However, as seen in previous instances, the effectiveness of the sanctions relies on how

strictly they are implemented...main by North Korea's closest ally, China.

Beijing's agreement to the resolution has been seen as its disapproval of Pyongyang's

ICBM tests, as well as a 'goodwill gesture' to Washington.

However...

"Whether they will show a 'goodwill action', not just 'goodwill gesture'...

I'm afraid that the action that we expect will not likely to materialize, because there

is a fundamental geo-political interest difference between China and the United States."

More than 90-percent of North Korea's trade is with China, and although recent government

figures from Beijing have shown that imports from North Korea have fallen since the last

round of sanctions, experts warn that it's not the whole picture.

"When you analyze China-North Korea trade relationship and when you follow after numbers,

it's going to be a losing game all the way...numbers can be changed and manipulated.

There are so many dark areas and grey areas of illegal trade going on."

During a press briefing at the ASEAN Regional Forum on Monday, even the U.S. Secretary of

State, Rex Tillerson, showed hints of doubt on how much of a real impact the sanctions

will have on the regime.

North Korea on its part has condemned the sanctions.

In a statement released on Monday, the regime said it would not be rattled, and vowed to

Are You Really Ready To Have A Baby? - Duration: 5:50.

There is some truth to the old adage that "there is no perfect time to have a baby."

But there are some times that are better than others.

From being financially secure and emotionally ready to having the right support network

in place, here are the signs that you might just be ready to call up the stork and bring

a new bundle of joy into your life now.

Shared interest

One of the most important questions any couple should ask before taking the plunge into parenthood

is whether they both share the same desire to procreate.

While it's true you don't have to be married or even in a committed relationship to have

and raise a child, if your baby plans involve a full-time partner, it's important to make

sure both people are similarly committed to the concept of bearing children.

If not, it's the baby who will pay the price for one party's post hoc hesitation after

pregnancy.

Couples should make sure there are no assumptions about their expectations.

Babies bring on an entire new host of challenges, so there's no room for resentment when children

Career stability

According to a 2015 survey from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, more than 60 percent

of married couples with children have both parents at work.

That means more than half the families in the United States are out there juggling sick

days, work travel, and day care drop-offs while maintaining a career.

That can be incredibly difficult to manage even with the best of professional positions

in play, but if neither partner has flexibility at the workplace, it may just be impossible.

Realistically, at least one parent-to-be should be in the kind of position that would allow

for the occasional, unexpected schedule shift because when it comes to kids, even the best

laid plans can go awry overnight.

The ideal gig would have fair maternity and paternity leave policies as well as the option

to telecommute during some of the many sick days that'll pop up along the way of raising

baby.

That can make the difference between sacrificing vacation days or even pay every time those

sniffles set in and maintaining a steady occupation.

So, if your career is conducive to kids already, you're in great shape to get started.

A village

While having a romantic partner isn't always a necessity for building a family, having

a support network of some sort is.

Whether it's having relatives who can pitch in with babysitting in a pinch, close friends

who can offer advice and consolation during the tougher moments with your tots, or a parent

group that can share in the responsibility of carpooling kids to soccer matches, it's

important to have some happy helpers in place before baby comes along.

If you already have people in your life that you can trust and are willing to reach out

in times of need, that's a good sign that you're ready for what's to come with a little

one.

Financial readiness

The USDA estimates that it costs more than $16,000 per year to have one child under the

age of 1 right now, so parents can expect to shell out an inflation-adjusted amount

totaling more than $300,000 throughout the course of a child's upbringing.

That's not counting college tuition, potentially lost wages, and those other unexpected expenses

that creep up along the way.

From the mounting cost of diapers and formula in infancy to putting a down payment on that

first car, raising kids can be very expensive.

And while you don't have to be a one percenter to make it work, future parents should have

income stability and a workable budget plan in place before bringing another mouth to

the table.

Physical stamina

Most new parents would agree that the biggest challenge to raising a baby is the lack of

sleep that comes along with having a newborn.

"My brain is like oatmeal."

Even the healthiest little ones take several months to get into a circadian rhythm, so

it requires a lot of physical vitality to endure so many restless nights.

Even with a partner who might be willing to trade off turns handling the midnight feedings

and nappy changes, so much interrupted sleep can be taxing on a person's physical and mental

well-being.

As a result, a parent's overall health does become a major factor to consider when thinking

about a baby-to-be.

