US service member killed in apparent insider attack in Afghanistan - Duration: 2:22.

A member of the U.S. armed forces was killed and another was wounded in an apparent insider attack on Saturday in the Afghan capital Kabul, according to Resolute Support, the NATO training mission in the country

Initial reports indicated that the shooter was a member of the Afghan National Defense Security Forces, an ally to NATO, and that he was immediately shot dead by other Afghan forces, a statement from Resolute Support said

Brent Taylor, a Utah National Guardsman and former mayor of North Ogden, Utah, was the service member killed in the attack, a friend of the Taylor family told The Salt Lake Tribune on Saturday

The other service member, who was wounded, is undergoing medical treatment and in stable condition, according to the NATO statement

The insider attack is the third in less than a month on NATO by allied Afghan forces

On Oct. 18, an insider attack in Kandahar led to the death of two top Afghan security officials and also wounded Brigadier General Jeffrey Smiley, the top U

S. general in southern Afghanistan. Another attack four days later in western Afghanistan killed a Czech soldier and wounded two other Czech soldiers

This latest attack is currently under investigation, NATO said, adding that additional information would be released as appropriate

Leonardo DiCaprio And Brad Pitt Give 'Urgent' Reminder, They Really Want Us To Vote For Democrats - Duration: 2:50.

Hollywood liberal thought leaders who serve as mouthpieces for the Democratic party are

using social media to influence the critical midterm elections.

For those inclined to take their marching orders from wealthy celebrities a new video

featuring A-list stars, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt will serve as inspirational

fodder to get out and vote this Tuesday.

In a PSA video that was released Friday by the leftist NowThisNews, the two superstars

are urging supporters to deliver Congress to the Democrats and in using the same ominous,

focus group tested tones warn that the very future of the nation is at stake.

According to Leo, "This election might be the most consequential of our lifetime,"

which is practically guaranteed to be a recurring theme heading into the 2020 presidential campaigns

where as many as twenty Dems will battle each other for the opportunity to run against President

Trump who now has the power of incumbency.

Two of Hollywood's biggest players are encouraging voters to head to the polls for midterm elections.

Speaking in a video released on Friday by NowThis News, actors Leonardo DiCaprio and

Brad Pitt spoke about the importance of voting on Nov. 6.

"The future of our country will be decided this week," DiCaprio said in the video.

"Elections don't just matter when voting for president, this election might be the

most consequential of our lifetime," he added, noting that issues like gun safety

laws, immigration policy, clean water and air, and health care access are at stake.

Pitt explained that these issues are decided from various levels of government including

"the House of Representatives to the Senate to dozens of governor races."

"State house elections will determine the future of climate change, criminal justice

reform, education funding, LGBTQ equality and even your ability to vote," he added.

That about covers it for the Dems who are bringing out the big guns to close the deal

with voters and counting on star power to make the difference.

The actors will both appear in bad boy director Quentin Tarantino's take on the infamous

Manson family murders, the upcoming "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" which is scheduled

to be released next summer.

You have to give them credit because unlike the unhinged, anti-Trump celeb Twitter mob,

Brad and Leo didn't unleash a torrent of vulgarity as they made their final argument

to convince people to trust them on who is best qualified to hold political power.

私たちの10のこと / 10 Things About Us PART1 - Duration: 10:12.

Hey guys!

I'm French bebechan and...

I'm Japanese bebechan!

This is our second video!

Thanks for watching the first one, and also thank you if you visit us for the first time here!

Today we're gonna talk about "10 things about us"

So we prepared 10 questions!

hhhmmmmm...wait for a sec...

Serious!!!

It won't be that much serious.

If we answer serious questions, it'll be super long

So we prepared just simple 10 questions to let you know about us more!

Let's get started!

Name!!

Hey, probably Kotomi....oops

I guess you got her name!

Indeed!

Anyway, so Kotomi!

Yeah, you already heard the answer few seconds ago, but my name is Kotomi !

Before we got married, my last name was "Miyajima"

But...now?

Now I'm "Kotomi Poudat"!

So happy!

Still I'm not used to it though

So...what's your name bebe?

Let me say in French pronunciation.

"Aurelien Poudat"

Sounds difficult to say right?

"Poudat" is easy to pronounce though

But "Aurelien" is difficult.

In Japan people call me "Orerian"

But in France they call me "Aure"

But...people don't call me Aure in Japan

Because "Ore" means "me" in Japanese.

So people call me "Orechan" instead.

Since it's cute....

If he calls himself "Ore", we don't know if it's name or "me".

