Motivational Monday 11 - DON'T EVER TELL ME THAT YOU DON4T HAVE THE TIME!!! - Duration: 2:26.

I have a super stuffed nose but that's no excuse because this is a message I

really need all of you and I mean all of you to understand. Almost every single day

whenever i ask my friends like you know what are your dreams what are your ideas

what projects do you have what do you want to do with your life and how you can

get started. They tell me their big plans, their projects, their dream jobs or

dream house and stuff like that cuz I'm like yo what are you waiting on just

go do it go do it right now. I make a plan for them and

everything and you know what they tell me they just say I don't have enough time

and I'm just standing there looking and I'm like you don't have enough time

are you kidding me are you kidding me I mean like here most of the time we go to

school or go to work for eight hours okay so that's eight hours out of your

life okay and then let's just say we sleep the normal time you see eight

house as well that's 16 hours okay now most people are going to say "ah but Franck-Maleek"

probably gonna say that there's eight more hours

what about eating and all that okay sure will take that into count. Eating

taking a shower all that we can put that into two hours and a half okay two

hours and a half so how much time you have left five hours in a half right

what can you do it five hours that's actually going to help you that's the

time that you have most people are just probably watching a movie, watching some

Netflix doing something that's not helping them reach their goals. Probably eating a bag

of patato chips. Doing something that's not gonna help them. I mean let's take a

great example someone who wants to get into shape, someone who wants to hit the gym. and

they're like ah I don't know if I have the time to go to the gym and everything like that

and I'll just ask them are you probably watching a movie or a series on Netflix

and they say yeah: "I watch two episodes every single day" I'd been like so wait

wait each episode is about like 30 minutes right, and they'd be like yeah

meaning that's one hour you're wasting right there one hour you could be using

to go to gym and get the results that you want the results that you need

you're just too lazy to prioritize your priorities that are actually gonna help you. I'm to tell you

one thing it's not that you don't have enough time

you're just not prioritizing properly and also just wasting time doing useless

stuff if there's one thing I want you to leave this video with is with a mindset

a mentality, a killer instinct, to not waste your time and use all the free time

well not all of it, but the most of it too as it builds on whenever help me

What If We Didn't Have Devices? - Duration: 4:09.

Devices, they're a crucial part of society and our daily lives.

We love them, we need them, and sometimes they can get a little bit addicting

But, what if we didn't have devices?

Our devices are like our parents we love them but we often abuse them.

Now, I'm not talking about beating up your phone, I'm talking more about how we take

our devices and phones for granted.

The average amount of total time spent by mobile users is 4 hours and 5 minutes per day.

Another study shows that U.S consumers spend even more time, specifically 5 hours a day!

We use our devices for entertainment, to connect with friends and colleagues, to stay informed,

to shop, and almost anything else you could imagine.

The reason that smartphones are so addictive is that when we get notifications on our phones,

we are compelled to pick it up because of dopamine triggers in our brains.

To device or to not device is the question.

In layman's terms, are we more progressive because we have devices or would we be more

progressive as a species if we didn't have devices?

As a society, we are getting more advanced, but as individuals, we may be gradually getting

As you can see in that film, that was waking up with and without devices.

In the first scene you can see that Jimmy would probably be woken up by a sibling or

parent if we didn't have any devices.

Waking up with devices tends to take us a lot longer unlike when we don't have devices

because we are distracted by social media on those devices.

This doesn't mean we are not productive because we have devices.

Because of devices, mankind has progressed faster in the last century than any other

time mostly to do with the advances in technology.

We definitely are better with our devices but it might be beneficial if we put our phones

or devices down every so often.

5G - mmWave & Vehicular EWs - You Have My Attention & What I Need From You - Duration: 22:52.

hey everybody so I just want to give you an update on some of the research I've

been doing and kind of also provide some clarity on what I'm looking for with

some research partners and just in general like people who are looking for

help investigating energetics issues and

things that involve whatever you're experiencing symptomatically also so in

regarding 5G okay you have my attention all right I did some more research since

I did my Bases interviews and I did my last article about just talking about

how I'm trying to separate facts from this and that and everything and I'm

gonna put most of the 5G material towards the end of this and everything

because I need to talk about some other things first

but just remember because I come from a wireless company like an engineering

background and uh in you know technician background that it's because it's my

nature to I require evidence I require data and in order to do that you know I

have to look things up I have to research things so if I'm a little bit

unprepared informationally for an interview or anything like that or in an interview

interview right I need to talk a little bit more about like say hey I have to go

back and research and get more data so to that point you know since I didn't

know that much about what's going on with 5G I just wanted to share something

so part of the thing the thing I needed people understand is that it's really

expensive to measure some of these things that we're talking about so I'm

not telling you that as some back out excuse or whatever or to get out of talking

about it more in detail - it's just the reality of it folks - it's hard to find the

