Youtube daily can't sleep Aug 24 2017

Even the most health-conscious of us have found ourselves beneath those Golden Arches

on occasion.

Whether it's for an on-the-road pit stop, a quick lunch, or a full-on dinner option,

almost everyone eats McDonald's once in a while.

"Everybody come on, put a smile on."

And while Mickey D's is notorious for offering less-than-healthy menu options, there are

still some diet-friendly dining choices available if you look closely enough.

Egg McMuffin

If you're seeking a quick and reasonable breakfast at McDonald's, opt for an Egg McMuffin.

Made with an English muffin, egg, Canadian bacon, and American cheese, it's pretty tasty,

and it won't break the calorie budget.

This morning sandwich comes in at 290 calories and 17 grams of protein, which, all in all,

isn't that bad.

Pair it with a regular coffee for a meal that doesn't tip your caloric scale for the day.

Southwest grilled chicken salad

For lunch that fills you up but doesn't feel overly heavy, try the Southwest grilled chicken

salad.

With 37 grams of protein and 15 percent of your daily value for iron, this dish will

maintain your energy levels and keep you feeling sated for a longer period of time than other

options with less health value.

The beans and corn in this salad lend it a good amount of fiber to keep you regular,

too.

Keep the calories low by opting for one of McDonald's low-fat dressings and go easy on

dressing your greens.

Fruit and maple oatmeal

If you need an energy pick-me-up, order the fruit and maple oatmeal.

By skipping the additional brown sugar, dairy, and dried fruit, you can also eliminate a

lot of the fat and sugar content in this snack item, making it more suitable as a pick-me-up.

Fibrous oats require some work to digest, which will make you feel full and satisfied

'til the next real meal.

Filet-O-Fish

It may surprise you to learn that McDonald's Filet-O-Fish is a decent choice when you're

in need of a reasonably healthy meal on the run.

With 410 calories, 20 grams of protein, and only 5 grams of sugar, this famous sandwich

gives you loads of energy while still remaining pretty light.

Fruit n' yogurt parfait

Want something sweet from McDonald's?

Skip the soft serve, shakes, and apple pie.

Instead opt for their fruit and yogurt parfait, which is both low in calories and fat and

very tasty.

"Have you ever met a person and say, 'hey yo let's get some parfaits,' and they go 'No

I don't like no parfaits.'

Parfaits are delicious!"

Made with creamy yogurt, fruit, and granola, this tasty snack promises to satisfy your

sweet tooth without breaking the scale.

Side salad

When paired with a low-fat dressing, McDonald's side salad is a terrific healthy loophole

for dining at the fast food chain without severe regrets.

The salad is a medley of lettuces, including more nutrient-rich ones like baby kale and

red leaf lettuce as well as carrots and spinach, and has just 15 calories.

You can also skip dressing altogether and avoid unnecessary fat, calories, and sodium.

Hamburger

The regular hamburger is only 250 calories and contains just a fraction of the fat and

sodium found in other McDonald's favorites in the burger category.

Compared to all that excess, the original hamburger is a truly reasonable and fun classic

to boot.

Just watch out for you know who...

"The Hamburglar is very clever and very sneaky"

"The Hamburglar!"

Apple slices

While it may seem obvious to order fruit as a healthy choice at McDonald's, many people

don't immediately go for the apple slices at the famous fast food eatery.

But an order of apple slices contains only 15 calories, which makes it a great alternative

to greasy fries, fatty shakes, and other less-than-healthy options.

So the next time you find yourself staring at those golden arches, go for the apples.

Happy Meal

In the age of so much super sizing, a responsible on-the-run lunch might mean taking a look

at the kids' menu.

Order a Happy Meal with a plain hamburger, a kids-size serving of fries, a clementine,

and water instead of juice or milk for a meal that has 400 calories total.

Your waistline will thank you.

And hey!

You get a free toy!

"Hey guys... Spongebob!"

Can you RealLy afford a condo in Toronto if you make less than 40k? - Duration: 2:48.

hello and welcome to RealLy Realtor! Jack Ly here outside of Me2 condominium I

just finalized a deal for my Client and it made me think of a very good question

for today's episode if you're making under $40,000

can you still afford to buy a condominium in Toronto I'll show you how after this

The Media loves to report on how expensive the Toronto housing is and how

hard it is for first-time homebuyers to purchase property just take a look at

these headings

for my experience there's still affordable housing in the city let's

look at my client for example this first-time homebuyer had an annual

income of under $40,000 and a little bit of savings for downpayment

I refer her to a skilled mortgage specialist in order to qualify her for

purchase of up to $290,000 now I know what you're

thinking what can you possibly buy with $290,000

in the Greater Toronto Area? well that's where a well-connected

Realtor with an eye for good value comes into play not only did we manage to

secure a one plus den pre-construction unit but we also came in under at

$279,000 in my client's case that works out

cheaper than renting and for all you investors out there at twenty percent

down payments units such as this will generate a nice positive cash flow now

now this complex happens to be in Scarborough and that might not be your

desired location but my point is THIS: there are affordable quality condos all

over the city if you know where to look in this pre-construction market where

the average price per square foot is hovering around $1,000 particularly in

the downtown neighborhood this unit came in at roughly $550

per square foot so if you're a first-time homebuyer or a first-time

investor on the sidelines take action don't get left behind get yourself

educated talk to a Realtor that really understands the condo market because at

the end of the day you really don't know what you don't know! right? make sense?

right! anyways if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me at

www.reallyrealtor.ca until next time be well and I'll see you soon

Oh it's game on!

