How To Insulate Stone Foundation Walls | Spray Foam Or Foam Board | Crawl Space Encapsulation - Duration: 2:19.

Hey, Michael Church, CrawlSpaceNinja.com, and we got a great question from Greg in Virginia,

he's looking to do a D.I.Y. project on his crawl space, and he's got a stone wall foundation

and he wants to know how to insulate it.

Stay tuned.

Greg, we come across stone walls and even uneven brick, and even uneven block walls

from time to time.

And if you're trying to put a piece of foam board on these walls, number one, if it's

uneven, it's not gonna even stick properly, but number two, if you go to shoot a hilty

nail in there, or a masonry screw, or something like that, you could actually damage the foundation.

What we have found to do, is that we use a two component, close cell spray foam to insulate

the wall.

So, you take the plastic of the wall, maybe 10 to 12 inches, and then you take a two component

spray foam and you spray the plastic to the wall and then go up a little higher up the

wall, okay?

So, this way the two component spray foam, which is a close cell, is also a vapor barrier,

and it will join the plastic that you've already laid on the ground, all right?

So, that's one way that you can do it, it's probably the most effective and easiest way

that we have found to do it.

Now, what you don't want to do, is you don't want to go back and forth with spray foam.

Spray foam expands, so you spray it, you let it expand, you let it harden, and then you

spray it again, okay?

So, there's a way to do it, so if you can find some videos online about how to apply

spray foam, that would be probably a great next step for you.

Typically, you would get two component spray foams at either a local box store, like Home

Depot, or Lowe's or some place like that.

So, that was a great question from Virginia, we thank you for all of your questions, and

comments, and likes down below, we hope you liked this video.

We hope you make it a happy and blessed day, we'll see you later.

Republicans Can't Decide If Democrats Are Delicate Snowflakes Or Violent Criminals - Duration: 4:29.

Donald Trump's got a new talking point out there right now.

Jobs not mobs, and he's been testing that out ahead of the midterms here because he

says the Republicans are the party of jobs, Democrats the party of mobs.

Right now, we have right wing media outlets and Republican politicians telling us that

Democrats are horrible, violent, angry people who are going to come beat you up, mow you

down, bang on your business' doors, bang on the doors of the Supreme Court.

They're going to hurt you, basically, because Democrats are so damn dangerous.

These are the same Democrats who just, maybe a month ago, were delicate little snowflakes

that needed their own safe space because the world was just so scary to them.

But now, we've all turned into superheros that are out there just waiting to pound the

crap out of any Republican we happen to come across while walking down the street.

My question is this.

Which is it, Republicans?

Are we whiny little snowflakes that need to be protected from everything the world has

to offer?

Or, are we these violent hulk-like creatures just waiting for the chance to smash in the

head of a Republican?

Because, you're talking points at this point, like most times, actually conflict with one

another.

We can't be both snowflakes and violent mobs.

Do you see how those two don't reconcile together?

What's really terrifying to you Republicans is the fact that people in this country are

now willing to stand up to you.

Hell, they're even standing up to some Democrats they don't like because too often they vote

in the interests of corporations instead of the American public.

But, Republicans are terrified.

They're the sad little snowflakes who don't want to be bothered, the people who need a

safe space, because they can't even go sit and eat an apple pie in a restaurant without

somebody yelling at them, because all the Republican tried to do was take away their

health care.

You know, like any decent American would do, and now this person's saying I'm mean.

I can't finish my meal now.

Box that up, I'll take it home.

That's not how it works.

Democrats are not angry, violent mobs.

Democrats are not delicate little snowflakes.

Democrats, progressives, liberals, whatever the hell you want to call them, they're people

who are pissed off right now, and they're going to make sure you know it.

They're going to confront you when you try to pass policies that are going to harm American

citizens.

They're going to confront you when you throw children in cages because they're a different

nationality than us.

They're going to confront you when you put a man accused, by multiple women, of sexual

assault on the U.S. Supreme Court.

You're going to have to answer for those things.

If you won't answer while sitting in a restaurant trying to eat a cheeseburger, then you're

damn sure going to answer this year in the mid-terms.

If you're one of the lucky few that's not up for re-election, then you'll answer in

the next election, because they're not forgetting.

I don't always approve of some of the tactics, banging on the U.S. Supreme Court door.

That was unnecessary.

That wasn't going to change anything.

But, making these people uncomfortable, confronting them on the street, in a restaurant, in the

airport, they need that.

They need to understand that people aren't happy.

These talking points that Republicans and Breitbart and Daily Caller and all these other

sites that low information voters read, telling us the Democrats are violent criminals.

Nobody's buying into that except for the people who will vote red no matter what.

The average person out there, the independent voters, they see what's going on.

They understand the anger, and they're not buying into these Republican talking points

that a Democrat's going to sneak up behind them and slit their throat one day.

That's only the Republicans who live in constant fear of any evil Democrats lurking out there,

which doesn't even actually exist.

Democrats want answers, and the only people who can give them those answers are the people

in office passing these horrible policies.

If they can't handle that, then maybe it's time that they find a new job.

For Better or Worse: Uncharted 4's Best Minute | Game Score Fanfare - Duration: 12:50.

The Uncharted series is king of the set-piece.

The games are built around these exhilarating, impeccably choreographed scenes, each one

a new way for Nathan Drake to cling to falling objects, moving vehicles and his life.

They are among the most memorable moments in all of video games, but my personal favourite

Uncharted moment is not one of these grand spectacles.

The one part that I remember most is a quiet, single minute of driving through the Madagascan

wilderness in Chapter 17 of Uncharted 4.

A melancholic moment of reflection while a musical cue plays out called For Better or

Worse.

This scene particularly sticks in my mind because it does something quite rare for a

modern AAA video game.

It pulls back everything in order make space for its score to speak.

Before we talk about how it does this though, we should know what it is that the music is

saying.

In A Thief's End, Nate has retired from his adventurer's lifestyle and settled down

with his now-wife Elena.

He lives a normal life and keeps a normal job, promising that his globe-trotting, treasure-hunting

days are over.

But of course the lure of adventure beckons him once more, this time in the form of his

long-lost brother Sam who, in typical Drake form, has found himself in some trouble which

can only be solved by chasing hidden treasure.

So before running off with Sam to the Scottish Highlands in search of antique pirate booty,

Nate calls Elena up and instead tells her that he's off to Malaysia for a work-trip.

This scene is scored by a violin playing a somber version of Nate's famous musical

theme, which is accompanied by a simple piano ostinato.

That piano melody is basically just four ascending notes in the key of E-minor.

This is the first time that we hear this musical phrase, the second being when Nate's journey

unexpectedly takes him to Madagascar and he follows-up on the lie.

I

love the way it creeps in right at the end there, similar to how guilt does after being

dishonest.

This reinforces that melodic idea as a leitmotif representing the lie.

Considering it doesn't play in other scenes such as the initial set-up of Nate and Elena's

home life, I don't really see it being a general theme representing them as a couple.

When Elena inevitably cottons on and flies out to Madagascar to catch Nate in the lie,

we hear that motif for a third time, and again it's towards the end of their confrontation.

It plays for longer and more prominently here than it has previously, now that the lie has

been uncovered and blown up, so by this point the player should have made a connection between

the motif and the lie, even if it is subconsciously.

After this scene the motif doesn't appear for a while, not until Elena finds Nate injured

and reveals how close he was to losing her.

This quick re-introduction serves as a little reminder of the situation, of them and of

the melody, and it's soon followed up by finally, my favourite scene.

During an elevator ride the couple have a brief conversation, with Elena telling Nate

that he should've been honest with her so they could work out the problem together.

For once the charismatic Nathan Drake is at a loss for words.

When you get to the top, you gain control of the car and drive off, but there's something

different.

The sound of the car engine is muffled and the couple sit in silent contemplation, pulling

your focus toward the music - a fully fleshed-out theme based around the lie leitmotif, which

plays out for an entire minute completely uninterrupted.

This creates a space for you to dwell on the situation and share in the emotions of the

characters.

Because the game took the time to build a link between the lie and this piano motif,

the music is able to represent the unspoken thoughts on the characters' minds and it

allows you to enter their same headspace.

You can feel the tension between Nate and Elena, the guilt and the disappointment.

It's obvious that this section of the game was designed to encourage this introspective

mood.

The simple road you follow carefully winds through the jungle and while the scenery is

no-doubt beautiful, there are no incredible vistas that catch your eye, or secondary paths

with hidden collectables to distract you.

As someone who likes to scour every corner of the map that I can, during this section

I didn't stray from the road once, or stop and leave the car at all.

This is also a rare instance for a Naughty Dog game in which the characters shut up for

more than 20 seconds - in fact they go a whole minute without any funny quip, short story

or subtle guidance that would remove you from that intended frame of mind.

The very moment the music cue finishes, you get an info dump from Sully and hit a rocky

shicane in the road.

This scene wouldn't work nearly as well if it weren't for the other elements of

the game fading away to let the music take control.

You can tell because it was actually only implemented on the day one patch: if you play

straight from the disc and don't update the game, the car engine is at a normal volume

and the moment doesn't hit quite as hard.

And this actually highlights a trend in modern AAA games that I'm not in love with - very

rarely do they give their musical scores the opportunity to do their job.

Music was once the primary auditory component of a video game - there was almost always

a constant loop of music playing in the background and it didn't have much else to compete

with in the audio mix, outside of the occasional sound-effects.

It played a vital role in delivering the intended emotion and atmosphere of the game, and that's

another part of the reason why we remember the old soundtracks so fondly.

But as games grew more complex, music became less important to them.

