How to Make Money for Christmas - 3 AMAZING Ideas! 🎄💲 - Duration: 7:25.

In today's video I'm going to share with you three amazing ideas to make some

extra money for this Christmas season. These ideas are great because they are

really easy gigs and require no hard work or any experience at all.

Hey boss! Welcome back to my channel. I'm Mirjan and on this channel I post videos

every single week to help people, especially beginners to make money

online, work from home and create an online business. So, if you are interested

on this stuff, consider subscribing! And if you want my number one recommendation

to make your first dollar online, click the first link in the description below

and I will share with you some more information about it. So, we are one month

away from the most beautiful time of the year and as you might already know, our

bank account and our wallet go from zero to minus zero. But this year this isn't

going to happen because I have found some amazing ideas that I think are the

solution to our problems. So without further ado, let's start with idea number

one. Amazon Mechanical Turk known also as Amazon MTurk! But what is this?! Amazon

Mturk is basically a short task site. Which it means there are going to be

some short small tasks on the site that you can pick up and complete whenever

you want. There are no hourly commitments or scheduling requirements. This is

something that you can do in your spare time. These short small tasks include:

audio that need to be transcribed, identifying objects that are

in a photo, some small data entry jobs and things like that...

Tasks are known also as HITs, which it stands for Human Intelligence Tasks and

sometimes to take a HIT you need to qualify for it. Which it means that you need

to pass a small test in order for you to be able to take that HIT. Also you

need to take one HIT per day during your first ten days as a worker. And there is

going to be also a maximum limit of 100 HITs per day during your first ten days

as a worker. Keep in mind that this isn't a job that is going to make you big

money. Based on some reviews that I've seen online, you are going to make

something on average from five to ten dollars per hour. So, if you are looking

to pay your bills with Amazon Mturk, this isn't going to work for you. This

is a good option only for you to make some extra money so you can spend for

holidays. Idea number two is Figure Eight. What's Figure Eight? Figure Eight is known

before with the name CrowdFlower and is a platform that helps companies to test

their programs through the use of human intelligence. It's similar to Amazon

Mturk. You select the project that you like, you read the instructions that you need

to follow and you are ready to go... You can complete as many tasks as you want

and you can come back whenever you want! A few examples of the tasks that you

need to complete include: categorizing social media which basically you need to

read a short tweet or post and then help decide what it's about.

You can moderate content. You can decide if a picture or a text is acceptable. For

example, if a picture is exclusive or a phrase contains abusive language.

You can also transcribe audios, draw boxes on images and many more... And as same with

Amazon Mturk, don't expect to earn big with Figure Eight. You can earn on average

thirty dollars per month. The idea number three is about UserTest. With

UserTest, you will review websites and get paid within two days. This is faster

than any other review site. You will get paid eight pounds per review. So it's a

simple and stress-free way to earn extra cash in your spare time. Your reviews

will be used to improve website design and messaging. So basically guys, your only

job is to visit the website and then say out loud your opinion about the website.

What works and what doesn't work. That's it. The signup process is very simple. You

enter your email and you select your country/ Then you will receive an email

from the website where they will ask you to download and install a software that

you will use to take a sample test in order for you to be qualified for

the website. So you need to pass the test to be able to make some

money. Keep in mind though, that the number of reviews that you will get,

depends on your country where you live. So for example, if you live in US

or UK you'll get much more reviews to work. On the other hand if you live in a

third-world country for example, where I am in Albania,

you will get much more, you will get less reviews to work. So keep in mind that.

And also when a review comes to you, it's better to take that right

away because there are other website tester that might be faster than you and

they will take your website review that you need to work... Ok?! So guys,

this is all basically all for this video. If you found it valuable, please like and

share it with your friends and family! Now, it's time for the question of the

day... What kind of video do you want me to make in the future to help you to make

your first dollar much faster?! Comment below with your thoughts and I will make

sure to read them all and say hello to you... Thank you so much for your time. See

you on the next video...

How to Create Your First Relational Database in Notion - Duration: 12:09.

Hey guys and welcome back to another video today's video as mentioned we're talking a lot about relational databases

We're going to be working on a problem that I'm suffering from and hopefully fix it with relational database site

Hi, I'd like sort of touched on it in one of the previous videos I did

But I didn't really go into detail and this week. I might actually have been sitting down and

Learning about more about how I could adopt it

So hopefully this video can be applicable to you and shows a few of the features that the database is uses

So go it's just full we dive in I've got a list in front of me of the five winners of the 50 cake giveaway

The fifth cake giveaway was with lots of prizes and it was just a appreciation of you guys for reaching

50k subscribers on this YouTube channel, so thank you very much and here are the winners

So the first winner will be gadget gal

Second winner is Dmitry chimera this I'm gonna butcher people's names here

next third winner is Kay mark, NYX Orman and also

Sebastian telo and

Also Christian Maggie Loman. I'm really sorry if I ruined anyone's names there you guys are winners

So I will messaging separately for winning that big bundle of prizes for 50k

we'll do another giveaway at probably 100k so maybe

Sometime later next year also be doing giveaways blended with other videos, so do not worry

