the two classy speakers were detailed and presented but a

when the new wireless products will be available with Ankur saying they'll drop

in November the anchor model zero speakers have a relatively unique

bag-like design that includes a handle at the top the company detailed the

speakers at its event today saying that it'll release the two models next month

with price at $199.99 for model zero and $249.99 for model zero plus both

speakers will feature Google assistant effectively making them smart speakers

both models likewise have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connectivity as well as

during its CES announcement Ankur had said the speakers unique design provided

the optimal angles for delivering audio in a room the 0 Plus model also includes

DON'T DISPUTE CREDIT ONLINE 2018 | This Will Cost You! | JOHN STEPHENS - Duration: 5:15.

Never Ever Ever Ever Ever Ever dispute your credit online, guys, never. Never do

it, okay. I'll show you in this video some reasons why not to do that and then some

the right way to do it, give you some solutions. All right so this is episode

#4 of Credit Repair Secrets. If you would, please take just a second and

like this video, subscribe to my channel, and we'll get rolling... All right so

there's three key reasons why you should never ever dispute credit

online okay. I'm just gonna break it down for you as

easy as I can and remember I wrote a book on this, like it's not that long, but

it's going to detail it out more for you alright. So first reason why you should

never ever ever dispute online, okay, you are completely blowing your timeline.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives us 30 days from the time that they

receive that letter to respond to us. So you're waiving your

rights, okay, Completely to that. They can actually have up to 45 days and you

literally have no proof or evidence or nothing that you've ever actually sent

them or started that time clock okay, let's move past that. All right second biggest

reason is whenever you dispute online, you're filling out an online form

and doing so completely shortcuts the whole entire system for them, okay.

I know I've not really gone over how to dispute your credit or anything bad on

your credit and whatever negative marks but I'm telling you if you do it online,

you're making it easier for them because they're gonna plug it into an electronic

system anyways, and it takes them time to do that okay. So if you go ahead and do

it for them what's the point of even doing it? Alright,

that's #2.. #3, I'm going to go back into

waving your Fair Credit Reporting Act rights okay, and there's multiple reasons

for that. There's something in place called FACTA and in Section 6- 11A,

of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Essentially it is allowing the

creditors to do a couple things whenever you dispute online, all right. They do not

have to forward your dispute to the actual creditor.

Now that may not seem like a big deal or you may not really understand that but

I'm telling you, if they do not have to forward it to the creditor and your

dispute is resolved, it's taken off your report, guess what happens in 30 days

whenever they report again? It comes right back on and you have to do the

whole thing all over again, but you can't because you've waived your right to do

that. Okay, also you have to have written proof.

You've got to have written proof in the event that you actually have to do

something of litigation with this, okay. You know the the biggest key here and

this is you know something I was going to do another video but I got to get it

out now. You've got to mail certified letters.

Okay, you've got to use the letters. Write the letters. You've got to send them

certified mail so you have receipt of whenever it arrived and your time, your

time clock starts then. Okay whenever they sign for that package

to all 3, you got to do all 3, I'm gonna go into more of that later but I

just really really really got to have you guys to understand. Like I saw a

post about somebody disputing their credit online and I'm like "What in the

world are you doing?!" I about lost my mind. It's just even, you know, you can

dispute anything on your credit report, okay. And if it's something that you may

or may not have really done, I'm not going to give any advice on that, but say

it's something that's legitimately an issue, and it does not it does not get

taken off via the online dispute process, you've waived so many rights you can't

just send out, you know, another dispute. You can't ask for the proper

verification a second time without really jumping through some hoops, okay.

There's just the only way that you're going to get this to work is to not

dispute online, all right. At the end of the day, that's what I'm trying to get

across today. Being a little bit more forward with this than I normally am, but

.0 if somebody's going to go through the time to do this, if you are, don't be

lazy. Just do it okay. Just do it the right way.

How Meghan Markle's last trip to NZ will differ to her royal tour - Duration: 7:10.

