Youtube daily How to Oct 28 2018

Hey! Today we will be talking about Mood Board and how to create one. This is the

most exciting part of the brand styling in my opinion because that

actually defines how it will look, how it will feel and where you should Focus so

creating a mood board is really important because that will be your

essence. What you want to gather together is of course it is your personality but it

also your ideal clients kind of needs and something that will attract them. Mood Board

is very important because it the whole essence of your brand style and it

definitely needs to be something new something meaningful for you for your

values for your whole entire business model but it also is super important

that it appeals to your ideal client so while you are creating a mood board keep

in mind: Is that will attract your ideal client? Is that will be to them like

neutral or is it to make them feel the emotions that you actually want them to

feel so when you're creating the mood board, of course, it is you, it is all what

inspires you, what motivates you what makes you want to "Yes!" I want to wake

up and just do and rock my business! But in the same time it should bring and

evoke emotions what you want to receive for your potential clients. There's

couple of different ways how you actually can create your mood board and

today we will look into two of them. The first one is more of actual touching and

feeling those textures and feeling those forms and feeling those emotions more

deeper so we will actually use all that what I have gathered here together to

create a mood board and to get inspiration and the second one is a

little bit more easier to go back and to

check this out and it's over into the Pinterest. I love

Pinterest as so many things you can do and that's a great place where to create

mood board as well. Why it's important to create a mood board which you

actually can touch and see is just keep you Focused. To keep you focused every

day as well. After your actual Brand style is done , shaped and tweaked up

you don't want to lose this focus so you want to have somewhere in front of your

eyes this mood board where you can look into it get inspiration and create

your content it's also great for your video backgrounds and so on and of

course lot of details you can just wear or use and

and just hell around you all the time if you do create a mood board as a collage

or in Pinterest board then it's also a good idea to print it out and to just

make it somewhere actual touchable and visible in front of your eyes so when

you start and create actual physical mood boards just like to put together

things what inspires you do not overcomplicate it yes I mentioned that

it's supposed to attract your ideal clients but first it's important to make

sure it's actually you and it reflects your personality so the task is to

gather together things but really inspire you you can be something from

your dirtier things something from jewelry something from books from your

ex eyes something from equipment something from anything basically what

is around you and what inspires you in your everyday so I expect you have some

things what you can use and as well as just like considering colors what makes

you feel great but what makes you feel amazing and what you would resonate with

your brand as well you can just like pick those things which is in those

colors so I hope I did here together a lot of different objects and think out

what really inspires me what makes me happy and let's make Moodle order them

as you can see I have different details so I have something from my accessories

what I use and what makes me feel great

and I do how some of my everyday things which as well just inspires me here's my

board I love to use it for my blood laced so let's use some sue : yeah very

important for me as well as those crystals those are all things with

inspire me you can take anything with his eye on you it can be crystal travel

really accessories it can be basically anything if that supports your brand

messaging and if that your assets eight-speed you and your personality

amazing put it all together and see how your brand our new board is coming along

and here you can see result so this represent that my style is edgy but a

little bit romantic as well here you can see that we do care about natural

cosmetics it just reminds yes I do love candles and again

pretty symbols with nature of course I work with colors a lot of black and

white and gray in my branding some aqua colors and teal just really mutant same

as this pillow it's really big part of my bending marbles and grace and some

Agatha shades

definitely crystals and just small to tell so cool and smoke and art lip

Natalie plums the geometric figures something a little bit

from the mythical world as well as a lot of notebooks that is something that is

really important to me for me and all the different strings and accessories

so this whole course lovely month belly and obviously is in a light bubble goes

nuts again one of my symbols in my running so this is basically how my mood

board hopes if we take a look in that physical world if we want to touch it if

you want to get inspired by looking at it and those are things with are usually

around me what I'm wearing what is just next to me every single day and keeps me

focused on my let's head over to the painters and create a board for you so

this is another way how to do it so go called my mood board or whatever you

want and create at least 50 things with things you are attracted to and you're

passionate about a new life to your brand so you can search first with the

mood words and see what is out there already maybe you can get some

inspiration you can all search nature you can share search shapes you can

search fonts animals and anything else would you really like is it outfits

accessories for well maybe some other things and then after you can go and

look back so here is my mode board and as you see

it's pretty similar as we already did this physical board so the colors are

the same I was pretty much the same so you can do

it either way and you can save this Pinterest board and you can show to

anyone you need or you can get inspired yourself how this information is

valuable for you and you will make the best mood board possible for your brand

you have now a lot of inspiration and you have a task to do so go create you a

mood board right now no matter what is it physical or is a poet independence it

will make a huge difference in your unfailing process and it will also help

if you are working in the future together with designers for some of your

projects or launching new products ourselves it will help you to nail down

how exactly should look you would end up in motion to do the work because now

when you book on those things you are having certain emotions again you can

ask your ideal client find out somebody in social media who are true your ideal

client and ask them how do they feel is that something what is attracting them

so that's gonna be really great perhaps to do as well now head over to the

Pinterest and make it into the sport or if you are ready for creativity and

spend some time with life visualizing definitely gather together some things

but really truly inspires you and make something like this and and take photo

of it print it out and hung somewhere that you always can look back or in the

best ok keep those things close to you so then they will inspire you daily

thank you so much for watching and I will speak with you really soon

Health Transition - advice on moving from paediatric to adult care - Duration: 15:53.