Are you an indie game designer?

Do you want a hit game?

How much is it worth to you?

Welcome Citizens of the Internet!

I'm talking about PewdiePie today

and how one indie game designer

say a Pewdiepie mention increased his sales by $100,000

We're diving into the world of Influencer Marketing

Now we all know that gaming is a big giant genre here on the YouTubes

and those gaming Influencers are a huge asset to up and coming video game developers

So video games like Day Z

have received millions in sales

thanks to their popularity on the Internet, primarily YouTube and Twitch

but how much impact does one Let's Play video have?

well according to the New York Times and Tubefilter

One video by PewdiePie

on a playthrough of the game Crypt of the NecroDancer

increased the sales by $100,000

it doesn't hurt that his channel currently has 57 million subscribers

and he posted this in 2015

with the title, "Amazing Rhythm Game"

and of course his fans went and downloaded Crypt of the Necrodancer for themselves

and because PewdiePie does it or as I like to call him, the Pewdie-Pied-Piper

see what I did there?

it's kind of obvious why this works

Which is why I've turned my Liam the Leprechaun channel into a gaming channel

every day at youtube.com/leprechaun

with super special episodes on Fridays so check that out

My question to you is

When you're watching YouTube Gamers do you buy the games that they play?

A. YES

B. NO

C...

I'm already playing them right now Bobjenz!

Let me know in the comments below

or on Twitter @BOBJENZ

and as always...

You're welcome Internet!

Can You See The Stars As Well As Your Camera? - Duration: 5:33.

This episode was brought to you by Skillshare Despite what I say on this channel, human

vision is quite amazing - we may not have the sharpest vision, or the best colour vision,

or the best night vision of the animal kingdom, but we do have a remarkable balance of all

three - a jack of all trades if you will.

However, because we are mostly diurnal animals, our night vision is certainly the weakest.

So, I was wondering, when compared to the average camera, how does our eyesight deal

with low light conditions?

[Intro by Caro Waro & Cristina de Manuel]

Our eyes can cope with over a million-fold

change in brightness from broad daylight to a pitch black night, and coping with and adapting

to changing levels of light variation is one of the eye's most important jobs.

There are several ways our eyes let us see better in the dark.

Firstly, our pupil can widen, allowing more light to pass through.

However, our pupils are only able to dilate from 1 millimeter up to 8 millimetres, which

isn't really enough to let in the amount of light required to transition from a brightly

lit scene to a starry night.

Most of the magic that enables us to see at night happens in the retina.

This process is known as dark adaptation.

Firstly, there is a switchover from cones to rods.

Cones are photosensitive cells which respond best in high light levels and they send colour

information to the brain, whereas the rods are also sensitive at a much wider range of

light levels - especially lower ones, and this is actually why our vision is generally in black

and white in low light conditions.

To complete dark adaptation, the rods in the retina must fully regenerate.

When a photoreceptor is stimulated by light, a compound called rhodopsin is photobleached

in response.

In cones, it takes around 10 minutes for the pigment to regenerate, and in rods, up to

30 minutes - which is why it generally takes around half an hour to fully adjust to a dark

room.

The horizontal cells which connect photoreceptors downstream together also send information

back to the photoreceptors so they can adjust their sensitivity accordingly, and this means

that small changes in light levels that would be normally imperceptible in broad daylight

are detected and fully perceptible under low light conditions.

Now, that's about it when it comes to dark adaptation in humans because we don't have

the other fancy adaptations that other nocturnal animals have for low light environments, such

as tapetums or spatial or temporal summation.

So, how do cameras operate?

Well, there are a few things that work quite similarly to our own vision.

We can open the aperture of a camera to let more light in onto the sensor, and we can

also raise the ISO, which increases the sensitivity of the sensor.

Both of these would be the equivalent of dilating our pupils and undergoing dark adaptation.

However, even when increasing ISO as far as possible and opening the aperture as wide

as it will go, the resulting picture of a night sky will probably be a lot blacker that

what you can see in real life.

But fortunately, there are a few other things you can do with your camera to make it perform a little

bit better in low light, the main one being to decrease the shutter speed.

This allows an image to expose on the sensor for longer.

So for example, these pictures here took between 8 and 15 seconds to take - and believe it

or not, they were taken at midnight!

And, to be honest, I have to say that getting an updated image every 10 seconds is *anything*

but practical in real life but they can capture a great level of detail and can also be used

for artistic purposes, such as to denote the passing of time, or for creative purposes.

However, as well as taking longer to photograph, the other downside of low light photography

is that it tends to have a lot more noise.

Cranking up the ISO increases sensor noise, and exposing images on the sensor for longer

than a couple of seconds creates thermal noise as the sensor heats up.

There are, however, a few ways around this.

It is generally possible to reduce the appearance of ISO noise in post-production, and you can

reduce the degree of thermal noise in-camera using a setting called the long exposure noise

reduction or LENR setting.

