The latest UNSC sanctions have been labeled arguably the most stringent set of measures

imposed on any country in a generation.

Kwon Jang-ho helps us evaluate effectiveness of Resolution 23-71 in hurting Pyongyang's

revenue stream.

Hailed, once again, as the toughest ever sanctions on the regime, the UN Security Council have

estimated that it will cost North Korea over a billion U.S. dollars a year, effectively

slashing its annual export revenue by a third.

The sanctions include a full ban on outbound shipment of minerals, as well as limiting

the number of North Korean laborers overseas, and prohibiting new outside investments.

"The sanctions restrict foreign investment in North Korea by prohibiting new joint ventures

and additional investment by existing venture firms.

It's a blow for the regime... as it was trying to attract global firms."

However, as seen in previous instances, the effectiveness of the sanctions relies on how

strictly they are implemented...main by North Korea's closest ally, China.

Beijing's agreement to the resolution has been seen as its disapproval of Pyongyang's

ICBM tests, as well as a 'goodwill gesture' to Washington.

However...

"Whether they will show a 'goodwill action', not just 'goodwill gesture'...

I'm afraid that the action that we expect will not likely to materialize, because there

is a fundamental geo-political interest difference between China and the United States."

More than 90-percent of North Korea's trade is with China, and although recent government

figures from Beijing have shown that imports from North Korea have fallen since the last

round of sanctions, experts warn that it's not the whole picture.

"When you analyze China-North Korea trade relationship and when you follow after numbers,

it's going to be a losing game all the way...numbers can be changed and manipulated.

There are so many dark areas and grey areas of illegal trade going on."

During a press briefing at the ASEAN Regional Forum on Monday, even the U.S. Secretary of

State, Rex Tillerson, showed hints of doubt on how much of a real impact the sanctions

will have on the regime.

AP - PHL US 20170807Ix "I think perhaps the more important element

of that is just the message that this sends to North Korea, of how unacceptable the entire

international community finds what they're doing."

North Korea on its part has condemned the sanctions.

In a statement released on Monday, the regime said it would not be rattled, and vowed to

retaliate against the U.S., while continuing to build up its nuclear arsenal.

FINAL DECISION What Trump Just Said About Jeff Sessions will Seal His Fate - Duration: 10:48.

McConnell Just Served Hillary Some COLD Hard Truth That Will Have Her Hanging Her Head

In Shame

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has had a rough couple of weeks trying and failing

to repeal and replace Obamacare.

However, GOP legislators, with pressure from President Trump, have vowed to come back and

reform healthcare.

In the meantime, McConnell tried to put a positive spin on a tenuous situation on Saturday

during an interview with local radio station WFPL.

McConnell said:

"I choose not to dwell on situations where we come up a little bit short."

Then he dropped the hammer:

"Even on the night when we came up one vote short of our dream to repeal and replace Obamacare,

here's the first thing I thought about: feel better, Hillary Clinton could be president."

Mitch McConnell has a lot of faults, but this time he totally nailed it.

Republicans can get so caught up in what they haven't been doing that they forget- conservatives

have done A LOT, and no matter what, it's a heck of a lot better than it would be if

Hillary Clinton had won.

The GOP is the best hope we got for getting health reform right- with President Trump

steering the party, we have a lot of reasons to hope our other political representatives

will get

this right!

#Chelsea: Why the Blues will struggle to repeat last season's glory - Duration: 8:19.

Chelsea: Why the Blues will struggle to repeat last season's glory

What is failure? Of course the term itself is subjective and there is no general rule of thumb when it comes to failure, but for Chelsea, anything less than finishing in the top four of the Premier League can be classed as such.

Antonio Conte won the title in his first season in English football, but in truth it's unrealistic to expect them to do it again.

The Manchester clubs have invested well, it would seem, and the top of the table is set to be one of the most competitive yet, arguably with six teams all capable of finishing first.

Based on their performance in yesterday's Community Shield, Conte will be left worried ahead of the new season. In fact, the warning signs have been there throughout the summer.

