Hoffenheim manager Julian Nagelsmann has a warning for Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson

The teenager is on loan at the Bundesliga outfit for the season and has made an impressive start to life in Germany, scoring four goals in as many league games and featuring twice in the Champions League

Having impressed during pre-season with the Gunners, many supporters were shocked that Unai Emery sanctioned a loan deal given the lack of natural wide players at his disposal right now

Although, early signs suggest the decision is a good one.  Not only is Nelson gaining valuable first-team experience but he's giving Arsenal fans a glimpse of what he's capable of ahead of an expected return to the Emirates Stadium next summer

With that said, Nagelsmann has called for calm surrounding the 18-year-old and wants the winger to avoid being stuck with the tag of a "one-hit wonder"

"Reiss has huge potential to develop," Nagelsmann said before Hoffenheim's 3-3 draw with Lyon, as reported by Onefootball's Lewis Ambrose

"He's excellent one-on-one with a great drive towards the opposition goal. That's why we loaned him

"We must be mindful. Nelson's scored four goals, two very important ones against Nuremberg, but he's also had bad games

"He needs to grow healthily. It's like in music – one song puts bread on the table but only for a few weeks

"It's not about being a one-hit wonder, but about delivering good performances over a long period of time

Being the best over 15 years.  "He's also had negative outliers with us. It's about delivering the positive outliers consistently, showing those over and over again

"Be careful when evaluating him. Let him grow in peace and don't get into his head

It's not easy to keep your feet on the ground at 18."  Keep up to date with the latest news, features and exclusives from football

An embarrassing situation 😔 - Duration: 15:13.

Day 13, just a small detail before we start.

I believe that in the Scandinavian countries, a double bed always means two single beds.

The two times I booked a double bed, that's what I got.

There is another thing that seems popular here, which is quite strange.

There are some establishments that provide rooms with beds, and the price does not include blankets.

Like here.

But no, I did not pay them.

I told her it was a total ridiculous and she was not stubborn.

It does not make any sense.

How can they rent a bed and charge extras for blankets.

Anyway.

A good day today, a 130 to 140km and I will start now

because it's already 9:05, that's a lot later that I'm leaving normally, but that's

because it included a lunch this morning.

So I enjoy, good fruits and all good things, yoghurt and ...

So in that time we benefit, but there I have to roll.

Since this morning I officially returned in the mountains, it goes up and it goes down.

It goes up it goes down, it never stop to go up and down.

Although, I would have to change gears now because I was going down and there it starts to go up.

Oh it's really beautiful here.

All the ranches, there are horses, beautiful horses ...

and valons everywhere, trees, green, it's super beautiful!

Today I have some little things to do on the edge of the water.

It's really boring it's so disgusting that I can't breath. ;) (ironicaly)

There it starts to look like Japan.

It go up and down since 3:15.

Up down, up down.

And the thing is that it is much longer to go up, than going down.

So the climbing part represents a lot bigger part of the day than the descent one.

I can climb a hill for 15 minutes to go down in a minute and a half.

And now, I'm going up.

It's been a while.

Since this morning I have already climb nearly 400M.

Ah!

I don't give up.

Ah! It's now time for the break.

And I found a good convenience store.

I have a sandwich, but watch out ...

An apple is the first time I see it in convenience stores in Europe.

I even have a banana.

Again this is the first time I see it in a convenience store in Europe.

A big bag of candys, this is good for morals.

The famous smoohie that I found the other day in smaller size and more expensive yes, but ...

And Jonathan told me that it was absolutely necessary that I eat this chocolate, he tell that it is the best in the world.

It's a Swedish chocolate.

I'll keep you updated about this.

Now it's time for serious things.

I have to taste the chocolate bar Marabou, which is a Swedish chocolate and when he

was talking about good chocolate I told him about Toblerone, which is in my opinion the best commercial chocolate.

And he was insulted, like what the Toblerone was shit next to that.

So here I have to have very high expectations.

Marabou.

Hum!

Well, it's true he's very good.

It is very, very good.

But the Toblerone is pretty solid.

I can not say that it's better than toblerone no.

But it is really good.

Very very good.

Woooowww !!

I just came across a rather embarrassing situation.

There is a little boy on a bike who comes to me, crying, he's about 10 years old, and

he explained to me that his mother's boy friend just banish him home.

And he does not know where to go.

He has no friend in town, he does not have family in town.

So I ask him where is his mother?

He says at home with him.

What are we doing in that time?

I mean, I'm in Sweden, I do not know not how it really works here.

Yeah so I ended up meeting someone else on the street and ...

I gave him the little boy.

She told me she could take care of it.