If you activate this setting after taking a photo, the camera will take a second picture

with the shutter closed for the same amount of time, meaning you will have a dark picture

with a thermal noise imaged on it, which can be subtracted from the original photo taken.

Whilst it does double the amount of time it takes to take a photo, it does render a much

cleaner image.

So, as to who performs better in low light, our eyes or a run of the mill camera, it depends

on what you want.

If what you want is to navigate quickly and detect objects and do everything fast, human

vision wins out.

But, if you're after detail and colour information, then camera is probably the way to go.

And, fun fact before I head off, the sky pictures you saw in today's episode as you might

have been able to guess I took myself, I'm quite proud of them, they were from the Perseid

Meteor shower in mid-August.

I took them following Ian Norman's course on skillshare, who is an astrophotographer

I really, really admire and compared to theclueless Inés from a year ago, I'm really pleased

with how they turned out.

Skillshare is an online learning community with over 16000 classes, and if you know me,

you know that with every video I make I always try to challenge myself to try out a new photography

or editing technique, and honestly, over the past couple of months I've been trying out

a few new things from skillshare, from subtle animation things, to improving my timelapses

to this long exposure photography - I'm trying hyperlapses next!

So if you're like me and you like learning new things and pushing yourself creatively,

the first 500 people to click the link in the description will get a 2 month free trial

on skillshare.

After that, membership starts at 10 dollars per month, but, if you discover during your

trial that it's not for you, you can cancel, there is no risk or obligation to continue

with it! and as always thank you so much for watching

me and I'll see you in the next one!

Bye!

How Lasers, RF, HIFU, and Other Treatments Tighten Skin and Induce Collagen, but Can't Lift Skin - Duration: 11:47.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted a question without a photo. And you're asking what's the difference

between high intensity focused ultrasound versus Pelleve and do they both essentially

lift the face. Well, I can certainly help you understand this type of confusion which

is very common.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I have integrated in my practice many non-surgical modalities to help

my patients look their best. From the beginning of the first CO2 lasers back in the mid-90s

to the more modern non-invasive methods including laser assisted thermal tightening and radiofrequency

thermal tightening. So I can certainly give you an idea of what the principles are and

how to distinguish the outcomes that most people are really looking for.

You see, one of the challenges in our profession once the proliferation of devices and other

modalities to help people improve their appearance became multiplied in our field that the strategy

of device manufacturers is very similar to the strategy of pharmaceutical companies.

What they would do is essentially market directly to patients and then trying to create essentially

demand for their product before doctors, clinicians, not the doctors who do the studies but the

clinicians get a sense of whether or not these devices work as proposed or whether or not

there's a lot of hot air behind them.

Well essentially, the flavor of the past couple of years was high intensity focused ultrasound

and one particular product created so much buzz and was featured in multiple media outlets.

And almost as quickly as it came into the scene within the past couple of years as what

I initially predicted, the results have become challenged and disappointing because even

though the manufacturers often don't claim to provide results that are the same as surgery

and surgical facelifts, there's no shortage of the insinuations and implications of a

non-surgical facelift.

So before you decide whether or not one particular device is better than another for your needs,

I think it's very important to understand facial aging. Generally speaking, these devices,

these name brands are sought after by people who are seeing their facial aging process

transpire but they want to avoid surgery. When you think about facial aging, what are

two things that matter that are the results of facial aging: volume loss that means bone

loss, muscle, fat and soft tissue then sagging, soft tissue descent, weakening of the tissue

as well as the connections of the underlying tissue.

Now the idea is that if you heat up the skin to a certain temperature, what you are doing

scientifically speaking is you are inducing a collagen remodeling response. Although there

can be some potential tightening effect, there isn't really a predictable consistent lifting

effect and in no way does any radiofrequency technology or heating technology whether it's

radiofrequency, high intensity focused ultrasound or long pulse width laser devices that induce

heating, it's still about shrinking and remodeling. So you can get improvement in

skin tone. You can get improvement in quality but you don't necessarily get a vertical

lifting.

Now, one of the things that I would present in this discussion in my patients who have

asked similar questions is what I'll do is I will take their photos and I'll place

them up in the screen, front view, three quarters, side views and I'll show them that essentially

what they want often is to pull upward. They do mirror lift, a very common action that

people do at home to see how much better they would look. Well, at a certain stage and this

often is in the 40s and 50s and even later 30s and even as late as the early 60s, the

volume loss is what dominates the issue. And so, it's the structure underneath that has

shrunk and people believe that the skin has sagged.

An alternative to these devices also is a procedure we perform in our practice called

Structural Volumizing. With Structural Volumizing, what we're doing is we're placing long

acting fillers such as Juvederm Ultra Plus and Juvederm Voluma at bone level. And by

placing it at the bone level, we're restoring volume in a way that actually creates the

effect of a lift. Why? Because when you restore volume in the cheeks, the jaw angle, the jawline,

the chin, you're actually creating a re-inflation of lost volume that often really looks like

you had a facelift.

A strategy then could be to combine Structural Volumizing with some skin soft tissue remodeling

using thermal energy device. I think that it's very important to ask critical questions

about this. When you get down to it, the principle behind every device whether it's Pelleve,

high intense focused ultrasound is about heating the skin to a critical temperature and having

the skin respond with remodeling of the skin. So in that respect, essentially you're looking

at basically similar outcomes even though it's different styles of delivery.