equipment if you follow the Mark Steel interviews that Bases Project did even

Mark Steel mentions this about how some of the gear is still being developed and

that's true in my research there's some major manufacturers that haven't even

got up into that 100 GHz (gigahertz) range as mentioned in some of

those interviews so but while I was researching this I did find some

equipment that's by manufacturers that I am familiar with from the wireless

industry, Anritsu, and so they are providing equipment that's like in the

above 110 GHz (gigahertz) range for testing millimeter wave (mmWave) and things like that so

so now that, in and of itself, right, so I'm still trying to research what are the

physiological impacts of like what can it do and that type of thing so I don't

know for certain yet but what did trouble me was that it says in addition

to 5G and E-Band this test equipment significantly improves test procedures

and lowers the cost of tests and other fast-growing mmWave applications

okay so remember mmWave millimeter-wave is part of the 5G rollout okay both in

Europe and the US and abroad in other places all right so to repeat it says uh

in addition to 5G and E-Band this meter significantly improves test

procedures and lowers the cost of test another fast-growing mmWave and

millimeter wave applications such as 802. 11 A/D WiGig, Satellite Communications

Electronic Warfare and Automotive Radar now it's those last two that concern me

because I feel like in my own research I've seen quite a bit of evidence

to suggest that they are integrating automotive radar in with electronic

warfare I just didn't know what the exact signals were I could sense the

behaviors and the signal patterns and sensations and things like that at times

so it's something that I believe is happening when people tell me but again

because I don't have mmWave millimeter wave test gear all I can do

is tell people like yeah that sounds like it's happening

potentially and I think that there's reason to be concerned especially

knowing that it's has electronic warfare applications something that I had no

idea about officially I had not read that there was even test equipment that

it did that was shared at millimeter wave applications okay so I'm trying to

suggest the people is don't immediately assume that because the wireless

industry is rolling it [mmWave] out that it's going to be electronic warfare or

automotive radar per se just just understand that as a technology within

that band okay within that EHF of extremely high frequency and then part

of it falls outside of that it's beyond that or whatever but the point is within

that high gigahertz range I guess in that 30 up to 100 GHz (gigahertz) range and

we've been discussing in these interviews

that's the mmWave and everything like that so again you know there's reason to

be concerned so but but we have to approach this very logically and as

engineers and objective people but people who don't have that background

expect you to understand that but you need to I hope that you'll understand

and appreciate that it's my role to do that okay that's that's what I bring to

the table that's the value that I bring as a former wireless engineer is that I

don't immediately rush to judgment- I ask for tests I ask

for data now it's unfair to ask people out there to collect this kind of data

because it's these meters like this is a basic one that doesn't

even cover everything that we're talking about and the base cost was over $12,000

that was just for this one- I don't think that everything's that cost but I'm just

telling you we're dealing with millimeter-wave (mmWave) is something I'm not

I've never tested personally but it involves like these meter these the

spectrum analyzers have they're pretty expensive to begin with I still can't

even get a price on most of them because they're so new and you usually have to

have wireless company credentials meaning like at dot you know company.com

Wireless to even ask for a quote okay not saying you have to but it's just

typically how it works they don't want to talk to you usually unless you work

for one of those companies and so yeah just even find out what the things cost

and everything like that it's gonna be a challenge so I'm just helping people

understand that in advance but you do have my attention and everything like

that but just remember I'm not the kind of person this can immediately rush to

judgment because these things are very complicated and I'll explain that

towards the end so if you want to research these things for me I would

like to research them with you but we're going to need a lot of help and support

we're gonna have to get together on this and you know cuz we're just dealing

with something that really requires a lot of people put their heads together

and work together and that we maintain as much objectivity and

openness to different parties that want to help us okay so by that you know if

people are a little bit confused about my talking to military you know

potentially law enforcement things like that it's don't like me being friendly

to them I'm sorry about that but see I don't exist in a world where I fear

people that like that way I just approach everybody like another human

being to me that's just being rational logical and just trying to approach

somebody you know face to face to say like you know hey is there a way that we

can meet halfway on some of these issues and that's really all I did folks I mean