The audio space had to make room for voice-acting, which replaced music as the primary emotive

performance in the game.

As graphics improved and environments became more detailed, less imagination was required

to understand where you were.

Environmental noises were needed to match the detail shown on screen and sell the atmosphere

in a much more immersive way.

The existence of any musical score runs the risk of obscuring that ambience.

As a result of these developments, I feel that music can often be ignored or forgotten

about nowadays as the powerful storytelling tool that it is.

So to pull back the environmental sounds and voice-acting and let the music dominate is

actually kind of a brave choice to make in 2016.

It's putting faith in the score, trusting not only that it won't break immersion or

remove the audience from the moment, but also that it's able to achieve the same atmosphere

as environmental ambience, the same emotional punch as the actors' performance, and tell

the same story as scripted dialogue.

And I think For Better or Worse is a success on all these fronts.

The developers trusted the music with the space to work, and it turned what was potentially

a forgettable minute of nothing much into one of the most poignant and memorable moments

in the entire series.

But this isn't the final time we hear that leitmotif.

A little bit later you briefly hear a variation of it, when Elena accepts Nate's apology.

Afterwards it appears in a quick scene with the couple joking around, seemingly suggesting

that they are moving on and returning to normality.

And then finally it plays twice during the ending, once when they're talking about

their inability to lead a normal life, but more interestingly right here.

You might've noticed that it sounds a little different this time though.

The second note of the phrase, G, is shifted up just a semitone to G#, which actually changes

the piece from an E-minor to an E-major.

This gives the motif a positive spin, providing a sense of happiness and hope for the couple's

future.

But what's interesting to me is that it's using the same leitmotif that is so strongly

associated with Nate's lie.

It suggests that while the couple have forgiven and moved past it, they have not forgotten.

That that moment is ingrained in their relationship now.

I am reminded of the Japanese practice of Kintsugi, in which broken pottery is repaired

using gold.

The philosophy behind this art is that the breakage is an important part of the object's

history, that scars of the past should be remembered and embraced rather than hidden

and forgotten about.

Using the leitmotif in a major key at this moment recognises that Nate's lie, though

wrong, was an important part of the couple's shared history together.

It's not that their relationship exists in spite of it, but rather was shaped and

potentially even strengthened as a result of it.

Something better came out of their worst.

The Perfect Guy or The Perfect Cheater? (Full Episode) | Couples Court - Duration: 17:03.

This is Couples Court With The Cutlers.

This is the case of Briggs v. Maxwell.

You've been dating one year, is that correct?

Yes, Your Honor.

Yes, Your Honor.

And why did you bring your boyfriend here?

I brought him here

because I need someone to help me crack this case on whether he is the...

Perfect guy or the perfect cheater.

JUDGE DANA: And, Mr. Maxwell,

why are you here?

JAMAL MAXWELL: Uh, I wanna

prove to her that I'm not lying,

that I'm not a cheater.

And give her assurance, you know,

so that way we could just...

Move forward.

But you've only been together a year.

If it ain't good the first year,

I'm kind of concerned about

what it looks like two years from now.

JUDGE KEITH: Yeah.

MODESTY BRIGGS: I need to find out

if he's telling the truth.

He's very convincing.

Like, he acts like

nothing is happening. You ask him a question,

he knows nothing about it,

even though everything points to him knowing.

If I find out today that he's lying,

that's it. I'm done.

JUDGE DANA: All right. So what is on the line here

is your relationship.

Either you're in,

or you out.

It's either we right, or we not.

JUDGE DANA: And you understand that if it comes back

that you have cheated,

she's gone.

That's what she says, yeah.

(AUDIENCE GROANS)

JUDGE DANA: I know what she said.

I asked you did you understand?

BRIGGS: You see what I'm talking about?

You see how he answers questions?

No, I get it. I mean, I get what she's saying, you know.

JUDGE DANA: Well, Ms. Briggs, here's what I want to know.

How did you all become a couple?

Tell me about how you met.

I met him at a friend's gathering.

And I noticed him.

He had a nice little swag, or whatever.

He came over, we talked,

and one thing went to another.

We went out.

He used to pay me, like, compliments.

I mean, just the way he carried himself,

that's why I said, like, he knows what to do.

So, he just made me believe

that chivalry wasn't dead.

JUDGE KEITH: All right, Mr. Maxwell,

what do you remember about the first time you saw her?

I mean, it's exactly like what she said.

We met, like, through... (CLEARS THROAT) Through a mutual friend.

And when I seen her, I mean, she's beautiful.

I mean, just look at her. She's very beautiful.

You were a little reluctant to, you know, step to her?

MAXWELL: No, not at all.

I'm not that... I'm not reluctant to step to any female.

Look at this.

Oh, okay.

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING)

Of course!

MAXWELL: But it's more so, like, look at her,

I need to have her in my life,

so I had to step to her.

JUDGE DANA: Aah.

After, like, getting to talk to her

and getting to know her...

I mean, she's a really humble spirit.

Wow.

MAXWELL: She put a lot of people in front of her.

Um, and that's just, like, some of the qualities

that I really admire about her.

On our first date, like, he kind of planned this whole thing.

We went and we had dinner.

Um, and even during the dinner,

he was telling me how...

Like, I was wifey material and...

He's saying all the right things, and...

Right, right.

On the first date?

So, I could... You know, I was into that.

And then afterwards, we went to this reggae club.

And, you know, I'm, like, dancin',

doin' all this stuff, like...

Showin' him my Beyonce or whatever.

And he just...

(AUDIENCE LAUGHING)

He's just, like... Hey!

He is just, like, doin' his little two-step the whole time.

But, I mean, it was all good.

It was a nice little time,

and, I mean, that's really where we started vibing and...

Okay, so she said on the first date,

you popped out with, "You wifey material"?

That's strong, man!

(CHUCKLES) No, no, I mean, you don't understand, like,

she looks amazing, right?

JUDGE DANA: Absolutely.

MAXWELL: Standing next to me, I look even better...

Amen!

MAXWELL: Just having a woman like this next to you?

See? There you go!

Dude, I feel you.

MAXWELL: You know how good he look

just because you next to him?

Yeah!

I had to have her.

So, you know, she said it was a nice night out. Man, that night

was more than just a nice night.

It was, like... It was a magical night.

That's how I remember it.

JUDGE DANA: Oh!

AUDIENCE: Aww.

MAXWELL: I just knew at that moment, like...

All right, I gotta have this woman even more, so...

JUDGE KEITH: Okay, so, I mean...

JUDGE DANA: But when you...

Oh, I'm sorry, love.

Go ahead. Go ahead.

No, go ahead, go ahead.

Okay.

I see the smiles on your faces...

Mmm-hmm.

...as you talk about the past,

but when we opened this case,

you looked mad and you looked mad.

So I wanna know

what brought us to where we're standing here today.

I have suspected that he has been cheating.

He's done some things that has made me feel that way.

And it started by, um, last July.

We went to a club and afterwards,

everyone decided to go back

to his house. When everybody got there,

and my friend told me, she was like,

"Oh, you need to go check on Mr. Maxwell."

So I went into the room,

and there's this girl sitting on his bed.

And I'm like, "Is he in the bathroom?"

And so she was like, "Yeah, he's in the bathroom."

So I knock on the bathroom door,

and it took him a minute, he opened the door,

and, you know, I'm just trying to be, like, a nice girl

and just see if my man is okay,

and so, we both come out the room.

Me and him.

JUDGE DANA: Okay.

The girl is still in the room.

You found a woman sitting on his bed.

BRIGGS: Yes, like, by the headboard.

JUDGE KEITH: Is she dressed? Is she not dressed?

Is she partially dressed?

Yes, she's fully dressed.

I mean, it was a bunch of people at my house.

I mean, some girls there, they did like me.

There was some that liked me.

But, I wasn't obligated to...

But we need to know about the girl in the bed.

Right.

JUDGE DANA: Did she like you?

She liked me, too.

JUDGE DANA: Okay.

She did. I mean...

How did she end up on your bed?

She walked in there.

Where were you? Were you in the room...

MAXWELL: I was in the bathroom.

Okay, so you... Did you know

she was in the bedroom?

No, I didn't.

JUDGE KEITH: All right.

That wasn't the bad part, though.

So, we're in the kitchen, and this girl,

she says this comment like, "You're doing too much."

What did she mean by that?

BRIGGS: Exactly!

That's where all of this starts, okay?

So, I'm asking the girl, like,

what does she... You know, "Are you talking to me?

"Are you talking to him? Who are you talking to?

"Because I don't even know... Like, how are you in our business?"

Right!

BRIGGS: And I literally asked her

I was, like, "Are you sleeping with him?"

JUDGE KEITH: Oh, you just went straight there.

And she was like, "No."

I look him dead in his face,

and I said, "Why is she saying this?"

And I said back...

And he said,

BOTH: "I don't know."

"I don't know why she's saying this."

JUDGE DANA: Okay, but what does that mean?

"You doing too much."

What were you doing?

BRIGGS: Exactly!

What were you doing?

BRIGGS: Long story short,

she never explained that night, why she said that.

He never explained that night why she said that.

That other girl was making it seem like

I was in a relationship with the girl that was in my bed and I wasn't.

I mean, not at all.

But she was making it seem like, "Oh.

"You supposed to be with her,"

or, "He's supposed to be with her."

But I didn't get that news!

All right, so is this the only incident that you have?

BRIGGS: No, um...

He ended giving me his password to his phone.

I gave him my password to my phone,

so after that, it was cool. It was, like, back to how it was.

