the full beta with only one bathroom break I guess that's a little bit too

though I'm very proud that you're playing it I got to play with two of my

subs I got to play with James and Manos thank y'all for playing with me we got

some we really enjoyed it in fact I played the first half as a team with

James and Manos and the second half I played solo Manos like grease Manos yes

yes yes and he has a very good accent and he would he would start speaking

Greece Grecian creature whatever it is and yeah and we would be talking and all

of a sudden he'd start speaking that it's gonna send me sand to sand in the

accent and he didn't know I could understand him why should he watches the

videos first anyway uh the second half I played solo and out we were ejected I

even I even killed the Grafton monster by myself

ta I did absolutely it was pretty awesome uh there's nothing about Fallout

76 that has damp dampened my spirit spirits at all about it thank you that's

one see there's that's why I'm here I was trying to figure out why I was here

cuz this is the second take I I so enjoyed yesterday

nine hours played nine hours he did so much fun now there were a lot of bugs I

I won't lie it's rough around the edges it has some performance issues

diamonds are rough around the edges though I hope I hope I hope they can get

it smoother by launch' it definitely has some some bug issues it's still in beta

form though I mean there's no reason to get crappy and complaining and negative

but I hope they can get it better by by lunch

but so much fun I built I built the base I played solo and and you can play it

solo you really can't there's there's still some people that are really scared

about playing it so I will say there are some events that are that you probably

need some teammates with and I was talking to Trey about that today and

there are some Trey was talking about needing someone to play with and we came

up with something here on the King fan man channel

we have 11 over 1100 people right here on the King fan man channel and most of

us here on this channel love fallout 76 and are playing fallout

76 so why not why can't we play together well we have the discord channel so we

have made three new discord channels as a way to connect with fallout 76 on the

Xbox the ps4 and the PC so what I'd like y'all to do is go to discord if you're

so get on discord go to discord and leave your gamertag leave your username

whatever it is because there's a lot of people that would like to have someone

have a friend to play with on fallout 76 so is there like a main discord yes the

conversation with a whole group then you're gonna need to go back to the

the beta so we can talk about wait that's the same way at the same time

without even practicing hey we did that good it's pretty awesome so we're gonna

give you time to to rest go to the restroom get something to drink whatever

you want to do to rest y'all been resting that's it good no you sit rest

go to the restroom a play and fall out is not resting

it is very taxing it's work so I'll be working so it all will be playing so the

King cast will be 8:30 to 9:30 tomorrow night central time right after the beta

Democrats FREAK: Obama Can't Fill Arena & Loses Control In Wild-Eyed Shrieking Rant - Duration: 6:46.

Barack Obama was supposed to be the Democratic messiah, bringing on the big blue wave.

But, the Obama of 2008 and 2012 is gone, and the truth is, he can't fill arenas.

The former president was just caught on video with white hair, sunken eyes, and a shrill

voice that often cracked and stuttered terribly while speaking.

Well, we just discovered what Barack and the Democrats are trying so hard to hide.

Something stinks when it comes to Democratic rallies.

In fact, there is something they can't deny.

Even their number one guy, Barack Obama, is having a hell of a time filling up a venue.

Instead, the mainstream media has to take photos at certain vantage points to give the

impression there are tens of thousands in attendance.

Fox News reports, "President Trump's rally on Saturday in Elko County, Nevada, drew approximately

four times the number of attendees as former President Obama's own rally in the state

Monday.

The Elko Daily Free Press reported that Trump spoke to roughly 8,500 supporters at a regional

airport in the northeastern Nevada mining town."

Two days later, former President Obama took credit for the nation's soaring economy

and bashed President Trump before a crowd of only 2,000, ABC News reported.

Yet, was there even 2,000 people there?

We can't dispute the ABC number, but we can question it, especially when you see the

video below.

It was taken from behind the stage and posted to Twitter as "Rosie Memos" tweeted, "It's

more like a blue puddle?