Meghan Markle will arrive in Wellington, New Zealand, on Sunday afternoon, as she continues her royal tour with husband Prince Harry

This will not be the Duchess of Sussex's first trip to the island, but it will be markedly different from the way she saw it last time

In 2014, the then-Suits actress and founder of now defunct lifestyle website The Tig took a two-week road trip through New Zealand in a camper van, visiting both the country's North and South Islands

In 2018, she will be on a royal tour, meeting dignitaries and greeting an adoring public

She will attend formal dinners, be escorted around by a bodyguard, and will be expected to dress in a very different way

Taking the advice of her Suits co-star, Gabriel Macht, who played Harvey Specter in the cult series, Meghan rented a camper van with a friend in 2014 and travelled from the South Island all the way up to Waiheke, the island just off Auckland

'I didn't even know it was a verb,' the Duchess joked to Conde Nast Traveller of the activity 'camper vanning' at the time

'I was told to let go of my impressions of RV culture in the U.S, that it was a totally different thing in New Zealand,' she added

Meghan said living out of the van appealed to parts of her childhood, and the road trips she had gone on with her dad and Girl Scouts she had done with her mother

The actress recalled that the campsites were impeccably kept - 'there were even fresh flowers in the bathroom,' she said - and the scenery was like nothing she had seen before - 'staggering', in fact

On her 2014 trip, Meghan Markle visited countless well-known destinations, including Queenstown, Lake Wanaka, Franz Josef Glacier, Marlborough, Kaikoura and Akaroa, and Waiheke Island

And so, she ended her 2014 trip with a stay in a 'bach' (or holiday home) on the island of Waiheke, dining out at Mudbrick Winery and sipping Sauvignon Blanc as the sun went down

Her time in New Zealand as a Duchess will no doubt be worlds away from what she experienced in 2014

While there on her own terms, the actress travelled with just three duffel bags. The upcoming tour will see Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex travel with endless luggage

Meghan Markle will need a different outfit for every outing, as well as backup outfits, which have been all meticulously planned in advance

She won't spend a minute in a camper van, and is unlikely to come near any campsites

When they visited New Zealand in 2014 with baby Prince George, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed some time out before their trip Down Under in Wharekauhau Lodge just outside of Wellington

The residences, which normally cost $710 per person per night, boast every conceivable luxury including heated marble floors, walk-in wardrobes, and baths big enough to swim in with stunning views of the countryside

The location - which has been named as one of New Zealand's grandest residences and is regularly named among the world's top 20 resort hideaways - could be a destination for Prince William's younger brother and his wife

The Royal couple may also visit the stunning turn-of-the-century clapperboard Government House in Wellington, the official residence of the Queen's representative in the country

Harry and Meghan boarded a flight from Sydney on Sunday morning, joined by Invictus athletes from New Zealand

When they land at Wellington about 3pm local time, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be greeted with a Haka and a 21-gun salute

With Australian beaches and Pacific climates behind them, Prince Harry and Meghan can expect nippier weather when they touch down on Sunday afternoon

During their four days in the Land of the Long White Cloud, the Duke and Duchess will visit a kiwi bird breeding centre, see some of the country's most majestic environs in the South Island's Abel Tasman National Park, and even join in a gumboot-throwing contest

They'll also take in some of the local culture, with a few formal welcomes by iwi - or tribes - on the schedule

Continuing their work in Australia, many of the royal couple's engagements across New Zealand will include a focus on mental health, youth and the environment

They will depart on Thursday, ending their 16-day tour across the region.

I live in Beachwood Canyon in a two-bedroom apartment.

I live here with my boyfriend Fabio, and my two dogs.

It's about 900 square feet, and for rent we pay $2625.

I think that $2625 is,

I don't wanna say too little in case my landlord sees it.

When you look at all the other rents in our neighborhood

I feel like we plucked this sucker.

This here's the dining room.

The dining room I really love.

I love, love, love the chandelier.

The picture behind me

I got at a thrift store for like 30 bucks.

We both saw it at the same time

and we kind of immediately were just like,

"Yes! That's exactly what we need!"

And that doesn't often happen.

