7 symptoms when you quit smoking, and how to alleviate them.
You've decided to stop smoking.
However, withdrawal provokes several symptoms.
Here are the main ones and how to appease them.
As part of the Tobacco-Free Quebec Week, taking place from January 14 to 20, 2018, the Quebec
Council on Tobacco and Health has released a few figures on cigarette smoking in Quebec:
Between 2000 and 2015, the number of smokers dropped from 26% to 17.7% among Canadians
aged 12 and over.
During the same period, the smoking rate among teenagers aged 12 to 17 dropped to 10%.
1.
Craving a smoke.
Despite your genuine intention to stub out for good, your inner devil is goading you
to light up.
Worse still, you'd sell him your soul for a cigarette…
Cravings are worse in the early days.
They subside with time and occur less frequently with each passing week.
Psychological and social factors have a role to play in cigarette addiction.
When you give up smoking, you'll realize how several habits went hand in hand with
smoking (the famous cigarette break at work, having something to do with your hands, etc.)
and that these are more difficult to give up.
What can I do?
The craving to smoke lasts 5 to 10 minutes.
During this time, try to distract yourself and resist the temptation.
Keeping your hands, mouth and mind busy is important.
For example, try chewing gum (sugar-free), brushing your teeth, going for a walk, reading,
doing a jigsaw, etc.
The Tobacco-Free Quebec site offers a series of exercises to help you curb the demon inside
when the craving gets too strong.
You will also need to change the habits you associated with smoking.
The brain is like a computer; it will need reprogramming to stop linking certain habits
with lighting up.
Physical exercise is also known to be an effective way of freeing the mind.
2.
Gain in appetite, especially for sugary foods.
Quitting smoking restores your ability to taste and smell which, in turn, stimulates
the appetite.
Don't be surprised if you become a sugar junkie.
Sugar produces a sensation of pleasure in the brain and, since you stopped smoking,
your brain seeks to replace those daily doses of comfort that nicotine used to provide.
What can I do?
Distinguish between real hunger and the urge to have something in your mouth.
Drink lots of water and eat fruit and vegetables in case of the munchies.
Eat a decent breakfast.
Avoid skipping meals so that you aren't starving by the next meal time.
If you need to, snack on healthy foods like nuts and cheese.
Whatever you do, steer clear of empty calories.
It's often with these that we are tempted to compensate, and tend to put on weight.
About 1 in 5 smokers maintain their weight when quitting smoking and, on average, ex-smokers
put on between 2 and 4.5 kilos when kicking the habit.
3.
Dizziness and headaches.
When you stop smoking, your blood oxygen level rises, which can cause dizziness or even headaches
for 1 to 2 days.
What can I do?
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Avoid making jerky movements.
When changing position, move slowly; for example, by sitting on the edge of the bed for a few
seconds before standing up.
4.
Insomnia, fatigue and difficulty concentrating.
Your sleep cycle is likely to be disturbed for 2 to 4 weeks after you quit smoking.
This is completely normal.
Nicotine changes the way the brain functions.
It is therefore to be expected that quitting cigarettes impacts the brain and changes your
sleep pattern.
You will also notice you have less energy and are possibly tired.
This is caused by the lack of nicotine which acts as a stimulant.
Your body used to respond to the energizing effect of cigarettes and must now learn to
stay focused without this chemical stimulation.
What can I do?
Avoid or reduce stimulating drinks such as coffee, energy drinks and soft drinks.
Give a wide berth to rich and fatty foods that could prevent you from sleeping.
Try the following relaxation techniques: -Practise a sport.
-Take a bath.
-Get outside to ventilate your head.
-Develop a relaxation routine before going to bed.
Stay away from computer or cell phone screens at least 1 hour before turning in for the
night.
5.
The blues, irritability and mood swings Deprived of its nicotine dose, your brain
is in withdrawal, which can induce a mixture of emotions such as sadness, impatience, irritability
and anger.
None of these feelings is pleasant but they are normal and will dwindle with time.
Quitting smoking can be compared to a grieving process.
It's therefore normal to go through the same emotions as losing a loved one:
-Shock.
-Anger.
-Depression.
-Acceptance.
What can I do?
For some people, smoking is often the only way to cope with stress.
If this is your case, you'll need to find new ways of handling stress.
To prevent tension building up, allow yourself breaks to unwind and relax.
Sleep more.
If you're rested and fresh, you're less likely to be on edge than if you lack sleep.
Certain activities known to reduce stress are worth practising, such as meditation,
yoga and walking.
6.
Coughing.
Feel as if the proverbial frog is squatting in your throat?
This is a good sign!
Weird as it might sound, your body is starting a major clear-out of the cigarettes' toxins.
One of the signs that the detox process is underway is coughing.
The tiny vibrating lashes (cilia) in your bronchial tubes are waking up after being
paralyzed by the chemical products in cigarettes.
Coughing is the result of your cilia starting to collect and reject the dust and germs again.
Coughing is one of the first symptoms quitters experience.
What can I do?
After 3 or 4 weeks, you should stop coughing.
Drink lots of water and suck cough lozenges.
7.
Digestive problems.
Your digestive system is also addicted to nicotine and has difficulty getting back to
working normally when you no longer smoke.
You might find you suffer from either constipation or diarrhea.
What can I do?
Drink lots of water and include raw fruit and vegetables and wholegrain products in
your daily menu.
Probiotic products are also effective.