Then, there is the former president freaking out after his teleprompter went dead in Wisconsin.

We had a hard time finding any of Obama's cohorts in the leftist media who reported

on the October 26th Wisconsin rally.

Do you want to know why we think that is?

Well, first, poor Barack seemed unhinged.

Appearing far older than his years, with white hair and those sunken eyes, his voice often

cracked, and he stuttered terribly while speaking.

The former president stood before an audience of just 500 and put on a display that left

many wondering if he was okay.

At this Wisconsin rally, he was relegated to a high school since he can't seem to

fill up big arenas.

To have so few willing to see and listen to him these days has to be jolting for the political

media darling.

We only managed to find a local NBC station that posted an article titled: "Barack Obama

speaks in front of thousands at Milwaukee high school."

But, a video of Obama posted by "Mark T Jay" is going viral:

So, the Democrats are panicked.

Looking at today's big Obama rally in Georgia, we noticed something really odd.

First, instead of having it at an arena, the Democrats are having the rally at an all-male

African-American college in Georgia.

But, there's more.

Morehouse College is touted as a private, all-male, liberal arts, historically black

college located in Atlanta, Georgia.

And, to make it look like people are lining up like they do days before a Trump rally,

the Democratic rats did something really sneaky.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported, "The only way to get tickets for Friday's

campaign rally featuring former President Barack Obama was to stand in line at designated

sites between the hours of 2 and 5 p.m. today."

Why?

Why wouldn't they just give them out online like President Trump does, first come, first

serve?

Because they are trying to gaslight voters into thinking Obama is as popular as Trump

when, in fact, he can't get more than a couple thousand, at best, to attend his rallies.

They then take photos of these so-called long lines, supposedly waiting for the Obama tickets.

But, really, it's all been manufactured astroturf.

Not grassroots, like our president enjoys.

tweeted Greg Bluestein.

Notice the images circulating on social media are seemingly trying to mimic the Trump rallies:

Yet, there is something else we noticed, but we must caution, we cannot confirm if this

is, in fact, true.

However, it does make sense, considering all the other evidence about poor Democratic turnout

for rallies.

A few eagle-eyed investigators allegedly saw this ad on Craiglist just days ago, which

says, "Wanna get paid to attend an Obama rally for Abrams?

(Morehouse College)."

The fact that Major Democrats (Obama, Sanders, Clinton) cannot draw a crowd *EXCEPT* to use

college campuses (+ they're cheap); is a subtle indicator that support is not what it seems.

Hillary did same *throughout* 2016.

Almost every rally at a college/Univ.

The bottom line is, just like it was in 2016, the mainstream media is covering for the Democrats,

and they refuse to really report what is going on.

So, even though the pollsters are saying the Democrats will win the House of Representatives,

to vote red on November 6th.

We have one more chance to shock the world, just like we did in 2016.

Republicans keep control of Congress, once again.

What Can You do to Increase Your Chances of Success in Fertility Treatment? - Duration: 8:51.

Hello,

I'm Dr. Norbert Gleicher. I'm the medical

director of the Center for Human Reproduction and it's chief scientist. I

want to talk to you today

about an issue that we are very frequently asked about and that is, what can you, as the patient, on your own

do

to help in your treatment to conceive? And

honestly speaking,

there's not very much you can do beyond

following the medical advice that you are receiving,whether it's CHR or at another

fertility center. In principle,

at least here at CHR, if there was or if there is something you may be able to do,

we would obviously tell you.

But let me explain a few

principles that may help you a little bit along the way. And the first principle

relates to the concept of inflammation.

Inflammation means

not that you have a particular disease.

Inflammation in many cases

(even though inflammation can be associated with certain diseases mostly autoimmune diseases),

but inflammation can also be present on its own. For example, if you are significantly overweight,

it is

quite likely that you will show elevated

inflammatory markers. And you may have

elevated inflammatory markers even if you are very skinny, but if you, for example,

experience certain allergies or

certain intolerance towards foods,

that is indeed a very important point.

