Youtube daily about Oct 1 2018

Tim Kellner: Friends this is also the reason and we must not forget, for whom we are standing here in the first place.

Tim Kellner: We are standing here because of people who have been murdered and raped.

Tim Kellner: We are standing here for Daniel from Chemnitz. We are standing here for Mia from Kandel and for Maria from Freiburg.

Tim Kellner: And none of these names will ever be forgotten which I promise you.

Tim Kellner: Likewise I promise you that at the same time not a single name of the male and female culprits will ever become forgotten.

Tim Kellner: Which were able to enter here illegally, and also only could so in the first place...

Tim Kellner: ... because of a law breaching traitor known as Angela Merkel, who has breached the law and enabled them so in the first place!

> Crowd is cheering in unison < " Merkel muss weg! " / " Merkel has to go! "

" Merkel muss weg! " Tim Kellner: Das geht runter wie Öl. / This flows down like oil.

Tim Kellner: Friends but I also want to suggest you a few solutions right now...

Tim Kellner: ... but at this position I would like to improvise. I haven't brought a speech letter with me, cause I don't speak rationally but from the heart, with a little bit of rational in between.

Tim Kellner: I want to ask the carrier of that sign over there politely to please turn said sign around.

Tim Kellner: There stands written... " The constitution and state protection, just liberate us already from the Merkel regime which has totally gone insane.

Tim Kellner: This... >cheering< ... WAIT, this does sound very good apprently of course, BUT...

Tim Kellner: We all need to know and realize that the ' constitution and state protection ' is ALSO the Merkel Regime at the moment.

Tim Kellner: Friends we are currently living in a DDR.2.0 ! The whole land/country is in a clamping grip.

Tim Kellner: In a clamping grip of a few political factions, which are so to say the new Union-Faction, and serve directly under the new state council chairsperson Merkel.

> Booing Crowd < " Pfui. / Yickes! Yuck! "

Tim Kellner: The whole land/country and with this I adress every police president, every states laywer...

Tim Kellner: ... every director, every mayor...

Tim Kellner: ... all political administrative bodys which are only founded on the fact that they possess a party membership book!

Tim Kellner: And now I want to say to you, all of this would normally not even be a problem...

Tim Kellner: ... ' IF ' this political administrative bodys would finally start again to do politics for their OWN populaces!!

Tim Kellner: But they are not doing this because they are all submissively and spinelessly...

Tim Kellner: ... follow their own factions also known as the the Union-faction and ultimately known as the states council representative Merkel.

Tim Kellner: Friends. The 'System Merkel' has abolished the constitutional state.

Tim Kellner: And 'everything' what I demand is that this constitutional state once more...

Tim Kellner: ... is brought back into power by our decision.

Tim Kellner: And I also state to you the following:

Tim Kellner: " It is not enough to me to only speak about open-mindedness and integration.

Tim Kellner: " ... or to just spout a few phrases out. " I tell you in all honesty...

Tim Kellner: The 'complete Refugee politic' has to experience a rescinded transaction.

" Jawohl !! / Affirmative !! " > cheering Crowd < ( not a cheering 'Kraut' ) ;->

Tim Kellner: The 'System Merkel' must completely, democratically and state constitutionally recieve a rescinded transaction.

Tim Kellner: And in a functioning constitutional state...

Tim Kellner: ... will sooner or later the immunity of a Angela Merkel be nullified...

Tim Kellner: ... and she will have to answer for her crimes in front of a german tribunal.

> Cheering Crowd < ( No joke that would be wonderful. ) ( This nightmare has to end. ) I can barely believe it is only 3 years since 2015. It feels like Europe is broken since a decade.

Tim Kellner: And I only want to tell you a few numbers, which...

Tim Kellner: ... proof to us what is happening in these land/country, or rather what is not happening.

Tim Kellner: To this exact point in time are already, 600.000 'rejected' asylum seekers, staying in Germany.

Tim Kellner: Now do start to project this very carefully, ve~ry carefully...

Tim Kellner: We estimate every single one of them with state costs of at least 1000 Euro.

Tim Kellner: 600.000 x 1000 are as I estimate 720 Million in a single month.

Tim Kellner: We will now project this up and we reach over 12 billions.

Tim Kellner: Every 2nd Pensioneer in Germany has a pension, below 800 Euros. ( Because the racism against European Natives is real. )

Tim Kellner: Do you know what a so called 'unaccompanied refugee of minor age' is getting paid out in a month?

Tim Kellner: 5.150 Euro, if I am not mistaken.

( I myself heard before it was around 1600 € and up to 3200 €. ) ( And that is under the expectation that they will never be able to work here, because they are apparently not unqualified enough for western life. )

Tim Kellner: Friends, it can and must not continue like this.

Tim Kellner: Right now there is reserve fund for 'Refugees' going 25 Billions € strong.

Tim Kellner: Which is ' only ' laying ' around ' there ' unused, which has not even been touched at this point.

Tim Kellner: I ask you this " What is the meaning and purpose of a Politician? "

Tim Kellner: A Politician has represent 'us', our interests, he is our employee for a time, am I right?

Tim Kellner: So much money! Do we only recall the 600.000 rejected asylum seekers!

Tim Kellner: Do we recall the 'refugee reserve fund'. There is no more money left for our own pensioneers. The tendance-system has hit rock bottom.

Tim Kellner: The inner security is but a catastrophe! The Bundeswehr (* German Defenseforce) is but a spare parts storage...

Tim Kellner: ... and SUDDENLY, with the start of 2015 around 100 Billions Euro become reserved for the next years, for so called 'Refugees' ...

Tim Kellner: Yeah just where exactly are we living huh?!

( Anyone who can still not see that the NWO, George Soros & Co view white People in general as a new form of 'subhuman trash' is truly beyond help. )

Tim Kellner: Friends... ... ... I keep at my stance.

Tim Kellner: This whole... System... needs to be rescinded ! We need Politicians again...

Tim Kellner: ... in positions who... for us... for our children... for our grandchildren... , do politics for us!

Tim Kellner: And I don't know who has already catched wind of it...