So I think it's important to have a consultation by an unbiased doctor. What's an unbiased

doctor? Someone who can do pretty much everything, may or may not have these devices in their

practice. But what I find is when people get convinced to getting a very expensive device

in their practice, they end up having to use those devices. A lot of times, doctors will

lease the device and the device will be in their office and the hype pushes the sale

of the device or the lease of the device. And when the hype dies away, they're stuck

with the device. So you have to take things with a grain of salt. Be specific about what

kind of outcome you want to see happen.

And I would predict as an experienced practitioner with 20 years of practice that once someone

lifts vertically like this and improves their neck and jawline, that's not going to happen

with a thermal energy device. It just doesn't work that way. When the face is lifted when

we do surgery, we are lifting not just skin, we are also repositioning soft tissue and

muscle related tissue. That's a lot of work to move and remove excess skin. Even the most

conservative facelift, there's a fair amount of skin that actually ends up being redundant.

So you're not going to get those kinds of results with a thermal energy device.

One of the things to close the whole loop about the strategies for facial aging, when

we do surgery, we do it under local anesthesia with LITE™ sedation. And that has been a

real big step for helping people overcome their hesitation about having face lifting

surgery because we do these procedures under local LITE™ sedation and avoid general anesthesia.

But even if you choose never to have a facelift, you have to then decide what really matters

most for your appearance and understand that there's always room to achieve a certain

goal that meets a desired range of expectations. You can't get surgical results with non-surgical

solutions. But in the modern world, when we have opportunities to improve volume and do

other things to improve skin quality, we can certainly do a lot of things that are non-surgical

and can't be done with surgery. So, there really is a potential opportunity for synergy

when you put the right modalities together.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

How Much Can You Really Earn with Google Adsense on a New YouTube Channel - Duration: 4:12.

alright guys how's it going today it's Brian from BG media innovation and we've

hit a milestone today actually so really briefly I'm just gonna update you we've

actually hit 10,000 views today and that's a milestone because if you don't

know that actually is what you need to start you know Adsense with YouTube so

we hit that milestone finally I'd like to say we've probably this channel has

been active for probably around 2 months but I've really only been you know

engaging with it fully for about a month and a half so pretty happy with that you

