Red Velvet's Joy surprises Sungjae as an 'ex-girlfriend' on 'Oppa Thoughts' - Duration: 1:13.

Red Velvet's Joy surprises Sungjae as an 'ex-girlfriend' on 'Oppa Thoughts'

During the show, the MCs startled Sungjae by revealing they have a special message from his ex-girlfriend. A mysterious girl and the back of her head then appeared on the screen and said, Im close oppa-dongsaeng with Sungjae.

When I first started going on variety shows and didnt know what to do, oppa told me, Youre a person with your own unique vibe.

Dont try hard to impress everyone. Hes only one year older than me but he acted like such an oppa. I thought it was cute..

The ex-girlfriend then revealed to be his former We Got Married wife Joy. She greeted Sungjae with a smile and said, Our on-screen marriage has ended in the past but Im always cheering you on in my heart. Fighting..

After watching the special clip, Sungjae talked about the advice he gave to Joy and commented, I think I wanted to share a lot since Ive experienced variety shows first after 3-4 years of my debut.

It (We Got Married) was during when Joy was busy so she was having a hard time mentally so I often said, Joy, you cant be tired like that already.

You have to be a pro. He showed some signs of regret on his cringy advice and said, I dont know why I was like that..

Arsenal Transfer News: Lemar odds on, Mahrez an option - SPORTS NEWS - Duration: 2:05.

Arsenal Transfer News: Lemar odds on, Mahrez an option

Thomas Lemar is odds on to join Arsenal.

Arsenal are on course to sign Monaco star Thomas Lemar - according to the bookies. The France international shot to fame as Leonardo Jardim's men wrestled the Ligue 1 trophy away from Paris St-Germain's grasp last season.

And this summer he's emerged as one of Arsene Wenger's top transfer targets as the veteran gaffer seeks to strengthen his Gunners squad.

Monaco are reluctant to lose Lemar but Starsport understands they will do business with Arsenal for about £55m. And the latest odds from Betfair suggest the 21-year-old midfielder could soon swap the Stade Louis II for the Emirates.

The online bookmakers have Arsenal odds-on at 4/7 to secure Lemar's services before the August 31 deadline.

In contrast, the odds on Lemar to stick with Monaco stand at 5/4. However, other reports claim Arsenal could end their interest in Lemar and go after Riyad Mahrez.

That's according to the Daily Mail, who say Chelsea are also interested in the wantaway Leicester star. Arsene Wenger is in the market for reinforcements this summer as he looks to build a squad capable of sealing a Champions League return.

The Gunners have already splashed out a club-record fee to bring in Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon, while Sead Kolasinac has arrived on a free transfer from Schalke.

Starsport understands Arsenal want to sign Monaco midfielder Lemar - with the French club willing to do business for around £55m.

Arsenal are still interested in Riyad Mahrez. However, the Daily Mail have hinted Wenger may target Mahrez instead. The Algeria international is desperate to leave Leicester.

And staying in England, where his young family are settled, is preferred. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain may have dropped a hint he's on his way to Liverpool.

The England midfielder has been linked wit the Kop as his contract has less than 12 months left to run. And he's set tongues wagging on Instagram after liking a comment about moving to Anfield.

An Instagram user wrote: "Unlucky mate… he's joining Liverpool FC." And it appears Oxlade-Chamberlain's official account liked the post.

Erin Gruwell: How to Speak to an International Audience - Duration: 0:39.

I recently put my Toastmasters training to the test when I was in the Middle East in

Dubai at an international conference.

There were 179 countries represented, so I realized as a speaker—to engage folks who

spoke a different language, came from a different continent—that it was really important to

speak slowly, to use gestures and techniques to engage your audience, and to be passionate.

And hopefully passion transcends borders, religion, ethnicities and cultures.

How to Measure Jitter with an Oscilloscope - Scopes University - (S1E5) - Duration: 8:49.

Hi, I'm Erin and welcome to Scopes University.

Today we are going to continue on our conversation from the last InfiniiVision episode where

we talked about eye diagrams.

In this episode we're going to learn a little bit more about what jitter is, what causes

it, why we care about it, and to troubleshoot it using the built-in jitter analysis tool

on the oscilloscope.

In that last InfiniiVision episode we learned that eye diagrams can be used to help determine

if there's jitter in your clock or serial data that you're working with.

So, let's start out by learning about what jitter actually is.

If I have a serial bus or a clock signal with a specific frequency, in an ideal world, I

would expect the edge crossings to occur at that exact frequency every time, directly

laying over top of each other so that there are no inconsistencies in the data.

But, unfortunately, we don't live in an ideal world and there are going to be times when

those edge crossings come in a little too early or a little too late.

So, jitter is the deviation of where that edge crossing actually ends up compared to

where it ideally should be.

This is often times called "Time Interval Error" or "T.I.E."

And typically there is a specification, called a jitter budget, as to the allotted amount

of jitter in your signal.

So, if we thank back to the eye diagram from that last episode, there was a lot of jitter

in the signal we were working with.

We're going to figure out how to fix that in our design.

But, first, let's talk about some of the causes of jitter.

Jitter can be caused by a lot of different things.