Hi, welcome to the next film in the transition series. This one is about

health transition, so if you have any contact with any kind of aspect of

medical care; even if that's things like continence aids, mental health all the

way through to intensive care? Keep watching and I'll tell you what I know!

OK, so this is a film about transition. If you haven't watched the "Introduction to

transition" film that I've done before you might want to click and watch that

now. And that's just an overview of what transition is, when you need to

start thinking about it, and all the different things that you might want to

consider. But if you're interested in health transition then this one is for

you. Health transition is quite often the one we forget because lots of us are so

consumed with worrying about what our kids are going to do when they leave

school; thinking about college placements and budgets and care providers that we

forget that we need to think about health too. Because obviously our kids

are moving from paediatric care, children's care, children's hospitals

paediatricians, through to adults wards, adult hospitals, adult doctors and we

really need to put a little bit of thought into that because very rarely

are there coordinators who are going to do that job for you. Some specialties, I

believe, are better at this than others. In some parts of the country diabetic

care, cardiac care, there are some specialists who seem to have this down

to a tee transition, and will guide your child through it. But as a parent, or a

carer you probably want to have a really good overview of everything. If your

child had a lot of medical intervention as a regular part of their life then

you're going to have quite a lot of work to do. I'm going to be sending you away

with homework. If your child, young person just has occasional input

then your work is going to be less, but just as important. So what do you need to

think about, and what do you need to do? The first thing you'll do is print off

the tick list that I've created. And that lists everything I could think of, and if

I've missed something please put a comment down below because I can update

that list really easily. It's everything I could think of in terms of

specialists, clinics, places that you might take your young person, supplies

that you might use. So all those different interactions of people and

places that you and your child might have as a normal part of everyday life,

and emergencies too; don't forget those emergency situations. And you're going to

go through that list and either cross off the ones that aren't relevant to you

or put great big red ticks next to the ones that are. And it prompts you to

write the name of that person or place that you use or interact with, and then

there's a place for notes. What I would encourage you to do is when you've gone

through that list and you've identified what's relevant to you, is start having

conversations, start doing a little bit of research and find out; first question

is, at what age will that person or place no longer serve your child's needs? So for

example, your local, if you have a local paediatric A&E department they may

close their doors to you aged 15 or 17 or 18 or 19. You probably want to

find that out before you have an emergency. Up here in Scotland we become

an adult at the age of 16 so these things tend to happen a little

bit earlier for us. Elsewhere in the country, elsewhere in the world that

might be different for you. But ask the question. And with all of these questions

I'm prompting you to ask, I would suggest you try really hard to ask the right

person, because if you're just asking a nurse that you happen to bump into in

the hallway or the corridor you might not get THE answer, the right

answer. You might get a "well I'm pretty sure it is" or "I'm sure last time it

happened it was it was X". So try and make sure you speak to the right person. If

it's something really vital that you think you are highly likely to need. So

for example if your child has a lot of admissions into the intensive care unit then I

would get that in writing. And I know that sounds a bit extreme but if you can

pretty much guarantee that in the next year your child is going to need admission

into an intensive care unit and you're expecting to be going to that

intensive care unit because you've been told by the nurse that they'll take you

up to 18, and you turn up on the door in the middle of an emergency and they say,

no I'm sorry you're going into adult intensive care, and you weren't prepared

for that then that can add stress to the situation. So, if it's really

a critical thing then I would try and get that in writing. So you're going to

be doing your research. One bit of advice I would give is that, don't make an

assumption that just because you see lots of different consultants in one

hospital, that they will have the same rules. I know from recent conversations

that I've had with my son's physicians; even within the same specialty, one

orthopaedic surgeon will probably discharge him when he's 18

and another orthopedic surgeon has said he will see him until he's 22. So make

sure, speak to different, speak to all the different people that you interact with.

Don't make assumptions. And if you start this early enough then that means that

you don't have to make special phone calls or special visits, you can just do

it as and when you have your regular appointments, and you can just make a

note that that's, got to add that to your list of questions is, oh by the way, when

are you going to transition my son or daughter through to adult care.

So you need to know when it's going to happen. You also need to know who and

where. So if it's a doctor, if it's a consultant, a specialist, who are they

going to be passing you on to? Or if it's a place, where are you going to be passed

on to? Because then you can make sure that either you build the relationship

with that new person, or you make sure that the notes are properly passed on, or

you can make sure that you get an introductory appointment as soon as that

care is transferred. I've read stories about things like for example neurology

where a child's been pretty stable with their seizures, hasn't really needed any

intervention. Within six months of becoming an adult, suddenly they need to

talk to a doctor about medication and they can't get an appointment, and when

they do see the doctor they don't know anything about their child. So anticipate.