But wow!

Wow!

Well! We continue!

This is really a wonderfull spot.

It's just a shame that it's bad direction to take pictures, but ...

I swear to you, with eyes it's sick.

It's not a lake, it's the sea.

There are openings of earth which leads water so far.

It's sick!

Here I am on the seaside so we will eat sea stuff

In Sweden, all street names end with vägen.

I guess it means street.

Maybe not all, but probably about 90% of street names end with vägen.

And it's all in one word, there is no space ...

Hasvägen, Strömvägen, Vattenvägen Ocenvägen.

Good! It feels good all that, there, I am about two kilometers from the place

where am I going to go to sleep so I I'll go there.

And here I am practically at the border from Norway.

I begin to feel it.

Norway is one of the most expensive countries in the world after Bermuda and Switzerland.

Yesterday when I looked at places where could I sleep here, the prices

were substantially one and a half times higher than what I could find

before since I arrived in Europe.

I still managed to find myself thing with Airb&b quite reasonable.

So I will see for the rest what I will be able to find me to sleep at a

reasonable price, because I find that ridiculous to pay over $ 100 to sleep.

I find that too ridiculous when the bed sheets are not included tho.

But that's maybe being something normal thing aroud here because there is a

family who was in a room next door, they were four people and they

dragged their bed sheets.

I do not understand.

I can understand that ...

Maybe the institution can give a discount if the person uses his covers, but ...

Because the establishment does not have to wash them, but it does not have to be an extra is still ridiculous.

In addition it is necessary to put them.

Where did I sleep yesterday she wanted to charge me ...

The equivalent of $ 13 for the bed sheets that I had to install myself.

The other place where I slept the night before I feel like it was the same, but

in addition they asked me to remove it, to clean the room floor with the

vacum that was somewhere and also to change the trash bag in my room.

But what do I pay for?

So that's what will end the day, so see you tomorrow, heading for Norway.

For Hilary Swank, a 'vulnerable' role as the daughter of an Alzheimer's patient - Duration: 5:40.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Next, our fall film series continues -- tonight, "What They Had."

It is the story of a family coming to terms with the mother's oncoming Alzheimer's.

Jeffrey Brown has our look.

JEFFREY BROWN: Set in Chicago, "What They Had" is the story of a family coping as their

mother begins to suffer from Alzheimer's.

ACTOR: I have been telling them for years, you got to figure out what you want to do

with the time comes, because we all know how this thing works.

JEFFREY BROWN: First-time director Elizabeth Chomko wrote the screenplay based on her own

family experience.

ELIZABETH CHOMKO, Director: I was devastated by my grandmother's diagnosis, just because

she was someone I so looked up to and felt so close to and really assumed that that would

be the sort of end of her personality and the end of her spirit.

JEFFREY BROWN: The film opens with the elderly Ruth, played by Blythe Danner, wandering out

into the night.

HILARY SWANK, Actress: What do you mean she's gone?

JEFFREY BROWN: Daughter Bridget, played by two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank, returns

home to help the family decide what to do next.

HILARY SWANK: I felt the most vulnerable that I ever have as an actor in the role, because

it was playing someone that I felt was so similar to me, just a woman finding her way.

And for so long, women are just by nature nurturers and we take care of people.

It's just what we do and it's what we're taught to do.

So at what point do you say that this isn't right for me and I need to take care of myself

first, and stop pleasing other people in order to live my most authentic life?

JEFFREY BROWN: So did you also bring some personal experience to all of this?

HILARY SWANK: My dad got a lung transplant, and I was his sole caretaker.

I took time off, and I was just helping my dad for three years.

And I think it was definitely helps you understand what a crisis like this is.

And it helps to remind you to be living in the moment.

JEFFREY BROWN: Michael Shannon plays Ruth's son, Nick.

MICHAEL SHANNON, Actor: It's about the cycle of giving and taking care that happens in

families.

You know, you're born, and you need to be taken care of.

And then, as you grow up, you learn how to take care of yourself.

And then you learn how to take care of other people.

And then eventually you find yourself in a position where you need to be taken care of

again.

She hit on me.

HILARY SWANK: Who?

MICHAEL SHANNON: Not Emma.

HILARY SWANK: Mom?

MICHAEL SHANNON: Yes.

Yes.

She put her hand on my knee, and she was looking at me like wanted to -- she hit on me.

HILARY SWANK: Elizabeth, she's such a smart writer.

And you have to have, I think, levity, or you combust, right?

You just like...

MICHAEL SHANNON: Well, yes.

If you just come it from like a straight-up, oh, isn't this sad, isn't this awful point

of view, then you wind up with like a Hallmark movie of the week.