There's system pheomena, data-dependent phenomena, and random noise.

System phenomena is caused by things that are actually happening on your board.

So, it consists of things like crosstalk and impedance mismatching.

Data-dependent phenomena can be things like intersymbol interference, or ISI, and duty-cycle

distortion.

These things can be caused by inconsistencies in writing data.

And random noise can be thermal noise, which is related to temperature, the higher the

temperature the more noise there is.

Shot noise, which is related to electron and hole phenomena.

And "pink" noise which is related to frequency, so the lower the frequency, the higher the

noise.

These are all just an unfortunate fact of life and they are all going to have some sort

of Gaussian distribution effect on your signal, and there's really nothing we can do about

it.

So now we know what jitter is and what causes it, but why do we even care about it?

I talk a little bit about this in that last episode, but if you have too much jitter in

your signal, it's ultimately going to cause errors in the data you transmit.

The receiving end is going to be interpreting the bits incorrectly because the edge crossings

aren't happening when they should be.

So, now let's do some analysis on that signal we were working with on the oscilloscope using

that built-in jitter analysis tool.

We're going to figure out specifically what it is that's causing the jitter in this signal

that we're working with and how we can go about fixing it in our design.

How the histogram is set up, it shows us the distribution of edge crossings and the height

of the histogram is correlated to the odds that the actual edge will be that far away

from the ideal edge.

Also, notice the automatic measurements that were brought up when the histogram was created.

We can actually learn a lot just from the shape of the histogram.

If we're seeing more of a bimodal shape, this is indicative of deterministic jitter which

is caused by system or data-dependent phenomena.

If we're seeing more of a Gaussian distribution effect, this means we're working with random

jitter which is caused by random noise.

And again, this is just an unfortunate fact of life that we really can't do too much about.

From the histogram we see on the screen here, we see there's a strong Gaussian component,

which again is caused by random jitter, but there's also a strong bimodal component, which

again is caused by deterministic jitter.

We can also see there are some outliers down in the lower right side of the histogram as

well.

So, let's view this timing error in another display format that may reveal some additional

information about this jitter that we're seeing.

We already learned what we can from the histogram, so the first thing I want to do is turn off

my real time eye and bring that signal back up on screen.

I want to zoom out a little bit on my signal here.

Then, we'll go into the jitter menu, and the first thing we want to do in here is select

a jitter measurement.

So, the first thing I want to look at is "Data Time Interval Error" so I'll select that,

and I'll just leave it at the default settings.

We're looking at channel 1 and that measurement I wanted to look at, so I'll just press "OK".

Ultimately what I want to look at here is a measurement trend of that Time Interval

Error data that I'm collecting.

I'm going to auto setup a measurement trend.

Now I can see my measurement trend on screen here in purple.

The trend waveform that we're seeing now is a plot of the timing errors of each of the

data edges relative to the recovered clock (vertical axis) versus time (horizontal axis).

This waveform is time correlated to the captured serial data signal, the yellow trace.

From the trend plot, we can see that our data signal has sinusoidal modulation, which correlates

to the bimodal distribution of the jitter histogram plot that we saw.

In addition to the sinusoidal modulation, it appears that our data signal has the occasional

extreme positive timing error, evident by the spikes we are seeing in the trend waveform.

And this is what is producing those outliers that we saw in the histogram.

Determining the frequency of the modulation might provide a clue as to the source of the

jitter.

We can turn on the jitter spectrum view to figure this out.

So, to do that, I'm going to go back into the jitter menu, and then I'm going to select

auto setup jitter spectrum.

Now, if I close out of this, I'll see an FFT showing the spectrum analysis of this jitter.

This spectrum view is provided by running an FFT math operation on that trend waveform.

So, this allows us to find the frequency of the modulation.

Let me just move my signals around a little bit so we're able to see this a little bit

better.

We can see there's a peak in the FFT and that's being caused by the sinusoidal modulation

on our signal.

To take a look at what the frequency is of that peak, all we have to do is go into the

search menu, select the search softkey, change it to frequency peaks, and change our source

to Math 4.

Now we can see that the frequency peak is about 19kHz.

To eliminate this 19kHz sinusoidal modulation, we can simulate a first order phase locked

loop, or PLL, clock recovery algorithm on the oscilloscope.

A PLL helps to reduce the amount of jitter you're seeing because it keeps the input and

output phases locked, which keeps the input and output frequencies the same, therefore

filtering out any unwanted frequencies in that range.

To implement that PLL and see the effect, I'm going to default setup and autoscale.

I want to set up my real time eye again, so we'll go into the analyze menu, select features,

and select real time eye.

Then we'll go into the clock recovery menu, and we're going to change the method to first

order PLL.

This will simulate the PLL on the signal.

Now, if you can remember from the last video, our nominal data rate for this signal was

6.2Mbps.

We're going to specify a loop bandwidth of 200kHz.

That should filter out that 19kHz sinusoidal modulation that we saw.

You have to be careful when you're selecting the bandwidth that you want to use for this

loop filter.

A bandwidth too low might not filter out enough jitter, and a bandwidth too high might end

up filtering out some of your signal, which isn't good either.

