Moon reconfirms now is time to enhance pressure and sanctions on North Korea - Duration: 1:44.
As he was leaving New York, President Moon, one more time said he wants to see more pressure
put on North Korea and urged the regime to stop its belligerence.
And again, he said dialogue -- no matter the forum or format -- is the best way to resolve
the North Korea issue.
Hwang Hojun reports.
Just before taking off from New York's JFK airport to return to Seoul, President Moon
Jae-in held a brief press conference onboard Korea's Air Force One, once again urging North
Korea to put an end to its continuing provocations.
Referring to Pyongyang's nuclear tests and missile launches, a total of eleven since
President Moon took office in May,... he said the regime's actions left the world no choice
but to strengthen pressure and sanctions.
President Moon also reiterated the need for his administration to come up with new and
creative ways to deal with the ever-escalating tension on the Peninsula.
Some of those changes were already mentioned during his keynote address to the U.N. General
Assembly on Thursday local time, calling for a multilateral dialogue to fundamentally and
peacefully resolve the North Korean nuclear issue.
However, he said any new approach will also have to wait until North Korea halts its provocations.
When asked about the revival of the six-party denuclearization talks,.... which included
the two Koreas, the U.S., China, Japan, and Russia,...
President Moon stressed that as long as it solves the issue in a fundamental way, the
format of the dialogue doesn't matter.
As he closed the press conference, President Moon remarked on how tough the itinerary had
been because of the jetlag, but he assured reporters that all of his engagements during
his four days in New York had been made public.

Tony Robbins: That It's Time To Change Your Life ( Tony Robbins Law of Attraction ) - Duration: 17:05.
Everyone has different values everyone has different goals or dreams cultural
background religious beliefs but human beings have something in common we have
the same fundamental needs when your needs are met you are lit up like a
Christmas tree you feel alive you feel passionate when your needs are not being
met you're gonna feel a level of frustration or anger or fear or
uncertainty or stress or maybe just boredom that just sucks the life out of
a human being all of us have two things we really want
to master if you think about it we have things we want to make better change or
improve I mean I don't care who you are if you're totally honest there's always
an area of our life we'd like to make better you know if your career is
perfect your body's out of shape you know if your body's great you probably
don't have enough time with your kids if you spend all on time of their kids your
intimate relationship is probably not passionate if your relationships really
passionate maybe you're not taking care of your finances I mean it's the nature
of human beings to focus on certain areas and miss others and they tend to
buy this later on what I do is create a process where you're able to figure out
what it is you really want and each of the years your life that are most
important what it is that's missing show you where you want it help you find out
where you want to go and then show you a set of strategies to maximize it but
then we click on the part that makes it all move forward which is your emotion
in your psychology I mean think about information without emotion is forgotten
if I asked you you know where were you on the day of you know 9/11 no matter
where you are in the world American or not most people member the moment they
heard it what was around them where they were what they experienced if I asked
you where were you on six eleven most people have no clue you know if I asked
you what you know anything I asked you about the house and emotional intensity
- there's this vivid understanding of memory so what we do is take the
information to change your life and attach an emotion to it within yourself
to get you to follow through and that's what makes it enjoyable and it's also
what makes it work many years ago I was asked a very interesting question
somebody asked the question as for Hannah Senter aren't sad Tony can you
change people that don't want to change of course you can change people don't
want to change all you need is the right kind of if you have enough leverage
where change becomes an absolute now for some people leverage is not even the
threat of their own life some people rather die than have you tell them what
to do and so that's not the leverage the leverage for them might be something for
their children leverage of them might be spiritual growth all of us have a