The defence was disjointed and sub-par, creativity was left lacking in the final third whilst the squad itself looked desperately thin. RealSport ask whether Chelsea are doomed to fail in the coming season. - The smallest squad in the Premier League:.

It's a close call between Chelsea and Tottenham for the smallest squad in the Premier League, but it's concerning for the Blues that they've added three new faces over the summer and actually appear weaker than when they finished the previous season in May.

Tiemoue Bakayoko arrived from Monaco, but Nemanja Matic left. Whilst Bakayoko is arguably an upgrade on the Serb, it leaves the Blues without depth, especially since Nathaniel Chalobah was sold to Watford and Ruben Loftus-Cheek loaned to Crystal Palace.

What happens if Bakayoko is injured? Well, he already is and will miss the start of the season, leaving Conte with N'Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas, a midfield duo that lacks the defensive strength of last year, on which the team's system thrived.

Alvaro Morata joins the strike-force, but he's replacing Diego Costa. Instead of just one untrusted back-up in Michy Batshuayi to support the reliable 20+ goals per season Spaniard, Conte now has two relatively unproven forwards.

Antonio Rugider, moreover, was signed from Roma to bolster the defence, but it was a case of one in, two out as both John Terry and Kurt Zouma left on a free transfer to Aston Villa and on loan to Stoke respectively.

Although Andreas Christensen returns from his two-year loan at Borussia Monchengladbach, will he be trusted to deputise in the Premier League?. - The issue with wing backs:.

That's three new faces at Stamford Bridge and a weaker-looking squad to begin the season, depleted of numbers and lacking enough quality to improve on performances last year. This issue, though, is most pronounced with Chelsea's wing backs.

Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso were solid options on the flanks of the back five, tracking back and bombing forward at high intensity for 90 minutes every week, but that will change significantly when asked to do so twice each week.

It's entirely unrealistic to expect them to play to such high levels of intensity in the Premier League and Champions League.

The key to success is a useful rotation policy to ensure key players remain fit and healthy all season long, but Conte has left himself without the personnel to do so.

As such, both Moses and Alonso's performances will drop and they may find themselves more prone to injury. - One injury away from disaster:. On the topic of injuries, imagine what would happen if Eden Hazard got himself injured.

Against Arsenal, Chelsea were extremely blunt in attack and clearly missed Hazard's decisive influence in the final third. Moses scored from a set piece and, other than that, Chelsea very much played on the back foot in a counter-attacking mind-set.

However, they lacked the attacking impetus and directness that Hazard provides. Pedro, for all his quality, tried his best to imitate the Belgian's influence, but he can't do what Hazard does in that free role.

The Spaniard is best in a structured role on the right and frankly he isn't as creative as Hazard.

It was a noted feature of their game last year that they lacked creativity without Hazard and struggled to break down low-block defensive systems, and it could be made worse next in 2017/18. - Signing Morata is a gamble:.

How could it possibly get worse than Hazard being injured? When Hazard was injured for parts of last season, albeit extremely infrequently, Chelsea could rely on their bullish striker Diego Costa to dig them out of trouble.

Through sheer brute strength or desire, Costa would find a goal from somewhere; he just had that quality. Without his 20 Premier League goals, Chelsea would not have won the title.

Alvaro Morata, a big-money acquisition from Real Madrid, represents a different option altogether from Costa. That's manageable, though, if Conte makes some slight tactical adjustments, but his signing is still a gamble nonetheless.

Costa was the catalyst that brought Hazard and Pedro to life, the focal point of the front three, and there's no guarantee Morata will adopt the role as well as his predecessor did.

Furthermore, last season was the first time he scored double digit goals (15) in the league in his career, a terrible record for a £70 million 24-year-old from Juventus and Madrid.

The point is that Morata doesn't guarantee goals in the same way Costa did, hence the gamble. Chelsea won the Premier League last season because they didn't have to contend with Champions League football, it's as simple as that.

Conte had the time per week to meticulously work with his players and keep them fresh, fit and healthy. This has been denied.

The Blues were lucky with the manageable amount of injuries they suffered and consequently were able to play to a high level of intensity each week.

