Rewards - Help Jessica Get An MA - Duration: 7:51.

Hi, my name is Jessica. I'm currently running a GoFundMe Campaign to help raise funds to

study an MA in Acting at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art.

YAY! [noisemaker and crowd cheering sounds]

There is a video about my campaign that you can watch here but in this video, I'm going

to tell you about some of the rewards I am offering.

So let's take a look at each reward.

This reward is for people who want to chip

in. The next time I see you, I'll give you a big hug because I want you to know how much

I truly appreciate your support.

Storytelling is about using your imagination.

One inspiration for my imagination is music. For this reward, you will receive a collection

of 4 songs that I've recorded which include 3 jazz standards (one of which I sang at my

LAMDA audition) plus one original song.

["Fascinatin' Rhythm" music]

This is a goofy reward for anyone who

[Offscreen voice: Hello!]

Sorry

[Ha ha ha ha! Guess who, darling? It's your telephone!]

Sorry

[Won't you be a dear and answer me?!]

Sorry….sorry.

This is a goofy reward for anyone who likes a good laugh. For this reward, I've recorded

a selection of humorous vocal ringtones for your enjoyment.

When I was 12 years old my dad passed away.

The airline he worked for gave me flight benefits until the age of 25. So, after finishing college,

I decided to use the flight benefits to travel around the world. I spent my travels volunteering

in community outreach, conservation, disaster relief, and education. Along the way, I took

up photography as a hobby to document my travels. For this reward, you can select 3 of my photographs

that you can use however you like: to print and hang in your home, to transfer onto a

shirt or bag. The sky is the limit. Go to my Instagram to browse the images available

for this reward.

You can claim any reward below this tier,

not that you want one. You are a rebel, after all.

Empathy is perhaps the most important tool

to exploring the complexity of any character's life, whether we think they are good or evil

or most likely a bit of both. For this reward, I will send you a video of the two characters'

speeches that I performed at my LAMDA auditions from "The Call" by Patricia Cornelius

& "As You Like It" by William Shakespeare.

I would not be where I am today without the

support of colleagues, teachers, friends, and family. After my first term at LAMDA,

I will send you a cool London-themed postcard with a written thank you note and update about

my studies to wherever you are in the world. Please send me your address to claim this

reward.

I have been teaching singing for the last

several years to students from elementary school to retirement age. I believe you can

learn to sing at any age. There are techniques and strategies to build your skill & confidence,

but you have to practice. For this reward, I will give you a 60 minute singing masterclass

in person (if you are in London) or via Skype anywhere else in the world.

I believe that arts education should be accessible

to everyone. For this reward, I will make a $10 donation to Clean Break Theatre in your

name. Clean Break Theatre is a women's theatre company that uses theatre to explore the injustices

of the criminal justice system and to give voice to disenfranchised women. You can read

more about about the Clean Break Theatre on their website. For this reward, I will also

send you a London-themed post-card, thank you note, & written update after my first

term at LAMDA to wherever you are in the world.

Anyone remember that episode of Community

when Abed hired celebrity impersonators?

[Clip: Oh excuse me. I didn't kill my wife!

I don't care!

Stop that fugitive!

Over break, Abed realized he could hire celebrity impersonators to re-enact movies with him.

He's been doing it a lot. ]

An important (and perhaps my favorite) element of acting is having a strong imagination.

For this reward, I will learn 3 of your favorite scenes from a movie or play you choose and

re-enact them with you.

The beauty and purpose of theatre is that

it is an artform that is a shared experience between the performers and the audience. It

is meant to be shared. This reward is for two people to share. For Kindred Spirits,

I will offer 2 complimentary tickets to a future professional theatre performance of

mine. You can claim this reward at any point in the future, so keep in touch.

Storytelling began as an oral tradition, passing

stories down from one generation to the next. For this reward I will make a voice recording

of a script of your choice: whether a speech or poem for a special occasion, or a children's

story for your kids, or a mediation or prayer for you, it's up to you.

[audio: crowd cheering]

Good actors are able to take direction and to work well with others. This reward is for

anyone who wants to hire me as an actor for 1 day.

Wisdom comes with experience. This reward

is exactly the same as the Good Ruler except I will be available to hire for 2 days instead

of 1.

As for any artist, creating a balance between

earning a living and working at your craft is often impossible. Most actors (as the cliché

goes) work in food service. This reward is an homage to struggling artists everywhere

and also to my mom from whom I have inherited a love of good food and cooking. For this

reward I will shop, prepare, and serve dinner to 4 people (ie. you, the villain, plus 3

of your minions) and I'll do the dishes.

