LISTENING TO THE NEW MUSIC AT THE STUDIO | PANIC REEL EP. 54 - Duration: 7:03.
[Braedon]: That's all I recorded so far.
[Glen]: Fuck, that's really good.
That's, like, my favourite song of yours, now.
[Braedon]: Really?
[Glen]: Well, so far.
[Braedon]: Thanks.
[Glen]: Hang on, 'cause um... Actually, can we all sit down for a sec?
[Braedon]: It gives it a lot of space.
[Travis]: Is there any of that in The Edge?
[Braedon]: There originally was.
You heard The Edge, right?
[Glen]: Have you got it-
have you got it that you can quickly play that for, um...
Like, on your phone?
[Ian]: Yeah. I've got it, yeah. [Braedon]: Yeah. I think so.
[Glen]: You should hear the chorus of this new song.
[Braedon]: Oh, does that work?
I do have it, actually.
[Braedon]: ...One of the songs that is gonna be released on our alter ego- [Glen]: I think I heard this, didn't I?
[Braedon]: I don't think so. [Glen]: No? Okay.
[Glen]: Is every song gonna be "The" something?
[Braedon]: Probably not, no.
[Glen]: "Holes in my rubber"?
[Braedon]: ...Gonna be way bigger, with vocals-
That's all I recorded, so far.
[Glen]: Fuck, that's really good.
That's, like, my favourite song of yours, now.
[Braedon]: Really?
[Glen]: Well, so far.
[Braedon]: Thanks.
[Glen]: Forty-five seconds of it, anyways. So, uh...
uh... was there any real drums on that?
Is that all in the-
[Braedon]: No, it's just-
I think we'll keep 'em like that.
[Braedon]: More of a stylistic sample. And... [Glen]: Yeah. Well, yeah, it suits the song.
[Braedon]: Here's another one that's only, like, forty-five seconds that I recorded.
This'll probably be for the same kind of-
[Glen]: He's got a Mellotron.
[Braedon]: Is it a real Mellotron?
[Glen]: Nope.
[Braedon]: It's the sample?
[Glen]: But it's a... it's a sound- yeah, you know.
[Braedon]: Yeah. I have one of the Mellotron samplers.
[Glen]: There's one for guitar, you know.
Like a stompbox Mellotron sound.
[Glen]: And it's awesome. It's like 300 bucks but I bought it. [Braedon]: Oh... I don't have that.
[Glen]: 'Cause it's like... I can do string sounds, and flute and everything.
[Rusty]: Oh, that's great!
[Braedon]: Thanks!
[Rusty]: Where'd you guys record that?
[Braedon]: Most of it was at my house, but then we ended up re-recording the drums at Exchange.
Well, one, we just...
Like, there's two angles.
One, we just wanna hit up all these different social media pages,
that aren't even tied to the Queen movie,
but since the Queen movie's gonna be promoted like crazy,
Queen will be on peoples' minds.
So people who have to, like-
People who we have to pitch the song to,
like, "Do you wanna feature this on your page?",
they'll be able to make that connection, whereas they may not have been able to before.
'Cause it's just gonna be a part of, like, pop culture for a little moment,
so it's best to, like, use that as a little tag onto that, to that...
to that culture. While it's happening.
[Glen]: Okay, so you know how to get... how to get back.
[Braedon]: Yeah, yeah.
[Glen]: It's so funny, I'm up here and I'm like [...]
[Bruce]: So this is building very high, high, strong harmony vocals.
Let's bring it to... that.
[Braedon]: If you're wondering why I'm wearing headphones, uh...
Our friend Donald from Encore sent me their new music to listen to.
And I'm calling him in, like, ten minutes with some feedback.
So I gotta listen to it.
[Riley]: There's my points!
[Travis]: Nice.
[laughs]
[Riley]: So I could choose between coffee, Slurpee, [...]
That's a new one. Nuts.
[Travis]: Nuts?
[Riley]: You can get nuts now, for free.
[Travis]: Nuts for free...