How Life Changes When You're Living Your Life Purpose | INspire 9 - Duration: 7:24.
repeat after me: my life is changing because I AM changing
one thing I've noticed on this journey from traveling this year is that when you decide to
live your life purpose when you decide to take that action that's when things
changed that's when the game really starts that's when everything picks up
and manifests faster and faster one of the biggest things that happens when you
start saying yes to your sole purpose to your karmic agreement to the reason why
you manifested in this physical body as a consciousness as a conscious the light
being as a light worker is that the universe does everything that it can to
80 the universe helps you it throws you so many bonuses it throws you abundance
it throws you all these opportunities like for me today
we just booked our our trip to Bucharest Romania and we're going to be going to
these ancient sites we're going to be going to Bulgaria which has a lot of
power places with it and we're gonna be actually taking some time right now
before we head over to Romania to go to Venice place that I've always wanted to
see that I've always wanted to travel to and I never had that opportunity I never
had that experience until now and when you are on your purpose when you are on
your path remember your path is the path that you
say it will be so if you are saying that the path ahead is hard and arduous guess
what it's going to be that when you say that the path is easy and that you are
always guided no matter what then yes it will be that you have to dictate and
decide as a conscious creator as a powerful manifester what that
purpose is and whether or not that purpose will be hard or whether or not
that purpose will be easy you have to leave it up to a higher power in order
to get the results that you want now this is all well and fine if your
spiritual being and you're thinking to yourself yes I just have to give it up
to the universe but on the other hand we're here in the physical body so we
have physical means we have to pay rent we have to pay bills we have to buy food
we have to on and on and on we have to spend money we have to spend currency we
have to spend exchange we have to spend energy so how do you then go about doing
that how do you go about then taking your their purpose the reason why you're
here and turning that into some type of income stream for yourself so that you
can continue on the journey it's simple document pick one topic
right so let's say for example if you are passionate about consciousness
upload a video every single day if you're watching this video if you
understand English then you already have so many advantages that most people in
the world do not have if you can see this message through your smartphone you
can then upload videos every single day on a topic you can upload videos on
something that you're passionate about so for example if you like to talk about
consciousness upload a video every single day on consciousness if you like
to talk about crystals make a channel for crystals look it's so easy it's so
simple these days to literally pick one topic and just talk about it over and
over and over and just give different valuations you can make lists you can
make videos into lists you can make how-to videos on
spiritual topics you can do anything these days at all you need is your
smartphone my camera it's interesting because I was so pissed off earlier like
just a few minutes ago before recording when my camera just stopped like the
battery died or whatever and I didn't pack another battery and then I thought
to myself like shit like I'm really wanted like the sunlight I wanted to
capture nature etc etc but then I figured to myself you know what it's
gonna be what it has to be for right now and all I can do is do my part and all I
can do is stay committed to what I said I was going to do which was to make one
video a day about life purpose so for you if you have access to a smartphone
if you have access to a device if you can understand English then it's so much
easier you have such an advantage over the other billions of people that are in
this world that don't have that same opportunity so use that to your
advantage use that to gain a following use that to build a base when you start
recording and documenting every single day on one topic you then become the
go-to for that topic and when you become the go-to for that topic people start to
trust you people start to say wow that person she/he they they do this so well
they do this better than anyone else and it comes down to just that documents in
every single day when you live a life of purpose when you live every single day
as if every single date matters time goes so much faster life becomes so much
more enjoyable and magical and life begins to unfold and unravel in ways
that you couldn't even comprehend but all you have to do is take that first
action step all you have to do is hit that first step into the direction that
you want to go to if you say hey universe I am ready I'm ready to live my
life purpose I'm ready to do this I'm ready to be who I said I was going to be
well you take that action and you start doing that that's when things really
start to change and start to unfold for you in such a positive way
and I want to hear from you now what is it that you are doing to live your best
life if you're already on your path if you're already known knowing what your
life purpose is tell me what is that how how has life changed for you what is
life like now than it was before in the past
until next time I love you

How to learn effective Facebook Ads Targeting - Duration: 1:34.
hi I'm Dr. Karen Sutherland this video is for small business owners who are
keen to use Facebook ads to target their customers effectively but are unsure
where to start or are just overwhelmed by all the options that you can choose and
that are available when you're putting together an ad. Last week I completed a
course online through the Fiverr website that was created by digital marketing
experts Dennis you and Logan young from Blitz Metrics and it was on Facebook ad
targeting and it was really great. It was simple a step-by-step guide on what all
of those options mean and how you can actually bring them together to create a
really effective ad campaign that will not cost you a lot of money and you'll
get more bang for your buck. I really recommend it. I've put a link in this
post so that you can have a look for yourself. It was worth about $45
Australian if you're in Australia. It was definitely worth the money. It
was their really comprehensive and simple to follow. Just so you know I
didn't haven't been paid to do this endorsement or anything I actually paid
to do the course because I like to see what's out there so that I can recommend
it to others. But if you would like to take advantage of Facebook advertising
but would rather someone else to do it you can always contact me and I can help
you with that as well so just message me or leave a comment below and I'll be in
touch. Have a great day

How Much Money You Make Licensing Ideas - Duration: 7:57.