I'm too old to be in the military I mean I know that they they told me as much

you know and that''s fine you know I'm just more trying to like

establish partnerships to tell people like look you know is there a way can I

can assure that you know like for example if you're having some veterans

that are experiencing some of these things maybe that you don't want to talk

about military applications of your technology but you do want to see that

person get help but maybe it's a situation it's in a grey area I can help

with that you know that's really was the kind of like the the root of what I was

trying to help them is it I'm trying to be a person that doesn't pick sides on a

lot of issues and things like that so that I can maintain my objectivity and

just collect data and and so that's valuable to everybody

you see maybe an objective is valuable to everybody yet at the same time I need

everybody to be warm to one another you know friendly you know as much as you

can knowing that there's been troubled relationships in the past that have made

that difficult for people from different groups to do so on to that that's why

this is kind probably gonna be controversial but I'm prepared to deal

with that that's okay I need you to be veteran friendly if you're gonna work

with me because I have family that are veterans and I can't have you being

aggressive to people just because they served in

the military see that's not right and it's not cool and a lot of those people

need help the same way that you do or dealing with the exact same issues so

you have to be friendly to that or at least receptive to the idea that I'm

receptive to it and even if you're uncomfortable or whatever so I don't ask

that people change who they are or anything like that but just understand that

that's my value system getting to that so this is where it's gonna get a little

controversial and I apologize to my family or anybody else this embarrasses or

friends but I do need you to be sex-positive and friendly to people that

are in the cannabis industry and this is especially important if we're

going to solve a lot of our problems because what we're dealing right now

with is reporting issues with law enforcement and so if we don't start

getting past some of these social norms that I think we all agree that things

are between free-willed adults should be kind of left you know it's at least by

the we shouldn't be bothering people excessively but we also need to address

issues where people are their will is not being respected meaning that they're

mobility is being being limited or they're being held captive or things

like that so I'm trying to solve a lot of issues at the same time and if I'm

not friendly to all these groups to let them know that my hearts in the right

place and it's not going to work and so to clarify that I need you to understand

that when I say sex-positive okay be very clear with this okay I'm gonna see

if I can find that green light I don't want pedophiles okay

I don't want pedophiles I don't want rapists I don't want sex offenders I

don't want people that have a history of being predators okay I don't want you

involved with this don't try to snake your way in okay it should be very clear

where I stand on this now if you're from groups that had troubling histories and

things like that that's fine all right because obviously I'm surrounded by

troubling history I have a lot of groups that have surrounded me I don't know why

want to be around me but I don't want them around me unless I give them

permission you see I need people to approach me honestly so that's what it's in aid of

you see, I just respect people who make decisions in their life right

and so you know that includes choices that involve you know healing with

cannabis which I personally have observed like CBD tinctures and

edibles especially things like that for people who aren't used to it

veterans especially in curing PTSD, well, I don't want to say it cures but I've just seen

it do a lot of miracles for people are experiencing a lot of muscle aches

wellness in general who just were feeling depressed or

experiencing PTSD that's a it's a very well now it's extremely inexpensive it's

widely available at least in the Washington Oregon California Nevada area

it doesn't have the addictive properties of opiates and a lot of people have been

able to cure themselves of these things by you know changing over to that so

it's important to me that you'd be friendly to that and that you understand

that I'm comfortable in that environment and that I promote it and in fact to

the point where I even have a card where I'm a worker in Oregon State if I want

to be so that's how far I've taken it so I hope you're comfortable to that

everybody you know that's just the my value system okay and and I believe in

it wholly to the point where I wanted to put myself out there that way so and to

the point of that so let me start defining a little bit clearer what I mean

by some of these terms here you know the reason why I reached out to authorities is

specifically because I want to discourage [bad people] - so what I just talked about-

being sex positive and everything like that- I want people in law

enforcement to understand is I'm open to you, you know, I want there to

be a non- I don't want these child traffickers and pedophiles trying to

creep their way in guys you have to understand if you know the cult history

and things like that these people that were connected to my grandfather they

swarm me- they don't let me get away from them to be

honest with you so I'm just being very I'm having to put my foot in the ground

and just be like just stay away okay and I'm being very clear and adamant about

it I don't want you to get in my life and try to steer things in your direction

and if you do I'm gonna point it out that's all okay and all due respect so

and I'm already dealing with it right now and I don't want more of it so when I'm

looking for partners folks that's what I need I need you to to understand that

okay so just know that a lot of people that I've been with in my history as far

as like worked with or or just were friends with or were in my family these

are all values that are pretty close to them too- I gotta tell you I know you think

that these are all they're in conflict but it's just that really we exist in a

culture right now this just seems to be a little bit too black and white on

things that that should be just be between adults and things like that

and in the process children are being heard they're being left by the wayside

and people that are slaves like human slaves have all types whether it just be

labor sex whatever the case is they're being victimized and so I'm trying to

create like a multi-tiered solution system where we're promoting certain you

know things that are positive for our culture that it's gonna help heal people

that's going to help bring wellness and part of that is being you know honestly

just more sex positive by having less sexual repression and bioenergetic

research especially if we can somehow merge all these things that I'm talking

about bioenergetic research involving Wilhelm Reich things see those are

things that involve crops so that's one of the reasons why I'm trying to like

I'm trying to express this a little bit with the cannabis industry is because

there's enormous opportunities for us to like partner with people that are from

all these different backgrounds to solve a lot of problems together and heal you

know and so I'm just trying to reach out to people to know that's that's where my