Tim Kellner: ... I must say prefatory: " I have a vision. And my vision is... "

Tim Kellner: " ... that in Germany in the next years I promise, it will become even much, much worse... as you are even able to imagine right now. "

Tim Kellner: Because of the so called Refugees who in truth are not even real Refugees...

Tim Kellner: ... this are predominantly Deserters, Cowards, and young, well trained Soldiers and Men...

Tim Kellner: ... which have left their Wifes, Children and Parents in the dust and which had enough money at hand...

Tim Kellner: ... to afford the journey here to us!

Tim Kellner: And I do say 'Journey' because someone who has travelled through two or three safe Nations is a 'Traveller', which is so to say an Adventure Tourist.

Tim Kellner: As I said formerly I do also want to present solution advices to you...

Tim Kellner: ... and I do have this vision that someday in the next years a conservative majority in Germany...

Tim Kellner: ... will somehow reach 51% of the votes and alltough I are not permitted to call existing faction names...

Tim Kellner: ... there are alternatives in Germany, but...

Tim Kellner: ... but ...

Tim Kellner: ... this ...

Tim Kellner: ... Alternatives are probably in need of support and reinforcements.

Tim Kellner: ... and this particular Alternative is maybe needing one additional Alternative... and now I come to the point.

Tim Kellner: My visions is... and it is inevitable which I like very much because it is an important political component.

Tim Kellner: The 'AfD' ( the most native friendly Faction ) will at one point reach 25% in the whole country, which truly is very good like this.

Tim Kellner: Since yesterday I have started my own list.

Tim Kellner: This lists name is 'For your Own' . And it is my will...

Tim Kellner: ... that I, for as many as possible, of my own sane and fellow countrymen...

Tim Kellner: ... start a collective movement outside of the parliament...

Tim Kellner: ... which is exactly the same what 'Sahra Wagenknecht' is doing on the Leftist side...

Tim Kellner: ... is what I will be doing on the conservative side.

Tim Kellner: So! And we still have three years time currently.

Tim Kellner: The conditions in Germany will dramatically worsen.

Tim Kellner: Therefore we need to be able to...

... jump out of the way of less trustworthy Alternatives. ( Is what I believe he wanted to say. )

Tim Kellner: And when I see at the moment that in Bavaria, the free voters have a potential of 12%...

Tim Kellner: ... then I am positively convinced, that if many...

Tim Kellner: ... proper, reasonable, fellow countrymen of mine are also...

Tim Kellner: ... take action to ensure that Politicians are finally and once again...

Tim Kellner: ... want to make politics for their own people...

Tim Kellner: Then we have most probably 10 to 15% , which we could use to assist the AfD with.

Tim Kellner: Here it comes. Here it comes!

Tim Kellner: If the CSU is sooner or later taking notice of, that it is from a Merkel...

Tim Kellner: I want to state it like this: " ... is only fooled and exploited by Merkel. "

Tim Kellner: ... then maybe even the CSU will start to recognize...

Tim Kellner: ... to finally seperate of the CDU and to candidate nationwide.

Tim Kellner: ... and this is my vision that these three blocks someday come over 51% ...

Tim Kellner: ... so that they can finally and long overdue decide to reverse and rescind this whole system.

( By the way: ) ( The sign in the Background says: ) ( " Chemnitz is either Grey nor Brown. " )

Tim Kellner: At this position here I start to recall currently that, the (female) Senior Mayor of Chemnitz, who is acting so overly important all the time...

Tim Kellner: ... and who always wants to bend and adjust people like you and me morally all the time...

Tim Kellner: ... isn't that the same Woman who has, with her car, driven over and killed a person in a wheelchair, inside of a pedestrian area, a few years ago?

Tim Kellner: Didn't she got 90 daily rates for doing this due to the reason that if one get's 91 daily rates that, this person would then have a criminal record!?

Tim Kellner: This is how the System works. ( And how it protects their criminals, yep. )

Tim Kellner: Friends... ... I think I have said everything.

Tim Kellner: I want to... together with your help...

Tim Kellner: ... do something for my land, for my homecountry.

Tim Kellner: And this is not only about me or yours truly. This is about...

Tim Kellner: ... Germany! This is about the future of our children! And this is about this constitutional state.

Tim Kellner: And in a few moments... I want to accompany you... ... when we go to demonstrate here in Chemnitz peacefully.

Tim Kellner: And I am very happy that I could be here today.

Tim Kellner: And I can only remind you, let us finally take action that once more in this land...

Tim Kellner: ... there is politic done for the own populace.

Tim Kellner: Ich danke euch. / I thank you.

This MSNBC Host Crossed The Line With What He Said About Brett Kavanaugh - Duration: 3:15.

The media went all in on working to destroy Brett Kavanaugh.

Fake news outlets joined with the Democrats to push smears and lies in order to take him

down.

But this MSNBC host left viewers speechless with what he said about Kavanaugh.

MSNBC Host Defends Brett Kavanaugh MSNBC's Joe Scarborough is a former Republican

Congressman and the host of Morning Joe.

He left the Republican Party because he claimed it went off the rails in supporting Donald

Trump.

Conservatives believed he just wanted to s*uck up to his viewers and the liberal guests he

hosts in order to keep his show on the air.

But MSNBC's liberal viewers were in for a surprise.

Scarborough and co-host Mika Brzezinski came to Kavanaugh's defense after the so-called

"mainstream" media claimed he was a ra*zezinski said there would be no smears of any kind

during their broadcast.

"This three-hour block of time is a smear free zone.

There will be no convicting of either person on either side on this show," Brzezinski

said.

"Honestly, if there's smearing of Dr. Ford or Ms. Ramirez or Brett Kavanaugh on

this show, you will be kicked off this set because we are not doing that.

It's just facts."

Then Scarborough followed that up by blasting the so-called "mainstream" media.

He claimed the networks were convicting Kavanaugh as a ra*pist and they should all be labeled

as registered Democrats.

"We have been harshly critical of Fox News for being in the tank and being state television,"

Scarborough stated.

"What we have seen the last week has made me want to call networks and put a 'D'

in front of the name of the so-called journalists that have already decided that Brett Kavanaugh

is a ra*pist."