JUDGE DANA: 'Cause you're figuring if he's giving me the password

to his phone, he's an open book.

BRIGGS: Yes, yes, yes.

Then, all of a sudden, again, like...

Just randomly, I would walk in a room,

and he would clearly be on his phone texting.

And when he'd see me walk in, he'd just put it down.

Is it possible he was just texting his friends and just,

when he came in he wanted to turn his attention to you?

MAXWELL: Here's my thing with the phone, all right?

One, it's my phone.

All right.

MAXWELL: Right?

I pay the bill on this phone.

And if I wanna text somebody on it,

I text somebody on it.

If I wanna call somebody on it, I'll call somebody on it.

Was there anything in the phone that she shouldn't find?

No, there's nothing in the phone at all! She got

the password, she ain't gonna find nothing in my phone!

Ha!

Um, question.

How long have you guys been married?

Twenty-eight years.

We've been married 28 years.

MAXWELL: 28 years you've been married, right?

Yeah.

And I'm quite sure, those 28 years,

you ain't been happy the whole 28 years, right?

JUDGE DANA: Oh, I have been.

(AUDIENCE LAUGHS)

MAXWELL: Yeah, okay, right.

(MAXWELL STUTTERING)

The whole...

I'm teasing.

MAXWELL: So, the goal

to a successful marriage is to try to stay happy, right?

So why would you look for something to be unhappy?

JUDGE KEITH: So you're not questioning why she's looking

in your phone, you're questioning why

she's looking for something, anything!

MAXWELL: She don't wanna be happy!

That is one situation.

Another situation...

JUDGE DANA: All right.

I spent the night over there and it must have been about 2:00 a.m.

I see this light from the wall blinking up.

He's laid over the bed, like...

Looking on his phone.

Like, his head is clearly off of the bed.

So I'm like, I try to get to see what he was doing.

And he instantly, like, turned it down

so I can't see the light anymore.

But, I mean, I didn't say anything,

I just acted like I was just turning,

you know, like, in my sleep or whatever.

Right.

So a couple of days later,

I went in the phone and I opened the phone.

The password still worked.

And I see all these social media, like, different apps.

Okay.

And so, I tried to open the apps,

and he had it logged off.

So I don't know his username or passwords

to these social media apps.

But I have a friend that knows everything about social media.

JUDGE DANA: Okay.

BRIGGS: So she goes on there,

and less than 30 minutes...

MAXWELL: See, again,

we looking to be unhappy.

...she finds a profile of his

on a dating site.

AUDIENCE: Oh!

BRIGGS: And I have

the screenshot that she sent.

If I could submit it.

JUDGE DANA: Ron,

would you please pick that up for us?

RON: Yes, Your Honor.

Thank you, ma'am.

Oh, boy.

It says Max.

MAXWELL: Right.

JUDGE DANA: And do you go by "Max" at times?

MAXWELL: Yup.

JUDGE KEITH: Is that you?

That's me.

JUDGE DANA: Okay. Age 31.

MAXWELL: See? There we go, right there, I'm not 31.

It's old! That stuff is old.

Wait a minute, wait a minute.

This looks very similar to some of the pictures

we've been flashing up of you all.

Your couple pictures.

AUDIENCE: Ooh!

It's me.

JUDGE DANA: This is you on your dating profile, right?

Mmm-hmm.

Can you put up one of the pictures

that you submitted to the court?

MAXWELL: Mmm-hmm.

JUDGE DANA: That's you two together, right?

BRIGGS: Look at the glasses, same.

MAXWELL: Them ain't the same glasses. They're both Gucci shades,

but they ain't the same one.

Oh, Jesus!

Look at 'em, go into close-up!

(INDISTINCT ARGUING)

...help us.

I got more than one pair of Gucci shades.

Look at the Gucci frame up here and then look on the side.

Go closer. Y'all ain't about to catch me up on that.

Okay.

But is that the same hat?

(AUDIENCE GROANS)

MAXWELL: Hey, you know how many hats I got?

JUDGE DANA: I don't know how many,

but I'm asking you about this hat.

Uh, no, it can't be.

Well, why still have it up all these years?

I don't have it up! They got it up! (STUTTERS)

When was the last time you used this dating profile?

I don't use it.

So, it's just out there?

MAXWELL: I guess so.

This guy right here,

he knows what he's doing.

He knows what he's doing.

JUDGE KEITH: All right. Mr. Maxwell

and Ms. Briggs, at this time,

the court would like to call cyber security expert,

Gregory Evans.

Ron, would you please escort

Mr. Evans into the court room?

GREGORY: Hello, Your Honors.

JUDGE DANA: Hello, how are you, Mr. Evans?

JUDGE KEITH: Good to see you.

GREGORY: Doin' great, yourselves?

JUDGE KEITH: All right.

GREGORY: All right.

Mr. Evans, you had access to

Mr. Maxwell's phone, is that correct?

Yes.

JUDGE KEITH: And what kind of things can you get from phones?

Oh, we can get text messages,

emails, videos, pictures.

Anything that's ever been on a phone can be retrieved.

Even if it's deleted?

Even if it's deleted.

That's where forensics comes in.

JUDGE DANA: What did you uncover, Mr. Evans?

If you go through the homepage on the iPhone,

and use your thumb and swipe down,

it shows the apps you use the most on there.

Okay.

That's universal.

On his, it showed

that he uses Mail, Notes,

Tinder, and a new one I never heard of, SoulSwipe.

SoulSwipe. Wow.

JUDGE DANA: What is SoulSwipe?

GREGORY: (STUTTERS) Their definition,

and here's the evidence for that, Your Honor.

Oh, thank you.

The definition is...

(BRIGGS CHUCKLES)

"SoulSwipe: Black Dating."

Whoa.

Mr. Maxwell, are you a participating member

in SoulSwipe?

JUDGE DANA: Or Tinder?

No, I'm not.

JUDGE DANA: Can you explain why they come up

as one of your top four?

MAXWELL: 'Cause he probably put it

on there, I didn't do that.

(AUDIENCE GROANS)

BRIGGS: Exactly!

GREGORY: Okay, so...

(CHUCKLES) We use forensics.

And we use forensic software.

See, computers don't lie.

It shows his device name,

his EMI name, the serial number to his phone,

the firmware in his phone.

So we were able to look at all the apps that was on his phone.

Okay.

So, and we're also able to see apps that were also deleted.

But these ones were not deleted,

and it still showed

that these were the top two on his phone.

If we were to add these apps, like he's claiming,

we would have needed his iCloud password to go into the Apple store

to download 'em.

Well, what was funny was is when I was going through his phone,

I had just received it from the court,

I did ask for the iCloud username and password.

He said he couldn't find the iCloud username and password, he forgot it.

So he gave us five passwords, none of them worked.

So I'm just looking through the phone

and I'm looking through his notes.

Now, an hour before he turned in the phone,

he had just put a brand new note in

of a restaurant, a popular restaurant here.

Right? I got out of that note, went back into

another note, came back out...

That note was deleted.

I was like, "What happened to that note?"

One of my team member says,

"Well, when I went in there to talk to him, it looked like

"he was logged in to his iCloud account."

And he might have been deleting... I just know one thing.

That note was there.

And then it wasn't there.

I had one note that said the name of a restaurant

because I wanted to go eat

at a restaurant and somebody told me about it.

I put the note in there to remember the name of the restaurant.

But Mr. Evans, if you had the phone,

how else could it have been deleted?

Where's the guilt in that?

By being logged in to the iCloud account

using the password he said he couldn't remember.

How can I log in if you got my phone?

Can you log in from another device?

Yeah, you can log in from anything, you just go to iCloud.com,

and just log in with your email address and your password,

to your iCloud account.

Mr. Maxwell?

Did you delete that information from the phone?

No. Everything that he said is hearsay, speculation

of what anybody could do.

No, the only person who gets to make that decision is me.

And him.

Mr. Cutler's question to you was,

did you delete it?

MAXWELL: No.

No, I did not.

It's a restaurant, like, why would I delete a restaurant?

JUDGE DANA: We don't know.

I don't either.

I, I mean, this is what I deal with all the time.

Every time we have a situation,

he's always backpedaling,

you know, skating around,

what it really is when all the proof is right there.

All right, Ms. Briggs, we're gonna get you

some additional information, because we had Mr. Maxwell

to sit down with a certified polygraph examiner.

Are you ready for the results?

Yes, Your Honor.

(AUDIENCE APPLAUDS)

Thank you, sir.

Here you go, love.

Mr. Maxwell, you were asked,

prior to July 2016,

"Had you had sex with the woman who was sitting on your bed during your party?"

And you answered, "No."

The lie detector determined that you were being...

Deceptive.

Oh!

(AUDIENCE GROANS)

What's going through your mind?

Just the fact, like, you act like

you did not know what was going on! Nothing!

I did not know her,

until after that.

BRIGGS: (SIGHS) Oh, my God.

What did she have a trash bag on? Like, really.

JUDGE KEITH: All right, well,

Ms. Briggs and Mr. Maxwell, we have a second question.

Mr. Maxwell, you were asked,

"Have you had any sexual intercourse with other women

"while dating Ms. Briggs?"

And you answered, "No."

The lie detector determined...

That you were being...

Deceptive.

Okay.

MAXWELL: No, I'm telling the truth.

BRIGGS: We're done.

We're done.

JUDGE DANA: Our court offers resources to you

so you can figure out how to move positively forward.

JUDGE KEITH: Because you need to change your ways,

so that neither one of you is cheated

out of an opportunity for a great relationship.

Court is adjourned.