And try and do the work before the urgency is there, that it has to be done. Going

back to the children and young people who need a lot of medical care, if you

for example are regular visitors to your local paediatric intensive care unit or

your regulars on the local paediatric respiratory ward, things that are pretty

predictable. If this isn't being done for you, if you're a regular maybe this is

being done for you, if it's not, and ask the questions, is it, if it's not then I

would recommend that you go along and introduce yourselves to the adult teams.

See if you can make arrangements to go in and meet the team, and especially with

your child, if you think that they're up for that, they're not going

to find it distressing. Take your child along. And the reason for that is that

you want those new doctors, who've never met you before, never met your child to

know what they look like well. And I've had this so many times personally,

is that you go into a hospital in an emergency situation, they're poorly and

as a parent you know that they're poorly. Sometimes you can't even put your finger

on it, you just know. And a doctor or a nurse

that is familiar with that child when they're well, will say, he's not looking

terribly well today, or he's not as usual self. And it it backs your gut

instinct, your parent knowledge, up by having those medical professionals

knowing what your child is like when they're well. And then that helps them

make better decisions when you go in when they're not well. And a doctor

friend have suggested you may even want to do that every six months if that's

suitable for your child or young person to do that. And then if you are going to

be regularly being an inpatient into these situations, keep up to date with

team. Keep going in and meeting them. I want to talk a little bit about GPs. So

for us as neurotypical adults, GPs are our normal first port of call, primary health

care provider, that you go to if you have a medical issue, big or small. For our

children and young people who have got a disability quite often we have a

different path that we go down. So for myself we'll have a paediatrician and

most of the time here's our first port of call if we've got any major issues

that I think we need a specialist for. So that will stop. If you don't already have

a good relationship with your GP, if your GP doesn't know your child, now is the

time to sort that out. If you don't have a named GP for your child, now is the

time to sort that out. I know a lot of GP surgeries don't have named GPS as normal

procedure. If you have a child with a lot of medical needs

you are totally justified in asking the question, can my child have a name GP? The

advantages of that are, that all the letters, all the medication, all of the

interventions and information goes through to one GP who then becomes

familiar with everything that's going on with your child. So first step, try and

get named GP if you don't already have one. Next step, make an appointment to see

your GP with the express intent of talking about transition. So if you tell

the surgery when you make that appointment that that's what that

appointment is for, hopefully they will give you a slightly longer one. Don't go

in with colds and sniffles to talk about, go in with a list of the, the list

that you've printed from my website, that shows all the different interventions

and people that you have contact with. And then if there's any blanks, anything

that you can't resolve you can ask them to help you with it. And just let them

know that you're expecting them to coordinate your child's care and what

you're expecting of them. And then you can have a conversation about how that's

going to work. The GP is also really important if your child has

regular blood tests, things like that. If those blood tests are, at the moment

being done in a paediatric setting then that will change. And so you're going to

need that to be done elsewhere. If that's going to be your GP surgery then you

could also ask your GP if they could recommend one of the nurses that they

think would be particularly good for a relationship with your child. And then

again make an appointment to see that nurse, take your child with you, not for a

blood test but just to build a relationship and let them meet.

Particularly if your child finds change difficult or finds meeting new people

difficult. I just quickly touch on guardianship. It is something you need to

think about if your child doesn't have capacity to make decisions about their

own medical care. You need to look into guardianship which is done under

the Adults with Incapacity legislation, so it's a legal thing, it has to be done

through the courts, you need a solicitor for that. And that will then, if the

courts decide that your child doesn't have capacity to make those decisions,

they will nominate a guardian, which usually would be the parents, and then

that means that you can then legally make decisions about your child's care.

Without that in place there is a danger that decisions could be made that are

against your wishes. The flip side of that is, if your child does have capacity

to make those decisions, just be aware that that is going to happen. so you may

be used to being able to make decisions, strongly advise, be heavily involved

in your child's medical care. When they legally become an adult, say 16 in

Scotland, 18 in England Wales, they will then have the right to make those

decisions themselves and they may make decisions that you don't agree with.

So conversations to be had, things to think about around consent and decision

making. Something else that will probably stop when your child leaves paediatric

care or leaves school, is therapies. So if your child is regularly, or even

irregularly, receiving speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational

therapy, the chances are that those will stop. Those are on the list, the printable

list that I've got on my website, just to remind you to ask questions about that.

As far as I'm aware, the coverage of therapies like that across the country

is poor after the age of 18 or after after transition to adulthood. To be

honest I don't think there's a huge amount we can do about that. The

resources just aren't there to support it, for regular therapy intervention. I

know that there are in some places there are facilities for the odd block of

therapy or help if a particular situation arises. I would have a think

about that and if there is, for example if your child has respiratory needs and

really needs regular chest physio to keep them well, then that might be a

fight that you're willing to have with your local authority, to maintain that

chest physio. But that's a decision that you'll have to make based on your

child's individual needs as to how important that is. Is it

absolutely essential to keep them fit and well. Well then that's a fight

you might want to have. Alternatives would be, can you get the existing

therapists to train you to do different things, or to train support workers to do.