The Media Bias In Action The New York Times proved Scarborough's

point.

They also proved Donald Trump was correct to call them fake news.

On Tuesday, they published a story about the allegations against Kavanaugh.

But readers immediately noted something was fishy.

The paper edited out a sentence that revealed Kavanaugh's accuser could not corroborate

her story.

Of all people, CNN's Michael Smerconish called out the Times.

He tweeted: "Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale

classmates asking if they recalled the episode and told some of them that she could not be

certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself."

Why is this sentence now gone from this @nytimes story?"

Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the episode

and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed

himself."

Why is this sentence now gone from this @nytimes story?

Trump Supporters Outraged Many Trump supporters believe this is a coordinated

smear campaign.

The Times' edit proves they want to be on the same page as other left-wing outlets pushing

the "Kavanaugh is a ra*pist" lie.

Democrats are terrified that Kavanaugh will cast the deciding vote to overturn Roe v.

Wade.

That's why they brought out the flimsy #MeToo accusers for his nomination and not Neil Gorsuch's.

Gorsuch was just replacing conservative judge Antonin Scalia.

He did not tip the balance of the court.

Kavanaugh will.

And that's why the liberal media outlets are losing their minds.

It's so bad even MSNBC hosts are calling them out for their fake news.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

BBQ Pipebomb EP.04: Quaking about Quake, Dreamhack in India, Intel, AMD, ASROCK and ASUS! - Duration: 10:57.

So, I'm thinking of a new opening! Oh, yeah!! This is because a few people in the past

had called me a 'brand bashing and 'mischief monger' just because I did my job! Just

because I pointed out the flaws in their products. But, obviously you guys check my

review website and asked me for advice because I don't bullshit. So let's take

this as an inspiration and let's make a new opening!

*DEEEP BREATH*

good morning, good afternoon or good evening, Fellow PC hardware enthusiasts!

This is The Sorcerer bringing the fourth pipe bomb, the only podcast for

Hardware BBQ- Your source for PC Hardware News, Reviews, Guides and

Recommendations! And do not forget- Whatever we talk about over here, all

the links are in the description. Do share, like and subscribe! My keyboard is

very tired since it has two shifts!

*cricket*cricket*cricket*

Get it? Because.. two shifts!!

For this week we

will keep the pipe bomb on Mondays and Fridays. This way I can talk about the

more relevant stuff. So let's jump in the news!!!

Yeah, we are gonna have the cheesiest news intro music over here! So intel

officially acknowledges that they have a problem to meet the demands to supply 14

nm processors. The 14 nm microarchitecture is used since

Broadwell and went all the way through KabyLake and it's used in the current

generation coffee lake. We do have a single (SKU) 10 nm core i3 cannon lake for

notebook- but anyways- the open letter was addressed by Intel interim CEO Bob Swan

he said that this is happening because most of their fabrication is making Xeon

and Core series processors the high-end SKUs. So, they would be spending an

additional 1 billion dollars to boost its production capacity in their

existing fab units. Obviously, it will take a while for Intel to speed things

up. But we always have AMD Ryzen 2nd generation CPUs. This will simply give

them the opportunity to push more and gain a good share. Ryzen 2 are great

desktop processors. You can use them with X370 and B350 chipset with the recent

UEFI BIOS update or the newer X470 and B450 motherboards. I did put out a CPU

buy guide since a few people did ask what to buy. I feel that making a CPU

decision in today's date is very straightforward. But guides helps us to

make that decision. So, I narrowed it down for you. So do check it out!

Far Cry 5 gets an update with official HD textures pack. It's a part of 1.11

patch update which also includes new masks, weapons and vehicles *ooh* a

flamethrower! Aaaand speaking of flamethrowers, I was

playing Quake Champions after a very long time and boy! do I suck?!? it's been a

very long time since I played. But I see subtle changes on the game. There is

a new map. The new map is called 'The Longest Yard' and a new game mode called

'Hot Rockets' (well, this new for me). I was playing Hot Rockets and Instagib. It was

fun! It reminded me of Quake 3 Arena's version of 'The Longest Yard'. I loved it

so much that even I went around running in instagib mode with a gauntlet.

Yeah,! bone-crushing goodness!! Use gauntlet, guys! it is very satisfying!!

But check out a map overview made by this amazing youtuber called 'Frothy'! He makes a lot of

content around Quake Champions. It also contains a lot of guides and he talks

about different champions, its benefits and weakness. He makes very good guides

for that so if you are going into Quake Champions, do check it out! and, hey! Do

put comments over there Hardware BBQ sends his love for the game! But, come on!

think about it! Flamethrowers in Quake Champions? eh?

Good idea? Well, what about flamethrowers and rocket launchers in CSGO *ded* Ok, 'maybe'

not for serious matches but but what if you guys were running around and playing

for fun? I don't know! The folks in the livestream came up with this idea

because we were playing Quake Champions and once the heroes die, they were like

practically bouncing around like tyres. Speaking of tyres, there is a horror

suspense movie of a car's tyre as a living, bouncing serial killer. I would

like to say this is a parody but it has a serious tone in the movie and it makes

me question like what??? But this is amazing! The movie's name is 'Rubber'. Even the

trailer I put in the description will make you LOL! But hey, if you're looking

out for a movie suggestion that you never heard of- there you go!! I know some

of you are tired of seeing me rubbing things on you but come on! You hate it

first but then you're curious how bad can it possibly be, right?

Oh, yeah! Back to CSGO! see- full disclosure! I don't have csgo I never played csgo

when I tell someone that I did not play or have csgo, they think that I'm either

lying or they feel offended and I'm lying! guys trust The Sorcerer! I don't have

csgo I never played csgo I will never play

csgo I'm keeping that kayfabe alive, fellow...err..comrades?? But check out Quake

champions! it's fun, it's 'free'. it's a real FPS arena game. I know a friend said it

reminds him of overwatch? Okay, I did watch a few Overwatch live

streams and I cannot make heads or tails out of it! I mean, like, What the hell is

going on? Is that a dragon? Somebody unleashed a dragon?