So as I mentioned guys today's video we're diving into Notion relationship databases. I am fixing a specific problem with my

workouts

Experience I want to be able to tally workouts but have them in a more responsive manner in my health dashboard

So hopefully this video gives you full outline. So let's jump over to the Mac

So guys in the last notion video, what we did is we looked into my workout routine and health dashboard

Slowly at the end of the video talking a little bit about relational databases. Now, what I want to do in this video is

explain how to create a relational database and how it can be useful in an everyday routine or a

Project that you may be working on

So in this demonstration, I'll be taking my health dashboard

Which is available here talk briefly about it before what I was doing with it

So previously what with it is a and a new tally for the day all I didn't sleep time

Meditation whether I did it or not

Also a doubt what I workout I did and also how much time that is a food rating

And also how much time I spent on audible now, I do this pretty infrequently. So

Maybe every two days roughly and I've started this start of November

Although deleted some past dates now the real idea of this is to make it

almost a tally of how I can improve like giving a me a

sleep medium time so that I can really try and improve on the hours of sleep I get and also the

meditation being able to track how many times done meditation but primarily

I want it to be a place where I can tally my workouts and my food

so previously what I did with my workouts is I created a

Relational database a property type here so I can just go to this one and click relational

basically

This is connected up with a database that I had previously called workout log and workout log if we go back to the home

and you can find it over and bottom right was essentially me plotting out on a

Database calendar all of the dates and times that I did my workout

So for example last week last Tuesday, for example, I did a boxing and core workout that took me 30 minutes

and I usually just plot them here and then use I recently started to use the

relational calendar or sorry the relational database

Property type inside of here to link them up and then do a look look up here or a rollup

Sorry to be able to count how much time spent

So what I want to do in this video is actually change the way I do that

I want to create a new database that tallies the workouts that I do

The types of workouts so that I don't have to associate these two dates

so for example whenever I was

finding one of these I would go in and

I'd have to search for the date that I did it on say for example, in this case. It was a 23rd

I'd have to look. Okay, where's the 23rd of November?

I think I did on 23rd of November should be around here in this case it oh, there it is

Workout a and I press plus and it adds it to it and then it imports the 30-minute timer

So what I want to do is I want to create a relational database from scratch show you how to import it

So what we're going to do is delete these properties here and we're going to create them from scratch

So let's dive over to the the workouts area. So I'm going to click workout routine

So this is the area where I store my workout routines at the moment

And the goal is to basically now have a list of workout routines that I can go and implement

These are something that I was playing around last night. So I'm gonna get rid of a few of these

I'm going to drag them onto here because these are not benchmarks, but they're like

Challenges that I want to do so I can do that separately in the future so I can say here workout

menu a

Workout menu. Here we go

So I've got the pool strength workout, which is this one here so I can if I've got this one inside of here

So if I open it up and check that it's in there

Then I can get rid of this down here and I'll do the same for these two up here

so these are two other simple workouts that I've got here version work out a and

Workout B and they're really simple like blend of cardio and core

So you're probably wondering here

Why do you need these in some sort of workout menu and will their recently added?

workouts that I've started use use inside of notion and the

reason why I use them so much is that I press pretty much press open when I'm in the gym and

Follow the step by step. So for example do a deadlift do a bent over row and I can follow that

Very to the point and it's quite a good way and maybe able to keep track of everything

So in this case, I'm just gonna give this one a quick icon

Let's just put the bike because I guess is some spin bike in there and I'm gonna put the time taken is normally around around

2025 minutes let's say and it's also like more focused on

Core than it is. Let's say upper. So I'm going to go and do this one for what heartbeat. Ooh

Okay, so there we go

I've pretty much got the workouts and laid out and maybe I can get rid of that and just call it pull strength

But you can see here. I've basically got the name of the workout

I've got the time taken for each workout the type of body area it covers and essentially that's going to be my workout menu now

The goal behind this is that I can have almost a menu that I could go into follow as I'm at the gym

And be able to tally which ones I did so previously as I mentioned I pretty much just handed them in here

I'm not going to be doing that now, so I don't really need this one anymore

What I'm going to be doing is adding this as a relational database inside of the health dashboard

So there's mentioned that was a table inside of the workouts area. So what I'm going to do is

Impala m-- and I'm gonna call it workouts and I'm gonna drag it over to here because that's where I originally

Had it just in between meditation and food. Now, I'm gonna go down here and change the property type to relation

It's going to ask me what database I should bring in

So I'm going to type in menu, which is was titled app and create relation. So now basically it's linked up

So essentially if I'm like, okay, I need to tally that I did core. I believe I did core in that day

I can go down here and see all of different

Workouts that I've got up my options and the wizard time taken in tanks as well

So I'm gonna say I did a little bit of boxing. I think I did

No

I actually did work out a that day and if I press ENTER

You can see that workout eight appears here. Now. The real magic is where I want to start tallying up the

amount of

workout time that I have

So let's say here a property type I go to roll up and I'll make this a little bit smaller

Because there's only just a quick number

I'm going to relate it to the workout area because at the moment, that's the only existing relationship here