[Braedon]: Do we- we have proof that this is for 7 Eleven? [...]
[Ian]: Action.
[Travis]: Alright. So we're in 7 Eleven right now.
Our neighbourhood Sev.
And, uh... Yeah, we got-
7 Eleven reached out to us for, uh... this thing called "Reverse"-
Wait, what was it?
"Reverse 7 Eleven Day".
Which is November 7th. Comin' up.
And we gotta take a picture with reverse clothes on.
This is what I've got.
Wanna pass it to me? I'll show what you have.
This is Ian's fit.
Riley.
[Riley]: Oh. I got, uh...
Slippers for the hands.
And I got the... the hood.
[Travis]: Very nice.
[Riley]: We got 7-Up, Orange. Those are my two favourites [...]
I'm not really into the others.
[Travis]: But not just Coke. I mix it up.
[Braedon]: What do you mix it with?
[Braedon]: Like, cherry and stuff? [Travis]: Dr. Pepper.
[Travis]: And, uh, usually Grape and Lime if they have it.
[Braedon]: If anybody's wondering why our clothes are inside-out,
it's because we're doing a promo picture for "Reverse 7 Eleven Day".
So... our clothes have to be reversed.
But that's open to interpretation.
So... mine's pretty basic. I didn't interpret it any other way, but...
My brother's got slippers.
[Braedon]: You guys get into position. I'll go in front of you guys.
Ian, you go in the back.
[Employee]: Okay!
[Braedon]: Here, I think right about here. Right about here.
[Employee]: Right about there? [Braedon]: Yeah, just really, kind of, centred...
[Employee]: Centred... like that? [Braedon]: Yeah!
[Employee]: Where are you gonna be? [Braedon]: I'm gonna go in the middle.
[Employee]: Okay.
[All]: Thank you.
[Employee]: You're welcome.
[Travis]: How'd it look? [Braedon]: Pretty good.

Homage To Blade Runner - Milan Italy At Night In 4K. Music By Vangelis - Duration: 5:09.
An Homage To Blade Runner By Ridley Scott
Vangelis (Love Theme From the Movie)
and the City of Milano, Italy at night.
Cinematic aerial view of Milan.
Blade Runner's soundtrack was
composed by Greek electronic composer Vangelis
for Ridley Scott's 1982 film Blade Runner.
It is mostly a dark, melodic combination
of classical composition and
synthesizers which mirrors the futuristic
film noir envisioned by Scott.
The original soundtrack release was
delayed for over a decade,
until 1994, despite the music being
well-received by fans and critically
acclaimed—it was nominated in 1983
for a BAFTA and Golden Globe
as best original score.
The soundtrack is regarded as
a historically important piece in the
genre of electronic music.
Since the premiere of the film,
two official albums have been released
containing music omitted from
the film and also new compositions
featuring a similar style.
An orchestral rendition of part of
the soundtrack was released in 1982
by the New American Orchestra.
However, the original soundtrack
album (1994) features vocal
contributions from Demis Roussos
(Vangelis's former bandmate
in Aphrodite's Child) and the sax solo
by Dick Morrissey on "Love Theme"
(In the credits on page 3 of the 1994
Atlantic CD, Dick's last name
is misspelled as "Morrisey").
The track "Memories of Green"
from Vangelis' 1980 album See
You Later was also included.
A new release made in 2007
includes a disc of new music inspired
by the film.
Blade Runner is a 1982 neo-noir
science fiction film directed by
Ridley Scott, written by Hampton Fancher
and David Peoples, and starring
Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer,
Sean Young, and Edward James Olmos.
It is a loose adaptation of
Philip K. Dick's novel Do Androids
Dream of Electric Sheep? (1968).
The film is set in a dystopian future
Los Angeles of 2019, in which
synthetic humans known as replicants
are bio-engineered by the powerful
Tyrell Corporation to work on off-world
colonies. When a fugitive group
of replicants led by Roy Batty (Hauer)
escapes back to Earth, burnt-out cop
Rick Deckard (Ford) reluctantly agrees
to hunt them down while questioning
his and the replicants' humanity
through his relationship with an
advanced model, Rachael (Young).
