Youtube daily How to Nov 6 2018

What to do if your Upwork leads tell you that you're too expensive. Hey tribe,

Matt Laker here! In today's video, I want to talk about the problem that so

many of freelancers and business owners, marketing agency owners have when they

work on Upwork and once they get the person on the call what is happening is

that they tell them well you know everything is good, your service is

interesting but your price is too high you know I've talked with five other

guys and they were cheaper you know you're asking me for I know $2000 and

they or they're asking for two hundred. So.. how to handle this objection but in

this video, I will not tell you how to manipulate them and trick them into

paying you eighteen hundred dollars more so that you benefit for no value in

exchange but I want to talk to you about in today's video is about how you can

actually figure out what is the value that you're delivering comparing to

other freelancers or agencies in this case so yes we're gonna cover handling

objections I'll tell you how to handle this I know how to handle this from

sales perspective but that's not that important what's really important is

that you can actually come across with the value and offer this to your client

and why is this so important because if you will know that you have more value

to offer than people who are offering ten times less than you in terms of

pricing you will not even have to use all these tacky sales techniques that I

can tell you about later the second part of this video just came across is

natural you will actually have this value you will actually know that you

have this value and your customer the person you're talking with they will

actually sense it okay they will feel that they will see okay that makes sense

like I can sense that this guy is of a higher value in terms of what his

offering so how do you figure out what is your value well that's the easiest

thing to start with just think a little bit about a person

who's offering something for $200 okay and then thing about you and your offer

okay why is it more valuable I just gonna give you some ideas but you know

what if you're watching this video right now I highly encourage you to get a

piece of paper or open the notepad and write this down with me because it's

gonna be different for everyone and there's gonna be great exercise because

you know we're a few minutes down the path watching this video is I'm gonna

take you more time just put some effort so you're working with me while watching

this video so you're not just passively looking at this while eating or

something so if you're writing this down let's start figuring out why you have

more value all right so this is you all right why you have 10 times more value

than person who's offering $200 for a service why do you have 10 times more

value well let's think a little bit let's compare them to you who could be a

person who's offering something cheaper okay the first idea you might have the

first idea I have is because well you are better at communication okay so

maybe just maybe you know I don't know where you're from watching this video

but maybe you speak the language of where the customers are from okay maybe

you understand the culture better maybe if someone is looking for something like

a specific design you are from the same country and you can understand how to

design in line with that perception of beauty in this country

or maybe it's copywriting and you do copywriting in a specific language okay

and then you know this language you've been living in this country so you are

better at communicating certain message so communication would be one of the

first reasons and why is this why is this important for the customer why

would they care that you can communicate okay better well you can deliver better

results obviously but if you think about the customer and the value that he's

getting from you communicating better is their time okay

so how much more time will they save by just paying you a little bit more and

well maybe 10 times more but having the process done hassle-free not

micromanaging you not explaining everything from the scratch not just

having another employee but actually dealing with a business owner who

understands exactly what they need and maybe who is even an expert who tells

the customer what they need and is specifically understanding how to handle

this problem how to solve the problem of a customer better than the customer

understands himself okay so communication it saves time to

them for them you offer expertise as well if you do of course well think a

little bit foreigner so let's say that the customer would work with a cheaper

version of yourself who's offering them the same service $400 they are terrible

at communication so your customer is losing so much time your customer is not

benefiting from expertise and all the incremental value that is coming with

your expertise and project management they are wasting a lot of time they are

wasting the money they've paid of course so they are losing money so there it's

basically more expensive for them because they have to hire another person

later so it's actually more expensive to hire someone cheaper than someone who

can do the job in the first place you can actually figure how to do things

okay so communication time expertise it's more expensive to hire someone who

can't do this so these are examples all right I'm not gonna go into into this

too much now because you already get the idea just look from the perspective of

your customer you understand that this is not a good deal with them to work

with someone who's cheaper if they are not as good as you know how to handle

this during a sales call you might be thinking right so well the answer seems

way more clear I think right now way more obvious but just ask them what

would they prefer you know cuz if you're gonna ask me if you're gonna get me on

the sales girl you will try to sell me something that I don't have expertise

about and what would I prefer to do what I

prefer to hire someone very cheap or will they prefer to pay for something

that is gonna solve my problem once for good and I will not have this problem

again and I'll have more money right so that's as obvious as that so it's not

even about this tacky sales techniques and asking them questions, well would you

prefer to work some with someone of a good quality or someone cheap? You know..

it's it all works a little bit but this is not as important as the authentic

message that you're sending out there that if you're offering more value then

you are more expensive because you need more money to serve the customer you

have more processes in your business to serve your customer you've worked for so

many more years to build this expertise there is such a higher demand to work

with you so this is just so much obvious that you have this value. I hope this

helps I hope it gives you a little bit clarity make sure - well message me on

Facebook if you have any questions about sales process with upwork leads and I

see you in tomorrow's video!

How To Make $30 Per Hour Taking Pictures - Duration: 14:08.

Hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time

with me here today today I want to show you a way that you could generate thirty

dollars an hour taking pictures and it's totally legit okay and it's actually

pretty fascinating too once we get into the Nitty Gritty of this I think you're

gonna find it pretty fun pretty interesting it's actually something I

think a lot of people could do and a lot of people would enjoy doing this but

before we get into that I want you to subscribe to my youtube channel click on

the little Bell notifications every time I make an upload you'll get to see it

first and remember if you want to generate a full time passive income from

the comfort of your home yes click that link below it's the top link in the top

of the description click that there's a free video that explains to you exactly

how I got started into working from home how generating a full-time income and

enjoying more time freedom than I ever thought possible

alright guys without any further ado let's get into it what I want to show

you today is this boom we go look we go look is really an awesome yet simple

concept okay let's just say you know you live in Wyoming and someone is selling a

car that you really want and let's just say Louisiana well you're not gonna

travel to Louisiana unless you got a lot of money and a lot of time on your hands

to go see something that you might possibly want to buy so what you do with

this you go to we go look calm right you hire them they said someone out that

could be you to take photographs video test drive of a car or anything else you

want to buy and you would be the one that report back that would report back

to it we go look calm give a well detailed report and they send it back to

the person who's the prospect looking to purchase the car wherever the case may

be your item that they are interested in buying so I think this is really a neat

idea so let's take a little bit further look into this

get paid to look we're changing the way business gets done won't you join us

will you join them hey that's not bad money now I know that you generally when

you're starting off doing this okay you're going to make somewhere between

fifteen to thirty dollars an hour depending on you know the distance that

you have to travel the complexity of the request some some jobs will be like

we'll just take a couple pictures of maybe the front back side of a car and

I'm using car as an example now that's not always gonna be a vehicle that

you'll be looking into it could be any number of things but for the sake of you

know making things easy it's a car okay for this example and let's just say

instead of you know just make taking four pictures of the car maybe you'll

take pictures of each side of the car you'll have to take pictures inside the

car underneath the car who knows depending on people looking for rust and

whatnot depending on how detailed that gets

that's when your money starts to go up up up up up sometimes people know

they're gonna buy something already but they want somebody to go there verify

everything they think they're going to buy and that just requires a few simple

pictures now if you get someone who's willing to spend a lot of money on maybe

say an antique car or whatever they're going to pay a little bit more money

because maybe they'll want a video maybe they're gonna want you to take video of

underneath the hood or in the trunk or inside the car

for example depends how detailed things get and the distance that you would be

having to travel to do the job now with that being said okay if you're you know

you put this app on your phone and I'll show you this right now let me find it

here you would go to Google Play right or the Apple Store the App Store for

Apple phones download the app put it on your phone and whenever you're working

you have the app on they would send you a request okay this is something that

you need to get done in your area and basically what happened you could either

accept that job or deny that job you're not required to take a job if they send

it to you so that's a good thing because you know I've heard and I'll show you

where you can read on some of this stuff actually okay so

first you can get the app here Google Play or the Apple Store but what I did

is I went to indeed.com ok and I looked it up and it says we go look right and

you go here and you're looking for some you know employee reviews of the jobs

and the things they've done generally speaking the reviews are

pretty good you got a 3.9 out of 5 which is really really good actually ok so but