I'm going to choose the time taken tag

And what I'm going to do here is I'm gonna use some which I'm going to come back to in a bit later

on in this video, for example, if I did two types of workouts in if I did a boxing one two

what I could do is I just add that one to there and as you can see boxing and workout here and

the sum of all both of those workouts appear together

So I've got both boxing and workout a tally to sixty minutes of time now

What I might want to do is well is be able to add a separate column of just a very simple

How much walking time I had during the day

I've got a separate field here called walk time now

Basically, what I want to do is not adding the amount of time I spend walking so that could be 12 minutes that day

And let's just set to twelve minutes a day

just so that if I go on a walk I can be able to tell you that -

Now this is where the formula magic comes in. I'm gonna type in and total

Fitness time

and

I'm gonna give that one a property type of

Formula so formula, this will be able to hopefully tally up all of the most important information here

So what I'm gonna do is gonna press ENTER and this appears at the top right now

What something I want to state is I don't actually I'm not a master in formulas and I'm actually learning them

I was learning them a bit over the weekend

But only to the point where I'm going to demonstrate this

I will be doing more videos on this so do stay tuned for it

so what I'm gonna do here is I'm going to choose the

workout time because that's where the roll up appears and then I'm going to go and hit plus and then add

walk time what I'm gonna click then is done and you can see here that a simple formula has been able to

Work whatever I do and change inside of here. So let's say I didn't do boxing it can

Automatically change the time at the fitness time that I've done so far

So it's quite a neat way of being able to bring everything together. So maybe I need to change that into total fitness time

TFT and drag that down so I can see a nice indication of

Let me just neaten these up. I

Can see a nice indication really clearly of how much time I've done during the day so I can start from today and actually

Click that on there and I can be like, okay, I slept it's in essence eight hours

Which is pretty good didn't meditate this morning?

and when I do a workout could start to begin to tally all of that when I do a walk I can do all of

That and that's a nice way to be able to use the formula now

Hopefully that made sense as you can imagine it takes them at a time

one thing I want to do in the future is play around a little bit more with formulas because once I learn

How does it ruin false staff and more detailed stuff? I could potentially have a good go of it

And when notion lisa's api, I think that's when it's going to get proper exciting

And we guys hopefully I give you a nice introduction to the relational databases science stuff

It's really easy relational database can connect with any of the databases whether it's a table with its calendar

Inside of your notion account and it's really easy to get going once you get going. So just have a play around with it

That's my recommendation see where it can really connect with your daily routine

What I would say is use it like a menu initially like here I'll be able to see all of the different

Types of stuff I've done so far

And I can pick out and add it to it versus necessarily

you know like whether you're sort of

Versus versus necessarily having unique setups like I did have befall is unique values in there something there

That would be a recommendation from me and every guy is a big

Thank you for stopping by and today hopefully in a few weeks you'll be to see this fully populated. But without further ado guys

Thank you very much for stopping by today a little short message to finalize everything

Circumcision and Sex | How Circumcision is affecting Sexual life | From Personal Experience | - Duration: 6:43.

Hi. I am here to say about Circumcision

Hi. I am here to say about Circumcision

Hi. I am here to say about Circumcision

Usually circumcision is done as part of

religious practice among Muslims and Jews

But in this video I am focusing on circumcision

done in adult stage, its pros and cons

During adult stage ,if you have phimosis

or urinary tract infections

you need circumcision

I am talking only about

the surgery in this condition

as the surgery is done in a sex organ

how it is affecting sex is debatable

circumcision is removal of skin from penis tip

by detaching it from glans bellow

this surgery cost $100 to $1000

This is a one day surgery

painless and no hospital stay needed

no pain in passing urine after it

only thing is a small bandage at penis tip

when it is removed a small pain will be there

after the surgery no sex is allowed for

1 to 2 months as it can cause

infections

This surgery can help in preventing

HIV and other infections

this condition of storing urine in penis

tissue isstopped by the surgery

by that infection is prevented

it can also prevent penis cancer

about 30% of men in the world are

circumcised

Now we can discuss how it affect sex

there are many debates about it

some say it decrease sexual sensitivity

some say it increase

from my experience

there is no change in sexual excitation

after surgery

it increased erection time

main problem is that the glans

is highly sticky after surgery

it can even stick to our cloths

this can decrease lubrication

so pain can occur during sex

otherwise no problem in sex

after the surgery

in conclusion

there is no such problem seen after

circumcision

only some discomfort for 1-2 months

its perfectly useful

due to its health benefits

i am doing this video

because many people are

still afraid of doing this

due to many misleading internet stuffs

this is from my

personal experience

you don't have any problem after the

surgery

so why bearing pain

due to phimosis

or infections

do the surgery

immediately

have a better health

and sex life

after the surgery

thank you for viewing

Jack San Felice how I found the Silver King Mine - Duration: 12:25.