I'm not necessarily suggesting chest physio, that might be something that

needs to be done by specialists, with suction, things like that. But speech and

language or OT, other things that you can learn or people around you can learn to

support your own person if we acknowledge that those services will

stop, and unless you want to fight for everything there's probably not a lot

you can do about it. So I'm afraid I'm sending you away with quite a lot of

homework after this video. You're going to find the link to the printable

list I keep talking about, is in the notes

below. You can also go to my website which is www.jennytrott.co.uk

and follow the links to the downloads. There's a few different downloads on there but this is the one

that's called health transition; funnily enough. So it's a PDF, so print that out, use that as your

checklist to remind you. If I've forgotten anything off it put a note in the comments below

and I'll add it onto the list. So print off the list, start doing your homework and just try

and be as prepared as you can and I hope that helps.

How to Break Your Weight Loss Plateau (STOP Metabolic Slowdown) - Duration: 5:07.

Hey, hey, hey, everybody, what is up?

Shaun Hadsall here, stubborn fat expert

and owner of Get Lean in 12 coming at you

with more no hype, rapid fat loss tips and tricks.

And today, I wanted to talk to you about a reader question

that I got right here.

This says Shaun, I've been consistently counting

my calories and burning off more than I'm taking in

for the last four weeks, but I still

can't seem to lose weight.

I've been extremely detailed about making sure

that every single day my body is in a calorie deficit.

What gives?

So I wanted to quickly address this,

because it has to do something called metabolic slowdown.

One study showed that people who focus solely

on hormones instead of counting calories

lost 65% more weight than those who were just focused

on counting calories every day.

Now this doesn't mean that keeping your body

in a calorie deficit isn't necessary, at least three

or four days of the week to lose belly fat,

but it's not as important as addressing hormones.

So inside today's video, I want to talk about a couple things

that you can implement into your lifestyle to prevent this

from happening to you, which is a condition known

as metabolic slowdown.

And I want to reference a study that

was done on The Biggest Loser contestants from season 8.

So six years after the show, they

went and researched these contestants,

and they found that their metabolism slowed

down dramatically, and they were burning anywhere

from 400 to 800 calories less per day than when

they originally left the show.

Also, every single contestant but one

weighs just as much or if not more

than they did before they started the show.

So only one contestant weighs less after six years.

This is the perfect example of why

extreme dieting and extreme exercise does not work.

It slows down the metabolism, it makes the body adapt.

It's called adaptation, so the body fights back,

the metabolic rate slows down, and the body

wants to store more fat.

So the solution to this is addressing hormones.

There's three things that you can do.

The first one is increase your protein intake.

Research shows that when you increase your protein intake,

you hold on to more muscle mass and you increase

your metabolic rate naturally through the thermic effect

of food.

Remember, when your body digests protein,

it burns more calories than when it's digesting carbs or fats.

So by increasing your protein intake,

you prevent muscle loss, which keeps your metabolism going,

and you also increase the metabolic rate

at the same time.

The second thing you should do is weight training.

It's super important that you weight train.

After 35-years-old, growth hormone levels inside our body

starts to decline rapidly.

This is a condition known as menopause.

Also, men's testosterone levels decline rapidly.

When menopause hits women, their progesterone to estrogen ratio

gets out of whack.

So we need to address these issues,

and one of the best ways that you can prevent muscle loss

and optimize hormones is to weight lift or weight train,

or body weight train at least three or four days of the week.

Now the other thing that you need to do

is use movement patterns, rest periods, and intensity levels

that are specifically designed to optimize hormones,

like growth hormone.

So somewhere around this video, you're

going to see a link to click or tap,

where you're going to go over to my website

and learn all about my system called the Over 40 Ab Solution.

And inside this system, you're going

to discover a 12 minute metabolic protocol that

has been shown in scientific, published,

peer reviewed studies to increase growth hormone up

to 400% to 700% and to release more adrenaline,

which is a precursor to burning fat.

And the most important part about

remember metabolic slowdown, this 12 minute protocol

has been shown in studies to elevate

the metabolic rate for up to 38 to 48 hours after just one 12

minute session.

So let's recap on this.

Increase your protein intake, use body weight movements

or intense weight training three or four days of the week,

and then optimize hormones using the 12 minute

metabolic protocols found inside my Over 40 Ab Solution.

We'll also introduce you to body weight workouts

that you can do a couple of days a week to help prevent

metabolic slowdown, and no equipment required,

and we give some modifications if you

have any type of limitations.

Now again, all of this is just my advice

after over 20 plus years experience

of being in the trenches, as a fat loss expert,

working with thousands of people across the globe.

You can do whatever you want to do, but my hope and my prayer

is that you take this stuff to heart, because I believe

it can change your body and life in ways that you've never

imagined.

So if you got something out of this,

do me a big favor, hit the Like button.

Give me some hearts, give me some shares.

If you've got questions, drop a comment below.

Go check out my Over 40 Ab Solution,

you'll see the link somewhere around this video,

keep going strong.

How to set reminders in myCRM and get super efficient! - Duration: 2:40.