Who's that?

ROBERT FORSTER, Actor: Oh, what is that?

MICHAEL SHANNON: You know who that is?

BLYTHE DANNER, Actress: He's my boyfriend.

ROBERT FORSTER: See?

ELIZABETH CHOMKO: My grandmother didn't want to be coddled.

Like, she wanted to be treated like she always was.

And, you know, we were a family of teasers and laughers.

And when you know your heart is closest to breaking is when you're laughing loudest.

At least, that's how it is with the people that I love.

JEFFREY BROWN: The movie explores changing circumstances and how they impact family members

differently.

HILARY SWANK: It deals with so many layers of life, but, again, with levity.

There's parts of it that are laugh-out-loud funny.

And it's unexpected.

And that's what I love in movies, the unexpected.

MICHAEL SHANNON: Yes, there's a spontaneity to it, I think, which is odd, because it's

scripted.

But it feels like it's happening.

JEFFREY BROWN: When you're making a film that really just goes to this kind of, not only

family dynamic, but the loss of identity, right, it's kind of hard stuff.

HILARY SWANK: It's a coming-of-age movie, which we keep talking about.

And that means for everyone.

We're all coming of age in our own way and our own -- whatever time that is.

I feel like every year I'm trying to figure myself out, you know?

It's not just for a teenager or someone in their 20s.

It's like we're continually evolving and trying to figure out what's right and what's best

for us.

JEFFREY BROWN: Best for the characters and best for the actors playing in these roles.

MICHAEL SHANNON: There's two kinds of people that get into acting.

There are people that are very focused on narcissism or vanity or, like, I want to be

famous, I want to be in the spotlight.

And then I feel like there's people that get into acting because they're just genuinely

curious about other people, and they just pay a lot of attention to, like, what's going

on around them, and they have a lot of empathy.

HILARY SWANK: I became an actor because I love people, and I love their stories, and

I love what makes them unique, and I love what makes them similar.

I mean, we're all striving to either love or be loved in one way or another.

And circumstances may be different, but the feelings behind them are the same.

JEFFREY BROWN: "What They Had" includes footage shot by director Chomko's grandfather.

ELIZABETH CHOMKO: Just feel like family, like a scrapbook.

Right before her lucid moments, these little flashes of memory, what that might look like

in her mind.

JEFFREY BROWN: Moments that Chomko wanted to ensure she preserved.

ELIZABETH CHOMKO: The film is really inspired by memory.

I think I realized when I saw my grandmother losing hers that memories are this gift, and

that we really take them for granted -- or at least I had taken them for granted, because

they go away.

JEFFREY BROWN: "What They Had" is in select theaters now.

For the "PBS NewsHour," I'm Jeffrey Brown at the Toronto International Film Festival.

How an Unusual Temple Prompting Led a 26-Year-Old Youth Leader to Adopt one of Her Young Women - Duration: 10:30.

So we get home from school, and the Relief Society is in our living room.

They said, "Kids your mom's in jail." We're like, "Mom's in jail?"

We couldn't process it—we needed a glass of milk or something...

My mom, she was into a lot of drugs. My mom did a lot of heroin and other different

sorts of drugs. She wanted out. She was part of a biker gang,

but two sister missionaries found my mom in San Diego, and I think that was for the first time

she felt that she mattered.

That was our point of "We're going to church."

My mom was trying to get out of this biker gang, and so she got beat

really bad.

My mom went to the bishop, and the bishop told my mom, said, "Rene, you

got to get out of here. You got to take your kids and you got to go.

She put a map of Texas and spun my brother around, and he pointed to Corpus Christi.

And so we moved from San Diego to Corpus Christi, not knowing anybody but the Church.

We were going to find ourselves homeless. We were really poor, and so my

mom, over a period of time, I'm not sure the length of it, started writing checks

to herself, forging her boss's signature.

And she stole 30—close to 30 thousand

dollars from this company over a period of time.

I think the reason she stole

that money was because she was in a hard spot. But she was also stuck between the

natural man in her, and she went back to her worldly ways for a second and then

realized, "I don't want to be like this. This isn't who I am."

I guess she came home, she wrote a letter to her boss, and then she called the cops

on herself. She turned herself in.

The judge put her on probation.

Obviously, naturally, she lost her job. And so she got another job.

So, we had a plan in our head how life should work out, and it was complete opposite.

We really wanted to be parents, and so, for 15 years we did fertility.

We had three failed adoption attempts.

I just held her in my arms, I'm like, "Babe, we're fine. We have each other.

Things will work out. I trust that the Lord has a plan for us."