[Music]

welcome to another edition of Mysteries of the Superstition Mountains today we

are pleased to be out here at the Silver King mine with Jack San Felice who's a

noted historian and author on the area and he's here with us Jack it's good to

have you here tell us how did you become associated with the Silver King mine

at age 52 I've in law enforcement enough was enough and you know I worked I spent

11 years working in the ghettos so working shift work where I would work in

high crime areas so I came out here and I didn't want to go back into law

enforcement I could have but I decided that I always wanted to go west until I

I came west I was always enamored about stories about the Cowboys and he my

heroes on television of course all will were the Jack Webb and Dragnet and the

Cowboys Roy Rodgers Gene Autry and Tex that even a silent Cowboys Tex Ritter

and Johnny Mack Brown and the Cowboys and those guys the Sheriff's and whatnot

of the Old West they were kind of like my heroes the heroes got always been

Cowboys well that's the way it was I wanted to see the Old West before the

Old West was gone and from what I was reading the Old West was going fast the

development of the Old West was going fast so I did have my sister living out

here at Cave Creek running a...

I was supposed to have a job out here working

in PR I don't know why they might have thought I might have been a good talker

or something had been the press officer for our department a large department

for one year I didn't like it but man I thought that would be boring I wanted to

stuff more exciting and I had read about this thing called the lost soldiers

story and the Dutchman mind the Dutchman story but the

story of the soldier story enamored me because I had been around the homicide.

I was in charge of for three years in charge of robbery squad and we worked

hand in glove with Homicide Unit and so I saw that facet of law enforcement and

worked in that facet and I said I looked at the law soldier's story being a

murder story that needed to be solved obviously they were killed they were

murdered in the superstitions it's an old murder story maybe I can go back and

work on it work it up and do something to prep solve it or give a plausible

story and write a book about it

I couldn't even find the names of the

soldiers to this day 2,000 pages on the soldiers I don't know their names I have

stories that says that the soldiers were named X and so can't find that name in

Fort McDowell anywhere in the record anywhere of the army posts in Arizona of

that that names of people that were here so I said well the tale starts at the

old mine called Silver King why don't I go out and start there I'm still reading

every night about the Dutchman and the soldiers and doing research and I'm

going to libraries around here and whatnot play I couldn't find anything

hardly anything nothing in the libraries was just all gobbly goo stories some

stories about guys that told basically fairy tales and they took the same story

and told it and changed a few words around and never really made sense out

of it because the Lost Dutchman couldn't have been on bluff Springs or blacktop

or any of those other mountains if everybody was darn sure it was on

blacktop darn sure was on bluff spring darn sure

was on weavers needle darn sure it was on heroes all these stories we need

about a hundred different stories where they knew exactly where it was

no nobody no obviously nobody really knows that they'd find gold

the thing of it is they didn't find the gold. well maybe the soldier story be

easier so first I gotta find silver King I myself in my Ford

explorer and I'm running around the mountains but I've always got a gun so

and I still got one oh we've got a gun everywhere so I go and I'm assigned of

all this old road and it comes up here and someone said it's north of superior

on the dirt road so you know there's about 18 dirt roads coming off of

Superior going different places as you go through the desert and and so I

finally found my way up here and I go through the gate and it's abandoned

there's nothing here there's nothing here the years 1993 okay

there's nothing here there's a lot of piles of rocks is all I see and I see

some remnants of cabins and whatnot nobody in the old mines full of water

and I go over to where that and I drop would drop rocks down to here I'm

plunked I thought well makes a nice sound I would plump the rocks down there

one day in 1996 I've been looking and searching for the Dutchman and and

stories I'm doing research and I had met Greg Davis and I'm studying at his house

all summer making Xerox copies of everything and looking for the lost

soldier story and so I started finding more on the Silver King than I could on the lost soldiers

so Jack how did you acquire the original photos so I was putting

this binder that I got this binder and Greg says well I know this lady over

here and maybe she knows something that lady told me about another lady this

lady had original photos of the Silver King mine she had a letter from her

grandfather and he was telling somebody about the soldier story and so he wrote

in there and but it was the only letter that she had she wouldn't let me take it

to make a copy said Jack I and she had given me photos original photos copies

of and some original photos of the Silver King so I have a whole folder of

photos that given to her name was Velma Bowen Tucker and I dedicated in the

front to her there's four people I've dedicate that Silver King book to

Valmet Tucker my sister Rose who passed away my dad who passed away and Joe who

passed away everybody is in there I could write about him because then they

couldn't complain about what I wrote about him they were gone I figured I'm

safe here anyhow it's 1996 and I said you know I'm

going to take a ride back to Silver King after and I had them photos and see what

I compared these photos where the town was and everything thought it'd be great

I come up here and I go I pull up to where the hole in the ground was and I

looked over and I saw lights down below and there's no water and there's a set

of ladders going straight down who is in his mind

what's this what's up with this being an old policeman I walk into alleys of DC

by myself with just a gun and a flashlight if I can do that and I'm

claustrophobic though I said I can go down in that find these who these people

are you don't if I can hear them see the light it can't be far there were two

hundred and fifty six feet underground okay they were in the third level there

was the 110 the 150 the other 110 the 150 the 256 and the 300 for 308 so I

keep going down forever and you go down 16 feet on a wooden ladder which is wet

because it's the wet mine and I go through a little hole and and and at the

first little hole I had to leave my camera because I couldn't go through it

with the camera in my backpack I left it there and so all I kept was my little

pin light flashlight and I started I kept going down 16 feet flip flop go

down down down down after about X amount of time 15 minutes I guess I'm down at

the bottom but I can't I don't know where they are I can see the light but I

can't see them I hear noise they're drilling

it's so dusty in there they can't see me I think at heart they look like ghosts figure