(eng) Matte Red or Glittery Pink 🚨❄️Two makeup looks for Winter Holiday - Duration: 5:16.

Today I'm gonna show you guys this Chinoiserie collection by Addiction

and I'll do these two different makeup looks for winter holiday.

There are 7 liquid eyeliners and 6 eyeshadows.

Then I'll show you the swatches.

The textures of the eyeshadows are various.

It's very pigmented even by just one touch.

It gets more vivid by layering tough.

The pigment is really good and it goes like this naturally and delicately as well.

Those colors were the hottest colors of the Empress Orchid collection which came out before.

The eyeliners have various textures as well.

It's also very pigmented and you can control the thickness easily

so you can draw eyelines without mistakes.

It gets hard after applying it, so it lasts long.

And those colors are same as the eyeshadows so you can put them on together and do some fun makeup.

Then let's get into the makeup.

The first look is red point look with a #empire passion.

I'll apply #empire passion widely.

It's matte and has a pure red shade.

It sticks well naturally even by several layerings.

And I'll put on #empress orchid as a point.

There are small pearls in it and the shade is really vivid.

I'll use the same color #empire passion of the eyeliner.

I'll draw thick and clean lines.

I'll apply the mascara a lot to make my lashes look messy.

I'll use the pure red color on the lips as well.

It's done for the first makeup look.

The second look is more wearable makeup with the #pink river.

It's glittery light pink shadow. I'll apply it widely as the base.

I'll use the #china club together.

It has a shimmer texture and dark gray shade.

Those two look good together and the combination is wearable.

And I'll use the #china club eyeliner and draw the thin lines.

I'll use this blush with a muted pink shade.

And I applied the glossy tint with a cook toned pink shade.

It's done for the second look as well.

So today I tried those totally different makeup looks with the chinoiserie collection.

It came out a few days ago.

tough it's getting much interest.

So I think you should go to test them soon if you're interested in it.

Thank you so much for watching my video.

I'll see you in my next video!

Bye!

1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse EVO Swap or Evolution is swaped in Eclipse : #EVOclipse Review (part 2) - Duration: 19:21.

Hello! last video about this

the car I was told that

it made on the basis of mitsubishi evolution.

but not told about the technical

features of this conversion, and this time

I want to tell exactly this.

Well, probably the story about this

I will begin my work from where it began.

namely bodywork.

cars in these years are deplorable

condition and it was no exception.

we had to sandblast it completely.

we had to patch all the holes, weld the shock housing.

DSMers understand me.

then we covered everything with acidic primer.

processed

painted and coated "Raptor" on top.

"raptor" blue in body color

adds a certain charm.

about body repair for a long time

I will not tell - this is not my main hobby.

even not at all my hobby.

I will tell you about the SWAP and first

turn this swap on all-wheel drive.

Originally this car, like many

Eclipses, was front wheel drive. although in the line

There are all-wheel drive options.

we converted this car for four-wheel drive.

What did you have to do for this?

first and foremost of course

Install the rear all-wheel drive subframe.

options for such an installation

some.

have a OEM subframe all-wheel drive Eclipse.

the so-called gsx option and

it is possible to install

crossmember from legnum.

Mitsubishi Legnum - Japanese "bucket" and I do not remember how it looks.

but they have the same crossmember with the Eclipse.

most swapers who

there is access to the Japanese market closer than

American they use this particular

subframe, and in general all the back

suspension, rear arms, drive, hubs.

They all put bolton

on this car and not

requires special skills to rework.

many nuances of swap

can be seen in my videos. Now I do a lot of videos,

dedicated to just such alterations.

conversions on all-wheel drive cars

generation 2, 3, 4, dodge and chrysler.

In general, all that is built

on a common spar base.

2nd, 3rd, 4th eclipses.

the first and main reason for which

I chose a rear suspension from Legnum.

from Mitsubishi Legnum.

that was her location.

the location of the passage under the propeller shaft and exhaust.

in gsx version, in original

mitsubishi eclipse exhaust passes with

the left side of the propeller shaft passes from the right

parties.

but we have a engine

from evolution 9 and we are very

it is important that the exhaust passes

on the right side and

propeller shaft left.

that was the main reason for choosing this

donor for the rear all-wheel drive suspension.

suspension as well as fuel tank

taken from legnum.

About the back of the car, I think that's enough.

now let's get to the most important part

all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive

cars are a propeller shaft.

like many parts, of course the propeller shaft

There is in the original on mitsubishi eclipse.

on the all-wheel drive version of the GSX stands

your propeller shaft and you could put it here.

without bothering, practically in

regular mounting, but we have another

religion built cars.

we use the maximum EVO parts.

I like EVO propeller shaft more.

it is modern with a short middle section.

I wanted to put the EVO propeller shaft in this car.

I'm in all my

recent projects put EVO propeller shafts.

I like them.

made new mounts on the body

car.

such are the reinforced pieces of metal that hold the propeller shaft.

in fact, not without nuances.

now in the past

some run - there are shoals.

in this case, here it is

the distance is very small and it will be necessary

increase because

under certain loads propeller shaft

deformed and touches the mount.

general not without jambs.

we are all human, we are all wrong.

since we chose the direction of movement

from the back forward then

the next all-wheel drive element

installed in this car

is transfer case. transfer case from EVO6

with a gear ratio the same as

rear gear ratio is 3.312

main problem

in the whole swap it was exactly

installation of this handing out pass

in the stretcher, access to the propeller shaft.

all this swap is basic

his problem was precisely in all these ways

installation geometry.

because transfer case carries an axis

front end

front drive installation, direction

propeller shaft movement. all geometric things

The provisions of the handout depend.

it is the center of the all-wheel drive transmission mitsubishi.

there is a lock in it

central differential which

transmits the moment between the front and the back

axis.

there is a front axle differential in it.

there is this power

element,

which makes spinning

all-wheel drive car.

without hand-outs the car will not go at all.

transfer case is geometrically

main element.

so I had to redo it very much

front crossmember.

front crossmember remained native.

I tried the installation options

crossmember version with factory 4G63 engine.

there are a lot of problems with this

designed for the installation of the gearbox on the left side.

we have a gearbox with the right

parties along my way along for

cars are the opposite.

From the 420a motor crossmember it is very smooth

becomes with EVO motor because u

these gearboxes are located with one and

the same side.

do not alter the niche under the gearbox.

she is already there and only needed

make a tunnel for the installation of the propeller shaft.

this one has been made.

stretcher reinforced.

crossmember has new connecting elements

stiffeners and now it's completely

allows you to install the propeller shaft with

transmissions from evolution.

the next logical node is itself

Transmission. of course again from evolution.

it's a five-speed

manual gearbox.

why five-speed?

because the other 6-speed

will not go down the length.

prevent the spar and basically here

only one installation option

5-speed transmission or

machine from evolution.

geometry of the suspension and the whole

transmission set transfer case.

In transfer case attached gearbox.

gearbox attached to the motor.

in principle, geometrically transmission

part is all set, all aligned.

but the motor must be put geometrically even

geometrically correct.

actually swap on evo

I did not invent it, they did it before me.

in many swaps on evo

they were mostly front wheel drive,

all-wheel drive I have not seen, but it does not matter.

when they put an EVO motor,

for some reason he is with them

so low that even the lower mounts

crossmembers are taller than pallet

motor.

I wanted to do exactly

factory solution to make by car

could comfortably ride on the roads.

do not catch every pebble in the pan.

move around like a normal car

understated or overpriced.

the engine tray and the motor itself must be

located just like at the factory.

as a result, put the engine as I wanted

that is, the motor is now higher than

stretcher it is not the lowest

point in the car. by the way here

unusual pallet. on the evo 9 RS engine version

there was such a pallet.

it has a small defender.

in our case, very useful because

protects the engine from all sorts of

damage.

the next element about which I wanted

to tell, being under the car is

cooling system. aluminum radiator

It looks the same as on all tuned Eclipses.

in this case

The subaru part has been applied.

this radiator originally went on

subaru.

yes it is an universal radiator.

It is not the original subaru radiator.

we did not deliver parts from subaru to mitsubishi.

but nominally it is from subaru.

he went geometrically.

he allowed to put the crossmember mount, although in it

I had to make such a small propyl.

slightly deform but it

allowed to install the crossmember mount in its place

without global body alterations.

mitsubishi eclipse as in many

originally front wheel drive cars

TV, more precisely the lower part

contacts the crossmember

Here is such a crossmember mount. she happens to be

power element, it keeps the design

car. usually attached to it

motor mount. in our case she

go nowhere.

here is this crossmember mount from

lancer.

from lancer evolution. principle can

set the crossmember mount from lancer but from lancer

evolution is distinguished by its presence

hook and more reinforced

stand under the front.

The crossmember mount was also finalized, it is now a different length.

it connects the crossmember parts.

that have been trimmed and reinforced in these places.

original crossmember mount from lancer

ends here.

Eclipse crossmember mount ends on the back wall

crossmember, respectively, we extended it

and reinforced made additional

mounts. it is installed so it does not interfere

of course the transmissions. as in the original

All gaps are saved.

You can see that in principle, as in the factory

eclipse, as at the factory evolution left in those

same gaps and used the same attachment points.

front cushion used

also from lancer.

use eclipse pillow

there was no need.

crossmember mount from lancer

and geometric pillows are similar.

we used a standard lancer pillow.

from lancer evolution.

so that it could always be later

back cushion.

we won't see her,

she stands over the crossmember.

This is a standard pillow,

which was used in eclipse.

this is the only pillow

which remained dear.

all the other pillows are either altered,

or put others. This pillow is worth a dear.