the thing I want you to be aware of sometimes people if you read through

these some of the cons they will say is a lot of the jobs are far away so you

have to when you're looking to do a job for these guys right take into

consideration your time mileage gas cost and just time it in general how long is

this whole thing going to take you and make sure it's worth it so in other

words if they give you a job at Salus 10 minutes away and it's 15 to 20 bucks you

got to honestly ask yourself ok this is something that's worth to you or if it's

a job that's going to pay 30 dollars to do an hour-long job right is it worth it

to you depending on your distance your gas your mileage all that kind of stuff

your time all those kind of things add up so keep that in mind when you decide

to accept a job for this website so look at this here look at the reviews listen

to people some some of people you know positive things in cons freedom is

excellent one thing I noticed as far as cons are concerned though well here's

one right here far distances to drive depending on the assignment but there

was another one this is the biggie not enough ass Amos or advancement now

depending on the size of the city you live in you know if you live in a rural

area probably chances are you're going to have less jobs but honestly if it's

something close by and you're gonna make $30 real quick just taking a couple

pictures it's really an awesome thing so keep all that in mind when you're

thinking about you know accepting jobs from them I would say honestly join it

if you just want to make some extra cash see how it works out for you you might

be in an area where you're busy all the time you

No so I would say give it a shot and if you just want some extra money

no no harm no foul you're still going to be making some extra money that's

actually halfway decent to do something really simple right take a couple

pictures on your phone or a short video send it in and you're done

so I mean that's actually not bad at all what else did I want to show you that's

the head the main page here's your signup sheet sign up to

inspect with we go we go look real simple look at how simple that is basic

information right hit register they'll send you back an email whether or not

they approve or not there's one other thing I wanted to show you this is the

looker agreement and there's something in here it caught my eye as I was

glancing through it oh it had to do with that you have to have an FBI grunt FBI

background check done when you're doing this job because they are enabling you

to you know basically have free will or reign over a you know a potentially very

expensive piece of equipment like a car and if you're going to be able to take

it for a test drive they have to trust you right but the one thing I was like a

little cringe-worthy with they actually charge you in some cases they say some

fifteen dollars through the FBI background check okay

now this to me is a little fishy if they want to work if you know they want you

to work for them they should you know bite the bullet and pay the cost for

that if you're a worthy person they should pay that they shouldn't be taking

it out of anything that you do for them so let's just say your first job that

you accept is worth 15 bucks well basically depending on I guess they're

you know they said maybe take out of your first pay so I don't know what the

maybe constitutes but you might have to end up paying for your own FBI FBI

background check which i think is a little and I don't like that I don't

know why they would do that you're under contract you're a contractor I'm under

working for them so that means you have to pay your own taxes or worry about

that and here's a list of things you cannot wear when you're going to do jobs

for them so take and go through them all but just take a you

know quick look at them I'll leave all the links in the description of the

video take a look at the things if this is you know certain things that you'd

normally wear and you want to do this you can't wear those things now I know

after a while let's just say you do this for I don't know a month or two alright

you get a real good reputation you're you're getting along you're giving good

reports people like you they want to give you a lot of jobs okay you move up

in in in tear as far as we're making fifteen to thirty dollars an hour you

turn pro they call you a pro and you can make up to two hundred dollars per pop

every job you make now that's an incentive folks if you're willing to you

know show that you're a good worker to show that you could be trusted to show

that you're gonna you know treat their customers with care and do your job like

you know professional you will get paid two hundred dollars when you turn pro

with these guys for one job for what an hour maybe an hour and a half worth of

work just take it take a couple pictures a short video do a little bit of

distance in your car that's a great deal and the reason I think that's phenomenal

is because guess what you're gaining there you're gaining time freedom you're

making $200 a lot of people are gonna make that working eight hours if you can

get to that point so if you're if you're thinking about getting into this and

you're not sure it's for you or this thing anything but if you actually try a

couple these jobs and you think it's actually easy and it's not too bad and

you want to make a little extra money keep them in the back of your mind that

if you do this long enough and you gain a reputation you could actually get

bumped up and make $200 an hour for a job that is something to really take

seriously folks I also wanted to show you this there is a YouTube channel that

you could look into and they have actually a lot of other videos here you

can look up become a looker part one become a looker part two giving you a

lot of details of what the job entails in more detail that I'm actually been

explaining to you so I'll leave that link for you down there too as well

and I'm here basically there showing you you know this is what you could do in

some cases this is looks like a classic one 1966 Chevy Chevelle Chevelle and you

know you go out in there let's say someone like I said

for in Wyoming or Montana wants to buy a car down Louisiana this is essentially

what you would do you would jump in the car you would take it for a test drive

right take it for a test drive up and down the driveway see how it feels a

little bit I don't know if they what you would take it out on the road or not I'm

not sure if that's the case or not but I would actually look more into those

videos if I were you and find out all right guys that's pretty much all I have

for you today oh one more thing when I mention to you guess what their number

one way of payment is what I always say it's PayPal that's right so get a PayPal

account this way you do the job you get paid and one of the conditions of

getting paid with these guys is you get paid within 30 days of doing the job so

you don't get paid every week you don't get paid every you know two weeks you

generally get paid once a month and whatever job that is okay you if you

finish the job say you finished the job today you would not get paid any later

than one month from the day that you finish the job

okay and but the number one payment they do pay through bank through cheque and

they do pay through bank transfer but the easiest way to actually get paid

through these guys is through PayPal once again I cannot stress you enough

PayPal PayPal PayPal okay get PayPal account makes your life so much easier

alright guys that's all I got for today I hope this helped you out I think this

is a really good opportunity for someone who wants to make some extra money

especially for making you get those jobs or you only accept those jobs you make

30 dollars an hour and like I said you you know build up a reputation you get a

certain rating and after a certain want a certain period of time you turn pro

you're making $200 for one of these jobs now will they probably be a little bit

more complex yes but it is well well well worth it all right guys that's all

I have for you today do me a favor subscribe to our youtube channel click

This "Tip from the Pro" brought to you by Golf University the world's premier golf improvement program

Justin common area and the bunkers knifing it or skinning it. How do we overcome that?

Yeah main reason for that is a lot of people they try to lift the ball in the air and

Not allowing the sand iron to do its work

Now most centimes now particularly lob wedge is we've got up to 60 degrees of life

The idea is to allow that loft to do the work

great drill that we use

Gonna pay me some money gonna pay us some money

Let's throw a $20 note down and ideally what we want to try to do is get rid of that whole box

And we'll take our set up try and hit the bottom of the $20 note

And the ball slows out nice, can I have this? Yeah, why not? Oh

Hang on I'll put that down there. So put it in the middle put it in the middle

Club wants to enter there at the back of the $20 note. Keep the club moving sandal. Throw the ball out

Beautiful

Nice petal loft that it wasn't it

if you want a little bit more loft if you just sort of

Let the club head sit back a little bit more

So you almost point the shaft back towards

ya so you're just gonna aim the shaft instead of leaning the shower forward

We're just the shafts it back slightly. It's gonna add more loft onto the golf club. Thanks, Jas. I'm out

How To Use IG Stories and Live For Instagram Growth and Engagement - Duration: 5:49.

Hello beautiful people.

Welcome back to my channel.

My name is Ortal Levitan, AKA the workout unicorn on all social media platforms.

In today's video, we're gonna talk about Insta Story and Insta Live, and how you can use

each of them to grow your audience, and get more followers on your page.

And no, they are not exactly the same thing.

