Youtube daily Instagram Nov 6 2018

Hello beautiful people.

Welcome back to my channel.

My name is Ortal Levitan, AKA the workout unicorn on all social media platforms.

In today's video, we're gonna talk about Insta Story and Insta Live, and how you can use

each of them to grow your audience, and get more followers on your page.

And no, they are not exactly the same thing.

We'll talk about that in a second.

Before we get started, make sure to subscribe to my channel and hit that little bell so

that you are notified whenever I post a new video.

Alright, let's dig in.

So first of all, let's break down the difference between Insta Story and Insta Live.

Insta Stories are videos, posts, whatever that you upload to your stories, and they're

only available for 24 hours unless you add them to your highlights section on your page,

then they stay there forever.

Now with Insta Stories, you can include a bunch of different like emojis.

They have functions like mention people, using hashtags, locations in your Insta Story, all

of that.

And you have a swipe up feature if you are above 10,000 followers, and you can redirect

people to an external link, or a website, or whatever.

So that's Insta Stories.

Insta Lives however, are essentially sessions where you go live.

You can't edit them.

You can't upload them and then delete them like Insta Story, and kind of you don't edit

them.

They are live, just live sessions.

And if you do a live, you can decide whether or not you wanna share it on your page for

the next 24 hours and essentially people can view it like an Insta Story, or you can just

do a live and delete it.

If people decided to tune in, they saw it.

If not, they missed out.

Usually, I tend to save my lives for 24 hours because they do have valuable information

in them, and people wanna watch them more than just once, or they might wanna watch

it later if they couldn't tune into the actual live.

Okay, so how do we actually use both of these to grow?

First of all, let's talk about Insta Stories.

Insta Stories are a great tool for getting additional visibility on your page from new

audience members, and people that aren't even following you.

And how do you actually do that?

First of all, you have to utilize Insta Stories in a way that gives people that feeling where

they're getting a behind the scenes look.

You're building a new relationship with them.

You can show them what you do in your spare time.

You can show them your workouts.

You can show them what you eat, stuff that you're passionate about.

You can just hop on and talk about a topic you're really interested in.

This is to build a connection, a new connection with people.

Now in addition to that, Insta Stories have a lot of built in functions for new visibility.

So kind of like what I was talking about before, Insta Stories allow you to tag people, they

allow you to use hashtags, and they allow you to use locations.

These are all phenomenal things.

And so, obviously if you mention someone in your story, tag them in there.

But, let's exclude that because that's not really gonna give you a lot new visibility,

unless you know, that person's not following you or something.

If you use the hashtag, you can use one hashtag on Insta Story as just like a sticker hashtag,

or you can actually add up to 10 hashtags by just typing them out like you would any

normal text on Insta Story.

And what ends up happening when you use those hashtags, you pop up on that hashtag's Insta

Story.

So if you go to a hashtag that you really, really like, there's always going to be like

a circle of Insta Stories at the very top of that hashtag, and your Insta Story, if

you use their hashtag, is going to show up there for 24 hours.

Anybody that sees that Insta Story is going to see your Insta Story for that hashtag.

Can you imagine the immense visibility that that could give your page if you're using

bigger hashtags, or even just targeted hashtags?

Another thing that you can do is use a location sticker, and this is essentially just like

geo tagging your post.

You're geo tagging your Insta Story, and then you pop up no that location's Insta Story

as well.

And so again, anybody that looks at that location's Insta Story sees your page, is gonna hop on,

and see what you're all about.

Now in addition to that, Insta Story helps you connect with your existing audience in

a way that Insta Live really can't.

You have polls where you can do kind of market research, or ask your audience questions.

There's the questions sticker, where your audience can ask you things, and then you

can choose to share their question and your response, or not, totally up to you.

You also have different like emojis which you can use, which spice up your Insta Story

a little bit, and kind of show like what you're all about, and what emojis you like using.

Insta Stories have a bunch of these built in functions, and Instagram invested a lot

of money in developing them, so they want you to use them.

So definitely take advantage of that.

And so your Insta Story strategy should be to share the behind the scenes of your life,

and build a new connection with your audience while using all these built in tools so that

you can increase your visibility.

Alright, let's move on to Insta Live.

Insta Live doesn't have any of these built in functions.

Insta Live has two cool things that you can do with it.

So the main purpose of Insta Live is really to just foster that existing relationship

with your audience.

This is a way for them to get more of you.

Not so much a behind the scenes, but just kind of like a one-on-one connection.

When you hop on live, you're unedited.

You're totally raw, and people see you the way you are, and that helps build that connection.

Now another way to foster that connection is Insta Live actually has the ability to

invite people to your live.

So let's say you're doing a Q&A on Insta Live, and you wanna invite your audience members

to hop on your live, and ask you questions so that you can answer in real time.

They'll send you a request, and you can approve it, and what'll happen is the screen will

split into two.

Your Insta Live will be at the top, and they will be at the bottom, and you're just communicating.

It's like a video chat.

It is a very, very intimate way to connect with your audience, and people love it.

And so, like I said, Insta Live is just meant to foster that existing relationship, and

kind of give more of yourself to your audience, but it's not necessarily used for finding

new audience members that aren't already following you.

So I hope that makes sense, and I hope you guys found this video valuable.

If you did, please make sure to give it a thumbs up, and drop a comment below just saying

hi, or what you really appreciated about the video.

It really helps me out, and I appreciate it a lot.

