man there is just so much to get done and I don't think I'll ever finish it
within this limited time frame have you ever said this to yourself do you
struggle with getting things done and you feel that oh my god I will never be
able to complete this today I am going to show you how to stop feeling
overwhelmed when there are a lot of tasks to complete show you how to think
about these particular tasks systematically prioritize them and get
them done one by one to a point where you feel accomplished and satisfied that
yes I have overcome my problem feeling overwhelmed about the amount of tasks
that you need to get done hey self helper today I am going to
break this down for you and help you out with feeling overwhelmed when there are
a lot of things to get done and show you systematically how to go about getting
things into the right frame of mind systematically prioritizing your tasks
and actually going about accomplishing them one by one to a point where you
feel satisfied that yes I have completed my work so how do you go about doing
this there are a number of ways but first of all you have to shift your
mindset because what is feeling overwhelmed feeling overwhelmed is
nothing but a sense of fear that things are out of control there are so many
things to do things seem out of control that's where this is stemming from so
you need to go about systematically shifting that to a point where hey I am
in control now I can go about accomplishing each one of these tasks
remember there are always going to be two mindsets that involve how you go
about thinking about this there are the candles and there are the candles now
the kind do's include all of the things that are out of your control basically
all the things that involve luck decision-making of other people that
involve the gas prices the prices of food all of
the things that are out of your control you have no say in this matter and even
if you did that is little that you can possibly do to go about changing these
things because they involve a lot of people and things that are external to
you your candles on the other hand are what are in your hand you can do
whatever you want with this you are your own master this is what you want to
focus on if you are leading a team you want to use this as a strength and as a
power to go about guiding them on how they can help getting your tasks done
the candles are what give you that confidence the strength of completion so
first of all change your mindset regarding this what are the things that
you can't control what are the things that you can control focus on the things
that you can control because those have real importance once you have these
things in your hand the candles now you can go about prioritizing which one
deserves more importance than the other now remember when we look at the candles
these are a number of tasks we always feel over well
I need to get this done that needs to get completed this assignment needs to
get finished I need to head to the gym and finish my
workout I need to do so many things this is the common problem because all of
these things are floating out there hundreds and thousands of things that
you need to get done a million things you've probably heard this from a lot of
people I have a million things to do and I really don't think that I can get it
done really is it a million things do you need to do let's bring it down a
notch okay maybe it's not a million but I have hundreds of thousands of things
to do really hundreds of thousands of things to do well maybe you're right
okay maybe I have like thousands of things to do thousands of things
hundreds of things we only have two hands and we systematically try to make
a problem seem so much bigger than it actually is and that's we're feeling
overwhelmed comes from we make a problem seem much larger and bigger than it is
and that's when it tends to take over our thought process and what does it
make us do the pain of actually going about completing a task which will
probably make us feel better is so much greater than actually having to move you
don't want to move you don't want to actually take any steps you're so
overwhelmed that you take no action no work gets done you feel even more
anxious and you just keep pushing it to a later date experience this at any
point of time comment down below the reality of the situation is this if
you want to go about transforming this remember that all you need to do when
you feel overwhelmed focusing on the candles you need to write things down
not on your phone not actually say to yourself hey I need to get XYZ done take
a pen take a piece of paper write it down write down exactly what you need to
complete and then have a list in front of you have that list put it up
somewhere where you see it on a regular basis typically this would be divided
into maybe an hour-by-hour basis a day by day basis week by week basis month by
month year by year really depends on what the length or the timeframe that
you say for each one of these tasks demands so
once you have that in place then focus on what exactly needs to be done first
how do you go about prioritizing you have all the tasks in front of you now
it's up to you to prioritize what is more important than the other let me
give you a small example you have four tasks to finish in any given particular
day what are these tasks number one you need to head to the grocery store and
pick up groceries number two you need to study for an important exam number three
you need to pick up the kids number four you need to complete a workout now you
have four tasks in front of you these are the tasks that you need to finish
which one according to you deserves the most importance which one deserves more
priority than the other now these are very generic tasks that you and I may
face on a day-to-day basis however which one deserves the most importance which
one would you go about solving first that is my question to you what I would
like you to do with regard to this in order to function better is to complete
the task not which seems the hardest not the one
that seems the easiest but choose the one that has the most psychological
benefit you heard me right the one that provides you with the most strong
psychological benefit to a point where you can say hey I am most fulfilled by
completing this task and that is going to allow me to feel a lot better about
myself a lot more confident that yes I have completed this task
now completing the other tasks doesn't seem so hard so you're feeling
overwhelmed focused on the can do prioritized what exactly needs to be
done using this method you have everything in front of you now all you
need to do is take action the most important step that people forget when
it comes to actually feeling overwhelmed and going about accomplishing something
that they want for themselves they feel to take action are you failing to take
action are you missing out on this critical
step that demands you to feel accomplished and stop feeling
overwhelmed by any task in your life by any incident it's typically this
particular step you need to take action you have to prioritize which one has the
most psychological benefit for you which is the one that is of most importance
with regard to feeling fulfilled feeling satisfied that yes I have completed
these tasks again going back from step of step number one down to polar step
number four number one have everything minimized maximize the problem less
reduce the intensity bring it down to the bare necessity what is it that you
need to do are there hundreds of thousands of things know a few things
that require listening take a pen and write each one of these down then
prioritize everything listed out for yourself then
go about taking action against the one that gives you the most psychological
benefit and then complete the rest that's how you go about stopping this
nasty habit of feeling overwhelmed you'll realize that this can become a
habit over time feeling overwhelmed has become a habit because you take less and
less action in your life and that makes you feel poor well because you feel that
hey there are so many things that are out of my control and when you fail to
act you allow these things to grow out of proportion your perception of a
problem tends to blow out of proportion because of this because you do not have
that sense of control and that sense of control comes from taking action against
the candles so what are the areas in your life that demand this you know it
may be going to the gym it may be working out it may be with
procrastination maybe you were feeling angry trying to give priority to a
relationship whatever it may be you need to perform better you need to remember
that feeling overwhelmed is not the solution it's a natural feeling that can
be overcome by taking action so remember that become
more confident by taking more action understand what are the areas of your
life that demand this change and systematically go about shifting and