We'll talk about that in a second.

Before we get started, make sure to subscribe to my channel and hit that little bell so

that you are notified whenever I post a new video.

Alright, let's dig in.

So first of all, let's break down the difference between Insta Story and Insta Live.

Insta Stories are videos, posts, whatever that you upload to your stories, and they're

only available for 24 hours unless you add them to your highlights section on your page,

then they stay there forever.

Now with Insta Stories, you can include a bunch of different like emojis.

They have functions like mention people, using hashtags, locations in your Insta Story, all

of that.

And you have a swipe up feature if you are above 10,000 followers, and you can redirect

people to an external link, or a website, or whatever.

So that's Insta Stories.

Insta Lives however, are essentially sessions where you go live.

You can't edit them.

You can't upload them and then delete them like Insta Story, and kind of you don't edit

them.

They are live, just live sessions.

And if you do a live, you can decide whether or not you wanna share it on your page for

the next 24 hours and essentially people can view it like an Insta Story, or you can just

do a live and delete it.

If people decided to tune in, they saw it.

If not, they missed out.

Usually, I tend to save my lives for 24 hours because they do have valuable information

in them, and people wanna watch them more than just once, or they might wanna watch

it later if they couldn't tune into the actual live.

Okay, so how do we actually use both of these to grow?

First of all, let's talk about Insta Stories.

Insta Stories are a great tool for getting additional visibility on your page from new

audience members, and people that aren't even following you.

And how do you actually do that?

First of all, you have to utilize Insta Stories in a way that gives people that feeling where

they're getting a behind the scenes look.

You're building a new relationship with them.

You can show them what you do in your spare time.

You can show them your workouts.

You can show them what you eat, stuff that you're passionate about.

You can just hop on and talk about a topic you're really interested in.

This is to build a connection, a new connection with people.

Now in addition to that, Insta Stories have a lot of built in functions for new visibility.

So kind of like what I was talking about before, Insta Stories allow you to tag people, they

allow you to use hashtags, and they allow you to use locations.

These are all phenomenal things.

And so, obviously if you mention someone in your story, tag them in there.

But, let's exclude that because that's not really gonna give you a lot new visibility,

unless you know, that person's not following you or something.

If you use the hashtag, you can use one hashtag on Insta Story as just like a sticker hashtag,

or you can actually add up to 10 hashtags by just typing them out like you would any

normal text on Insta Story.

And what ends up happening when you use those hashtags, you pop up on that hashtag's Insta

Story.

So if you go to a hashtag that you really, really like, there's always going to be like

a circle of Insta Stories at the very top of that hashtag, and your Insta Story, if

you use their hashtag, is going to show up there for 24 hours.

Anybody that sees that Insta Story is going to see your Insta Story for that hashtag.

Can you imagine the immense visibility that that could give your page if you're using

bigger hashtags, or even just targeted hashtags?

Another thing that you can do is use a location sticker, and this is essentially just like

geo tagging your post.

You're geo tagging your Insta Story, and then you pop up no that location's Insta Story

as well.

And so again, anybody that looks at that location's Insta Story sees your page, is gonna hop on,

and see what you're all about.

Now in addition to that, Insta Story helps you connect with your existing audience in

a way that Insta Live really can't.

You have polls where you can do kind of market research, or ask your audience questions.

There's the questions sticker, where your audience can ask you things, and then you

can choose to share their question and your response, or not, totally up to you.

You also have different like emojis which you can use, which spice up your Insta Story

a little bit, and kind of show like what you're all about, and what emojis you like using.

Insta Stories have a bunch of these built in functions, and Instagram invested a lot

of money in developing them, so they want you to use them.

So definitely take advantage of that.

And so your Insta Story strategy should be to share the behind the scenes of your life,

and build a new connection with your audience while using all these built in tools so that

you can increase your visibility.

Alright, let's move on to Insta Live.

Insta Live doesn't have any of these built in functions.

Insta Live has two cool things that you can do with it.

So the main purpose of Insta Live is really to just foster that existing relationship

with your audience.

This is a way for them to get more of you.

Not so much a behind the scenes, but just kind of like a one-on-one connection.

When you hop on live, you're unedited.

You're totally raw, and people see you the way you are, and that helps build that connection.

Now another way to foster that connection is Insta Live actually has the ability to

invite people to your live.

So let's say you're doing a Q&A on Insta Live, and you wanna invite your audience members

to hop on your live, and ask you questions so that you can answer in real time.

They'll send you a request, and you can approve it, and what'll happen is the screen will

split into two.

Your Insta Live will be at the top, and they will be at the bottom, and you're just communicating.

It's like a video chat.

It is a very, very intimate way to connect with your audience, and people love it.

And so, like I said, Insta Live is just meant to foster that existing relationship, and

kind of give more of yourself to your audience, but it's not necessarily used for finding

new audience members that aren't already following you.

How To Beat Information Overload - Duration: 9:12.

are you trying to build the business online but find yourself feeling

overwhelmed or stuck you really can't figure out what actions to take what

steps to take or maybe you've been doing it for a while but you're just not

seeing results and you kind of feel a loss well stay tuned because in this

video I'm gonna give you some helpful tips that I learned from my entrepreneur

journey to really help you get past that overwhelming feeling of I don't know

what to do and that's coming up right now

what's going on guys my name is Gabe Ekemezie and I'm your internet marketing

guy and welcome to my channel on my channel I talked everything

entrepreneurship and I helped you build a business and brand that you are proud

of so that you can live the life that you deserve so this is your very first

time on my channel feel free to subscribe and help the channel grow I

really appreciate the support and today I really want to talk about how to get

over this feeling of not really knowing what to do or feeling overwhelmed you

know where you want to go you see other people there and you just can't seem to

figure out the steps to get to that point so as an entrepreneur especially

if you're just getting started this is a very common thing to have so don't beat

yourself up about it it happens to the best of us it happened to me too when I

first got started I was a student back then and I realized you know I want to

start you know making some extra money on the side and I think doing something

online would be the best way to do that so I started researching started looking

up different things I saw other people doing it but as I started going deeper

and deeper into it I started getting overwhelmed and realizing wow there's a

lot of things to do that I don't even know what to do like where do I even

start I don't even know how to sell anything

like what do I do and that's one thing I really want to address first it's this

thing called information overload and I'm sure you heard of it if you've been

in any of the space for any amount of time but if you haven't information

overload is basically when you overload your mind with all the stuff that you

think you need to do in order to accomplish what you want to accomplish

and this is a really dangerous place to be and it's not your fault that you end

up even being in the situation actually it's the school systems that really do

this to us let me give you an example when we're in

school we learned that we have to study hard so that we can do good and test the

point is to learn as much information as we can perfect that knowledge so that on

the test we make less mistakes as mistakes equals better grades better

grades equals opportunities praise the whole nine yards and so when we take

that mentality and we bring it into real life when we bring it into building a

business or being entrepreneur that doesn't really work because you can't

really learn everything to be able to ace the test of entrepreneurship doesn't

really work like that in fact the way that you learn in entrepreneurship and

in business is to just do it is to just get started which is my first tip to you

guys you just got to get started on something because you're not gonna be

able to develop learn what you need to learn and

provides and change things that are not working if you don't have anything to

work with it's kind of like trying to renovate a house when you don't have a

house to begin with that makes no sense gotta build the house first and then you

realize you know I really like the way the kitchen looks and then you renovate

you remodel and you change things up same thing applies to starting an online

business you just got to start somewhere so don't let the overwhelm of looking at

the grand scale picture of things confuse you and really hold you back

from starting something and there's another great example you could be the

world's expert in knowing how to ride a bike I mean I'm talking you got the PhD

and riding a bike you've studied by ecology and the study of pedal ology or

whatever you know you get what I'm saying right you know all the theory

everything in terms of knowledge when it comes to riding a bike you can study

this for 30 40 50 years but until you get on an actual bike sit down and try

and write it you'll never actually know how to ride a bike in fact even with all

those years of experience and knowledge I promise you the first time you got on

a bike you're gonna fall it's just gonna happen you're gonna fall again and again

