternative to anything bigger so if I

don't have an assistant on the

engagement shoot this is the bag that I

would have and it goes across your body

and it kind of molds to you so it's

really nice that it's not super bulky

the second bag that I sometimes use

especially if I have an assistant to

help me carry things is this this is a

an epiphany camera bag so it is padded

and is made for a camera and for gear

it can fit a whole lot of stuff it's a

little bigger but it does also stand up

when you place it on the ground it's a

good alternative if I know I'm going to

be somewhere like at a client's home or

somewhere where my gear if I put it down

might not get stolen so it stands up on

its own so it's kind of nice not

have everything on me and it keeps my

back a little bit of a break so this is

my other alternative camera bags for

engagement sessions. so aside from my

lenses and my cameras inside of my bag

I'm also going to have extra memory

cards in a carrying case, lens cleaning

wipes and extra batteries. the only other

gear I might bring on an engagement

session is a reflector so I have one of

those five-in-one reflectors that has a silver

side the gold side and it makes a scrim

and that kind of thing

I'm only going to bring that if I have

an assistant though just because there's

really no way for me to use it by myself

so this is everything that I bring on an

engagement session or an anniversary

session I'm also there a link for you

guys the video where it tells you

everything that I bring on a wedding day

so you'll be able to see my gear bag and

my flash set up my off-camera flash set

up and stuff like that so if you're

curious you can go ahead and check that

out thank you guys so much for watching

if you enjoyed this video consider

subscribing so that you don't miss out

on future videos because I make videos

every single week I'll see you guys next

time bye guys
