Following the uncomfortable meeting on the field between Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield and former coach Hue Jackson, things took yet another turn Monday.

Jackson, who was fired by the Browns and took on a role with the Cincinnati Bengals, faced his former team for the first time on Sunday.

The end result was Mayfield picking apart the Bengals secondary and not sounding thrilled with Jackson after the game.

And as Bleacher Report revealed on Monday, Mayfield didn't hold back his thoughts on Jackson once again in response to an Instagram post which called him out.

After analyst Damien Woody said the quarterback "needs to grow up" on First Take, Mayfield responded.

While the postgame interaction took center stage, Mayfield sounded off on the topic during his press conference as well.

As NFL Network's Marc Sessler detailed, the Browns' No.

1 pick had an issue with Jackson going to Cincinnati after his tenure in Cleveland.

"Left Cleveland goes down to Cincinnati.

I don't know.

That's just somebody that's in our locker room asking for us to play for him & then goes to a different team we play twice a year.

Everybody can have their spin on it, but that's how I feel." Baker Mayfield on Hue Jackson, per Sessler.

Although Mayfield may have taken issue with his former coach opting to go this route, he got his point across on the field in Week 12.

The rookie played a big role in the Browns jumping out to a 28-7 halftime lead and never looked back from there.

Cleveland went on to win the game 35-20 and Mayfield wasn't even asked to throw much in the second half.

He still wrapped up the win by completing 19-of-26 passes for 258 yards and four touchdowns while posting a 143.9 quarterback rating.

The signal-caller wasn't alone in getting some revenge on Jackson and taking down the Bengals.

Running back Nick Chubb, who was often stuck on the bench under the coach, had a solid day as well.

Although Chubb had a tougher time finding space against the Bengals run defense, he still finished with 84 yards on the ground, 44 receiving and scored two touchdowns.

The Browns' rookie backfield duo is on the verge of something special, and there's a lot to be excited about.

This was again proven true when Fournette was caught promoting a company on Instagram.

As CBC Athletes revealed, Beckham was quick to poke fun at the Jaguars star running back.

It's all in good fun, as you can see, but Fournette has apparently dealt with his fair amount of trolling from Beckham, based on his response.

After Fournette gave a shout out to a company for hooking him up with a snack, Beckham responded with "#ad #promotiion #geturcoookiesherefaceahhh" with the crying laughing emojis.

Fournette responded with even more emojis while letting Beckham know he's sick of him, likely due to the trolling.

Leonard Fournette's Week 10 Return From Injury.

The return of the Jaguars running back in Week 10 was one of the more talked about of the season.

The talented 23-year-old had played in parts of just two games prior to that, totaling 20 carries before eventually being sidelined until he was back to 100 percent.

Fortunately, it seems that time came in the game against the Indianapolis Colts.

In Fournette's first game back, he struggled a bit on the ground with just 53 yards on 24 carries, but did catch five passes for 56 yards and scored two total touchdowns.

As for Beckham, he's had a superb year, even though the Giants are struggling as a whole.

The 26-year-old has caught 65 passes for 858 yards and four touchdowns through nine games.

If he continues his high level of play, there's a chance Beckham could wind up posting career-best numbers in receptions and yards.

The 26-year-old got off to a slow start to the season, struggling with his shot over the first few games.

In the team's opener against the Philadelphia 76ers, he shot just 14.3 percent from the field and on the month made 42.7 percent of his field goal attempts.

It's been night and day for Uncle Drew, who increased his 3-point shooting from 30.6 percent last month to 42 percent in November.

Today, I'm going to be giving you my 5 steps for making money and moving units on Instagram.

Instagram recently hit one billion monthly users, which is more than an eighth of the

world's population, and ad spend jumped 177% year over year in Q2 of 2018.

So the question is, if you're selling products and services on Instagram, how do you get

your piece of the pie? Let's talk about it.

So step number 1: convert to a business profile.

This is nothing new, but a shocking number of small business owners want to start selling

on Instagram without first completing this simple step.

Converting your standard Instagram profile to a business profile gives you access to

a number of indispensable selling and reporting features, the most important of which is

Instagram Insights.

Insights let you report on metrics like profile visits, website clicks, reach, impressions,

and look all the demographic information of your followers, which is going to be super

useful when you start running ads.

Step Number 2: Buoy your organic campaigns with hashtag research.

"Hashtag research" sounds kind of silly when you say it out loud, but it really does work.

For my money hashtags are the best way to make an impact on your organic Instagram campaigns,

and they do so by increasing your reach.