and again it's not until you actually learn the mechanics of riding a bike and

you actually get the the muscle memory of riding a bike and then that's when

the knowledge that you know as well as the implementation and the experience

that you get from riding the bike come together and then you can ride that bike

same thing applies for building a business you can sit and try and figure

out everything but that doesn't matter even if you did know everything it's not

going to really help you unless you pick something and implement first it's the

implementation along with the information that's gonna help you

actually get clarity on where you want to go my second tip I have for you is

pick one direction there are many different places you can go do I start a

YouTube channel do I create a blog do I build an email list do I create a

product or sell are the people's products do I do affiliate marketing and

network marketing or e-commerce and drop shipping there's a lot of different ways

that you can make money online and there's a lot of different routes that

you can go so for you in order to clear up this whole feeling of overwhelm and

feeling stressed out about not knowing what to do you just need to pick one

thing and start with that one thing so when I first got started I saw people

had blogs and websites and all this kind of stuff and it was kind

confusing for me so then I realized I just have to pick one thing and stick

with that one thing so I started making videos and I suck at it it was terrible

I just kept going at it and I started putting my videos on YouTube but then

that's when I started building traction and then from there I started learning

okay I need a website now oh I need to create a capture page or a landing page

to get people onto my email list so I got to start emailing now and and you

know things just kind of sprout from there but I picked one thing I picked

one direction and I focused on that one direction so pick one direction and

focus on that first yes you can learn multiple things and nobody said that you

can't eventually do multiple things because obviously and clearly okay it

can be done but people learn multiple things well by learning one thing at a

time well and especially as a beginner you want to start learning one thing at

a time same thing goes for what kind of business do you want to build do you

want to do a philia marketing do you want to do network marketing do you want

to build your own products pick one that you resonate with most something that

you feel that would be a good mix for you and the more you do it the more

you'll learn and the more you'll know what you need to learn in order to

master that thing and make it work for you my third and final tip is seek

mentors now I know you've probably heard of this before but when I first got

started this confused me a little bit because I was like oh work I got a

mentor I'm let's do it in you know I don't know any famous people who let

alone any successful entrepreneurs you know how am I supposed to just walk up

to some old guy and ask them can you mentor me that's kind of weird I

realized that what you can do is you can follow mentors okay and what I mean by

this is you can have digital mentors follow people that inspire you follow

people who've gone through what you're going through and who can give you some

guidance based off of their life experience and it doesn't matter whether

they're currently here or you know passed on for example Jim Rohn was one

of my first mentors and he was an amazing mentor to me his content is

still on YouTube he still has courses and seminars that I started to dive and

deep with and learn as much as I can he really helped change my perspective he

helped me with my personal development he owe me get the mindset of being an

entrepreneur down first and built that foundation for me the list goes on and

on and on of mentors that you can follow so find people that do what

do and follow them and emulate them in whatever space that you're doing whether

it's entrepreneurship whether it's a brand whether you're trying to be a

youtuber whatever it is follow those people and learn from them okay but

don't get stuck and just watching their lives this could also be a problem okay

watch what they do learn from them but then also turn back and implement and

take action in your own life focus on what you can be doing in your

circumstances in your situation to help you move the needle forward other great

mentors can be found in books in audiobooks which is my personal favorite

websites social media accounts whatever you can find even if you can go to

seminars that's great too so fine mentors out mentors help cut your

learning curve and have to help you save you a lot of heartache a lot of time and

really serve as some inspiration and motivation to get you to where you want

to go alright guys so I hope this video helps if you're feeling stuff if you're

feeling overwhelmed if you're not really sure what action steps to take remember

guys that it's okay to feel that way especially if you're just getting

started focus on that one thing and take action on that one thing consistently

when you do that the doors seem to open up and you really start to figure out

what the next step is for you if you liked this video give it a thumbs up

How to Determine the Motor Size for Your Project? - Duration: 15:08.

In this lesson we will continue the discussion on the topic of motion control.

All of us at RealPars, hope you have been following

our previous lessons on motion control

and have begun to benefit from these lessons.

Now you will apply your base knowledge of Servo and Stepper motors

in this lesson towards how to determine the correct Servo Motor for your application.

In this lesson you will learn the information required

to help you size the motor based on payload, speed,

acceleration and other requirements necessary for a desired application.

Before we get started on today's video,

if you love our videos,

Then, make sure to click subscribe

and the little bell to receive notifications of new RealPars videos.

This way you never miss another one!

This section will help you with the procedures

and the understanding of the units of measurement

to select the optimum motor for a particular servo or stepper application.

The servo motor selection process

requires a certain number of calculations for you to understand,

as well as the units of measurement used throughout the equations

for you to become familiar with.

Some learners will enjoy performing the calculations manually,

(we will briefly illustrate and describe some of the calculations later on in this lesson),

while others prefer, utilizing one of the many online programs available

to help you with all the necessary specifications of the servo motor

required for your project and expediate you through the servo motor selection process.

The targeted end result of this lesson

is to provide you with the knowledge on how to obtain the Maximum Speed,

Load Torque, and Moment of Inertia specifications

to provide the manufacturer of servo and stepper motors

with the help of using a software motor sizing tool.

This lesson will also help to increase your knowledge

in understanding some of the key terms used throughout this lesson.

Let's begin with a review of a few key terms

and the units of measurement used to determine your servo motor size.

The manufacturer of servo motors will need to know the force required to move the load.

The force to overcome the loads resistance is called Moments of Inertia.

Moments of Inertia quantifies the resistance of a physical object to angular acceleration.

Moments of inertia is to rotational motion as mass is to linear motion.

For example, when traveling in a train or any other vehicle,

have you noticed how you continue to move forward when it stops.

Well you just experienced Inertia!

In general, an object's moment of inertia depends on its shape

and the distribution of mass within that shape,

as in, the greater the concentration of material away from the object's geometric center,

the larger the moment of inertia this object will have.

Moment of inertia varies depending upon the axis of rotation specified.

Another example of inertia, imagine an ice puck resting on a frozen pond.

It takes a certain amount of force to set the puck in motion.

The greater the mass the more force will be needed to move the puck.

The same is true if the puck were sliding along the ice.

It would continue to slide until a force is applied to stop the puck.

The more massive the puck is, the more force will be needed to stop the motion of the puck.

Both moment of inertia and inertia are measures,

they measure resistance to a change in state.

Inertial mass is defined as force required for acceleration,

moment of inertia is defined as the torque required for angular acceleration.

The larger inertia of the object,

the greater force you need to change the velocity in a given time.

The SI unit of measure for moment of inertia is one kilogram-meter squared.

In equations, it is usually represented by the variable "I".

Next let us review a few examples

on how to calculate the moments of inertia of various geometric shapes.

One of the variables of determining inertia is mass.

Mass is defined as the amount of matter an object has.

One of the qualities of mass is that it has inertia.

To determine mass one way,

you'll need to know the density and volume of the load you are moving.

Density measures how tightly the matter in an object is packed together.

Each material has its own density,

which you can look up online or in a textbook.

The scientific unit of density is kilograms per cubic meter.

The volume is the amount of space the object occupies.

The volume of solids is measured in cubic meters.

Mass is equal to Density times Volume.

Mass is a measure of how much inertia an object shows.

Great, now you are aware of some of the definitions of data

required to move forward on How to Determine the motor size of your project.

The sizing software used in this lesson

also provides a utility to help you with the calculations

such as moments of inertia or determining the mass.

As I mentioned we will be using a manufacturer's software tool

to help with the calculations to simplify sizing the correct servo or stepper motor.