Hello and welcome to the myCRM reminders tutorial. With this feature, you

are able to set reminders for any date within myCRM. In fact, you can set

reminders for your reminders if you wish. Better yet, these important dates will

appear in calendars from Google, any Microsoft product or Apple so they will

be available across all of your devices as you see fit. It manages this by first

setting up a secure link between your myCRM account and your calendar of choice.

To create this link, simply click on my profile in the top right hand corner and

scroll down until you see calendar integration and connect my calendar.

Click on to "connect my calendar" and allow the new screen to open.

Cronofy is the awesome app that we integrate it into myCRM to allow it to

seamlessly and securely synchronize with the calendar of your choosing.

After selecting which calendar provider you are currently using with your devices,

just click on it and follow the steps they provide. One is granting permission,

you'll be taken back to my profile on myCRM where you'll be asked to use your

existing calendar or create a new one. Our recommendation is for you to create

a new myCRM specific calendar so that you know which events are which when you

look at your phone for example. You can also choose the color of this calendar

to make it even more obvious. Please don't forget to save. Now that you have

enabled calendar sync, you will notice that everywhere in the system where you

can record a date, there is a new alarm clock icon with a plus inside of it.

When you click on to this, a new screen appears inviting you to create a reminder.

Once a reminder is set, this alarm clock will display a tick.

These are the steps to follow:

- Step 1: the title, description and date are already pre-populated for you but you can edit as you wish.

- Step 2: you'll need to add a time.

- Step 3: an additional alert is optional but will trigger an alarm if

set and if you want to, invite somebody to also have the same reminders in their

own calendar by typing their email address into "add invitee".

- Step 4: hit save.

Shortly after saving you will see the event in your calendar across

your devices that have that calendar enabled.

Don't forget to display the calendar you've set up in myCRM in your phone.

Finally, we welcome all feedback, positive or negative.

Please continue to help myCRM to get better and better. Thank you!

How To Make a Brain Cake | Tutorial | Kurlina's Foodie Chronicles - Duration: 2:50.

Round the bottom of the cake.

Cut the sides.

Carve small slivers at a time.

Carve out a dividing line in the center where the hemispheres would be divided.

Round the sides of the cake.

When you're done, the brain should look like this.

Crumb coat and chill for 30 minutes.

Let's make the cerebellum. Roll 2 balls of fondant.

Texture it using a dressing tool.

Roll fondant into tubes to create the pattern of the brain

Roll only 4 at a time to prevent them from drying out.

Now add the fondant tubes to your cake as shown.

Use the dressing tool to add some texture to the brain.

When adding fondant to the other side, try not to mimic the pattern on the left side.

Carve a small portion at the back of the cake and add the cerebellum.

Add some red food colouring to some melted jam.

Finally colour the brain.

And you're done!!

If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up.

How to Redeem Game Codes on Discord // Discord Global Beta - October 2018 - Duration: 2:21.

Hey, how's it going everyone?

Kristeen from PanickedPixel here!

Just wanted to make a quick video tutorial on how to redeem game codes on Discord

because I personally had trouble doing this this week

and I tried looking all over the internet and there wasn't much information about it

So I hope this video helps somebody out.

In case you've been living under a rock or something,

Discord recently announced their Store feature on their app

so now, they're actually selling games within the platform

so this is meant to be a Steam competitor of sorts.

However, when I tried to redeem a game code that I recently won over on Twitter

I couldn't figure out where to put it in.

I looked through the actual main Store page, went through each of the games

and didn't have much luck.

Now, Discord might change the user interface within the coming few updates or something

really depending on their priorities (at the moment)

But for now, what you have to do is

you have to go to the bottom left of your app where your profile is

and you have to click that little cog icon to access your User Settings

Now, when you get to this page, go under Billing and you'll see this field over here

Copy-paste your code like so then hit that 'Redeem' button

If the redemption was successful, you should get a notification like the one I have on-screen right here

which prompts you to go to your Library and hopefully, install your game

I really hope that Discord chooses to fix this quite soon

because right now, it feels quite unintuitive

and if they really want to boost usage of this feature,

I think they should really make it easier for people to find this.

In any case, I hope you found this video useful and informative

If you did, hit that thumbs up button and leave a comment down below to let me know!

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

I'll see you arond soon!

HOW TO MANIFEST YOUR PERFECT LIFE - Duration: 3:13.

So there comes a point in your life where you just say buckets I can't keep

living like this I can't keep working this shitty job

I can't keep playing so fucking small and you just start asking the questions

how can I change us what can I do different and you start to learn

different things and you start to put this new information in your brain and

you start to question reality and you know getting sick and tired of the

status quo and as you start to move down this path of learning and taking action

you discover certain things along the way and for me six or seven years ago

about seven years ago now I discovered this video by Brian Swann and it was

called create your perfect day and he said you know what would your perfect

average day in the life look like what would you do in the morning what would

you eat for breakfast who would you spend time with what would what would

you be passionate about what would you spend your time doing what do you love

to do what would your purposeful mission be oh and I started asking these

questions but in the exercise he said write down six pages or as many pages as

you can specifically what that perfect day would look like and then read this

every morning and every night to program yourself to become the person that you

need to become to get that type of life so I did this exercise and six years

later I'm living that exact life and it's unbelievable and I'm actually even

friends now with Brian Swan who shared this exercise with me and it's so

powerful knowing that if you get to that point your life where you just can't

stand being where you're at anymore that you can use your imagination and you can