leverage point if you find the leverage not the leverage you make someone do it
the leverage that will make them make themself do it we all have some place
that will get us to fall through now if you get enough leverage and if you
interrupt the pattern enough how many of you ever had a pattern when you're a kid
and you had like some obnoxious uncle or something and you were trying to be
upset and they come like rub your knee on the head or some fish make you crazy
and you couldn't stay upset because they kept doing this to you how many others
have and say ah if you have enough leverage and you break someone's pattern
enough times a new pattern will show up if you're conscious you can create the
new pattern so the answer is yes now then the question would be Tony if all
it takes is leverage then why don't most people change and I had a lot of answers
to that but that night I'm a night person that night I'm wired up after a
seminar that's like two o'clock in the morning it was December and so I flip on
the television of the back for some white noise looking for CNN and I come
across the old Christmas classic this Christmas Carol right a Dickens classic
and I see it in black and white and I start watching the movie and a memory of
her being a kid and as I'm watching this thing I see this man named Scrooge who
clearly doesn't want to change in fact he's certain he doesn't need to change
because what's happened is his life went through a lot of pain and when he got
pain he looked for the source of that pain and he said it was being close to
people so he decided his people equals pay
remember the red squares we talked about so now he wants to avoid people and he's
mean to people now he's also very wealthy financially he makes up this
belief to because I mean and tough with people I'm rich the truth is he's
financially rich if you watched the movie you read the story when everyone
else is gone who's still working he is he's hard-working he's thrifty smart
he's intelligent but he thinks he's rich because he's mean so he doesn't want to
lose being rich he doesn't want to lose not being hurt so he has a belief be
mean to people and everything works out even though he's miserable can we have
beliefs that make no sense and yet still believe them yes or no sure if we just
get wired so I'm watching this guy now the only way people change is if they
associate either enough what pain so they have to change or they associate
changing will equal enough what and ideally if you get both you'll change if
you get every moment I do this the pains getting more and more tense there's a
point where you must change and if you get if I change it gets pleasure you're
gonna want to change how many follow but what equals pain and what equals
pleasure is what you associate your nervous system so what happens is the
only way you create change is changing what you link pain and what you link
pleasure to in your nervous system that's just in your head in your gut
that's what controls you lots of times in your head you know what you should do
but your gut takes over your fear or your greed or your desire or you comfort
or whatever who knows what I'm talking about here say I
but watch this how many of you used to have a favorite dessert or a food or
form of alcohol that you really really really loved and then one night you had
an experience like never before where something happens where this food
of this drink of this alcohol that you love so much it went down but it kept
coming back up at a level of intensity and with enough
aroma and pain an association that to this day it takes the willpower just to
think of that alcohol or think of the smell of that food or look at it makes
you appalled makes you repelled who's good who's that an experience like this
Neil I say I tell me what that change was was that a change in willpower no
all that happened is your brain changed what it used to link pleasure to and now
link pain - were you thinking of pain it takes the willpower you're gonna
avoid it the problem is so are you linking paying the things you need like
exercise right or pain what you need like a relationship all right and it's
the wrong Association but it's going to control your life your job is to change
what you link pain and pleasure to so that night what was pleasure became pain
and now takes no willpower you just avoid it so we call that changing what
you associate the things in your nervous system or for short a neural associative
change now there is changing in your neuro your nervous system what you
associate pain and pleasure - so by the way in this Christmas Carol story
justice man Scrooge changed his life yes or no he didn't want to change does he
change his life a little more completely and by the way how fast heartbeat