I am going to tell you the reasons that it is very unlikely that you will see
real money by licensing your idea
so this subject has been coming up a lot in the comment section and I want to
talk about it again I've been doing a little bit of research and have been
seeing that if you go out and try to license your invention idea you're going
to get about three to five percent for your invention now when I say three to
five percent what do I mean there's an old trick in the movie industry and I
think it applies here to young filmmakers would go out they get excited
they write their movie script and a few of them would go to let's say wanted to
film festivals and then a movie studio would come along and buy their script
the typical range that a studio would pay for those scripts is anywhere from
twenty-five thousand to let's say three hundred thousand up front for the script
and for the filmmaker who is broke that's a lot of money right there but
they would also sign a contract that would say that they would get say
anywhere from one to three percent of what they call the back end
well that back end is an interesting thing so let's say the movie gets
released and it makes a hundred million dollars there have been quite a few
low-budget films over the year that have been very successful and there were
young filmmakers that had license their script to those movie companies so
imagine the movie does a hundred million dollars in this filmmaker is all excited
because he's doing the math and he says 100 million dollars he's gonna get three
percent oh my god he's getting three million dollars he's rich
did you know that even George Lucas got involved with a product licensing deal
just watch the documentary on Netflix called the toys that made us it took him
a long time to get back the rights and make real money on his products that's
the trick so here's how it really works so remember the movie made a hundred
million dollars but that was in ticket sales it's changed a lot now but years
ago it was typical that the box office would split the proceeds with the studio
so a hundred million dollars would basically be 50 million for the studio
and a million for distributors but here's
where the math even gets worse so we're at 50 million there's also a lot of
marketing and expenses to go into making that movie popular not to mention a
distribution of the film's back then and now video but back then it was film
reels and by the time you were done with all the expenses you're looking probably
at about twenty million dollars on a hundred million film that the studio
made but then don't forget you have all the business expenses that go along with
that we're talking about the overhead at the studio the employees the expenses
for the graphics the television commercials - everything that had to do
with making that film down to the catering so think about that every
single expense came off the top by the time the young filmmaker got their
paycheck it was only a few dollars and actually not a few dollars he's probably
a couple of thousand maybe a hundred thousand if they were lucky but that 3%
really turned out to be a lot less than they had anticipated and when we're
talking about licensing our product ideas we're talking about the exact same
thing so you go out there and you license your product idea let's say you
are lucky enough to get five percent what does that five percent mean is that
five percent of the gross is that five percent of the net is that five percent
of the profits read your contract you might be surprised so let's take an item
it sells for and when we're talking about licensing I'll pick a typical
number let's say we're talking about an item it sells for $25 that's a retail
price but maybe it only cost $10 to make in China or whatever we'll just use that
number remember you have a whole distribution chain in between so really
you're talking about a $10 product that it costs you to make that we're selling
to distributors probably for between 12 and 15 dollars and then they're
retailing at 25 so you're really only making a few dollars on each item even
when it's selling for 25 if a company is making a product for $10 they still have
the cost of distributing it that's all the employees that were used to
advertise the product to potential resellers that's all the advertising
that goes into them marketing them online television radio print material
however they do their marketing all the employees that were used to you know
sell your product to stick it into boxes to put it on trucks the expense of the
gas to get the truck from one distribution to the other the expense of
the Union truck driver to get him to drive the truck from one distribution
place to another by the time you get any money for your invention idea from
licensing there is nothing left and I'm actually gonna do another video about
this and it's gonna be about the taxes as a small business owner and when I say
small business that can be a business that's making you know 100 million
dollars in America that's still probably considered a small business if they're
making a hundred million a year even if that business is making all kinds of
money selling products unless they're publicly traded the last thing they want
to do is to claim a profit on anything because that means that they have to pay
taxes on that money so as a business owner it is a business person's job to
take any profits from the things that they make or do and to reinvest them in
the business to make the business grow so that they can make more revenue keep
the money within the business and pay little in terms of profit now for you
guys that are all about you know greedy corporations and you don't want to hear
this I'm sorry but that's the way it works the more revenue that my company
makes the more money that I begin to spend on the business and as a country
wherever you're located that's what you want businesses to do because we can
spend the money better than our governments we can hire people we can
buy real estate we can invest in technology we can invent new things
that's what we do with money that we keep instead of paying taxes and
where does the money that we pay taxes go really think hard about this are we
investing in the future of our country or are we investing in the future of our
government because if you pay taxes you know that your money is better spent by
you than anybody around you in government you know if the guys from all
these other inventions shows haven't found my channel yet they're going to be
hearing a lot of me pulling the curtain away and showing what they are doing to
you is the inventor and I hope you're listening I hope you hear what these
people are doing to you yes they may be making you a little money but you can
make more for yourself just like you can spend your money better than the
government can you can earn your money better than
those licensing people can help you to make money
you

How To Create Happiness In Your Life - Duration: 11:50.
Hey it's an interview day. Today we are going to talk to my good friend, Camille
Kennard who is a licensed clinical social worker. And we're going to talk
about how to create happiness in your life. How is it we can do some amazing
and sometimes unexplainable things like heal our own bodies by the power of our
thought mother's intuition the law of attraction
can we really tap into our subconscious mind can we really create our own
realities it begs the question are we novice gods okay hey welcome back to
another episode and I am super excited to introduce you to my friend Camille
today now you may have heard me talk about happiness before and I don't know
I always have these self doubts in my mind I'm working to get rid of them too
but you may have thought what can I learn from this guy he's a filmmaker you
know he's not accredited he didn't go to college for this and and so you may have
thought you know his happiness is a skill thing I don't know I'll take it
with a grain of salt but today I have a professional licensed clinical social
worker and probably a lot of other credentials I will have Camille tell you
a little bit about that but we're gonna talk about how to create happiness in
your life I love this topic of happiness because it's something that I feel like
gives a lot of freedom to a lot of people I work with who come to me and
they say you know I just I feel so miserable about my life I feel like
everything's against me and we talked about how creating happiness is actually