It's not possible to do so twice-a-week without a bigger squad and Chelsea's current squad size leaves a lot to be desired.

Currently, Chelsea are one injury to a key player away from a shock season. It's going to be a mighty struggle.

Trump Just Accomplished Democrat's Worst Nightmare And It Will Put Obama To Shame

While Donald Trump and the Republican establishment may not see eye to eye, they have little choice

but to curry favor with him.

The reason?

His spectacular abilities as a fundraiser.

Every Republican who intends to rely on the party for financial help during next year's

congressional races better be thankful for Mr. Trump.

That's because Trump is the reason the Republican National Committee has managed to raise $75

million in the first 6 months of this year.

Compare that with the fact that, in Obama's first 6 months, the Democratic National Committee

had only raised half that!

Because of Trump's popularity with his base, they have been willing to donate more money

than ever before.

In fact, the party raised more cash online in the first 6 months of 2017 than it did

in the entire of 2016!

And the RNC is 100% loyal the Trump.

RNC chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel, who happens to be Mitt Romney's niece, has said

"[t]he American people put him in office to accomplish his agenda."

And while he's at odds with some GOP establishment, the ones who are coming up for re-election

won't openly defy him.

They absolutely need him.

I'm not sure what that says about them.

Or maybe I am.

And it's not pretty.

If you're proud of our President, please SHARE this everywhere!

And comment "I'm proud of President Trump!"

5 Apps That Will SAVE You Money When You're Shopping - Duration: 5:37.

There are so many apps out there, nowadays that will save you money. It'd be silly not to use them. So today

I'm going to round up my top 5 favorite apps for saving money when you're out shopping

Alright first app that we are going to talk about is ShopKick

ShopKick is a really fun app because essentially you can do---

...Because the way that it works is there's different ways that you can get kicks and then you can redeem the kicks for gift

cards at participating stores

so basically there's four different ways you can earn your kicks to redeem them for gift cards. The first way is just by walking into

a store

walking into certain stores

We have the app open will immediately give you kicks

The second thing that you can do it is scanning for specific items while you're in the stores. There might be certain items that are on sale or whatever.

all you need to do is scan the barcode you don't have to buy it and you'll get kicks.

Third way you get kicks is just from buying from the store

all you need to do is connect your

Credit card or debit cards to the app and then every time it sees that you shop there

It will give you kicks. And then the fourth way that you can get kicks is

By buying specific items that are sort of like featured on the app so like as I'm on the way in the store

I'm going into CVS

I will go to the store offers

And I'll see all the items that are currently available for offers then if you buy any of the items that are offered

you just

submit your

Receipt and the pending kicks will come in. And that's all your need to do...rack up your kicks

And then you can redeem them for gift cards at these stores

The next app that we are going to talk about is ibotta. Obotta a gives you cash back for buying certain items

you can shop either by stores or by

products

And when you find a product that you want to buy all you need to do is click the little plus sign next to it

To add the cash back reward and different items will have you two different things sometimes

It will make you watch a video

sometimes it will just give you the rewards sometimes you'll have to answer a question or take a survey

But once you do the little task, they are then available

for the cash back on this item. So then only you need to do is buy this item at one of the

Participating stores, you can always see these by going to "my rebates" and it will break it down by store for you

So whatever store you're in at that time you can just go ahead and click it. It will let you know

What rebates you have available for that store when you buy that item and the item is verified that you

purchased it through the app the rebates will basically just

start flowing in. You can even connect your PayPal account to this so the money will go right into your Paypal account .

You don't have to do it right before you shops you can sort of just collect rebates over time and whenever you're in stores check what

rebates you have available

And then you basically just get paid for shopping and buying items that you would buy anyways .

Our next app is one I have talked to you guys about before and that is RetailMeNot

RetailMeNot, essentially just scours for all the coupons that might be available at every store and displays them for you right on the app

So the way that I use this is basically as I'm on my way in the store

I will pull up the app you can search by store

And it will show you all the coupons currently available in store or online, so you can also do before you check out online

It will show you whatever coupons are currently available

And I use this all the time and it saved me money every single time I stop. In general

it will save me a few dollars

maybe 10% of my order

But when I've combined two coupons before I've actually saved as much as 50% using the RetailMeNot app.

