what is up everybody on my gosh I feel like I haven't made a youtube video in

like a thousand years I am so sorry guys okay so I had moved to what's more about

a month ago and the Wi-Fi here has been terrible but luckily we just gotta fix

about two days ago so I can start making videos again so what's up y'all um oh my

gosh I missed you guys so much okay so I owe you an explanation on why

I came to Boston where I came to Baltimore to basically just find myself

surround myself by new things new people and I'm gonna let you know it has worked

so great there is risks and taking everything and

this is just a risk that I had to take for myself and I have grown so much as a

woman mentally physically I just have grown so much from not really physically

I'm still the same height but um it turned into so much more than I expected

I've been helping my aunt and uncle with their business I manage their social

media accounts and that has been a great learning experience with that I've also

ran into other jobs helping like older folks because you know they're not go

social media so I'm gonna make your money off this social media stuff and

it's been great just helping people because I grew up and we've grown up in

this era of Technology and then the older people just don't be knowing so

they better hurry up no matter what anyways okay so also I motto if you guys

don't know and I have made such amazing connections out here in both somewhere

and the guy who I just worked with we just had a photo shoot and he has like

girls that has modeled for him have went off to essence have gotten flown out to

Germany and like so many other amazing things so it is a great opportunity that

I've got to work with him so okay so today's video is going to be the top 10

facts about Naomi yes well first of all yes I am changing my name to nail

you know just because I just want something different I was tired of then

name it Sierra that's right this is a pretty name but like I just wanted to

change you know I moved here to Baltimore I'm like why not change my

name have a whole fresh start okay so the first thing that I strongly

dislike is simple questions don't look at me if we in the same room and ask me

what am i doing that no that would irritate me okay and another thing is

when a guy's trying to talk to me and I clearly show him I'm not interested and

then he gonna ask me you can't have friends no I can't have no friends

especially not with you that is a very annoying question okay another fact is I

love poetry my favorite poet is probably not in Lauryn Hill and I guess you would

define them more so as musicians but they're poets to me I just love the way

you can just express yourself through pocher you basically put your thoughts

into words and I just think it's a beautiful form of art and I admire it so

much I actually want to go to like a poetry slam one of these days um I hate

hate hate setting noises if it's dead quiet and somebody randomly screams yell

or like hit something or something like a random clap like that makes me want to

rip somebody's head off that is like one of the most annoying things ever like

know if it's bad quiet I want to say it's like this and then oh my gosh that

just it just messes with every sense in my entire body and I just can't do it

um my eyebrows used to look like pencil drawings like so when I was at it's game

I was plucking this eyebrow and then I messed it up and then I thought maybe

I'll sure miss up the other one I don't know so I purposely messed up the other

one and it literally took into about last year for them to come back

so eight nine ten eleven twelve it literally took my eyebrows five years to

come back how I wanted you to come back maybe that's because I Kevin to know up

it was definitely trial and error I definitely learned but not as you could

see I have perfected the eyebrows they still have some ways to go but my

eyebrows have came in a long way like I'm not even play with you so I used to

do a chi with this black pencil and since I plucked my eyebrows so thin it

looked like they were barely there I thought why not just use this pencil to

draw on our bus I don't you play with you while eyebrow look like this and the

other one looked like this like it was not not a good time for me me okay so

another fact is I love weird people now it's not weird in a sense of like creepy

weird it's weird in a sense of like how society would call people weird like

just people being uniquely true to themselves and I love it so much I

admire people not walking with the rest of the clock the crowd and go in their

own direction just being themselves and embracing themselves and today I see a

lot more of that so yes I look to you if you are able to be true to yourself that