So you can play around with different bandwidths a little bit to get an idea of what's going

to work for your signal.

Now I can select "OK" and auto setup my eye diagram.

Now I can already see that the jitter on this eye diagram has improved greatly.

We got rid of a lot of the jitter that was riding on this signal and we're seeing a much

cleaner eye now.

And if I bring the histogram back up, we see the shape is beginning to look much less bimodal

and much more Gaussian.

We've eliminated all of the deterministic jitter and all we're left with is the random

jitter, which again we really aren't able to do much about.

If you're seeing very bad random jitter that will cause errors in the data you transmit,

kind of like what we're seeing on the signal here, you might have to actually go back and

redesign that component.

If you want to learn a little bit more about some of the other jitter measurements available,

be sure to check out the 2-Minute Guru episode on Basic jitter Measurements.

Daniel talks a little bit more in depth about a few of the other measurements.

So now you know what jitter is and why you should care about it.

As well as how to troubleshoot it if you do see it in your system.

With the steps that we covered today, you'll be able to identify what it is that's causing

the jitter in your system and what your options are to fix it.

Michael Jackson Documentary - The Life of an Icon Ft Katherine Jackson and Tito Jackson - Duration: 35:37.

Michael Jackson Documentary - The Life of an Icon Ft Katherine Jackson and Tito Jackson

it was Michaels idea to feature this kid in the documentary Michael has a deep

affection for helping children in need and this child happened to have severe

case of cancer Michael immediately wanted to do

something to help to give this child hope and give him a reason to live a lot

of people working for Michael Jackson didn't want Michael do this because they

felt that after what happened with Jordi Chandler people shouldn't be reminded of

any association that Michael had with any any kids

Michael had no consciousness of guilt at all I saw the original documentary that

mr. Bashir produced I didn't know Michael Jackson at the time but

something seemed very very manipulative very sinister about the way he

approached Michael Jackson and what was proof of that was the night a Michael

displayed in continuing to talk to this man who clearly in my opinion was bent

on destroying his reputation tonight 12 year-old Gavin reveals he spent nights

at Neverland sometimes in Jackson's bed saw on the

floor next thing you know children Protective Services became involved and

different lawyers began asking questions Tom Sneddon is back in the picture again

and they are basil family suddenly have decided that Michael had molested Gavin

Gavin came to Michael and said Michael we sleep in your room tonight and

Michael Michael looked at me and says I don't know you know I think you better

ask your mother oh we already asked our mother she says sure no problem like no

this is something odd this is not right and then as I was about to go tell Gavin

that cannot sleep in Michael's room Michael says ok if I have a solution for

this you have to sleep in the room with

two children slept on the bed and Michael and I slept on the floor

arrest warrant for mr. Jackson has been issued on multiple counts of child

molestation at this point in time mr. Jackson's been given an opportunity to

surrender himself to the custody of the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department

within a specified period of time they were claiming that Michael organized a

conspiracy to abduct children to falsely imprison a family and to commit criminal

extortion and the other counts had to do with allegations of child molestation

these were serious allegations the most ridiculous allegations anyone who knows

Michael is not Kenneth

mr. Jackson has been booked into the county jail he has since been released

he has posted the bail and he has been given an arraignment date bothered me

because I was wondering how he was feeling how he was dealing with it

Michael used to always tell me I can flip my own wrist in the her child and

here they are kind of cues me a thing that I love best and that's children

excuse me of the lesson the more I looked at the facts the more I converse

with him the more ridiculous these charges appeared he just did not seem

like the kind of person I could ever engage in this kind of behavior mr.

Sneddon was obsessed for taking down Michael Jackson my understanding is that

in the mid-90s mr. Sneddon personally traveled Australia and Canada and

perhaps other countries I'm not aware of to find witnesses against Michael

Jackson he also arranged to have a website at the Santa Barbara County

Sheriff's Department where they were looking for any witnesses or evidence

against Michael finally in 2004 he got his wish a criminal trial with Michael

Jackson as the defendant see this da with this wicked smile and grin like

he's going to become a national hero for catching Michael Jackson doing something

that he never did made me want to just grow up on the

television Jackson himself I believe it said that this was all done to try to

ruin his new CD that was coming out or whatever it is he's doing like sheriff

and I really are into that kind of music but there was a real sort of leaning in

the press corps that look this is happening again that he must be guilty

we really didn't know what what they had we just because it was all sealed and

nobody knew what it was I personally believe this Janet Arvizo

was provoked by someone Janet Arvizo is a sick woman she has a trach history of

shaking people now the more I looked at a history of welfare fraud the more I

looked at their hustlin celebrities to try and get money the more I put this

package together I have to say I was quite surprised that the prosecutors in

their hopes on these people we've been ready to do this for some period of time

and I want to clarify that so that you understand that prosecution was like a

train that left the station it was not going to slow down once they decided to

charge Michael Jackson it almost appeared as if they were going to do

whatever it took to make sure this thing got to trial under they got a conviction