This room gets really great sun in the morning.

It's really great to sit right here and catch the natural light,

and read the newspaper.

I love the neighborhood, we're in Beachwood Canyon,

it's kinda just at the beginning

of the Hollywood Hills, under the Hollywood sign.

You're right in the middle of the city,

but you still feel kinda removed from it.

It's super communal, and I'm really into that.

I found the apartment kind of by chance.

I was actually interested in the apartment downstairs.

And when she finally did get back to us,

she let me know that that apartment was already rented,

but that she had one that really wasn't on the market yet.

And we could take a look,

it was bigger, it's on the second floor.

I pulled the trigger right then in there,

I was like we're gonna go for this apartment.

It's perfect.

And this is the kitchen.

We cook a lot.

We really love cooking.

We do a lot of salmon, and quinoa,

and bean-based things.

But I'm Italian and I love

cheese and pasta, so we also do a lot of that.

The last apartment that Fabio and I had was a huge kitchen.

And I learned how to flambé in that kitchen,

so it was really cool, but I know that if

I tried to do that here I would burn the whole apartment down.

So, this is the living room.

Shake it out.

My favorite thing about the space

is my least favorite thing about the space.

And that's the jungle behind me.

It really creates this sense of privacy,

and you feel like you're in this oasis,

rather than stuck in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard.

But also, it sucks away all of the sunlight.

So, it's kind of a double edged sword.

Living so close to the Hollywood sign is really interesting.

It's just like a fun fact

when you're driving your relatives up, or your friends

from out of town, you're just like,

and there's the Hollywood sign right in front of your face.

Kinda makes you feel a little surreal,

especially you know, living on the East Coast your whole life

and seeing the Hollywood sign,

and then seeing that you live right there,

it's just, it's kind of a cool experience.

But it's also a little frustrating because

on the weekends there's a slew of people

just kinda standing in the middle of the road

right where our car port is.

They just take out their selfie sticks.

I've seen people with tripods.

And they just stand there until they get there shot,

cars be damned, and it's just like, okay,

alright, that's what you deal with.

This is the guest room.

These are my dogs.

This is Fred, short for Alfredo,

and this is Noli, short for Cannoli.

Cannoli Ravioli.

As you can see they're pretty attached to me

and where one goes the other follows.

As long as it's following me.

We use this room as a guest room for whenever

we have relatives or friends staying from out of town.

We also read a lot in this room,

and we use it as a workout room as well.

We're both from the east coast,

so we have guests coming all the time.

My mom comes and stays with us, and his family does too.

In this corner we have this kinda,

it's like a vintage washing board that we found.

Fabio's the one that found it and brought it into the apartment.

And then I came home one day,

and he'd swapped it out with a Jimi Hendrix poster.

And it kinda started a battle,

and we like to pretend to go in there when no one's looking

and swap it out.

But I've hidden the Jimi Hendrix poster

and it will not be coming back.

I love to collect knick-knacks.

I also have some things that

my grandfather left me when he passed away

that I like to hang onto.

One of those things is this really cool phone

that I have over here,

that he used every single day.

I remember being a kid and sitting in his little,

like, side room where he always

watched TV, smoked his cigarettes,

and he'd always talk on this phone, and it was just

something that I just remembered a lot as a kid,

so it meant a lot when I got to take it.

This is the bathroom.

My biggest pet peeve about this apartment is that

we don't have a lot of storage space,

and one of the places we don't is the bathroom,

and the sink is a pedestal sink.

I cheated and I went to Ikea,

and I got some corner bookshelves, and I fused them together

so that they my under-sink storage.

This is the bedroom.

We originally didn't have a TV in the bedroom.

But we do have a lot of guests stay in the guest room.

So, the guest could kinda chill in the living room,

and we could do our own thing.

The dresser was the splurge in our apartment.

I thought it was such a cool piece

it's definitely unique,

nothing I've ever really seen before.

We didn't have anything in the apartment at the time,

so we really didn't have to worry about matching it to anything.

Fabio and I met at work a few years ago.