a choice and that we all have maybe a little bit of a happiness set point
right biology from our parents of you know what happiness we've been given
right as kids you know there's those people that are just naturally really
happy but that we actually have power to create something different so we have
the power to create the life that we want through what we focus on a lot of
what I talk to my clients about is what you focus on growth so to build
happiness if we focus on what going well gratitude the things that we
love that's what grows more in our lives so it's something that I believe
passionately in and I've actually seen a lot of clients be able to change their
lives and their whole beliefs about themselves just by recognizing that they
can create happiness through daily it's a skill right just like if you want to
build a muscle you've got to work it out every day I tell them this is mental
fitness so we're doing things like every day you're doing your writing down three
good things that happened or you're writing a gratitude letter things like
that maybe some of you have a practice that you put into place that really
helps boost your mood and your happiness but I love helping clients see that when
they are intentional about it when they put effort into it they can see results
they can feel happier they feel more well-being in their lives and I think
that's really exciting so tell me a little bit about like you said what you
focus on grows and that's a huge part of this documentary series is that I've
been amazed I think that we have more creative power within us and I kind of
found this out the back way by the things that I've created have not been
the things that I want to in my life and so now I'm wanting to be more deliberate
about what I create so you talked about creating happiness in life in your life
and what you focus on grows can you kind of explain a little bit more about that
yeah so maybe a lot of you have heard about our neural pathways in our brain
so we have these neural pathways that as we believe something and we focus on
that belief it becomes a superhighway that we go to so maybe when I was a
child I got in trouble and I had the belief of I'm bad and so then every time
I either get in trouble maybe I got pulled over or something
I have that belief if I'm bad you got pulled over as a child no I'm saying as
you get older oh something happens so it might happen when you're a child that
you create so you create a belief a reason to believe what you're believing
and then the more that you continue to stack on that belief
oh yep this proves this this proves this and you're coming up with evidence in
your brain this is they're searching for that evidence
right because you want to be right yeah even though it's negative right yeah you
know you're trying to prove this bad stuff in your life and you focus on it
and you you find that supporting evidence and you just spiral down yeah a
lot of my clients this is really alarming to them or surprising to them
when they realize I actually created this belief and maybe they didn't
recognize it was there but also that we can create new neural pathways so if
your brains been going to this pathway of I'm not good enough or I'm not smart
we can change it to something like I'm doing the best I can
I'm smart I'm learning I'm growing and when you tell yourself those kinds of
things you feel an uplift you feel better and the more you tell yourself
that again if you're stacking up negative or you're stacking up positive
that's what you create in your life so people that are positive thinkers or
people that are positive in their lives it's because that's what they're growing
that's what they're you know the seed and that's what they're feeding that's
what they're you know I think of it like a plant they're feeding the seed of I'm
good enough I'm smart I'm talented I can do this
and the more they stack that up the more that grows in their life and it becomes
who they are so the belief they have it is a belief now is that is that just
playing on rose-colored glasses if you're telling yourself positive stuff
or is is that constructive what do you think so I know a lot of people and I
have clients who say I don't believe that so like I do affirmations with them
like I am fit or I am smart or I am and they say I don't I don't really believe
those and I say to them well let's let's look at this what if you say something
like I am becoming more whatever did you want to become more I like that and
you're kind of putting that out there and yes it is looking at the world
through positive right it's favoring what's going well I love that savoring
you know Martin Seligman who's the father of positive psychology said you
know if we can save our things that are good like that piece of chocolate you
want to just keep whole
I say those my clients about good things like maybe the weather is really amazing
what do you love about the colors of the trees and the wind and the breeze and
the just everything that you can imagine about this one specific thing that you
love because it's really easy our brains have a negativity bias too to saver
negative right and so if we can take positive and savor all the good that
that creates more of that good in our lives and and I have my clients to as an
experiment I say you know just try it try it for a week every day whatever it
is that they're working on maybe it's the three positive things writing a
letter of gratitude or just every day no get noticing things that they love with
their five senses but I have them worked out on that every day for a week and I
have them come back to me and say what did you notice in doing this and a lot
of times they'll say wow my mood was better you know I noticed that I enjoyed
my life a little bit more yeah so it's really cool to see them make these
changes and are you saying that they can they can recognize a difference in a
week mm-hmm yeah yeah all right and now if you have not tried this stuff yet
well actually why don't you give them an exercise that they can do for the next
week to try out and see if you can actually create happiness in your life
if instead of you know what what normally we do is we wait for some
fortunate thing to happen and that will make us happy and you know it lasts for
maybe two minutes and then we go back to our regular lives but instead of waiting
for something outside of you to change and magically make you happy
Camille's going to tell us something that you can do this next week to
actually deliberately create happiness in your life so pay attention and write
it down and then do this for the next month next week this is what I love is
is actually writing something down every day that you've noticed and the reason I
have my clients do something every day that they notice that they liked about
the day that was a good thing right whether it's the weather was good or I I
got a promotion work or I was someone smiled at me is it
is creating that pathway in their brain to notice good right so they're noticing
more of what's going wrong what's going right so I'm giving you guys a little
challenge to at the end of your day right as part of your maybe after you
brush your teeth getting out your little journal a little notebook and writing
down three good things that happened what things happen that you like it
could be very simple and just write down what happened and how you felt when that
happened and you were really savoring mmm that felt so good when I walked out
in the leaves and it was beautiful or when I that person left me in line at
the grocery store that was so kind of them I really loved that so you're
really just focusing on that so try that for a week and you guys can send me a
message and let me know how it went or you know tell Scott because I think
you'll see your brain starting to notice a little bit more of what's going well
yeah the thing that changed me was a simple act of kindness by some guy like
I have been trying this exercise for a while and anyway I it was a guy that
pulled over in the canyon I was driving through this little Canyon and it only
had you know one way one you know one lane each way and I remember I got
behind somebody that was slowing me down and I remember getting behind this guy
and just about getting to the point of losing my cool and suddenly he pulled
off and I went past him because I had an opportunity and then I saw him pull
right back on and I realized that he did that deliberately for me and one of the