I'm hollering at them I want to let them know I'm there they can't hear

me because of the drill that the drills like a jackhammer it's on a tripod drill

and it goes eight feet long is the drill bit okay and they can even take it to 16

feet actually but there they're using 8 foot drills and what a racket and what amout

of dust they're making they can't hear me finally I go over and I step

over and like touch one on the shoulder and the guy jumps about two feet in the

air see they had been experiencing ghost voices at night up here they've been

hearing voices coming out of the shaft voices coming out of the outhouse down

below voices from the old cemetery the Silver King cemetery so they were all

little spooky anyhow and when I did that and they looking at me through the dust

I must have looked like a ghost to them but he's probably had dust all over me

and so when they finally figure out I was a man and not a Tommyknocker

he started talking to me I found out that they were the Deem's and they were

trying to reopen this and yada yada yada one thing led to another and I said

I want to go up and bring my camera back down I start taking some photographs and

the dust settles they said we're almost done we're going to blast and

after that we come back down but you can take a photo before we blast could then

it'll get really dusty so they quit things I went up to the first level 16

feet below ground got my camera figured a way how to put it on my body and like

climb back down climb back down and they thought it was

amazing one guy would just go up and down this thing by himself and down and

face these guys unknown unknown group of people and so I thought taking photos of

them back there and I have some of those photos today and I said and we got to be

friends I told him I would do your photos of every

every level of the mind that you uncover in exchange for allowing me to pick up

pieces of ore and you tell me what what or is good and I get copies of the

photos and whatnot and I can do your stories right short stories and so

that's how I got started on it I got to meet the Deem's got to be friends and I

got to be working with them and 21 years 22 years later I'm still here trying to

get the mine back open put together seven thousand pages of documentation on

the legal documents for the mine. you are one lucky son of a gun that you didn't

end up like those two soldiers when you went down there into the Silver King and

disturbed the Deem family you would have ended up just like them what are the

mysteries of the Superstition Mountains

😂😂how to recover my Facebook ID 【如何取回FACEBOOK账号】(include subtitles) - Duration: 4:24.

hey everybody hello,大家好!

today I will show you how to get my facebook ID back 今天我想跟你们说一下我怎么取回我的FB账号

I didn't use it since 2014 我从2014年就没使用它了

so its locked for long long time 所以很早就被锁了

and I have many contacts 而且我有很多联系人

they always send me many messages 他们总是给我发消息

but I can never reply 可是我无法回复

so I find one special way for try 所以我找到一个特殊的办法

maybe it doesn't work 也许不管用

but we can have a try 但是我们可以尝试一下

ok.. facebook asks me to check who is this guy from the picture FB让我从画里面挑出人名

but how can I know? 我咋知道呢?

there are many thousands contacts in my list 有上千个人在我的列表里

so I find one way to try 所以我找了个办法

for example 例如

I don't know his name 我不认识他

so I try search in google first 就在谷歌里尝试搜索

OK.. google has his facebook link 谷歌有他的FB链接

so I click first 点一下看看

ok, it already has picture 出现照片了

so I know this guy is not shown in this picture 所以我们确定不是照片里的那个人

so I can pass this guy 这个人就可以排除

but I need save this guy's picture 但是我需要保存这个图片

because I don't have good memory 记性不好,哈哈

so I have to save this picture 保存一下图片

in case that I forget later 防止待会忘记

ok, so the first one pass , and second one... 所以第一个名字排除,看第二个

go to google find it.. 还是去谷歌找一下

here also is one facebook ID 这里也有这个人的FB账号

so I open it 打开连接

well .. its cool !!! is that guy ! 太棒了,是刚刚那个人!

in case I forgot, I will save the picture again 为了防止忘记,我还是保存了图片

because facebook always makes you lose 因为FB会一直搞你

so this guy I already have his name 所以我现在就有了这个人的名字

click next 点击继续

ok here is a new guy 出现另外一个人

we have another way : 还有另外一种方法

we can copy the name here and put an hyphen 把人名直接加到链接里,加入短横

between the names or a dot 在名字中间,或者一个点

and have a try 试一下

normally the DOT will work 一般点就能打开

if it still doesn't work, we can put in google 如果还是不能打开,去谷歌搜索吧

in facebook we have 2 chances per day FB每天只给我们提供2次尝试机会

to use picture for identification 来用这个照片测试

but I got failed again 但是我又失败啦。。。

so tomorrow I will try again 明天继续尝试吧

and maybe the day after tomorrow 或者大后天

anyway I will not give up 或者大后天 总之不能放弃啊。。

anyway I will not give up 总之不能放弃啊。。

because I don't have other choices 因为实在没有别的办法啦

and I can't call the friends that I really don't know 我也不能给那些我不认识的人打电话

so if you have better choice, please let me know 如果你有好方法,一定要让我知道啊

thanks for ur time & see u guys! 谢谢观看~ 再见朋友们!