write down exactly what you want your life to look like and you can create a

completely new life now that doesn't come with the challenges went through

five years of a lot of shit to get to here and a lot of things that I'm not

proud of doing a lot of a lot of fucked up stuff that I went through a lot of

fears to overcome a lot of killing that old version of myself to emerge a better

version but the point is you can use your imagination and you can create

exactly what you want in that vision and manifest it into reality so write down

your perfect day read it every morning and night and watch the magic happen

That could actually be the cause if you're not cleaning it

So it's really important to clean it two to three times a week and in this video

I'm going to be showing you how

So what I do to clean my derma roller at home is I use some warm water

some tea tree as it's antiseptic and anti bacterial and I mix these together. Then I'll use a toothbrush not used and

Just wipe over the roller with a diluted tea tree. Now. This is super easy and affordable and it'll keep your roller

really clean

You can swish it through if you need to and just leave it to dry overnight

If you're applying the serums first to the skin before derma rolling, then it's so important that your roller is clean

How To Litter Train A Kitten FAST - Kitten Care 101! - Duration: 5:01.

hi guys welcome back to relax my cat my name is Savannah and Mia is not with

me today because she had a vet appointment so she's a little bit

annoyed so I'm gonna leave her to it but this week's video I don't technically

need her because it is about litter tray training a Meijer is already litter tray

trained so not really much I could show you that

so with that set this video is how to litter tray train your cat okay so this

can be really easy or really difficult depending on what kind of cat your hat

you have if you're adopting from a shelter and it's an older cat chances

are they've already been trained and honestly some kittens at shelters to our

trains there so it's usually a lot easier to train a cat that you've

adopted from a shelter however if you're adopting a kitten from a mother or say

like a a family member it can be a little bit more difficult also if you're

unsure if your cat has been the stray trained or not just leave a tray out and

see how they respond to it but you can also call up your shelter and see if

that's something that they do for most cats they like to dig they see it's a

Ditka balsamic Lea but this doesn't happen all the time so

that's why this video is going to talk you through it litter tray training okay

so first off positioning cats are really picky about where they go so I know it's

super tempting to put it in a dark dark closet where no one can see or smell it

they won't use them cats won't use a litter tray that is too dark so make

sure it's in a nice lip area and make sure there's lots of ventilation to help

with the smell and make sure that your tray is placed far away from their food

and water cats tend not to use litter trays that are close to where they eat

secondly it's super important to choose a litter that suits your needs

I could seriously make a hour-long video about lifter but for this video I'm

going to say just do your research into the different types and find what's best

to suit your house and your cat okay so now onto the training in a newly filled

litter tray place your cat let them sniff around dig around in it a little

bit with them to show them what to do usually this can be enough once they

know that this is a nice area for them to go they will tend to use it but if

that's not the case don't worry next what you want to do is learn your cat's

routine I know this sounds ridiculous but usually some cats have a routine

when they go to the toilet and sometimes it's after they've eaten Maya is as soon

as we finish cooking dinner which is very nice if you know their routine you

can carry them to the tray and get them used to that's where they're supposed to

go at this time for that need this can help the learning process quite a bit so

I would recommend you in this and to be honest as well once your cat uses the

tray once it's so much easier from then on if your cat is going elsewhere don't

shout I know it's frustrating but it's frustrating for them to simply just move

the waste into the litter tray and cover it so the smell is there and they kind

of know that that's where it should be if you're still struggling and you do

notice a place where your car is going instead of the litter tray don't be

afraid to put a bowl of water or food there that will deter them from actually

using that area because it's a place now where they eat and if this still isn't

working you can try keeping your cat in the area

or in the room where the litter tray is just make sure that the room has enough

of its needs so a lot of room for it to roam around and water food

you know the idea with this one is it minimizes the places that your pack can

go and makes the litter tray one of the main areas where it will want to go and

I only recommend doing this however if you are really at your wits end and you

tried everything else and it's just not working so that's it for this video

thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed as always we have a t-shirt

with it or a noun t-shirt winner to announce so I will do that for you now

Oh our winner this week is jean marie Morel thank you so much for commenting

and thank you everyone else will comment into jean make sure you head over to our

Instagram send us your size and address so we can get a shirt sent out for you

everyone else don't worry you can still win next week all you have to do is

number one please subscribe to relax my cat and then number two kind on this

video within 60 minutes of it going up and that is it you are entered and yeah

I will see you next week thank you so much for watching see you then okay

you

How To Be Natural In Love! - Duration: 3:12.

- How to be natural in love.

Hello guys, and welcome to my YouTube channel.

I'm Alex Cormont, your French relationship expert.

Yesterday, I received an email from a woman

who told me Alex, I wanna be natural.

When I'm watching your video, I feel like there is a game

in the love and relationship space.

And this is not what I wanna tell you,

and I answer this woman with my French accent

and I told her, listen, I know it's not easy

to understand that there is sometimes some action

that you need to change, okay?