is a beautiful thing and I admire that so much in a person don't let anybody

tell you that you're not okay like don't let anybody discourage you from being

yourself there will be people who like you and people who don't there's people

who think I'm very annoying and there's people who love me so okay so um I when

I was a little girl I told okay so my dad was married to this woman and she

had a daughter and that's how her daughter I had a twin so every time I

went over there I dressed like I would have my hair down and then the next time

I'd have it up and then down up down up and I would tell her that was my swing

but I don't think she believed me but it was fun playing acting like how to swim

the next thing is I am obsessed with mint Oreo cookies like if you got some

mint or cookies like we can be like best friends

as long as you give me something those are my favorite cookies and if you've

never had some my Oreo cookies I highly advise you to go to the store and get

some because you are not living until you had them like if you like Thin Mint

Girl Scout cookies then you're gonna like me obsessed with these I promise

last but not least I am a follower of Jesus Christ I have followed and

believed in Jesus ever since I could remember I don't remember having a big

moment I just always remember believing Jesus I talked to God all the time like

if I'm stressed I stop to God if I'm worried I talk to God if I'm having a

good day I talk to God bad day I talk to God no matter what in it it is crazy

because I felt like he's always there just listening to me and it's an amazing

feeling like I never feel alone ever because I have God I used to be scared

and feel lonely and hated the dark and all right but all that went away because

God is always by my side I have the Holy Spirit Jesus and God himself and I'm

very blessed I'm very blessed so yeah if you ever felt a tough way happy-sad good

bad no matter what talk to God and you'll feel a lot better

but yes okay so I have a lot more videos come here guys this way I have a prank

on my on ha ha ha psyche but I'm gonna prank her I think

I'm gonna act like I pass out or something or like I can't breathe her

like I'm choking on something and then I want to prank do a prank of my mom like

I'm gonna put a makeup on my foot I'm gonna put like blue and purple makeup on

my foot and I'm gonna put a sock on the normal walk upstairs cuz I'm about to go

back to Ohio for a little while I cannot wait I miss my people skies but I'm

gonna put a sock on over my foot and I'm gonna take it off ok let me start over

then so first I'm gonna put makeup all over my foot it's gonna be blue black

purple it's gonna look like my foot is like bruised and swollen then we'll put

a sock over it then I'm on the like limbo stairs and I'm gonna be like mom I

can't feel my foot and then I'm gonna have her take my sock off I'm gonna make

sure it's a black sock so she I can't tell that the makeups coming off

and then she's gonna look at my foot and freak out and yeah sight but yes thank

AND I DIDN'T REALIZE AT 44 YEARS OLD WHEN GOD HELD ME

THAT THE GREATEST NEED I HAD AT THAT TIME IN MY

LIFE WAS TO KNOW COMFORT.

I HAD NEVER KNOWN A SAFE HIDING PLACE IN GOD'S

LOVE, THOUGH I HAD KNOWN GOD FOR 16 YEARS.

AND SO WHEN THIS HAPPENED, I BEGAN TO WEEP WHEN THE

MAN STARTED PRAYING, AND I DIDN'T KNOW,

WHY ARE YOU CRYING, JACK.

SID: WHAT DID HE SAY JUST BEFORE HE PRAYED?

JACK: HE SAID, "I WANT TO PRAY FOR THE MEN WHOSE

FATHERS NEVER HELD THEM AS LITTLE BOYS."

AND MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS MY DAD HOLDS ME ALL THE

TIME.

HE STARTED HOLDING ME AND HUGGING ME ABOUT FIVE

HE CAME TO KNOW JESUS AS HIS SAVIOR.

BUT FOR 38 YEARS, HE NEVER HELD ME,

NEVER SAID THE WORDS TO ME FACE TO FACE,

AND NOW MY DAD IS SAYING THIS,

AND I THOUGHT, ALL THIS HEALED,

THERE'S NO PROBLEMS LEFT WITH MY DAD.

WEEPING UNCONTROLLABLY.

THIS IS NOT ME AT 44.

I'M THE MAN, I THOUGHT MY HERO WAS SPOCK FROM STAR

TREK, NEVER SHOWED EMOTIONS.