Our next app is ShopSavvy and what I love about this one is it essentially allows you to check any

product across all of the different retailers including places like Amazon to find the best price.

so if you're standing in a store

You can actually just pull up the barcode reader

And the barcode really quick and see if the price you're getting at the store is really the best deal or not

another cool thing about this app you can set up a watching area where you sort of select items that you're thinking about buying or

You want to buy and you'll get notifications

Whenever those items drop in price or go on sale.

Our last money-saving app is Earny

And what Earny does is pretty cool it connects with any of your accounts that give a cash back option.

if a price goes lower

So lots of stores and credit cards will actually offer you cash back

If the item you buy goes for a lower price for example you buy an item that's $100 in the price next week

Or the week after goes down to 75 you would that $25 back

But usually there's something you need to do on your end you have to fill out some paperwork and like show your receipts and most people

just don't end up doing it because it's time consuming.

The way Earny works is it does all of that for you. It gets receipts from your inboxes,

and then it searches for lower prices if the prices does drop lower it goes ahead and

it fills out all the paperwork for you and gets you that cash back for that lower price

Alright guys there you have us those were my five favorite

money-saving apps for when you are shopping.

If this is your first time coming to my channel

I would love if you hit the subscribe button down below before you go

I post new videos every single Sunday about things that will save you time or save you money and don't forget to turn your

Notifications on by clicking that little bell button that way you'll get notified every time a new video is live. If you would like to

See some other of my favorite money-saving apps. Maybe my favorite apps for budgeting or for saving or investing

Let me know in the comments down below. These ones were really just focused on the apps

that will save you money when you're out and about shopping. As always

I hope you guys are having an ink antastic day, and I will see you guys next Sunday in my next video

I'm gonna give a shout out to Michael for lugging himself around on his crutches to help me film today's video

blog husband awards at its best. Poor guy.

President Trump's Latest Announcement Will Have EVERY American Worker

Yelling "HOORAY!"

President Trump promised during his campaign to bring manufacturing back to America, and

he's just delivered another major win.

The president sent out a tweet on Friday announcing car manufacturers Toyota and Maza would be

creating 4,000 new jobs and investing $1.6 BILLION in a new manufacturing plant in the

US:

Even better, the two companies will be working together to innovate electric vehicles- developing

"connected technology and [collaborating] on advanced safety technologies."

Toyota already has six plants in the US, but Mazda will be gaining a foothold in production

capacity in the US market through this new deal.

Mazda currently ships to the US, its biggest market, through Mexico and Japan.

President Trump slammed Toyota earlier this year for its plans to build a new factory

in Mexico.

The president then suggested he would put a border tax on Toyota's cars.

The plan will be completed by 2021 and they two companies have not yet announced where

the new plant will be located- wherever it is, it's great news for the US and the American

people!

What Will The Earth Look Like In 100 Years? - Duration: 3:21.

Hey there and welcome to

Life Noggin.

While my animator can delete me with a few keystrokes, hey watch it buddy, it can be

quite a bit more complex to bring an end to the human world as you know it.

At the risk of being super morbid, let's take a look at just how the last scenes in

our movie about humanity might play out.

I just hope there's a sequel… or at least an after credits scene.

Ya know for earth 2.

We know the effects of global warming and climate change are scary and are going to

affect our future but global climate change has already affected the world in many observable

ways, from loss of sea ice, to the accelerated rise of the sea level, to shifting plant and

animal ranges.

But if global warming doesn't bring an end to the world, then what might it cause the

world to look like for generations down the road?

Future human youngsters might have to deal with long term effects of global climate change

like increasing temperatures, greater occurrences of heat waves and droughts, stronger and more

intense hurricanes, and the Arctic Ocean becoming free of ice.

In fact, the sea level is supposed to rise 1-4 feet by 2100, further increasing flooding

in many parts of the world.

Maybe we should let the future humans know they should try and learn how to live underwater…

or at least get some cool snorkel gear.