things about gratitude is gratitude is recognizing you are the recipient of
deliberate kindness that was the one thing that changed things for me when I
realized oh my goodness I actually can create my own happiness so as you go
through this next week as you try Camille's exercise there I want you to
to pay attention those little things and it's the little things that matter I
love that and just noticing it because it's really about what we noticed that
grow more in our lives so have fun with it
yeah and real quick how can they get in touch with you Camille if they listen to
you and they go oh my goodness she's accredited she knows her stuff I
want to know more um I have it my own website it's called flourish wellness

the quality of my videos so i took time to redo alot of stuff and also we are gonna ignore
that i got murked in my intro ...there is a meaning behind that its gonna be explained
in the future tho i still have equiptment comming in the mail cough cough better mic
cough dslr camera so i dont nee to freaking SCREEN RECORD MY VIDEOS BECAUSE ADOBE NO LONGER
ACCEPTS MOV FILES now today i will be making a tutorial on drawing females which is kinda
funny cuz i barely EVER DRAW FEMALES and the one time i had a good moment to do so i umm
you know didnt so to those who want to learn from me…..good luck so in this video we
will be tackling all kinds of different females i tried to be very inclusive in this video
so first we will be drawing a girl with a large body types so first with larger body
types the faces are usually more soft than skinnier girls so draw a circlt then add the
dramatic cheek bone you see here and for straight hair i just did this ponytail which is a preety
easy thing to do now when you start to draw the actual body go for like an egg kinda shape
...wow i sound mad insensitive rn tho jeez #body positivity nah fr who ever you are you
are beautiful and dont let societies bogus standards of beauty decide what you should
look like im so selfless like im giving quality advice while asking for nothing in return
i would never do this for money aha as you guys see we got ads now which is insane to
me yoo thanks for the support fr watching them really helps me and i really appreciate
it but dont feel pressured to any way go for like an egg shape because yes you are drawing
a larger person but if you look at their legs and arms no matter how big the person is they
still have pretty normal appendages like the whole body isnt big ok we are adults we will
discuss this because it needs to be discussed when people draw females they like to freaking
draw yoga balls on these girls yo like girls like that dont exist woah i just realized
i need to worry about monetization ..yiikes you never saw that when drawing the i usually
kinda out line the one on the outside but then just draw two angled horizontal lines
to show them on the shirt dont like outline two boobs thats not how shirts work…..unfortunately
so thats about it for sketching the body type
So next we will be drawing a thicc girl and since we are being culturally inclusive
i will be making her black …..yikes you know if this girl im draw was real she would
have like 20k insta followers so first i started with the face im drawing a naturally thicc
girl so this means she works out alot and does like squats and stuff so her face is
gonna be alot more chizzled than the first girls and with the tourso im doing more of
an hourglass shape now dont go freakin over board and draw like an hour glass that was
put in photoshop and stretched horizontally once again girls dont look like that so you
need to keep it whithin reason and this is where alot of people screw up on the bottom
part dont just make the hips go horizontally out of the body ill be on instagram and see
people drawing girls that are built like freakin upside down hammers heh...id still hit ……
Sighhhhh ill make a funny video one day bruh just wait but when drawing the hips angle
them downwards and then make them go out that makes it look like more of a gradual shaping
Now honestly im realizing i was not ready to draw a chinese person bruh i i just wasnt
and instead of blaming myself im just gonna blame the animes that i watch now i can give
some pointers but other than that i cant really teach you how to draw a chinese person no
cap now one thing peopl usually do and im saying people because im obviously not one
of them when they draw the eyes they just make them mad skinny pst lemme tell you something
asian eyes arent actually skinny they just dont have the folds and stuff yo yo i know
thats crazy but thats the reality so dont draw a skinny eyes just draw and eye ball
then leave it now when it comes to the rest of the body cough umm good luck cheif cuz
i definitely cant help you there
Ayeeeee we back on this end card well what do you think im kinda liking the new endcard
all in all im glad i took this quality break and by break i mean like six days and on those
days i still had to go to my real job im glad i took that time to look at my content see
what i have to improve and make those improvements im proud of the result and i cant wait until
my equipment gets here so i can make even better stuff

🎃 Halloween Pumpkin Slime video - Easy how to make spooky/cute Halloween pumpkin slime - Duration: 14:06.
hey guys it's Julia from June is also will and today I am so excited today I
am going to be making pumpkins and guys this video is published on Wednesday as
it is Halloween to day to day to day it is Halloween today unfortunately guys
there is not going to be a video this Friday as I decided to post it on
Wednesday as it is Halloween hey guys today I am going to making pumpkin slime
with this pumpkin puke and by the way guys week's video I made this be cute
clouds find anything guys are interested in getting this there is a special offer
on my slime shop at least this is only special offer of Halloween and is only
going to be there till this Friday so guys if you want it you can go check it
out there and guys don't forget to like subscribe comment on shit's video your
friends so now let's get rid of this video
okay so what you guys will be needing for this slime is some blue lotion
activator shaving cream and some hand soap for me handsome and we'll be
needing shaving cream as we need to make quite a lot of slime fit my our pumpkin
so that's how I'm going to make it feel and look really nice and fluffy so we're
going to stretch off by adding the video
adding a nice amount of glue that should be enough okay so guys you always want
to stir the blue a little bit after you poured it in it's not always stirred up
boy once it is shipped so guys now let's
move on to lean eggs and Rhydian let's go okay so guys what you'll be needing
next is your shaving foam and your hand soap and guys I forgot to mention you'll
also be needing some food coloring to the slime I'll be using I'll be making
orange as it is pumpkin slime so you want to add your shaving cream and hand
soap first as it will make your salon rider so then you add the color and just
right amount so now to add about five to six punts of this
handsome three two one three four five six and he'll also weren't really good
pump so I'm just gonna add another two
okay and one for good luck okay and now I'm going to add in a bit
every shot
I'm gonna play lots of this I really like shaving for you guys the one way
you don't want our shaving cream is like that because it didn't work shaving
cream so I've got lots of leakage and so now I'm just gonna just stir that up and
guys I'm not going to be using baking soda in this video as i am using shaving
cream so if you were using shaving cream and you don't have baking soda it is
okay cuz shaving cream is liquidy baking's over just in a different form
so I never shave and dream it's just a bit hard to mix it in sometimes as it is
like really fluffy and the blue is usually at the bottom and it takes a
long time to mix it in but it is definitely worth it so guys now I think
that my glue is stirred in oh that is work out I'm going to add my food
coloring so I'm going to start off by opening yellow and I'm going to start
off by adding some year you guys might think that was quite a lot but trust me
guys this is a fluffy sign so it is not much so now I'm just going to try and
add in some pink half I'm just going to add a bit of pink I mean red as it is
stronger so we're trying to make all right I'm not sure how that it's going
to turn out I'm probably going to end up using the hold