Super-villains are high-stakes, high-risk

type characters. If I am lucky enough to encounter a Super-Villain donor for this campaign,

I just might be lucky enough to be able to deliver this reward: a personal thank you

at my first Oscar acceptance speech. ;)

So that's all our rewards.

Thanks for watching and thank you so much for supporting my campaign.

10 Fat-Burning Plant Foods That Have More Protein Than an Egg - Duration: 6:08.

10 Fat-Burning Plant Foods That Have More Protein Than an Egg

It is highly recommended to intake sufficient amount of protein, because they offer a lot

of healthy benefits.

People usually consider animal products as the only food rich in proteins, but in fact

there are many other foods abundant in proteins besides the meat products.

Eggs are one of them and they contain high amount of proteins, but on the other hand

they can lead to allergy or sensitivity.

But, we are going to clarify the real meaning of proteins.

There is a string of amino acids from which the proteins are made, and every string has

a specific function.

For example, dopamine – the neurotransmitter for the 'happy' feeling is produced from

the amino acid phenylalanine.

There are two kinds of amino acids – non-essential and essential.

The essential amino acids are consumed with food and then they produce the non-essential

amino acids.

Our body requires the protein for many purposes, and protein deficiency can result in breaking

the muscle tissue to get the essential amino acids.

Proteins have many significant properties and it capacity of building and repairing

the muscle mass is the most significant one.

It also has the ability to produce neurotransmitters such as melatonin, dopamine and serotonin.

The protein also has the capacity of producing enzymes, hormones and antibodies.

So it is of great significance to intake sufficient amount of proteins, but be careful not to

consume too much.

The recommended daily amount of protein intake is the minimum of 13g/lb of protein of the

total body weight to hinder the braking down of muscle mass.

The best amount for daily intake of protein is 30g/lb. but the recommended daily dose

can vary in every person and it dependable of many different factors, like duration,

frequency of physical activity, goals and age and many others.

For instance, the sufficient amount of protein in older people is a little bit bigger than

the recommended daily amount for average people.

But 2g – 8g/lb is considered as the safe amount of protein intake.

A bigger amount than 8g/lb of protein intake can result unnecessary stress on the liver.

Ammonia is a result of the metabolizing process of protein and the ammonia is converted into

urea.

The liver should not be put under a lot of pressure, but this is what happens to the

liver when we intake a lot of protein, over the limited amount.

Eggs, fish and meat are foods with highest amount of protein.

It is also very important to eat organic and high quality products because toxins are also

present in the fat of animals.

But you can also intake protein from other food besides the meat products.

How an individual can impact the peace in the community? - Duration: 1:45.

By strengthening an individual, how do we spread peace in the community?

It's a little obvious, the answer.

If in your home,

if one person is unhappy, what happens?

The whole home gets unhappy, isn't it?

Similarly,

in a community, in a country, in the society, on the planet,

if each individual is happy,

then naturally, there is global happiness, community happiness

or family happiness

It actually begins with each individual.

What happens in the world is not something random outside.

It's a reflection of what is happening in every single mind.

When it's collected,

in some place, it's shows up. Like in the leadership,

or in the economy, or in our education system,

or in our political system.

But, conflict on the level of the mind,

stress on the level of the mind,

feeling separation on the level of the mind,

as an individual, then creates the same impact in the entire community.

The leadership separates, and the community feels separate,

and everybody marginalizes themselves.

Yes?

So, the solution to peace are many,

and we try it from all different directions,

But we never look to the individual mind and consciousness.

And that must be as much part of the solution,

as anything else.

Open yourself to an imaginary Mexico dreamscape with LUZIA | The World Of LUZIA | Cirque du Soleil - Duration: 6:15.

You ready for some LUZIA, people?

I don't think you are.

Welcome to The World of…

Hola, I'm Matthew Rodrigues.

Every week we are releasing a new episode,

so don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss it.

Today though, we're heading into the big top

for one of Cirque du Soleil's newest touring shows,

a surreal journey through the art and soul of Mexico.

Welcome to the world of LUZIA.

LUZIA takes you to an imaginary Mexico,

it's very much like a walking dream

where light quenches the spirits

and rain soothes the soul.

Through a series of grand visual surprises

and breathtaking acrobatic performances,

LUZIA takes audiences on a surrealistic journey

filled with wonders,

playfulness and striking artistry.

The audience is transported from an old movie set

to the ocean, to a smoky dance hall

and to an arid desert.

This show cleverly brings to the stage multiple places,

faces and sounds of Mexico

taken from both traditional and modern times.