When patients ask me about, "What can I do to help?" my next question to them is usually,

"How is your diet?

Do you exclude certain foods?

Are there certain foods that give you excessive flatus (gas), or cramps, or make you feel

unwell? Are you excluding, therefore, certain foods? And if you do, then there is a possibility

that you have a

sensitivity towards these foods. The most frequent

food is obviously gluten

or dairy products. Many people don't tolerate either of these very well.

Not tolerating well gluten does not necessarily mean that

one suffers from celiac disease (even though that is obviously also a

possibility),

but gluten

sensitivity or

sensitivity to other foods

can elicit in the bowels an

inflammatory response. And that inflammatory response

can also lead to what has become kind of a

popular word in the lay press, the so-called, "leaky bowel syndrome." And

that can enter into a kind of vicious cycle where one thing

increases the other.

You eat bad foods, you get inflammation. You get leaky bowel syndrome, leaky bowel syndrome gives you more inflammation,

Etc, etc. So if you do have

gastrointestinal

problems,

then we do recommend that you go on an anti-inflammatory diet and

that

usually means to try to be gluten free,

dairy free, and

to significantly reduce sugars

in your diet.

Otherwise,

there is very little you can do by taking huge amounts of supplements

or

changing your life pattern. We indeed usually recommend not to change

life habits while in infertility

treatments because that just further increases

the already elevated stress levels that every infertility patient is exposed to.

Sticking to your routine, whether it is your work routine whether it is your exercise routine or any other routine,

is usually a much better approach.

There are also lots of rumors out there about

what one should not do. And most of these rumors

have really no data to support them. In other words,

there is, in our opinion, nothing wrong with having a glass of red wine once or twice a week.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with having a cup of coffee or two

while you're getting pregnant.

We of course do not want you to use drugs.

And we of course

greatly prefer it if you don't smoke. Finally, one more word about supplements.

Supplements are medications.

They can

do what medications do, which is

interfere with each other. And indeed, supplements can also interfere with

prescription drugs and visa versa.

Therefore, the

concept that

a drug-- just because it's considered the supplement and does not require

a prescription-- is

totally and necessarily innocent and cannot cause problems is not the correct concept.

And we therefore do not promote

excessive supplement use. If you take a prenatal vitamin,

you will be covered from the vitamin point of view perfectly. The only other supplements we in principle

recommend , unless there is a

defined and proven deficiency of course.

The only supplements that CHR usually recommends is

in older women and women with low ovarian reserve, the hormone DHEA

or

testosterone.

We prefer DHEA over testosterone and

in both female and male infertility,

the

antioxidant

CoQ10.

We have excessively in our video collection addressed

those medications and therefore here will here not be repeated.

Other

supplements including additional vitamins to routine prenatal vitamins, which are

multivitamins, are really not necessary unless you have a specific

deficiency, So if you are, for example, if your vitamin D level is low, then we

recommend that you take extra

vitamin D.

The same applies to other vitamins. But we do not

recommend that you, just because you're trying to get pregnant ,suddenly run around with a big bag full of

different supplements. I hope this short advice helps you.

Pakistanis can earn 1% more on national savings schemes as rates go up - Duration: 1:43.

A notification, shows the profit rate for savings account has gone up by 1% and investors

will now get a return of 7% on these certificates with effect from November 1.

This means that if you invest Rs100,000 in a savings account, you will get an annual

return of Rs7,000 under the new rates.

The rates of short-term saving certificates have also gone up by nearly 1%.

Three-month certificates will now offer a return of 8.28% while the six-month and 12-month

With more than seven million investors, National Savings is the largest investment and financial

institution in Pakistan with over Rs3.4 trillion in its kitty.

People can invest in its products through its 376 branches across Pakistan.

It is a department attached to the finance ministry that promotes a culture of savings

by mobilizing national savings.