The Simple Truth: How Should I Ask for a Raise? - Duration: 2:04.

- As a working woman, you've got to know how to hustle.

And our next guest wants advice on just that.

Please welcome Shannon.

- Hey there Shannon.

(audience applauds)

Welcome to Face Your Truth.

- Tell us what's goin' on with you, girlfriend.

- So I would love your advice of,

when in the workplace and you're asking your manager

or your boss for a promotion or maybe a raise,

of what's the best way to go about doing that

without sounding too pushy or bossy?

I've worked in several different jobs

and I've noticed my co-workers,

some who started later than me,

really excelling past me,

and I'm not quite sure what it is that's different.

- You've gotta sell yourself first.

Here's what I've accomplished, this is where's I'm at,

this is what I think I've done for you,

and just be, don't be afraid to ask, either.

- And also, really focus on the value

that you're adding to your company

and use concrete goals that you've met,

to help the company's objective.

So, the more that you can stick to facts

and practice that before you approach your manager,

the more confident you will be

and not feel like you're being bossy.

- The best way that I think that I've become successful

is that I'm not a hater, I'm a congratulator.

You know, I always make sure that,

I watch what others are doing to be successful.

Am I working hard enough?

Am I showing up with an attitude of gratitude?

Am I doing sometimes more than what I should?

For you to get ahead in life and if you want success,

you've got to go get it.

But attack intelligently,

as my daddy used to tell me, okay?

All right.

- And we want to help you, so we've reached out

to career coach Gretchen Hydo.

She's going to provide you with nine coaching sessions

and three months of weekly accountability calls,

to help you get your career on track.

- So besides talking to the Troop team,

we've got somebody that's gonna make sure

that you reach those milestones

and that you are as successful as you can be,

and we wish you the best, okay?

- Thank you so much.

I really appreciate it.

- Thank you so much for having the courage

to face the truth.

How to Test for Histamine Intolerance | Chris Masterjohn Lite CML 89 - Duration: 6:29.

Here's some testing that can be useful

for histamine intolerance.

Hi. I'm Dr. Chris Masterjohn of chrismasterjohnphd.com.

And this is Chris Masterjohn Lite,

where the name of the game is

"Details? Shmeetails. Just tell me what works!"

And today we're going to talk about some

testing for histamine intolerance.

I'll link to the last episode in

the description of this one, where I

describe histamine intolerance in a lot

more detail. But briefly, it means that

you suffer from diarrhea, or headaches, or

any symptoms that are reminiscent of

allergies in response to the histamine

content of the foods that you eat.

And one thing we might want to know in

something like this is, is it histamine

intolerance, or is it allergies, or

is it something else? And in particular,

could it be that you have an increased

burden of mast cells, which are one of

the main types of cells that release

histamine. Now, food allergies that cause

these types of symptoms are generally

classical food allergies, where the

standard testing that an allergist would

use would be the right approach to

identifying those food allergies.

In terms of histamine intolerance, the two

tests that are useful are serum diamine

oxidase activity. Diamine oxidase is an

enzyme that gets rid of histamine. It's

the main enzyme present in the gut, so

it's the most relevant enzyme when

talking about tolerating food histamine,

and blood levels of serum diamine

oxidase, or DAO, are low in histamine

intolerance. Histamine intolerance could

be mimicked by mast cell activation

syndrome or an overburden of the cells

that produce histamine. You could have a

chronic excess of histamine because of

the excess mast cell burden, and the food

coming in provides more histamine that

fills up your histamine bucket and

pushes you over, or you could have mast

cells accumulating, for example, in the

gut where something in the diet is then

activating them to release the histamine,

but that burden of mast cells is the

actual problem more so than your inability to clear

histamine in the gut normally.

You can look for the excess burden of

mast cells by looking at serum tryptase.

Now, serum tryptase is a very easy test

to get. LabCorp has it. Quest has it.

In general, most doctors would be able to

easily order it. Serum diamine oxidase

activity is not easily available. As far

as I can tell, the major laboratories

that I would think to use in the

United States do not carry it. There's

a laboratory Medichecks, based in England,

that does carry diamine oxidase activity.

If you happen to know of other labs that

offer diamine oxidase activity

commercially, please let me know in the

comments. So it might not be realistic to

measure diamine oxidase activity, but

measuring serum tryptase activity could

be very useful in the sense that if

serum tryptase is elevated, it indicates

an excess burden of mast cells, and that

indicates two things, number one, that

when you're thinking about nutritional

approaches, you want to focus on ones

that may reduce mast cell burden instead

of focusing on ones that may increase

diamine oxidase activity, increase

your ability to clear histamine. And then

number two, that might indicate something

very important about why those mast cells

are there that your doctor—that

you can then work with your doctor to

try to address because if you have an

inflammatory burden somewhere, that might

be an indication of another disease

process that needs investigation. Now, in

terms of the nutritional approaches to

stabilizing mast cells, or reducing mast

cell burden, or to supporting histamine

clearance, I'm going to deal with these—

I'm going to deal with these

successively in a series of episodes

that will culminate in an episode that

ties it all together and all the

different nutritional approaches that

you could use. So stay tuned for future

episodes for that. Now, if you look in the

literature, many people advocate using

more advanced testing that is even more

impractical. For example, many will argue

that the gold standard should be taking

samples of your intestines to look at

your intestinal expression of diamine

oxidase or even other enzymes that are

involved in histamine metabolism, and

some would advocate as the gold standard

giving you a blinded histamine challenge

where you are exposed to histamine doses

that have been added to tea, for example,

versus a placebo to see

whether your symptoms respond

specifically to the histamine.