heart is and I just want to make sure that we have a very rigid system in

place oust or to make sure that we don't allow the wrong people to get

into this so I'm trying to put my foot down here and make it very clear just

because you see me warming up to things involving Freemasons OTO and Golden Dawn

it just means that I'm trying to understand it truthfully face to face

with people that are part of those organizations instead of just trusting

what the internet says okay so I understand those things involve sex

magick and things or things that just involve just sexual expression and you

know basically but see I don't identify those things the way that

sometimes the way the Wikipedia does I'm just trying to

show you what they really are what I have discovered is it yeah sometimes

people that are involved with some of these other disgusting things will try

to snake their way into those things and redefine them okay so I'm not trying to

do that my materials lately has been just trying to explain to those groups

like look I'm not judging you based on your infiltrators okay but I'm also I

don't know what you are so I still need to make sure that I know that's all you

see there's a big difference folks so I'm not I'm not kissing people's ass I'm

not you know I'm not somebody who can't question Authority in fact if you know

my history I've been in major corporations I'm the guy that actually

took things to the top if I saw something was going wrong I respectfully

talk to people face-to-face and then if that doesn't work I take it to the next

person if that doesn't work I take it to the next person that's just how I am

okay and I keep talking to them just like I'm talking to you right now just

say hey you want to do something about this because we have some problems folks

you know so and so if you're if you're having symptoms and things like that so

you know I told you I wasn't I didn't want victims and things like that I just

don't want you to thinking that because you're experiencing symptoms that I

identify that as a victim okay that's not what I mean by that I just mean to

say that if you're going to approach me looking for some assistance and

everything like that make sure that you know all these things we just covered

aren't true about you or they are whatever you know I'm saying like if you

want my assistance I just need to make sure that you're a person of integrity I

only want to help people that don't deserve to have things happening to them

I'm not interested in helping this other class of people that are connected to

groups they were connected to my grandfather potentially I don't want to

help you okay those people now these other people that I have reached out to

see there's some things that are going on right now with cults right where they

know things about electromagnetic scalar weapons things that are alternative

biofeedback types things where they can manipulate a lot of perceptions and make

people think that it's people that is not see so I'm just trying to approach

things far more objectively all right so on to that so now that you know I'm

looking for it right so you want to do research you wan to work on

bioenergetics you want to work on things involving those industries merging all

these things together I have a lot of ideas on how to do that and actually I

can train you on how to be a better investigator and all the things that

I've been talking about in return so anybody who wants to exchange skills

to help with those things I'm all for it I'll tell you everything that I know

about I can help you run spectrum analyzers I can teach you how to do look

things up on the Internet involving these things to help you research them

on your own I want there to be more education and more intelligence out

there more more educated populace to where we all feel good about having

conversations with one another these things shouldn't separate us they should

bring us together really guys so again when I mention all these things

I say these things are being positive and friendly to these things I'm not

talking about creeps I'm not talking about you know that type of thing I'm

talking about just things that we all agree on that they're normal people that

are just like hey are you cool are you cool yeah you know let's then let's

leave each other alone when it doesn't matter but when it does matter

is when things you know we need to protect children and these people try to

muddy the waters by getting in on these things and try to make them all the same

and they're not okay so again 'Adults'- these are

'Adult' environments that I'm trying to operate in to do whether it's research

whether it's bioenergetics these other things we're talking about don't get

these other things involved and don't try to pretend that you can sneak it in

sorry guys I have to reiterate this over and over again because these people keep

making these stupid emails and sending these little comments and I'm just like-

you're not welcome okay I already got enough of you- and if you want to

know some of my ideas on that you might want to go back and look at my DEA clip, I have a link to I can leave -again I

know it sounds like a silly idea but just think these things through you guys, we

can make we could have like an investigative security force that does

paranormal issues investigates these types of issues we can get involved with some

of these other things and merge brands and things together to it you know this

doesn't have to be tragic you can make this fun you know because you know I'm

if fun this could be why does it have to be tragic so you know it I'm just saying

like okay if you're experiencing energetic symptoms- come talk to me

I'll help you but this other- I don't want to deal with this- I don't deal with the

screaming into the wind type thing have some solutions and partner with me to

reach out to people to bring them closer to your way of thinking and know how

important it is just to be balanced and reasonable in doing

and I can help all of us get there just know that I'm a bridge okay but don't

try to compromise my ability to establish those bridges don't be there

like a something try to blow up my bridges you know help me out here okay

you know if you're looking for my help understand that I'm there's people that

are just like you and I that want to help you and help us with the bridges

okay really so on to that I want to talk about 5G sorry it took me a long time

to get there but it does bother me a little bit that there's some you know I

did actually talk about all these things but yeah I just want to say that it's a

main priority for us really to get this test gear and to demonstrate that we can

measure it at the same time establishing like clear databases that have all the

research that's on physiology and especially electronic warfare

applications that's what I would say start working on things that

conclusively say like when somebody says so let me give you an example if

somebody's getting critical to you about 5G concerns and everything like

that and you say 'well you know there's military applications that are blending into

this' and they go 'oh whatever' see cuz that's kind of what I would do but see

if you show me something that says 'well no Gabe actually if you see this right

here it says you know this is the military application it operates between

this gigahertz and this gigahertz and then if you notice the standard that's

being just put out there in UK and Europe it's also in this standard so if

the modulation scheme is the same'- OOOOOH! you see the difference in how you can

approach me so what I would like to do is just help more people get to the

point where you can have a conversation like that with an engineer you see if

you can't get there then you're just gonna look like the person waving

your arms and the wind saying that you're having a complaint and I don't

want that to happen to you okay in aid of that I also want you to know

when you're talking about 5G just make sure that you're separating this is

something a lot of people do by a mistake okay they they talk about how

they've had 5G in their home for years and years it's like no you didn't

actually sometimes you okay I understand why you're confused though

there's 5G [GHz Wi-Fi] Routers that have Wireless-N Standard it's in that 5.

