Hello I'm Julie Williams from Migration Downunder. I'm a registered migration agent

as well as a New Zealand immigration adviser and I'm going to be talking to

you today about skilled migration for both Australia and New Zealand and just

what the differences are. They're both very similar as far as they are points-base

you get allocated points for your your age, your work experience, your

qualifications and your occupations have to be on the list you put an expression

of interest in and if you have the sufficient points then you are invited

to lodge a visa application. Both Australia and New Zealand require a

skills assessment prior to lodgement of an expression of interest but I guess

the main area that we're looking at today is for those of you who are not

achieving an invitation through the Australian skilled migration or don't

quite meet the points for Australian skilled migration but want to look at

New Zealand thinking and believing that hey maybe New Zealand's a little bit

easier and simpler but unfortunately it's not so. There's a number of

different occupation lists in New Zealand very similar to that of

Australia where unless your occupation is on a list that is on the long skilled

term shortage list you are not going to be able to reach the required pass marks

for New Zealand. Current as of today the past marks for New Zealand requires a

minimum of 160 points and that's rarely achieved without obtaining the bonus

points of having your occupation on that long term skill shortage list or not

having a having a job offer as for similar to Australia, New Zealand gives

emphasis or provides more points for those that have got their achieved their

qualification in New Zealand and also who have achieved their

work experience in New Zealand so whilst you here in Australia and you perhaps

obtained a qualification in Australia whilst it will be recognised in a New

Zealand it doesn't necessarily give you additional points so really New

Zealanders skilled migration is no easier than Australia and when it comes

to getting bonus points for a job offer it has to be a genuine offer it can't

just be a job offer from a restaurant offering a restaurant

managers position or from the local supermarket for a retail manager's

position it really has to be a legitimate job offer that you have been

ensure that you've got the relevant work experience that's another big key as

well work experience both for Australia and New Zealand so if you haven't got

the work experience in Australia it's very unlikely you're going to achieve an

invitation for New Zealand migration so whilst it looks like it could be an

easier back door unfortunately immigration New Zealand

skilled migration is no simple than it is for Australia but if you do

want to have a look at your qualification and skills just to have a

look to see whether you would qualify please don't hesitate in contacting us

either on the phone by +61 02 9419-5411

through email info@migrationdownunder.com and hopefully we'll be able

to guide you further

Dream Team 2017/18 How does the game work? This years fantasy football game will be absolutely FREE for all players to play The total prize pot is an approximated £750,000 Game Weeks will run from Friday to Thursday £50m budget on 11 eligible players CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP TO DREAM TEAM.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all boasted their striker options this summer – bringing in Alexandre Lacazette, Alvaro Morata and Romelu Lukaku respectively. So, which one should you choose?.

Fantasy football tips: Which striker should you pick this season?. Alexandre Lacazette – 28 goals in Ligue 1 last season .

How will Lacazette adapt to the Premier League?. Arsenal finally decided to settle their striker woes by signing Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon this summer.

5m acquisition could prove to be a fine investment if he carries his Ligue 1 form into the Premier League. Judging by Dream Team's ratings provider WhoScored, Lacazette was the highest rated player in French football last season at 7.

What will Lacazette offer on Dream Team? Highest rated player (7.

57) in France last season 28 league goals in as many appearances for Lyon 61 points on Dream Team Europe after helping Lyon reach the semi-finals of the Europa League Want Lacazette in your fantasy team? Sign up here.

That puts him fifth in the Premier League player rankings, with just Eden Hazard (7. 81), Alexis Sanchez (7. 76), Paul Pogba (7. 72) and Harry Kane (7. 68) ahead of him.

28 league goals isnt too shabby either, with only Harry Kane (29) scoring more in the Premier League. Priced at an initial £50m on Dream Team this season, Lacazette is one of the cheaper forwards running shoulders with the top 6.

Alvaro Morata – 20 goals in all competitions for Real Madrid last season  .

Will Morata be a good replacement for Diego Costa?. The former Real Madrid star is nearly a Blue, having passed his medical with the Premier League champions on Friday.