exactly how to set up your Pinterest account,
starting with signing up.
So, the first thing that you need to do
is make sure that you have a good,
working email address that you have the password to,
so that you can set up your Pinterest account.
So, you'll just go to Pinterest.com
and it will prompt you to sign up.
Once you've filled out all of your details,
it's going to start to give you a name,
and you can customize your name.
It will just pull it out of your email address.
So, I'm going to customize mine to WeLoveTamales,
because that is my website.
And then you're just going to pick your language,
your country, et cetera.
It can kinda pick this stuff for you
based on your location settings, et cetera,
on your computer.
So, you can pick these things that you are interested in,
so I'm gonna be food, quotes, humor.
Now, once you've picked your five interests,
go ahead and click the done button,
and then it's gonna tell you to get
a handy browser button.
I already have this, but if you don't,
click get it now, and it's gonna ask to add the extension.
I'm in Chrome, it will ask to add it there.
If you are in Safari or another browser,
it might ask you for that particular browser.
And it's gonna start serving you up content
based on the interests that you said you have.
So, we wanna go over and start
setting up our profiles.
I am gonna use this for business,
so I'm gonna go ahead and click upgrade now
to a business account,
and I'm gonna put my name, WeLoveTamales, and continue.
And now I've got a business account,
and you can notice that this profile
looks really different from all the other profiles,
and it's gonna walk you through
setting up your first pin, your boards, et cetera.
What we wanna do is go ahead and edit our settings
to put our URL, which should be welovetamales,
and to do our about you section.
Now, there is a character limit on the about you section,
so once you have that filled out,
it might give you a little notice
that you put too many words,
so you have to cut it down.
Make sure that you use some keywords in here
that people are going to search.

as my next step, but basically, you are done.
Click save settings and now you have a Pinterest account!