*skeeeeee*

But, I get what he's trying to say and there's certain similarities? (I guess?) But, Quake Champions

is straightforward. Somebody in the game asked how to use two shotgun well you

point to open barrel towards champion and *BOOM* goes to target.. hopefully!

Just Cause 4 has a 19 (well, they say it is 20 but it's 19) minute video of it's (pre) BETA

footage presentation. With the game's director. Yeah, it's a PRE BETA

footage. but I really wished they just showed the footage and NOT stuff with the

commentary. No disrespect to the director, but sometimes that gives you

the whole feel of the game and how the game is progressing. The video is a week

old but it is unlisted for some reason? But hey, it's fun

Just Cause 4 just sauce!

so ASROCK has a gaming sub brand called 'Phantom'

and I'm not sure if they are available here in India because ASROCK's

presence here is 30 feet under the sea! But ASRock has been promoting 'Phantom'

internationally. Recently they have been doing some promotion and they started by

vaguely saying '2.5 times fast' in a promo. So, people at AMD subreddit thought it

was going to be an update for RX500 series lineup or Vega lineup or maybe

the upcoming AMD graphics card because earlier, ASRock did have a similar teaser

but 'Dude, the cake is a lie!!!!111' It was not about a graphics card. it was about a 2

point 5 gigabyte Ethernet port. *oh* the disappointment in AMD sub-reddit. But at

the same time, they were happy about it because this was long overdue. They

are happy about the ethernet (port) getting a step up after a very long time! If you see

right now you see either a single or a dual gigabit port on all motherboards.

ASRock's promo made people speculate it was a cake, but it was a big bowl of mac n cheese!

You know, it's still good! But, it's not what you expected! These cakes ain't

loyal! But in the end, 2.5 gigabit Ethernet on motherboards are welcomed!

!long overdue update! Long overdue. This 2.5 gigabit ethernet

controller is from Realtek. The model is RTL8156 and it was

announced in May. So other motherboard manufacturers

should ignore RGB controlling doohickey and have something worthy for the price

on their gaming motherboards! How about that, guys! Speaking of something worthy

or for those who have a use for it, Asus ROG said it will be supporting

double capacity DIMM sticks like ZADAK 32GB memory we talked about earlier. But this

will be on the next generation motherboards. No-brainer it would be on

the Z390 chipset. Other than that, they said ROG beefed up the DIMMs to 32GB per

channel with a 'unique memory trace design' for the latest set, giving you all

the performance and 'then some'. And 'then some' what?? You want some? Come, get some...

(chicken and pineapple salad)! But I'm sure this means other RAM and motherboard

manufacturers will get into this bandwagon. So, good progress 32GB DDR4 per

channel and 2.5 Gigabit LAN! Cheers to the distant future. Maybe, it will be a

standard across all the motherboards. Aaaand speaking of standards, India is going

to have its very first Dreamhack. It is the biggest LAN festival (globally) and they do

have something to back that up. Their claim is backed up by Guinness World

Book of Records This will be hosted in Mumbai. They will have LAN events, Dream

Expo, eSports tournaments, I guess stores (Stalls) for selling hardware, software and other

stuff. The only thing I and We have to say is don't mess it up! You know pay off

freelancers, pay your service providers on time and do get yourself Google

Analytics rather than asking journalists and game bloggers there click rate

numbers and make us proud *sarcasm*, The event will be streamed via Voot and the entrance

ticket is at least INR 399. This will be held from December 21st to 23rd at NESCO, Goregaon,

Mumbai. Raise the standards! Gold standard is what you and I and all of us want to

see! Best of luck for those behind and in front of the event and we are going to

have an Indian Games Expo at 24th and 25th November also in Mumbai. All info

in the description, so you guys can check it out!! **Mumbai rules** This wraps up for

today. I hope you guys have a great start for the weekday and I hope you guys are

pumped up with a straight face and straight back! *Boom* goes the pipebomb!

Take care!

These Records Show Ford LIED About Being A Licensed Psychologist – HUGE Cover Up Underway - Duration: 5:08.

These Records Show Ford LIED About Being A Licensed Psychologist – HUGE Cover Up Underway

So it seems like Judge Kavanaugh's accuser has committed perjury when she testified under

oath at a Senate hearing on Thursday.

When Dr. Christine Blasey Ford testified under oath last week she identified herself as a

"psychologist."

And when she said this she may have perjured herself under California state law.

After she thanked members of the committee on Thursday after she was placed under oath,

Ford opened her testimony saying, "My name is Christine Blasey Ford, I am a professor

of psychology at Palo Alto University and a research psychologist at the Stanford University

School of Medicine."

The problem here is the word "psychologist."

Ford may have misrepresented herself and her credentials.

And if this is indeed the case, those are infractions which are taken very seriously

in the psychological field and under California Law.

Here is more on this via Dangerous:

"Under California law, as with almost every other state, in order for a person to identify

publicly as a psychologist they must be licensed by the California Board of Psychology, a process

that includes 3,000 hours of post-doctoral professional experience and passing two rigorous

exams.

To call oneself a psychologist without being licensed by a state board is the equivalent

of a law school graduate calling herself a lawyer without ever taking the bar exam.

According to records, Ford is not licensed in the state of California.

A recent search through the Department of Consumer Affairs License Bureau, which provides

a state-run database of all licensed psychologists in California, produced no results for any

variation of spelling on Ford's name.

If Ford at one time had a license but it is now inactive, she would legally still be allowed

to call herself a "psychologist" but forbidden from practicing psychology on patients until

it was renewed.

However, the database would have shown any past licenses granted to Ford, even if they

were inactive.

Ford also does not appear to have been licensed in any other states outside California.

Since graduating with a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Southern

California in 1996 it does not appear Ford has spent any significant amount of time outside

the state.

She married her husband in California in 2002, and completed a master's degree in California

in 2009.

She reportedly completed an internship in Hawaii, but a search of Hawaii's Board of

Psychology licensing database also did not turn up any results for Ford.

What makes Ford's claim even more suspicious is someone affiliated with Stanford University

appears to have also been aware of the potentially damning use of the word "psychologist"

and rushed to cover for Ford.