But Morata was seemingly second on their summer wishlist in terms of strikers, with Lukaku reportedly the clubs first-choice. Still, Morata isnt exactly an understudy, proving to be useful striker over the last few seasons.

What could Morata bring to fantasy football? 15 goals and four assists from just 14 La Liga starts last season 20 goals in all competitions WhoScored rating of 7.

17 – better than Sergio Ramos and and Karim Benzema Fancy him to shine this season? Sign up to get him in your Dream Team now.

Despite spending much of last season on Real Madrids bench, accumulating just 1790 minutes in all competitions – the Spanish striker bagged 20 goals, including 15 from just 14 La Liga starts.

In fact, only Ronaldo outscored him at the Santiago Bernabeu this season as he consistently took his opportunities when granted them by Zinedine Zidane.

WhoScored, Dream Team's ratings providers, gave Morata an overall rating of 701 and a La Liga rating of 7. Romelu Lukaku – 25 goals in the Premeir League last season .

Can Lukaku match Zlatan for goals this season?. Man United struggled to score goals last season, albeit Zlatan Ibrahimovics haul of 17 in the Premier League.

But with the big Swedes future at Old Trafford still undecided, United needed a new hero to grab the goals. That hero appears to be Romelu Lukaku.

How did Lukaku get on in fantasy football last season? 25 goals and six assists 7.

50 rating on WhoScored – the tenth best in the Premier League 247 Dream Team points Fancy Lukaku to shine? Get him in your fantasy football team now.

Snapped up for a cool £75m, the former Everton man amassed 25 goals and six assists in the Premier League last season and accumulated 247 points on Dream Team, while WhoScored gave the 24-year-old a 7.

The towering Belgian has the advantage of Premier League experience over Lacazette and Morata, but is the pricier than Lacazette at £60m on Dream Team.   Paul Pogba and Romalu Lukaku celebrate strikers move to Manchester United.

How does fantasy football work?. The setup for Dream Team is rather simple – as a manger you get a budget of £50m to spend on your team of 11 players.

Game Weeks will run from Friday to Thursday this season and you'll be allowed to transfer out players who have already played in that Game Week.

Each manager gets a maximum of three transfers a month – so it's important to pay attention to upcoming fixtures. And if the incentive of beating your mates in our Mini-League system isn't enough, there's a whopping £750,000 prizepot at stake too.

Dream Team is back and better than ever. Which fantasy football team names are the most popular?. Team names have become almost as important as picking winning sides in recent years, with the punnier the better the general perspective.

So whether it's Lallana in Pyjamas, Giroud Sandstorm or Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtel, take a look at our foolproof list to help you decide. Which new players are on the game and how much will they cost?.

Its not just about Morata and Lacazette, with other Premier League clubs just as busy this summer adding high profile reinforcements.

Liverpool have splashed the cash on former Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah while Manchester City, as always, have loosened the purse strings again with a number of expensive recruits. Who are the best bargains?.

While wed all like to be able to pick a team of superstars, that £50m budget means you also need to have an eye for a cheeky bargain.

This season there are quite a few intriguing options available, with Vincent Kompany (£3. 5m) and Ander Herrera (£30m) both at eye-catching prices.

In attack, West Ham new boy and Manchester United favourite Javier Hernandez is £3. 5m which seems like pennies for guaranteed goals.

How to Measure Your Truck or Jeep's Bolt Pattern | Truck Accessories Explained - Duration: 1:52.

Hey guys, Ken here with 4 Wheel Online and welcome to Truck Accessories Explained.

One of the factors you have to look at when buying a new set of wheels for your ride is

the PCD or Pitch Circle Diameter, more commonly known as Bolt Pattern.

You'll see the bolt pattern listed as the number of bolt holes and the size of the Pitch

Circle Diameter.

For instance, the Jeep Wrangler JK has a bolt pattern of 5x5.

That means that there are 5 holes for lug nuts and the bolt pattern has a diameter of

5 inches.

You may also find the diameter measured in millimeters, which for the JK comes to 5x127,

but we'll be sticking to inches.