whatever GHz (gigahertz) range okay that's on your router your home

Wi-Fi router they like Apple for example they'll default the name of that to "5G"

okay but that means 5 GHz (gigahertz) and that's the standard for Wireless-N

that's existed years and years okay long before this 5G wireless standard but

that we're talking about now what we're talking about now is an evolution within

the wireless industry on wireless towers and those wireless networks where it's you

know when 2G, 3G 4G now we're on 5G and the evolution of the technology so it's

two different "5G"s- one officially means actually 5 GHz (gigahertz) - the other

one means like fifth generation so distinguish between the two okay because

what people try to do to it like especially disinformation people to

confuse it they'll get inside your message boards and do that thing where they are

like 'I've had 5G on my router for years!!!' it's like - they know that it's

different you guys they're just doing that to mess with people so i'm just

telling you like you have to you have to be wise to those things right and be

able to separate them and i want you to be a person that's out there going hey

stop trying to fool us you know what i mean like be sharper be wiser that's all

and i'll hope you get there but you know help me you know be a bridge of

information so that i'm not compromised and

i have to maintain my objectivity folks and i do that by having data so

trying to think of what else there yeah but again also establish you know your

definitions between the bands that you're operating on and and separate

your concerns between what is operating that upper gigahertz millimeter wave (mmWave)

which is above like 26 GHz (gigahertz) and there's a different mix that I'm I

don't want to get into that already did another article but the point is is like

separate that between the other bands that are being deployed along with it

now if you have concerns about both that's fine I'm just telling you like

tell people that you're concerned about millimeter wave (mmWave) if that's it and then

tell them that you're concerned about both if that's it but if you just say 5G

in and of itself you know it's gonna create confusion so I understand that

hey you know I would do another article in more detail to help you get there but

this is just to help bridge the gap on some things again on these issues and

let you know that yes you have my attention I would like to work with you

on it more I'm concerned also because this does sort of fit with some of my

research especially the vehicle things because I've been doing a lot of

research on vehicular harassment that involves electronic warfare and I just

have not been to figure out what it is cuz folks

honestly think this through a little bit if I'm going to research an electronic

warfare in-vehicle well I can't be alone you know I need a partner and I don't

have many capable people that I can work with that have the equipment have the

know-how or have the guts and who aren't connected to one of these groups that

I'm talking about so you can understand my challenges so I'm just trying to put

myself out there as much as possible to tell you what I'm looking for and thank

hello YouTube how are you and hello fiber community um this is

only the second time I've gone live so um live on YouTube that is so a little

excited and a little nervous so just bear with me in my nerves I'm coming to

you today from my phone I hope I have a good signal and I just want to share

with you all the exciting things that I've been doing in the past couple of

months well they're exciting for me especially for a person that has been

living with fibromyalgia for 20-plus years so it's exciting for me to share

with you everything that I've learned in the past couple of months everything

that I've been doing and I'm just so super excited to share that with you so

I'm hoping that I'll be able to see comments on my phone and like I said

this is the second time I've gone live on YouTube so I'm still learning

oh there's Monica Miller hello how are you hello um so excited to be here

Monica I hope you're doing well um and if I don't see a comment come through

I was so nervous I was like oh people gonna come or people do good people

have been doing a lot in the past couple of months and I know I've been kind of

you know m.i.a and I've had some people ask me like you

know where where have you been are you okay and I want you to know I appreciate

that from the bottom of my heart I appreciate that

that strangers that I've never met check on me and I can't tell you how important