What else can you tell while under the car?

also had to modify

oil cooling system.

radiator from 9 evolution installed, like many

details from the 9th.

standing here

spacer for sensors.

here

native exits to the radiator.

this is just a spacer for

Priborchikov, which stand in the cabin.

continuing the topic of radiators is also here

additional radiator installed

cooling power steering.

this is not a standard solution, usually

on mitsubishi machines used

simple pipe form.

we put a radiator to play it safe and

make some clearance for

performance and

for its reliability.

the next radiator is a radiator

air cooling.

yes yes this is the same intercooler its also a radiator, it just cools the air.

planned machine upgrades are great,

we will later remove more power

therefore, we also took a large stock.

huge intercooler.

76 mm I / O.

76 mm inlet.

turbine exit standard

50 mm goes into the pipe 76 mm

and on the intercooler size of 100mm passes into the throttle.

by the way - fans.

like most electricians and

electronics is also from evolution

here is the start block.

regular fan

evolution reworked mount.

all the same radiator from subaru.

he has a little

other mounts.

but this is not a big rework.

one more detail that can be seen

just below

This is a zero resistance filter.

it is installed behind the headlamp,

in the wing, the air intake comes from below.

cold air intake.

top he has a kind of house and hot air is not

he collects all the cold air

just from the bottom of the car.

and he will not be able to pick up the water in the rain

or in a puddle.

optimal arrangement of such

the last part about which we have to

tell from below.

exhaust system.

This system of course had to

create from scratch. entire exhaust system

This is a 3 inch 76 millimeter.

she goes around

in the back. basically the system is pretty

simple but at the same time

productive. it ends

machine used as a weekend car

and if you wish, there are places where

you can install resonators.

if you want

make it quieter.

now it sounds pretty loud

but beautifully loud. so we leave it

this version.

told all that is under the car.

Of course I forgot something.

if you forgot to write me

comments and I will once again make a review about this car.

but even so I want to go to the top and show the engine bay.

all the swap came down all the same

to replace the motor.

and the main node which

says that this evolution is a engine from evolution.

how much would I show and talk about what

is under the car.

the most important thing that she has under the hood.

let's go to!

Well, the hood is open and here it is

engine from evolution!

carbon fiber is no surprise!

We tried to make everything harmonious!

Berlin parking: model or cautionary tale? (Reinventing Parking #6) - Duration: 29:03.

This is not one of those "wow look at Berlin! Isn't it so amazing! It's got

such fantastic parking policy, so why can't we do that?"

versions of the Berlin story. Welcome to Reinventing Parking, the podcast about

parking policy for anyone who wants a better city and better urban transport.

I'm Paul Barter. Today I'm speaking with Jos Nino Notz about parking in

Berlin in Germany. Parking people in my network suggested that I speak with Nino

primarily because of his excellent master's thesis at the Technical

University of Berlin, which looked at conflict between parking and public

space from various angles. Nino has been working for several years as a traffic

planner and consultant in Berlin before recently joining the Cities team at Buro

Happold Engineering. Jos Nino Notz

welcome to the Reinventing Parking podcast. Thank you so much for joining me.

[Nino] Thank you for having me, Paul. So today we're talking about parking policy in

Berlin. This is not one of those, "wow look at Berlin, and isn't it so amazing! It's

got such fantastic parking policy, so why can't we do that?"

versions of the Berlin story, because actually, when it comes to parking policy,

one thing that I found when I visited in September and talked to you and many

other parking experts in Germany, is that, surprisingly, parking policy in

Germany has quite a few weaknesses as well as some strengths. So what we'll be

trying to do is to learn from both the highs and the lows, I hope. But I think

what we do is we'll start with one of the strengths or one of the one of the

things that people outside Germany would be quite impressed by, which is the topic

of the abolition of parking minimums in Berlin. Right, so as I understand it, in

the 1990s at some point Berlin abolished its minimum parking requirements

completely could you tell tell us a little bit more

about that of course it's it's two parking minimums were abolished in

Berlin um the first city in Germany where it was totally abolished and I

have to add that it's not abolished for bicycle parking and parking spaces for

disabled people so there are still minimums for that but in the general

parking minimums were abolished completely and today a Hamburg for

example as the second city in Germany has also abolished its parking minimums

but Berlin was the first I can say some more to that and because I met people

who were actually involved in this abolition and it was actually originally

planned to instead of those parking minimums to actually set parking

maximums and or at least incorporate the possibility to do so in individual

developments but this did not happen so we didn't go the final step

to your knowledge is it is there any sort of backlash against this policy

since it was implemented it's now more than 20 years no there's no no backlash

I would say because liberation is pretty much good for for economy so they can

they can do what they want and it's actually pretty popular with builders

and owners because it provides them freedom of choice and for them what is

most important it provides the possibility to reduce cost in general

you could say it's about 10% of cost you can save if you don't build so much

parking this is also why the trend is kind of spreading in Germany but it's

mainly because of cost reduction when developers do build office buildings

residential buildings do they build significantly less than they used to and

is it common to have parking at almost zero except for the bicycle parking and

parking for people with disabilities yeah this is interesting there has been

some evaluation on that from from an Institute for urban studies in Germany

they looked at some developments that were made after after 98 and what we can

see is that especially in the context of housing as I said a lot of pillars

actually don't build excessive parking anymore because they actually do reduce

cost at parking but especially in the context of very big development so as

you said like office shopping centers and stuff even if the end of in the city

center it is still common to build large car parks just as we are we were used to

because these international developments usually they they work with

international standards and habits and also for them it's important to be able

to sell the whole complexes maybe afterwards and so they still build large

car parks that's interesting isn't it so for people who are in cities where

there's a debate going on about minimum parking requirements in some ways that's

reassuring because

the fears that there'll be a huge shortage and an outcry and a huge

backlash and problems in Berlin abolished as parking minimums and

there's no clear sign of any huge problems arising that's reassuring

but for those who want to see less parking it's perhaps slightly

disappointing there's somewhat less parking developers can choose and

sometimes they take advantage of that but very often from what you're saying

they still provide maybe too much parking even in even in certain

locations where the city would like them to build lesser yeah yeah that's true

I mean there's always the possibility for administration to negotiate the

amount of park and within certain contracts for for a certain development

so but in general there was no uproar or actually as I said economy pretty much

likes the liberation because they can choose and yeah people in the United

States or Australia New Zealand Canada would be expecting you to be talking

about residents in dense areas where there's redevelopment going on and new

apartment buildings going in because they're the competition for on the

street parking is acute is that part of the story in Berlin we have a very

special situation in Berlin that most people actually living in the dense city

already today don't don't own a car like if you look

at the whole city which is very widespread only half of the household

households actually own a car so we have the situation that for a lot of people

it's very common to live without a car and so the issue is not that big and the

second thing is that we have large amounts of buildings from the beginning

of the 20th century and within that time they will usually know no parking

included when the building was erected so and these people are used to parking

their cars on the streets anyway and they're not worried that new

developments a new building in the neighborhood would

add to the competition for that on street parking that is a topic you're

right but pretty much what it comes down to is people or residents saying we need

more parking or we don't want more more buildings it's all too dense it's not so

the conversation is not so detailed interesting big parking minimums are so

far in the past people don't even raise them as a possibility perhaps they're

concerned about parking competition for parking but the focus of the debate is

about things that are possible like stopping that building or providing more

parking in the area it's not about it's not about requiring these buildings to

have more parking right this general regulation the parking minimum or

maximum I think this is something that stays very much in the background this

is also why politicians had no problem actually abolishing those minimums

because only very certain people think about this matter but they were very

anxious to go one step further and publish parking maximums because that

would be something I think that will also raise higher waves you know like it

would go more out that there's a fundamental change so they kind of took

the easy part it's all written down it was just never rectified okay so maybe

let's move on to another topic so the first strength of buildings parking is

the above abolition of the parking minimums which is very impressive it was

across the whole of the city right it's not just the inner city and you know the

building municipality does not quite cover the whole metropolitan area but

it's most of it so that's quite an impressive reform the next issue that's

reasonably strong I guess is that in the very core of the city and as well as one

or two other areas there is fairly intensive parking management could could

you describe a little bit more about how that works well parking management and

the pricing of parking and public streets is the competence of local

authorities that is like city districts and so the city districts themselves

look at the situation okay Berlin is divided into several light

districts that have their own local government right the government the

local governments are not so strong but it's more about they have they all have

their own administration but if there's a big difference between the city

district some are very doing intense parking management some are doing none

so you might have been to the spots where for example in the very downtown

districts where there's a very pretty much the whole areas covered and priced

but there's also inner-city areas where there is no pricing or management at all

the very central area is has strong control and if you go to the North East

a little bit the old is part of the old East Berlin but reasonably far out I

forget the name of the district Prince lower Prince yes that's a lot about but

if you go directly south of the old city center I think it's Kreuzberg right you

find free parking that the main shopping street in Kreuzberg has free parking and

similarly if you go Northwest into more a bit you find free parking even though

it's a very similar area all three of these areas are very similar they're old

they're dense there's a lot of competition for parking but only one of

those areas has intense parking management the other two don't right so

this is this is what you're totally right this is what I just said that like

the Burroughs administration and also the political leadership the powers is

different so some areas are very far like the very central part Berlin Mitte

and as you said and also Prince lower back you mentioned that but for example

arts back is just starting and there they see the success in meters so they

want to also do the same and of course also because courts back is next to

meter and we have pricing and meter means that more people try to evade

pricing and put pressure on these surrounding boroughs that not yet have

pricing and parking management so of course those powers kind of also started

doing steps but some do some don't so that there's these three different

prices how do they decide which areas have two euros per hour in fact it's

actually 50 euro cents per 15 minutes 75 Euro cents per 15 minutes and 1 euro per

