(applause) - Quincy and Anseanne

have been married for seven years, and six years ago

Anseanne caught Quincy cheating with his ex.

(audience gasps)

Anseanne says she can't get over it, but Quincy says

it's time for his minister wife to forgive and forget.

(audience gasps)

(suspenseful music) - My husband Quincy cheated

on me, and ever since then, I just cannot trust him.

- Yes, I did cheat her, but it was a total mistake.

I have never cheated on her since.

- You know what they say: Once a cheater, always a cheater.

When we first got married, our future looked great,

but about two years into our marriage, I discovered

an explicit letter that he had sex with his ex.

- She confronted me about the affair.

I admitted to it, and of course I apologized.

- [Anseanne] I started to suspect everything he does.

- I tried to rebuild her trust.

I've taken her to her favorite restaurants, shows,

I've even severed communications with female friends.

- He continues to do little shady things.

Deleting text messages, I found out

an email account that I didn't know about.

When I asked him

"When was the last time you spoke to your ex?"

"Oh, I talked to her two weeks ago."

- I definitely think that she's a beautiful person

inside and out, but her paranoia is putting

a big strain on our relationship.

- Yes. I think about it all the time.

- I'm not a cheater anymore, and I just hope

that she will trust me again.

- I don't know if I should drop my trust issues,

or I should just drop him.

Why Diet Breaks Can Be A Great Idea (+ How To Do One) - Duration: 9:31.

hey guys so in this video I'm going to be talking about diet brakes and whether

that worthwhile doing if you're trying to increase fat loss speed up your

metabolism and maximize your results so first of all what is a diet break a diet

break is basically a more relaxed period where you're not anal about tracking

your calories where you're not really obsessing over the food you're eating

and you're a bit more relaxed now you're not dieting anymore you can go out and

have a few beers with your friend you can eat an extra slice of pizza

you're not as obsessive about your diet and typically diet breaks lasts between

one to two weeks generally the people who tend to do diet breaks are those who

are dieting for a long period of time so if you're trying to lose a significant

amount of weight I'm talking 3040 pounds and you're really trying to drop a lot

of fat off your body this may realistically take half a year

you know 16 18 20 plus weeks so if you're dieting for that long it makes

sense to take a diet break simply for the psychological relief of you know

being in a calorie deficit all the time because this is very stressful both on

the body and the mind so taking a diet break can be very good overall for your

mindset however there are some arguments about whether a diet break is going to

be advantageous for your metabolic rate and whether overfeeding periodically can

potentially help increase fat loss overall so it sounds kind of

counterintuitive that more food could increase fat loss but there are some

logic behind it there are some myths about it and that's exactly what I want

to break down in today's video so briefly before I get into the science of

whether a diet break works I want to talk more about what exactly it involved

so I briefly touched on how it lasts between one to two weeks sometimes three

weeks but I didn't really talk about what you change in your diet basically

what you do is increase the total amount of calories that you consume and

typically the majority of the calories you're going to increase are going to be

carbs because you don't really change the amount of protein or the fat that

you consume by much even if you're losing weight or gaining

weight maybe you eat a bit more protein when you're losing weight so you have a

lot of room to play around with Cubs so the point where the diet break is to

increase your carbs and that's going to help decrease your cortisol levels

increase your libido testosterone energy overall and generally increasing carbs

and increasing your calories into a slight calorie surplus or back to

maintenance is going to help you feel great you know refill your muscle

glycogen stores feel good because that calorie deficit is stressful on the body

and at the same time not really gain too much fat so here's some of the logic

between metabolism fat loss and diet breaks and it's kind of similar to the

logic behind a refeed day which is typically one to two days where you

increase carbs and calories as you're losing weight something called adaptive

thermogenesis occurs so you can think about adaptive thermogenesis from an

evolutionary perspective so if you don't have calories around you don't have food

your body is like holy crap we're about to die we don't have food we should stop

expending energy as much as possible to save ourselves and conserve energy so

that's what your body does after a prolonged calorie deficit your body

tries to conserve energy by slowing down your metabolism slightly um and this is

called adaptive thermogenesis thermogenesis means the Genesis the

creation of heat adaptive obviously you're changing it so it's changing the

amount of heat you're producing now this is normal when you're losing weight and

it doesn't necessarily prevent you losing weight you can drop your calories

and in continue to lose weight but your metabolism may be slightly slowed down

the logic behind a diet break as well as a refeed day is that you're going to

increase your calories back up to your maintenance potentially slightly more

and that's going to reignite your metabolism right and it's true that many

studies have shown that over feeding can increase your metabolic rate by 10% okay