that is to me so thank you so much I greatly appreciate it so I thought today

I just had this thought bubble go live on YouTube talk about where you've been

what you've been doing you're up Shore downs you know where

you've tweaked where you've adjusted things what's still working what's not

working for me that is and anything that I talk about

medically here or any supplements I talk about or anything that I'm doing in my

regimen I want you to know that it's my regimen and I strongly encourage you to

find a doctor that's willing to listen to you and the plan that you want to

take in your fight against this illness on your war against this illness so if

your current doctors not listening fire him move on him her fire them move

on find someone who is wanting to listen and help you in your journey now you're

gonna have to please excuse me because I've made notes because my brain fog has

been a little iffy the past several months and I'll try to remember to tell

you why and you'll understand why I'm saying that of course so what have I

been up to well let's see I decided to go to England kind of on a whim

right around January and when it came to August I

I knew that my trip was coming up in a month I had been really focusing on from

February to August YouTube channel my support group on Facebook and just been

you know thinking about writing a book and looking into all that and so I was

really busy busy I had a lot of balls in the air and come August first I thought

Jessica you have to prepare your body to go 4,000 miles five hours ahead

of where you are currently and that began to intimidate me and I thought oh

gosh okay one I've never ever traveled alone ever ever by myself I'll be 42

years old at the end of this month and well 42 years young at the end of

this month and I've never done that I've always traveled with family or my kids

or husband or friends I've never jet set it by myself well my best friend lives

in England shout out to Karen Richards she lives in England

we met on my support group and it's just crazy anyway so it's not as if I just

jump on a plane and go meet some stranger anyway I had a great time so I

flew to England September 8th and the month prior bulked up on my yoga bulked

up on my meditating started going to the chiropractor three times a week making

sure that I was eating correctly hydrating correctly because I knew that

my body going up in the air is it was going to produce a lot of inflammation

inflammation equals pain pain equals and you know it changes a person so I wanted

to make sure that I gave myself self love and self care so I really just

focused on me for that whole month of August so I anyway I took my trip whit

had a great time the first night I slept really really well it was amazing and it

wasn't like a jetlag sleep well it was just like whoo I'm sleepy and I fell

asleep I had really no pain when I landed at all and I was I was just you

know exhausted from the trip but I stayed awake the rest of the day and I

fell asleep that night normal time woke up the next day feeling great as that

day went on I began to decline and my vagus nerve decided to go all wacky back

crazy and I had some anxiety attacks massive panic

attacks I was throwing up I had diarrhea I was very very sick and I scared my

poor best friend to death so not literally but you get my meaning

so I was dealing with that vagus nerve pretty much the whole first part of the

week and we had had so much planned to do so many exciting things to do and I

was bound to determine do not Jessica let this hold you down or get you back

and the good thing about the vagus nerve is it loves to attack you the first

thing in the morning when the Sun is supposed to be rising and the first

thing at dusk when the Sun is setting so you'll start to get those symptoms and

you'll start to recognize them for me I get like this warm sensation in my

stomach start to feel a little bit of anxiety and flutter in my body and I can

just fill restlessness and and I don't like it I can also become nauseous I can

wake up nauseous I can wake up with anxiety wake up with panic wake up with

a cough so wake up not being able to breathe very well that's your vagus

nerve talking to you and you need to learn how to stimulate that so anyway I

spent that whole first part of the week kind of not feeling very well but still

went out had a great time second part of the week I really got acclimated

acclimatized to the weather over there and had a great time came back and the

jetlag was worse when I came back then when I went over there and I was there

for two weeks y'all I'm gonna flip my camera and see

if I can see oh okay okay so if you're commenting y'all I can't see any

comments so anyway alright so uh yeah had a great time came back got really

really sick for the first week that I was back

it took me six days to recoup from my trip ordinarily a person with

fibromyalgia or autoimmune takes days upon days upon days to feel

better to feel somewhat back to what we would consider our normal so but I was

very shocked and proud of myself it only took six days and it says in in

Wikipedia or whatever and even my chiropractor said it's usually one day

of jetlag per one hour you go ahead in time so you know go forward in time so

six days wasn't bad I was excited so I came back it got

really sick from jetlag decided that you know things still weren't going the way

that I really wanted them to go and I wasn't feeling the way that I really

wanted to feel so I began to focus more on yoga and meditating and then I

started thinking you know what my body is feeling somewhat like crazy enough

I've lost the next trip total I've lost 47 pounds that's 47 pounds and I started

out I started out my journey at 187 is that 47 pounds 187 point what Evers and

I'm now 140 4.5 so whatever that equals to that's what I've lost

um and I could not be more proud of myself and that's because I'm I did it

my way I decided not to listen to these medical professionals telling me that I

needed this medication that medication in this medication and then I decided

you know screw that it's not working their way is not working and I began in

this past month all of September and October really focusing on getting me

healthy to pass on the information to you because it's working and I know that

there's lots of channels out there for fibro and chronic

paying that say it's working it's working it's working if you've watched

my videos you can clearly see the differences even in my body shape my

body posture my confidence level the my facial features my eye you know

everything is just heightened and it's because I've listened to me this time

not what everybody else wanted me to do I listened to what I wanted to do I

wanted to feel better I wanted my life back I wanted to say even more of a

better example for my children I wanted to get back to work I wanted to feel

what life was supposed to feel like life isn't supposed to feel like pain and

anguish life isn't supposed to feel like depression life isn't supposed to feel

like isolation it's not supposed to be loneliness it's supposed to be freedom

and no matter where you are freedom and love and support and care and honesty

and I'm just learn I have learned in the past couple of months just to continue

to listen to me because I no longer have fibromyalgia pain I don't

I have neck pain that I address I have some back issues still not much because

I've been going to the chiropractor ritually I'm sleeping I am dealing with

this vagus nerve near Rafi crap and I'm learning more and more about it every

day and I'm researching every day and I've joined support groups for that to

learn more I have asked a major fluent a fluent doctor here in Georgia to take me