Blade Runner initially underperformed
in North American theaters and
polarized critics; some praised
its thematic complexity and visuals,
while others were displeased with
its unconventional pacing and plot
It later became an acclaimed
cult film regarded as one of
the all-time best science fiction movies.
Hailed for its production design
depicting a "retrofitted" future,
Blade Runner is a leading example
of neo-noir cinema. The soundtrack,
composed by Vangelis, was
nominated in 1983 for a BAFTA
and a Golden Globe as
best original score.
The film has influenced many
science fiction films, video games,
anime, and television series.
It brought the work of Philip K. Dick
to the attention of Hollywood,
and several later big-budget films
were based on his work. In the year
after its release, Blade Runner won
the Hugo Award for Best Dramatic
Presentation, and in 1993
it was selected for preservation
in the United States National Film
Registry by the Library of Congress
as "culturally, historically,
or aesthetically significant".
A sequel, Blade Runner 2049,
was released in October 2017.
Milan, a metropolis in Italy's
northern Lombardy region,
is a global capital of fashion
and design. Home to the national

hub also known for its high-end
restaurants and shops.

cathedral and the Santa Maria
delle Grazie convent, housing
Leonardo da Vinci's mural
"The Last Supper," testify to centuries
of art and culture.
The famous Galleria shopping
center has been the baseline
for so many malls across the World.
The video also features the
Gae Aulenti Plaza with the iconic
Unicredit Tower and the
Vertical Forest building.
On the other side of town you
can see the Generali Tower,
part of the CityLife complex,
designed by the late Zaha Hadid.
Also featured is the

Take me in the smoke Breathe me in and let me go
Filling the lungs inside you
In the blackest night
Make my way into your mind
Just to know what you knew
Restless every time we start locking eyes
Lost control
Oh it's paradise with a nasty bite
In the dead of the night
Let the darkness take control
Let the darkness take control
Darkness take control
May the darkness take control
Take me in the smoke
Breathe me in and let me go
Sink to your heart to find you
Open up your eyes
'Til your blinded by the lies
So you can see what you do
Restless every time we start locking eyes
Lost control
Oh it's paradise with a nasty bite
In the dead of the night
Teardrops on the floor
The pain is over Feel the darkness Take control
Let the darkness take control

The Measure of Music - Duration: 23:57.
good music is proven to provide many
benefits for your mind body and spirit
learn how music is central to God's plan
next on the key of David with Gerald
flurry greetings everyone how much do
you know about music great music
benefits our mental physical and
emotional health it aids our thinking
and helps us get rid of our moods the
wrong kinds of moods so say many of the
experts now you can prove that to
yourself but on the contrary there is a
wrong kind of music that will have just
about the reverse effect of that and can
damage your mental and physical and
emotional health something we need to be
very careful about great music also can
remove some depression that depression
can be caused by the contrary type of
music
perverted music or anything like that
but we have a new booklet that it's just
absolutely outstanding it's a title the
measure of music by Ryan Malone our
music director and choir master and it
this is just one of the most dynamic
unique books booklets that you'll ever
find on this earth I do believe and I
wish their hope that you'll send for it
we'll give you the information at the
end of this program and of course all of
our literature is free but in another
book of Mister Malone's called the
institution of praise he quotes a
Professor Levitin the professor says
music is clearly a means for improving
people's moods improving your mood and
people's moods to illustrate this idea
we first need to understand the Nobel
prize-winning discovery made in 1998
about how cells in our bodies create
nitric oxide and waves a gas that they
release into the body tissue around them
a process called puffing
this puffing can boost cell vitality and
vascular flow a Eden resistance of
stress strengthen the immune system
diminished depression improved digestion
and in part higher levels of energy
stamina and mental clarity now that's
quite a statement that this great music
can benefit you in that way that is
something that I think all of us should
be concerned about when you look at just
the mental and emotional effects of