Going even further, life for the next generations might be riddled with other complications

of climate change like famine and social or political instability.

But life in the future might not be all bad!

One thing humanity always seems to be good at, and I'm a little biased here, is creating

wonderful new technologies!

A type of technology that future generations might have as part of their lives are brain

implants that could allow people to connect to the internet.

Even the modern marvel Elon Musk is on board with his recent launch of the company Neuralink.

This startup company aims to create what Musk calls "neural lace", which would be technology

that's built into the brain that could create a wireless interface between human noggins

and computers.

There also still seems to be a push for flying cars to be a part of our future.

While there may be some safety and practicality issues, a study from the University of Michigan

found that two thirds of Americans want to ride in or operate their own airborne vehicle.

Uber seems to want to capitalize on that desire with Uber Elevate, which has hopes to one

day have a force of VTOL aircrafts, or "vertical take-off and landing" vehicles, for urban

transportation.

You humans sure do love the idea of flying!

I don't meant to brag, but I can teleport.

Huma Just Revealed Hillary's DARKEST Secret In Newly Released Emails That Will Leave The World STUNN - Duration: 13:02.

Huma Just Revealed Hillary's DARKEST Secret In Newly Released Emails That Will Leave The

World STUNNED

Uh-oh!

The Judicial Watch just got their hands on some prime Hillary Clinton emails that reveal

the huge conflicts of interest she had between her position as Secretary of State and her

role in the Clinton Foundation.

The emails in question were sent to and from Hillary's right-hand woman and personal

assistant Huma Abedin- and they are JAW DROPPING.

Many of the emails are from donors, including a Clinton library donor, asking for jobs or

meetings.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said of the discovery:

"Pay to play, classified information mishandling, influence peddling, cover ups—these new

emails show why the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton's conduct must be resumed."

He later said in an interview with Fox News:

"It's hard to tell where the Clinton State Department ended and the Clinton Foundation

began.

It was almost like a seamless operation—nowhere on these emails does anyone say 'Mrs. Clinton

is not involved in the foundation.

Stop coming to us for favors.'"

These emails are truly scandalous.

Here are a few examples:

Warren Buffet's son, Howard Buffet Jr., emailed Abedin to ask for a meeting between

his father, a major Clinton donor, and Hillary Clinton to discuss "food security."

Abedin replied "we will take care of this."

Miguel Lausell was a member of the Clinton Global Initiative and donated $1 million to

the Clinton Presidential Library.

Lausell asked for Abedin to seek an appointment as ambassador to the Dominican Republic for

one of his friends.

It is unknown if his friend became ambassador due to redactions in the email.

Clinton's brother, Tony Rodham, also emailed Clinton aids several times, once asking for

help with a "green card renewal" and again asking for help for someone involved in a

criminal case in the country of Georgia.

Clinton's friend Sidney Blumenthal worked for a political party in Georgia.

This looks terrible for Clinton and definitely suggests criminal and corrupt behavior.

Judicial Watch JUST released these emails today- you can read them all here.

We need to spread this FAR and WIDE because we KNOW the mainstream media isn't even

going to bother covering this huge scandal.

Share away, patriots!

BTS Suga's Pick Up Line Will Either Work On You Immediately Or Not At All - Duration: 1:12.

BTS Suga's Pick Up Line Will Either Work On You Immediately Or Not At All

BTS made a series of dating simulation videos for their ARMYs as part of their 2016 MUSTER anniversary event.

During one of these dating simulations, Jungkook took ARMY to a coffee shop for a cute coffee date and gave them a choice on how to pay. The choices were as follows:.

ARMY, clever as always, chose the fourth option because the ARMY is sarcastic and amazing. Jungkook, however, said the real answer was actually choice #3 – they buy coffee, hell buy dinner.

Suga, though, thought none of the options were good. Instead, he believed ARMY should pay for both the coffee and the dinner. Then he dropped this bombshell. Now, for some, this is the perfect pickup line.

For others (like the rest of the members) it was possibly the most grossly cute, cringe-worthy thing Suga has ever said. So, did it work? Watch the full clip one more time to see if Sugas words really do the magic trick.