This is space meant for USB port
We have already cut it out
This is our mobile USB charger
rating - 5V 1A and 5V 2.1A
Let us install it
For installation, we need 2 wires
1 USB mobile charger
and 2 thimbles
Take wire length as required
Place USB mobile charger this way
We will tighten it from the below side
We have placed the USB charger
Now, we will connect it to the battery
battery connection
Open the battery panel
This is our battery
This is the main fuse
of 10amp
This is the wire, we prepared for the mobile charger
Connect the two wires to the two different ports of the battery
We have connected both positive and negative wire to the charger
Now, we will connect it to the battery

I already speak about what I'll be doing on this channel too much. I'm going to be doing hardware software
I'm gonna be sharing my routines my attempts at certain experiments across the day and also sharing a bit about my work and
Activities like that, so I'm super excited
Obviously wait a whole month since my last video and since then we've had

Obviously the giveaway has come the book is written by Jake Knapp and John
Zaretsky I don't want to butcher his name. It's very good read so far. This is my version of it
And I'm literally the slowest reader in the world if anybody watches me like I look
slow in reading and just everything else so
I'm gonna take a bit of time to read it about 16 pages in so far the books really good so far
It's got some beautiful
Illustrations in it and I think that really does help when you're trying to read
Certainly does help when I'm trying to read but there's broken into a couple of sections
So the book focuses more on a process that sort of helps you to avoid distractions
Improve your productivity and really try and make time for the important stuff in your routine
Whether that's spending more time with your family
or
Standing a side-project or whatever is but it's really quite an interesting book this as I saying

So let's jump into the stuff that we really wanted to focus on this video how I'm using Evernote at the moment
Of course Evernote is is going through a bit of a tough time at the moment
Everyone's suffering from a lot of bad press in a moment
I've done a few features on it so far obviously yesterday or the day before they release templates. So as you can imagine
That is literally a big
step forward for them, but I think
Because they're released many product updates mean Steve dotto grabbed a few months to talk about it. But again,
He's not very - he's not too impressed with it either but it's not really that step forward
But I want to share how I'm currently using him because I think that might be useful for you guys
So at the moment, I'm using Evernote more as a bank or an information resource
I'm using Evernote more like Google Drive
Now I mainly store the following in their receipts
Documents contracts and important information when I was talking with Steve dotto about this
He was talking about anchor notes these notes that are a bit more
fixed inside of your Evernote account
That are useful for when you're in a certain situation
And I'm really using it as a way to store everything from important receipts that I need for
financing some important health information as well so that if I need it on the go that I've got it obviously all the
important information about travel and things like that that I'll need and also backups of like
Contracts and things like that - just in case I need them now my last heavy use of Evernote was probably back in March April
May
Time which mainly was for my wedding so during that period of time
Me and Becky used it maybe as a way to template what we need using checklists
using just regular
file attachments on documents forget
Of everything that we need and all that we have planned and it was actually a very useful fool tool for that
Of course I could have used like the lights of notion or to do this to some extent
But I quite like the shareable links inside of Evernote when I was sharing it with
Certain people in my family it I just found that it was much more
Intuitive when I'm sharing a link and a lot more
Sort of friendly and non intrusive so I will try and share a few of those demos here
But of course, I'll probably do a video with Becca about how we've planned the wedding using Evernote on this channel
I also use the forward email function quite a lot to never know the forward email functionality to forward any emails towards your Evernote account
But again, this is something that I'm gonna have to claw back on many because on October 6th
I will be looking to go to a freemium account. You're probably wondering francesco
why are you going to freemium count and that's many because at the moment i'm
Currently not using premium enough like it is it's to that point where if paper for five years
And i'm not as happy that they're not upgrading stuff and it's that point where i'm not using the the actual
Limits that they have so it makes sense for me go down to free but a few things I do want to mention there
When I used to go with evernote, it used to a yearly pricing plan, so i'd have to commit and be upfront
So let's say in november december time
It becomes more relevant or I realized that my Evernote account uses
just more than I used to think then I can always use the monthly pricing they have now so they have premium they have
Obviously their plus account which they've been experimenting with. It's not currently available
But they are experimenting with it and they are seem to be always doing discounts in the moment on a yearly subscription guys
I will be doing some more exciting videos on this channel