know it's been moving a little bit slow it's started to pick up recently as you

can see you know we literally just hit 10,000 fuse we only have 250 to

subscribers but that is growing rapidly day in and day out so I'm excited about

that I did just apply to Adsense so this is basically going to be just like an

update and thank you obviously for all the support you know I love you guys and

I love that you're engaged so much but really what this is gonna be as a case

study now it's not gonna be a you know updated daily we'll be doing it for

maybe a month or two and seeing what happens you know I did have another

YouTube channel previously that did Adsense but ever since the you know the

the new all those companies dropped out essentially and you can't get as much

revenue specifically with Adsense you know I have a new tube noon YouTube

channel now and I haven't you know done Adsense since then so this will kind of

be a case study as to what you can kind of expect what you can kind of earn when

you're doing YouTube and you you finally have activated ads so I literally just

applied yesterday to Adsense it takes in my experience roughly about a week and

then they send you a thing in the mail after that just kind of verify your

address and everything and it will be a case study so you know it might not be

for a week it might not be for a month but I will be running ads and seeing how

they work on certain videos and you know updating you with my earnings you know

100% transparent with you guys so that you can you know kind of see what you

can earn on YouTube not expecting much at all in my past experience even when I

did even when there was big companies I didn't really earn that much with

Adsense I was nice supplemental income you know a couple hundred a month

potentially but that was like the high end in my experience so I'm excited to

see what can happen I'm excited to see you know what what it

means with the new school and you know how it you know without all those

companies and all those all that ad revenue potentially going around what a

smaller channel like mine that's just started to grow and literally just hit

10,000 views as you can see you know what that could potentially earn over

the next month as we continue to grow so thank you guys so much for the support

I'm really really excited to keep going and pumping out content for you and I

literally will just you know be releasing ridiculous amounts of content

over the next month or two as we continue to grow right now we're growing

at about 10 subscribers today roughly so I'm excited about that but I just want

to give you a quick update because I wanted to thank you guys and I wanted to

let you know that I will be giving you know 100% transparency with my estimated

ad revenue and I will be reporting that to you guys you know when I start

earning a little bit here and there and keep you updated with that so I know a

lot of people want that that transparent view about how much you can actually

earn so you know obviously it's a 23 today we literally just started this

YouTube channel and I say we because it's our YouTube channel you know if you

guys ever want to see anything else you know as it pertains to you know

literally anything digital marketing e-commerce you know drop shipping you

know any of the marketing techniques that I talked about retail arbitrage

Amazon that I'm sorry Amazon FBA you know anything that you want to see if it

has to do with any of those types of things please comment down below you

know let me know in future videos you know I this is like I said our

channel so I will be you know showing you guys the transparency hopefully you

know you're interested in that I know I get a lot of questions about how much

you can tend to earn with Adsense because if you don't know not only can

you activate Adsense on your YouTube channel but you can act actually at

activate Adsense on your on your blog too and that way you can get paid for

for ads on your blog that run - so I'll be updating you I'll be be literally

like I said you know just running this case study and with that being said I'm

gonna end it here today I'll see you in the next one but you know stay tuned for

the updates

everything no in my opinion at least no in all experts opinions no if anything

Amazon is probably a better opportunity now than it was before I'm gonna go over

a few stats kind of explain to you guys why I think this or stats to back up my

thought process and kind of explain to you guys how I got to this conclusion so

I've written down in 2014 Amazon did 74 billion dollars in sales

right in revenue sales seventy four billion dollars two years later in 2016

Amazon did one hundred and thirty six billion dollars so in two years they

practically doubled right that's a crazy Amazon's growing at effect like crazy

pace phenomenal pace and this is because there's well first they're the world's

largest marketplace in the US and second they're quite they're constantly

acquiring new companies opening new FBA warehouses everyone's cost as they

acquire Whole Foods for example that was a big acquisition that happened over

this summer I'm sure you guys have heard about it now so hopeless now they didn't

just buy a Whole Foods because oh it's fun we have the money we can buy Whole

Foods Amazon Bal Whole Foods for a reason

and no I'm excited to see what they do with it you know they're starting Amazon

fresh which is going to be a delivery they have that up so I'm sure Whole

Foods is going to play its own part in that I'm super excited see what having

guys like I said this is going to be crazy Amazon is one of the most

revolutionary companies we've had probably since like Apple I'd say

probably Apple keeps revolutionize new things but Amazon's almost that as big

of a change if not more they keep buying by by acquiring new companies crazy

patents have been released I don't think I've heard a story about the patent

amazon has like a flying F be a fulfillment center like a crazy shit

super excited to see what Amazon does but anyways that just proves I'm going

keeps growing so much and there's going to be so much opportunities like we said

it doubled in revenue doubling in revenue if it were to get competitive it

would have some more than double in seller numbers which it happened I don't

know the exact amount of sellers but it hasn't like there's nowhere near the

amount of sellers that there would need to be for it to be too competitive

eBay for example eBay has so much more competitors and so much less sales and

people are still going into that why is that the case

that's because Amazon has a harder process to get into people assume the

Amazon is harder and it's trickier that they can't do it when in reality it

really isn't there's just a few things they have to get through and if you have

the guidance to get through those and set everything up correctly and not run

into any issues you're good to go that's why I highly recommend taking a course

or study up before you start get a course that can like hold your hand from

A to Z and guide you through all the process this process that you need to

know how to do and there's no better time than now because like I said I

think Amazon currently is the best opportunity it's ever been I've heard of

people start in 2014-2015 I started a little while back but it's honestly just

becoming it better and better opportunity as we go

especially since Amazon is expanding in so many different marketplaces like

they're going to expand in Australia now they want to they're going to open that

up are no one that's launching but be prepared to launch that if you don't

even have to live in the country to sell in that country

Europe's have big marketplace that's growing create like crazy Germany for

example the UK is growing there's a ton of place

you can sell even within the US you can sell to anywhere there you do have to

get like accept it was a new account there whatever it is but it's doable

your think you need a bank account also but it's super doable it's not as hard

as people think it is people just get scared off because it's

not super easy and that's a good thing that means there's not as much

competition for you to get in if you know how it's done and you guys are

ready to jump into Amazon then you guys are going to go out get a course I have

one that I took in the link down below for example um you guys can go check

that one out take a course and let it hold your guide your hand through the

whole thing and you'll be ready to sell in an open market full of opportunity

full of money to be made guys are so people starting right now and making so

much money all the time so why can't that be you so one of the craziest

things I hear is people are just like oh this person just released a course and

let's say 5000 people bought the cord that's already a lot of people let's say

5000 people bought the course right out of those 5000 people first of all not

nearly all of them are going to start because that's just not everyone not

everyone is a as an action taker is a doer not everyone is one of those people

so you're gonna get a lot of people who just don't take action you're gonna get

a lot of people who don't listen to the advice and they fail there should be a

ton of those but even with it five thousand people buying the thing there

are millions of sellers on Amazon five thousand not going to make a difference

in the long run for things you know nowhere near every well people say

jungle Scouts have been too saturated because everyone's looking for products

on Java Scouts so many professional sellers use jungle scout along with a

lot of other different products or techniques and they all still find

products so it's not true that it's saturated because 1000 people bought a

course and they're all doing the same thing like that's not true it it makes

no sense anyways back to the growth seller ratio that I was talking about

how Amazon is doubling in sales in revenue and the amount of sellers is not

doubling that is even better of an opportunity simply because that means

that there's more sales to be captured less people to capture them so those

sales are going to go to the people who are in it and are doing well and are

building their business around it those are the people that are going to get the

sales and that's awesome to think about because that again that can be you that

can be you not to mention Amazon's always coming out with new products all

the time there's products that I'm doing for our users I'm going through on with

Scott I see so many product products I had no idea exist I was like who would

buy this but turns out people are buying selling 800 units a month that's crazy

like that makes no sense to me that I find some random products but those are

the best type of products when you're finding frogs to sell on Amazon guys

you're not supposed to be looking for a big brand something everyone knows about

you want that quirky different weird type of product and that's the one's

going to get you good amount of sales and a good amount of money it's not

going to be too competitive because probably it's probably relatively new so

you can be in there it's one of the first so that's why you always have to

be ready and you always have to be doing your good share product research if you

want to grow because you never know when the new products and new trends going to