It's not that I don't want you to be natural,

but I want you to change your pattern.

I want you to change your habit in order to be more happy

in your love life.

So if you're watching this video,

the goal is to be natural, the goal is to be yourself.

But, you need to understand that there is a work to do.

You need to change maybe some consideration about love.

You need to learn what is love, what is communication.

Learning that we are all different, so when I use a word,

this is not the same meanings for everyone

when I say I love you, for some people,

like the Spanish culture, they know how to say I love you.

They are eager to share their feelings,

they know how to touch, they do a lot of hugs.

But, when we go to another culture, let's say, Russia,

or the Scandinavian country, it's not that easy for them

to say I love you.

So what I wanna tell you, this is what I learn from

all over the world, okay?

Guys, you need to learn what is love exactly.

And this is why I'm always offering this book.

The book is a best-seller Amazon in France.

You can have it for free.

You click on the description below, you can read it,

you take your time, but you will be natural,

you just need to learn what is love,

how to express yourself, how to be more confident,

how to date someone, how to be happy in a relationship.

Because when you learn it, then you can be yourself.

You can understand all about your past.

The breakups, the sadness, the relationship,

what goes wrong, what is goes well, you can understand

exactly everything.

And maybe it's not enough natural for you but it's the only

one way to avoid heartbreak.

To avoid breakups.

To avoid being emotionally dependent, and to always

loving the wrong man.

This is why I'm doing this video.

I don't wanna change you.

I wanna educate you, I wanna teach you what is love

and how you can act by being yourself.

But like everyone, you need to work on your self confidence.

You need to think that this is the path for

the personal development.

If you have any question, I would be more than happy

to answer in the comment right below.

You can also give me your like, subscribe to this amazing

YouTube channel.

If you wanna change your love life,

if you wanna change your habits,

and if you wanna be more aware about what is love,

and how you can act really powerfully in your love life,

and how you can really attract the right man.

I will see you tomorrow for a new video.

Bye, bye, guys.

How School Trains Us To Fail In The Real World - Duration: 7:42.

The modern American school system does not encompass or define learning, it is a dominant

subset of it. Do you want to know why I dislike school? Homework, sure, but more important

than that are these four ways that school trains us to fail in "the real world."

Schools teach knowledge, but life requires wisdom

"Never mistake knowledge for wisdom. One helps you make a living; the other helps you

make a life." — Sandara Carey Instead of learning critical life skills on

how to manage money, how to negotiate, or how to communicate, kids are mostly taught

to memorize information. This is helpful to learn, but not at the cost of not learning

critical life skills. Many people put these "life" skills on the onus of the parents

to teach their kids, but not all parents are qualified to teach these lessons, and many

assume that school is "enough learning." The school system would be a perfect place

to learn these indispensable skills. I can't give school a hall pass on this

one, because it is set up as a core way that kids are prepared to live in the world. Why

is it positioned as such when it lacks personal growth training, financial management training,

communication training, emotional intelligence training, and healthy living training? Psychology

is the closest course to any of these, but it's mostly in college and typically optional.

You could come up with a few examples of where these skills are taught in school, or where

some wisdom is imparted by a particularly great teacher. But this is a general problem

of focus that schools have. Schools are not set up to teach us what matters most.

School (noun) — A place where students suck on an information teat instead of learning

how to feed themselves. Here's what I would love to see changed.

What do you think? Classes for important life skills — money

management, interpersonal communication, miscellaneous psychology, habits, goals, etc.

Incorporation into existing classes — in math, talk about smart credit card usage to

avoid freaking 18% interest rates, how to build credit, how to pick the right health

insurance, why new cars are a horrible investment, etc.

Start teaching this sooner than college. Not everyone goes to college, but everyone needs

to know this stuff. School is an unsuitable learning environment

for many jobs For those that say school is not the place

to impart wisdom to youngsters, but to prepare them for the workplace, then why is it that

it's absolutely horrible at accomplishing that?

Let's look at some stats that make colleges cringe (from a Mckinsey consulting firm report):

Warning: these stats are disturbing… In 2011, 1.5 million, or 53.6% of college

grads under age 25 were out of work or underemployed. And for those that do have jobs? 48% of employed

U.S. college grads are in jobs that require less than a four-year degree.

30% of college graduates don't feel college prepared them for the world of work.

Six times as many graduates are working in retail or hospitality as had originally planned.

It used to be that apprenticeships were the norm; you'd learn the hands-on skills and

expertise from a mature worker in your field. The downside was that back then, it was more

like, "hey kid, you're going to be a carpenter because that's what your family has always

done." Today we have more choices, but with it has come an inferior form of learning.

Most professions, even today's digitally-based jobs, need hands-on training and mentorship.

Programming boot camps are popping up, showing how horrible the current school model is.