It's also important that a growing family has a steady healthcare plan in place in case

of emergencies and that they are willing to discuss any issues, including potential postpartum

depression, with a physician if and when those issues emerge.

Mess management

Another common complaint new parents tend to have is how chaotic and messy their lives

may become once kids come along and take over the household.

Being ready to sacrifice the pristine clean of your home and prioritize your kids' need

to make mistakes as part of the growing-up process is of paramount importance to being

ready to parent.

It's a grim subject to consider so early on in the family process, but having an estate

plan in place is absolutely essential for new parents.

The fact of the matter is that we're all mortal, so bringing in new life that is dependant

Having a life insurance policy in place, along with a last will and testament that reflects

your wishes for your child and finances in the case you're no longer around, ensures

that your little one will be in good hands no matter what happens to you.

It might not be the most comfortable conversation for any couple to have, but being mature enough

to realize that end of life arrangements should be made before bringing new life into the

world is another sign that you're ready for the responsibility of being a parent.

Kayl And Jamie Have An Agility Training Plan For Their Young Border Collies /Dog Vlogs Episode 16/ - Duration: 11:30.

- This is really random, but I just pulled up

to the parking spot at Michaels

and I just checked Facebook really quickly

and saw that a really close friend of mine

had to just put her...

Had to put her dog down

and it's like, it's really easy to forget

and go on with your life when you lose a

some, something, a dog that is really close to you.

And I sort of have been feeling guilty lately

for not being more sad about Slyce,

but I think it's just my way of coping,

because it's easy to just move on

and not even have to deal with how I feel about it.

But reading that post today and knowing...

Sorry.

Knowing how difficult this was for Jody,

because I talked to her about it,

it just, um...

It just makes me think about Slyce

and realize that it really sucks.

It really sucks, living with a dog that long

and loving them that much

and then having to say goodbye,

even though it's the right thing to do.

It's like, just the absolute most horrible part

about owning a dog.

Anyways.

I feel really bad for Jody,

but I know that her dog was really sick

and it was definitely the right decision,

so I'm thinking about you, Jody, and I know how you feel.

One of the best things to do when you're upset:

go shopping.

Well, I had a great sleep last night.

I got in a little bit late last night after training,

about quarter to two in the morning because

Jamie and I stayed and had endless chats (laughs)

after our training session,

but we came up with some really good game plans

for ourselves and for our dogs over the next few months.

So I am going to the agility arena right now to meet her

and we're going to start executing our plan.

So I'm just gonna load the dogs up

so I can go to the arena

and meet Jamie for our training session,

but I have to say one of the best things

when you are dog trainer and have lots of dogs

is have a car with a remote starter,

whether it's winter or summer,

if you can get your van cold or your car cold or hot

before you put your dogs in it or while they're in it,

it's so, so helpful.

One of the things that we were talking about last night

is the fact that we both are teaching so much

and our lives are so busy that it's really taking a toll

on the training of our own dogs.

And we have some big competitions coming up

that neither one of us feel very prepared for,

which is like a terrible, terrible feeling.

So, our goal is to start training together

throughout the week more regularly,

at times where we haven't been teaching

for four hours a night or focused on other things,

so that we can actually start to make

some really good improvements.

We both have really young dogs

that have very promising futures,

and we just haven't had the time to focus on them,

so we're gonna start today.

We're gonna train these young dogs.

We're gonna have some fun

and hopefully it becomes a more regular thing

and we'll start to see some really great improvements

and start to feel more prepared for our futures.

- So, one thing that we do before and after

we do all of our training sessions

is we walk the dogs out.

They got quite hot today in the arena,

so we let them cool off.

And luckily for us, we have

some streams and some little kiddie pools

for them to jump into after they work.

And I think I would say that it's probably a good idea

for us to walk out as well, since the dogs just ran,

but we had to run our butts off too.

So, we just finished round two with Wink and Funkee.

Wink and Funkee are All-Canadian dogs.

They're actually sisters, which is pretty cool,

that Jamie and I have sister dogs.

What's your final thoughts about

our training session today, Jame?

- So productive.

- Super productive.

What was your favorite thing about what Gren did today?

- That she ended up getting the Dog Walk after the tunnel

because that was a challenge.

- Yes, that was a challenge.

And Wink?

- I just felt connected and good running her.

It felt good.

- Yeah, and that independent backside send

was pretty sick too.

- Yeah, it was good.

- I was really...

I think I was most happy with Rad and I

on the same page today,

because I trained him last night

and it didn't go nearly as well.