DANGEROUS exclusively uncovered an archived version of Ford's page on the school's

faculty directory.

On September 10, 2015, the only archived date available, Ford's faculty page was saved

to the Wayback Machine and showed Ford listed as a "research psychologist" along with

her email address and office phone number.

The most recent version of that page shows Ford listed only as an "Affiliate" in

the department, with the words "research psychologist" removed along with Ford's

email address and phone number.

This suggests the page was altered by someone very recently to scrub Ford's contact information

and title after she entered the national spotlight."

And the questions continue:

"Aside from potentially misleading the committee, Ford also appears to have violated California

law.

California's Business and Professional Code Sections 2900-2919 govern the state's laws

for practicing psychology.

Section 2903 reads, "No person may engage in the practice of psychology, or represent

himself or herself to be a psychologist, without a license granted under this chapter, except

as otherwise provided in this chapter."

Section 2902(c) states: (c) "A person represents himself or herself to be a psychologist when

the person holds himself or herself out to the public by any title or description of

services incorporating the words 'psychology,' 'psychological,' 'psychologist,' 'psychology

consultation,' 'psychology consultant,' 'psychometry,' 'psychometrics' or

'psychometrist,' 'psychotherapy,' 'psychotherapist,' 'psychoanalysis,'

or 'psychoanalyst,' or when the person holds himself or herself out to be trained,

experienced, or an expert in the field of psychology."

This foolish woman.

In her attempt to take out Judge Kavanaugh may have inadvertently taken herself out.

And if California law proves to be fair, which it usually is in cases like this, then she

should be fined and banned from working at all in the psychology field in California.

But since the state is now a banana republic who knows what will happen.

Today the field of psychology is pretty much a "made up" field in many ways.

Not because of the science behind it, but because they are now an extension of the liberal

left.

They make the science fit the left wing narrative.

But one thing none of the hacks who currently run the field haven't been able to do is

to change "credentials."

But I'm sure that now because of Ford's lies they will change them so she is a considered

full blown Psychologist.

It's the way psychology works!

Twenty Facts About Me [CC] - Duration: 8:36.

Hey guys it has been an insane week so I thought I would just make a really

relaxed video, complete with me in pajamas and a puppy that is giving me

kisses! My birthday is this Thursday, and I will be 21, so I thought I would do 20

fun facts about me... because I realized that I haven't actually talked much

about myself besides being sick, and I think it's kind of fun to get to know

people. I don't even know if I've said my name on this channel so if you don't

know:Hi,i my name is Meg I'm 20 almost 21 and this is Sisi, my dog who really likes

to give kisses and is probably gonna be the star of this video! Fact number

one, I actually speak four languages English German Spanish and French, and

I'm always trying to learn more. Right now I'm working on Portuguese but I'm

quite a nerd so if I hear even just a word that I like my brain goes "Well,

time to learn that language,". Fact number two, I like to sing a lot. I sing

pretty much all the time usually quite quietly because I do live in an

apartment but if given the choice I will belt out pretty much any song for any

audience. Fact number three... I'm gonna stop with the hand gesturing because

Sisi's on my arm. Sisi is my dog and she is named after a former empress of the

austro-hungarian Empire who was loved by people and really liked animals thus

creating the first zoo in Austria and possibly all of Europe, which you can

still go to today. So yeah my dog is named after an empress, Sisi.

"Die Kaiserin Elisabeth"...I don't know her full title it's very long.

Fact number four, I read pretty much constantly... you guys

can't see this but pretty much across from me is a bookshelf that is two

layers deep of books with more shoved in on top because I have one very small

bookshelf right now. Luckily I will be getting another one soon because I just

have too many books . Fact number five, I have four tattoos and I would love to

make a video about them if you guys are into that sort of thing because all of

my tattoos have some sort of meaning. I don't really get them spontaneously...

except for one but even then I'm gonna say has meaning because it was a memory

of a trip. And I would love to get more and probably will get more.

Fact number six, I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder but I really like horror. American Horror

Story is my jam. If anyone's watching this season let me know and we can gush

about it because it's so good and none of my friends here like horror and I'm

just...ughhh it's so amazing! Fact number seven, if you know me in real life you'll

really probably know most of these, but I spent my senior year of high school

living in Austria, which is how I speak German and it was probably one of the

best and hardest years of my life but I'm so glad that I got to do it.

Fact number eight, I am obsessed with Disney I am an adult and I am obsessed with

Disney. I am saving money to go to Disney World again and it will hopefully happen

sooner rather than later although we'll see.

Fact number nine, I play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends... yes,

Dungeons and Dragons like in "Stranger Things", but they were and then I were playing it...

I was? I were? I WAS playing it before it became popular again because of that show I

don't actually know if it... I think it was popular for players anyway but then for

the wider world it kind of came back from that show so people remembered it

existed. Fact number ten, this is my natural hair,

any hair in my other videos so either the blonde or long, curly ,and

dark is a wig because I lost a lot of my hair. We're still not really sure why but

it is growing back out now and I am so happy because it's really thick and I

can't really do anything with it as you can see it's really crazy and spiky but

I love it I haven't had long hair in years and I'm really excited to

eventually have that! Fact number eleven, I had a YouTube channel before this one

where I mostly posted videos of me singing and one of them got over a

thousand views which was pretty cool maybe it doesn't sound like much but for

me that was like insanely cool and going off of that... fact number 12 ,I have met my

then-favorite band 4 times, Il Volo, and the cover was a song I did of theirs so that

was pretty cool they sing in a bunch of languages, I like it. Fact number 13, I'm a

huge musical fan...if I like a musical I'll probably inadvertently memorize the

entire thing sometimes even if I don't like it I can still sing most of the

songs from the "Pirates of Penzance" from memory and I performed that when I was

10 so I don't know what that says about me. Fact number 14, I collect those old

fashioned paper fans, you know the ones that open like this... does that make sense?

But yeah I collect them and I have a couple from around the world. I have one

I got in France, one I got in Italy, and then one that is from Japan that was

given to me. Fact number 15, I have a ton of pig knickknacks. I like pigs, I'm not

in love with them but somehow I have just accumulated a bunch.