JACK: AND MY WIFE WAS MARRIED TO THIS MAN THAT

NEVER SHOWED EMOTIONS.

MY CHILDREN WAS THE CHILDREN OF A FATHER NEVER

KNEW HOW TO SHOW EMOTIONS, TO EXPRESS LOVE.

I LOVED, WOULD HAVE DIED FOR THEM,

BUT I COULDN'T EXPRESS IT.

AND I'VE COME TO REALIZE SINCE THEN MANY PEOPLE ARE

EMOTIONALLY HANDICAPPED BECAUSE THEY'VE NOT

RECEIVED THE RIGHT KIND OF LOVE.

I WAS LOVED, BUT I HADN'T RECEIVED THIS KIND OF

LOVE, THE KIND THAT IS EXPRESSED THROUGH FEELING.

COMPUTERS AND THE TV, IT'S SO IMPERSONAL.

I THINK THIS GENERATION IS PROBABLY EVEN WORSE THAN

OURS.

JACK: I BELIEVE SO, YES, BECAUSE SO MANY OF,

MY FATHER, SO MANY OF OUR FATHERS WERE WOUNDED

DURING THE WAR, SO WOUNDED DURING THE WAR YEARS THEY

LOST THE ABILITY TO SHARE EMOTIONS.

AND THIS WAS THE FATHER I GREW UP WITH,

THE FATHER WHO WAS A BUCK SERGEANT DURING THE WAR,

AND EMOTIONS WERE NOT WHAT MEN WOULD SHOW.

SID: SO YOU WERE KIND OF SHOCKED WHEN YOU STARTED

CRYING BECAUSE YOU THOUGHT THESE WERE NOT PROBLEMS.

JACK: I TRIED TO STOP CRYING.

I DIDN'T WANT TO CRY IN FRONT OF 200 PEOPLE,

200 MINISTERS.

I'M ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF ALL 200 OF THEM CRYING

LIKE A LITTLE BOY, LIKE A SEVEN,

EIGHT-YEAR-OLD BOY UNCONTROLLABLY.

AND THEN I WASN'T FIRST CRYING TEARS OF LOVE OF

GOD HOLDING ME.

I WAS CRYING THE TEARS OF AN 18-YEAR-OLD BOY WHERE

ALCOHOL WAS DESTROYING HIS PARENT'S HOME.

AND THERE WOULD BE VIOLENCE IN THE HOME,

AND THERE WOULD BE ALL THIS RANGE AND ANGER,

AND THIS 18-YEAR-OLD BOY HAD TO HIDE SOMEWHERE.

AND I'D RUN AND I'D HIDE IN A CLOSET,

AND I'D GET IN A CLOSET AND I'D SIT IN THE CORNER,

AND I'LL PILE BLANKETS IN FRONT OF ME,

AND I'D GET A PILLOW, AND I'D HOLD THAT PILLOW

BECAUSE I WAS NEVER HELD OR EMBRACED AS A CHILD.

I FOUND OUT SINCE I WAS NEVER EVEN NURSED AS A

BABY, THAT I WAS GIVEN A BOTTLE.

AND I JUST DID NOT KNOW AFFECTIONATE LOVE.

THEREFORE, HOW CAN YOU GIVE SOMETHING AWAY TO

YOUR FAMILY THAT WASN'T GIVING TO YOU?

AND SO AS I'M LAYING ON THE FLOOR,

I'M THIS LITTLE 10-YEAR-OLD BOY BACK IN

THE CLOSET HIDING, FULL OF ALL THE FEAR,

AND I'M CRYING UNCONTROLLABLY BECAUSE OF

THE FEAR THAT WAS LOCKED INSIDE OF THIS PAIN TANK

WHERE I HAD COMPACTED ALL THIS HURT AND PAIN AS A

LITTLE CHILD, AND I LOCKED AWAY SOMEWHERE IN MY MIND,

SOMEWHERE IN MY EMOTIONS, AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO

GET IT OUT.