pop up now even if we look at all the sellers that are selling on Amazon like

I said I don't really know the exact number of how many people are selling on

Amazon but I can tell you from all of those people selling on Amazon half of

them are probably selling one product they're doing it as a hobby they're

trying it out that's it every one of other people I don't know how many but a

ton of other people they're probably starting a product it's not doing as

well as they would hoped and they give up and that's it those are the people

again those are the people that don't take action don't take risk they took

the action of the risk to the first product didn't work they give up they

try to move on to the next thing you got to be persistent with things I think a

lot of people fail on their first product maybe even they're like fourth

product they fail for for product and then hit the jackpot and then they just

go up and now they're making four to $50,000 a month it's so doable it it's

there for you other than that five percent of those people probably

actually know what they're doing right ninety five percent probably even more

than five percent have no idea what they're doing never taking the course

just heard Oh Amazon FBA signed up and they're trying to do something and it's

not working right why is it not working because they didn't have anyone to help

them and guide them through this steps like I'm recommending for you guys

to do another big reason is because a lot of the people I saw in Amazon not

everyone is doing private labeling which is what you guys are looking to do at

least I think what most of you guys are looking into doing private labeling

Amazon FBA you know by sourcing a product from China putting your logo on

it shipping it to Amazon's warehouses they sell it a lot of people are doing

fulfillment by merchant which is they keep at their house and they sell it

from their house a lot of people are doing retail arbitrage which means that

they're selling a product not under their brand a lot of big brands are

selling on Amazon Nike Under Armour adidas all those guys they're selling

and they're not private labeling well I mean they might technically be private

leaving but they're not using Amazon to the like to the maximum into the

optimization level that we can use it because we understand how to do PPC how

to run ads how to create a better listing how to create keyword

optimization all of those important things have to be put into your listing

and that's why if you learn it and you Doug I think emphasize enough one of the

most important things I tell people to do is take a course because it'll hold

your hand through it again like I said I of course a link to the course that I

took that brought me to where I am right now down below by Tanner J Fox now it's

combined with e-commerce dudes EECOM dudes with Dan de Silva course currently

goes for seven hundred forty seven dollars a lot of people are scared off

by the numbers I go that's so much money but if you think about potentially you

can make back with that you can make that back within a few weeks like I

don't understand the risk P people don't want to risk their money to make more

money like a calculated risk obviously this is a calculated risk don't want to

risk it to make more money and that blows my mind because I've always been a

risk taker I want to keep increasing all the time and if I just hold my money in

my bank although and do nothing with it it's not going to grow because interest

rates in the u.s. pretty bad I mean pretty low but you're not gonna make a

lot of money just leaving your money sitting there so you've got to put it to

work and make it build itself and this is one of those great opportunities that

can become super passive that you guys can get into anyways guys this is a

little bit of a video kind of I hope you guys enjoyed the video talking about its

Amazon FBA dead summary no I'm going to say my

opinion no it's just no it's it's not dead it's not to come through

complicated it's not to competitive no no no no no get those ideas out of

your head there are new sellers coming in there's probably a new seller coming

in right now and this guy is going to make a million dollars in sales pretty

soon because he took action and it's not because there's too much competition or

when I talk because he got lucky he's got to put in the work he's going to

find his products he's going to sell those products and he's not going to be

worried about oh is it dead exam so this is still way

too more make more money if you don't count if you think I'm not being dead

you think Amazon's dying which if you did that would be crazy Amazon in my

opinion is going to be the world's most valuable company if it's not already and

Jeff Bezos is going to be the richest man in the world give him a little bit

of time I know he did it then he fell back so now it's going to go back to it

trust me that's what I think it's headed to great things for Amazon I'm super

excited I hope you guys learned something in this video like I said

before leave a thumbs up if you did enjoy subscribe to guys their new hit

that little Bell buttons you guys get all the Amazon knowledge you guys are

always ahead of the game compared to everyone else who hasn't clicked that

bill but I'm going to make sure all the information you guys are looking for

will come out as soon as I hear it I will make a video you guys are going to

hear about it stay ahead of the competition and stay on top your amazon

FBA game if you guys have any questions leave them down in the comments down

below I will answer all questions related to this topic in the comments so

please don't hesitate write something there and yeah guys I hope you guys

enjoyed this video I'll see you on the next one

10 Ways Introverts Can Be Happier After Feeling Down - Duration: 10:22.

10 Ways Introverts Can Be Happier After Feeling Down

Have you been feeling down lately?

You're not alone.

A lot of us introverts have a tendency toward melancholy.

It's not that we can't be as happy as extroverts.

But sometimes our busy, overthinking brain makes it difficult.

Because guess what.

We introverts are thinkers.

Often, our thoughts quickly turn to worries, and our ideas turn to doubt.

That's not the only reason why you might be feeling down.

Here's the sneaky reason you're feeling down

There is another sneaky factor that makes introverts feel down, even when everything

seems peachy around us.

It's what I like to call the overstimulation cycle.

Here's what it looks like:

You go out, have 'fun', and stay busy because that's what others tell you to do

to have a productive and happy life.

