Sean Spicer Gets Rejected By Every Major TV Outlet Because He "Lacks Credibility" - Duration: 3:11.
When Sean Spicer came out at the Emmys the other night, everybody laughed, everybody
thought it was hilarious, and even Sean Spicer seemed to be having a really great time.
But thankfully by midweek, his 15 minutes of fame were completely expired.
According to reports this week, people working for Sean Spicer, his handlers, his publicist,
or whatever you want to call him, have been talking to the big five networks: CBS, ABC,
CNN, Fox News, and NBC News.
And do you know what all of those media outlets told Spicer's people who were trying to get
Sean a job?
We are not interested because your guy has a real credibility problem.
Keep in mind, Fox News was among the networks that declined to hire Sean Spicer as a full-time
paid contributor.
Now, if I seem a little glib, it's because I am.
Sean Spicer is a name that most people in this country are aware of now, only because
he consistently went out there almost every day and lied to the American public on behalf
of Donald Trump.
He told lies about healthcare bills.
He told lies about crowd size.
He told lies about Obama wiretapping Donald Trump, which you know the Manafort story from
earlier this week did not vindicate that.
Manafort was tapped, not Trump.
Regardless, Sean Spicer is famous because he lied and also because he hid in the bushes
that one time.
But no network at this point is willing to take on that much of a liability.
Because in addition to just being a liar, Sean Spicer is also a very weak debater.
You know, say what you will about people like Tomi Lahren who consistently lie about everything
they talk about.
She at least can hold her own because she gets angry and defensive and knows when to
yell.
That doesn't make anything she says true, but it makes her entertaining.
Sean Spicer gets backed into a corner and suddenly doesn't know what to do.
That doesn't work when you go on a media panel trying to convince people that you're correct
and they're wrong.
So nobody want Sean Spicer.
Poor guy can't find a job.
And I know it's already tough in this economy to find a job, and I can't imagine how tough
it would be if you are famous, only because you've been lying to the American public for
about six and half months on behalf of the least popular president in American history.
Good luck with the job search, Sean.
Perhaps, try out Monster.com or CareerBuilder, or any of those other job websites, because
the corporate media gig that you're wanting to get simply isn't going to happen.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are making big moves this offseason in an attempt to make themselves legitimate NBA Championship contenders.
After this most recent move, paired with the trade for Paul George earlier this offseason, it's safe to say that they've accomplished that.
As ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported, the Thunder have struck a deal with the New York Knicks to bring Carmelo Anthony to town.

The deal is a huge one, as it now gives the Thunder one of the most powerful offensive units in the NBA, with Russell Westbrook, George and now Anthony.
Over the span of these two trades, they've traded Enes Kanter, Doug McDermott, Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis for Anthony and George, which is pretty amazing. Let's take a look at the Thunder's updated roster and starting lineup after the trade.

The Knicks getting Kanter in the trade is unquestionably the most valuable piece. He's young and could potentially carve out a big role in New York.
On the flip side, if the team opts to move him, they could also do so and add some additional players to the mix as well.
There's no question that New York is in a rebuild right now, but they certainly seemed focused on making a move to send Anthony out of town, and the return with Kanter isn't bad.
Even still, you have to wonder what their other trade offers may have looked like.