The channel was first used during the World Wars I and II by the British Government to

raise funds for war-related expenses.

Besides promoting financial savings in the economy, it generates funds for the government

to finance a budgetary deficit (loss) and infrastructure (schools, hospitals, roads,

bridges and dams etc.).

Can I Be A Hero? - Duration: 3:46.

So, Hank Green said this thing recently

"We'reall the hero of the story that we tell about ourselves, yeah? Yeah."

But, the thing is, no?

I don't think I am the hero of my story, but maybe that means there is something wrong with me.

♪♫♪

In most stories, I am an NPC.

For those unfamiliar with gaming, NPC stands for non-playable character.

They might give out quests or be there as someone to trade goods with, or they might

just be in the background to make the world look more real.

I am an NPC on purpose.

It is a little bit because most of the jobs I have had in my life have been in an industry

where things were very scripted and I've known the actions necessary to take to facilitate

good relationships with my customers.

Also, the script helps prevent any of the people in my life from thinking we have too good of a relationship.

Scripted is safe.

Scripted can help keep me safe from some of the creepier customers.

This is who I am in other people's stories though.

In my story, I'm not even a main character.

The people I root for in my stories are my little brothers and my husband.

I want every good thing for them in the world and will be there to support them as they

learn and grow and pursue their dreams.

I have a few heroic qualities, but they all go into supporting and building a better world

for them because I would happily be in the background of their stories for the rest of

my life.

I'm not the focus of my story, they are.

I am happily the sidekick in my own story because it means pushing good things, pushing

attention, onto the people I love and who I think deserve that level of glory.

I should say that I have had my moments of heroism - I know that there have been times

when my wisdom, my optimism, my deep affinity for research has helped save the day - but

those all feel like sidekick qualities.

I can be the wise mentor that helps guide people to things that deep down they probably

already knew, acting both as a moral compass and as an enlightening force.

I can be the one who still has hope for the future when things seem like they are all

falling apart, which lately is all of the time, but I still think we can build a good

world and have the opportunity to have a tomorrow that is better than our today.

I can be the person doing research in the background, someone who gets to deeply understand

the problem and helps with the strategy before the coming battle.

All of those things can be heroic.

All of those can help save the day.

But I don't see myself as a hero.

And I want to change that.

I want to be good enough that I can see myself as a hero, that I can tell myself I'm a

hero, even if that isn't what is true.

But how do you turn yourself into a hero?

How do I learn how to tell stories about myself?

I don't want to be the only person who doesn't see themselves as a hero.

I don't think there is something wrong with me because of how I've constructed my personal

narrative, but I think I could make a better one for myself.

And even though I love being a sidekick to the people I care about, maybe I'm old enough

to try and be a partner to the people I care about - to be a collaborative hero on a quest

instead of just some extra support and back-up while they fulfill the quests that they've

chosen for themselves.

Well, being, who I am, I've decided I'm going to spend some time treating myself as

one of my D&D characters.

I even figured out my attribute scores - and granted, these scores reflect me at my best,

I am of below average strength, but make up for it with being a kind of brainy and logical

person with a good degree of empathy that lets me read situations and people pretty

well.

I am going to take what good and honorable qualities I do have and try and expand on

them to make myself better and to make my narrative better.

I can tell a better story.

So I will.

I've had moments where I went for the jugular in my words,

like "got you".

Mhm, OK.

In this, the depth of this depression,

there were things that were very hurtful.

Can you say what was hurtful?

Specifically you're obsessed with your family,

you're obsessed with your ministry,

you're obsessed with eating right.

You're-- it just pretty much went

down the line of everything that is important to me.

Depression shows up in different ways

for different people.

And for yours is the irritability and the anger.

Mhm.

I feel horrible that I hurt you, and that you're still hurting.

And I never want to do that to you ever again.

You know, hearing Michelle apologize, I know she means it.

I just am kind of reluctant at this point.

I don't want to hear another apology.

I want this to stop.