15 minutes how has it decided what price is the right price yeah when planners

traffic planners look at it and look at the situation make traffic counts they

also make feasibility studies for how expensive is enforcement how much money

do we need to cover all these expenses and with that they make a proposal to to

the borough administration which price they should set in the end the price is

politically said so I guess reading between the lines a little bit there

it's not it's not a completely objective scientific process like monitoring

occupancy tzer's as our friend Donald Shoop would suggest right but to some

extent demand is part of the story but as you say there's a political decision

has to be made the politician has to vote to put those prices in right you're

totally right it's not a dynamic pricing scheme and it's also not as what you say

but as complex in detail there was Donald Shoop proposes and what is done

in other places but the the evaluation there's also evaluation going on and if

they see that as mentioned that the parking price is not right they will

change it would it be a mistake to say that in those areas that have parking

pricing the enforcement of the parking rules is also pretty good or are there

some enforcement problems even in these areas I would say the enforcement is

pretty good and in the areas where we have pricing also because enforcement

and pricing is connected pretty strongly as I said it's when we plan enforcement

it's already there's a feasibility study how much enforcement we need so it's

like an integral part of the management scheme the big problem with the

enforcement is this in the areas where it's not priced Tom tell me about

with enforcement in the areas that are not cast the problem is actually very

easy in most areas where there's no parking management no pricing there's

also no enforcement that's just pretty much how it is it's not because we don't

want the enforcement but it's because enforcement needs a lot of resource of

course it's expensive and at the same time it's also responsibility of the

local authorities so if there is no local revenues from pricing parking that

directly funds the enforcement there is in general enforcement is neglected it

sounds like the penalty revenue does not go to the local government in Germany is

that correct to be honest I think they've changed something about it I

think part of it now goes to the local administration in former times it did

not it went to the city itself it was not considered part of the transport

sector but more like of the police work they changed something about it but

still if there's little enforcement there's also almost no penalties and

there's also no money so of course so it's a little bit of a vicious cycle if

a right right so if they started to enforce better then they might find they

get some revenue and they could it could be a virtuous cycle but there's another

problem that I heard when I was in Germany I there's a national rule that

limits the levels of some of the penalties or most of the penalties set

at the national level is that correct could you explain from that is right and

this is actually a big part of the problem I also identified traffic laws

most traffic laws are federal competence and also setting those penalties and

fees is the national thing and they are very low in Germany

I mean it's um they are so low that if you rationally calculate how much you

pay if if you don't park legally and how much time you say if you would probably

be better off in a lot of places just parking somewhere instead of looking for

a free parking lot all the time so this is actually a big problem the fees are

very low so in is inhibited by a national regulation of

course it's it's useful if there's some kind of standardization right at the

national level so for example parking signs

I shouldn't be different from city to city but it sounds like the the federal

government in Germany has gone too far in regulating too many things about

parking so the enforcement fines were one of one example I think there's some

other examples was residential parking permit fees was that another example

yeah right this is the second thing the residential parking fees are also like

kept on a national level there's a maximum set by by federal fees which is

30 euros a year hmm I guess it's quite common for residential parking fees to

be low but usually the decision is is done as a political decision at a local

level it's not something that set at the national level right in in Germany are

there local governments that want to increase the residential fee to a higher

level than 30 euros there's a big debate going on about this just just recently

of course traffic planners argument for this and also Tama city planners a lot

of people a lot of experts say we need to definitely raise those permit prices

but I have to add that the residents or a lot of people already already consider

this a ripoff like there is no in the perception because parking was free all

the time for decades there is no real understanding for for the value this

opportunity to park and the public space has continued to say a little bit more

about how the how the various actors in this story talk about parking and frame

parking as a political issue and as an economic good yeah what I would like to

stress is that in the federal traffic laws parking is considered part of the

traffic so we have this word station in traffic so actually a vehicle that

doesn't move and just stands there is also considered

traffic and in our federal traffic laws which are I would say very outdated

there's this idea that traffic needs to be possible for everybody everywhere all

the time and this is this also reaches out to the station of traffic so we have

this basic framework in Germany that says well we need to provide sufficient

parking for everybody everywhere and in general it should not be priced and if

we have bad situation in stationary traffic and we allow to take on measures

like pricing schemes we are restricted in how high we can set the prices by

federal law again that reminds me we forgot to mention something earlier when

we were talking about the pricing and you just kind of alluded to it is that

the on street parking pricing is seen as a fairly narrow narrowly framed issue

isn't it it's purely about managing the on street parking right in some ways I

I'm sympathetic to that because I think on street parking probably is best on

that way anyway but it does mean that the presumption is parking should be

free as you just said and so in order to have any pricing quite quite a strenuous

effort has to be made to prove that the pricing is necessary so that's kind of

an obstacle isn't it right because in Germany the approach cannot be to say

well we have little urban space we need more urban space quality for recreation

and stuff and therefore we need to change the use of public streets and

parts and therefore we need to set prices to lower the demand for parking

this is not the way it works Germany it works pretty much as you said it's a

technical issue so if we see that there is a lot of competition for parking and

people using cars cannot find the vacant spot only then we can use pricing to

soothe the condition and to to make it possible for car users to find a vacant

spot again so pretty much it's all about the parking itself and it's not about

all the other uses of public street space we could imagine or we were

one in the city okay so you mentioned the use of Street space and public space

and in fact that that was the reason I was invited to Berlin in the first place

because the event I spoke at what was it was an event all about the use of public

space and Street space and I was the only one talking about parking in that

connection right and so as I understand it that the the organization that

invited me Agora fakirs vendor which is a forum for transport transformation was

very interested in this possibility of street space reallocation and the fact

that parking policy and parking practices is an obstacle to that right

but I understand that in Berlin there this some progress is being made right

there there's a few examples of some good things happening but from what you

said it's not fast enough for or there's also some obstacles can you can you

elaborate a little bit yeah I think there is progress made and also

awareness is rising but there is no real holistic approach to it on on the city

level pretty much the cities say well yeah we want to we would like to have

more more pricing and enforcement more management in general and so they want

the local authorities in the boroughs to implement that some follows some don't

it's not seen as a basic component of like for example is sustainable urban

mobility plan or stuff it's not seen as one of the most important measures to to

work on travel demands work and model choice to work on on the

quality of urban urban relevant cities this is just not happening yet a graphic

has vendor presented some examples of some experiments of rearranging the

parking in local streets to true so that parking plays a role in traffic calming

there's some loss of spaces but small but a great improvement in the public

realm do you know much about those examples there

is of course also Germany in Berlin but also other places a lot of good examples

already how urban spaces are turned from from pretty much parking lots to maybe

areas with the recreational value and quality for just people to wander around

sit around and get in contact but of course it has an impact on parking and

also parking is very often a very big issue if it comes to working with the

public on those projects yeah that would be familiar to people in other countries

in other cities where you know that there's a your planners or urban

designers will come up with a lovely proposal but it involves losing a

certain small percentage of parking spaces in the district and those parking

spaces become the focus of the debate the street where the mayor of Berlin

lives them was actually changed there was a traffic calming measure within the

street where he lived six spots for parking yeah had to go which is not so

much I guess and he was how would you say he was not delighted he actually

made a statement about it in public that this was not that he does not like to

see this so bicycle lanes building has a remarkably high modal share for bicycles

considering that the infrastructure for bicycles is actually rather poor yeah

when you actually look at the bike lanes a lot of them are just paint and a lot

of them are not don't look very safe to me but nevertheless there's a lot of

cycling but I understand there's been some progress recently on creating much

improved bicycle lanes perhaps with protected bike lanes now including

parking protected bike lanes is there a story what's going on there

we start with parking and bike lanes yeah you're totally right the numbers of

people using bike rising and the the funding for bicycle infrastructure is

went up like by hundreds of percent so pretty much the political courage to

improve bicycle infrastructure is there the money is there but we really still

have a big problem spending that money and actually

changing the built environment because it's the same issue when it comes down

to individual projects and individual streets and we really want to change

something it's it's usually parking spots that would need to go to have more

space for this new infrastructure and when it comes to that politicians are

still very anxious we had like an analysis for like a a bicycle highway

network for the city of Berlin and and now it would be the time to have the

first bicycle highways be built and it so far it doesn't happen because no one

won in the boroughs wants to make the start no local politician wants to be

the first to say we are getting a bicycle highway and yeah we will get rid

of a few hundred parking spots yes so this is all somewhat amusing to me

because as a parking and transport consultant very often the German

technical assistance agency G Isaiah employs me and for example I might go to

China or India and often I'll point to Berlin as a place with pretty good

parking management pretty good parking policies I might port to point to the

abolition of the parking minimums and and so on but of course everything's

relative so Berlin from the perspective of a

Chinese city with with complete and utter of parking chaos in the streets

building looks very good but when you're actually in Berlin it could be so much

better and there's still a lot there's a lot of room for improvement

so I gather from your perspective you're looking to places like Swiss cities and

Austrian cities as examples that died a little better maybe Dutch cities is that

right yeah yeah yeah definitely and I just you're totally right it depends on

the perspective of course I mean in Germany as most pretty much most things

are very much in order and probably designed and there's a lot of

negotiations before something's implemented so the conditions are pretty

good and as I said not very many people that

without a car so also that the pressure is not too high this is maybe also why

not so much has changed in the past but now we're coming to a point where we

would love people would want more change and for for me I as you said I look to

Switzerland I look to the Netherlands or I also look to two other places in

Scandinavia where where they're much further and also they they're more

courageous to say that we want the the whole central business district to be

car free in five years and yet they're just going for it

right so thank thanks a lot you know thanks for being the reinventing parking

Should you BUY your home, or continue to RENT?? Lets talk about it! - Duration: 4:52.