So, how do you find your bolt pattern?

Well, you can google it.

But if you want to make 100% sure you're spending your money on the right wheels, you

can measure your vehicle's bolt pattern very easily.

If you have 4, 6 or 8 lugs, you'll measure from the center of one hole to the center

of the hole on the direct opposite side.

So let's say you have a 2017 Silverado, you'd count the number of bolts, which is

6, and then measure from center to center to find a distance of 5.5 inches.

That means your bolt pattern is 6x5.5 inches.

Now, 5 lug wheels are slightly different due to the odd number of lugs.

So, if you've got a five lug wheel, instead of measuring from center to center, you'll

measure from the center of one hole to the edge of the other.

This is because you can't actually get an exact diameter if you don't have opposing

lugs.

So on a 2017 Ram 1500 you'd count the five lugs and get a measurement of 5.5 inches for

a bolt pattern of 5x5.5 inches.

That's it!

Now you've got one very important piece of the new wheel puzzle sorted out.

Be sure to watch the rest of our Truck Accessories Explained videos that cover other important

wheel topics.

Until next time, I'm Ken with 4 Wheel Online.

diy crackley eggshell pendant or ornament - Duration: 2:56.

I started by covering a wooden shape in white glue

then covering it with broken up eggshell and allowing to fully dry

once the glue was dry, I painted it with black paint as a base coat and allowed to fully dry

then painted on the color I wanted and allowed to dry

once dry, I went back in with the black to fill all the little cracks

before the black paint completely dried, I took a wet cloth and gently rubbed off excess paint from the surface

this might also pull up some of your colored paint and expose the eggshell color if you're a little firmer.

once all the paint had dried, I coated it with a layer of mod podge dimensional magic to make a shiny raised resin like coating.

once the top coat dries, glue a jewelry bail or ribbon on the back for a pendant or ornament

What kind of yoga to choose? Bhakti, gyan or karma? - Duration: 4:20.

What is your true nature? Does your mind always work more

your heart or are you a person of action?

The choice of your path depends on it.

You need to understand by whuch mean you will improve.

Everyone has a mind and a heart.

Everyone loves and thinks.

But who is the boss within you?

Who is the leader?

If your heart is your leader, then the path of love suits you better.

If your mind leads you, after all it's our minds that decide everything,

then you'd better do gyan-yoga or karma-yoga.

Radhe-Radhe.

Radhe-Radhe.

And if a person has a Spiritual Master, he through his knowledge

will understand which path suits better for his disciple.

And he can and will give advice.

A disciple and a Master may have two different paths.

A Master may have achieved God through love, and his disciple is achieving Him through mind.

I'll give you an example.

In India there lived a saint yogin named Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.

He himself was a bhakti-yogin.

He was a worshiper of Goddess Kali, was Her devotee.

And through his love (bhakti) he achieved God.

His disciple was a very famous person, his name was Vivekananda.

He was achieving God through gyan-yoga.

He loved his Master very much, but still he was constantly analyzing,

reading a lot, and wanted to understand everything with his mind as well.

Everyone has his own path.

And Ramakrishna Paramahamsa helped his disciple to achieve God through gyan-yoga.

Radhe-Radhe.

Narayan, Narayan, Narayan*. (*One of the names of God).

Deep Diaphragmatic or Belly Breathing - Duration: 4:28.

Hi, there! My name is Marina. How are you today? Hope you're well. You're in right please.

We gonna try deep diaphragmatic or belly breathing with you together. It's one of

the most powerful exercise you should use during the day to get yourself

balanced and grounded. What's the secret? Let's have a look. You know how babies

breathe? They breathe from the belly. Adults breathe

mostly from the top of our chest and body doesn't get proper oxygen supply

to all our organs and systems. Diaphragm is a strong dome shaped muscle

between the abdomen and chest. At first this way of breathing may feel awkward,

but once you become familiar with the technique you will be able to reduce

stress by taking a few deep breath like that! Belly breathing provides a

wonderful massage actually for your internal organs, you can use it after

your lunch at work to help with digestion. Just one more thing before you

begin with any exercise make sure talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.