and you know the thing is it makes sense that an increase in metabolism would

increase the amount of fat you're losing but you also have to think about it you

know using your common sense if you're eating more

food and your metabolism is increased then that increase in metabolism isn't

really gonna be that worthwhile you know because you're eating more food now

there has been some research comparing two groups one is doing diet breaks one

isn't that both following the same calorie deficit and the research showed

that the group who did diet breaks had lower instances of that metabolic

adaptation their metabolism didn't slow down as much overall and they lost more

weight now I mean this is cool and this is great but I don't want you to expect

magic results from doing a diet break the main reason why it's worth doing is

because it's gonna make you feel better it's going to make you perform better

right and it's gonna make that longer diet more sustainable because if you

fight through feeling like crap and you're getting stress new cortisol is

high and your workouts are suffering and it becomes a process a journey that

isn't enjoyable then you're much more likely to give up but if you have a

period of one to two weeks where you can perform much better in the gym enjoy

eating more food you feel better and you don't really stall on your fat loss

because you're not over consuming a lot of food you know ideally then it's a

no-brainer to do that to make the process more sustainable and by the end

of your diet break you're most likely going to be really keen to get stuck

back into a calorie deficit and continue to see progress so as you know the lower

your body fat percentage is the higher the chance you're going to lose muscle

when you're in a diet the higher the chance that it's gonna be more stressful

on the body the body doesn't want to get lean your body does not care about a

six-pack because from an evolutionary perspective it really does give no

advantage perhaps you could argue from mating but in nature it's not really

about having a six-pack for Instagram it's more about having more fat on your

body that's gonna help increase chances of survival for you and your offspring

okay so as you get leaner it can be a better idea to include more refeed days

and diet breaks a diet break if you lean if you're under 10% and you're dieting

and you're getting really lean it can be useful every six weeks or so once a

month every six weeks if you're much and you're over 20 25 percent body fat

this is probably going to mean that you're going to be dieting for a

prolonged period of time so I don't want you doing a diet break every four weeks

in the circumstance and makes more sense to do it every two months every two and

a half months so you know 8 to 10 weeks makes more sense if you're over 20

percent body fat and if you're 15 somewhere in the middle 6 to 8 weeks a

diet break is gonna make sense now you don't have to do one if you find it

sustainable for you to simply stay in a calorie deficit do a refeed day once a

week then you can do that one of the worst things about dieting especially if

you're in a big calorie deficit is the fact that it's just stressful on the

body and as a guy this can affect your libido and your testosterone and you

know what that means sometimes right it's not the funnest time if you're

overly stressed so rebalancing your hormones is something that a diet break

can do it and it can help give you back some of those pleasures in life which

may be lost if you're excessively dieting and if you're in a very big

calorie deficit my recommendations for a refeed day are to do it for about 2

weeks 2 weeks is gonna work really good a week can be fine as well so up your

calories to maintenance perhaps slightly above maintenance and up those calories

using just carbohydrates this is gonna allow you to kick back enjoy time with

family more you know eat the foods you want and as long as you're not pushing

too much over your maintenance it's not really gonna make a big difference to

your fat loss progress especially if you're in a big calorie deficit and

you're losing two pounds per week even if for a week you go into a 500 calorie

surplus you're only gonna gain one pound so over

the long tongue that's really not gonna make the biggest difference in the world

so although we have research like this I still don't think that it's a good idea

to say that diet breaks are gonna massively increase fat loss then the

main reason why you should be doing it is just for better performance feel good

make that long journey of fat loss a bit more sustainable and enjoyable and you

know at the end of the day potentially prevent some metabolic adaptation which

is good you know that's great there's nothing wrong with that so thanks for

watching as always I appreciate it leave your thoughts in the comment section

down below and tell me whether ever experimented with diet breaks or

refeed days and how they've gone for you I'm really curious to know so I just

want to say thanks for the support the channels growing we've gone through a

up again which which I always like to see so I really like when you guys leave

Liverpool news: Danny Murphy names shock player who can win Reds the Premier League - Duration: 3:02.