Rich in awe-inspiring moments,

LUZIA enchants by incorporating rain

into acrobatic and artistic scenes,

a first for Cirque du Soleil touring productions.

-Hi Samuel.

- Hey, how are you? - Welcome.

- Thank you. - Happy to have you.

Samuel is in charge of casting LUZIA.

Now before we go any further,

I want to talk about one act—the contortionist—what's his name?

- Alexey, yeah. - Alexey.

Insane!

This guy can move in ways

I did not know was humanly possible.

Tell us a little bit about his story.

Well, he started when he was very young.

He had a whole process during all his childhood.

And when he was a teenager,

he was training really, really hard to arrive at this level.

And you see it…

When he's doing these moves in the show,

the whole audience is like "What?"

You must get to know the cast really well.

Does anyone have a fantastic story

of where they came from to getting on the stage at Cirque?

There's a brother and sister that work together

in the same show.

- Oh. What are the odds there? - Yeah, exactly.

- They work together and they… - They're in the same act.

Yeah, they're in the same act.

They used to learn and to go to school together.

What act are they in?

They're in the Chinese hoop diving on treadmill.

And also their older brother is in another show,

he's in VOLTA right now.

Where are the mom and dad?

Are they working for you too?

Not even.

Or the parents need to have more kids

so you can have more people in your shows.

You're not getting out of here

without doing something for me.

Okay.

I've heard that you are also a performer.

So you're gonna juggle for me?

Okay, I will. I will do a little something.

Well… oh!

I'm just gonna get out of here

because this interview seems to be over…

Now it's time for Fun Facts.

Integrating the element of water inside the Big Top.

represented a huge technical challenge

on several fronts.

The water must be filtered then disinfected

and then maintained at a constant 82 degrees

for the wellbeing of the artists.

All 6,000 litres of water used during the performance

are recycled for the entire duration of the stay

in any given city.

Because we're green here at Cirque.

The water in the basin is channelled

to an external 2,500-litre tank

where it is treated and then pumped up to a bridge

56 feet above the stage.

Made out of water,

the images and patterns that appear in the rainfall

are generated electronically

by a graphical water display screen.

What the hell that means,

I don't know—but it's really cool to look at.

A running woman spreads her butterfly wings

in a tribute to the annual migratory journey

of the monarch butterfly

from southern Canada to central Mexico for the winter.

Each wing is 6 metres long,

is made of silk and requires 40 metres of material.

The magical flower dress

is fitted with 98 white individually programmed flowers,

each one equipped with a small little motor.

Hoop diving is taken onto gigantic treadmills

expanding exponentially the speed and amount

of daring leaps executed.

The two treadmills come from the mining industry

and they weigh over 8,000 pounds apiece

and they're powered independently

by 28 automobile-like batteries.

For one of the acts, there are these incredible soccer players

and they're just knocking…

They just keep hitting the ball like…

Ah, damn it.

Oh!

And that's the one.

Now it's time for

one of our Favorite Acts.

It is time to say adios amigos.

I'm gonna catch you next week

where we'll bug out in the world of OVO.

Let me know in the comments

which act impressed you the most from LUZIA.

Is it the strong men?

They impress me.

This guy is a contortionist and he can…

He's like putting his head like…

Really like…

Urgh! Blablabla!

And it's like… It's so good.

It's amazing.

Just like that.

As always, click here

for the complete list of The World of… series

and check out below for awesome playlists

and more in the description.

I'm Matthew Rodrigues.

Remember to subscribe to Cirque du Soleil

to flip your reality the Cirque Way—

where everyone, every day is extraordinary.

number four I still used it on some pieces anyways at least the pieces that

will show the first time I've seen this cabinet was on Roy Underhill's wood

right shop and he got his plans from a book the plans that I used I actually

got from Sketchup the sketch ups 3d warehouse and believe is what it's

called it's a 3d library a bunch of models and people of made and put up

there the plan the model that I got it from is actually made by popular

woodwork I'm not sponsored by Popular Woodworking a whore Roy Underhill or

Sketchup but they're all very very good resources and you should look into all

of them plus the Sketchup stream so there you go

22 Things That Happen When An Empath Falls In Love With A Narcissist - Duration: 10:35.

22 Things That Happen When An Empath Falls In Love With A Narcissist

1.

The empath enters the relationship wanting deep, unconditional love.

The empath is attracted to the narcissist, and feels their need for affection is being met even if the narcissist isn't

doing anything to develop the connection.

The empath feels fulfilled and "in love" just from being around them.