I want evening how does it happen three your associative conditioning specialist
show up in his house right three ghosts show up and what do they do they get him
to link a massive unbearable amount of what to all the things he did in the
past around people then they go to everything he has in the present pain
and everything the future pain - there's so much there was no word escape here's
the other reason why people don't change because right now my relationships in
pain but it was good in the past so you escape having a change by remembering a
good time or I might be coughing and having these problems with cigarettes
right now but you know what George Burns lived to be 102
he smoked cigars by the way and he's 1 out of 10 billion people that pull that
off but let's not confuse ourselves with ratios so you make up what the future is
if your present is painful you can escape to the past and get out of the
pressure to change how many follow to say I or you can escape to a future
because no one knows what it is for sure and you can make it up but if your brain
links it's been painful in the what past in the S key even worse in the they'll
change like that who here has ever stayed in a relationship that you knew
was not right for you it wasn't right for you wasn't right for them who was
ever stated relationship way too long who's done this before raise your hand
say ah it wasn't good for you wasn't good for them yet you stayed why why
because even though it's painful in the present what you do you said it'll get
better over there in the future why'd you finally changed who here finally
changed that say I how'd you do it your brain went it's painful now it was
painful in the past it's gonna be worse in the future that's it that's what I
call a Dickens pattern when you lock in pain in all those places there's no
place to escape so you change it's like if you put a wall here a wall here and a
wall here and we closing in on you amazingly you'll move forward that's
what we're talking about giving yourself leverage on yourself that way not having
someone else do to you you do it to yourself that's when you got the power
again how many get it safe
this could be the greatest time you ever live if you control what you focus on if
you find a more empowering meaning and if you decide to model the actions of
those who succeeded before you it can be the best financial time the best
emotional time that a spiritual time of your life but you better take control of
your state and if you think you're gonna do it just by today you're wrong you're
gonna need to get yourself some rituals right now every one of you this room is
controlled by your rituals I don't just mean this one I mean every morning you
get up I know your body I can look at your body right now and I can guess your
rituals some of you your rituals to work out five times a week I can see it
clearly four to six times a week it's obvious because you couldn't look
like that if you didn't do that some form of workout I don't care if it's
walking lifting whatever somebody it's obviously lifting weights as part of you
can see by that man's muscles I know I know what his rituals are because your
life comes from your rituals but you don't develop the ritual you're kidding
yourself how many degrees me on this rage against AI and there are rituals to
put you in state no rituals to take you out of state you have rituals in your
relationship you have rituals with your body you have rituals around your
finances and the rituals that worked in the reaping time of fall and the markets
and in business and in real estate those rituals won't work now if you do the
right thing at the wrong time you get pain I'll say that again if you do the
right you go but Tony I'm doing the right thing but I'm not being rewarded
if you do the right thing that's the wrong time you don't get rewarded you
can pay so you better do the right thing at the right time and to do that you
better know what season you're in to do that you better learn how to change your
state how to take control of your own conditioning that's what I live for
does this make sense to you yes or no come on guys yes or no so now it's time
to train yourself to do that I'll show you how fast it can change try this just
for a second I want to show you what you can do with just focus try this for a
moment I'm gonna give you a test sit up in your chair with some energy make sure
buddy next using strong state if will otherwise adjust their state come on
change your physiology what are they gonna do see if they're ticklish up
might help I'll do this I want to look around this room right now and find
everything in this room that you can find this Brown as fast you can mr.
