percentages these are the different packages that you can go with for me

spring seems to be the most attractive all right now I did put money into this

site so you know if I wasn't willing to put my own dough into it then I wouldn't

be making a video on it right now alright so as far as how it worked what

I do like all right I like the fact that the duration is very short you can do

anywhere from five days to 45 days I chose to do the spring for 2% 45 days

okay now this is 45 total days they only pay you on business feeds okay so that

can get a little confusing but so yeah they all come with a little calculator I

did about 400 right near it so my estimated earnings are three hundred and

What are the healthy vegan products

The basic that you should have

If you want to follow a healthy vegan diet

To make this video

I will use the book "The new vegan cook book"

and the reason is that the book in the first chapter

has the vegan pantry products

or the vegan products to store

I prefer to make food at home

As it is more guaranteed

So let me introduce you to 4 ways to get the products

The first option is make the products at home

Tofu is made from Soy beans

seitan from flour

Almond milk from almods

Coconut milk I made it before on the channel from cocnut

This is the first option to make it at home

the second option is

search where you are

When I was in Cairo and I was trying to eat healthy

and follow the macrobiotic diet

I was looking for brown rice

and nori and all that related to macrobiotic

in whole Cairo at that time

there was about 25 millions

There was two shops selling those products

2 shops for 25 million people is nothing

but of course the demand

or the number of people interested in this diet

is not much

but I was able to find those shops

Now you are for sure more lucky than me as there is internet

and you can simply

check the Facebook groups for vegans

You will find Vegan Kuwait, Vegan UAE , and Vegan Egypt

I mean

try to find in the society where you are

people who follow the plant based diet

and they share the places they discover

or the products they find

and of course you can search on google

for anything you need

The third way is contacting local farmers and producers

In every country there are people who are growing organic

and make local products

at home

so you can also

through the internet to contact them

Here in Croatia

It has developed, every Saturday and Wednesday

Those farmers and producers gather in a market

and we find they made Jams,

and yogurt,

Tofu and seitan

In addition to organic vegetables

Every Saturday and Wednesday we buy form them

If this is not available in your country

You can contact those people directly

and check how can you get the products

If no one is producing the products where u r

Why don't you start and produce them

Tofu, Seitan, yogurt and such stuff

easy to be made at home

Let's start with the first thing in the vegan pantry

which is the beans

It is a source of protein

You can buy it in bulks and it can last if you keep it in

cool dark place for about 6 months

You can make a batch of it

save it in the freezer and use it when u need

I give you examples of this

soy beans, all its kinds

Lintel with all its kinds

I thought about the Quinoa

Do I classify it with the beans or the grains

As it has 8 kinds of amino acids and has a full value

of protein so I will classify it with beans

Now for the nuts

It has high nutritional value

It can be almonds

walnuts, cashew

Pistachio, hazelnuts, pine nuts

Peanuts and sesame

I made from the walnuts butter before

Tahini is made from the sesame

Peanut butter is made from the peanuts

Now for the oils

What is important about oils is to use cold pressed oils

I usually use olive oil

and you can use the extra virgin for salads

There are many other oil options

such as coconut oil which I used

in vegan recipes before

such as the coconut biscuits

vegetables oil, corn oil, peanuts oil

Canola oil

There are oils with added herbs

such as olive oil with rosemary

or with basil

walnut oil and hazelnut oil

All Soy products have high nutritional value

of course I will try in another video to make

each product and its nutritional value

From soy beans you can make tofu

and soy milk

you can make for example soy kofta

I made it before on the channel, in Ramadan

Now for the vegetables

Veggies are supposed to be organic

if not available

then try to wash it well

or some of the veggies and fruits can be

soaked in water and vinegar for a bit

to get rid of the toxins in it

some of the options that you should have are

garilc, ginger

Greens such as Spinach

cabbage

parsley , rucola

Mushrooms is one of the important options

Full grains such as

Integral rice and pasta

grains which makes integral pasta

oats is very nice for breakfast

I used it in recipes before

Barley

From integral wheat integral flour

and today I am making a pizza

Chia seeds I add it to smoothie

I also use it to make pudding

Sun flower seeds

is very good in bread or in salads

now for products not mentioned in the book

I use it as basics

Such as agar agar

starch

I use them

to give a thickness

so I used the agar agar in the cheese cake

in the last layer of the cheese cake

I added agar agar it is healthy

with no animal products

The nutritional yeast which is used in many recipes

specially the cheese, if you want to make cheese

at home it is a basic ingredient

if you don't have it you can buy it

from iherb

Flax seeds comes in 3 forms

full seed, half crushed and grounded

It is used as eggs replacement in some recipes

The grounded can be added to salads filled with omega 3

also

Gomashio is sesame and sea salt

and nori can be added to it full of Calcium

Chocolate and cacao

in the desserts

basics, I made many recipes

using cacao and dark chocolate, specially

Spices

It gives a different taste the dish

I made a video before about organizing spices

you can see some of the spices I have

but what is important, Turmeric

Curry

As for salt I use sea salt

made the traditional way

natural not processed

where they remove the Iodine

then they add it again

not understandable

also there is the red salt

it has a certain smell

I use when I want to make something similar to scrambled eggs

using Tofu

so I use this salt to give

a taste similar to eggs

As we are talking about salt we will not forget

the Soy sauce for a salty taste

and I talked about a salt alternative before

Ume su

another important thing

also in the Macrobiotic diet which is

Miso paste

It is a fermented soy beans

empowering the immunity system

If you remember I made before with the miso paste

Miso soup

Now for sugar

I use agave and I use

Molasses, dates molasses

Pomegranate molasses

Rice molasses which I am using now

also dates

Stevia

Coconut sugar