I don't know what that is. It would be nice to know maybe, sometimes, but you

don't really have to, and He's got something ready for us.

The story of

Dorothy started for me one Sunday. I was called to be a Sunday School teacher, and

I was in a classroom, talking to the kids, and I hear this, "Hey!"

And Dorothy walks in the

room, and she's, like, making all this noise.

I instantly fell in love with her.

Super spunky, and we've loved her from the beginning.

So, my mom went to the judge because her probation was coming to an end,

and the judge said, "Rene, you

owe a lot of money. I want you to come back in a week, and I'll give you your

sentence." And so she came home, and it was just her and I, and she sat me down at

the kitchen table.

She said, "Dottie, I'm gonna go to jail."

She said, "I don't know what, I don't know how long." She says, "But then I can be free

of this debt."

And I said, "Okay, Mom. Don't worry about me, I'm okay."

I went to my closet that night, and I prayed. And I said, "Heavenly Father,

my mom's going to go to jail, and I don't really have anybody."

She told us, basically, her story and asked us if we would watch over Dorothy while she

was getting some things taken care of. And obviously we're like, "Yeah of course.

We'll take care of her. We love Dorothy."

We continued to pray, and I think my mom fasted again,

and she went to the judge, and the judge completely cleared my mom's records,

took everything.

She was so excited. I wish you guys could have seen her. She was just

bouncing down the hall, and she said, "Naomi, the Lord can take me now, and I

will feel like my work is done."

After my mom was cleared from her records and she

was able to go to the temple, she had a feeling. She went to the Dallas, Texas,

temple, and she had a feeling that she needed to give me away. And so she came

home, and she went back to Kurt and Naomi.

And I told Kurt, I remember on the way

home I told him, I said, "Weirdest conversation with Rene. Like, so

awesome that she got clear, but she said these words: 'It's so great to know if

something ever happened to me that you would take care of Dorothy."

Of course. It's not

even a question. It's not, I mean there was never a hesitation. And again, I just

never—I never thought anything would ever happen.

I'm like, "That's great, that's cool. Sure."

I get a phone call from one of the other young women.

And she didn't have much information, but she just said they got in a rollover

accident, and we need to get up there as soon as possible.

I instantly felt, like, a responsibility to her. Like, I

instantly felt that she was gonna be part of our family.

It was an instant bond.

She said, "I talked to Kurt, we were praying, we were thinking really

hard about it. If you want to be a part of our family, we would love that."

And what was funny was, I never worried where was I going to live, what was I

going to do. Nothing like that crossed my mind, and normally that's terrifying.

I just lost my mom, that means I'm losing my house. Everything I know is gone.

And I never felt any anxiety or fear. I just knew that I was okay.

I show up to their

house, and I didn't go to my house. I went straight to her house, which was so weird,

because I'm so sick, I had just lost my mom, I'm showing up to this couple's home,

you know, that is absolutely spotless. And I did not grow up spotless, and I

just remember feeling very, almost out of place.

We learned together a lot. We

learned. We did. It's hard getting a teenager.

And something that was

difficult was, joining Kurt and Naomi's family, I had my mother. I had my life

before, you know, and so I almost couldn't feel a bond with Naomi.

I think that

Dorothy and I being so close in age definitely had a lot

do with us fighting. It was probably more like an older sister.

I almost felt

like she was intruding. But it wasn't really intruding. She was adding to what

my mom was already giving me, and Naomi added it.

She added her strength and her

divine to my life.

Coming together, the Lord put, the Lord put two broken people,

and put us together to make us, to make us whole.

Isn't that funny how He takes

broken hearts, and He mends them with other broken hearts.

The fact that she

wanted to go on a mission was amazing, and to see her change was incredible.

She came back a different woman.

But as I was going through, I was teaching other

families the importance of being sealed together, and I wasn't sealed to anybody.

And when I got home, I asked Kurt and Naomi, I said, "You know there's a

reason we need to be sealed in this life."

She told us that she had been praying

about it, and that her mom wanted her to be sealed to us.

We always wanted

that, but we didn't want to ask. We wanted it to be her decision.

So we went to the

courthouse, and we filled out the adoption papers, and the judge looked at

us crazy like, "You're adopting a 22-year- old?"

And so they legally adopted me, and I

got sealed to them.

She completed our family, and I didn't worry about all the

failed infertility, I didn't worry about the adoption, I didn't worry about kids

anymore because we had a daughter. And it was a long wait, but it was so worth it.

I have received blessings from being sealed to Kurt and Naomi in ways that I

can't explain/ And I love my Heavenly Father for having

that plan.

