motherboard works as a power supply to filter voltage and current
first we will check its motherboard

now we will check its button panel
there is an IC 7805 in button panel
whose last '5' shows that it gives output voltage of 5V
and input voltage will be greater than 5V
but we find that it gives only 2.8V in output
and it receive only 1.9V as input
we find that a micro resistor of 10ohm is damaged
and this resistor is dropping most of our voltage
so lets repair this resistor