on as an employee as a partner basically I want to work with him and be you know

help his chronic pain patients to feel better

about themselves so that they can begin to address the rest of them where is

their pain coming from where is the stress coming from where is this

inflammation coming from not just healing the physical body okay not just

healing your vessel okay but healing your soul down deep inside and healing

this and when you do that your body just falls into line and I've just learned

that and you know what I hear and something ago I would not have said to

you oh you're gonna call me a yogi one day ever ever ever would that be in my

vocabulary not because there's something wrong with Yogi's because there's not

because now I call myself a yogi and I'm happy for him

because it's gotten me out of pain it's um made me happier it's made me lighter

it's made me see things in a different way I'm stretchier I'm bindi Ron Moore

and I'm gaining muscle again and although it doesn't look like it you

know I am you know I'm gaining that and uh oh and you can see I'm excited about

it and this excitement is not coming from some prescription bottle or some

anxiety medication this anxiety and this this a this excitement is coming from

pure self-love and not listening to mainstream media or medical

professionals telling me that I can't get better if you think that fibro can't

be healed you haven't watched all my videos to watch the progression if you

think that autoimmune can't be healed why do you think that way because you've

been told that because you know that for sure are you 100% sure I

I know 100% that you can heal your body and it's taken me over a year to get to

this point and let me just tell you something I know my gut is healing

because the amount of sugar I just got through eating this past weekend on our

family vacation should have been enough to put me in a huge flare no pain

no weight gain no bloating no exhaustion from the sugar I know I shouldn't have

had the sugar because sugar is not good for us but I wanted to share a s'more

with mine my nine-year-old niece and that's what I did and I had a great time

doing it and I made memories at the same time and you know so yeah I've been

working on that so I've also been getting back to my hiking went last

weekend not this good but the past weekend went

hiking went back to the homestead and just walked around and went to the falls

and this weekend my whole family my sister's family my family my mom we all

took off to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia and did a lot of walking there I

did a lot of reflecting there and just was just took in the moment um my vagus

nerve decided to act up the second night I was there just like it did in England

I was very very sick um that second night I woke up vomiting and had anxiety

and just did not feel well at all and so I decided that I needed to come on home

a day early so I should have been coming home today but I came home last night

and it's okay because I look at it this way the house is quiet my family doesn't

have to worry whether I'm gonna wake up in the middle night and vomit all over

the place so they've had a great night of sleep and I've had a great night of

sleep and you know what a year ago I would have never thought this was

possible honestly I really honestly would have told

do that a year ago I think I probably what I told you that I might not be here

in a year's time and now I'm here to say I'm gonna be here past a hundred if I

keep doing this and I'm happy to do that because I'm learning that life is

exciting and it can be exciting it takes a lot of work it takes a lot of

willpower it takes a lot of education and research dedication commitment to

loving yourself enough to get rid of the negativity that's in your life to get

rid of your stress and I know you're probably thinking easier said than done

look I know it's not easy I know it's not because I've done it and it hurts

and it's a process that one must go through to be happier and less stressed

so I worked through those processes in the past couple of months I've worked

through those relationships that didn't work out I've worked through those

negative moments and asked myself why was that negative and why are you

stressed why do you have a heaviness on your shoulders right now and I guess you

could say that pain chronic pain chronic inflammation chronic illness has taught

me all of these things that I'm sharing with you now because I don't want to

live that way I want to run with my grandkids one day I want to show the

world that one person can change many by an act of kindness by spreading the word

paying it forward sharing energy love light whatever you want to call it but I

can honestly tell you right now that whatever you're going through I want you

to stop and tell yourself that you're

enough say I am enough whoever you are right now whatever you're going through

whatever pain you're experiencing whatever it may be close your eyes and

say I am enough because you are it doesn't matter what other people tell

you what matters is what you tell you and you need to tell yourself

every day that you are enough that you have always been enough that you will

always be enough that whatever life throws your way

you can handle um give yourself permission to love yourself give

yourself permission to go to the yoga mat or the yoga chair and love yourself

give yourself permission to take time out of your day to meditate and breathe

and remember who you are you are not your connick pain you are not your

illness you are not what doctors tell you you are so special and so much more

than you ever know and I want you to know that I'm here for you and that's

why I'm live today because if anything know that someone in the world knows

what you're going through and that I've walked the path and I continue to walk

the path and the path keeps getting better and better and better and better

and I could not be more proud of myself and you need to be proud of yourself for

where you're at in your life no matter where you are because you're here

you got to today you you are here and you didn't get here by happenchance you

you're here because you took the journey um and I want to do that with you

so that's what I've been doing in the past couple of months I'm also kind of

adjusted a little bit of my regimen as far as my supplements I still obviously

take my bovine colostrum LD from sovereign laboratories twice a day you

can find that information at WWE at or is calm and let me see if I could spell

that correctly s o ve r e I G in laboratories calm and you can also go to

WWF on Health Initiatives org and learn more about it there so I'm still doing

my colostrum twice a day I have really tried hard to get as much caffeine out

of my system as possible for about a month I had caffeine completely out of

my system for about a month I fasted I did the inter intermittent fasting so I

was going anywhere from 16 to 18 hours without eating and then eating a healthy

meal and then making sure that I'm taking my supplements making sure that

I'm keeping on top of all that 2 main things that I've added in my regimen and

which I absolutely 100% love ok both of these are very safe to take the first

one is called or checks it's made by standard process you can find that on

amazon.com or checks is bovine liver and spleen

so that is cow liver and spleen and it's powdered and put into a capsule you can

take up to four of these a day I take these at night

now what this was great for is it does put iron in your system as well as

promotes relaxation and helps your adrenals to realize that okay you're all

calm everything's okay and fighter fly and it just really helps

if you have anxiety attacks you can take one of these twenty minutes later you're