70 sheriffs in Santa Barbara County rated Michael Jackson's home now I've

seen murder cases I've seen serial killers have investigations done in

their premises with five people with six people with 10 people never have I seen

this many sheriffs descend on anybody's home in any case it was all done because

of who he was and they knew this was going to be a worldwide event and

frankly it was the very despicable it's not honest there was a lynch mob

mentality and Maria that extended not only to the leaf and to the district

attorney but maybe to the media as well and I remember when we were standing in

line to get our press credentials one of the reporters a woman who's a very

popular reporter in America pulled herself out of the line and she said is

there anybody standing in his mind besides Jay randy taraborrelli who does

not believe in my Jackson is guilty and there was the

issue of race when he got in big trouble he reached out to black leaders to try

and defend him he reached out to Reverend Jesse Jackson to Reverend Al

Sharpton and others I wanted to avoid any racial division there was a phone

call one night it was Michael Jackson and his publicist she wanted to bring

black celebrities into the courtroom she felt this would be better for his legacy

and my comment about this request was that you know if he's convicted his

legacy is going to be dying in California state prison and I flew out

the request of Kathleen to go to the arraign what we all drove up together

you know we went to that course then together on

which we got in the comments stop that already this is serious stuff he went in

there he was strong as pie he's not gonna let anything get to him he jumping

on the bus really proud you know what showing his fans were going to get

through this we're going to fight everything's gonna be fine when we first

started Michael came in and he he looked really robust and and healthy he was

shot and focused and determined to prove his innocence

even after the first day you knew these people were only after money and this

was the biggest hope in the world they were trying to pull they put witnesses

on the stand to testify under oath the things that never happened the thing is

they were completely exaggerated and untrue they were willing to almost throw

anything at the jury hoping something would stick time for a diminutive mother

of four Janet Arvizo take center stage her evidence could end

the career of a pop legend well we had upset me cuz they were reporting

everything that was said about Michael but they wasn't reporting anything in

his defense it looked like a feeding frenzy to many of the media we're just

out to see the world's greatest known celebrity fall the destruction that's

really thought their ratings in the future would come from and for me it was

really a disgrace during the trial I am diamond was the worst person in the

world I don't understand how these people can run out and lie they don't

even get a chance I'm not the truth Tom Mesereau will get their show and clean

it up and show that this is not true this is really how wet but they wouldn't

report that that went on for months when we finally got to see what

was being alleged it just seemed so ridiculous and so far-fetched that I

remember one reporter from CNN came over to me after the after the day that the

mother testified Janet Arvizo and he said I feel so used

this is our visa claim that she feared Michael Jackson so much that she thought

he and his henchmen were going to put she and her family on a hot-air balloon

and let them sail away to their demise that was one of probably 500 crazy

things that came out of this trial that the near visa family were alleged

sitting in court this met all these people live people he'd been good to and

all of it he says he couldn't believe that they were telling all these lies on

him these people must have been paid off to do a lot of this stuff I want him

about this Pam I warned him about that mother that mother I ripped from a mile

away she had an agenda from day one there was

a so-called with model video that was playing the video that the original

family made after the allegations had surfaced in which they claimed that

Michael was you know had been a father figure to to this family and they were

really adamant about it on this video and this video existed and you would

have thought that just the fact that this video existed would have been

enough for the District Attorney to not want to prosecute this case because

eventually we would have to see this video and all of us would then have to

look at this and think what the heck is going on here which is exactly what

happened the focus instead was on the defense's first celebrity witness the

actor Macaulay Culkin the prosecution had suggested that in the early 1990s he

was one of a number of young boys who've been sexually abused by Jackson I have

to say Chris Tucker and Macaulay Culkin will always go down in my book as loyal

good friends they had managers and agents and lawyers who didn't want them

to get involved and they both told me that when Michael needs us we're going

to be there there were other witnesses people he knew at Neverland who came in

to tell the truth we had a lot of people to know

I stood by him because he was a decent good man with a warm heart loving heart

the family were extremely supportive of Michael Jackson throughout this trial

his mother never missed one day to try a lesson almost five months she never

missed a day I knew what Michael was going through my heart just lived for a

long time family was there and was this sort of sense that it was going to be

okay I remember they showed the Martin Fisher

documentary and Michael's music was playing throughout it and I remember

looking around the courtroom and seeing all these heads bobbing up and down to

Michael's music and I thought to myself a lot this is going to be some crazy

molestation trial because everybody here sort of rocking out - Billie Jean it

just seemed very surreal to me prosecution in my opinion didn't know

what to do but the fact that they found 10 years worth of magazines playboy and

house hustler at Neverland which would suggest that Michael Jackson was

heterosexual and interested in seeing pictures of beautiful women or naked

they weren't quite sure how to fit that into their fury that he was a pedophile

so they came up with the notion that a pedophile will take magazines like this

to somehow groom the alleged victim the district attorney showed so much

pornography that you just you know each as your head would was spinning by the

time this was over was the only day that Katherine excused yourself in the

courtroom for the afternoon I thought they're constantly flashing this

material at the jury which was a majority of females by the way I thought

just was stupid but that's what they did they couldn't find any pornography on

his computers they had the FBI test every computer at Neverland they

couldn't find any Kitty pornography so they just tried to fit everything into

their theory and it just became a circus you just knew there was really

something devious going on this guy Thomson was really out to get them had

to be totally tore truck imagine what was going on in his mind and it hit you

know and he's not strong in that way at all the stress and strain of the slide

month trial I took a toll on him you saw him losing

weight he was having trouble sleeping I would talk to him 3:00 4:00 or 5:00 in

the morning and he would be terrified particularly about what might happen to

his children he didn't need some some things to help him fall asleep at night

because there was no way he was speaking with all that stuff going on in his head