There's more going on in the arena

and he tends to get more stimulated

when there's more things to watch and herd,

but he was very good today.

And Funkee, I don't know.

Funk's just like the good old faithful, I tell ya.

She's 10 and...

- Pretty perfect.

- Yeah, she's doing really good.

I like to end my training sessions with her

so that I can leave on a positive note.

so we're gonna have to start picking a time

to come and do this, so that we can enjoy ourselves,

she happened to be watching the vlog

that we posted the other day where I was at Ren's

and I was looking through the toys

and was looking for this special toy

that Funkee Monkee really loves.

It's a baby cuz with feet, in red, of course.

And she told me that she saw this

and wanted to let me know that

Ren's had actually discontinued it,

but that she could order some in for me especially.

So, this is like the best news ever.

So I ordered five of them and

I'm going to head down to the Ren's Pet Depot sale,

tent sale, tomorrow down in Waterdown and pick them up.

Funkee's gonna be so excited.

Five brand-new babies for her to play with

at the next competition.

This is awesome.

Now, before I head home, I'm going to make a very quick stop

at one of my favorite stores, Michaels.

Love my crafts.

My friends Jamie and Ange are heading out to Vancouver

on Tuesday or Wednesday

and they are going out to compete

at the Canadian National Championships,

so I wanted to make them like

a little going-away present type of thing,

since I can't go with them.

Usually we're like the three amigos,

so I'm sad I'm not going,

but they're gonna have so much fun

and they're going to do awesome.

So I thought it would be nice to

give them a little something before they head out.

It just started pouring rain,

so I just had to make a run for it

to get back to the car as I came out of Michaels.

I got Jamie and Ange something that I can't show you.

I'm gonna have to wait.

They're really cute.

But I did get this.

It just so happens to be that

Ken and I both have a name that starts with K,

so that's gonna be fun.

So I've gotta get a few groceries

and then head back home for the night.

So I just got back from running my errands.

I thought I would come out onto the deck

and snuggle with the puppy a little bit.

The weather still so warm and beautiful.

Now I am really happy that I found something fun

to give Jamie and Ange before

they head out to Vancouver next week.

They're heading to the Canadian National Championships,

which is also a tryout for one of the world teams

for Canada next year for the 2018 team.

Now, I normally go on these adventures with my girls,

but I decided to take a little bit of a step back this year

and not travel so much.

The last couple years,

I've been competing and teaching a lot

and basically living out of my suitcase,

so I kind of decided that this year

I was going to take it a little easier.

And I'm glad that I did.

I was able to be home and spend a bit more time with Slyce.

And also, too, I have a new puppy,

a little bit more training with her.

Oh, you are ridiculous.

A little bit more time with my family,

so, although it's sad to sort of miss out

on some of the fun, it's certainly hard to see the pictures

and feel their excitement and not get to go and share it,

it definitely was the best decision.

So next year I can maybe think about going on more trips

if I decide I want to do that again, but for now,

I'm happy just hanging out on the deck with my puppy.

Eh, girl? Yeah.

The Prince and Princess of Wales' marriage turmoil and sex life is laid bare in a new

documentary - with Diana claiming her husband asserted his right to have a mistress.

Using controversial video tapes of Diana speaking to her voice coach, the UK Channel 4 TV program

chronicles her relationship with those closest to her in her own words, reports news.com.au.

When she confronted Charles about why Camilla Parker Bowles was still a part of his life

Diana said he replied: "Well, I refuse to be the only Prince of Wales who never had

a mistress."

Diana confessed she found solace with her married police protection officer Barry Mannakee,

a relationship she suggested was not sexual, but in the tapes she reveals she considered

fleeing the Royal Household to be with him.

She also claimed she had sex with her husband Charles "once every three weeks" but it fizzled

out six or seven years before the tapes were made, around a few years after Prince Harry

was born in 1984.

The Princess claimed Prince Philip had told his son he could have an affair with Camilla

- if his marriage had failed after a set period.

In the video recordings - aired in a US documentary 13 years ago but never screened in the UK

- a relaxed and candid Diana said: "My father-in-law said to my husband 'if your marriage doesn't

work out, you can always go back to her after five years'.

"Which is exactly - I mean, for real I knew that it had happened after five (years) - I

knew something was happening before that but the fifth year I had confirmation."

