Youtube daily about Aug 9 2017

that was a pretty epic Super Bowl yeah that must have felt I mean I still

remember Plaxicos catch I still remember the Tyree catch you know yeah I

mean what you're blocking Eli on that play

he's running loose I mean it's one of the most insane broken plays in football

history it's crazy crazy you know they always he blocked your whistle and he

always says I'd like to thank my offensive line for blocking absolutely

nobody because this play would never happen if I was on a run like this so Eli

has always given us a hard time but you know the funny thing about that play is

as a group as an offensive line we had no idea he caught it off his helmet or a

two-minute Drive in the Superbowl we're thinking we need to clock the ball we

need to get down the field and that wasn't even the most important play that

drive we had a fourth and one after that that we had to convert to keep it going

so for us to get to that point people like what did you think when it happened

we're like we didn't know what happened until after Plaxico caught the touchdown

pass because we're on the sidelines all of a sudden we're looking at the

jumbotron and they do the slow-motion replay of him catching it we're like he

caught that off of his helmet we had no idea during the game until after and we're like

like wow it was just one of those moments that was just mind-blowing

Prince William Opens Up About Princess Diana Never Meeting Kate Middleton, and More - Duration: 2:14.

Prince William Opens Up About Princess Diana Never Meeting Kate Middleton, and More

Yesterday, British GQ released a teaser for its July cover story interview with Prince

William, the Duke of Cambridge.

The interview, which was conducted by Alastair Campbell, a former Downing Street press secretary,

provided a rare glimpse into the life and mind of the expected future king of England.

The interview is tied to the Dukes ongoing mental health campaign, Heads Together, which

he founded along with his wife, Kate Middleton, and brother, Prince Harry.

This summer, the trio are on a press tour of sorts, promoting the campaign, which is

tied to the upcoming 20th anniversary of Princess Dianas death.

Speaking to Campbell, William discussed his sadness over the fact that his mother will

never get to meet his own young family: I would like to have had her advice.

I would love her to have met Catherine and to have seen the children grow up.

It makes me sad that she wont, that they will never know her.

William also spoke of his own process of dealing with his mothers early death.

I am in a better place about it than I have been for a long time, where I can talk

about her more openly, talk about her more honestly, and I can remember her better, and

publicly talk about her better.

It has taken me almost 20 years to get to that stage.

I still find it difficult now, because at the time it was so raw.

And also it is not like most peoples grief, because everyone else knows about it, everyone

knows the story, everyone knows her. Family, it seems, is a significant source of strength

for William.

I could not do my job without the stability of the family, he told Campbell.

Stability at home is so important to me.

I want to bring up my children in a happy, stable, secure world, and that is so important

to both of us as parents. tell us your thoughts in comments below.

Queen Elizabeth at 90: William, Kate, Harry and Charles speak about their bond with the monarch. - Duration: 3:04.

Queen Elizabeth at 90: William, Kate, Harry and Charles speak about their bond with the

monarch.

Kate Middleton and Princes William and Harry and Charles have revealed their close bonding

with Queen Elizabeth II in a new video.

The documentary has been shot to honour the Queen on her 90th birthday.

The two-hour landmark programme titled The Queen at Ninety will be broadcast on 27 March

at 8pm at ITV, according to Kensington Palace.

The video will also be the Duchess of Cambridge's first TV interview since her engagement to

Prince William, the palace said.

In the documentary, the royal family members speak of their ardent relationship with the

Queen, who turns 90 on 21 April.

Kate Middleton talks about how the Queen was "thrilled" to know about the birth of a girl,

Kate's daughter Princess Charlotte, and that Prince George calls his great-grandmother

"Gan-Gan".

The Duchess also says that the Queen loves and cares for the royal family and has been

a constant support to her.

"She [the Queen] always leaves a little gift or something in their [George and Charlotte's]

room when we go and stay, and that just shows her love for her family," Kate, 34, says.

She adds: "She's [the Queen] been very generous in not being forceful at all and in any of

her views, but I feel she's been there, a gentle guidance really for me."

Kate's husband and the Queen's eldest grandson Prince William says that growing up with his

granny around was "incredible" as she gave him a sense of protection and let him carve

his own path.

"Growing up, having this figurehead, having this stability above me has been incredible,"

William, 33, says.

"I have been able to explore, understand, slightly carve my own path.

I greatly appreciate and value that protection."William's younger brother Prince Harry says: "I have

been asking her for years what her secret is, but she won't tell me."

He praises his grandmother, the longest ever serving monarch, for her dedication in serving

the nation since a tender age of 21.

"It's just incredible to know that someone at that age appreciated and understood exactly

what was expected of them and to basically put duty ahead of everything else so early

on in her life is quite remarkable," says the 31-year-old prince.

The Queen's son and the heir to the throne, Prince Charles says: "I said to my mother

the other day, 'Do you realize that when you reach 90, I shall have known you for 68 years?'

She had to laugh a little bit."

"When you think that all these years the Queen has been on throne, that in itself is a huge

achievement, coping with so many different challenges and complications and always being

there really in that remarkable way steadfast," he adds.

- I have a crush on Kristen Johnston who plays Sally on 3rd Rock, so...

- Really?

- See you later. - Great, see you later.

There's a lot that can come along with being in movies,

people talk about fame, and fortune, and parties, and glitz,

and glamour, and red carpet, and things like that,

and I've always found that that stuff is really just distracting

and the people that I know that are really good at what they do

don't care about that stuff at all

and having experienced my fair share of that stuff I can tell you

it's not as fun as they try to make it look

when they're selling it to you.