So we felt it's better to put "chan" at the end!

But those "Ore" doesn't mean "me".

I'm calling my name.

But some Japanese people don't notice and feel I'm rude.

Shut up guys!

Anyway, you got our name!

Can I start?

I'm 23 yeas old.

I graduated from university, and started to work this year.

I'm still young right?

I became 29!

I'll be 30 next year!

Age difference between us is 6 years

But he still looks like a kid in a good way

I feel we're close!

Maybe I'm more mature than you hehe!

(Nope)

She's tiny.

And I'm super tall.

I'm 150cm.

More like 150.7cm

It's not 149cm?

I AM 150cm!

I'm 187cm!

We have 37cm difference between us!

I guess it's bigger difference than our age.

It's important!

Ohh...Why bebechan

Even the name of this channel is bebechan.

This is how you call partner (Koibito) in French!

Kobito? (dwarf?)

Noooo! It's not Kobito(dowarf), but Koibito(partner) xD

I guess you're right though...

They call partner bebe as baby in France

then I felt it would be cute if we put "chan" at the end!

And actually we liked it!

"Bebe"is what we call partner, not yourself

So I don't call myself bebechan.

Neither does he.

Yeah, bebechan is what we call each other!

I'm an office worker.

I'm working for IT company.

I'm working with using English sometimes

but mostly manage data, enter data...

Anyway, I'm a general office worker in IT company!

Yeah, but less than I thought actually.

I replied in English directly without translating to someone else.

Yeah I wish I could work as a translator.

But I just started to work this year, so we'll see :)

I'm a music composer!

Nice to meet youuuuu

Yeah! "Middle Management"!

You can do here! here!

Oh! Also you made this channel theme right?

Please subscribe, thumbs up, comments....yeah!!

Violent Extremism in the U.S. | NowThis World - Duration: 7:38.

The U.S. has a problem with extremism.

But it might not be the kind you're thinking of.

In terms of sheer numbers of attacks in the U.S. over the last decade, one group in particular should stand out to you.

11 worshippers shot and killed in a Jewish synagogue in Pittsburgh by a man shouting anti-Semitic slurs.

14 pipe bombs at the doors of leading Democratic politicians and donors, and CNN.

Two black customers shot in a grocery store in Kentucky by a white man after he failed to make it inside a predominantly black church minutes before.

All within the last two weeks.

White supremacist and other forms of right-wing violence are currently the deadliest active domestic extremist movements in the U.S.,

according to data from several civil rights groups that track hate crimes and extremist violence.

Southern Poverty Law Center is one of those groups.

We spoke with the center's Heidi Beirich, who's been following extremist movements for almost two decades, to help break it all down.

Let's just start with the numbers.

Over the last decade, right-wing extremists committed more than 70% of extremist-related murders, according to a report published earlier this year

by the Anti-Defamation League's Center on Extremism.

The Government Accountability Office similarly reported in 2017 that right-wing extremists were responsible for 73% of fatal extremist incidents since 9/11.

The most common groups victimized by these extremists are those who are black, Hispanic, or part of a multi-racial couple or family.

It's important to note that right-wing domestic extremism is an umbrella term under which various right-wing ideologies fall in the U.S.

Crimes committed by people who are anti-government, anti-semitic, homophobic, Islamophobic, xenophobic, and fascist, among other things,

also fall under this category.

But of all the sub groups that fall under right-wing domestic extremism, white supremacists have committed the most attacks in recent years,

like the Charleston church shooting and Charlottesville attack.

[Beirich]: When we talk about terrorism at the Southern Poverty Law Center, we're talking about white supremacy,

and what I mean by that is somebody who believes the white race is literally better than all the other races,

and these folks usually believe that the United States should be what they call a white ethnostate.

[Host]: When it comes to racially-motivated hate crimes, black Americans are overwhelmingly targeted.

They make up 66% of the victims of racially-motivated hate crimes since 1995.

A recent report by the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino

shows that anti-black hate crimes were the most common of any in at least five of the ten largest U.S. cities in 2017.

And when it comes to extremist ideologies, there have been incidents of attacks inspired by the so-called Islamic state.

For example, the mass shootings at Pulse Nightclub in 2016 and a San Bernardino health center in 2015.

But statistically, white American men in the U.S. pose a bigger threat than foreigners committing acts of extremism.

But you might not know that based on some of the coverage and political rhetoric surrounding extremism.

[Donald Trump]: Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States.

I think Islam hates us.

I want surveillance of certain mosques, OK?