Liverpool are the second favourites with the bookies to win the Premier League for the very first time

Sturridge was part of the Reds squad that came so close to winning it under Brendan Rodgers in the 2013/14 campaign

He has had constant injury problems since then but looks finally to have put his fitness problems behind him this season

Sturridge is yet to start a Premier League game this term but scored a stunning equaliser as a substitute in the 1-1 draw at his former side Chelsea on Saturday

Murphy admits Sturridge will not be a regular starter ahead of Roberto Firmino but claims the 29-year-old is the best backup striker in the top flight and can have a big say in the destination of the title

"If Daniel Sturridge is fit, he's a good as there is in the Premier League," Murphy told talKSPORT

"He's a natural finisher, he scores all types of goals and what he's got that most other forwards haven't is total self-belief

He's so capable. He's a match-winner and a sensational player. "For me, he's the best second striker in the Premier League by a mile

"Gabriel Jesus has dipped a bit and you could argue Marcus Rashford maybe, but he's not as naturally gifted a goalscorer as Sturridge in the box

"If Liverpool can keep Sturridge fit and keep him happy, by giving him plenty of minutes off the bench and get him starting in certain games in the league and cups, he could be the difference

"He'll get 20 goals this season if he gets the games. "He's got 67 goals in 140 games for Liverpool – there are not many strikers with a better strike rate, and he's not first choice

"You shouldn't really be sitting on the bench anywhere with that strike rate. "But if they keep using him in the way they are, with how fit and hungry he looks, Liverpool are going to be there or thereabouts

He could well be the difference for Liverpool [in the title race]. "I still fancy Man City, they have got a load of players who can score those goals as well, but I just think Sturridge gives Liverpool an extra string to their bow

"[Jurgen] Klopp has got a wonderful headache at the moment. "[Xherdan] Shaqiri looks sharp and Sturridge is chomping at the bit, and that's only going to push the other players to keep performing

" Liverpool are back in Champions League action on Wednesday when they travel to Italy to face Napoli (8pm)

10 Expensive Fish That Can Make You Rich - Duration: 6:35.

10 Most Expensive Fish In The World.

Number 10.

The Clarion Angelfish is named for one of the most beautiful islands off the Pacific

coast of Mexico, part of the Revillagigedo Islands.

It can be found there and often around the more remote island of Clipperton.

Priced at $2,500, these fish are brilliantly colored and highly sought after.

They have been kept in captivity for about 40 years, but they are rarely found on the

market.

This is due in part to the fact that you must have a special permit from the Mexican Government

to collect them.

Number 9.

Found off the waters of Japan this little beauty reaches an average size of approximately

6 inches.

It is one of the hardiest of the Butterflyfish family, but also one of the least owned due

to its price tag.

The average home aquarist doesn't usually spend over $2,000 for one fish.

There are very few of them found in North American collections as the majority of them

are bought by Asian collectors.

Priced at $2,700, they are very active swimmers, which make them fun to watch in an aquarium

as they zip from one side to the other.

They are named after their coloring, a dusky greyish black with bright yellow accents.

Number 8.

This super rare fish goes for as high as $5,000 when available.

Found in the waters of Australia, it's very difficult to catch darting out of the shelter

of rocks only for food and quickly darting back.

They prefer live food like ghost shrimp and plenty of rocks to hide under, but if given

proper conditions, it will display itself adequately for onlookers.

Its vivid stripes and colors make it a gorgeous addition to any aquarium.

Number 7.

This stunning fish is almost never available for purchase, so when it is, collectors clamor

for it paying upwards of $6,000.

It's a deep water fish, presenting many challenges in collecting it, including the need for the

divers to rise slowly to allow decompression not only for themselves but for the specimens

they collected.

Very few are found in shallow enough waters that allow them to be caught.

Juvenile groupers coloration tends to differ drastically from that of full grown adults.

The juvenile Neptune Grouper displays brilliant shades of yellow and orange, while the adult

displays a brilliant pink coloration with bright yellow bands.

Number 6.

One of the smallest members of the grouper family, these fish are found in both the Pacific

and Atlantic.

Although hardy, and able to adapt to captivity, it's rare to see this fish for sale.

They have to be collected using a deep-sea submersible craft, which accounts for the

exorbitant price tag of $8,000.

This little fish is very shy in captivity as well as in the wild so even though you

may shell out some hefty clams for this golden beauty, you may not see it all that often

in your tank.

Number 5.

This cute little guy goes for as much as $10,000.

Its name comes from the funny blade-like dorsal fin.

Found mostly in the Caribbean with coloring ranges from vivid orange to white.

Quirky with a good deal of personality, this fish is definitely on collector's lists due

to its rarity.

It only reaches a size of approximately 1.5 inches and is considered a deep water reef

fish, which accounts for the difficulty in collecting specimens.

Imagine finding something so tiny, so deep down and then having to catch it?

It's no surprise that seeing these fish for sale is a rare occurrence.