I have a stuffed pig, that is my hospital pig... I think I showed that in another

video, I have a piggy bank I have little pig statues ,I crochet and

I mostly crochet pigs because it's easy it's a very pig-themed household. Fact

number 16, I am a huge Harry Potter fan, if you couldn't guess, I'm a Ravenclaw

although honestly I feel more like a Hufflepuff most days so I say "Ravenpuff"

if asked and I have a magic wand which is currently sitting on the table in

front of me. Fact number 17, I am really stubborn I convinced my parents to let

us get a dog after five years of making powerpoints and speeches and letters

about why it would be sensible and good for a family to have a dog. Finally, I

convinced them to let me volunteer at the Humane Society with the clear

statement that if I did we wouldn't get a dog. We got a dog, like, a month later so...

I win. Fact number 18 I really like traveling and I've been around quite a

bit of Europe, although I must admit I'm a little bit scared to try again now

that I have my wheelchair .I don't know how accessible everything is, so if you

guys know of a place or country or city or anything that has great accessibility

for wheelchair users let me know because I would love to visit everywhere but I

do have to think about basic, you know, transportation needs. Fact number 19, I

used to work in a bakery and I still love baking. For the past two weeks my

friend and I have been baking lots of random stuff in the kitchen on Friday

nights which is pretty fun...expensive and probably not the best for my health, but

pretty fun! And finally fact number 20, last year my best friends threw me two

surprise parties concurrently by mistake and it was amazing and I cried and I had

a princess crown and it was great so I don't know how 21 will top it but we will

see. Thank you so much for watching, I hope you enjoyed this kind of chill

laid-back video. I'm happy to do more if you want and as always if you have any

suggestions please comment and, as much as I hate to be the stereotypical

youtuber, please like and subscribe and share I really want to get like my

channel out there and stuff and it's pretty hard so if you have any tips on

that let me know... But yeah I hope you guys are having a lovely day, afternoon,

evening, night, whatever time it is and I will see you next week! Bye!

Who was Mary Prince?

Everything You need to Know about British autobiographer Mary Prince.

Today The Search Engine Google is showing a Doodle for Mary Prince.

Google celebrate Mary Prince's 230th Birthday in a few countries with a doodle.

Mary Prince was born in 1788 and died in 1833 at the age of 45.

She was a British abolitionist and autobiographer, born in Bermuda to an enslaved family of African

descent.

Subsequent to her escape, when she was living in London, England, she wrote her slave narrative

The History of Mary Prince (1831), which was the first account of the life of a black woman

to be published in the United Kingdom.

This first-hand description of the brutalities of enslavement, released at a time when slavery

was still legal in Bermuda and British Caribbean colonies, had a galvanising effect on the

anti-slavery movement.

It was reprinted twice in its first year.

Prince had her account transcribed while living and working in England at the home of Thomas

Pringle, a founder of the Anti-Slavery Society.

She had gone to London with her master and his family in 1828 from Antigua.

Malpractice? Appears Ford's Attorneys May Have Misled Her About Testimony - Duration: 3:33.

Thursday's nationally televised examination of Christine Blasey Ford, Supreme Court nominee

Brett Kavanaugh's accuser, had many strange moments, but one in particular stood out.

Around the same time during the Senate hearing that Ford admitted she had been dishonest

about being unable to fly to Washington to face the Senate Judiciary Committee, another

startling revelation was exposed.

It seems that even though senators offered to travel to Blasey Ford's home state of

California to meet with her, the anti-Kavanaugh accuser was completely unaware of this possibility

… and either Democrats or the woman's own attorneys may have never told her this

was an option.

Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, had publicly extended

an offer for an inquiry into the Palo Alto University professor's claims to take place

near her home location, which would eliminate the need for her to fly across the country

— something that she said was difficult because of an apparently non-existent fear

of flying.

But strangely, Ford seemed surprised when she was reminded of the offer, and her attorneys

quickly pushed themselves in front of the microphone to stop her from talking about

it.

Dr. Ford now saying it was not clear to her that Grassley was willing to send staff to

California so she did not have to fly," wrote journalist Katie Pavlich on Twitter.

"When asked to explain, her attorneys (Democrat operatives) cut in a cited privilege."

"It appears her attorneys may have never told Dr. Ford about the offer from Grassley,"

the reporter continued.

What Mourinho has said about Zidane - and why it's suddenly very interesting - Daily News - Duration: 5:02.

at the moment after yet another defeat in the Premier League.   The Red Devils have started this season poorly, and are already a staggering nine points behind title rivals Manchester City and Liverpool after just seven games played

Manchester United were beaten 3-1 by West Ham last time out, ramping up the pressure on the Portuguese, who hasn't been out of the news over the past month

According to reports, Zinedine Zidane is breathing down the neck of the Red Devils boss, and is ready to take his place at the Old Trafford club

The World Cup winner is even believed to be learning English in case he is offered the job, but so far United have remained tight-lipped over their stance on Mourinho

Interestingly, Mourinho and Zidane have quite a lot of history, and it was in fact the Portuguese who helped the Frenchman make the jump into management

Back in October 2010, Mourinho, who was at this point Real Madrid boss, asked president Florentino Perez if he could work with Zidane - who was his special advisor at the time - more closely

"I would like to have him more with me and less with the president," explained Mourinho

"I don't think he wants to become a coach but I would still like to have him with me

"  After Mourinho's intervention, Zidane started travelling with the first team, offering advice, and attending coaching meetings with the Portuguese

His footballing knowledge had an immediate impact on Real Madrid, particularly on fellow Frenchman Karim Benzema, which was picked up on by Mourinho

In 2011, the now Manchester United boss said: "The main person responsible is Karim himself

There is also the positive influence of other players, of myself because I put a lot of pressure on players to play to the maximum ability

"I also think of Zizou. He has several times worked psychologically with the guy

"  Mourinho was unable to make Zidane his No.2 at this time, due to the fact he had Rui Faria and Aitor Karanka working alongside him

So Zidane moved upstairs, but retained his close working relationship with the squad

In 2011, Mourinho said: "I like that he is working with us and that he personally decided to change his life and be part of this project

"He believes in this and thinks he can help. He has a lot to offer, but he also has much to learn

"It is one thing to be the best player in the world for many years and another to be director of football of the first team at a club as important as Real Madrid

"His intelligence, calm nature and the fact that he is completely open to communication make him a welcome addition to this group, in which everyone is excited to work together

"  Zidane's opportunity to move back downstairs came when Mourinho left Real Madrid and was replaced by Carlo Ancelotti

Zidane was made the Italian's No.2 and would eventually become the top dog at Los Blancos - with whom he'd win one La Liga and three Champions League titles with

Mourinho undoubtedly had a huge influence on Zidane moving into management and developing as a boss - just like he did with Andre Villas Boas, who, of course, would go on to work at Chelsea after him

Soy Luna 3 | Luna talks about the kiss with Matteo (ep.56) (Eng. subs) - Duration: 3:13.