Do it because you're really in love with what you're doing

and not because of any of this sort of,

glamorous seeming rewards that might come along with it.

Things About The Little Mermaid You Only Notice As An Adult - Duration: 6:04.

You may have known every word of "Part of Your World" since you were a kid, but when's

the last time you gave the Disney classic, The Little Mermaid, your proper attention

as a grown-up?

From tyrannical sea kings, to mean-girl mermaids, and all of the cannibalistic sea creatures

in between, The Little Mermaid is a visual feast when you look upon it for the first

time as a full-fledged adult — and more than a little weird, if you think about everything.

Here's what you missed when you only watched The Little Mermaid through the eyes of a child.

King Triton's slaves?

As all the happy and seemingly equal sea creatures of King Triton's kingdom gather in the concert

hall to hear Sebastian the crab's latest and greatest work, Triton triumphantly enters…

on a sea chariot guided by chained dolphins.

Sebastian is not far behind, in his own tiny chariot, guided by chained goldfish.

Was there some kind of work study program in Atlantica for under-the-sea cabdrivers?

Why were these particular ocean dwellers kept like slaves or animals, in spite of being

surrounded by others of their own kind who were fortunate enough to freely attend concerts

at their leisure?

King Triton suddenly doesn't seem like the magnanimous leader he did when we were kids.

Ariel is a bully

With all the odds already stacked against young Flounder, you'd think Ariel would have

taken him under her fin, and looked out for her little buddy.

But no, Ariel does just the opposite.

She peer-pressures him into risking life and gills to skip the concert, drags him to forbidden

zones, and puts him in the path of a hungry shark.

When they barely make it away in one piece, Ariel teases Flounder for being frightened:

"Flounder, you really are a guppy."

"I am not!"

Let's face it, folks.

Ariel is a bully.

Queen Ursula?

When we first encounter Ursula in her murky lair, we learn of her deep contempt for King

Triton, but with little to no explanation.

She casually reminisces about the old days,

"In my day, we had fantastical feasts when I lived in the palace."

When she lived in the palace?

Say what now?

If you're a devout fan of The Little Mermaid franchise, you know that the Broadway musical

answers this question, by making King Triton and Ursula brother and sister.

The implication is that Ursula is perhaps the one really in line for the throne, but

falls from grace.

In the original animated movie, however, this is never said.

But at least we never had to figure out what was going on in that castle to produce a pair

of siblings with such interesting and disparate body parts.

Fish or foe?

Throughout the movie we meet musically gifted and extremely enthusiastic sea creatures who

love nothing more than to get down together to some funky beats.

As these slimy friends all jam and harmonize so beautifully with one another, one has to

wonder… don't they all want to eat each other?

We've got the bass, the sturgeon, the ray, the fluke, the carp, the blowfish… the list

goes on.

And what do all these underwater denizens have in common, besides their Atlantica zip

code?

They all like to eat crustaceans.

As in crab.

Either Sebastian is the master of some pretty impressive underwater hypnosis techniques,

or he's the mark in a very long con.

Let's hope those fish wake up before Scuttle the seagull beats them to it… that is if

he isn't too busy munching on Flounder.

Mermaid bimbo?

Ariel doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

She forgets the concert, she gets suckered into the sea witch's devious plot, she even

combs her hair with a fork.

Despite all of this, we know Ariel can at least read and write, since we see her read

and sign Ursula's contract.

So then why doesn't this literate mermaid just write her prince a letter, explaining

who she is, and what happened to her glorious voice?

Instead, Eric has to keep guessing lady's names until a crab whispers "Ariel" on the

wind.

Sebastian was right, this mermaid really is "hopeless."

"You are hopeless, child.

You know that.

Completely hopeless."

Eric has quite the selection process for picking a wife

We learn at the beginning of the film that there is some pressure from the kingdom for

Prince Eric to get hitched, but not exactly the amount of pressure that would justify

his choosing to marry a girl that he's known less than 24 hours.

Sure, Ursula has Eric under a magic spell when she nearly tricks him into marrying her

alter-ego, Vanessa, but none of it really explains his mad dash to marry a 16-year-old

mermaid — good pipes or not.

Besides, doesn't the kingdom have some kind of policy against their crown prince marrying

random women that wash up on the beach?

King Triton isn't really the best king

We've already established that King Triton keeps slaves, so let's examine a few other

ways the sea king really lets his underwater citizens down.

First of all, there's that time when he destroys his daughter's most prized possessions, which

doesn't exactly make him the father of the year.

Then, we really need to face the fact that hundreds of his own merpeople have obviously

fallen prey to Ursula's magic, condemned to live for eternity in her shrunken-head garden

of unfortunate souls.

He's a super-ripped sea king with a giant, magic pitchfork.

He couldn't just spear Ursula himself, and set his mer-people free?

He doesn't seem to give a rip about what Ursula's up to until it affects his precious Ariel.

Two words for the merpeople of Atlantica: democratic elections.

The psycho chef

Aww…

Chef Louis, the charmingly sadistic chef.

He doesn't just love cooking "les poissons", he revels in their torture, killing, and dismemberment

as well.

Sebastian the crab has already narrowly escaped the chef's briny chamber of horrors, only

to encounter him again at Ariel and Eric's wedding.

The chef disrupts the nuptials by chasing Sebastian throughout the ship while violently

wielding a chef's knife, which he uses to completely eviscerate the eight-tier wedding

cake.

Who even invited this guy?

Somebody get that guy back on the carving station before he accidentally guts a bridesmaid.