Diana described how she approached the Queen, or "the top lady" as she called her, for advice,

and in the footage she still appeared visibly dissatisfied with the response as she told

the story.

She said: "So I went to the top lady, sobbing, and I said 'what do I do.

I'm coming to you, what do I do?

And she said 'I don't know what you should do.

Charles is hopeless'.

"And that was it, and that was help."

The Princess hired Peter Settelen between 1992 and 1993 to help with her public speaking

voice, following her collaboration with author Andrew Morton on a biography, and ahead of

her bombshell Panorama interview in 1995.

The footage, captured at her private residence in Kensington Palace, shows Diana rehearsing

her speaking voice.

Speaking about Mannakee, Diana, said she fell "deeply in love" with the officer but when

he later died she described the moment as the "biggest blow of my life".

At the time in the mid 1980s she was a mother caring for young princes William and Harry

and said: "I was quite happy to give all this up ... just to go off and live with him.

"Can you believe it?

And he kept saying he thought it was a good idea, too."

Rumours of an affair between Diana and Mannakee spread throughout the Royal Household, and

he was assigned to other duties - or "chucked out", as Diana put it.

He later died in a motorcycle accident.

A batch of some 20 videos had been held by Scotland Yard after being seized in a January

2001 raid on ex-royal butler Paul Burrell's home.

The content of the tapes was regarded as so sensitive that the prosecution agreed not

to use them in Burrell's Old Bailey trial which collapsed in 2002.

The tapes were later sold to American broadcaster NBC for an undisclosed sum and excerpts were

broadcast in 2004.

he's just delivered another major win.

The president sent out a tweet on Friday announcing car manufacturers Toyota and Maza would be

creating 4,000 new jobs and investing $1.6 BILLION in a new manufacturing plant in the

US:

Even better, the two companies will be working together to innovate electric vehicles- developing

"connected technology and [collaborating] on advanced safety technologies."

Toyota already has six plants in the US, but Mazda will be gaining a foothold in production

capacity in the US market through this new deal.

Mazda currently ships to the US, its biggest market, through Mexico and Japan.

President Trump slammed Toyota earlier this year for its plans to build a new factory

in Mexico.

The president then suggested he would put a border tax on Toyota's cars.

The plan will be completed by 2021 and they two companies have not yet announced where

the new plant will be located- wherever it is, it's great news for the US and the American

people!

Or for those trains to run out of the garage and in to the yard.

And even through the garden.

What is unusual about my model trains is that they also run out of the garage and through the laundry room.

And the kitchen!

And these aren't HO scale trains, the most popular size of model trains.

These are MUCH bigger.

They're G-scale... about four times the size of HO.

This is the newest addition to my collection...

And with the addition of Percy to my collection, that makes EIGHT G-scale locomotives here at my house.

I thought it would be an interesting challenge to set up a layout where I could run all eight of them at the same time.

And that's NOT as easy as it sounds!

Because G-scale trains draw a lot of current.

And even though the power supply that I use to run my trains...

...is basically the largest, most powerful type they sell in the model train world...

I have to actually have TWO of them in order to run all 8 of my trains at the same time.

Now I wanted to show you a photo that's very special to me,

but very bittersweet.

I don't know how well you can see this, but it's a photo

of my two oldest kids, my boys, in their double buggy

in a park on a beautiful day, and Max he was around three,

is enjoying what looks to be a diet coke.

Louie here is about 12 months old is kind of looking

longingly at the diet coke.

And on the one hand I think it's such a sweet photo.

And on the other hand, I think, what were you thinking,

to let these children who are still in their pram

to let them have a fizzy drink?

And the truth is they had a lot of fizzy drinks

over the years because although I never bought them,

my husband, bless him, used to buy them quite a lot

when we were out or on holiday.

And they got a taste for it very, very young.

I knew they were bad, but I didn't know at that stage

quite how bad they were.

So I used to bite my lip.

I was never happy about it, but I didn't put my foot down.

And if I could turn back the clock,

wouldn't that be nice,

I would not let my kids near any fizzy drinks,

but I didn't know any better,

my husband didn't know any better,

and it happened and it's in the past.

And there's nothing I can do about it.

So what I would say to you is whatever you ate or drank

in the past, whatever you gave your kids to eat or drink,

it's in the past, maybe you didn't know any better,

just like I didn't know any better.

And I think it's important to forgive ourselves and just

focus on the future.

So just look at in the here and now what it is

that we are putting in our body and our children's bodies.

And that is what will influence our future health.