[Host]: Journalists have also been complicit in the narrative that often paints white perpetrators as 'quiet' or 'lone wolves' rather than labeling them as 'terrorists,'

as they're often quicker to do with non-white perpetrators.

Extremist attacks committed by those who are Muslim receive on average 357% more U.S. press coverage

than those committed by non-Muslims, according to a recent university study. [

[Beirich]: If all the domestic terrorists who were white males were covered as heavily, and connectected together in one story

[...] we would have a different image that would come to our mind.

[Host]: In fact, Muslims and Jews, are among the most frequent religious targets of white supremacist violence.

Muslims comprised 24% and Jews, 54%, of victims of religiously-motivated hate crimes,

according to the FBI's most recent data.

[Beirich]: In people's minds, they don't really put together that this is a pattern of violent activity connected to one ideology,

basically, white supremacy, in the same way that they do when they think about extremist Muslim violence.

[Host]: But when it comes to actually being charged with terrorism, recent data from the investigative nonprofit The Nation Institute

shows that when terrorist incidents result in arrest, Muslim perpetrators are far more likely to be charged than far-right perpetrators.

A very small number of white supremacist cases do result in terrorism charges.

But what about the Oklahoma City bomber? What about the Parkland school shooter?

Indeed, all of these people had a well-documented history of racist, homophobic, or anti-Semitic views.

[Beirich]: There is a very, very narrow range under the law that applies to domestic terrorism where someone can actually be charged for terroristic offenses.

It usually involves things like, did they use a weapon of mass destruction?

So you could have a person committing an act of terrorism internationally, that is exactly the same as someone doing it domestically,

and you're going to get two completely different sets of charges.

[Host]: Though there are varying definitions, under the federal U.S. criminal code, domestic terrorism is defined as,

Beirich says domestic terrorism legislation tends to be stronger at the state level than federal.

While some politicians have called on the government to pass a domestic terrorism statute, other people say that would be federal overreach.

It's also important to note that different groups have different standards for tracking extremist violence.

But no matter which way you look at it, data overwhelmingly show that white men are committing more acts of violent extremism in the U.S. than any other group.

And it's on the rise.

The number of hate groups in the U.S. have been ticking up in the last few years. White supremacist murders more than doubled in from 2016 to 2017.

Hate crimes also surged.

And this hate has found a home online.

Major tech platforms including Google, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube have come under scrutiny over whether they're doing enough to monitor and block this hateful rhetoric.

Increasingly, white supremacists with significant followings have been booted from the platforms,

but tech companies also face pushback over whether those actions amount to censoring free speech.

Beirich says, this kind of thinking isn't likely to go away anytime soon, and that everyday citizens who want to combat this problem

can write letters to tech companies and local representatives to lobby for increased oversight.

But ultimately, she says, it's up to the government to track these movements more closely.

[Beirich]: White supremacy started with our constitution. It's part of our history. It's something we battled against for decades

to get equal rights for people of color.

And if we want to get rid of it, we're going to have to first of all realize how dangerous it is, and then defeat that way of thinking here at home.

Migrant Caravan Approaches US Border, Will Trump Make Them Regret It - Duration: 3:47.

Welcome to political echo your guide through today's political news and geopolitics

Migrant caravan approaches US border for midterms Trump makes them regret it

It looks like the left might be up to their old tricks to win the midterms with

1,300 migrants coming from South America timing their arrival at the United States southern border right around the elections

Liberal leaning media will then plaster the news with the recycled old photos of kids and cages claiming. The GOP is at fault

well

The president just made them totally regret it the Democrats know they have no message that will compel Americans to vote for them

They can't compete with the roaring economy

So all they have left his identity politics open borders eliminating ice

Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the migrants who will soon be illegal aliens if they make it into the United States

You've heard the whole kids and cages being ripped out of their parents arms nonsense

Many of the useful idiots were outraged as they bought that entire false narrative

Now a new Caravan is back on the road and it appears the left is hoping it will ramp up the hate for the GOP

Fox News reports hundreds of Honduran migrants are headed for the United States border just days after vice president pence

Sat down with the Central American countries leader urging him to take a tougher stance on mass migrations at least

1,300 people including young children

left San Pedro Sula in northern Honduras on Saturday in what some are calling the march of the migrant according to Reuters and

Guess what timing is everything in politics?