You want to use a combination of hashtags that have both high posting volume and comparatively

lower posting volume.

The reason is that the "comparatively lower" variety can be just as, if not more relevant

to your brand, and using them gives your post a better chance to be seen and engaged with

by a high-intent crowd.

Step Number 3: Start running ads.

So, a lot of business owners think having a small budget takes them out of the running for Instagram

ads, and that couldn't be further from the truth.

Running Instagram ads through Facebook Ads Manager gives you access to Facebook's sophisticated

suite of targeting options, as well as the Reach and Brand Awareness campaign types,

both of which allow you to get your ads in front of a monster number of users on the cheap.

You can use the traffic you accrue from these campaigns in concert with RLSAs to convert

prospects in Search later on; or, you can use it to create remarketing lists within

Ads Manager and run conversion campaigns on Instagram.

Delete Your Instagram Account If You've Bought Fake Followers? - Duration: 4:27.

Happy Tuesday, and welcome back to my channel.

My name is Ortal Levitan, aka the Workout Unicorn on all social media platforms.

Today I want to talk to you guys about a topic, which I find super, super interesting, so

I hope you guys agree.

So, today I want to talk to you guys about a topic, which I really love addressing because

it's something that happens to a lot of us and it's something that a lot of people have

engaged in.

So, I really want to address that question.

Is your account dead or should you just X it and start over if you've ever bought followers

or are currently buying followers?

I know that's something you guys are probably wondering, a ton of us have engaged in this

activity, so I'm going to address all your questions right now.

Before we get started, make sure to hit that subscribe button and that little bell at the

bottom of the screen so that you are always notified when I upload a new video and you

never miss out on any of the amazing content.

All right, so let's get started.

For those of you guys that don't know, Instagram, just like a lot of social media platforms,

allows you to buy followers.

You can buy followers, you can buy fake engagement, you can buy just about anything.

Some of the followers are really good.

Some of them are really bad.

It depends on where you get them and how much you pay for them.

But that's for another video.

Let's say you've bought followers in the past or you're currently buying followers because

you're trying to boost your follower account and you think this is going to help you grow.

Does that mean that your account is essentially dead and without fake followers you can't

revive it or you're seeing your engagement go significantly down?

Maybe you got shadow banned because you bought followers and essentially you're thinking

all these things.

Should you just delete your account and start over with a fresh one and not buy any followers?

I know this answer is probably going to upset a lot of people, but based on my research,

this is what I found.

Your account is not dead.

Even if you've bought followers or are currently buying followers, it is okay.

Should you keep buying them?

Absolutely not.

Not just because it costs you money.

They're kind of going against what you're trying to do.

You're trying to grow an account.

You're trying to get real, actual followers.

Buying fake followers is not going to do that.

Nobody cares about the number at the top of your page.

No, you should not keep buying followers.

But to address the question, a lot of people have the fear that if they bought followers

and their account is shadow banned or their engagement is down, it's nothing like that.

First of all, the first thing that you should do is obviously stop buying followers.

The reason we want to do that is because we want to stop the growth on your account, and

so keep it where it's at.

Keep it right where it's at so that the numbers don't keep changing.

Then you have to start focusing your strategy on actual growth and engagement.

You have to make sure that you're getting real likes, and real comments, and real visibility

from other people because you can have 200,000 followers but the algorithm can tell what

your impressions are.

Yeah, you could buy impressions, too, but even the really good impressions are still

fake.

The algorithm knows these things.

Instagram has essentially perfected their method for detecting fake accounts, fake engagement,

and they won't penalize you for it.

They might limit the visibility that you get.

They might even delete your account.

But it's more important that you actually have real growth on your account, as opposed

to trying to fake your way through it.

Even if you've bought followers in the past, it's not a big deal.

Just stop buying them and focus on actually growing.

The way you can do this is by active engagement.

Go out and engage with your audience.

Go through your account and see who's a real follower because I'm sure you've got some

real ones in the mix.

Go into your comments section.

Show people there love.

Respond to their comments.

Go to their pages and like some of their pictures.

Get actual visibility for your account so that you increase your chances of showing

up on the Explore feed for those people that you follow and those that follow you, as well

as other accounts that might be interested in your content.

Another way is to perfect your hashtag strategy.

I talk all about how you should break up your hashtags and what strategy I use.

This strategy is really, really, really helpful for you to get visibility from new, real,

authentic accounts.

Guys, like I said, if you bought followers, it's okay.

Not a big deal.

Just stop doing it.

Don't buy any more.

Don't buy fake anything.

Just focus on actual growth of the two methods I mentioned here.