2.

The empath begins to believe that they have a "once in a lifetime" kind of connection with the narcissist,

and the narcissist affirms it – what they have is special.

This is what makes it seem impossible to just walk away.

3.

The narcissist can, at times, seem to want the relationship as much as the empath does.

In reality, the narcissist wants nothing but constant validation, and someone who is always willing to give it is a

perfect match.

4.

Over time, the empath will be made to feel incompetent.

Even if not stated directly, the narcissist will imply that they have the power by saying they "don't want to hurt"

them, or by looking down on their interests, or maybe not letting them handle the day-to-day bills or anything else

that's a symbol of control.

This will leave the empath feeling reliant on the narcissist, believing that they "need" them,

or at least that nobody else would want them.

5.

As their bond grows, the empath will find it unbearable to see the narcissist in any kind of pain.

They will want nothing more than to talk to them, help them, cheer them up… do whatever it takes so they can feel

better again.

They subconsciously want to "fix" the narcissist, or at least change their lives.

6.

What the empath does not realize is that the feeling or idea of healing their partner's deepest,

most unresolvable wounds, feels the same to them as healing their own.

However, it is not the same thing.

7.

Somewhere along the line, the empath begins to feel afraid to advocate for their true needs – it is more appealing to

them to remain more likable (but secretly less happy).

8.

The more love, care, devotion, affection and work the empath puts into making the relationship work,

the more powerful the narcissist becomes.

At this point, it can be difficult to see that there are any real issues in the relationship… that is,

until the empath reaches their breaking point.

9.

Eventually, the empath begins to adopt the traits of the narcissist.

Because their emotional needs are not being met (and they've been confusing their partner's emotional needs with their

own) they start to seem "selfish," or at least predominantly concerned with their own well-being.

They are essentially declaring: "My feelings matter," and the narcissist does not like this.

10.

What neither party realizes at this point is that the narcissist's needs will never actually be met (that is,

until *they* wake up and choose to meet them).

They will move on to other partners, other hobbies, other big business ideas and creative pursuits,

travels across the world… and they'll still be as miserable as ever.

11.

The narcissist will make the empath feel "crazy" for responding the way they are.

They will say they are being over-dramatic, and that their concerns are unfounded.

This kind of dismissal is the most obvious way they exert power and mind-control over the empath.

12.

The empath begins to blame themselves.

They start to wonder if they'll ever be worthy of love, or what it is they did that got them into such a horrible

situation.

13.

What the empath does not realize is that there's nothing *wrong* with them,

there's something exceptionally *right* with them, they were just manipulated and used and lied to.

They have a feeling capacity that outshines many other people's – this isn't a bad thing,

it's just something that must be protected.

14.

Even if the empath tries to communicate authentically with the narcissist, it will be to no avail.

They will be deflective and use shoddy logic, they'll make excuses and find ways to pass the blame,

if not convince the empath that it's at least partially also their fault.

15.

At this point, the empath will have to do some serious self-evaluation.

They'll be left no choice.

They'll recognize what happened in the past that led them to be so defenseless,

and it will be the beginning of their transformation.

16.

The empath will always identify as a "healer," and in finding their inner strength,

they will likely focus on their life's mission of helping other people in healthy,

constructive ways (perhaps through a job or calling).

17.

The empath must realize that not everyone you fall in love with can be trusted.

Not everyone has the same intentions they do, and not everyone thinks they way they do.

18.

The empath must also realize that they were just as wounded as the narcissist was – and that the point of their

relationship was a teaching opportunity, a moment for them both to wake up and see how they must heal themselves.

(The empath will come around, the narcissist usually doesn't.)

19.

The empath will consider the experience a painful catalyst of their awakening.

20.

The narcissist will carry on acting as though nothing's wrong and as though nothing happened.

They will deny and almost seem to "forget" about the intense, powerful connection they once had with someone,

and they will go pursue it elsewhere.

After a bit of time, their issues will come to a head, and they'll have to cope with the fact that they can't connect

with themselves, let alone other people.

21.

The narcissist will walk away looking for their next victim.

22.

The empath will walk away wiser, stronger and more careful about who they give their time, energy, love and life too.

Has Kailyn Lowry's time on Teen Mom 2 come to an end after eight seasons? - Duration: 2:34.

IS KAILYN LOWRY QUITTING 'TEEN MOM 2'?

SHE CONFIRMS PLANS FOR NEW SERIES

Has Kailyn Lowry's time on Teen Mom 2 come to an end after eight seasons?

According to a new report, Kailyn Lowry recently began production on a new show and soon, she

hopes that a network will pick up the possible series.