And of course, if there are any topics that you would like me to cover in next week's

video, or future videos, drop a comment below, or shoot me a message on Instagram, @workout_unicorn.

I would be more than happy to address your topics.

I will see you all next week, and thank you again for tuning in.

Conor McGregor mocks 'mad little b*****' Floyd Mayweather on Instagram - Duration: 6:14.

has mocked 'mad little b******' after the Man announced his comeback fight against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa on Monday

The 41-year-old, unbeaten in all 50 of his career fights, has long been mooted with a move to mixed martial arts to fight McGregor or Khabib Nurmagomedov

But he revealed that he has signed with Japanese mixed martial arts promotions company RIZIN Fighting Federation, although it is not yet known what rules will be in place when he fights 20-year-old Nasukawa in Saitama

In a lengthy post on Instagram alongside a photo of Mayweather and Nasukawa, McGregor unleashed a foul-mouthed rant and joked the pair looked like the stars of successful movie franchise Rush Hour

He wrote: 'Is that a tracksuit or a sauna suit Floyd haha w**. is it hot in Tokyo or what's the story here? that climate change is no joke f*** me hahah'What in the f*** is going on here? Who's this little p**** next to you ? That's mad s***

Like something out of rush hour 5 or something. Chris tucker and Jackie f****** Chan back in this b****

F****** brilliant. Mad little b****** you are Floyd. Fair f**** to you mate. No lie

F*** it.'  Scene have reported that the contest will strictly be a boxing exhibition and may only be scheduled for three rounds

The finances of the deal were not disclosed at Monday's news conference, although any deal to lure Mayweather back is expected to be worth eight figures

Speaking at a news conference in Tokyo on Monday, there was no mention of UFC's two biggest names

Instead, Mayweather explained that the decision to fight in Japan was about expanding his global profile

'I wanted to do something different. I wanted to display my skills outside the US and be in a special fight,' he said

'I spoke with my team and with RIZIN and we put it together.'I have fought in the US for all 50 of my fights

As a professional I haven't had a chance to go outside the US to display my skills and to display my talent for the world

'I look forward to giving you guys entertainment come December 31, but my relationship with RIZIN, it doesn't stop just here

I look forward to taking this worldwide.' Early indications also suggest that the fight will not be a pay-per-view event with a boxing match in the early hours of Monday morning expected to be a tough sale in the United States

That would mean it will be the first time Mayweather has fought in a non-pay-per-view event in the United States since he stopped Sharmba Mitchell back in November 2005

Mayweather, who is expected to start training for the fight in the United States on Tuesday, added that the terms of the fight would be decided in the coming weeks

'As far as the weight class and the rules, we will talk about that and will get that situated within the next couple of weeks,' he said

Mayweather's last bout was in 2017 when he beat Irish fighter , running his boxing record to 50-0 and earning close to $300 million (£230m)

Mayweather had come out of a near two-year retirement to fight McGregor and afterwards said he was done with boxing

'We do foolish things sometimes but I am not a dam fool. If I see an opportunity to make $300 million in 36 minutes why not,' he said after that fight in Las Vegas

'But this is the last one, you have my word on it.' Last month, Mayweather told TMZ that he would fight both Nurmagomedov and McGregor once again in 2019

'McGregor was talking that s***, so it ain't over,' Mayweather told reporters. 'After me and Khabib lock up, me and McGregor we gonna lock up again

This Duo Created An Instagram Page To Merge Dating and Voting - Duration: 3:26.

You can be the most passionate person in voting in the world,

you still think it's boring. Let's be real.

We're the founders of "Your Voting Date"

a campaign that's designed to get people voting by turning it into dating.

Originally, the idea started with us having a sign

going out a date on November 6,

and the whole idea started basically thinking that we would use this platform of dating apps

has the place where this photography would live and each person would do that,

but then it shifted to being more of a social campaign that would live more on Instagram

so we started doing on dating apps but it shifted to us basically asking people to share photos.

Our designs that's supposed to go on November 6

and basically tag someone ask them to go on a date with them on that day.

So you really do to participate is bring somebody on a date to go voting.

We're available.

We'd love to take out.

And the voting date can be anybody–

friends, somebody you just met or an actual date.

Doesn't have to be romantic precisely.

The biggest issue for us is that

it feel like right now all the pressure isn't for young people to go out and vote

and that's is a little bit intimidating for us.

We're kind of in that racial that are not voting per se

so it does feel really intimidating in a way

which I know as our civic duty to do.

But this seems like a more fun way to say

you can go do it and it can still be like an event or fun thing that you can do,

and even an instagrammable content

which young adults love to do.

And even though I think that

you can be the most passionate person about voting in the world

you still think it's boring, let's be real.

But instead of a lot of campaigns out there saying

'You have to do this'

really aggressive about it,

which is good, I think there's a place for that

but why not just try to make fun thing? Because young people love having fun.

I think hopefully this event will be the next big thing that

we'll get following from, or engagement with people.

we hopefully feel like this is a platform that could exist for future elections

so in concepts that could live on

as a community of voters

people go voting with other people

this hopefully can be something grows over the years

and it just kind of excites people voting.

I think politics recently has become so personal

and so many people are attached to it

that this feel like it's a natural progression.

If it's becoming more personal thing, why not make it an activity, make it a thing?

Little bit more human too.

Cast your vote. It really matters.

And hopefully we can make some change for this.

And get some power and actually care about people.

Make it positive change.

And make voting fun.