These are deeply

impractical in most cases, but I think

the serum tryptase measurement,

and if you can find it, serum diamine

oxidase measurement, although they might

not give you the absolutely definitive

answer to what's going on,

they can certainly point you in the right

direction and be useful.

How to get ready for shows | Show preparation - Duration: 7:37.

Harrod you have a show to play I'm not going why I don't know how you're ready

okay welcome to another video I'm your host for your beats and today I'll be

doing a discussion video requested by mouths in one of my previous videos

regarding how to get prepared for shows and every way regarding from physically

mentally formants feedback stuff like that if you guys have an idea for a

video or a discussion even in the comments of DMA at Weaver beats any more

topics and if inspires me there's a great chance I'll get started on it

right away okay so my personal recommendation is start with something

light like a small DJ gig like less than 30 minutes or something in this sort

definitely something on the shorter end time wise just so you don't get too

overwhelmed I wouldn't recommend jumping straight

into a four hour DJ booking or some sort of complex live performance I think you

should just get started with like a DJ set or some sort of local performance

whatever whatever you do just just to get started and from there you can build

on the reason why I suggest people get started simple is because there's a lot

of informants other than just actual performance you have to learn how to

read the crowd you have to learn how to deal with promoters gather how to not be

nervous the other learn how to amp the crowd up so I feel like it's best to

keep your performance simple in the beginning just until you really get

comfortable

I mean this should be obvious but you want to well practice at least a day

before of your performance and that is like them the very latest you shouldn't

be practicing the day of the performance and like just rehearsing it I mean you

can get away with it but I wouldn't recommend doing that consistently it's

very stressful and it's just not the way to go about things if you're doing some

sort of vocals make sure not to over practice either because you easily wear

out your voice before your performance which is kind of the whole point you

know what I mean if you're playing with others make sure you're coordinated and

cohesive make sure you guys are happy with how you sound together not just

individually if you practice the mics on a sound system I recommend doing that it

may seem like it won't make that much of a difference but really you can get a

nice view of how we were to consume and you listen to yourself through a mic

through a speaker system it's totally different than how you sound in real

life I three well practice enough that can run through my performance in my

head step by step without forgetting a step another thing I've been learning

recently those need to be prepared for that I'm prepared say you're doing a

little DJ set there's a good chance you're also gonna be playing for some

dead air at some point so I would have like an extra mix ready or some sort and

try to try and make sure it's ready for the room for the type of genre or the

room would like maybe have a few mixes ready this is happening to me many times

personally where I was prepared in every way for the performance but I wasn't

prepared for extra shit that I wasn't really thinking about but it happened

seems to happen every single time

so if you have any form of anxiety doing shows can mess you up

anxiety can make you overestimate the objective importance to these events and

causes you to stress out for weeks beforehand I personally used to freak

out for weeks about performances in my head and I don't know I don't know

exactly when it changed but during some point at some point in my life I started

getting more busy and I stopped being able to think about it as much and the

last I started to think about my upcoming shows the less they started to

bother me and now I don't even get nervous before them except for maybe

like right before I go on stage when I'm looking at the stage but I used to not

be able to eat for like like the whole day of the show I would have a hard time

eating stuff like that and really it'd be for no reason - so after noticing

that now now I want to have an upcoming show I try not to overanalyze there

think about what's gonna be there or anything so unless I'm practicing or

preparing for the set that's all I'm doing no extra thinking for me as I said

before make sure you work up the things in increments no one's gonna be

headlining a stadium for their first show

me personally if I do exercises they have the performance like the keep it

very minimal if I over exercise I get dehydrated and I get headache I'm in a

bad mood I just want to avoid all that if

possible so I don't do any any heavy exercise today of I try to make sure I

eat a balanced somewhat varied meal nothing too experimental or crazy and if

I have coffee nowhere near the performance just trying

to make sure my pooping situation is stable

last thing you want to be doing during performances run in the bathroom or

shitting your pants so ya know coffee I

personally like to do all my packing at once I don't have anything pre-packed I

just like to pack things before I go to the show and the way I do it is a packet

in the order of the signal chain just to make sure I have every single thing I

need and I'm not missing anything try and make sure I bring everything it

might need different cables connectors see I'm not sure if they have an eighth

inch plug or a quarter inch plug I'll bring both I always check the weather

when I go to a show as well too and make sure to bring any sort of plastic bags I

may need to cover my equipment

we're talking about performing here and that means being at the top of your game

everyone has their own method of getting into the zone before they do any sort of