I don't know how anyone could see the thought you like how guilty could spend

the rest of your life in jail cell and all your accomplishment what's down the

drain I don't know how he coped most people would have taken a gun to their

head just frame of mind was very very fragile and I was concerned for it's

very worried about his children his mother what people would think the first

day of Gavin's testimony and Michael shows up when he's in pajamas and he

looked like he was in really bad shape and actually had their I've helped him

into the courtroom from that moment on everything started

to get really awful you started seeing Michael coming in every day looking like

that it was as if the testimony was just destroying him

disappear in court and watch a legal system hurl absurd and vindictive and

nasty mean-spirited allegations at him like this absolutely traumatized for me

and for other people who actually knew Michael this was a real human being

whose life was being destroyed and every day just seemed to get worse

while the shelves came to me and said you know you've got the best seat in the

house and also as a roll why this is because you're sitting right behind

Michael and when we find him guilty we're going to get him out of there so

fast in your headstone still people are already excited that Michael was guilty

and they were surely so sure that they had an exit plan to get him out of there

Michael came into the courtroom and he'd look like he was on serious drugs he

really truly looked like the dead man walking it was a tense moment you know

the entire world stopped to watch what was going to happen to the best known

celebrity a musical genius Michael Jackson was an awfully emotional day

just didn't know what to expect

we the jury in the above-entitled case find the defendant not guilty of

conspiracy as charged in count one of the indictment the verdict was read and

it was not guilty not guilty not guilty not guilty all the way down the line all

counts not guilty and I remember very specifically Michael seeming to not

understand and I remember Tom Sneddon looking at Michael for reaction and not

really getting one and I also remember Tom Mesereau his lawyer leaning in and

mouthing to Michael Jackson roughly man I can read his lips because I was so

close and Michael Steele did you get it you felt like it was a triumphant moment

but then when you look at him you realize he wasn't there for it there was

nothing you could do it was so devastated that it had

happened that you couldn't even find a place to be happy that it ended the way

it did because it was so devastating that it has occurred at all

is that because I really feel that trial is what really depressed my brother out

to the point where she just wasn't happy he never would come back to Neverland

but Michael not to go to Neverland pretty sad didn't want to have nothing

to do with that place cover again

you would always tell me so I don't trust anyone I don't know why they're

doing this to me they want me dead he said they're going

to kill me for what I got I'm pretty sure there was time okay you know I wish

I was someone else or other business entertainer there's a certain point that

you can get to with success whereas you have no life whatsoever your ability to

be personally to be a person that cannot be a part of the everyday life of this

world if it's really devastating on the mind you can't get it all for free

and that's what happened with Michael he just had to give up so much that he lost

his ability to just walk amongst everyday people this was the first

honest thing that I've been associated and the only honest and I've been

associated with you could not walk down the street with look in my life is

somewhat normal is not normal but it's a little normal but judging my life is his

one hour close he just couldn't be enough

michael jackson's became the king of pop it's kind of hard being a king you can

get out of sorts I think he kind of like isolated himself from everyone who would

say no everything he wants is yes okay Michael I mean is this it's hard to have

someone there to to give you an honest answer honest opinion Jose would always

tell him Michael watch your people Michael watch your

people he said I trust my people our people are good people but that's left

I brought the case people all in your face pat you on the back and stab you at

the same time these people saw money and they saw somebody who they could get to

it was hard for Michael to signal as a kid and evident because he generated so

much wealth so much profit he became the repeated target of unsavory characters

many of them mediocre who tried to get near him

promised him the loan and then profit themselves by being around them and I

think he receives some tremendously bad advice throughout his career when it

came to finances Michael was an easy touch and anybody could take advantage

of him just because he trusts everybody's word Michael would bring

random people into his life for business deals they would offer him the world and