Now let's begin with the steps towards sizing your servo motor.

Many software tools offer many solutions for screw,

belt, rack and pinon, roll feed, index table

and arm movement control

With our sample application we select the requirement

for controlling the rotation of an arm mechanism.

The first and easiest factor to consider

is the available power for the equipment.

Servos are available in 100 volts AC,

200 volts AC, and 400 volts AC models,

and are compatible with single phase or three-phase power.

Next, you'll need to determine how much torque the motion application needs.

Remember the torque is how much "muscle" it takes to rotate a mechanism,

and comes from three different sources:

accelerating the mechanism's inertia, friction,

and external forces such as pressing against an object or gravity.

This is the most difficult part to calculate accurately.

Calculate the inertia of each component of the system and add the values.

The formulas for calculating rotational inertia of various shapes

are readily available on the Internet.

In our sample program we will determine the moment of inertia

by completing the questions for rotating the arm in the vertical plane

and defining the arm's dimensions

A as 200 millimeters long and B and C as 50 millimeters in width and height.

We will not use a gear box for speed reduction and torque control.

The density of the material will be based on aluminum in which is determine by the software.

You may also with this sizing software

change the calculation mode to "mass" and enter the mass in kilograms.

We have selected the entry of 1.4 kg for this example.

There are many online programs to assist in calculating the mass of an object.

Internally and behind the scenes

the software will multiply the acceleration by the load inertia

to calculate the load's acceleration torque.

The software will also calculate friction forces for sliding loads,

gravitational forces for vertical loads, and any external forces.

Then each force is multiplied by the radius

it is acting on (known as the "moment") to calculate the torque.

The software then calculates the peak torque

by adding up all the torque values in the worst-case scenario.

This is typically when the fastest acceleration is occurring

or when there is the most mass on the machine.

Adding up the torque values from external forces,

gravity and friction to calculate the continuous torque requirements

is tedious without the help of a software tool.

Moving along we will now define what the application's motion profile looks like.

We will use a servo type motor

and use the travel amount calculation method.

We are using what is called a trapezoidal profile

and will only be required to provide the acceleration speed of 1.5 seconds

and travel time of 3 seconds and the amount of movement in degrees.

We will rotate the arm three times

(360 degrees times 3 is equal to 1080 degrees).

After which the moment of inertia

of 139.183 x 10-4 kg·m2 is calculated automatically.

For equipment that performs a repetitive operation,

plot out the required motor speeds throughout the cycle.

Be sure to allow for acceleration and deceleration time.

The next screen displays the calculated motor operation conditions

that suggests the Maximum speed of 120 r/min,

Load Torque of 1.098 N.m and finally

the moment of inertia of 139.183 x 10-4 kg·m2.

Often the manufacturer provides additional support in selecting a motor

with different classification questions.

Adding an electromagnetic brake for example

will help hold the load in place when power is removed or at rest.

And it's always a good idea to add a safety factor

to cover any additional changes for the future

and load variations not determined.

The program will allow you to print out the results of the move profile

and all the calculations performed by the software.

At this point, the key criteria for choosing a servo motor

have been defined and it is time to browse the manufacturer's product selection guide

to find the motor that matches these requirements.

Find a motor and drive that matches the supply voltage,

has a rated speed, continuous torque,

and peak torque rating that exceeds the values calculated.

If there is a motor that is a close match, you are finished.

If not, using the supplied software gearing

can be applied to match the motor and load more closely.

Servomotors can produce their full rated torque

from zero rpm up to many thousands of rpm.

Few machines can take advantage of these speeds without gear reduction.

Gear reduction matches the servo to the load in three ways;

reducing the speed, increasing the torque, and lowering the inertia ratio.

Speed is reduced proportional to the gear ratio,

torque is increased proportional to the gear ratio,

and most importantly, the inertia ratio is lowered by the square of the gear ratio.

Gearbox manufacturers list the inertia of the servo-grade gearboxes,

making it easy to include the gearbox inertia

into the torque and inertia calculations.

Most of the motors available likely are capable of much higher speeds than required.

Divide the motor speed by the required speed

and round down to get a starting gear ratio.

Then divide the required torque by the gear ratio to find the new required torque.

This will help you narrow the choices down to a few select motors.

Once you have the servo motor selected,

choose a servo drive rated for the correct input voltage

and with sufficient output current to drive the servo motor.

Servo drives can be controlled via several different interface types.

Interfaces types you can choose from include pulse-and-direction digital control,

analog control, and other servo networks.

A servo drive will provide your solution with high-speed control and feedback,

a reduction in wiring, and overall superior diagnostics capabilities

compared to other types of interfaces.

Finally, choose any options such as keyed motor shafts,

shaft seals, holding brakes for vertical loads, or external braking resistors.

Selecting the best servo system for an application

is a skill that improves with practice.

When in doubt, it's a good idea to verify your results

with the manufacturer or distributor.

This concludes the video, How to determine the Motor Size for your application.

How To Get An Addict To Stop - Duration: 10:43.

When you really love someone who has an addiction, it's got to come up for you.

How do you get an addict to stop? Let's take that on together. I don't know if we

can. You might know, Blu. -Maybe. -Since you work with addiction and recovery. It's

what you do full-time. So, I get to pick your brain a little bit on this topic.

Stop what? -Stop what? -How did get an addict to stop? -The big

broad comment isn't it how major attributes go into that addiction? -It

might be stop using. It might be stop being an idiot.

Maybe stop ignoring me? -Get off the phone? -Get an addict to stop what? I think

because you're here, there's probably people in your life that you're

concerned about, people that you love and you're wondering how to best help them

and assist them and so maybe that's the direction our comments take? -Absolutely.

-With the disclaimer. Though we don't control everything. -I've noticed that, we

don't. -You're brilliant. -There we go. -And hope you've noticed that

too, haven't you? Some things you'd control, other things you don't. So, get

really clear about what you control and and what you don't. Because we get to

accept it. You know the serenity prayer? -Absolutely. -Of course you're familiar

with that. -Yep. -And it has to do with God grant me the serenity to accept the

things I cannot change. The courage? -To change the things you can. -And the wisdom?

-To know the difference. -Ah. -That's brilliant. -There you go. -I like it.

-So, help us out here with this, Blu. What what have you noticed?

Well, like Dr. Paul says, you know, controls kind of a ghost. It's not going

to exist in this world because many times the attic themselves aren't going

to truly see it for what you see it as. And so basically, it's being able to

bring those behaviors and those visuals, those cues, so to speak to light.

This can be a scary process. This can be difficult but it's a must because it's

what cracks the egg to get the egg scrambled there. So, what we do at

team Addict to Athlete is talk about specifically what we call the, "You Race

and Replace" philosophy. Meaning, if we're going to help them erase their addiction,

they're going to have to replace it with something or some things of greater

value. Meaning, you can't take an addiction away and have a void left

there and then just put in a relationship. Or maybe a hobby or maybe a

service opportunity. There has to be many things that go into that to be able to

replace adequately what that addiction gave them. -That is a really important

point because addiction is such a multifaceted-life experience. It's not a

simple, "Oh, I'm addicted because of this." It's really a process that evolves over

time that is affected by so many aspects of life. -Absolutely. -Which is something

that I've loved about your Addict to Athlete program because erase the

addiction, yes. But what are we going to replace it with? What's going to take the

place of all of the things that that addiction has been serving over the

years that it's been evolving? -And then what the purpose of its use was? Many

people that find themselves addicted to something or doing it for a specific

reason. And so, when we were replacing that, it has to have some kind of

component with some kind of foundation that can be built upon what they're

missing. That sounds kind of deep and kind of like a therapeutic realm there.

But basically, get down to the basics. You know, things are going to help them stay

clean and recover the thoroughly our relationships. Those are the things that

we struggle with the most in addictions. And then of course, how to occupy time.