And this Caravan will reach the US border around the first week of November if they are not stopped

lifesuit reports

Andrew and Arthur a former immigration law judge who now is the resident fellow in law and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies

CIS questioned the timing of the latest endeavor

he asked if it is tied to the midterm elections in the United States, which now were three weeks away I

Really don't know Arthur said the timing seems a little curious. They may just be taking advantage of the law

Rick link executive director of Californians for population stabilization

Si ApS agreed. I wouldn't be surprised if it had something to do with the u.s. Midterm election

He said it's a clear case of asylum shopping. Of course this migrant caravan is perfectly timed to sway the midterms and

We all know who's rumored to fund these migrant caravans. Well President, Donald Trump isn't playing this dangerous game

Since the caravan started in Honduras Trump is putting the squeeze on their president as only Trump can do

He tweeted the United States has strongly

Informed the president of Honduras that if the large caravan of people heading to the US is not stopped and brought back to Honduras

No more money or aid will be given to Honduras effective immediately

The president also dispelled this myth that Trump is a big bad monster who's keeping kids in cages and tearing families apart

Tweeting op-ed praises Trump administration's efforts at the border at Fox News The Washington Examiner states

Finally the government has taken steps to stop releasing unaccompanied minors to criminals and traffickers. This was done by the Obama administration

Money talks as president Trump knows well

It's the one universal language that he knows all these despots can agree on

While they're brainwashed left remains in the dark on the attempted destruction of their own country

Trump knows the Democrats sold their soul to the devil

Now as President Trump is strongly warning them to stop using migrants as their political pawns

Thank God for our president now. Don't let him down. We all must vote red on November 6th, just 21 days from now

Racist robocall targets Abrams and Oprah as Trump heads to Georgia US news - Duration: 3:03.

Racist robocall targets Abrams and Oprah as Trump heads to Georgia US news

A robocall apparently from a white supremacist group has injected racism directly into the Georgia governor's race, a tight contest already the subject of race-laden debate over ballot access and voter suppression.

The Democratic candidate, Stacey Abrams, is campaigning to be the first black female governor in US history. Republican Brian Kemp, who oversees elections as Georgia's secretary of state, vehemently denies charges that he has used his office to make it harder for minorities to vote.

Both candidates condemned an automated telephone call filled with racist and antisemitic statements that was sent to an unknown number of Georgians.

The voice on the call impersonated Oprah Winfrey, the billionaire media titan who came to Georgia on Thursday to support Abrams. It said it was paid for by The Road to Power, a group organized by Scott Rhodes of Idaho, who has been linked to several other racist robocalls including a recent effort in Florida, where the Democrat Andrew Gillum would become the first black governor in his state's history.

Kemp issued a statement calling the tactic "vile" and "contrary to the highest ideals of our state and country", and condemning "any person or organization that peddles this type of unbridled hate and unapologetic bigotry".

The Abrams camp blasted the call but also took a shot at Kemp and his highest-profile supporter, President Donald Trump, who will campaign in the state on Sunday. A top Abrams aide said Kemp and Trump have contributed to a poisonous atmosphere, and that Kemp has been silent on previous racially loaded attacks on Abrams.

"These automated calls are being sent into homes just days before President Trump arrives, reminding voters exactly who is promoting a political climate that celebrates this kind of vile, poisonous thinking," said Abrams spokeswoman Abigail Collazo.

Abrams sidestepped the issue in brief public remarks as she greeted voters at an Atlanta shopping complex along with her local congressman, the civil rights veteran John Lewis.

"Georgia has long been on a path of change and evolution," Abrams said. She also said the election is about issues like expanding Medicaid insurance and focusing state spending on public education, job training and small business start-ups.

"I'm the only candidate with a plan to get that done and to do that without vitriol, without vilifying people," she said.

Lewis, the 78-year-old who as a young man was severely beaten by police as he fought for voting rights in the Jim Crow south, said: "This young lady is playing a major role in helping liberate all of us, liberate the state of Georgia, liberate the South, liberate America."

Kemp did not address the robocalls at his only scheduled campaign stop on Saturday, at a Cuban restaurant in a north-Atlanta suburb. He told a packed crowd the race was a simple choice between economic prosperity under Republican leadership or a turn to "socialism" under Democrats. He then blasted Abrams' policy pitches on healthcare and education.

Two men protesting Kemp's immigration policy were forcibly removed. As a TV crew from MSNBC tried to film the hecklers being removed, a Kemp supporter physically blocked their path.

Someone out front, meanwhile, was wearing a giant chicken suit and holding a sign that read "too chicken to debate", an allusion to Kemp withdrawing from a debate scheduled on Sunday in favor of appearing in Macon with Trump.