Michael would believe Michael told me he only committed to ten shows at the o2

Dome his comeback concerts when he found out that he was community 50 shows and

there was no way of getting out of he shacked he felt like they tricked him

he's put up against the wall let down by people or mislead I should

say it was thrown on him by his manager and in his State of Mind who said yes to

anything I hope that he was doing those we show my calling and telling them and

I heard how they were going to do only every other day I told we could do it

that but that way he had the rest and I kept after them the wear and tear all

the managers all the promises they didn't live up to took extol probably a

more stronger person would be able to fight through a line that in a lot of

them had Frank Sinatra he was pursued the same way but he seemed to be a

person who could put people at bay but it seemed like Michael has a certain

type of frailty to his self and it wouldn't allow him to be very

strong-minded or to be forceful with a lot of people everybody he met he trusts

some reason and now like a lot of celebrities too and he'd find the doctor

just the right one who would do the thing that Michael wanted him to do

Michael felt that he needed to escape you know any and he had always been

suffering from insomnia from his far back as I can remember Michael Jackson

did have a problem so I believe he was an addict no I don't believe Michael

Jackson was a drug addict in went through cycles you know and then it

really depended on what was happening in his life and in this world I had no

reason to think or believe that he was on drugs until my children came to me

one time and he said it I said well I've never seen him in that shape and I went

to him and I talked to him about it and he kept denying it

I asked them I said now Michael there any problems I should know about what do

you mean I said well you know once in a while you seem a little dizzy you want

to go to rehab no now there you go see now why would you assume that I'm not

taking anything I'm not doing one thing one of the people worker friend said you

will never guess what this man is doing just to get to sleep

I said what and I was told he's using an anesthetic and then I said what howdy

howdy idea I've never heard of it such a thing dude I don't know what to

tell you but that's what's going on unfortunately he did find doctors who

are willing to do this crazy thing that ultimately led to his death we have

breaking news for you tonight the singer Michael Jackson is reported

to have died from a heart attack who heard that my brother had passed away

through my sister Janet who asked me to pull over to those rushing over to my

mom's I just couldn't believe it so uh I had to just sit in my car pull myself

together you know one of my mom's home the entire

family had met that evening and their condolence other you know as well

because is just the whole time was a rough time in my life

it's so very difficult David to talk about it really is and

I was heartbroken I was just totally heartbroken it was probably one of the

most surreal and solemn days of Holmes life as we know and I I would think I

was devastated I started to cry we had spent 40 years of our lives as the

closest friend and I couldn't believe it I remember the feeling I got you know it

was like somebody punching you in the stomach

God he was just so and follow the news of that attorney wedding following

because of the people exploring the me

that makes my Sarah I might protective Michael died it makes you idea like I

mentioned Michael two minutes it just people just stood up

I mean a lot of people took these silly lighters out you know it's just

it's just a Fed moment to have to carry on your brothers to engrave on SGG enemy

it's not a good feeling good because a major party you die with that there was

this million tasks and never lost a child children supposed to bury their

parents out there just very children and that's what hurt me the most

many days I go back to his first cry from the doctor slapping a model but I'm

tell him yes but all the memories of Michael's aunt I can't pick out any

particular

I'm happy with children here at the same time I'm sad because your father's gone

you always say daddy did it this way daddy used to do this daddy used to do

that those kids are so proud of your father I can't find it familiar you're

such a loss too soon if left such a gap and made us see what was missing why

hadn't we embrace him why aren't we love him he gave us so much love and so much

wonderful music and I think that this is what will always remember him for I love

the fact that everything he sang he sang from his heart and I love listen to

continued every record he's ever recorded

Michael's legacy is that he will be known as the greatest entertainer ever

Michael was a great talent is the best overall talent that I've ever seen in my

life and I've been following challenge since I was three years old he was the

best I ever saw

I'll remember that Lou bullet when he was 10 years old I see he kind of a

talented youngster that the firaon become one of the greatest games ever

made there's only one to me and not you

he made somebody Sarah my to me the greatest entertainer crying to my the

gentleman be very kind Holloway's always he was one of the

warmest and most lovable person you could ever meet

I think Michael's greatest Cheeseman throughout his life was making people

happy helping people somebody need an operation or a family

starving to meet food the youth in over groceries for a year things like that I

think that's where he really got his enjoyment seeing somebody fat becomes

happy those are things he really wanted to

achieve that was beyond music we will remember him as this great showman and

humanitarian

when people say to me do you think of my clothes being a tragedy

I just don't think of that all I think that Michael's story is one of triumph

this is a man who was the total embodiment of the American dream

this is a guy who came out of Gary Indiana and set the world on fire he did

amazing things with his life did he make mistakes yes but that's the humanity of

Michael Jackson I think that's most appealing he wanted to make the world a

better place that spirit of his is still around now the part that I love the most

is the gentle friend side all the other things everybody knows that part of my

goal text apart god bless my project proceed was one of

the greatest Michael Jackson became the biggest pop star of all time but cuz

instead of trying to just create sentences by yourself learn phrases that

are commonly used and then after a while you'll be able to use them in a flexible

way, for example, you can say I'm excited about going to the party, okay, you're

really good at typing. Thank you! I was thinking that as I was typing - but I'm

excited about going to the party. In the past, you might say: I was excited about

seeing her or she's been so excited about about going there. She's been so

excited about going there. They're going to be very excited about playing tomorrow. So,

you've got all these sentences here: I'm excited about going to the party; I was

excited about seeing her; she's been so excited about going there; they're going

to be very excited about playing tomorrow. When you get all these flexible

sentences and if you do this with a thousand - two thousand - five thousand

sentences, and you repeat them over the long term, then you'll be able to use

them all in a flexible way and to know when to use excited - you'll know that we

use it about after excited- that we use their ing the ing after about

and you can use these in the different tenses because if you learn, like

thousand sentences, they're going to be different tenses and after a while, these

phrases will come out naturally. They'll will come out naturally, So, it will make

a huge difference. So, if you are struggling with this, this is why my

method is going to help you. It's going to help you if you if you want to, you

know, be able to use these kind of phrases in a natural way.