what he does but for me it wasn't even about that, I've just ran into him several times
and I really enjoy his energy and I really enjoy what he shares on Instagram and he's
an awake dude you can see that when you look at them you can feel that when you're in his
presence. so thanks for being here!
Oren: awesome man, thanks for having me, you had me at how to be motherfucking legend,
I was like alright im in. So thank you, yes, glad to be here.
Dijon: yeah I'm glad to have you. so is there anything you want people to know about what
did you do your offering for we jump in here.
Oren: I love to help people awaken to their true self who they are beyond their name their
form their personality and from that space to express themselves through their God given
gifts and talents their souls music into the world is powerful and profoundly as possible
and to me that's that is your living Legacy. so I I do that through coaching Im a coach
to what I called legendary Souls I'm also speaker I'm an artist, trainer, a mentor all
things in the realm of transformation aimed towards that one objective ,which to me is
lends itself to us creating heaven on Earth.
Dijon: Lovely so I just heard that you also have Legend in your brands.
Oren: yes, legendary Souls.
Dijon: so legend means something specific to me but what does it mean to you being a
legend.
Oren: You know thats an interesting question, in history I think we describe is Legends
and we look at their bodies of work and that is there a legacy, but, legends almost not
a thing it's not a person even a map of the Legend is a symbol, right it's like an idea.
I remember Will Smith one time said I never want to be icon, I want to be an idea. I want
to represent a possibility, so I feel like a legend is someone who is connected to a
Transcendent purpose or Mission or energy that is Transcendence of their self and they
devoted their selves to bringing forth that art or their souls music into former. another
way to say it is Translating that inspiration in those
Visions from like light and energy into bodies of work. whether the art or speaking or music
or leadership or even a housewife and someone who clears that channel and is devoted to
being a steward to that energy beyond anything else and bring for that art to me that's legendary
and and and that's that somebody would call a legend.
Dijon: I would a hundred percent agree with that. the way I think of Legends and my favorite
artist in general are people that make higher vibrations relatable to a mass of people right
and I example I always use is Bob Marley because Bob Marley transcends music any transcends
reggae because the frequency that he carries that everyone can feel and they listen to
his music.
Oren: so he's like and I like that it's part of the definition to because he's also Representing
an idea that's in the souls of many. he's he's being a stand for something that many
people are connected to whether consciously or unconsciously connected to, you know and
so that that's what a hero is like to. it's a it's a voice putting voice putting expression
to something that is is connected as a thread throughout all Humanity that the touches our
souls in our hearts in a way that we recognize even if we don't like Love reggae, which I
do by the way.
Dijon: I hundred percent agree so you know this is a different time than when Bob Marley
was alive and I would imagine what it takes to express yourself and touch people, changes
from time to time. do you have perspective on what's important to bring out your legendary
being at this time?
Oren: Yes, I do you know I'll start with it's a matter of utilizing all of our resources
and acknowledging ourselves as a fully integrated being you know, Body, Mind, heart and spirit
we can say Body Mind heart and soul right and so we have power which is a resource in
each of those parts of ourselves and so I've seen Evolution happening where if you stretch
back far enough you know we were in the Industrial Age right and Industrial Age is very cookie
cutter very mechanistic very one-size-fits-all and even the educational system came out of
an industrial type of Consciousness which is why you know that the typical educational
type of structure is a teacher whose bestowing information we take in information you know
hopefully we apply it or we regurgitate it and actually the Latin root of the word education
is edeuce. its almost hidden in plain sight. Edeuce means to draw out from within it doesn't
mean to put in and spit out. right and so with that type of Consciousness operating
then in order to survive and thrive and create in society, in our culture, in in the marketplace
of life you know they then you just get as good as you can at that. then that gives rise
to the information age which were needy than right now in technology and distribution of
information is making that exponentially greater and so becomes this acid and so then as we
evolve in order to be able to survive and thrive in our business and our family then
it's like knowledge is power information is power he who has the most information in the
proper information ideally is going to be able to set up to win and to be able to survive
and thrive right.
And so what I've noticed happening is that, an age comes forth from the invisible realm
to the visible realm. it comes as an evolutionary impulse and so it actually starts coming way
before it becomes really manifest and definitely before it hits the masses, right and so the
idea of being a legendary Soul or really thriving is to not wait until the masses and everybody's
saying this is important and then because by the time that happens you almost have to
be, you're almost forced to catch up now right and so that's the information age so the next
wave that's coming that, I called the intuition age and I liken it
to an operating system, even like iOS just a playoff Apple for a minute it's like ,it's
like intuitive operating system right in the reason that that's key and it's not even just
a spiritual conversation like intuition were talking about Spirit now which is a huge part
of us what do you call it Spirit or the Divine or God or gut instinct it's like it's most
people agree there's something beyond the intellect, all right. is the reason that's
amplifying itself right now as something that's important to develop for self-awareness and
our self knowledge and build up that operating system is because things are changing faster