Brown mr. Brown mr. brown from around look around you look for
brown look for brown look for brown okay close your eyes I'm gonna give you a
test with your eyes closed now shout out loud everything you saw that was red if
you see a lot more Brown right now than red
say yes open your eyes look for red now I want you to really look for red look
for red look for red look for red anything exciting it's red look for red
all around you look for red raise your hand if you feel it more at this time
and say aye why did you find more red this time cuz
seek and you shall that's right whatever you focus on you're gonna find
it in fact let me tell you something you'll even find it when it's not there
how many saw burgundy called it red just so you can have more things you counted
raise your hand say aye come on see whatever you're looking for
you're gonna find so if you want to change your life my friends you've got
to change your physiology and you gotta change your focus by the way how fast
can you change that stuff how fast my throw it's how fast how fast come on and
a heartbeat once you reach Ange your conditioning that's all you got to do
ain't gonna fast you do it a question or two try this right now answer this
question in your mind and be honest what in your life today if you want it to be
could you feel proud about right now if you want to feel proud if you do like I
shouldn't be proud if you want to feel proud what could you be proud of in your
life today your children your health your body is there a problem you've
faced instead of running from it you finally stepped up and handled it could
you feel proud of in your life to that if you wanted to feel proud how many
could pick us up and when you think about this thing you're proud of what
about that makes you feel proud what do you focus on that makes you feel proud
how do you breathe when you really start to feel proud that's what kind of look
on your face starts to happen when you let yourself feel proud yeah how's it
feel
think of another area lies there your life that you're grateful for or you I'm
not grateful if you wanted to be grateful what's an area you could feel
grateful for okay if you feel grateful for if you really wanted to feel great
how many can think of something you can feel grateful for these here's your
hands and what about that are you grateful for what do you focus on that
makes you feel grateful how does it feel when you're really truly feeling filled
with gratitude here's one if you wanted to be excited about your life right now
and you were willing to be excited you want a book everybody else's trend what
could you feel excited about in your life if you wanted to feel excited what
could you get excited about if you really focused on it and you really took
it in you were in a negative place what could you get excited about if you
wanted to be excited in your life what could you get excited about
I believe you can think of something you feel excited about right now right and
let me see your head say aye when you're really excited about it what about that
excites you or when you're really excited how do you feel how do you speak
what's your life like by the way when you're excited does it tend to touch
other people yes or no absolutely by the way do people have a tendency but who
feels different right now they're just even a couple moments ago raise your
hands say aye why because focus is controlled by
questions if you ask a different question continuously that once
continuously you will get a different answer if you ask a lousy question you
get a lousy a certain a lousy state so he said why does this always happen to
me it doesn't always happen to you but the brains like a computer asking a
question you don't have to come up with an answer because you deserve it you
idiot someone will say how come I can never
lose weight you can't lose weight but if you keep saying how come I can ever lose
weight that means gotta come answer goes you're a pig
lousy questions create what lousy answers ask a better question get a
better answer now here's what I want you to get I want you to get that you can
change your state how fast guys how fast how fast and if you get the habit of
doing it you have a different life

More than often I think
Puffy would say,
"Man, you got to chill.
Like you just a little
bit too intense.
You know, you got to relax."
Like, "Yo, man, I'm here

I ain't sang in a week."
I mean I'm 13 years old like

I'm telling him,
"Look, you're going to put
me in the studio man.
You got Biggie Smalls
in there you got Craig Mack
in there. You're going to
make me a priority too.
I'm not here to party
with you. I don't want to
go to the clubs.
Matter of fact, I'm too
young to even be in here.
Why you got me in clubs?"
I think as a kid I realized
hey look, that's not my
ring, that's not my moment,
that's not my bottle.
That's not my drink,
that's not my celebration,
so I'm not here to celebrate.
I wanted people to be
excited about me the way
that they were excited
about him. I wanted my
own success.
So, I would stay at the studio.

Take Your Time【CEOtaku 2017 OP】 - Duration: 1:49.
Same old beatings Keep repeating on and on
And emotions lost through numbered piles of data
Fingers brawling Bodied, crawling Out of sight
Slowly losing the war but not the fight
It's game over; painted black There's no other way: just run it back
The clock keeps on ticking but smash it; take your time
Cause you won't be left behind Your heart cannot be confined
By the darkness you outshine Don't you let yourself be undermined
Hate can't ever bring you down Let your pride roar and resound
Don't let numbers call the shots and cast all that you love into naught
Think it through Keep your head up and just take your time

In Mexico, a race against time to find earthquake survivors - Duration: 6:24.
JUDY WOODRUFF: Grasping for a sliver of hope.
A life-and-death drama played out today, two days after a 7.1 earthquake struck Mexico
City and the surrounding region.
The death toll stood at 245, with more than 2,000 hurt.
Our William Brangham is there, and filed this report.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: From dusk to dawn, and all through the day, they dug, trying to reach
what they thought was a young girl trapped in the ruins of a collapsed school.