But when you do catch a moment of solitude after all your outing and abouting, you feel

exhausted.

And it doesn't end there.

You feel strangely empty, which makes no sense because you just did a bunch of social activities

that were supposed to make you feel fulfilled.

You think you're feeling down because you aren't doing, seeing, and socializing enough.

So, you force yourself back out the door and into the very situations that are causing

the void.

If you can relate to the above scenario, you are like so many introverts who get caught

up in an overstimulation cycle that leaves us feeling down, and even depressed.

So, in this video I'm going to show you 10 ways introverts can be happier after feeling

down.

Before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't miss

any interesting update in the future guys.

Here are some introvert friendly ways that you can restore happiness when you're feeling

down:

1.

Stop trying to upgrade yourself and your possessions.

"THE WORLD IS increasingly designed to depress us.

Happiness isn't very good for the economy.

If we were happy with what we had, why would we need more … To be calm becomes a kind

of revolutionary act.

To be happy with your own non-upgraded existence.

To be comfortable with our messy, human selves, would not be good for business."

― Matt Haig, Reasons to Stay Alive

Many introverts feel a burning need to constantly improve ourselves.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing, except when it destroys our sense of self and makes

us chronically unhappy.

I'm all about self-help, but I know all too well how quickly it can turn into 'self-hurt'.

Many introverts are perfections, and ruminators.

We tend to overthink our flaws, and feel bad for not embodying the extrovert ideal.

We think that if we could just get better at wearing the mask of extroversion we'll

stop feeling down.

2.

Set an intention to be happy.

Outside of clinical depression, happiness is often a choice.

When you wake up in the morning and decide to be happy, you're more likely to find

reasons to be joyful that day.

I know this might seem hard to believe when you're feeling down, but hear me out.

I once made friends with a woman whose husband was battling cancer.

Surprisingly, this woman was not dragging her way through life, weighed down by a constant

cloud of fear, and anxiety.

She glowed with a serene happiness that I rarely see.

One day she told me her secret.

"When my husband first got cancer, I was devastated.

I was sad all the time, didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.

Then one day I realized that I didn't want to live like that.

I decided to choose to be happy, no matter what was happening around me."

And it worked.

I'm sure she still felt down some days, but she made a choice to focus on what made

her happy, and to choose joy over sadness whenever possible.

Even if you are tired and weary from loss, true happiness is worth fighting for.

As author Elizabeth Gilbert puts it:

"People tend to think that happiness is a stroke of luck, something that will descend

like fine weather if you're fortunate.

But happiness is the result of personal effort.

You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world

looking for it.

You have to participate relentlessly."

3.

Let go.

As an introvert, you might find it hard to let go.

It's natural to want to cling to the people, circumstances, and objects that once made

you happy.

But happiness is a dynamic entity.

If you hold it too tightly it suffocates.

If you try to cement it in place it dies.

Happiness needs to be free to come and go.

As your life evolves and changes shape, so, too, do the things that make you happy.

Allow this change.

Look for new ways to be happy.

Remember that the hand that clings to the past cannot receive the many blessings available

in the Now.

4.

Talk to someone about something real.

You've probably already been told how important it is to talk to someone when you're feeling

down.

But you might have missed the catch.

As an introvert, you need deep and meaningful conversations.

Too much small talk makes you feel empty.

When you're feeling down, it's important to share your deep thoughts and feelings with

someone you can trust.

This might be a close friend or family member.

Or it may be a counsellor or therapist.

Regardless of who you decide to talk to, remember this:

Just because you are a strong and independent introvert, doesn't mean you need to carry

this burden on your own.

Sometimes, the most courageous thing you can do is to be vulnerable with another person.

I know how tough this can be, but when happiness is on the line, isn't it worth it?

5.

Take care of yourself.

When we are feeling down, our self-care practices tend to fall to the bottom of our priority

list.

But this is the opposite of what needs to happen to feel happier again.

Often, just taking a shower, and feeling clean and fresh will instantly perk you up.

Other self-care practices, like exercise, meditation, and spending time in nature, will

also boost your mood.

Personally, my favourite self-care rituals include cooking beautiful healthy meals for

myself, having a candlelit bath with essential oils, going for walks in nature, and relaxing

in my backyard, which overlooks the ocean.

6.

Help someone.

When you're feeling down, the best cure can be something that seems counterintuitive.

Instead of focusing on your problems, turn your energy towards helping someone in need.

As an introvert, the thought of going out and doing good deeds when you feel down might

overwhelm you.

Here's my advice.

One thing I always tell my introverted students and coaching clients is to focus on the one

small action that they can take right now.

Scale it back, make it achievable.

Instead of vowing to volunteer in Africa some day, send a kind note to a friend who is going

through a rough time today.

7.

Don't believe your thoughts.

"I discovered that when I believed my thoughts, I suffered, but that when I didn't believe

them, I didn't suffer, and this is true for every human being."

— Byron Katie

When you are feeling down, you might notice many negative thoughts arising out of nowhere.

Difficult as it may be, it's important to remember that you have a choice whether to

believe these thoughts or not.

8.

Plan your next joyful experience.

Introverts are known for planning ahead, and thinking things through before acting.

It turns out that this works to our advantage when it comes to boosting our happiness levels.