"I filmed a pilot with one of my friends back in March," Kailyn Lowry told Radar

Online during an interview on September 26.

"I want to pitch it and see what happens."

As the outlet revealed, Kailyn Lowry graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor's

in Mass Communications earlier this year but hopes to return to school eventually for her

Master's Degree.

As fans of Teen Mom 2 well know, Lowry is a mother of three.

So, completing a degree can be quite challenging.

That said, Lowry managed to get her Bachelor's Degree in six years.

As for the premise of the new series, the Teen Mom 2 star said that her television show

is about working moms.

Kailyn Lowry shares her oldest child, son Isaac, 7, with her former boyfriend, Jo Rivera,

and her middle child, Lincoln, 3, with her former husband, Javi Marroquin.

Meanwhile, Lowry's youngest son, whose name has not yet been revealed, was fathered by

her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez.

Although Kailyn Lowry didn't confirm that she would be leaving Teen Mom 2 if her new

show was to be picked up, that may be a possibility.

After all, Lowry already has her hands full with work and her kids.

So, if she takes on a new series, she might need to cut MTV out of her life.

If Kailyn Lowry does ultimately exit the show, fans won't be without a fourth girl.

After all, MTV hired Briana DeJesus to appear on the show earlier this year and, at the

time, rumors began swirling that the network may have done so due to one of its stars'

possible plans to leave the series.

To see more of Kailyn Lowry and her family, as well as her co-stars Briana DeJesus, Chelsea

Houska, Leah Messer, and Jenelle Evans, tune into new episodes of Teen Mom 2 Season 8 on

Monday nights at 9 p.m. on MTV.

SIGNIFICANCE OF ASTRA BEYOND-VISUAL-RANGE MISSILE AN AIR-TO-AIR MISSILE - Duration: 4:22.

Welcome to World Action and Reaction News...todays news is

SIGNIFICANCE OF ASTRA BEYOND-VISUAL-RANGE MISSILE AN AIR-TO-AIR MISSILE

The defence ministry last week announced the successful development of the most challenging

missile India has developed so far -- the ASTRA.

Fired from a fighter aircraft travelling at over 1,000 km an hour, the ASTRA destroys

an enemy fighter 65 to 70 km away.

According to the ministry, the latest round of trials conducted off the Odisha coast on

September 11 to 14 saw seven ASTRA missiles being fired from a Sukhoi-30MKI at pilotless

aircraft that were designated as targets.

All seven ASTRAs hit their targets.

This round of tests 'has completed the development phase of the (ASTRA) weapon system successfully',

stated a defence ministry release.

Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman congratulated the Defence Research and Development Organisation

which developed the ASTRA; Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, which integrated the ASTRA onto the Su-30MKI

fighter; and over 50 private firms that participated in building the missile.

The ASTRA -- designated as a 'beyond visual range air-to-air missile' or BVRAAM -- involves

radically different technology challenges compared to ballistic and tactical missiles.

For one, a typical ASTRA engagement has both the launcher and the target moving at speeds

in excess of 1,000 kmph.

Fired from a pylon on the wing of a Su-30MKI, the ASTRA's smokeless propellant quickly accelerates

it to about 4,000 kmph.

The fighter tracks the target continuously on its radar, and steers the missile towards

it over a data link.

About 15 km from the target, the ASTRA's on board radio seeker locks onto the target;

now, it no longer needs guidance from the Su-30MKI.

When it reaches a few metres from the enemy fighter, the ASTRA warhead is detonated by

a 'radio proximity fuze', spraying the target with shrapnel and shooting it down.

Only a handful of missile builders -- in the United States, Russia, Europe and China -- have

mastered the technologies that go into air-to-air missiles.

India is now joining that elite group.

The ASTRA is fired from the Russian Vympel launcher -- a rail under a fighter aircraft's

wing from which the missile hangs.

The Vympel launcher is integrated with all four of India's current generation fighters

-- the Su-30MKI, MiG-29, Mirage 2000 and the Tejas -- allowing the ASTRA to be fired from

all of them.

ASTRA components that have been developed indigenously.

But the missile's seeker head is still imported.

This is a key development thrust for the DRDO.

On the drawing board is a longer-range ASTRA Mark II, intended to shoot down enemy fighters

up to 100 km away.

With the Indian Air Force operating 600 to 700 fighter aircraft, there will be a need

for several thousand ASTRA missiles.

With air-to-air missiles costing in the region of $2 million each, the ASTRA will provide

major business opportunities

to Indian firms.