In 2–3 months, 90% or more of graduates have a job making more than $80,000 a year

(within just a few months of graduation). Programming boot camps are old-school intense

apprenticeships where students learn to code from knowledgeable programmers already working

in the field. It's all hands-on "real world" work, and the graduates are highly

valued for the skills they possess when they enter the job market. I hope this emerging

format continues to grow and expand into other areas as an alternative to college. Even if

you disagree with everything I've said, competition is a good thing and will promote

the improvement of schools. College claims to be the safe, sure way for

a great career (it's not) Everyone must learn at some point that nobody

cares much about their "potential." When a company selects from a sea of faces

and they all have identical or similar degrees, the value of those degrees shrinks, and they

will look for the people who can do what they need right now. That's exactly what we're

seeing, and the 2008 recession amplified it. And don't count on them seeing your potential

like I did. Example: Candidate A has 95% overall potential

but can only do 15% of the job now — she must be trained. Candidate B has 63% overall

potential but can do 85% of the job right now — he's ready to go. Candidate

B gets the job almost every time. Potential is exceedingly difficult to gauge

accurately and so it is often not considered by employers. The answer to "where do you

see yourself in 5 years?" question doesn't quite nail down your potential. Specific job

skills, however, are readily knowable by employers with observation and questioning, and are

given much greater weight in the world. Whether or not you go to college, and whether

or not you want to work for yourself or for a company, build skills and experience in

your desired field. And if you want to be even smarter, network heavily. These things

matter; they bring results. And take it from me — don't expect your diploma to

get you anywhere unless you have the applicable work experience and skills to go with it;

having the ability to learn a skill set doesn't mean much when your competitors already have

that skill set. Grades distort our perception of reality

You can get straight As in school, but nobody, no matter how successful, gets straight As

in life. No, in life, you tend to get As by getting Fs first. Lots and lots of Fs.

Stephen King probably still has his huge stack of publisher rejection slips. Those were "real

world Fs," folks. Stephen King, one of the most successful authors in history, got dozens

and dozens of Fs before he got his first real life A. School trains us to have the mindset

that a given amount of effort will always bring a measurable, predictable, and successful

result. The real world doesn't work like that.

Colonel Sanders had 1,009 rejections he received for his chicken recipe before the first yes.

And many of his rejections were humiliating, like an F- or something. If you give an "A"

effort in school, you succeed every time. If you give an "A" effort in life, you're

lucky to succeed on the 30th try. Successful blogger, author, and entrepreneur

James Altucher said that about 17 out of his 20 businesses have failed. But the ones that

did well were worth millions of dollars. There will always be talented authors whose

books remain unknown, superior athletes who never get a chance, and brilliant people who

remain jobless. Meanwhile, some others who are in the limelight may not be deserving

of it. Unlike test grades and GPAs, life is rarely fair.

The best thing about school preparing us to fail in the real world, is that while you

can "flunk out" of school, you only flunk out of life if you give up. And even better

than that, it only takes one great "A" to succeed.

How To Write Awesome Emails - Duration: 3:08.

- So I just had this question come in

from Marcella Huresburger and she asked,

"How can we create appealing emails to get people

"to open them and actually click on the link?"

So great question

and it's one, I think about this a lot.

I've sent a lot of emails in my career.

It's been over 20 years

and I've sent way more than 10,000 email broadcasts.

I've had great success

and I've had some that didn't work so well.

So the number one thing you have to do

is you have to deliver value.

Even if you're selling something, you have to deliver value.

When people have joined your list,

you basically have a contract with them.

You said, "I'm going to send you something,"

when they've joined your list,

when they came to your opt-in page,

to your squeeze page and they enter their email address,

there's an implied contract that you are going

to give them what you promised them.

And what you promised them,

there's probably some amount of value there.

So when people first join your list,

that's when they're most likely to open your emails.

And so those first few emails

you really have to worry about delivering that value.

And, when they click on something,

that the click delivers value.

Don't try to entice them or trick them

into opening an email or clicking on a link

and then giving them something different.

Don't do a bait and switch,

because you'll only be able to get away with that one time

and then they're not gonna open your emails anymore.

So that just scratches the surface.

Of course, there's huge amounts there.

It's all about copyrighting is what we're talkin' about.

First of all, there's a subject line to get people to open.

That's your headline.

And then once you get them in the email,

it's getting to read and getting to take action.

But at the end of the day,

the most important thing is following through

on that implied contract that you said,

"If you gimme your email address,

"I'm gonna give you something."

And probably implied in that is I'm going

to give you some value.

Doesn't mean you can't sell.

Doesn't mean you shouldn't sell.

I sell all the time.

I sell millions of dollars of my product

and other people's products through emails.

But you have to build that relationship

when they opt-in.

You have to give them what they opted in for.

And, you have to do it in a

a way that builds trust, that builds authority,

that builds rapport.

There's no short cut to this.

I mean, you can go,

there's email subject lines you could put in there

that'll get a huge open,

but they're fundamentally dishonest,

or untruthful, or disingenuous.

If you do that, you get one click,

you're not going to continue to get the clicks.

So it's like any relationship, really.

Like if you have a relationship and you continue

to build value within that relationship,

that relationship will flourish.

Same thing with your emails.

There you go.

How to get your emails opened and clicked.

So I'm Jeff Walker.

Wherever you're watchin' this, scroll down,

leave a comment for me,

and let's go get 'em this week.