Number 4.

Collectors have offered as much as $30,000 for this very exotic fish.

In 2012, there was only one available for public viewing.

It was found at the Waikiki Aquarium having been captured by a Smithsonian Institute research

expedition.

It's a deep water fish, which accounts for the rareness of encountering these beautiful

fish.

The average diver does not go to those depths.

The fish is striking with stripes of red and white hence its name.

Since 2012 they have been in high demand by private collectors wishing to add something

rare and exotic to their aquariums.

Number 3.

This particular fish has a unique genetic mutation on the front of its head causing

it to look u-shaped instead of round, which is normal for rays.

Currently it's one of the most expensive aquarium fish in Taiwan with a price tag of $100,000.

Interestingly enough this particular stingray would never be able to survive in the wild

as it can't hunt the shellfish it eats with its misshapen head.

In captivity, it must be fed from hand to survive.

Number 2.

Platinum arowana has a value of approximately $400,000.

It is so valuable that a micro ID chip is implanted into it before it reaches sexual

maturity to help identify and authenticate it.

The color is the result of a very rare genetic mutation.

In captivity they require at least a 300 gallon tank with plenty of live food such as crickets

and worms.

They can reach a size of about 35 inches and they can live for more than 50 years.

They are intelligent with the ability to recognize individuals and they can be trained to be

hand-fed.

Number 1.

A piece of art, some of these fish can be worth Millions.

A 76-cm (30-in) long ginrin showa koi, which won supreme championship in nationwide Japanese

koi shows in 1976, 1977, 1979 and 1980, was sold two years later for 17 million yen (then

$80,000).

In today's currency, that value is around $2.2 million.

In March 1986 this ornamental carp was acquired by Derry Evans (UK), owner of the Kent Koi

Centre near Sevenoaks, Kent, UK for an undisclosed sum, but the 15-year-old fish died five months later.

It has since been stuffed and mounted to preserve its beauty.

Truth Takeaway: Can You Forgive and Forget? - Duration: 1:22.

(applause)

- When it comes to infidelity in a relationship,

can you ever really forgive and forget?

It's time for today's truth takeaway.

Dr. Judy, how can a relationship

be repaired after an affair?

- If you're the person who was cheated on, you really

have to wipe the slate clean, because what you see is

that dynamic that you're always waiting for that person

to prove that they're trustworthy over and over again.

That's not going to lead to a balanced relationship.

So if you're going to stay, you've got

to wipe the slate clean and that's difficult.

- [Vivica] Mary.

- Well I think you can forgive,

but I don't think you can forget.

(applause)

I think by not forgetting, and we learn from it,

we keep it in our memory bank and we continue on,

never to make that mistake again.

- [Vivica] Aretha.

- When you marry someone you are not marrying a friend,

you're marrying a mate, so make that relationship

about a man and a woman being intimate and having

a close connection, and if that's not happening,

you maybe have to think about--

- [Vivica] Moving on.

- There's a divorce court, but,

sometimes you gotta go there.

- Rosie.

- I've been divorced, and I've been cheated on,

and the things that I will never accept in my life,

because I am very strong in my values,

is abuse, addiction, and adultery.

Those are my three no's.

You do that to me, I am not gonna tolerate it,

because I am worth more.

Meditation for OVERthinkers: How to Meditate When You CAN'T STOP THINKING - Duration: 11:08.

Are you an overthinker too?

I've got five tips for you that are going to help you master the chatter and finally

be able to meditate, are you ready for this?

Before we jump in, if you're new to my YouTube channel, be sure to subscribe and hit the

bell for notifications of new weekly videos that I put out on Boss Lady Mindset, Habits,

Productivity and Emotional Wellness to help you crush your goals not your soul.

Tara Wagner: Hey, boss lady, I'm Tara Wagner, your breakthrough coach helping you to get

it done, but feel great doing it.

In this video I want to talk to you about meditation for overthinkers.

Oh my goodness, I so get it.

I struggle with the same thing.

When I was first sitting down to meditate, my mind was all over the place.

Mostly back and forth all over my to-do list, but you get the drift.

I was really at a point where I was thinking that there was just no way, my brain wasn't

cut out for this, I'm a fast thinker, I'm always thinking, I'm always in creative mode,

there's way that I can shut my brain off to be able to sit and meditate, right?

Tara Wagner: Then, I had a lovely little smackdown from the swami who love to give smackdowns,

who basically told me that I was missing the whole point.

Meditation is not for people who are not thinking, meditation is for people who are overthinking,

that's the entire purpose of learning how to meditate.