It's kind of crazy. They are grandparents to my children,

and they take care of them, and they call them papa Kurt and Nona.

Being a grandma is the

best. It's the best.

We have so much fun together.

I am today, I think, even better

because I have this strength of my past, and my mom. And I have the testimony and

how to grow in the gospel because of Kurt and Naomi.

Through this experience, I

have a greater faith that the Lord knows each of us individually. And He's not

always going to make it easy, and it's not always going to just be a smooth road.

It's going to be better than you even thought. It's gonna be better than than

you could plan for yourself.

We had a plan, and it didn't happen. And

this is better.

I think God gave me this life—everything that we do is to help

others come unto Christ.

I hope that before this life I was an incredible

spirit, I hope I was.

I hope to be the best. I want to be the one that the

Savior relies on.

Benefits of Starting a Nonprofit Organization - Running a Nonprofit Business [NEW] - Duration: 9:37.

- Hi Guys, Toby Mathis here with Anderson Business Advisors

and today I want to talk to you about non-profits.

This is near and dear to my heart

and I have a personal philosophy that basically

states that if you're good at making money,

you should be very generous and make sure

that you're taking care of those who can't.

I get this from something called The Gospel of Wealth

that was written by Andrew Carnegie

more than a hundred years ago,

Where he basically stated that

millionaires were the trustees of the poor.

In other words, not that you just give money away

but that you do good works with your money and help those

that may be not as fortunate as you or maybe they're not

as good at making money as you are.

If you are good at making money,

one of the best places to put it,

is inside of your own non-profit.

Now here's the thing, a lot of people say

"oh, non-profit that's horrible.

"What am I going to do with the money?"

It's an operating business.

In fact, whether or not you're around,

that thing may just keep on going on.

It's a great legacy tool to make sure

that your kids are taken care of

because they always have a place to work.

No better example than Milton Hershey,

who in 1905 created the Hershey Trust,

which established his charitable intent

and manages his various charitable activities.

Now charitable activities are basically falling

into a few different categories.

But it's for charitable activities, literally,

they call it charitable activities, education activities,

or religious activities all fall under 501(c)(3).

Those are the ones we're so used to dealing with

where you get a charitable donation for putting money in.

Right now if you put money into an operating charity,

even your own, you can write off up to 60%

of your adjusted gross income.

You did not mishear that.

If you make a million dollars

of adjusted gross income, you can give away

$600,000 into your own 501(c)(3).

If you have equivalent assets, like real estate,

or other assets that have fair market value,

you can give those in.

Those can qualify up to that 60% threshold.

There are a few rules depending on when you purchased it,

if you've boughten and gave it

in the year that you purchased it,

then you're going to be limited to your bases.

But otherwise if you've held on to a piece of property

for 10 years and its appreciated huge in value,

don't sell it and give money, give the asset itself.

If you've had stock that you have very low basis in

and it has run up over the years,

give the stock to your charity.

It doesn't pay tax.

You get a donation based off the fair market value.

So anyways, we get that money into the charity.

Milton Hershey again, great example, he set this up in 1905.

He died without children, I think it was 1930's.

The Hershey Trust continues to manage the museum,

a hospital, it was an orphanage and a school.

It's a tremendous school that helps kids without parents,

not just orphans but also if they're incarcerated,

over 2,000 kids a year,

continues to this day and is worth over

12.6 billion dollars

'cause its primary holding is the Hershey company,

the publicly traded Hershey Chocolate Company.

So this thing just keeps getting

bigger and bigger and bigger.

No family, no kids, no descendants and it's still growing

to this day and there's a ton of examples just like that.

That these things get set up and because

they don't pay tax, they continue to grow.

Now what qualifies as charitable activity,

If you don't want to be a church,

if you don't want to be those things?

Helping the poor in any methodology could be even providing

housing to them, helping them by providing them

rental housing or providing houses for them to buy.

Low to moderate income qualifies.

In San Francisco, by the way, $100,000

in a family can qualify as a moderate income family.

And if you're doing HUD houses

that is where your standard comes from.

You could be providing HUD housing.

That qualifies as a charitable activity.

You're providing housing for Vets,

you're providing housing for single moms,

you're providing housing for transitional housing

for incarcerated women who are coming out.

We actually have a great example of that

where they've just exploded because organizations like,

"hey, yeah we need this help.

"We need someone to help by housing them."

Boom, there's the charity sitting there.

Pays zero tax, doesn't even pay the real estate tax.

It allows you to actually increase your capita,

if you know what that is.

I mean, it allows you to actually get a lot more.

The difference is there are no private owners of a charity.