Allow me to explain.

Have you ever noticed that you feel happier during the planning stage of a vacation than

during or after the vacation itself?

If so, you're not alone.

This study comparing vacationers and non-vacationers found that there was little difference in

post-trip happiness levels between the two groups.

However, the vacationers had higher levels of pre-trip happiness compared to those who

weren't planning a vacation.

Not going on a trip anytime soon?

That's okay.

You can still feel happier simply by planning an activity that you will enjoy in the near

future.

A nice dinner, a concert, a day at the river, a bike ride, a girl's night out, a boy's

night in, a boat ride, a show — choose whatever activity excites you, and put it in your calendar.

9.

Make goals.

Goals have come in and out of fashion over the years.

For a while, goals were everything.

And not just any goals.

They had to be clear, measurable goals with a specific deadline.

Then all of the sudden goals took a backseat to living in the Now and going with the flow.

This begs the question …

What approach leads to the most happiness.

The answer is both.

When we are too focused on goals, our confidence and happiness hinges on what we achieve.

When failure finds us, we start feeling down again.

But when we find a healthy balance between goals for the future and appreciation for

the now, our overall happiness levels improve.

Here's an easy exercise to put this philosophy into practice: Write a gratitude list of everything

you're grateful for today.

Circle the things that you would like more of in the future.

Take a look at the items you've circled and ask yourself, what is it about these things

that brings me joy?

Next, brainstorm some goals that reflect those joy points.

Well, that's the 10 ways introverts can be happier after feeling down.

Can you relate to these habits of mentally strong introverts?

Did I miss any?

HOW UNIVERSE 11 CAN SURVIVE! - Duration: 4:46.

universe 11 has a big three of jiren dispo and toppo and surprisingly with the

defeat of castle wall come show and others every other member of the Pride

troopers has lost much earlier than we would expect but what does this say

about the future of universe 11 and how can universe 11 survive with such a

limited team left well let's discuss all of this today and a solution as to how

they could survive in this torment of power so the first thing we have to talk

about hair is dealing with the plot now it's pretty obvious looking at Dragon

Ball super that the show selectively narrowed down all of the members of

universe Elevens pride troopers because they wanted to feature dis boat elbow

and jiren the most but what this all tells me is that this big three of the

pride troopers specifically are so overpowered to the point where if

universe 11 is going to be this featured team in the torment of power and if Gian

is supposed to be this ultra strong super powerful guy then they can

actually do better with just the three of them than with the other members to

possibly hold them back and let's talk about the next part of all of this in

dealing with the fighters themselves there are three very distinct reasons to

isolate jiren Topo and dispo when you look at how powerful jiren is he was

able to knock out tail now keep in mind this was a kill that was giving us super

saiyan blue Goku problems and knocking out another member of the pride troopers

in booyah so she's clearly no slouch when she transforms and looking at how

easily Gian was able to do that it illustrates that if you can multiply

what jiren does on a smaller scale compared to a lot of other characters

that he can be even more dominant if he actually fought in this form and a power

and let's also bring topo up into the mix in comparison to jiren all we know

is that topo was not as strong as him but looking at how Topal fought against

Goku in the exhibition match he's clearly one of their key members and

last but not least dispo who's probably the third most powerful member on this

team gave hit problems and as of right now dispo is the only person that we've

seen that has been able to actually completely dominate hit for an extended

stretch of time other than Goku when you use the Super Saiyan blue kaio-ken so by

looking at this disposable proportional to other characters in the

storm and power would allow him to probably knock everybody out when you

factor in how much problems his speed was giving hit who's faster and also has

the time skip to give himself an advantage so when you would compare dis

boat to a character like TN Master Roshi unfortunately pickle or other members

from universe 7 he would be a nightmare to them so the biggest part of this

video that we have to discuss is what is the solution and strategy as to how

universe 11 can survive well looking at how powerful dispo topo and jiren are

it's logical for them to fight in small pockets now let's use an example here

when you look at how powerful Goku and Vegeta were when they fought against

each other and were able to wipe out universe 9 this shows that although they

were only two of them two very powerful characters fighting together can wipe

out an entire team by themselves this says that if they fight in small pockets

and attack rogue members of the torment of power or small weaker members of the

Tormentor power they can easily dominate and as I've said before with dispo with

his extreme speed in the storm and a power he can move at such a speed that

many characters won't even be able to see where he's going and looking at the

way that jiren was following dispos movement it seems like dispo and

possibly topo and jiren can all fight on the same level field as disappeared

which all says that if they can somewhat follow decimal speed they can all

coordinate attacks to getting members out of determining Power easier so

ultimately because these three members are left and they don't have to worry

about their other teammates I think in the long run it can actually make them

more powerful if they go after the weaker or middling members and save the

top of their energy for the ultimate members of the tournament power like

Goku Vegeta Frieza Gohan and others so ultimately guys I think that's the

strategy that universe 11 has to use to survive but let me know your thoughts in

the comment section below was two strategies you'd think about the

universe Elevens big three and what they could eventually do and as a Big Shot I

wanted to thank my friend Tommy Slav for actually creating a thumbnail that was

used in this video and I'll post a link to his Twitter so you guys can check out

all of his awesome artwork so with everything else said please remember to