and the yellow uses a lot of food coloring fluffy sign so actually guys I
feel like this needs a bit more red and so there's extra my pinky red so if it
looks a bit pink thing yeah it's actually more pink
okay so I'm just going to try and get the right color I love you right back
guys I'll do a little quick timeout role turn
ups okay so guys I think I have the perfect orange and now we are just going
to go ahead and activate and guys if your son does fluff down little whilst
you were activating then you can add some shaving cream at each end so guys
now I'll be right back and walk she doesn't contract it it's like a little
bit first and then oh my gosh - there's something really
nice I've not really ever made that much ever
he's fluffy slime with a foaming hand soap but I'm not this is the only
difference in this slime and it has really made it like like really fluffy
and like nice you know like that looks really nice guys this looks really like
pumpkin slab it just looks a little bit lighter than a normal pumpkin but guys I
did end up using the whole bottle of yellow so and eat it with both hands now
so guys I'll be back boys this time is activated roll time apps
okay so guys now I think I am done activating my time it is actually a
brilliant side it has drift down quite a lot though while I was mixing it so it's
time to add some more shaving cream and I'm just gonna add like a whole bunch
which add about three tons of filming handle okay yeah that was all ages I'm
just loading us up with shaving cream and actually doing the most
shaving cream you cannot in the way out okay that was be allowed okay so now
guys I am there thank you and guys sorry if you hear any
background noises it is just my little birthing room and my little brothers
okay so guys now you just want to mix in your dad machine your slime mixing your
shaving cream is yours and as you guys proven you will expect this shaving
cream will make your son lighter I know it's a bad idea but I really want the
Sun to be fluffy so just keep on mixing or needing likely but guys do you also
have a big enough pumpkin it's like to fit your huge sign or if you want to
have one of those decorative little pumpkins and you can as well just and
then you want to make that sign okay yeah it's the ball so guys now I'm
just going to get my activator again just as it got sticky and you just spray
them active ear or spray just add some add to bitter and guys I'll tell you one
more hat oh my hat or like tip or trick I don't know whatever you want to call
it and once you have activated your slime with this is what
any butter cloud I'm not sure with cloud sometimes that doesn't work flat feet
any type once you have activated your slide and your bowl is still dirty or
your spoon and your spatula you can just use your sign to clean it oh so guys
here is my sign I think I'm going to a tad more up to meter I mean it's really
nice so I'm just going to move this in and by the way guys I'll make my day if
you couldn't get this video up to 10 or 15 nights don't make my day if you guys
could get this video up to 15 likes so now guys time for the big reveal
me I got shot and stuff this slam into this top one busy job
is try and bring my boobs super-heavy pumpkin up and I like try and stuff this
line into their pet no idea how this is gonna go but I was kind of trying to do
like this little bit of like a slime puking's pumpkin puking slimes so I'm
just gonna try and go ahead and repeat that thingy so like I'm just going to
shoot em I feel like the slimes a little sticky to do this with so I'm just gonna
take some of the slime stuff it into that pumpkin right here just like that
and then I'm just gonna like alright put it in like that like you guys can see it
is just like I'm just like trying to attach this slide I don't think it is
sticky enough so what you'll y'all I'm going to do is I'm true trying figure
this out and I'll be right back guys when I figure this out see ya
okay so guys here I am back with the pump in that is puking out slime so what
I'm just going to do so guys why did I just tried it like stuff and like slime
inside of the pumpkin and I just like two feet or so somewhere didn't be
sticky and just pushed it out into the mouth so guys I'm sorry guys
this is my pumpkin and guys I hope you enjoyed this video don't forget to leave
a like subscribe comment and share this video your friends oh you guys and if I
have mentioned don't forget to check this time out the last two days of the
special offer Halloween

How To Change Your "Love" Habits! - Duration: 5:51.
- How can you change your love habits with men?
Hello guys and welcome to this amazing video.
I really prepared this one
because I wanna give you the best of my philosophy.
I wanna talk to you today about the push and pull
for woman.
This is kind of a technique for your love life.
Just to introduce myself, I'm Alex Cormont,
your French Relationship Expert.
So since 2007, I've got so many women in France,
but also all over the world to change their love life,
to change their pattern.
I wanna talk to you about the push and pull
because most of the time,
you feel that this technique is just playing a game,
playing hard to get.
And in my philosophy, it is not.
I can guarantee you, if you can find the right balance,
between my personal life, making some new things
in my life, loving my life, even when I am just by myself,
meanings even when I'm single.
And creating some really good moments with men,
Like using dating, meeting people,
by enjoying every single second.
You will have this push and pull,
meaning push because I'm involved in the process of dating
and pull because I have my own life.
I know who I am.
I know why I'm the best woman for you.
And when you can act like this,
this is a push and pull technique
which is really, really powerful.
We will go deeper with that technique.
This is something that I really wanna share
because it's change a lot.
Every single woman that I've coached,
they were suffering from the situation of the push and pull.
They were asking me,
"Alex, why this man is not texting me?"
And when you ask this question,
you will always put this guy in a pedestal,
which is not good for us.
So if you're watching this video,
the push and pull new generation is to always being happy.
So you should not suffer, when you are taking distance,
when you are just by yourself.
This can change a lot,
because your energy will not be negative.
Your energy will be positive.
And your charisma will be really different.
And I can guarantee you something.
When you have activities, when you can tell these men
that you are doing these things, and these other things,
that where you are really so sure
and you are always meeting people,
and always doing thing that you love, he will fight for you.
If to the opposite, you are asking him,
"Oh what do you do because I'm missing you?"
When he asked you, "What did you do?"
And you say, "Nothing, I was staying home."
Then, he will take you for granted.
This is just human mind.
It works in every situation.
So when you do push and pull,
it's because when you have your life,
you will be 100% with yourself.
When you are with this man, you will be 100% with him.
And then it will change
because I know that most of the time you will let this guy
having all the power in your relationship,
all the power in the dating process,
which is not good, which is not good,
because you are losing yourself.
And this is why I have developed this philosophy.
this YouTube channel
because I'm talking with my heart,
from what I've experienced on the field.
I'm every single day with you, woman,
who wants to hear and learn more about men.
So, it's just simple.
We love challenge.
We love meeting a woman who loves her life
because we feel that she can teach us something,
or she can give us something.
She can just improve our life.
And this is where the push and pull new generation,
not when you suffer from him,
when you can just be yourself every single second.
It would completely change your love life.
So, keep in mind, I would say that you are the gift.
This man has to fight for you.
And in order to stabilize your life,
you need to make sure that you work on yourself.
And this is why I'm doing some coaching session
also about self-development, personal development,
because I just want to give you all of the tips
that I have learned and that can change your life.
I don't want you to suffer because you're single,
or in a relationship with a man,
or a relationship which is toxic,
a man who is not giving you attention.