Oren: totally and going into tuning in another fundamental shift is Is to move from thinking
our way through life to feeling our way through life not instead of thinking but just kind
of changing the chain of command to just feel more think less because a lot of times are
thinking is Tainted is Tainted by our experiences at tainted by you know things that are even
positive like knowledge you know and it was hit-or-miss we may or may not have the best
thinking. You know to equip us for the moment but feeling is this higher intelligence more
specific and more simple simplified so that's the thing about feeling, if this was, you

there's not a lot of manuals out there on feeling you know most of us were not raised
to like love our feelings and understand them and befriend them and for them to be our allies

we we might need more into this consciously but feelings like this wild horse. you know
and if we treat it that way then we're going to be in survival with our feelings like trying
to manage their feelings trying to control our feelings trying, to avoid our feelings
and but the feeling is the connection into our heart and into your higher self intent
or intuition.

How to use iPhone Emergency SOS - Duration: 3:44.
Apple's new iPhone software adds a
feature that is designed to make it
easier to make a call for help in an
emergency even if you can't open the
phone app and dial. You can even dial for
help without removing your phone from a
pocket. Apple calls this feature
Emergency SOS and you should know how to
use it. On an iPhone 7 or earlier model,
press the side button quickly five times
in a row to open this SOS emergency call
screen. Slide the SOS button to the right
to call for help. On the iPhone 8 or 10,
press and hold both the side button and
either of the volume buttons for about
three seconds to open the SOS emergency
call screen. You can then drag the slider
to the right to make the call.
You can also just continue to hold both
the side and volume buttons and your
iPhone will call emergency services after
a short countdown. If you prefer the five
press feature to holding down the side
of volume buttons you can add that
option to your iPhone 8 or 10. Go to
Settings > Emergency SOS and turn on the
call with side button option. Then you
can place an emergency call using either
method. You have the option to bypass the
SOS call screen and automatically call
emergency services. Go to Settings >
Emergency SOS and turn on Auto Call. Now
when you start an SOS call your iPhone
will automatically start a three second
countdown, then call emergency services
without any further action on your part.
Emergency SOS will call your local
emergency services for help and then
send a text message along with your
current location to your emergency
contact. The emergency SOS app will even
send a location update to your contact
if you move. To set up your emergency
contacts open the Health app, tap Medical ID,
then edit scroll down to the
emergency contacts and add one or more
family members or others who will need
to know in case something happens to you.
While you are in the Health app, add your
medical conditions,
allergies, and other information that
first responders and ER personnel need
to know if you can't talk to them and
answer questions.
Remember this SOS call screen? Emergency
personnel can view your information
without unlocking your phone. This can
save your life.
Emergency SOS can make calling for help
easier when you need help but don't want
to be noticed. You can make a call
without taking the phone out of your
pocket. SOS can help if you are unable to
make a normal call for any reason. Your
iPhone's ability to send location
information to first responders and
emergency contacts can be critical if
you are incapacitated and cannot tell
anyone where you are. Emergency SOS only
works with iOS 11 released in September
of 2017. If you haven't updated your
phone software you can't use the
Emergency SOS feature. You're also out of
luck if you have an iPhone 5 or any
older model because your phone isn't
eligible for iOS 11. Emergency SOS also
works with the Apple watch if it is near
your connected iPhone, or has cellular
or Wi-Fi calling. Press and hold the side
button to open an SOS screen just like
the iPhone. Also remember that you can
use Siri to call anyone with voice
commands including 911.