The great example that just popped up

is the founder of IKEA did not want IKEA to be sold

by his descendants and he knew that's what would happen.

He put the stock into non-profits before he passed.

That way there is a board that's watching over

his baby, the IKEA.

He left his descendants board seats.

They still have two out of seven,

I believe is what the number is.

But they can never get enough control to liquidate.

Which is what his fear was, is he wanted

what he started to continue to grow

and that's how he's protecting it.

And there's a lot of people that do that.

So it is a tremendous tool to create a legacy

that does not get stripped down

because someone decides to sell all your stuff.

And it continues even beyond you living.

It is not owned by shareholders.

This is important.

You do not own it, you control it,

but you can give control to future generations.

Nobody gets to just take the money.

If you want money out of a non-profit,

you're going to have to earn it.

You're going to have to work and get paid.

So, if you leave a legacy behind that is your non-profit,

and there's basically two flavors,

there's an operating non-profit and there are foundations.

Foundations are the ones that we all hear about.

The private foundations where you have to give money away,

5% of the assets every year.

That's what they would have to do.

But an operating non-profit does not, it can just continue

to operate and do what it's doing.

And it might be providing low income housing,

it might be providing housing for veterans,

it may be providing housing for disabled,

it may be providing residential

assisted living for elderly folks.

It doesn't really matter so long as it's falling

in that category, and boom it qualifies

and then your heirs can continue to operate it

but they're not entitled to go take all those assets.

They are allowed to work for it,

they're allow to get a salary,

they're allowed to get benefits,

but they're not allowed to go in there

and pillage it, doesn't happen.

And then if they ever decide

to close it down, they don't get the money.

There's no owner the way a traditional corporation is.

All they get to do is distribute

that to other qualified 501(c)(3)s.

So if your kids really aren't getting along

or if you have generations down the, few generations down

and they're just not seeing eye to eye,

they can literally break that thing down

but they can't take the money.

They could set up other 501(c)(3)'s with similar purposes,

and say "hey we don't work well together

"but we're going to separate off and we're going to continue

"going down the line that you established

"of what you believed was important."

Yes, there's huge tax benefits to doing that.

And if you want great example of that, look at what happened

with Howard Hughes and you can Google it up.

Before the government came in they were a little worried

about some erratic behavior by Mr. Hughes.

He took all of his shares in the Hughes Aviation Company

and dumped it into a non-profit.

Boom, story he was no longer the shareholder.

He got a massive tax deduction.

In fact, a huge tax deduction,

caused the government they were all upset

because of how many millions of dollars

they didn't get to take.

And then he received moneys back for many years.

And it just kind of sat there, didn't do a huge amount.

Now, I believe it is the largest bequeathment

for medical research in the world

and it's one of largest top five charities on the planet

after Howard Hughes passed away.

Because boom the shepherds come in,

they see his vision, and they say,

"Hey, we want to actually make

"this vision more of a reality" and it grows.

And because it's not taxed you have

what's called exponential growth

It goes broom and just takes off because you're not

taxing it so the growth stays in the company.

And if people are continued to give moneys to it

it just continues to snowball and it's a fantastic tool.

One of the most under-utilized tools that's out there.

I'm always surprised when I see somebody

who's heavy into real estate, then they're paying

big taxes on something and they're looking at me saying,

"what should I do?" And I look at them and say,

"You need to quit holding all those assets,

we need to start transferring some of those

out of your estate, getting you some tax breaks

for doing so, and making sure that you are always secured.

If it really comes down to it we can

put a deferred compensation plan in place

and make sure you get paid until you pass away.

But you're never going to run out of money if you do that.

You want to make sure that you're

doing these things proactively though.

But what a powerful tool.

The rich know how to use it, the top 2%

for decades have understood the power of non-profits

and they all have them put in place cause they understand

that it doesn't matter what their kids do,

who their kids marry, whether they have mistakes,

whether they have huge liabilities,

whether they're just not good at managing money,

that non-profit's going to be safe

and it's going to be a safety net

and it continues to do what you envisioned

and you want to make sure that somebody

doesn't hijack your vision.

This is how you do it, is you set that thing up

and just let it go, tremendous tool.

Love working with 'em.

Hope this was helpful.

Meet Eugeo, the flaxen-haired boy from the northern village of Rulid in Underworld.

The childhood friend to Kirito and Alice Zuberg, Eugeo acts as the co-protagonist for a majority

of the Alicization Arc and as Kirito's partner.

To Kirito, Eugeo is "the embodiment of honesty".

As a boy he was assigned the Calling of cutting down the Gigas Cedar, a tree so large that

it drains all the life in the earth around Rulid.