If you feel like you can't do this, and it's not possible for you, that's exactly what

meditation is for.

I'm going to walk you through five tips that I've discovered, and that were given to me

as well, that have helped me to really be able to master this thing, to be able to shut

my mind down, to be able to learn how to meditate over time.

Tara Wagner: Now, here's the thing, this is not going to be easy in the beginning, you've

got to understand that.

That you're not going to be able to just stop thinking, you're a human being, your brain

is supposed to be thinking all the time.

I don't want you to feel like you can't do this if you can't do it right away.

The truth is, most people who get to the point of not thinking, have been practicing meditation

for, I don't know, like decades.

If that's not your goal, you can still get some great benefits from meditating, even

if you are an overthinker.

You just need to know how to do it in a way that's not going to drive you bat-bleep crazy.

Am I right?

Tara Wagner: Let's jump in with tip number one.

Tip number one is to be comfortable.

I used to think that I had to sit cross-legged, in a lotus position, with my hands out, and

that was the right way to meditate.

The truth to the matter is the right way to meditate is whatever you need to do to make

sure that you can sit comfortably and meditate without being distracted.

For me, I choose a comfortable chair that's cushioned, I put my feet on the floor, I close

my eyes, and I just sit comfortably.

I'm upright, but I am not too stiff.

Sometimes, I'll even lay down and be able to meditate.

Tara Wagner: Now, the problem with that is you run the risk of falling asleep.

Usually when I'm doing this, I am doing at night, so that if I fall asleep, it's no big

deal.

If you have a hard time sitting comfortably, I recommend that you do some things for your

body ahead of time.

Maybe you're doing some stretching, maybe you're going for a walk, whatever it is that

you need to do to just feel good and be able to sit still longer.

This is actually how yoga came to be.

It used to really just be about meditation until some people were like, "Hey, I'm having

a hard time sitting for five hours at a time in order to meditate."

They were like, "Here, try some stretches first."

Then, yoga turned into what it is today.

It doesn't matter how you sit, it matters that you sit.

Choose a place and a space that's comfortable for your booty, and plop it down.

Tara Wagner: Tip number two is to keep it short and simple.

The longer you try to sit, the harder it's going to be to not think.

You don't have to sit there for 30 minutes to an hour in order to call it meditation.

Three minutes is long enough, especially in the beginning.

As you start with three minutes, as you get really good at that, you'll slowly be able

to add more time to it and you'll want to add more time to it.

But if you keep it short and simple in the beginning, you're going to have very little

resistance to it.

Your brain is not going to tell you, "Oh, we can't do this.

It's too much time.

We can't sit there that long.

We don't have the time for it."

You're going to have no resistance whatsoever.

Everybody can make time for three minutes.

So start small, start simple, and keep it easy for yourself in the beginning.

Tara Wagner: Tip number three is to commit to the same time every day.

The reason for this is that you're trying to ingrain a habit into your brain.

If your brain gets into the habit of getting up in the morning, going to the bathroom,

brushing your teeth and then sitting down for three minutes, it starts to become such

an ingrained habit that pretty soon you can't go without it.

Otherwise you'll feel like something is missing.

That's what you're going for.

Choose the same time every single day.

Tara Wagner: Now, in terms of the best time, really the best time is when you're not going

to be disturbed.

This is going to be different for everybody, however I will say this is why most yogees

will meditate between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m., the reason being is that there's less pulls

on their energy, the whole world is asleep, you're not thinking about what's going on

in Facebook, or what emails you have to answer.

You're able to really give yourself permission to just be still, because you don't have things

pulling you in million different directions, you don't have the energy of the world awake

and vibrating around you, so you can really sit and focus better.

Tara Wagner: However, 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. might not work for you, and that's okay, choose

a time that does when you're going to be undisturbed.

Whether that is first thing in the morning, or before you go to bed, or three minutes

in the car before you walk back into the house.

All of those are totally okay.

What matters the most is that it is consistent, and it's the same time every single day, so

that you can really ingrain that habit.

Tara Wagner: Tip number four is to use grounding oils.

I really like the essential oils of frankincense and sandalwood for meditation.

Sandalwood especially, because it really calms the system down.

I will use these over my pre-frontal cortex, this is the thinking, worrying part of your

brain, it's doing all the planning for tomorrow, the part that won't shut off, that's right

here.

I'll also put it on the back of my neck.

This is right over the brain stem, and again, it helps to just settle your nervous system

and your body so that you can calm down a little bit better and be able to meditate

a little bit longer.