I WAS WALKING WITH GOD, I HAD A RELATIONSHIP WITH

GOD.

SID: YOU WERE A BIBLICAL COUNSELOR.

YOU WERE HELPING PEOPLE THAT HAD PROBLEMS LIKE

THIS, AND YOU'RE SAYING YOU WERE SO BURIED THAT

YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT.

JACK: YOU CAN BE SAVED.

YOU CAN BE WALKING WITH GOD.

YOU COULD HAVE HAD HEALING AND DELIVERANCE IN YOUR

LIFE IN MANY AREAS OF YOUR LIFE.

BUT IF YOU STILL HAVE A LOVE DEFICIT,

IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE RIGHT KIND OF LOVE NO

MATTER HOW MUCH YOU HAVE WALKED WITH GOD,

IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE RIGHT KIND OF LOVE

YOU'LL STILL BATTLE WITH FEAR,

OPPRESSION, LONELINESS IN YOUR LIFE AND YOU DON'T

MY WIFE SAID LATER, "YOU WERE SCREAMING SO LOUD,

NO ONE IN THE PLACE COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WERE

GOING THROUGH."

SID: WHAT YOU SAW WAS LIKE A FLASHBACK SEEING

YOURSELF IN THIS CLOSET.

JACK: YES.

AND THEN SOMEONE WALKED IN.

I WASN'T AWARE WHO IT WAS.

BUT SOMEONE WALKED IN, PILED THE BLANKETS ASIDE,

SAT DOWN NEXT TO ME AND TOOK ME IN THEIR ARMS.

AND FOR 45 MINUTES THEY HELD ME,

AND I BECAME AWARE THAT IT WAS FATHER GOD. [SERENE MUSIC♪]

IT WAS THE HEART OF THE FATHER.

SID: WAIT A SECOND.

HE'S SAYING GOD HUGGED HIM.

I WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THIS.

EMBARRASSED OVER THIS IN FRONT OF PEERS ALL AROUND

HIM.

AND THEN WHAT HAPPENED, A FLASHBACK AS A YOUNG CHILD

IN A CLOSET.

JACK: I WAS RIGHT BACK IN THE CLOSET WHERE I HAD TO

HIDE SO OFTEN IN BECAUSE MY FATHER WAS AN

AND FATHER GOD COMES INTO THAT CLOSET AND TAKES ME

INTO HIS ARMS AND HELD ME, AND FOR 45 MINUTES -

PIECE.

WHAT I CHERISH MOST ABOUT MY FATHER IS HIS SMILE.

I ALSO LOVE THE WAY HE SITS WITH ME AND HELPS ME

WITH MY FAULTS IN A LOVING WAY.

MANformation Weekend Retreat - You And Me, One-On-One - Duration: 4:50.

Hi. It's Skip La Cour. And today I want to answer a question that I've been asked

There is hope. There, you know, I wasn't wrong. We can still

take our business . . . I can still take my relationship . . . I can still have all this.

This guy understands it. He's been there.

The knowledge and discipline and insight that I learned from him took everything that I do in my life to that

next level. And that's what I really want you guys to understand. Skip La Cour

is an amazing bodybuilding coach. But he is also somebody I look to as a life

mentor. As basically a father figure who has been through those things that I

haven't been through. Who understands those things in life that I don't yet understand.

This coaching has been a great experience. It's taught me so

much. I enjoy every minute of it.

There's not many people that I can say have influenced me or had an impact on my life as much as Skip has.