We both worked at an advertising agency,

and then we were both working on the same account together.

And we became friends for the first few years,

we got really really close.

So, after a few years of being friends we decided to…to date.

Fabio and I are pretty great about splitting the space, um, equally.

He's really nice and let me

keep the entire bedroom closet and dresser to myself, and

he uses the guest room dresser.

Between Fabio and I we have a pretty similar aesthetic.

Except for the fact that I like really

bright bold colors, and he's more of a neutral guy.

So, I think that the biggest challenge is really just kind of

finding the right medium.

In terms of what Fabio brings the apartment,

is the lighting guy.

And he always sets the mood,

he's very particular about wattage for light bulbs.

Every light bulb Fabio has picked out meticulously.

So, it's really nice, it sets the apartment,

and gives it a good tone.

My home style, I like casual I like comfort.

But I like things to be clean too.

So, we definitely have the mid-century modern vibe going on.

This place felt like home really quickly.

It really gives you this calming vibe,

and it makes you feel at home right away.

When we started to get all of our things in here,

we immediately just felt like

*deep exhale*

like a sigh of relief. Like, ah, we were home.

Honestly, there's been a lot of surprises so I don't know what's gonna happen.

I'm hoping it's not the scariest. I really hope it's not going in levels.

- Yes, that's what we need! - Let's do it!

We need to end it on a strong note. So yeah, let's go get scared.

Oh, Lilimar.

[moaning]

Can she not talk to me? She didn't say one word.

Who does that?

I know you-- I know. I know.

I'm expecting it, come out now. Come out, I saw you. Come out.

[screaming]

Don't touch the curtains either! Remember? Ha-ha-ha!

- Keep that in mind. - OK!

When you get scared, maybe just scream like this, ah!

- Ah! - Hold yourself at a certain, like...

- I'll just stand there. - Keep your stance.

I'll you know, complete-- Ah!

I hear giggling.

Ew, where's the bathroom?

Go against the wall. I'm going against the wall, I'm doing it.

I gotta get through real fast.

- Are you gonna go first? - Sure.

- Someone broke through here. - It's my shadow.

No, no, no. The stairs are not OK.

When you go upstairs, you know something's about to go down.

You just know it.

[screaming]

[laughing]

Let me show you what I've been working on.

- I'm good. - No!

I don't like your art, I'm sorry. I'm not a fan.

I'm OK with everything.

Yeah, I feel like-- Yeah, I picked up on that.

I feel like you'd still be scared, but then at the end you'll be like I loved it!

It was so much fun!

I have my contacts in, but I can't see, OK.

No, I see something.

[moaning]

[screaming]

I'm already crying! I'm almost crying!

[moaning]

Ah, finally!

[glass breaking]

It's a wizard!

I didn't like that.

[yelling]

[laughing]

Run while you still can!

I don't know where I'm supposed to go.

I'm almost a fearful god!

What I like to do is I freeze up.

So it kind of makes it seem like I'm not scared,

and then they kind of go away.

Ah.

[yelling]

[moaning]

[growling]

Oh.

Gotta go, so...

No. No, no.

Follow the guy with the big camera.

Ew!

[screaming]

Come, meet my relatives.

Or maybe you want to meet this one? Do you want this one?

- No, I don't want that one. - This one's the best one.

That's the best one. That's nice to know.

Are you sure? Well, what about you?

Oh, no!

[screaming]

Ya!

Oh, no!

I'm trying to look like a strong, independent woman.

- I'm a strong independent woman-- - That doesn't need no zombie.

I hate curtains.

I really do, especially when they're ugly.

Make me want to sneeze.

- Come here, my pretty! - No, no, no.

Ew, they're so gross. Don't hold that!

No, why are you holding it?

I don't like bugs, OK?

Stop. Stop. Stop.

I don't trust-- No!

OK...

[screaming]

[yelling]

- Oh boy. - I hate-- I hate all of this!

We have to do it.

[screaming]

- Go, go, go. - No!

No!

[screaming]

OK, I am so happy we made it out of the house.