And when we do service as kind of a capstone to that. Many great things can

happen. But it has to be more than one and it has to be frequent. So once you

engage in helping an addict remove social media or friendships or old

acquaintances, be prepared to invest not just yourself but many people. We call it

establishing a home team. Bringing people from all over to

help. -Your relationship is really important here. And Blu, you're

acknowledging that even though that's important, it's probably not sufficient...

-No. -...for that person to overcome a very complex pattern that has led to the

addiction in the first place. -Absolutely. -But for you personally, to

keep a focus on that relationship. And tell me if you think this fits, Blu. We

shift our focus from the addiction to the relationship. -Mm-hmm. Does that sound

fair? -Part of it, yes. -Okay. -Because that relationship has to be one part of the

greater whole. Again, ruin or replace. We replace it with more than one thing. The

relationship has to come first because... Let's just say for instance, of social

media. You got yourself your phone and you kind of addicted to the

phone. You're checking it multiple times throughout the night. You're not talking

about you know, husband and wife. Yeah, parent-child. There's no communication. -So we're not talking about

there just like heroin addiction or opiates and you know, heavy drugs or

alcohol. -It could be anything. Anything taking time away from what normal

behavior would illustrate. And so too much of anything can make you an addict.

-Yes. Now, you said it's part of it. So, the

relationship is a piece of it. -Yeap. -There's a lot of control issues that

addicts typically struggle with. -Absolutely. -How would you suggest

that we addressed that piece of it? -Well, remember that control is basically a

ghost. When you boil it down does it really exist? It really is a situation

placing dominance over another person. When you're walking on pulling someone

to recovery, it's going to be a lot different than if you're walking beside

them. So, control would be pushing them or pulling them to the direction you want

to go. But the arm around their shoulder approach guiding them through the

experience, helping them see things they didn't notice, helping get received

feedback of reasons why they're putting much time into those situations, issues.

Social media or substances is going to be crucial. Everyone uses whatever for a

specific purpose and reason, we got to find out what that purpose and reason is.

-There are some subtle distinctions here too and your discussion of this, Blu

is so helpful because I'm picturing that if my loved one who's addicted is my

son or my daughter who's a juvenile, that's different than if the person

who's addicted is my spouse or my brother or my sister or a friend. -Yeah.

-Because there's a different control dynamic that happens between parents and

kids than there is between spouses. -Absolutely. -Between work colleagues. -It's

very true. -So, we're going to take a little different approach depending on

what our relationship is. What the nature of our relationship is with that person.

-And you can't do it alone. You have to recruit and have more home

team members come to your court. Because if you don't, you'll find yourself

overwhelmed, you'll find yourself outnumbered and you'll find yourself

getting tired and want to give up the process. -Home team and coaches. Can you

talk about coaches for a minute? Because you're a coach. -I'm a coach. In few

different ways. Absolutely. Coach comes from the Old West. Stage coach. It is

moving someone from one place to another. -I hadn't even thought about that

definition. -Absolutely. So moving one place to another by giving

instruction, by guiding and by coaching. Doing it through motivation instead of

force. And being able to provide tips and experiences and situations that are

going to allow them to sometimes fail but learn from those failures. Literally

as you speak highly of turning the mess into a message. Service is a huge part of

all of this. And when we can coach them into positions to provide a service, to

share their story, to be willing to talk about this with others. That's where true

healing has a major effect. -In a more common or more modern definition of

coach, we think of sports teams. -Yeah. -Where it's not the coach that goes and

wins the game. -No. -The coach is kind of on the sidelines.

-Absolutely. -And it's the coach that's able to see and observe what the talents

are, what the skillset is, what challenges were up against. And then and give enough

direction that then the players are the ones who win the game. -Yeap. The team

captains, the players, all those are the ones that make the plays happen. -I want

to put in a little plug for you too. And thanks for being here... -Thank you. -...on

Live on Purpose TV today. Blu is a skilled coach. And if you're finding

yourself wondering, "Well, what do I do in my situation?" Whether it's Blu or

someone else that you reach out to find the coaches that will assist you in

helping your loved one and informing that home team like you were talking

about. Blu works with this kind of stuff all the time. And you can find him at

liveonpurpose.coach where you scroll down to the coach's area. Just

look for his gorgeous mug right there. And you'll be able

to connect with him if you have specific questions. Are you willing to... -Absolutely.

That's what we do, you bet. -So reach out and whether it's Blu or

some other qualified individual who can help you to get into that position, you

don't have to do this alone. In fact, I don't think they can. -It's not even

advisable. You need help. -Not safe. -No. Absolutely not.

-Yeah and the help is available. So reach out, jump in. And let's support each other

too. Because there are people that then you can assist in mentor because of what

you've learned through the process that you're going through. So, keep that

perspective also. -Absolutely. -You can go through this. -I'll bet as we were having this

conversation today, you thought of some people that could really use this

information. Would you please share this video with them?

Assassin's Creed 3 - How to Reduce Lag and Boost & Improve Performance - Duration: 7:32.

Assassin's Creed 3 brought a lot of refreshment into the franchise.

But it also brought a lot of technical issues to the franchise as well.

In this video I'm going to try and help you out if you're having a tough time running

Assassin's Creed 3 on your system.

But also, don't forget that this will not fix all the issues, you just have to accept

the fact that it's technically an unfinished game.

Hence the reason of the remastered version being developed and released probably next

year.

Until then, here's something that will help you at least improve the performance a little

bit.

So, before you do anything else, simply head over to my website and download this little

software which is called the Low Specs Experience.

Download link is posted in the description of this video.

Low Specs Experience is a free tool that I developed that will allow you to go above

and beyond anything possible in-game video options.

After you download it, simply install it and you will get these shortcuts on your Desktop.

Start it and then go to the optimization catalog section.

Once you find yourself on this page, simply select Assassin's Creed 3 from this drop-down

menu and then press load the optimization package.

Now select the destination folder where your game has been installed.

Simply select the destination folder of your game and then press OK and this window will

pop-up.

Here select the method of optimization and resolution you would like to run your game

on.

After you did that simply press the optimize button and then start your game.

Feel free to experiment with resolutions and optimization methods to find what suits your

system the best.

Please note that the resolution 640x480 will require ReSwitch in order to work properly.

To do so simply start the ReSwitch from your Desktop and then select 640x480 and press

execute ReSwitch and then start your game.

The resolution will change after 60 seconds in-game.

That's all I had to share with you fine folks for this video.

Dislike it if you feel the complete opposite.

I'll see you guys next time with a whole new video.

How to Send a Dream - Duration: 4:48.

Dream Magic is considered one of the truest and most powerful forms of Magic.

Why?

Because this type of Magic uses the most profound and essential power.

Our Higher Self.

Do not be mistaken.

Being a Dream Witch is a very promising and powerful Magical Profession.

And this is why, after our Initiation to Dream Magic, we now proceed on how to Send a Dream!

But let's see again what is all about!

The Old Ways recognised the Power of the Dream Witches which was As we saw in previous post

about God Oniros (Dream = οniro / όνειρο – in Greek), the Realm of the Dreams is

actually really close to the Realm of Death.

Having access to the Realm of Dream is a powerful magic and healing process.

Why Send a Dream Dreams have a profound impact on our behaviour

and our consciousness.

Psychologically and para-psychologically speaking, during the night-time a healing progress is

taking place.

As our consciousness rests, we are detached from our 'reality' – thus all the problems

related to it – and we slowly drift away to other Realms, where we are not confined

by the 'rules' of material world.

Dreams are carriers of spiritual and magical information one – already does but can take

further – use of them, in order to bring balance and magical awareness.

In other words, by 'send a dream' we actually mean 'bring healing and magical awareness'

because that's what dreams do!