music great music it's astounding it
seems like all of us would be very much
involved in dr. Oliver Sacks musician
and neurologist had this to say he was
quoting music therapists Greta shil
Thorpe and sax writes quote there are
disturbed people who become calm because
of good music sax also discusses musics
profound effects on Parkinson's patients
and amnesiacs at the end of the book he
states that to those who are lost in
dementia music is not some trivial
luxury of life but a necessity and can
have a power beyond anything else to
restore them to themselves and to others
at least for a while and then you may
have to repeat the process from time to
time but just think about all of the
wonderful blessings that come from great
music in the music in childhood points
out that to buy into the myth that few
children are musically endowed and one
that threatens the right of all musical
education and may even endanger a
musical culture see again that's that's
a myth we actually teach all of our
young children elementary children and
high school children and on into college
that they can develop musical skills and
that we
we prove it by doing it I I think the
understanding that many of the experts
clearly tell us is something we need to
look into closely or study closely and
scrutinize everything they say because
there are so many wonderful benefits but
there is an added dimension to this and
and that is what the Bible says about
music there is there are just all kinds
of scriptures and examples of music in
the Bible and God reveals to us how
important it is to our lives if it's
great music the best of the human spirit
and the best that God can inspire in us
in 1st Samuel 16 and verse 18 it talks
about David being cunning in his playing
and David was it says in acts 13 and
verse 22 he was a man after God's own
heart and and he would fulfill all of
God's will and and and he was cunning
and playing so that cunning and playing
actually literally means to be skillful
and striking the strings and it connotes
an ability to teach let me read to you
first Samuel 16 in verse 23 until one of
the most powerful scriptures in the
Bible about music just notice this
amazing example verse 23 and it came to
pass when the evil spirit from God was
upon Saul that David took a harp and
played with his hand so saul was
refreshed and was well and the evil
spirit departed from him
that's just something that is almost
mind stretching when you start thinking
about it here we have the music therapy
first talked about in the Bible it
really is and can be great therapy and
here is specifically a cure for
spiritual mental and emotional ailments
so says your Bible and there are studies
plenty of them in this world that show
you the positive effects on the mind and
the physical health of the you of human
being when you look at first Samuel 16
and verse 23 just look at it more
closely and what did what it says there
it say but it shows that it's a soothing
remedy that is available to us if we
really do trust and believe in God the
word says David played with his hand in
that verse for Samuel 16 and verse 23 it
should read better translated David
played with his hand day by day I mean
he really was into this music and really
was good at it playing instruments psalm
57 has this to say it from David of
quote wake up my glory awake psaltery
and harp my self will awake early I will
praise you Lord among the people I will
sing unto you among the nations now at
that time he was hiding in a cave
because Saul was trying to kill him but
he was writing about he his music it was
so important to him and he knew he knew
if you read that correctly I it
definitely does say I believe very
strongly that David knew this music he
was writing was going to go to all the
nations through his people and
especially wouldn't you
get into the New Testament church that
David Psalms are certainly taught by
God's people around the world and many
people maybe that don't even have a
religion they may be studying and
understanding those Psalms because they
love the Psalms or maybe they have at
least some faith in God but think about
the David's realized that this is music
that he was into that was for the whole
world and all the nations he realized
that even well a thousand years before
Christ came these Psalms are really they
are songs
there are also poetry but their songs to
be sung for us to be singing 1st
chronicles 23 shows that 4000 priests
played instruments that David made he
composed much music 75 Psalms has his
name directly in the inscription this is
taken from mr. Malone's book and there
are quite a few more Psalms that he