Despite losing his 2 childhood friends one after the other, forgetting about one of them

in the process, he was the one who continued to faithfully chop away at the Demon Tree

all alone, with no end of the task in sight.

Aside from the Dragonbone Axe used in his mission to fell the Gigas Cedar, the slender

youth's weapon of choice is the icey Blue Rose Sword, a legendary blade told about in

an old Rulid folktale, said to be guarded by a great dragon within the End Mountain

range.

After discovering that the dragon that once possessed the ancient sword was slain, Eugeo

claimed it as his own, hoping he would one day be able to use it.

But after 6 years, his life was about to have another huge shift, as a mysterious boy with

black hair appeared from the forest, claiming he was lost and without memories of his past.

Eugeo responded to the stranger with same kindness he showed everyone else, but deep

down, he felt like he had met this person before..

A long long time ago...

When 3 kids were running next to the river of Rul, having peaceful days...

The flowers are still tired,  the misty rain is still asleep.

A Day in the Life: non-CS major Software Engineer First Job Edition - Duration: 6:38.

7:00 a.m. San Francisco you are bustling as always at 7:00 a.m.

everyone's busy trying to get to work and I'm getting to work too. I'm walking

to work because usually it takes just as long to bus to work

yeah today's weather is not bad you know looks like a good 63 degrees perfect for

a walk in the morning. Makes my mood better and just to show you when I

walk around San Francisco, because, yes this is San Francisco, I bring around my

pepper spray and also my taser yep and while I walk to work, because it's

a 30 minute walk I usually studied my Japanese. Well now just gonna go back to studying Japanese

always under construction here in san francisco

yeah like I don't know. Like sometimes, San Francisco, I think it's ugly,

but sometimes I think it's the most beautiful city in the world

This is Market Street, which is the most busiest street in San Francisco

Alright, I should go. And this is why I do not bus to work or Uber to work

Welcome morning San Francisco traffic human traffic

There is a strike going on over there and on this other side...

there's some conference going on again

probably an ignorant San Franciscan right here (me). Don't know what that conferences. But there's always things happening

with police going on, alright

I'm here at my workplace

it is too silent in the hallway

well I guess no one's here yet. This is my workplace and this is my desk with my

monitors. Say hello to kitty. in case you were wondering how I just study Japanese

I really recommend this app call Anki and basically it's a flashcard app but

it allows the ones that you forget more often you reappear more often so yeah

that's kind of how I do it and I just kind of like switching between apps. let's go get some food.

GASP. There is no more drinks! Time to order some on Instagram

sorry not instagram, instacart. Too many insta things. oh that's a lot of Lara bars well

I am a turkey person so I'm gonna grab a turkey. So this is instacart I think we

got what we need: coffee, cheese, and bunch of sparkling water and bunch of bars

rx bars! Great! Alright, now I can check out!

so now I'll do some work usually I

work for 55 minutes and then I take a five-minute like bathroom break and walk

around just to rest your eyes because the life of a software engineer you use

your eyes a lot and so you need to rest your eyes give your eyes some rest and

while I do those resting things in those five minutes I try to study more

Japanese yup and so I just do this from straight eight to five and I'll see you

later for lunch

lunch with the team!

mmmm yumm! Something like Mexican and Filipino (Mexican and Filipino fusion)

going back to work! One thing I like about work is it is next to HRD

Hey guys! So it is time to go home

Hey everyone, so I am just going to Japan town right now to pick up some dinner

after work

And it's nice living near Japan town so I can eat lots of good food.

Wow it's so pretty to walk home at this time of the day...

..., I think, on top of the hill

Between the time I walk back and now, I basically did some Japanese studying.

hmmm yass! it's time to eat And I didn't realize that it was on discount

great

well time to eat

but of course I need to

watch my Aimer while studying Japanese

that was a good dinner. Well time to go take a bath and then I will work on

studying some Japanese

And then... I'll probably do some videos Alright, see you later

hey guys now that I finish taking a bath, I said that I would do some video

so I'll do that and also I will study more Japanese because I really want to

get better to talk with my Japanese friends so yeah today is probably one of

the more normal days or I literally just go to work come back and

study Japanese. Some other nights I might go hang out with friends. Like Fridays, I

always have a plan so far So yeah, while I can't say the life of the engineer is

much more exciting than any other job but for me I really do like this

lifestyle because I'm working for something I really care about and I just

wish you guys the best so look to find out something you really care about or

if you're just doing engineer for the sake of something else, well good luck too

so it is bedtime that means it's time to go to bed. So I finished a good amount of

work that I wanted to finish today. I mean I just always feel like there's

always not enough time to do everything I wanted but you know you get used to

that, that you really can't do everything you want sometimes. So before I go to bed