Dreams Can: Improve Awareness

Wake up our Magical Powers Develop our Mind's skills

Bring Balance and Healing in Mind and Body Help us transcend the Worlds and the Realms

Before you Try to Send a Dream Remember: Dreams are not toys, they are magical

tools of the Soul!

Please know that sending a Dream is not a funny game.

As already said, Dreams can have profound impact on our behaviour.

Thus, before you send a dream, please make sure that the 'target' agrees on the procedure.

Otherwise, it's just black magic, and we would always advise you against.

Also, before you do send a dream, make sure you have made up your mind on what to send.

Maybe a healing dream?

Or you maybe wanna send a magical dream to promote awareness?

How to Send a Dream: Preparation:

Make up your mind about who is the 'Target' of your dream.

Ask this 'target' is it's ok to send a dream.

If yes, proceed.

Otherwise, ask another.

Once the 'target' agrees, propose him/her to keep a 'Dream Journal' and note down

all the dreams s/he sees.

This will expand the awareness of the Dream World.

Now, make up your mind on what dream you are going to send.

Procedure:

Set the alarm on 03.00am as by that time magical things happen.

This is the Witching Hour, and during this time, more powerful magical phenomena happen.

Now, once you've just woke up, do not rise from bed.

Just slowly turn your focus towards your Third Eye.

This is the Gateway of your Magical & Psychic Powers.

Visualise, that your consciousness is a bright light shining through your Third Eye.

From that, a beam of light comes out, moving towards your 'target'.

Try to visualise all the way, as if you are walking towards your 'target'.

Make this sensation as 'real' as possible.

Once you've got to the 'target', visualise him/her sleeping.

Now see his/her 'third eye'.

This is where you engage contact.

Move towards the 'third eye' activating it.

Visualise his/her third eye shining.

Now you've established contact.

You are ready to send the dream.

Once you've finished 'broadcasting' the dream, withdraw the beam of light and

now turn backwards and slowly get back to You.

The Day After

First thing in the morning, ask the 'target' what dream s/he saw.

Repeat as needed.

Final Notes on How to Send a Dream This procedure works even in the first time.

However, the 'target' may not remember all the dreams s/he saw.

This is why you tell them to keep a dream journal.

Use Symbols and Colours in the dream sending procedure because they are more recognisable

and easily remembered!

You can even send a Dream to yourself ( in the Past, Present or the Future) to promote

healing and awareness!

How to LISTEN Like a Pro! - Duration: 7:41.

Hey there let's talk about influence.

Let's talk about connecting with others.

Let's talk about getting results,

getting results with people.

You know there's a secret that's not really a secret

but a fundamental truth that has everything to do

whether or not you have influence

or you're able to connect with people.

Maybe you're in sales,

maybe you're in customer service,

maybe you're a teacher,

maybe you're a counselor,

maybe you're a leader and you want more people

to buy into your vision.

Listen, here's one truth and that is all great communicators

are great listeners.

Question for you,

are you a great listener?

I mean if I were to poll the closest people you know,

if I were to ask them, on a scale

from one to ten, how well do you listen?

What would they say?

I hope they would say great but I know statistically

most people are not good listeners.

Yet truly listening to someone has more influence on them

than probably anything else.

So I wanna give you four steps that can help you

become a great listener.

And I hope you desire to do that

because here's the reality.

The sign of a great conversationalist,

is a person who spends 30% of their time

asking questions, finding out directing the conversation,

but 70% listening.

Let me say that again.

30% asking questions, directing the conversation,

those kinds of things.

And then 70% of the time listening.

You were born with two ears and one mouth.

But here's the reality, most people,

they'll start a conversation and then soon

they will turn that conversation back to themselves

and I'm telling you what,

if you want to effectively communicate with people.

You know, Brian Tracy calls it white magic.

There is power in communicating with people

when you are a great listener.

Right, all you gotta do is turn on the news,

I don't know for 12 seconds

and you can see people cutting each other off

and talking over each other.

They're not really seeking to understand

the other point of view.

They've come in with their talking points

and their perspectives

and that's it.

But if we're really going to elevate performance

and move people to a higher level of achieving results

especially achieving results with people

in a positive and uplifting way,

the key is you've gotta be a better listener.

So here are the four steps.

Number one, to become a great listener,

you must start by making a decision to be a great listener.

Everything starts with decision right?

Decisions shape destiny.

Number two, let the person finish their thought

or whatever their sharing with you

before responding.

Let 'em completely finish their thought.

Now I get that this can be frustrating sometimes

especially if you're communicating with someone

that likes to ramble.

Right, sometimes it's hard to get your

words in edgewise and so you find those opportunities

that you can kinda squeeze in a comment here or there.

Here's what I would suggest.

Let them finish what they're saying

and when there's an appropriate time and place

or a pause, step number three is

once you've hear what they've said,

now I want you to restate it.

Restate what you have heard in your own words.

When you restate it, not only does it redirect

and re-control in some cases, the conversation,

it shows that you're truly listening,

that you really care.

Okay so you're gonna restate what you heard.

And you can say that by saying, sir or ma'am,

you know I heard you say and then,

say what yo heard them say

and they you will be able to calibrate

and they will be able to calibrate with you

whether you're on track or off track.

This is where most conversations fail.

Right, how many times did you ask someone in your life

whether it be your children

or whether it be a co-worker, you told them

to get something done.

You told them even a specific way to do it,

but when it was done, it wasn't achieved

as you had imagined it.

Why?

Because there was no clarification.

You have to pause and ask to be a good communicator

if you're in sales or customer service.

Find out exactly what the people

you're speaking to and with,

what they're thinking.

And then, number four is, once you've restated

what you've heard them say,

ask additional questions, right?

Get to the truth.

That's your goal.

To get to the truth on things.

Right the goal is to move forward

in a positive way.

And part of that means you've gotta be honest and true

and you gotta have confidence to do this.

It takes confidence and courage to ask questions.

Be curious.

Ask more questions.

So next time you are in a conversation with someone.

I want you to practice this.

I want you that when you're in that conversation,

make a decision early on not to talk about yourself at all.

Don't direct anything towards you

unless it is inquired of you.

Right 'cause here's what will happen.

When you don't try to turn the conversation back on you,

it is more often than not, natural for the person

you're speaking with to then begin asking you questions

about your services, products and so forth.

And you can be personal and professional

asking those questions.

Alright, so the first step is make a decision.

Number two, let the person finish speaking

before you respond.

Number three, restate what you've heard that person say

and then number four, ask additional questions

and listen more.

Wouldn't that be powerful if that's the way

our world worked?

I love it when Steven Covey said,

"Seek first to understand before being understood."

That is a crucial element of human communication

and you will have more influence

once someone feels like you care.

So that leads us to two bonuses.

Number one, understand that nothing connects with people

like sincere interest.

Make sure that you are sincere when you listen to them

and when you ask questions.

Number two, be human.

People wanna be around people that are like themselves.

Be natural, be spontaneous

and be genuine.

Alright, may you take these principles

and become a better listener.

That's my goal for you,

going to your next couple conversations.

Don't direct anything towards yourself.

But do it naturally, they will start to ask you questions.

And then make sure, when they ask you a question

to keep it concise.

Keep it quick.

Keep it to the point.

Alright, was that helpful?

Go out there, achieve all your goals.

Work at 'em.

Work hard.

Discipline yourself and may you

unleash your greatness within.

(slow beat music fades)

Airbnb Host Tips (How to BRAND your Vacation Rental) - Duration: 6:50.

Want to leave a lasting impression on your vacation rental guests?

In this video, I'll show you how.

Hi, I'm Heidi Miget and I'm a marketing strategist for vacation rental homeowners.

I've been a marketer for over 10 years, but I've also been a vacation rental homeowner

for over five.

That's why I started my agency, Fully Booked Consulting, to work with vacation rental homeowners

who need help with their marketing.