wrote that you can also prove from your
Bible but with a little more research
but our hymnal book is essentially about
the songs we sing the songs and they're
the most beautiful powerful music in the
world and most people don't know that
but they are and they will actually even
increase your faith if you look at it
spiritually because they are statements
right out of the Bible and promises that
God makes to us time and time again if
you want to look to a New Testament
group of verses let me read something
just a little to you from revelation 4
verses 3 & 4 I'll just give you the
highlights here but it talks about God's
throne room and then it talks about a
rainbow round about the throne the four
and twenty elders are there and they had
on their heads crowns of gold and this
is the environment that we're talking
that God is illustrating here
and the 24 elders did sing a new song
that's in verse nine but just think
about a this visually rich environment
there were harps being played and
singing and there was all kinds of
constant music
but look especially to verse 11 well
it's 11 to 13 but it's specifically in
verse 11 but there's an angelic course
of 100 million voices can you fathom
land listen you'd think God loves music
100 million voices can you imagine what
an impact that would have on human
beings and certainly it has a great
impact on God because he has created it
for his pleasure and for his good that's
that's just mind-bending when you think
about it you mean God really puts this
much emphasis on music well it must have
some good benefits or God would never do
that and that certainly is in your New
Testament if you believe in the Old and
New Testament then well there's if you
don't believe in the Old Testament well
it's in the New Testament but we really
should believe in both of them they are
tightly intertwined and about 25 percent
of the New Testament is is direct
quotations from the Old Testament but in
Psalm 45 in verse 8 notice this it says
all the garments smell of myrrh and
aloes and cassia out of the ivory
palaces whereby they have made you glad
but that's not a good translation there
where it says whereby the verse should
read this way out of the ivory palaces
string instruments gladden you they
gladden you they really do have an
impact on the mind and the mood and the
mentality that of the human being the
emotions of the human being and even the
physical health of the human being just
think of all those majestic surroundings
God doesn't he lives in great luxury
and he wants that for man he would in
man would have it even now if he obeyed
God but in the world tomorrow this this
world is going to be filled with the
same kind of luxury that God is talking
about that he has he has his throne
culture that is is something that is so
majestic that we've never even seen
anything like it
but it gladdens you you see it has a
real impact on making you more positive
and who could well avoid something like
that if they really understand it
Ezekiel 28 and verse 13 says the
workmanship of your Tabriz and your
pipes was prepared in you in the day
that you were created talking about
Lucifer God created this great Archangel
Lucifer and notice he gave him all of
this musical talent he was in charge of
music and other things but the
workmanship of the Tabriz and the pipes
that were prepared in you and the day
that you were created he had this the
superior musical skills and God planned
on him taking that and the angels taking
that end to the entire universe but the
Angels failed and now God wants human
beings to be created in his character
and in his with his mind and go out into
the universe and fill it with that kind
of music will even be given greater
music than what Lucifer was given
[Applause]
and he rebelled and became Satan the
devil and the god of this world and he
has perverted the music of this world
most of it is perverted certainly much
of it but there are certainly good
musicians great musicians in this world
and there's great music and you'll see
in in this auditorium some of the best
of the human spirit there is on this
earth through music singing and dancing
that is something that benefits our
students benefits all of our people in
every way do you think about the entire
universe and in taking this kind of
music out into the entire universe
that's something to really contemplate
and think about how wonderful this
future is going to be in Deuteronomy
four verses five through eight I'll just
give you one quote here from those
verses it talks about God intending for
the Israelites to live by his type of
culture and here's a quote from mr.