Trump emoluments case ruling opens way to financial records US news

A federal judge has denied the justice department's efforts to halt legal proceedings in a case in which Donald Trump is accused of violating the US constitution, opening the door for the president's critics to gain access to financial records related to his Washington DC hotel.

Such records could include income tax returns which Trump has refused to release to public scrutiny.

Trump has been fighting multiple lawsuits that argue foreign representatives spending money at the Trump International Hotel is a violation of the constitution's emoluments clause, which bans federal officials from accepting benefits from foreign or state governments without congressional approval.

In an attempt to stop the case moving on to legal discovery – which could unearth financial records such as tax returns – justice department lawyers asked Maryland-based US district judge Peter Messitte to put the case on hold while they appeal his decision to a higher court in Richmond, Virginia. They failed.

"This is another major win for us in this historic case," said District of Columbia attorney general Karl Racine in a statement on Friday. "Our next step is to proceed with discovery. We will soon provide the court a new schedule to begin the process of getting information about how President Trump is profiting from the presidency."

The plaintiffs, Maryland and the District of Columbia, have said they plan to move forward quickly with discovery, seeking information and financial records primarily from third parties rather than the government.

A clue as to what they may request can be found in preservation subpoenas filed more than a year ago with 23 Trump-related entities, including the Donald J Trump Revocable Trust, the Trump Organization, the Mar-a-Lago Club and entities related to his DC hotel.

A schedule of legal discovery is due in 20 days and it could begin quickly thereafter, depending on what is agreed by all parties.

Though the case has been narrowed to focus on Trump's Washington hotel, "that hotel is a nexus for a far-flung web of foreign and domestic emoluments," said Norman Eisen, former Obama administration ethics czar and now chair of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which is co-counsel with the two jurisdictions.

In a sometimes blistering 31-page opinion released on Friday, Messitte wrote: "It is clear that the president, unhappy with the court's reasoning and conclusion, merely reargues that his interpretation of the emoluments clauses should apply instead of the one the court gave. The court sees no point in stating again why it concluded as it did."

DoJ spokeswoman Kelly Laco said the department "disagrees with and is disappointed" by Messitte's ruling. She added: "This case, which should have been dismissed, presents important questions that warrant immediate appellate review."

Justice lawyers objected to any discovery on a sitting president in his official capacity, in order to avoid a "constitutional confrontation" between two branches of government. They argued that the "public interest is decidedly in favor of a stay because any discovery would necessarily be a distraction to the president's performance of his constitutional duties".

The president could seek to have the appeal heard by a higher court, an "extraordinary remedy", according to the justice department's website, that "should only be used in exceptional circumstances of peculiar emergency or public importance".

The emoluments clause has never been fully tested. Two other lawsuits accusing the president of violating it are being heard in federal courts. Neither has reached the discovery stage.

Plaintiffs argue that Trump – who has declined to divest from his assets as president – is capitalizing on the presidency and causing harm to businesses trying to compete with his Washington hotel, which is just steps from the White House.

The justice department has said earnings from business activities, including hotel room stays, do not qualify as emoluments. Its attorneys have argued that under Maryland and DC's interpretation, no federal official would even be able to own stock from a foreign company that provides profits or collects royalties.

Messitte pushed back in his opinion against any delaying tactics by the president and his lawyers.

"There is genuine concern on the part of plaintiffs," he wrote, "indeed the court shares it, that if the president is permitted to appeal the court's decisions in piecemeal fashion, ultimate resolution of the case could be delayed significantly, perhaps for years" – especially because it's likely the president would appeal any negative decisions up to the supreme court.

"That, as a matter of justice, cannot be countenanced."

Lady Gaga - Always Remember Us This Way (Cover by AlbatoLuce) - Duration: 3:20.

That Arizona sky burning in your eyes

You look at me and, babe, I wanna catch on fire

It's buried in my soul like California gold

You found the light in me that I couldn't find

So when I'm all choked up

And I can't find the words

Every time we say goodbye

Baby, it hurts

When the sun goes down

And the band won't play

I'll always remember us this way

Lovers in the night

Poets trying to write

We don't know how to rhyme

But damn we try

But all I really know

You're where I wanna go

The part of me that's you will never die

So when I'm all choked up

And I can't find the words

Every time we say goodbye

Baby, it hurts

When the sun goes down

And the band won't play

I'll always remember us this way

Oh, yeah

I don't wanna be just a memory, baby, yeah

So When I'm all choked up

And I can't find the words

Every time we say goodbye

Baby, it hurts

When the sun goes down

And the band won't play

I'll always remember us this way, oh, yeah

When you look at me

And the whole world fades

I'll always remember us this way