So, I'm at this open house and I'm scrolling through Facebook and I see an ad for an apartment complex pop-up

It was for a two-bedroom one-bath apartment for $1345.00 a month

so

naturally

I was curious and I put this number into a Google calculator

and found that the maximum loan I could get for a monthly payment of thirteen forty five is actually

two hundred and seventy three thousand dollars

So that means I could buy a home valued at two hundred seventy three thousand and pay right around

Thirteen forty five a month or I could continue to rent the apartment for thirteen forty five a month

I took this a step further and did a quick our MLS search for similar criteria to the apartment

so 2-bedroom 1-bath or two-bedroom two-bath

similar square footage and at a price under the two hundred seventy three thousand dollars and

Found that there were quite a few options out there in Clark County that you could buy

I found one in particular that was listed in Hazel Bell for two hundred and fifty nine

thousand dollars so under our budget of

$273,000 it is a two-bedroom one-bath

But it does have your kitchen your living room the two bedrooms and it also has a finished bonus room downstairs. The square footage is

1452 square feet which is much bigger than the apartment was and it's on the point two acre law in Hazel Dell it also has

plenty of parking with a garage slash shed in the back and then your parking strip buying a home is very

Possible. You just have to be connected to the right people to make it happen

Now there are pros and cons of being in an apartment and being in a home

So let's talk about a few of them. First the apartment cons some of these include having a shared laundry

There's hardly ever enough parking for two people

You can have neighbors above below and to both sides of you the apartments

I see have tiny bedrooms. Your apartment rent will likely

Increase once your lease is up and you're at the mercy of your apartment complex

They're going to have rules that you're going to have to abide by there are pros to living in an apartment though

you never have to deal with maintenance because that's the apartment complex is a

responsibility a lot of apartment complexes also have some sort of common area whether that be a pool a

basketball court a covered picnic table or an inside common area a lot of

Apartment complexes also pay for your water sewer and garbage, which is worth about $75 but depends on how much you use now

Let's talk about homes

There are some cons to owning a home you are on the hook for all of the maintenance and everything that happens on your property

So something goes out. You're going to have to fix it now

There are ways around this and different programs that you can utilize such as including a home warranty when you buy your home

but at the end of the day you're

responsible for everything another con is that you're going to have to pay more bills such as water sewer and garbage and an apartment you

Probably already pay for electrical costs the biggest pro to owning

your home is that you're gaining equity and building your wealth as time goes on property values are

generally going to increase

so even if you're making the minimum payment in two years

If you go to sell you'll likely have equity if you buy a single-family detached home

You're not going to have any immediate

Neighbors to worry about this means that you can pound on your walls stomp on your floor and no one's going to complain the biggest

Pro to owning a home in my opinion is the stability when it comes to monthly payments in an apartment

Your lease is going to expire and it's probably going to increase who knows how much it's going to increase

But you can count on the payment being higher with a home your payment is going to stay the same

Assuming you're on a fixed interest rate. What are the only things that's going to affect your payment is going to be property taxes

So if the property tax rate changes or your home is reassessed, that's when your mortgage is going to increase

But there's not going to be any annual increases like you'll see eight in an apartment now to top it all off

Nobody wants to move during the winter, which is coming up

This means that property values generally level off if they don't decrease a little bit

This happens every single year and it's nothing to be afraid of apartment complexes know that nobody wants to move during the winter

which is why they will offer you lower rates if your lease is set to expire during the winter if you're thinking about buying a

Home in the next couple years now is really the time to think about talking to a mortgage lender

There is no commitment and no pressure. So talking to them doesn't cost you anything

You can look at the Fed interest rate

And we can predict that interest rates will continue to increase for at least the next year

Probably by a quarter percent every single quarter

This means that if you wait a year to buy you're going to be able to buy

Less house for the same payment because there's gonna be more interest. There's no pressure when you go and talk to a mortgage lender

They're going to look at your credit

Look at your assets and find out if owning a home is possible right now

And the best ones will help you work towards your goal of being able to buy a home

So even if it's not some thing you can do now

They can help you plan for the future and put you in a position to buy

Next year or the year after as always

If you have questions

Please come with them down below and I will get back to you as soon as possible if you want to learn more about buying

Your first home

I'll include a link to some information that you should definitely take a look at if you're even thinking about it

please share this on whatever social media you're using and tag someone if you know that they're thinking about buying thanks for watching and I'll

Talk to you guys soon

Building amnesty in Italy 2018, favorable or contrary? - Duration: 18:36.

online and this time you screwed me.

let's start this urban breakfast here with me andrea pantaleo and one day everyone

I can tag you split we cut it then tagged then then today 28

October let's talk about a thorny topic

we want to do in a policy way such a way to make a small painting

clarification without a vein of controversy ok for which we have also activated for

andrea along in the meantime the tag flame here is a survey condone building

you are in favor and 7 against and seen that this is coming back into the limelight

issue of building amnesty on ischia that even here it is a draft we do not know

well what happens we do not want I personally do not want to take

position on is right wrong season building a very, very many question

complex and can not be reduced to one bar or breakfast issue

urban protection but waiting we wait for other friends to connect

and a minute more if you can share this direct

also on facebook groups on groups especially for professionals

we thank you in advance for the book I advise you see it in reverse is

up the great art of war classic that serves a lot to clarify the

question of military strategy I repeat below you can vote on

you have already voted and a poll we also opened yesterday Andrea

we want to start we can vices starting this evergreen is a

argument of the ways that each time it is he always speaks

with carlo occasionally returns to the limelight then just mentioned

the the case of risk then we will see them one

well what will happen is more than anything else we wanted the survey was aimed

especially also to a question that it concerned a little the mentality of what it was

is rooted inherent in the 30 to the two amnesty polls we have parallel ra.gi

the first was on facebook and the find on my personal profile e

the other was on instagram then the first if I'm not mistaken is why

ie, to the ace both in progress the one on facebook, more or less given yesterday

it was 50 and 5 27 st on the draw instagram surprised us instagram and for

not for monterano contrary to condone on instagram then it is not a

significant sample seen the area is a mini age champion

let's say a hint instagram is recognized that it is a target

predominantly young and juvenile here above all it struck me on

instagram the comments they did neither we want to read someone

you keep voting and then at the end of this direct we give the result it

we see we do not know if you see it too you but I see it here I also see a

lots of comments that pass from this part how to read say veroli brian

bryan rise we salute or well alla brian says we must defeat the

culture of the amnesty and not to encourage it here this is because no to the amnesty

building there are other other technical colleagues

studies have given their vote and the own opinion

many are expressing the opposite opinion they justified it by saying that in

this way we go to stimulate the culture of illegality or otherwise of

reward the smart compared to whom respects the rules is not in addition to

this there are a series of analyzes from do urban planning instead what

it happens with the condono that is the damage it does in even in other videos

we had mentioned the question of how the building amnesty designed for

however, this is not exactly exquisite of necessity in rearranging the structure

urban then the reading that took place from part of the

on the part of the citizens was that alas in exploiting exploitation

like a real lever of speculation and also exact as one

real lever of speculation so perhaps when it was short he said

we need to change the level of mentality it is because we are heirs to a situation

urban planning that however much then comes the amnesty that the whole system

we also do a little one that was in actually an epic but it's a big one

difference we talk about the amnesties significant we talk about abuses they detect

those of those abuses they really have distorted prisoners and we do not speak

Let's call them the condonions by necessity let's say for the abuses of necessity

I can take a very short pic precisely then above all we would like to highlight

a small watershed between abuses so-called relevant therefore between whom

really builds a new home for the family and minor abuses that is

what maybe moves the partition or I repeat the door we do not want right

create in this sense rather we want to highlight one thing they do

necessary especially for abuses big building applications question mark then

here too there is a problem to realize these series of constructions

some parts the territory means also damage or affect the

territory there is a need for standards urban planning services

they are inhabitants at the end so they will have need kindergartens and schools will have

need all the drains because the problem is not the amnesty of the artifact

it's all that is brought with it all context within which that

manufactured that is then legitimized therefore it exists as beautiful said you

we also talk about a context territorial but also of services

collective because martin denied the the collectivity

also because then you are counted and you have to you have the right to have the same services

of the of the rest of the city, in short, exactly

poll is going on ha continued to vote we see the bar

here I do not know where you see it though piccate condono building favorable or

contrary maybe then because you do not write us in

comments because you are favorable because you're against so maybe you're looking for it too

to respond live on 1 I am a little more said to the director for they had

amorese if I repeat, checking what they are of the second condensation

answering very well another aspect of the amnesty is that much

it has often been conceived as a norm for have the state coffers put out

pay the oblations penalties and charges by saying

someone made budgets he said but here is more the damage of the gain too

collective terms the theme is now returning to the limelight

of the amnesty we said because it seems the proposal for an amnesty has appeared

circumscribed to ischia because there is a objective problem of rebuilding

properties that were the subject of applications for still pending even after 30

but really years as if they were rebuilding if the application for an amnesty then they had

studied a sort of acceleration of the application for amnesty, however, with one

little variation and I stop it here because otherwise you risk giving yourself to the

controversy is not our most objective absolutely rather it is to try to

reflect if the amnesty if a quarter condono because we already have in Italy

had three in fact we must not speak of amnesty

but of amnesties because they do not it was not a state of betting

that have followed each other but every amnesty he had some evidence they are going