Malone he says the nation's progenitor
Abraham was an extremely well educated
well-traveled refined man according to
the austrian chronicle of the
ninety-five rulers he established
austria as the cultural center of europe
it still is today over four thousand
years later the evidence of abraham's
influence in austria is found mostly in
its musical culture Vienna remains the
musical capital of the world
Salzburg was the film location for much
of the sound of music and his world
famous as the birthplace of Mozart the
great musical genius revered in the city
as well as in Greater Austria and of
course all over the world today I think
about that we have all kinds of
outstanding concerts in this auditorium
and we have the best artists from
performing artists from all over the
world and many of our people will
livestream those
those concerts and so they benefit from
it as well in many many occasions but
they again that fulfills David's
prophecy about him taking his music to
the nation's he knew there was a future
for that nation's because that of that
music because he knew it was revealed to
him by God
and he knew that God was doing it for a
much bigger purpose than just his time
he had the vision to see far down into
the world tomorrow and the time to the
time when the very well the city of New
Jerusalem was coming to this earth
Isaiah 51 in verse 3 says for the
eternal shall comfort Zion he will
comfort all our waste places and he will
make her wilderness like Eden and her
desert like the Garden of the Lord joy
and gladness shall be found therein
Thanksgiving and the voice of melody
they're going to be singing and having a
joyful rejoicing time what could be more
wonderful than a that that kind of a
future we can enjoy much of that today
that's what God wants us to see and
understand the voice of melody the sea
all kinds of music and spiritual Eden
there I mean the real Eden is yet to
come and what a wonderful time that's
going to be well it talks about in
jeremiah 31 verses 11 through 14 I'll
just paraphrase that but it says
therefore they shall come and sing in
the height of Zion the virgin rejoice in
the dance this is of talking about that
wonderful world tomorrow and I will turn
their mourning into joy and will comfort
them and I will satiate the soul of the
priest with fatness and my people shall
be satisfied with my goodness says the
eternal and he's talking about in depth
and of dancing that really is the
hardest dancing to learn in the world
God wants us to create the very best of
music that we possibly can and dancing
and and have the the most awesome
singing that you could hear that is what
God wants for us whether it's on the
human level or the gods gods level but
it'd be much greater on God's level for
sure
he will rejoice over you with joy he
will rest in his love he will joy over
you with singing this is now how God is
going to build happiness in the world
real joy and a big part of that is comes
through God's music are they even the
classical music that we hear today in
many cases it is very beautiful and
certainly can have an amazing impact on
human beings but God is getting ready to
plant all of that in the heavens it says
in 2nd Samuel 23 and verse 1 that it
says the sweet psalmist of Israel
talking about David and what a what a
sweet psalmist he was and how he loved
music
well there are other scriptures like
first chronicles 13 and verse 8 about
and all Israel played before God with
all their might and with singing and
with harps and with psalteries and with
timbrels and with cymbals and with
trumpets think about all of that verse
16 says and David spoke to the chief of
the Levites to appoint their brethren to
be the singers with instruments of music
literally singing and psalteries and
harps and cymbals and sounding by
lifting up the voice with joy singing
with joy and it had really uplifted all
of them and we need that in our culture
that is a part of God's culture to be
sure one scripture I'll just conclude
with this but Asaph who was a poet and a
prophet
certainly was in charge of much of the
Israelite singing he said asf of all the
psalmist seems to discuss the hands more
than others psalm 18 verse 17 says let
your right hand be upon the man of your
right hand and then he goes on to say a
self could see God's hand guiding his
nation and a chosen leader just as a
conductor would that's what he's talking
about God guides all of this if we'll
let him orchestrate his plan and it's
going to bring us great joy I mean
that's the spiritual dimension that we
all want he's going to spread that glory
to all of this world all of the heathen
as it says in 1st chronicles 16 verses 8
and 9 and verses 23 and 24
God says sing unto Him sing songs and to
him talk to you of all his wondrous
works are saying about God and all that
he does for all of us and the kind of
throw his throne room culture he wants
to bring to this world and he's going to
bring it to this world he's going to do
so very very soon and you can see that
and you can prove that in Bible prophecy
so let's learn everything we can about
great music until next week this is

HOW TO STOP SELF DOUBT & WORRY | Build A Bulletproof Mindset For Success - Duration: 7:42.
Oh yes! I'm gonna build my own business! Shoot! What was I thinking. I figured it
all out! Oh no I totally messed up! I think I'm
going bankrupt!!! Wait a second, I'm doing great, this is
awesome! Can you relate to the entrepreneurial
rollercoaster? I met so many other entrepreneurs who felt exactly like that,
and me included. We took the leap and went for it to build our own business.