Girls, it was magical, it was beautiful or better than that...

He found the ring and out of nowhere, it started to rain.

Tell me.

We kissed and we were on the bridge under the rain and it was beautiful.

It's the most romantic thing I heard in my life.

yes, it was romantic but the truth is that I...

I don't understand why he told you he wasn't interested.

What happened is that he thought there was something between me and Michel.

But of course everything was just a misunderstanding.

But a terrible misunderstanding, it could have been a complete distaster.

Yes but love won.

They had a bit of luck.

It was a lot more than that I think.

Look, girls, there's coincidence and there's causality.

Every decision we make and every step we take, brings us to a certain moment.

The possibility of something like that happening is one in a 30 million.

Wait because the subtitles are way behind, sorry, can you explain it to me again?

Destiny united you two and you deserve it for everything that you two have been through.

Totally, we are so happy for you two.

Lutteo is back, lutteo, lutteo,...

What's up with you?

Me what?

You know perfectly well what we're talking about, tell us, we're your friends.

I don't know what you're referring to.

If you want, I'll explaing it to you more or less.

What the girls want to know is what's up with you and Eric?

It's late, we have to go to Blake...

We still have a lot of time, no excuses.

What happened with Eric?

Do you like him?

What will happen?

That are a lot of questions so I can't answer.

Tell us, what's happening with Eric?

Every time, we're a lot closer and we find ourselves all the time without wanting to.

You haven't kissed yet?

What do you mean?

Wait, there's something I don't understand, if you like each other so much, what's happening?

Every time there's something about to happen, there's always something that interrupts us.

That can't happen.

That's terrible, we have to do something.

I understand it a lot but what can we do?

I don't know, go to Roller and tell everyone that when Nina and Eric are together, don't come close.

We can do that, that's a very good idea.

It was a joke.

No, but it will work, we could say that and they'll have a very romantic moment.

You will tell everyone?

Of course we will, it's not a moment to be ashamed about.

Leave it in our hands and we will take care of it and make sure it's the moment of truth.

Bush Just Took FIRM Stand On Kavanaugh And People Are Furious About What He Had To Say - Duration: 5:16.

Controversy regarding Judge Kavanaugh during the past few weeks has exploded.

Everyone is divided into their own sides of the aisle.

The opinion of one high profile politician could sway public opinion in a different direction,

though.

The Daily Caller reported, "Former President George W. Bush still supports

Brett Kavanaugh after the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on s*exual assault

accusations against the Supreme Court nominee.

Politico asked Bush on Thursday if he still supports Kavanaugh's nomination.

"Yes, he does," Freddy Ford, Bush's chief of staff, said.

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford testified on Thursday that Kavanaugh groped her and held his hand

over her mouth at a high school party in the summer of 1982.

Kavanaugh categorically denied the allegation and accused Democrats of conducting a coordinated

smear against him.

In addition to his on the record support, Bush is also reportedly wh*ipping votes for

Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Jeff Flake of Arizona, and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska

have all received calls from Bush in recent days urging them to support Kavanaugh.

Kavanaugh served as an associate counsel in the White House and then staff secretary during

Bush's presidency.

When Kavanaugh was first accused of s*exual misconduct by Ford, Bush said, "Laura [Bush]

and I have known and respected Brett Kavanaugh for decades, and we stand by our comments

the night Judge Kavanaugh was nominated: 'He is a fine husband, father, and friend — and

a man of the highest integrity.'"

Business Insider reported, "According to The Post, in recent days,

Bush has contacted at least some of the senators seen as swing votes — Democratic Sen. Joe

Manchin and Republican Sens. Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, and Lisa Murkowski — to discuss

their votes as Kavanaugh faces multiple allegations of se*xual misconduct.

The Post's report suggests Bush decided to contact the senators because they are less

likely to be swayed by President Donald Trump.

The report indicates Bush called the senators before Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford,

who has accused him of se*xually assaulting her when they were teenagers in the 1980s,

testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

Flake announced on Friday that he would vote to confirm Kavanaugh.

Shortly after releasing his statement, Flake was confronted by survivors of se*xual assault

as he headed to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Kavanaugh worked for Bush during the 2000 presidential-election recount in Florida.

Three years later, Bush nominated Kavanaugh into the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.

Kavanaugh was Bush's White House staff secretary until 2006, while his confirmation to the

court was delayed.

Bush voiced his support for Kavanaugh in July when Trump tapped the judge as his choice

for the Supreme Court seat.

"He is a fine husband, father, and friend — and a man of the highest integrity,"

Bush said of Kavanaugh.

"He will make a superb Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States."

Bush reaffirmed his support of Kavanaugh after Ford's allegation surfaced, saying he and

his wife "stand by our comments."

Kavanaugh has denied the allegations of se*xual misconduct against him.

The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday heard hours of emotional testimony from Ford

and Kavanaugh.

The Senate is expected to vote on his confirmation on Friday afternoon."

Judge Kavanaugh's history with the president goes way back.

After he finished his clerkship in the Supreme Court he worked with Ken Starr in 1997 as

Associate Counsel in the Office of the Independent Counsel.

Some of his colleagues included the likes of Alex Azar and Rod Rosenstein.

While at the White House he dealt with many different types of constitutional and legal

issues.