by participating they are doing the bumper car we have real rules and

so we do not talk about a single amnesty but according to there also the survey is

addressed in understanding if it is a road right dari to resume or has

brought results that have not been and chelsea

exactly I repeat it for whoever it was connected now because there is also some

replacement we are talking about building abuses

those relevant to buildings widely elevations subdivisions

abusive eco monsters you are not talking about of the modest abuse or the discrepancy the

classic between means moving the door and so on

then there is the whole question of constraints that becomes them a sea baths

exact here is the question and the survey concerns building amnesty yes

but for substantial red big abuses then the problem of then arises as

to be able to heal we say modest abuses or or abuse some small entity on the

existing heritage we put that for some real estate reasons have been

treated in a certain way is a person who bought the apartment 20 30

Years ago it discovers from sail to sa longer 30

centimeters is an illicit busan yes though son dome there should be a choice

proportionality and a certain balance because indeed the problem for

we technicians who are going to do the regularizing the le

real estate trades then the problem arises continue to

vote I tell you that this also here in direct to the survey and update me that

we are missing for now at 53 percent favorable that say yes yes

for a few points that says stefano stefano everyone is very careful

against but at the time of the survey here we have 50 touched from 50

force serious guys in favor or against to the building amnesty

sin anonymously and that is not we will know if you have voted in one way or another

another ok and we will not be able to publish air data

they are the final data now a few minutes today the ten minutes i

we have not respected them not today because I'm really right now

comment a question on the fly so the we refer to instagram there by the way

they had done another there was a comment smart and interesting away

Marco says an example can be the maximum shack world born near

a torrent for residential use I can not read, I continue, he's right

there is also the problem of abuse done however where actually not

they can be remediable here there was not any condiments help

the smart ones but they are used to regularize previous three previous situations

precisely this was another point goes the fair removed the abuses those big ones

abuses even those speculative i need abuses

so I repeat the big abuse too a family of abuse let's call them abuse

but the abuse is what it is anyway criminally punishable

we talk about illicit deformities that however they are not so serious and that

they were made in the vintage ten dates remote and that however it is not proof

such as to affect the community e on the public interest effectively

antonio also antonio writes that for i for professionals it would be gold cast

or in a moment of crisis like this way would be sent to the air

however urbanism is true we will go to seeing antonio is very right then

we are still 50 and 50 more I think it oscillates from the favorable 47

50 favorable 50 beautiful contraries however, even here on facebook both on

Yesterday's poll is on that and we're going doing online there is always say the

balance on balance then how much do we give the last 60

second we are we do a little requisition the whole word we do the

summarized last minute then andrea we also greet friends of sight that

Yes I wanted to read a last one last

pietro message the rules must always be respected but it is

true exact that then it is repeated to be

favorable condono if I am also one philosophy

you are in favor of legality or question cunning, write it down

click here in the building amnesty overtaking 52 percent favorable 48

opposed you still have as much as 30 seconds I have the

recovery as you do as in football and recovery but in my opinion maybe it is

the interpretation of 55 percent surpasses still the fanta seven i

unknown abusers now now guys you joke is really a line you have to

pull a line to call it the jubilee line

then summarized to be favorable contrary to the amnesty does not mean

be automatically ana ha a philosophy of legality or of

illegality rather we said vuol say, maybe use some solutions a

some cases and others not, if anything, would go made a differentiated amnesty is this

that is perhaps coming out of this survey even if I repeat on instagram

instead the steering was more than the opposite and nickname is an impression is

opinion on a sample I repeat not not objective, not

as we say it is a champion, not not official non-representative official

however on instagram the probability one greater presence of young people makes us

think here above all young people are still against the logic of the amnesty

or better maybe not in the nature of the condone because it represents exact curly

that represents or how he entered also in the mentality then of the gods

guys because anyway they are condoning certainly linked to an illicit already already

happened weighed I can ask a question even half even half very well is like

if young people had a sort of desire redemption

according to me I think so because anyway there are so many arguments that now do not

we speak only on a level university I believe for those who took

addresses purely purely technicians, however, I think it's just for

a question of justice revenge of not living in the same

conditions negative in which he knows certain situations already

they are blondes they are broken balls of having to attend one more

A time to reward the clever compared to to the honest here this is the juice

let's close the direct request of the run-in the south ease here the survey in

direct we close it to 57 percent of the favorable and the 43 cover regarding

the contrary so this is we thank you that participation is

share I kindly ask you in this video so maybe even others

can continue to express themselves on go with comments or other exact ones

but what opinions do you share about the various social then what should they do

no, apart from sharing, comment more sing because I know these are precious

comments especially regarding also new ideas and new ideas

because no, there are also cases that there are kissed that are a lot

stimulating and that are not at all banal ok then other tips we have

said share comments subscribe on our youtube channels you look for us

name and surname carlo quaglia and andrea pantaleo and then what we do

we'll meet you on Sunday next 9 hours

what is the urban breakfast, however, we will do a formula in a different key does not exist

lose the topic we tell you in week if not spoiler no good there

we thank everyone for having a situation and for having participated

ok closed good sunday hello

Trading away top wide receiver Amari Cooper is just one reason for that, as the team also placed running back Marshawn Lynch on injured reserve.

Much of the talk around the Raiders at the position has been about Doug Martin, but he's not the player I have my eye on in fantasy football.

The name who's grabbed my attention is the electrifying Jalen Richard.

While Richard will almost undoubtedly see fewer carries than Martin, it's his ability as a pass-catcher and the increase in carries which makes him such an appealing option.

The 25-year-old back has totaled 31 catches for 253 yards through six games and will see an expanded workload beginning Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

Let's take a deeper dive into Richard's matchup and the situation to decide whether the Raiders running back is a fantasy start or sit this week.

Key Stats and Jalen Richard's Fantasy Outlook.

I'll break down the matchup along with a few numbers which jump out about Richard ahead of Sunday.

All information on fantasy points and statistics for defense vs.

position are from ESPN.

Indianapolis Colts vs.

running backs in 2018: 164 attempts, 669 rushing yards, 49 receptions, 384 receiving yards, four total touchdowns (No.

14 most fantasy points per game) Richard played 51 percent of the offensive snaps to Martin's 11 percent in Week 5 and 40 percent vs.

10 percent in Week 6, per Football Outsiders Richard has the second-most targets on the team this season with 37, behind only Jared Cook (43) He's caught at least six passes in four of six games this season.

The Colts are tied for the second-most receptions allowed to opposing running backs this season.

Based on the Raiders' usage of Richard to this point, there's no reason to believe his workload will decrease, even if Martin performs well on the ground.

It seems more likely the opposite happens, and Richard picks up extra work if his backfield mate struggles.

Should You Start or Sit Jalen Richard?.

Richard is about as solid of a filler in point-per-reception leagues as you'll find this week and beyond.

There's also a legitimate chance he could wind up carving out enough work on the ground to move into RB2 range.

How Jon Gruden and company choose to deploy their running backs will be worth monitoring, but Richard's role as the pass-catching back is secure.

I'd be comfortable using Richard in all PPR leagues with 12 or more teams and if you're incredibly thin at running back or need a flex play in a 10-team league, he's fine to use there as well.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has shown he trusts the young running back, and it doesn't hurt Richard has the potential to break a big play at any point.

Kerryon Johnson Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Lions RB? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:02.

Kerryon Johnson Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Lions RB? | Heavy.com

The Kerryon Johnson bandwagon is picking up steam and fantasy football players are jumping on board at a rapid rate.

We've seen the Detroit Lions running back burst onto the scene in recent weeks, excelling when given extended work.

He's played a big role in the team's back-to-back victories and should be busy on Sunday.

After Johnson's huge Week 7 performance in which he tallied season highs in rushing attempts (19) and yards (158), he now draws a matchup against the Seattle Seahawks at home.

The rookie out of Auburn has carved out a solid role and has plenty of upside, but there has been concern this season about Lions coach Matt Patricia holding back his workload.

So, let's look into Johnson's spot this week for fantasy football players and break down whether he's a start or sit against the Seahawks.

Key Stats and Kerryon Johnson's Fantasy Outlook.

I'll break down the matchup along with a few numbers which jump out about Johnson and the Lions.

All information on fantasy points and statistics for defense vs.

position are from ESPN.

Seattle Seahawks vs.

running backs in 2018: 129 attempts, 531 rushing yards, 33 receptions, 257 receiving yards, six total touchdowns (No.

15 fewest fantasy points per game) Johnson played his most offensive snaps in a single game of the season in Week 7 (59 percent), per Football Outsiders Johnson has averaged 5.8 yards per carry or better in each of the past five games and has at least 10 touches in each of those games He also has at least 12 carries in three of the last four games.

Johnson's workload is finally starting to get there, and it seems Patricia can no longer avoid giving the 21-year-old the touches he deserves.

Whether he was just bringing him along slowly or trying to preserve his snaps, the Lions back has officially turned a corner.

Should You Start or Sit Kerryon Johnson?.

While the matchup against the Seahawks is no walk in the park, it could certainly be worse.

I don't expect to see Johnson's workload or impressive play to slow down this week either.

On the season, Seattle has given up the No.

9 most rushing yards per game with 120.7.

The only way Johnson's fantasy outlook takes a hit this week is if the Lions fall behind early and are playing catch up most of the game, and I can't envision that happening.

This game should stay close and the rookie's upside is high once again.

I'd recommend starting him in all formats and leagues with 12 teams or more, and he's a fine option in 10-teamers depending on your roster.