I usually spend like 20 minutes of like silent just thinking about things

about like myself, am i treating people right, is there anything I could do more

efficiently, am I a better human today versus

yesterday. those kind of things you know. so I'm gonna do my silent time right

after this and I also spend one minute a day calling a friend. so yeah that's a

very normal life of my life. Of course there are just days where I don't want

to do any work and those are today so where I have to force myself to work and

then I'll be like "oh I'm done" as soon as I meet the minimum quota, things like that

but I don't know... when you have something you really want to do in life, I think you'll

just somehow get the energy you do it you know. so yeah that's kind of a day in

my life. Please comment below and let me know if there's anything I can improve on

for my day. Or I would like to know how you do your day too. Talk about it with me

yeah so I'm going to go and sleep after this goodnight

Metal Detecting With An Unusual Find... - Duration: 35:02.

Eyeball find!

A "10 (Euro) Cent" coin.

Cars must have driven over it...

I'm at the spot.

What's this?

It's a credit card.

From a woman.

There is something else sticking out.

Another one from the same person.

I will go shopping later, let's do some metal detecting first.

My expectations are very low, but the weather is nice.

Iron.

First target.

I have the shovel with me today.

Wow, a nice brooch.

"Opel" (a German car maker).

It could be gold plated. Made between: 1910-1937!

The color even matches my glove!

I'm marking this find as #1, but I forgot my GPS...

I came back to look for the pin, but couldn't find it...

(Please take a look in the description for more info.)

Birds...

A tiny bit of foil.

Someone lost his glove...

Foil again.

A bottle on the surface...

I don't like this signal.

Probably something "modern".

I have no idea what it is.

Stones...

Just a casing dropped from an airplane during the WWII.

And that's the projectile that fits it.

It looks like a cufflink.

Find #2, but no GPS.

Another casing.

And a bottle...

It looks old and beautiful.

Right on the surface...

I love it!

One more look in the sun.

The Deus quit, it had still the 5.1 firmware.

It was a nice day...

I don't like what I hear.

A screw cap.

Foil.

One more casing.

Mosquitoes everywhere.

A bullet.

I laid down the coil on another target...

It was a "1 Reichspfennig" coin from 1941.

What is that?

There is a beer can, but what is the white object?...

A balloon with a postcard.

"Freshly married" - "Forever & ever".

With the couples home address.

Why are there already someone elses wishes?

I will take it with me, but I have to make this balloon smaller.

I don't want to run with it through the city...

The air had 2% of alcohol ;).

Prepare for stone age action!

I will put it into my backpack.

The balloon made only 2 miles in a straight line (~3km)...

I think, it was rather a sign to look for a find at this spot.

I was probably lured by it (this happened to me in the past).

Where is my present?

That must be it...

A small, nice looking button.

I wonder how old...

A flat piece of foil.

Another bottle. What's up with that today...

Mosquitoes...

A bullet.

MY EYE!!! It burns like acid!

I need water, quick!

I used half of the bottle...

And this came out - a "toxic" fly.

This is a shoe...

OK, the fly has thermal vision, it attacks eyes.

I thought that a chemical particle from the glove got into my eye...

But it was this strange insect.

Was I supposed to sting myself with a needle now?

What a nice plug.

Just a bullet.

Next bottle on the surface.

I don't know... Not "old enough"...

It's a musket ball.

Hmm, that's plastic.

Foil.

Another bottle on the surface, this is getting strange.

Not this time.

It's a coin.

Notice the fly on the right!

She attacks my hot camera (it looks like an eye to her).

"10 Reichspfennig".

From 1925.

More signals...

Just foil.

Hmm, the screw is missing.

I never noticed that.

More trash.

The "soil" is moving. Larvae...

It was just foil.

It's a "1 Reichspfennig" coin.

From 1923.

Which GPS number? It doesn't matter today...

Part from a coaxial cable?

This will be my last target.

A coin.

"1 Pfennig" (1962).

It's time for me to leave.

You can wait for the pictures, if you like.

What are my assistants doing?

The fly scared them.

The "eyeball" find - "10 (Euro) Cent" (1999).

"2 Pfennig".

1962

The musket ball.

"1 Reichspfennig".

1941

The cufflink.

"1 Reichspfennig".

1923

"10 Reichspfennig".

1925

The "old looking" button.

The (gilded?) "Opel" brooch (1910-1937?).

Not really cleaned yet.

The old bottle.

With bubbles :).

The happy family.

Trash...

And treasure. Detecting time: 1h:35min