9 Easy-To-Spot Signs That You Or Someone You Know Is An Introverted Narcissist - Duration: 10:06.

9 Easy-To-Spot Signs That You Or Someone You Know Is An Introverted Narcissist

Not all narcissists are bombastic and in-your-face.

When it comes to narcissists, it is believed they come in 2 flavors: the grandiose and the covert.

Narcissists of the grandiose variety are much easier to spot as they exhibit the overtly vain, exploitative, self-entitled,

and aggressive behavior commonly associated with narcissism.

The covert or vulnerable narcissist on the other hand, is less conspicuous.

They are outwardly self-inhibited and modest, and may appear empathetic but inside harbor much of the same grandiose and over-inflated

self-image found in their grandiose counterpart.

Covert narcissists are more likely to report themselves as introverted and sensitive.

The defensiveness, anxiety and vulnerability of the covert narcissist are traits standardly associated with introversion.

While the grandiose narcissist will assert their sense of superiority in blunt and intrusive ways,

the closet narcissist will merely hint at it.

Here are a list of signs to look for to determine if you or someone you know know is an introverted narcissist.

1.

THE SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE

Introverts are often aloof and reserved.

To some this can be interpreted as a sign of conceit or high-mindedness when in most cases this simply is not true – unless they are a

narcissist in which case such an interpretation would be spot on.

The introverted narcissist does indeed put others at a distance, viewing themselves in a very different light and it is something like a

limelight.

These types will self indulge in their own sense of individuality, overestimating themselves in the service of bolstering their delusional

self-image.

They will harp about how special they are or imply it through their proud antinomian attitude and contempt for the mainstream.

They may take many opportunities to humble brag about their achievements and often describe themselves in terms of being "gifted" or

"genius".

2.

LACK OF EMPATHY

Grandiose and vulnerable narcissists alike share an ego-centric attitude that devalues and marginalizes the significance of others.

With the introverted narcissist, this will manifest in poor listening and an apparent disinterest in anyone or anything outside of what

directly affects them.

They are often inattentive of other's needs although they may put on the appearance of being otherwise.

In truth, they resent others who try to burden them with their problems.

3.

SOCIAL AVERSION

Vulnerable narcissists experience interpersonal anxiety and may avoid relationships in order to protect themselves from the disappointment

and shame over unmet expectations of others.

Social avoidance may be a primary method that these individuals use to protect their self-esteem.

Vulnerable narcissistic personalities are aware of their hypersensitivity within relationships,

expecting others to meet their needs yet fearing others will fail to respond to them.

When the latter occurs, these individuals often become ashamed for needing anything from others in the first place.

4.

PASSIVE-AGGRESSION

Rather than engage in direct confrontation, the covert narcissist may use subtle manipulative methods to get under the skin of others.

They may give back-handed compliments or make insensitive remarks in a casual and off-handed manner.

They may also gaslight others and deflect blame, while denying all responsibility on their part.

This may also manifest in acts of sabotage and shirking their responsibilities to undermine other's expectations of them.

5.

PERSECUTION COMPLEX

Introverted narcissists exhibit pronounced hypersensitivity to criticism and perceived slights.

They are prone to being "injustice collectors" who internalize any affront or offense done to them,

much of which is likely to be grossly distorted from reality and blown out of proportion.

The vulnerable narcissist is easily threatened when challenged by others or when having their flaws and errors pointed out.

These individuals lack the healthy coping mechanisms necessary for handling psychological distress and over time may cultivate very skewed

beliefs that ultimately casts all blame onto others.

They may stew over such grievances undetected by others until they finally lash out in sometimes violent outbursts.

6.

DEPENDS ON THE ADMIRATION OF OTHERS

The self-esteem of vulnerable narcissists often requires outside validation to sustain itself.

Compliments and accolades feed this need and they will be compelled to show-off and showboat to satisfy it.

Their unrealistic sense of entitlement leads them to expect this admiration no matter what they do.

When they feel unappreciated by others, and cannot obtain the recognition they believe they deserve,

covert narcissists may slip into depression, and become bossy and demanding.

They may exhibit cruel behavior and try to belittle and degrade others in an attempt to inflict onto them the inferiority they feel.

7.

IMPERSONAL AND DIFFICULT RELATIONSHIPS

Covert narcissists experience much greater anxiety in developing relationships with others because of the frailty of their self-esteem.

They may avoid them altogether for fear that the potential of rejection may be too intolerable for them to bare.

Spouses of both grandiose and vulnerable narcissists cite them as being bossy, cruel, arrogant,

argumentative, and demanding.

In contrast, spouses of vulnerable narcissists alone rated them as dissatisfied, anxious, and bitter.

Part of the narcissist's aloof hubris acts as a defensive mechanism for keeping people away,

so as to avoid being exposed for her or his interpersonal inadequacies.

8.

MISUNDERSTOOD GENIUS

Feeling at odds with most people, the covert narcissist is apt to claim it is others, not them who are to blame.

They reassure themselves that they are "exceptional" and "ahead of their time" to justify their failure to gain acceptance or agreement

with others.