Tara Wagner: I also did a video not too long ago about an oil called Console.

Console actually includes frankincense and sandalwood in it.

It's usually used for things like grief, but it is amazing for meditation as well.

Be sure to check out that video, I'll link it above as well as in the description below.

Tara Wagner: Tip number five is to stop trying to stop thinking.

Again, you are a human being.

Your brain is going to go.

The whole purpose of meditation is to not stop your thinking, the purpose of meditation

is to learn how to separate yourself from your thoughts, to be able to observe them

so that you can better question them, and so that they don't carry you away.

In fact, an analogy that's used a lot and that I love and have found really, really

powerful in my meditation is to think of your thoughts as something floating down the river.

Tara Wagner: If I notice myself in meditation getting washed away with my thoughts, I'm

thinking about my to-do list, I'm thinking about something that happened earlier in the

morning, I will stop and notice them as though they're objects in a river.

I'll watch them go by.

I'll actually visualize myself stepping out of the river, watching my thoughts go by.

Then I'll turn my attention back to my breath.

Tara Wagner: Now, again, it is normal to have to do this over and over and over again, like

literally every two or three seconds.

Don't get frustrated.

That is the purpose of meditation is to do this over and over, and over again.

Because as you do it, you're ingraining that habit into your brain of, "Hey, I don't need

to get carried away with these thoughts.

I'm the observer of these thoughts, I can question these thoughts, these thoughts are

not in control of me."

Tara Wagner: Now, one tool that can help you to do this is using a guided meditation.

However, I have found that a lot of guided meditations are actually guided visualizations,

which is not helping you to train yourself to separate from your thoughts.

I really don't like those, but I have found a guided meditation that I love.

The reason that I love it is that it's actually four meditations in one.

There's a three-minute meditation, a seven-minute, an 11-minute and a 30-minute.

This way you can start simple, and as you get really good at that three-minute, you

can start practicing the seven-minute, and so on.

Tara Wagner: Also, the reason that I love this is because it's a true guided meditation.

It's guiding you on how to slow down your thoughts, or to observe your thoughts, and

in every single one of those meditations, it has quiet space.

No sound, no visualizations, just you with your breath.

But before you get there, it guides you on how to use that time so that by the time you

get to that quiet part in the meditation, you actually know what you're doing.

This is a really powerful meditation.

I highly recommend it.

I'm going to put a link to it in the description below.

Definitely check that one out.

Tara Wagner: All right.

Now you know how to start a meditation practice as an overthinker, but here's why I want to

give a little plug for my free Self-Care in Seconds training.

A lot of times we find it hard to sit down and meditate because we feel that we don't

have time.

This training will teach you how to find the time, how to prioritize the time, and how

to maintain the habits that will allow you to constantly fill your cup, meet your own

needs, and feel good enough to actually run your business and live your life.

Tara Wagner: It also includes tons and tons of other self-care ideas that you can squeeze

in in as little as 30 seconds.

So literally, you have no more excuses for not taking good care of yourself.

You can download your free Self-Care in Seconds training with the link in the description

below.

All right, now I want to hear from you, what tips have you used to help you to meditate?

Leave your ideas and any questions you have in the comment section below.

Permaculture: Can you have Vegan Permaculture? (Lesson 04) - Duration: 1:59.

so our composting is basically replicating a herbivores digestive tract

if you will without say the herbivore so if you could cut this and get that

quantity in theory you could make compost without manures okay but the

issue is you need lots and lots of quantity that's why I think about the

cow as a pre composter it's pre composting for me and so bring up the

thing I like vegan permaculture can you have vegan permaculture is it possible

well can I have a cow but I don't have to eat it the cow will live for 20 years

and it will eat their grass for me every day and it can be a pet right at the end

of its lifecycle I could say I love it and I could bury it just like I would my

dog or my cat so it has a purpose it eats grass it makes manure I utilize its

manure don't you utilize carnivores manure in your compost guys because you

can have pathogen transfer so we don't put cat manure we don't put dog manure

we don't put carnivore or human manure into our composting because if we didn't

compost it correctly we put it onto our plants we could have a pathogen transfer

someone would get sick ok so there's other ways to deal with those types of

all products ok more so I'll bury it into a like a longer-term composting or

something like that there put it around the base of a tree the tree will then

take it off but nobody's going to eat the leaves we can then take the leaves

put them into the compost we would have broke the pathogen transfer so let's

start we're going to make a basically metre and a half diameter circle

Can I Do Inktober - Duration: 4:07.