extraordinary task me personally if I can do whatever I want before a show I

would like to listen to like really inspirational song so that gives me

chills before I go on stage like this into a tune that I really love something

that makes me really like music now I feel good about going on stage to play

music I also like to be completely sober or if I do drink I'll just have one

drink and that's just to calm the nerves anything after that and I find myself

just feeling high and unable to do my job as well as I was before I wouldn't

suggest skipping soundcheck at all but especially if you're using stuff other

than what's already there so make sure we watch yourself listen on different

things have your friends take videos from their phones or cameras and whatnot

listening back to yourself is a great way to hear how you sound and how the

audience thought you sounded trust me some way different on stage than you do

off the stage off the stage they're getting a much different mix in what

your monitor mix is make sure they ask your friends for feedback it's show and

make should always take it with a grain of salt obviously some people have

terrible feedback some people have great feedback if something isn't working try

to figure out why isn't working and how you can fix it or if you need to change

it and you don't want to just judge your performance but also your interaction

with the crowd this is something that I did not find out until much later I

think I think I'm not a very social person normally and communicating with a

bunch of people is not very easy for me I like making music but talking to

people it's not that easy you realize some more that I need to get on the mic

even if I'm just playing beats people gotta know who I am what I'm doing what

I'm here to do and they got to know that I exist hey I hope you guys know this

video I'm your host for your beats and this has been a video discussing the

optimal approach to get prepared for shows again if you guys have any ideas

for videos like this make sure to tweet them at me or comment them in the

How to DRAW HAIR in HINDI - बालों को कैसे बनाये - Duration: 14:15.

Today we will learn how to draw hair.

Our head has an estimate of 1.5 to 2 lakhs individual hair

And this thought of numerous hair somehow scares us as we think that we need to draw them all

And hence we all sometimes draw the hair roughly and quickly

Which affects our final sketch in a not so good manner

We shall start with a lead pencil

This pencil is easily available at any stationary shop.

You can use a normal HB pencil too but this is my personal preference as this doesn't need sharpening.

Firstly we shall draw our rough structure using the refernce picture on the top right,

This is the area where we can see the hair visibly rooted in the skin.

I won't be drawing any horizintal line in this area,

Instead I will be drawing short light vertical lines with less pressure.

Now after checking the proportions I will darken the darker areas with this same pencil just to get an idea of the different shades yet to follow

As you can see this specific area will be one of the darkest in our final sketch.

This area is covered with short hair and hence our strokes here shall be short too.

Always keep in mind that the pressure of your pencil should be quiet light

Because we have to often use eraser to correct our proportions

When we are satisfied with our proportions,we shall take a Charcoal Pencil(hard)

I am using Charcoal Hard pencil which is the lightest of charcoal pencils

I will use this to initially shade all the dark areas, still with light pressure

You will notice that I am shading in only one direction instead of a zig zag or to and fro motion

Zig Zag/To and Fro motion creates these dark corners/edges which destroys the texture of realistic hair

It is my constant effort to shade the hair in the same direction as they fall or are combed

We use light pressure with charcoal as a heavy pressure makes it difficult to be erased

From here the hair direction changes quiet to the opposite side from these visible hair roots

The middle portion of this specific hair patch is the lightest as compared to its upper and lower portions which are darker

As the lights hits this area straight up while the back side is darker as it falls in the shadow area

Hence we shall lead our strokes towards the middle section from the top and bottom, making sure our strokes end up on a very light note, nearly invisible

In this area our pencil strokes shall be shorter as compared to the upper hair portion where our strokes were longer

Now we shall use a medium charcoal pencil(darker) and shade the darker area but still with light pressure

In the next step we are going to blend out our rough tones in order to form smoother ones

For this we can use a blending stump or a normal flat brush, just like the pencil in the same one direction pattern.

We can also use a cotton bud in its place

Please keep in mind that we must blend from top most or bottom most areas where the shadows exist towards the lighter areas with light pressure

Do not start this from the between or else it will result in a patch in between like this which should'nt have existed

Our visibly darker areas have faded away with blending and hence we require to darken them again, this time with a little more detailing

Now we are going to create the highlights, this is the area that is directly recieving the light from the light source

For this purpose we are going to use a MONO eraser, which resembles a lead pencil but with a thin eraser instead of lead

You can also use a normal eraser, cut it to get a sharp edge and use it to get a similar effect

For ease I will be using a Mono eraser right now

In the next step we will be adding a new dimension and highlight to our hair

We have to darken the side of a hair that we created through our eraser, this adds a new dimension to it,put in more detailed work for now and keep the pencil sharped

We will primarily be doing this in the areas with shadows and very less in the highlited areas

Now we shall darken our dark tones even more, now with a little applied pressure as we won't be needing to correct anything, this will even highlight our highlights naturally

Erase all the extra charcoal around to give better outline to our sketch

Lastly we will draw the hair roots here, starting with the darker hair above towards the lower area, light one sided strokes as hair roots are very thin(End your stroke on the root and not start from it)

AND WE ARE DONE! MAKE THIS AND TAG ME ON INSTAGRAM ''agamjohar" and I will post it as my story. SUBSCRIBE AND THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