Regular people are just too stupid and swag-less to get them and appreciate their brilliance.

It will hardly occur to the narcissist that they are in denial about their own ineptitude and short-comings.

9.

THEY WANT ALL THE CREDIT

Both grandiose and covert narcissists enjoy taking all the credit – whether deserved or not.

There is simply not enough room to share the stage with them and so it is either all or nothing.

They seek personal glory and external validation to support their notions of self-importance and the idea of fragmenting that glory to

include others is an unappealing proposition for them.

They will either try to grab an inordinate amount of credit or disavow their involvement altogether.

22 Things That Happen When An Empath Falls In Love With A Narcissist - Duration: 7:20.

22 Things That Happen When An Empath Falls In Love With A Narcissist

1.

The empath enters the relationship wanting deep, unconditional love.

The empath is attracted to the narcissist, and feels their need for affection is being met even if the narcissist isn't doing anything to

develop the connection.

The empath feels fulfilled and "in love" just from being around them.

2.

The empath begins to believe that they have a "once in a lifetime" kind of connection with the narcissist,

and the narcissist affirms it – what they have is special.

This is what makes it seem impossible to just walk away.

3.

The narcissist can, at times, seem to want the relationship as much as the empath does.

In reality, the narcissist wants nothing but constant validation, and someone who is always willing to give it is a perfect match.

4.

Over time, the empath will be made to feel incompetent.

Even if not stated directly, the narcissist will imply that they have the power by saying they "don't want to hurt" them,

or by looking down on their interests, or maybe not letting them handle the day-to-day bills or anything else that's a symbol of control.

This will leave the empath feeling reliant on the narcissist, believing that they "need" them, or at least that nobody else would want them.

5.

As their bond grows, the empath will find it unbearable to see the narcissist in any kind of pain.

They will want nothing more than to talk to them, help them, cheer them up… do whatever it takes so they can feel better again.

They subconsciously want to "fix" the narcissist, or at least change their lives.

6.

What the empath does not realize is that the feeling or idea of healing their partner's deepest, most unresolvable wounds,

feels the same to them as healing their own.

However, it is not the same thing.

7.

Somewhere along the line, the empath begins to feel afraid to advocate for their true needs – it is more appealing to them to remain more

likable (but secretly less happy).

8.

The more love, care, devotion, affection and work the empath puts into making the relationship work,

the more powerful the narcissist becomes.

At this point, it can be difficult to see that there are any real issues in the relationship… that is,

until the empath reaches their breaking point.

9.

Eventually, the empath begins to adopt the traits of the narcissist.

Because their emotional needs are not being met (and they've been confusing their partner's emotional needs with their own) they start to

seem "selfish," or at least predominantly concerned with their own well-being.

They are essentially declaring: "My feelings matter," and the narcissist does not like this.

10.

What neither party realizes at this point is that the narcissist's needs will never actually be met (that is,

until *they* wake up and choose to meet them).

They will move on to other partners, other hobbies, other big business ideas and creative pursuits,

travels across the world… and they'll still be as miserable as ever.

11.

The narcissist will make the empath feel "crazy" for responding the way they are.

They will say they are being over-dramatic, and that their concerns are unfounded.

This kind of dismissal is the most obvious way they exert power and mind-control over the empath.

12.

The empath begins to blame themselves.

They start to wonder if they'll ever be worthy of love, or what it is they did that got them into such a horrible situation.

13.

What the empath does not realize is that there's nothing *wrong* with them, there's something exceptionally *right* with them,

they were just manipulated and used and lied to.

They have a feeling capacity that outshines many other people's – this isn't a bad thing, it's just something that must be protected.

14.

Even if the empath tries to communicate authentically with the narcissist, it will be to no avail.

They will be deflective and use shoddy logic, they'll make excuses and find ways to pass the blame,

if not convince the empath that it's at least partially also their fault.

15.

At this point, the empath will have to do some serious self-evaluation.

They'll be left no choice.

They'll recognize what happened in the past that led them to be so defenseless, and it will be the beginning of their transformation.

16.

The empath will always identify as a "healer," and in finding their inner strength, they will likely focus on their life's mission of

helping other people in healthy, constructive ways (perhaps through a job or calling).

17.

The empath must realize that not everyone you fall in love with can be trusted.

Not everyone has the same intentions they do, and not everyone thinks they way they do.

18.

The empath must also realize that they were just as wounded as the narcissist was – and that the point of their relationship was a teaching

opportunity, a moment for them both to wake up and see how they must heal themselves.

(The empath will come around, the narcissist usually doesn't.)

19.

The empath will consider the experience a painful catalyst of their awakening.

20.

The narcissist will carry on acting as though nothing's wrong and as though nothing happened.

They will deny and almost seem to "forget" about the intense, powerful connection they once had with someone,

and they will go pursue it elsewhere.

After a bit of time, their issues will come to a head, and they'll have to cope with the fact that they can't connect with themselves,

let alone other people.

21.

The narcissist will walk away looking for their next victim.

22.

The empath will walk away wiser, stronger and more careful about who they give their time, energy, love and life too.