Now, how to do it. Stand tall, sit or lie down if possible.

Breathe IN and OUT through your nose, take a moment to notice the sensation of

your breath coming into and leaving out the body. Count IN – 1 to 4 and when you

breathe OUT – 1 to 6. Place your palms on your lower belly,

relax your abdomen. When you're ready, inhale and notice how you belly rounds and

your hands gently rise. As you exhale, notice how

your belly releases inward and hands gently fall. Continue for a few more

watching this gentle rise and fall.

Let's do it together! Breathe IN – one, two, three, four.

Breathe OUT – one, two, three, four, five, six. Well done.

Avoid pushing your belly, just help with your hands gently.

Be patient and relaxed, your body knows how to do it. One more time. Breathe IN – one,

two, three, four. Breathe OUT – one, two, three, four, five, six.

Very well! One more time, breathe IN – one, two, three, four, nice and deep. Then

exhale and take all your worries and anxiety, breathe them out – one, two, three, four,

five, six. Let it be, let it exist. One more time breathe IN – one, two, three, four, and

OUT – one, two, three, four, five, six – with smile to your heart. Inhale – one, two, three, four.

Exhale – one, two, three, four, five, six. Inhale - one, two, three, four.

Exhale – one, two, three, four, five, six. So, your diaphragm goes down when you inhale –

one, two, three, four. And when you exhale diaphragm goes up – one, two, three, four,

five, six. Inhale – one, two, three, four, exhale – one, two,

three, four, five, six.

How does it feel? So relaxed, isn't it? Three belly breathing, three times a day

and see what magic happens! We spent an amazing time together, I hope you enjoy

it. Subscribe for my videos and you'll get much

more! Open your heart to all that is good.

An Introduction to Hybrid or Blended Learning - Duration: 3:40.

What is Hybrid or blended learning?

Simply, hybrid or blended learning refers to practices that combine face-to-face with

online teaching and learning.

Note: I will use hybrid learning to refer to this model but know that blended and hybrid

typically refer to the same thing.

Is this the same as flipped?

No.

You can flip a course without technology but technology is at the core of the hybrid model.

The main difference relates to your goals and why you choose each model.

In the flipped model, passive learning activities are completed outside of class so that students

can spend time in class actively learning with the instructor.

When technology is used a flipped course can also be a hybrid course.

Why hybrid learning?

Start with your learning objectives and goals.

Will moving to a hybrid model improve outcomes?

The hybrid learning model increases the number of instructional strategies and learner engagement

opportunities.

Things to consider What are your goals and objectives for student

learning?

Does the course content and learning activities lend itself to meeting in-person less often?

Are there extenuating circumstances that require this course to meet less often (e.g., limited

access to classrooms, competing schedules with research or other courses)?

Are there learning activities that would be better suited for the online environment?

Do you have a combination of residential and online students enrolled in the course?

Do I have time to redesign the course?

With this last question, remember that there are resources that your Digital Education

and Innovation team can provide.

In addition to consultation and support we have The Check, our guide to online courses

design.

Which is great for face-to-face, hybrid or blended, or fully online courses.

Hybrid course designs fall along a continuum where goals and objectives align with different

types of content, assignments, and assessments.

Here are some examples to consider.

Online content and activities can provide an alternate way to engage learners.

For example: collaborations.

peer review, student created content, and adaptive learning.

Online content and activities can save instructors time while giving learners flexibility and

convenience.

For example: quizzes and exams that are all or partially auto-graded.

Another example is learning analytics Online student interactions with the course

can be tracked and analyzed.

May lead to earlier interventions and increased retention.

Hybrid or blended synchronous learning Online-only students participate with face-to-face

students in a shared environment.

May require additional hardware and software for example video conferencing equipment,

microphones, and software like WebEx.

That is a quick introduction to hybrid or blended learning.

Remember that members of your Digital Education and Innovation Team are here year round to

support your use of academic technologies.