He even partook in the investigation into the death of Vincent Foster.

During this investigation, Kavanaugh was criticized for investing money that came from the federal

government into investigations of so-called conspiracy theories that were partisan.

Several years later in December 2000, Judge Kavanaugh started working with President Bush

regarding the ballot recount issues in Florida.

Shortly thereafter, he was brought on as an associate by the White House Counsel, who

at the time was Alberto Gonzales.

He worked on the scandal surrounding Enron, the nomination of now Supreme Couty Justice

John Roberts, as well as the nomination process of Miguel Estrada which was ultimately unsuccessful.

A few years later, he started serving as an Assistant to the President and the White House

Staff Secretary.

He had succeeded Harriet Miers.

5 Unusual Facts About Females That Are Totally True

You hear the cliches or the stereotypes, but some unusual facts about women are actually

true and there are scientific reasons behind them.

From a woman's incredible multi-tasking capabilities to her heightened sense of smell,

there are several unusual facts that are uniquely female and only pertain to women.

For example, did you know that heels were actually worn by men first?

They were considered a type of riding footwear, a symbol of status that made men look taller.

Women of the 1600s started wearing heels to show their equality and "masculinise their

outfits."

One study published in the Archives of Sexual Behaviors suggests that hip width has a significant

correlation with a female's sexual behavior, the strongest association being between greater

hip width and more frequent one-night stands.

Surprised yet?

Well, believe it or not, there are all sorts of more unusual facts about women that most

people don't know.

In fact, most scientists are still discovering these differences today!

Just like there are lots of things about the human body that most people would be surprised

to find out, there are lots of things about females that most people (even women themselves!)

would be surprised to find out.

There are thousands of different studies that have been conducted over the years which have

resulted in some pretty surprising outcomes that have even surprised scientists!

There are many things about humans that scientists are still discovering every day, and there's

never any shortage of interesting facts when it comes to learning more about how the human

body works.

Now, here are 5 facts about women that have been backed up by studies.

Keep in mind some facts can vary from female to female and not all of them apply to all

women; every human is unique!

1.

The heart: The female heart is actually very different from a male's heart.

For example, did you know that the female heart beats slightly faster to make up for

the fact that it's smaller?

An average adult female heart beats 78-82 times a minute while an average male's heart

only beats 70-72 times a minute, says consultant cardiologist Miles Behan.

There are many other ways in which female hearts are different than men's hearts.

Did you know that the arteries in a woman's heart are smaller than the arteries in men's

hearts?

Women's arteries have openings which are on average, 1.5 mm, while the openings in men's

arteries are 2.5 mm.

Men and women also experience different and varying types of heart failure.

Women are more likely to experience diastolic dysfunction.

This occurs when a woman's heart becomes stiff and cannot relax in between beats.

On the other hand, men are more likely to experience systolic dysfunction, which occurs

when their heart becomes weak and begins to have trouble pumping blood.

Women also experience different heart attack symptoms than men do.

Instead of experiencing chest pains during a heart attack, when a woman has a heart attack

she is more likely to experience shoulder pain, indigestion, and nausea.

2.

The Brain: Studies show that although men's total brain size is larger than women's

brains, a woman's hippocampus, a small organ associated to learning and memorization,

is larger than a man's and works differently.

Researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine also conducted a study

which suggests that women are more talkative due to the presence of higher levels of "language

protein", FOXP2, in the brain.

Believe it or not, women on average speak 13,000 more words per day than men do!

Other studies conducted by psychologists from Universities around the world state that women

are more adept at switching between tasks and are better at real-life multitasking than

men.

They are able to complete multiple tasks at once, which means that they are generally

more productive.

In addition to this, it is stated that two of the highest IQ scores ever recorded belong

to women, and women actually earn over 60% of college degrees in all of the United States.

What do you think about some of these surprising facts so far?

Keep on watching for some even more unusual facts about females that will surprise you!

3.

Strength and Health: Although men are generally stronger than females because of their body

structure and composition, women do have some body parts which are stronger than their male

counterparts!

Dr. Katherine Whitcome of Harvard University says women have a stronger and more flexible

lower back than men thanks to evolution, as mothers need to stay mobile during pregnancy.

Women are also known to have stronger immune systems than men.

Did you know that women on average live longer than men?

Professor Katsuiku Hirokawa of the Tokyo Medical and Dental University says this is partly

due to their immune systems aging more slowly.

4.

Pregnancy: There are all sorts of interesting facts about pregnancy and women.

For example, according to The American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, pregnant

women are more likely to develop Pica, an eating disorder where one has intense cravings

for non-food items, such as dirt or chalk.

Another study which analyzed 3,500 mothers and their babies in Finland, Denmark, and

Norway, found that shorter women have shorter pregnancies.

Yet another interesting and disturbing fact about pregnancy states that every 90 seconds,

a woman in the world dies during childbirth or pregnancy.

You may also be surprised to find out that the closer a woman lives to the equator, the

more likely that woman is to give birth to a baby girl if she is pregnant!

Studies also state that women who snore during their pregnancies are more likely to have

smaller babies.

5.

Emotions and Senses: The German Society of Ophthalmology concluded women, on average,

cry for 6 minutes while men cry for 2 to 4 minutes.

They also concluded that in 65% of cases for women, crying will turn into sobbing versus

6% of cases for men.

Women also have a better-developed sense of smell, and certain biological evidence may

explain why: it is believed that a woman's superior smell is cognitive or emotional rather

than perceptual.

There are many things about both men and women that are both surprising and outright shocking.

These are just a few of some of the unusual facts about women that may surprise you.

The male and female body are both very different, and although there are many similarities between

men and women, there are also many differences which set them apart.

From differences in strength to differences in emotion and the way the heart functions,

there are many things that scientists are still finding out about the female body that

sets it entirely apart from male bodies.

Despite the obvious differences such as pregnancy and menstruation, there are many different

ways that female bodies function, and the same can be said for men!

At the end of the day, as human beings we are all equal.

Each and every single person in this world is unique, and that's what makes the world

such an amazing place.

Despite all our differences, we are all human beings just living in this world and trying

to live our best lives.