just like okay we'll relax whoo so I love or checks it's safe to take

with any medication okay an only standard process makes this an standard

process is a very very well known great company so they not to do a pun but they

have great standards so anyway great company love that the next thing made by

standard herb I mean standard process but it says at the top Medi herb but

that's because they they bought out standard probably and vice versa I don't

even remember anyway if you look up Siberian ginseng okay

even though this is spelled and I cannot pronounce it BRR but it's Siberian

ginseng so look up standard process Siberian ginseng and it'll pull up this

root this one is safe as well this one is great for adrenal support for the day

and night and let me tell you why because it's an adaptogen it's a

fantastic adaptogen herb and one must get excited about adaptogen herbs

because adaptogen means just that it adapts to so if you wake up in the

morning and you've had your colostrum Yatta Yatta Yatta 30 minutes later

you're ready to start your supp you know take your other supplements if you took

Siberian ginseng this is going to give you a little bit of a boost in energy

and stabilize your mood makes you a happier person and it really supports

those adrenals that's why it increases the serotonin it's it's just fabulous

it's great for brain fog because it is supporting your adrenals and if your

adrenals are fatigued then you are going to experience brain fog so my brain fog

is getting better after starting this and I'm very

thankful for it so then I take this anywhere from two to four times a day

and I usually have been just sticking with two times afternoon and night

because at night when I take it it adapts to the body saying okay melatonin

needs to be processed oppa me and all that good stuff Sian and all that needs

to be processed for us to go to sleep so then it adapts to the body and then it

promotes sleep as well so I take these at night along with my melatonin plus

alpha and I take those at night and it's great for the body and it's natural and

you feel like okay I'm putting good stuff in that's gonna help support me

and heal me instead of just suppressing those symptoms with the prescription

medications so you know those are just a couple of

things that I've added into my regimen and they are working and I couldn't be

more excited to share that with you so yeah if you have any questions or

been the most struggle for you for me the past couple of months has been brain

fog and fatigue and I've been working on that and what I'm doing is working and

The things that we find so important nowadays are kind of ridiculous.

But, for that, I will also say that the second thing social media has taught us is what priorities

really matter.

We have gotten a global perspective and really felt the ability to downplay the drama in

our own lives; to really take a look, and attack, the problems that afflict the whole

world.

[Todd Phillips]: Number one, the first question, was: what's the greatest need in the world?

We realized it was water.

Another clear victim of social media is our perspective.

I talk a lot about perspective, but is there anything, more than social media, that has

narrowed our focus, and narrowed our focus, and corrupted the ability to see what's

going on around us?

Number 4, the other side of that coin, is that social media has given us new perspectives.

This global reach has given us the ability to see how similar we are.

For all our diversity and all our cultural differences, we are SO the same people inside.

The fifth thing that social media has taught us is how to destroy relationships.

It is just SO easy for us to fall into the pit of judgement, and hate, and careless words.

But, you know?

The sixth thing that social media has taught us is how to identify the relationships that

really matter.

The people that will really support you, the people that will really cheer you on and build

you up.

The seventh thing that social media has taught us all is how to exploit people.

But by that same token, the eighth thing that social media has taught us is what true humanity

is.

The ninth thing that social media has taught us all is how to cave to the flesh.

But, you know?

The tenth thing that social media has taught us all could be the most important: exactly

what God looks like.

There are so many, SO MANY, professions of Love, and connectedness, and togetherness

in the diversity of social media that all shows the face of God, that all cries out

to the Creator: WE LOVE YOU!

Well, well, well…

I'm sorry, I had to take the joke: there's a well out here!

Anyway, to wrap this: the power of social media is staggering, but all it's really

done is expose for us, very clearly, the duality of humanity.

We can use it or good or we can use it for evil.

But the question that you and I have to ask ourselves every time we post, every time we

respond to a post, every time we create something: is this building someone up or tearing someone

down?

Is this bringing people closer together, or driving them further apart?

Does this create more "us"es or does this create more "them"s?

Carry this with you this week; whatever piece of this, whatever item or items ring to you

in this, grab on to those and make a concerted effort to do better, to be more to celebrate

the diversity of humanity more, to build people up more, to build yourself up more.

And use it, use it as always, to be the you-iest you you can possibly be.

And may God pour out the blessings of good judgement, and perspective, and prioritization

to you to do what really matters, to focus on what really matters.