The tale of the girl called Frida Sofia has gripped the country since early yesterday,
when rescuers first heard her voice coming out of the wreckage.
MAN (through translator): Yes, she told me her name.
Apart from just her name, she told us there were two other kids, and that there were other
bodies.
We don't know if the others are alive.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Then, at mid-afternoon, word from the Mexican Navy: There is no missing
child at the school.
MAN (through translator): We are sure it wasn't real, because, I repeat, we collaborated with
public education, with the delegation and with the school, and all the totality of the
children, regrettably, some are deceased.
Others, I repeat, are at the hospital, and the rest are safe in their homes.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: At least 26 bodies have been recovered from the school.
All but five of them were children.
But on the day of the quake, a girl and a boy were pulled alive from the rubble.
A man had called to them to crawl through an opening in the side of the building, and
they found their way out.
Those small victories gave the rescue crews and volunteers the hope and strength to keep
going.
The quake hit Tuesday afternoon near the Puebla state town of Raboso, 76 miles southeast of
Mexico City.
Since then, officials say more than 50 survivors have been freed in dramatic rescues across
the area.
Last night in the Del Valle neighborhood of Mexico City, rescuers were met with applause
as they carried out a man who'd been trapped in a toppled apartment building.
The scene was similar in the La Condesa neighborhood.
Hundreds of rescuers searched to find four women believed to be trapped in this rubble,
the remains of a seven-story apartment building.
We spoke with one volunteer who arrived just 30 minutes after the quake struck and hasn't
left.
Have you been sleeping at all?
MAN: Just on the corner of the street, yes.
Some people haven't left.
It's just, we cannot leave, you know?
We have to stay.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Throughout the night, the work went on, removing dirt by the bucketful
to prevent further collapse.
MAN (through translator): I believe people need help, and I would like to think there
are still survivors.
And, honestly, I have always helped when there have been disasters.
My family and I have always helped in some way, either with provisions or by supporting
them, like right now with the debris.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: In the center of the city today, rescuers dug through the remains of
this textile factory.
It's estimated that about 100 workers, mostly Japanese, were inside when the quake hit.
There's no official count of actually how many people were inside this building.
It's estimated that about 30-some bodies have already been brought out.
But rescue workers here are working frantically because they believe that there is still at
least one other people who is alive inside the rubble who has been texting rescue workers
on the outside, asking for help.
Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has declared three days of national mourning.
In a televised statement last night, he offered his own condolences.
ENRIQUE PENA NIETO, Mexican President (through translator): The whole of Mexican society
is with you.
We're with you in your pain.
I reiterate to the residents of affected zones that you are not alone.
Working together, we are going to make it through.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Nieto said aid is also coming in from Japan, the United States and other
countries.
The help cannot come too soon.
Several buildings in Mexico City are feared to be near collapse, and officials face the
competing demands of trying to save lives, and beginning demolition work to ensure public
safety.
For now, though, every single person we have talked to here is determined 100 percent to
keep this solely a search-and-rescue mission -- Judy.
JUDY WOODRUFF: So, William, you have now been to a couple of these collapsed sites.
Tell us what it's like.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: The overwhelming response here is pretty incredible.
There are hundreds of people from all over the country and from other countries as well
volunteering their time.
They are taking time off work.
They're coming from all walks of life, and shopkeepers, construction workers.
I met a guy who runs a shop.
Everyone just feels an incredible pull to come out here and try to do something, anything
to help find anyone that might be left in this wreckage.
JUDY WOODRUFF: And how are these rescuers holding up themselves?
This can be very emotional.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: It can be emotional.
There are enormous false starts that happen all the time.
People get their hopes up, they hear a rumor, the crowd is suddenly silenced because they're
told that there's a sound that's come out of one of the rubble piles, everyone gets
silent immediately.
It's an incredible sight to see, where hundreds of people who have been working in very chaotic
circumstances get this upraised fist signal to be quiet, and they all do.