I don't want this for you.
You deserve the best.
Love is so amazing.
Love is so beautiful.
Love is just power of good energy.
And when I feel that millions of women
are suffering from this, it hurts me.
And that's why I'm talking to you about the push and pull
and I want to see that with the new generation
where you never suffer,
where you're always happy every single second.
If you have any question, ask me in the comment box
and I will be more than happy to respond back.
Give me your like and subscribe
to this amazing YouTube channel.
I'm trying my best even with my French accent.
So if you wanna go further, you have my free ebook
which is an amazing bestseller in France.
And I'm giving it you for free
because I just want you to understand
everything about my philosophy.
And if you feel that I'm a right fit for you as a coach,
we can do a good work together.
See you soon guys.
Bye-bye.

How To Get Clients While Developing Your Skills - Duration: 2:36.
Hi guys, it's Matt here in Dubai Marina and today answering question, how you can
close customers on skills that you don't have or on you know, coding languages
that you never you know implemented or you know even skills you've never done
before? So the question in comments from another video by the way I'm answering
all the questions from comments so you can ask your question and comments too!
I was like.. hey, I'm good with let's say PHP and I want to you know close customers
in another language like it's for coding for programming but like could be that
you want to close customers on you know vector designs and you are only good in
Photoshop, for example, so you know how to do that? The answer is simple, you just
have to know slightly you know more or you know you just have to have slightly
more information than your customers so if you just know a little bit more than
them during the sales call that you have then they will already position you as
an expert if you can give them an advice give them piece of advice during the
call they will already position you as an expert so you don't have to be let's
say let's say you do clickfunnels but you want to upsell Facebook ads to your
customers of course you don't have to be Facebook
Ads specialist all you have to do is you know obviously
you want to sell those Facebook ads cuz you know they will be a part of what you
can deliver to your customer and even though you're not a specialist because
you're in online marketing for example you know a little bit about Facebook ads
already so what you do is you can just tell them a little bit about this and
they will not know that you're not like complete expert because you know they
don't know anything about this right so if they don't know anything about this
then of course you can offer this to them and they will not even realize and
then if you really don't know exactly how to deliver Facebook ads as a part of
your offer but you're good with something else then you know you want to
hire specialists in your company to help you with this particular parts after the
sales is already closed but as a matter of fact you don't need to know
everything about everything you can just know a little bit
more than your customers and in this way it's gonna be easy for you to close them
on some things that you've never done before
and of course remember not to you know screw them up and like make sure that
you can deliver what you say so make sure you know a little bit and make sure
that you're gonna hire specialists within your company to do those certain
processes that you don't know about take care and good luck see you guys tomorrow!

unhealthy and you need to move on. Here are some key indicators that your
work environment is no good. There's poor communication, when disciplinary problems
come up nothing is done about it, your boss will make exceptions for
others but not you and you have a bunch of gossiping co-workers. If quitting is
not an option for you then developing a few coping mechanisms will buy you time
until you can land a new career opportunity. So let's jump into it. Tip
number one, take a walk. When the going gets tough, take a walk.
It's been proven that when we change the physiology of our body we change our
mental state and our thought process. Walking will give you a surge of energy
and will help you get out of the situation to clear your thoughts. It will
give you time to reflect and re-group and if you can find an
inspirational place to walk or even try a quick meditation while you're walking.
Tip number two, keep your eyes open for new opportunities. This will give you
hope and encouragement to keep moving forward. Start by reaching out to your
network to find out what companies are hiring or what positions might be
available and get your resume and LinkedIn profile ready to go for when
that position presents itself. The more people you reach out to, the quicker your
new opportunity will come up. You want to constantly be networking and reaching
out to others for new opportunities. Use LinkedIn's career interests section to
signal hiring managers and recruiters that you are open to new opportunities.
This will also help you get your exit strategy going. Tip number three, find
positive influences. Surround yourself with others that can lift you up. This
will build your confidence and will help you focus on your long-term goals. This
will also lower your risk of falling into a depression. It will bring out the
best in you and it will help you fight off stress. These positive influences
will help you work through issues that come up in the workplace in an uplifting
and encouraging manner. Take it one step further by developing an affirmation
about your ideal job. Read the affirmation and visualize it to yourself in
the morning before you go to work and right before you go to bed. Tip number
four, let it go before you get home. Your roommate or your significant other may
not want to hear about every negative detail that happens in the workplace.
They want to spend quality time with you and venting about the problems at work
could make the situation worse. Rather find someone outside of the house that
you can vent with about your current situation
or better yet journal about it before you enter the front door. Have you heard
of "garbage-in" "garbage-out?" Well your head is filled with a bunch of garbage and
you need to take out the trash. One way to do this is to journal about those
thoughts and emotions surrounding that negative situation. Get
rid of those thoughts and emotions before you even walk in the door. You
don't want them stinking up your mind throughout the night. Of course you can
let your loved ones know about what's happening at work but let them know what
steps you are taking to solve the problem or to handle the situation. Your
hostile work environment is not worthy of your attention at home. Your home is
your safe place and should be filled with happy, blissful moments. Step number 5,
be reasonable with your time. One of the best things to combat workplace toxicity
is to take regularly scheduled breaks including your lunch breaks. This is a
really good time to reset. Also leave work when it's time to leave and don't
come in early. Working more hours than necessary will only heighten the problem.
Set boundaries and keep your distance as best you can. If you need to, let your
manager or the human resource department know of your intentions. Keeping these
lines of communication open will make it easier for you to work only when
required. Tip number six, refrain from gossip. It's
really easy to find others in the workplace that you can vent with and
sometimes this might be warranted, but in most situations, gossiping will not
improve the situation and in fact it's a form of bullying. Now here's the cool
thing, it's been proven that when gossip is decreased in a workplace,
productivity increases and sick days go down so stay as far away from the drama
as you can. This will help you survive some of those difficult days at work. You
deserve a job you love. You are worthy of a position that brings you joy and
fulfillment. You deserve to be happy. If you're in a workplace situation that's
causing you stress or harm in some way, do your best to change your circumstance.