But then we realized how many ups and downs entrepreneurship really has to
offer. Well, maybe we're just crazy enough to
keep riding, but there's actually one factor that can slow down that
rollercoaster, so you head stay in the game. And that's why I'm sharing with you
today how to create a bulletproof mindset for success, even if you plaqued
self doubt and worry. Make sure that you watch this video till the end, because I
have something very special for you.
Having been through a pretty dark face of self doubt myself I know how
frustrating and lonely it can be. But I want to tell you: you are not alone! Even
highly successful people like Oprah Winfrey and Queen B, Beyonce
herself used to doubt and criticize themselves. But they've found a way to overcome it.
And the key to overcome those negative habits of doubt and worry is this:
You have to work on your mindset and make it bulletproof against any
negativity! Especially your own. And I'm sure you know how important mindset really is
for you and your business. It allows you to stay inspired by your work
consistently put yourself out there and confidently share your message and your
offer with the world. And in return? Clients are drawn to your high energy
and the strong belief that you are the right person that can help them.
But what do you do when you don't know where your next client is coming from,
when you're afraid that other people wouldn't like what you say and no one of your audience and
followers wants to buy your coaching offer. This video is not about where we're
simply saying "you just have to believe in yourself"
or "just do the mindset work", because I know that is so much easier said than done.
And I'm a very detailed person and I've always wondered what do people actually
mean when they say "just do the mindset work". So even though that's the exact
message I'm sharing with you today, I'm going to show you my simple process on
how it actually looks like to work on your minds in a way that allows you to
make "just believing in yourself" simple. So I want you to grab a pen and a piece
of paper and get ready to dive deep and it's time to be completely honest with
yourself. The very first question you have to ask yourself is this what are
the benefits of doubting myself and my business.
I know, I know you're now probably wondering "how does this question will actually help me?" Well,
I know the best always a reason for our behavior and this is where you have to
be super honest with yourself so when I ask myself this question I dig deep and
I realized Wow doubting <myself allows me to not put that
much work and effort in what I do I can actually be kind of sorry for myself
instead of getting uncomfortable. And I also realized I would get some
attention from my close friends and my family because they want to spend some
time with me to make me feel better. Be you really
honest with yourself and find your benefits of your self doubt. Now ask
yourself the second question which is this: What would I do if I knew I
couldn't fail? sS this tells you your action steps on what you can focus on
think about that successful version of yourself and what she's doing is she
posting consistently content on social media or is she doing a weekly live
stream is she investing in someone who she knows can help her again be
completely open and honest with yourself question number three is what do I need
to believe in order to be that successful version of myself so get
clear on the version that knew she couldn't fail maybe this version would
believe that I am enough I am capable I am a smart and I'm amazing
I'm amazing in what I do my work is of high value sharing my message is
important I believe that I can do it these are your new beliefs and I want
you to write the most full powerful ones down and stick them somewhere where you
can see and say them daily and the last questions where I want you to write a
list with hundreds reasons off how does believing in myself gets me even more
off and fill in the blank with the answer of question number one so for
example how does believing myself gets me even more time to stay
comfortable or don't need to do that much work or in my case
how does believing in myself gets me even more attention and time for my
friends and family well the truth is I realize that believing in myself I can
get even more attention for my friends and I can spend even more time with them
because now they do because they enjoy hanging out with me and not because they
feel like they have to because they felt sorry for me so by answering all four
questions you now have a lot more clarity around your behavior the reason
why you're dogging yourself and how you can create a bulletproof mindset for
success by consistently repeating your new beliefs and I have a bonus tip for
you this is a super powerful step which is make a decision to kill yourself DUP
once and for all and I leave you with this powerful quote I read in the book
Think and Grow Rich which changed everything for me and it says this: "kill
the habit of worry in all its forms by reaching a general Blanque decision and
noting which life has to offer it's worth the price of worrying." So decide
today every time a thought of worry or doubt pops into your head re-directed it into
your new belief that you are enough that you can do this. This will truly change your
life! I hope you got some amazing value out of this video and if you want to get
even more clarity around yourself and your business release your limiting