Relaxing Morning Routine 2017 | Get Ready for Work With Me - Duration: 4:17.

it's Danielle with Danielle Minnesota vlogs and this is my weekday morning

routine before week in the fall I start my day off with coffee with

half-and-half I've been doing the French press coffee I do cold press in my

French press and I usually get two days worth of coffee in one pot especially

since it's fall I like to drink my coffee hot so I'll microwave it for a

minute and a half I try to do everything the night before that I possibly can

which includes packing my son's lunch and my lunch and it's the worst when I

forget it so I take both of them out right away set it on the counter so we

don't forget I wash my face at night but I like to just rinse it off with water

in the morning and moisturize and I start getting ready for the day

I haven't both get unready with me routine and it get ready with me routine

if you're interested in any other products that I am using but I'm pretty

basic and just there on makeup and mascara so I can get out the door

I'm barely

my husband and I take turns making the bed today was my day I wish it went this

quickly I also set out my clothes the night before this is the outfit I chose

for today these are new shoes I usually know where she was inside and working on

my fall capsule wardrobe so look out for that soon and then I put on some

deodorant off-camera put on some perfume lipstick I try to put things away as I

go I don't like coming home from work to a messy house and I'm not doing anything

cleaning or for weary work but I do like to just quickly spray the counter and

the sink with my vinegar and water solution and it's like I said I if

there's a bunch of mess I'm not gonna scrub it too hard but just quickly wipe

down the counter in the sink just to make sure nothing

namely make it games in the car with all of our bags and we head off to daycare

Hey guys and gals! Today I've got a handful of updates for you, some tips now that fall

is here, a public list of trails that I eventually plan to ride, and exciting equipment upgrades

to discuss.

But before we get to all of that I want to mention briefly two events I'll be attending

this weekend that are both open to the public. The first is a build day at the new Rockland

Bike Park in Madison, CT this Saturday, September 30th at 10 AM. The second is NEMBA's Fall

Fiesta at Gay City State Park in Hebron, CT this Sunday, October 1st. I've got a

link below with the details of both events. If you plan on coming let me know below and

be sure to say hi if you see me.

So now let's talk a little bit about the channel. I want to thank all of the new subscribers

who have joined since the last update video and of course send big love to those of you

who have been around for a while. I'm excited to say that we are getting close to 500 subscribers

so let's just call this the 500 update and assume that more people will find us haha.

Soon you'll be noticing some differences in the video quality because, dun dun dun

dun!!! I finally went full gimbal dork. The Hero5 served me well, but it just can't

compete with the overall package of the Evo SS and Hero4 Black. [Ride footage] Of course

good equipment is only a small part of the equation, and I hope that my story telling

and editing skills continue to improve with experience.

Speaking of riding, I have been curating a list of places to ride that ya'll have recommending

and decided to put them online so you can see what's on my radar. If there are any

trails that I missed post a comment or shoot me an email and I'll add them. I've got

a link to that below so go check it out.

And finally now that fall is here that also means hunting season has started up. It's

probably a good idea to check if there is hunting in or around the trails you ride.

Either way wearing bright colors, especially orange, and putting a bell on your bike, is

an easy way to make sure you don't get hit.

What Is Being Me?

The reason I came here, I think, is because I was desiring more.

I have a fabulous business, great life

and yet really thirsty and feeling semi-unsatisfied

and really looking to crack myself open.

I thought, well, Being You Changing The World,

that sounds really good to me, I want to do that.

I'd already started to create and then I kind of got lost

so this has really brought me back to me and who I am.

I think being me is really just allowing... it's total allowance.

So, just a complete lack of judgment for myself for my personality, quirks and all.

It's that space of honoring who I really am,

beyond the identities of this reality,

beyond being the mom, the wife, the co-worker, the friend.

All the labels, all the identities and everything that comes with that.

It's really being the drop in the pond,

that can ripple out through the rest of the world.

You get this amazing contribution that these people are,

who've never experienced this level of change

but now they're on the front lines of helping create it.

Just by being there and by the questions they ask

and by the energy that they contribute.

There's something dynamic that shows up

when you choose to be you however beautiful and mucked up

and fabulous and delicious you are in a sea of other people.