So for easy marketing tips that you can follow along for your vacation rental, be sure to

subscribe to this channel, I post new videos every Tuesday.

Let's say you're looking for a condo on a beach in Destin, Florida.

What's going to jump out at you more, something that just has named itself Condo Unit #22

or Beachfront Bliss?

A strong vacation rental brand can not only draw in a potential guest when they're browsing

through hundreds of homes, but it can also leave a lasting impression on those that have

stayed at your home.

It makes it easier for them to refer you to others, or to go back and find you when they

want to rebook next year.

Today I'll review why a brand is important, three ideas to help you name your rental,

and three tips to help you bring your brand to life.

I spent six years of my career at a branding agency, where I worked with Fortune 500 brands,

and they are willing to pay a lot of money for branding because they know how important

it is.

But a brand is still just as important for a small business.

As an agency owner, I ensure that my clients are keeping their brand top of mind, which

is why I wanted to put this video together today.

First, here are three reasons why it's so important for you to brand your vacation rental.

Reason number one is that a brand really allows the potential guest to connect to your rental.

Reason number two is that a brand will make it easier for a guest to find you, refer you,

and it encourages repeat visits.

And reason number three is that most vacation rental homeowners aren't taking advantage

of this, so it's a great opportunity to really stand out among the crowd.

Okay, so here are three ideas that you can keep in mind if you're naming your home for

the first time.

Idea number one would be to highlight a unique feature that your home has.

For example, one of the clients that I worked with had a vacation home and surrounded by

it were dogwood trees, so they named their home Casa del Cornejo and that means House

of the Dogwoods.

That would be one idea that you could use to start with.

Idea number two is to really capture the owner personality.

Another one of my clients has over 30 homes in their portfolio and what they've done is

they've named each one of their homes to capture and important facet of their life.

They have names of homes for sports teams that they like, city that they have lived

in, or places that they've traveled.

It could be unique to you and it could really capture the owner personality.

And idea number three would be capture kind of the home's vibe.

Another vacation rental homeowner that I worked with had a cozy little cottage in a secluded

part of a lake and they also had a hot tub in their home.

So their home name was M&M's Retreat, and that just kind of nicely sums up what you

really get with their home.

So those are a couple ideas to help get you started, hopefully something was helpful to

start with your brainstorming.

Here are a few tips you can keep in mind when deciding a name.

Tip number one is that you want to think about the execution.

How are you going to execute this theme throughout the room and on the wall hangings and anywhere

else that you can really incorporate the brand, trying to think about how your theme can continue

throughout the home.

Tip number two is to really be consistent.

You not only want to be consistent throughout all of the rooms within your home, but how

are you going to incorporate it into the communication with your guests, into the book that you leave.

You want to really make sure that once you've decided on a name for your home that you incorporate

it into all the different guest touchpoints.

And tip number three, you can really level up your branding, you can take this to the

whole next level.

You could get a logo for your brand, you could add this on towels throughout the home.

I've even seen where you could put it on pillows, or just really start to find subtle, nice

ways to brand it throughout the home.

Those are kind of bonus points, but if you go that level you will definitely get remembered

by your guests.

Leave me a comment below.

Have you branded your vacation rental yet?

Are you going to?

Let me now, I want to hear.

So you've started thinking about your vacation rental brand and that is an awesome first

step.

Now, how is your overall marketing strategy looking like?

If you're not sure, that's okay, I've got you covered.

I created the Vacation Rental Marketing Roadmap and this is my seven-step process to really

setting up your vacation rental for success, and I also cover some of the mistakes that

I often see when someone's first setting up their listing.

How to Improve Your Gut Health - Duration: 3:21.

What are the easiest ways to improve your digestive health? let's get into it

hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of walk with me this is

josh here and today i'm sharing a few tips for how to improve your digestive

and gut health this is something that not very many people talk about but is

super important for overall health and if you're losing weight it's important

for that too but these are just a few of the things i've implemented personally

that have had the biggest impact on my overall gut health everyone knows it's

important to drink water but you don't realize how much more important it gets

if you're eating at a calorie deficit your body gets a lot of the moisture it

needs for digestion through the food that you're eating especially if you're

eating at a calorie deficit you're not going to have quite as much moisture

just because you're not eating as much food so it gets even more important to

make sure in drink your water it can have a big impact on your mood and it's

also a really great way to feel full so make sure that you're drinking at least

a couple liters a day everyone knows it's important to get your fiber and

every day but there are a few things that I see that are missed pretty

frequently by a lot of people thirty to fifty grams is a good rough estimate to

start at for how many grams of fiber you should be having but you do want to make

sure and mix up the type of fiber that you're eating see there soluble fiber

and insoluble fiber both play very important parts for digestion so pay

attention to which food you're eating and which types of fiber that they have

you also want to make sure and ramp up the amount of fiber that you're eating

slowly don't go from a fully junk food diet with very little fiber to a full

healthy diet with 50 grams you're gonna have a real rough time in the morning in

addition to that you want to make sure that you're ramping up your water intake

along with your fiber it's a very important step that you don't want to

eating fermented foods is a really great way to get those extra good gut bacteria

in your body without having to spend a ton of money on probiotics or other

supplements things like kombucha and kimchi and apple cider vinegar and

sauerkraut all are very very good to keep your gut moving and healthy the

more good bacteria you have in your gut the less bad bacteria is able to thrive

and take over so make sure you're eating some fermented foods on a pretty regular

basis so that was all I had for today hopefully you guys enjoyed this I'm

definitely no expert but microbiome and gut health is something that seems to be

more and more important than or that science catches up and learns about our

bodies so it's just always something that's very interesting to me and I take

a lot of time to research just for my own personal reasons but I'd love to

hear if you have any tips or advice for how to improve your gut health let's get

a good discussion going for everybody get in the comments be sure to subscribe

if you're new I put out new videos every Monday and Friday and be sure to LIKE

the video if you enjoyed this helps me out a ton but until next time I'll talk

to you all later have a good one

How to Install Google Analytics with Google Tag Manager. - Duration: 2:46.

Hello everyone on this video we're going to install Google Analytics using Google tag manager. Let's Go!

What's up Javier here and welcome to ever learned tutorials, the best way to become a digital expert. As I showed in my

how to install Google tag manager video the installation of Google Analytics is very straight forward just create attack with the Google Analytics type

Paste the idea of the analytics property and select page view and trigger this tag on every page

this tag will send the data to Google Analytics let me show you.

If we activate the preview mode this will trigger the analytics tag on my computer and as you see in the real-time report

we see that the data

Is being sent and everything is ready to go

But before I publish this tag I want to talk about some of the options as well as using the new Google

Analytics setting variable for installing

Analytics. The reason for using this variable is that you can create a lot of Google Analytics tags for example

for events for enhanced e-commerce and more so I highly suggest

to use this variable for reusing the information.

Let's create the variable, first clicking variables

New and select a new Google Analytics setting variable.

Paste analytics property ad and we are almost done but let examine first some of the advanced configurations

"Field to Set" is out of the scope of this video but it let us set some custom configuration into the Google Analytics cookie

Custom dimensions and custom metrics is for sending your own dimensions and metrics to Google Analytics

For example like gold versus silver member or premium versus normal product

I will create a video just talking about custom dimensions and custom metrics.

Content group is for categorize the content of your website.

Advertising is for the demographic report and I recommend to turn it on.

Ecommerce is for tracking an e-commerce site, also I create a video just for this.

The others are some advanced figuration for trucking multiple domains as a single domain

save and

use it in your Google Analytics tag as you see this variable is

reusable in any tag and it's good practice to use it.

Now in preview mode and as you see the information is being sent so this is how you start Google Analytics with Google tag manager.

Thank you for watching this video please if you have any question or

constructive opinion leave it on the comments, see you in the next video of Everlearn Tutorials bye