So, the fact is, though, most of the places we have been to, they have only been just
that, false alarms.
We haven't seen anyone come out of the wreckage alive in over a day.
One of the great disappointments here, of course, has been the news that the girl that
was thought to be inside this collapsed school may have turned out to simply be just hope
or a rumor or wishful thinking.
There are recriminations now afterwards on social media.
Everyone is now blaming one of the big television stations here for feeling like this story
got hyped, and so there is a lot of disappointment there.
But, still, people are eager and hopeful that they still might find survivors somewhere
in this country.
JUDY WOODRUFF: That's so tough.
And, William, is it your sense that the teams who are doing the rescuing have the supplies
they need?
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: They absolutely do.
In fact, there is -- again, characteristic of the response here in Mexico City, volunteers
have been overwhelmingly donating food, water, medical supplies, masks, goggles.
I mean, we have heard from several people that they don't need any more of that.
They are more than well taken care of here.
JUDY WOODRUFF: All right, William Brangham reporting for us from Mexico City, where they're
still dealing with this terrible earthquake, thank you, William.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: You're welcome, Judy.
JUDY WOODRUFF: And just moments ago, Mexico's president confirmed that the death toll from
the earthquake has now risen to 273.

Mexico earthquake: Rescuers' race against time to save girl trapped beneath school rubble
At least 237 people were killed by the 7.1-magnitude on Tuesday afternoon, making it the countrys most deadly earthquake in three decades.
Rescue workers have been looking among the rubble for signs of life, with some trapped victims even sending Whatsapp messages to their families. And there were hopes of a miracle when they found a little girl.
So far been unable to identify her as she is very weak. It comes after the dramatic rescue of a 12-year-old girl beneath the rubble of the same school. Workers communicated with the girl, identified only as Frida Sofia, who responded that there were two other students nearby.
But she could not tell if they were alive, according to broadcaster Televisa, whose cameras and reporters had special access to the scene.
Rescuers previously had seen a hand protruding from the debris, and she wiggled her fingers when asked if she was still alive.
Her distraught family waited in anguish nearby, knowing the bodies of 21 school children and four adults had already been recovered from the Enrique Rebsamen School.
They and other parents clung to hope after rescue teams reported a teacher and two students had sent text messages from within the rubble.
Rescuers moved slowly, building makeshift wooden scaffolding to prevent rubble from crumbling further and seeking a path to the child through the unstable ruins.
As in rescue scenes throughout the central Valley of Mexico, officials ruled out using heavy equipment as long as there were signs of life below.
Some 14 hours after the effort began, rescue workers in hard hats made an urgent plea on camera for beams and chains to support parts of the school ruins that were collapsing.
David Porras, one of scores of volunteers helping the search at the school for children aged 3 to 14, said: We have a lot of hope that some will still be rescued.
But were slow, like turtles. Rescuers periodically demanded total silence from bystanders, who would freeze in place and stay quiet, to better hear calls for help.
Similar efforts have seen more than 50 survivors pulled from buildings around the country, President Enrique Pena Nieto said in a national address. Such rescues lead to impassioned cries of Yes we can! from responders and bystanders. .
In Mexico City alone, 52 buildings collapsed. In all the quake killed 102 people in Mexico City and the remaining 135 from five surrounding states. Another 1,900 people were treated for injuries, the president said.
The quake struck 32 miles beneath the surface, sending major shockwaves through the metropolitan area of some 20 million people. Much of the capital is built upon an ancient lake bed that shakes like jelly during a quake.
Initial reports suggest that collapses were limited mostly to buildings that predated the 1985 quake, after which stricter building codes were enacted.
Rodrigo Suarez, chief operating officer at Mexico City-based apartment developer Hasta Capital, said: The central part of Mexico City, in the lake bed, is always going to be a complicated place to build. These old buildings (may) survive an earthquake or two or three, but since they werent built to modern code, theres always going to be a risk in major earthquakes. .