Yodas yo yo way to wait and i hereby promise to never put out a trash quality

video oh wait oh wait nation c'mere c'mere

oh it's yo yo way to waiting this is gonna be a little short video don't

worry I got the regular art tutorial coming out Wednesday and the animated

story coming out Sunday I'm just making this to help out the first-time inktober

people or the people who are still trash inking like myself so inktober is

basically the sting where you get this little prompt here here you go

screenshot that if you want no I'm not moving my character free promotion stuff

and you basically draw something every day based off of that prompt but you

don't color it you only ink it but I mean who cares if you do that that's

what I did last year so I mean you do you cuz so i'ma just show you guys how I

do inktober also I want to see you guys inktober drawings I feature art at the

end of my vids so if you want to show me your art or just see it in a video post

it on instagram and tag me I would love to see them also you may want to follow

me because every first or second week of the month I pick a random Instagram

follower and draw and roastin hint hint wink wink other persuading body

movements drawing I'm roasting video coming out next week you already know so

this year I want to do all of my inktober is on one page kinda like how

Jake Parker did so the first day is poisoned so I'm gonna be basic and just

draw a poison bottle first you want to sketch out the drawing and if you're

doing a whole page like me start small don't you have it sketched out get get

your zero one micron or any basic ink pen and

just outline the drawing nothing special now what I like to do is

add these little unnecessary lines they add character to the drawing I like how

it looks and it helps make the drawing pop out you know now you're gonna want

to erase your pencil strokes let the freaking ink dry so it doesn't smear ink

everywhere now the next step depends on where your

light source is I just like to draw a shadow under the drawing it's pretty

easy my G just draw all squiggly lines under the drawing now when coloring this

John I like to just scribble it in and leave some spaces uncolored I feel like

it makes a drawing look cooler but hey I'm a trash artist so do you my guy do

you my guy now we move on to the hatching I take my point zero zero five

micron or any ink pen with a smaller tip than the first one you can even use a

basic office pen just draw lines in one directions where the shading would be

once you do that you're gonna want to go to the corner of the shading and draw

lines in the opposite direction to make the shades darker and I like to take my

thickest black liner and then outline the outside or the border of the drawing

I'm not gonna be making an inked sober video every day but this year I will be

recording each drawing so I can make a huge video at the end so if you care

enough to see the finished drawing or or you just want funny not really art

tutorials mediocre beats and basic animation story times consider

subscribing

ayyyy we pack on this end card into any newcomers if you want your art featured

again just post your art and tag me I would love to see it

that being said shout out to the Twitter gang be sure to join insta-family like

share and comment as I reply to every comment on new vids and if you want to

join the news wave on the way to YouTube animation destination be sure to

subscribe enjoy an 808 nation peace

Can I learn English outside the classroom, without a teacher? - Duration: 14:00.

Hi there, Vladimir here with another video about how to learn English

The idea of going to a building to get knowledge seems so outdated to me

The idea of taking a train or a bus every day, commute for an hour or so

to o get to a building, to sit down and listen and take notes seems so ridiculous to me

I am talking about going to a university

The idea of going to another country to go to a building to get knowledge

Harvard, MIT,

Cambridge, Oxford,

University of Tokyo, University of Seoul Beijing University

Internet in the pocket

and we are talking about going to a building to get knowledge

I know, there are benefits

there is the benefit of networking, screwing, drinking, and all that

I know, there is benefit

The problem is that:

I don't see the benefit justifying the huge financial and emotional cost

But that is for another video, the pros and cons of going to college.

This video is about going to a language school

and the question today:

Can you learn English outside the classroom, without a teacher?

Why do people go to language schools, pay language teachers?

Whether it's offline like Berlitz or Wall Street English

or online like italki or Lingoda

Why do people go to language schools hire language teachers?

People do that because

Language schools and language teachers make the following 4 promises

The first promise is:

We will teach you new words

natural English, cool slang, phrasal verbs, tons of idioms

The second promise is:

We will correct your grammatical mistakes

we will fix your grammar

The third promise is:

We will fix your accent

make you sound American, make you sound British

whichever you want

And the forth promise is:

You will have a chance to practice your speaking

whether in a group setting

or if you pay more

in a one-to-one lesson

once again:

We will teach you new words

We will fix your grammar

We will fix your accent

You will practice your English speaking

Can language schools and language teachers deliver on their promises?

Let's find out

We will teach you new words,

natural English, cool slang, phrasal verbs, idioms

the idea is that:

you go to a building to get some words,

word shopping so to speak

Internet in the pocket

and you go to Berlitz to get new words?

or italki for that matter?

You need to pay a native speaker to get new words?

Internet in the pocket

And how is this going to work?

You pay money,

the teacher gives you some words about restaurant English

and you do what?

Put them in your English pocket?

Next time pay more money,

and get another set of words

about hospital English English at the doctor's

and you do what again?

Put them in your pocket?

English brain?

keep them with you at all times?

What about the restaurant English, do you still remember those?

And then some more money and more words and cool expressions

How many lessons are we talking about?

You need at least 2,000 3,000 words

How many lessons are we talking about? how much money?

but the language teacher can explain the meaning

Yes, that's true

I don't know if you've heard but there is this thing called

a dictionary

free online dictionaries

with pronunciation, definition, synonyms and antonyms

Go to a building to get vocabulary?

A single book has all the words that you will ever need

read a book and learn vocabulary

Or watch a (Tarantino) movie

plenty of cool words, slang and natural English

You don't need to go to a building or an online school

to get vocabulary and grammar,

and even if you go

you will forget everything the next day

1 hour later

Next stop:

Grammar

We will fix your grammar

Like a car mechanic fixes your car

There is a bit of a dent, fix it for me

There is a dent and now there isn't

There is a mistake and now there isn't

And once again,

how many lessons are we talking about?

how many lessons to fix all your mistakes?

and how much money?

Correcting random grammatical mistakes

without explaining the cause of those mistakes

is a very inefficient way of teaching

inefficient and expensive

The question you need to ask yourself is

why do you make mistakes in the first place?

Why do you make grammatical mistakes?

You make grammatical mistakes because

you don't know how to study grammar

you don't have a method for learning vocabulary and grammar.

Language teachers shouldn't correct random mistakes bet

teach how to study vocabulary and grammar

It is more about Prevention than subsequent Correction

We will fix your pronunciation

Teach you beautiful British accent

amazing American accent

Before you open your wallet you need to ask your pronunciation teacher

1 simple question:

Why does Arnold still speak with a German accent?

Why does Melania still speak with an accent?

Jackie, Antonio Banderas, Yoko One

Ask your pronunciation guru why do native speakers like

Liam Neeson, Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor still speak with an accent

native speakers with an accent?

Ask your pronunciation coaches whether they have mastered a foreign accent themselves?

Here is the truth about pronunciation:

If you can't hear it, you can't pronounce it.

First you need to hear and then try to pronounce

Nobody can teach you how to hear,

nobody but you

Nobody but you

You will practice speaking

This is the big one

come to our building and you will practice your speaking

take my Lingoda lesson and you will practice your speaking

The presumption being that

language learners are good at reading, but not good at speaking

Listen to me carefully:

Don't confuse being lonely with wanting to practice English

A question for you,

a very important question,

take your time and make sure you answer it

Why do you want to practice your English?

Why do you want to have a conversation in English?

No, it is not a silly question

Why do you want to have a conversation in English?

Why not in your native language?

What's the difference?

Do you hate your compatriots?

Do you hate your native language?

Why talk in English?

We all want to talk, want somebody to talk to

somebody interesting to talk to,

not just in English but in our native language too.

We are social animals, we talk

but it is not a matter of native or a foreign language.

Don't confuse loneliness with wanting to practice English

There is no such thing as practicing your English

Practicing your English muscle

there is no French, Spanish, Japanese, English muscle

are you trying to tell me that when Arnold speaks English

he is practicing his English muscle

and when he speaks German he exercises his German muscle

practice expressing your opinions, your thoughts and feelings

Make sure you have something to say before you go to a building to practice your speaking

before you open your wallet.

In order to have something to say, you have to prepare:

Input before Output

You need to read and listen,

not in your native language but in English

OK, let me wrap this up

You don't need a teacher to learn vocabulary,

you have dictionaries and the internet for that

You don't need a teacher to correct your mistakes in a haphazard fashion.

you need somebody to teach you how not to make mistakes

how to learn vocabulary and grammar by yourself

Nobody can fix your pronunciation, nobody but you

Don't confuse being lonely with wanting to practice your English

there is no such thing as practice my English

you practice sharing your thoughts and feelings

and to do that

you need to have an opinion on a certain topic

and to have an opinion on a certain topic

you need to read about that topic

in English

read daily

in English

And start a podcast or a YouTube channel and practice your speaking.

In my book Virtually Native you will find

step-by-step instructions on how to write grammatically correct sentences.

It is all in my book: how to become an independent learner

there is simply no other way.

there is no other way,

and not just about language but any other skill