Whether that's with your outlook or a different job, you are better than that
and if the new job is what you're looking for, take a look at the
Six-Second Resume. It's an easy-to-use resume template that you can download

Marshawn Evans Daniels and how to Believe Bigger and be better Women Leaders. - Duration: 44:30.
>> GREG SMITH: Hello everyone.
Today's a special day for me because I get to welcome
to our chat today someone who's actually made a big
difference in my life and in my business was one
of the first people we worked with in the very early
days getting Thinkific started.
Give me a lot of great advice and helped introduce some of our
earliest customers and clients.
And as someone that I've really admired and everything
that she does she really spans a broad spectrum in business
and personal success from serial entrepreneur TV personality,
she's creator of The confidence movement founder of She Profits.
She helps women turn ideas into income and faith
into action.
She's a Miss America finalist,
pro sports attorney,
competitor Previously on The Apprentice,
left a high powered law firm a little bit similar to me
to go and follow her passion and build some multimillion
dollar enterprises and so many other things
I don't have time to get into all of here today but we'll
dive into some of that today.
She also has a new book coming out which you can check out at
believebigger.com and you can learn more about
Marshawn Evans Daniels at Marshawn.com or check out
her book which we're going to be talking about today.
believebigger.com Marshawn welcome.
It's an absolute pleasure to be chatting with you today.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Thank you so much.
I remember those early conversations that was about
three years ago.
It was right before I was getting on sabbatical
and we were using a different platform
and I heard about you all because I wanted
to provide something that will be awesome
for clients that would get them going quickly.
And I honestly I was shocked that when I replied
to the company I loved to learn more that day very
quickly got me routed to you and that you personally
reached out and so I consider you my
Canadian brother from another mother.
But we have just been so excited to be developing
and growing this partnership with you all
and my clients are very excited and happy and they love how
easy it is so I'm a fan and I appreciate
the kind words for sure.
>> GREG SMITH: Thanks I appreciate it.
It's yeah it's been a pleasure learning
from you and working with you.
And I know lots of our clients have worked
with you and been really excited about how you've helped them
and now you have so you have something
you have a bunch on the go.
There is believe bigger is the place to check
things out around the book.
Oh excellent.
There you go.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Get out of my head
and into hard back.
I mean it can be rare for a woman to get off
hardback book so it's pretty cool.
It's pretty nice.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
And I'm going to brag for you a little bit.
So so you don't have to as much but you're.
So the books already.
So it's out March 13th 2018 You can actually believe
bigger you can sign up to get it in advance
of that or get it on that release day.
And it's already number one in women in business category.
So let's talk a little bit about that.
What's the story behind like how did you how did
you get into putting this book together and who.
Well maybe start with actually even just
who should be looking at this.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Well you know that's a good question.
I believe that it's I wrote it for the person
who stopped it was feeling like there's
more in their lives.
There's more for them to do it to be.
And you mentioned that you were practicing
as a lawyer.
So was I. And there's something about your degree
that can be somewhat misleading.
So I was sitting at the 22nd on the 22nd
floor of a high rise law firm.
I'm 25 years old.
I'm fresh out of Georgetown Law.
And I should be grateful I had 20 something
offers and I should be feeling fulfilled and satisfied.
I'm very well paid in my opinion.
Overpaid for a young kid who didn't really know
anything and epos same time.
I felt like this wasn't enough for me I wasn't in the right
place or in the right season and I realized
that I was not alone when I first got into coaching.
I was in probably in the industry for about
a year and a half and I had a lot of corporate
clients who work Office Depot Home Depot
on Delta Airlines and has dealt with Delta
being one of my clients maybe one of their
preferred vendors they would invite us to a lot
of their events.
So I attend an event with Delta Airlines and I meet
this woman who is the C suite level executive at Home Depot.
So C Suite if you're not clear about how
that works or just a couple of heartbeats away from the CEO.
So she's super super successful very prominent
someone I had actually always wanted to get face time with.
So we're sitting at this cocktail reception
and she's explaining to me that she's ready
to make a transition.
Now it's not that she was losing her job
they weren't firing her.
They weren't telling her she had to go.
She's at the top of her game.
She's overcome so many obstacles broken
barriers she's a leader nationally and globally.
But still she was feeling this tug with a sense
of discontent.
And so I looked around and I saw a cocktail napkin
on that one and I flipped it over and I went
to share with her something that I had journaled in one
of my business journals.
I always draw framework's.
You know you think about how people draw sequences.
Been doing that since I was in probably
in high school when I see an idea I kind of map it out.
So I hadn't to shared this with anybody
yet and I pulled this napkin out and the first thing I drew
was a box that I wanted her to understand where
she was in her journey and in the first box I wrote
in the words discovery,
and the first stage of this journey of figuring out
who we are what we're here for and really a path
to our purpose starts here in discovery
and in this first stage we ask the question
Who am I supposed to be.
So I just shared with her.
This is what we're trying to figure out
in the early stages of life.
The Do's and Don'ts the rules the what we're supposed to do.
We're not supposed to do and how to not get
in trouble for me was how to get my name on the board
with checks for talking to much.
You know how to how to fit in and how to figure
out how to navigate life.
I think also particularly I would say
it's just for women but I think it impacts women differently.
And I could be wrong about this the men always say it's us
too but we should'ed on what we should do
what we shouldn't do.
This is where people pleasing and protocol and this is where
we learn the play small and it ends up
affecting us later on.
So in discovery we learn our own set of rules your rules
Greg might be different than mine because we have
different influences but we learn how to color
in the lines at some point.
So then on the next box he was like That's
interesting so she started thinking wow what rules
have I been being guided by.
What are some of the inner tapes what are some
of the things that maybe I was told.
And so in the second box I draw the napkin and I write
it in a talent and I explain that there
are these five talented mountians that all of us
climb in in the second phase he ask the question
Who did I decide to be.
Now when we go when we get these degrees and we get
degrees that turn into jobs and they turn into these
mountains that we climb to get to the top of the ladder right.
So we were lawyers we want to be a partner at a law
firm that's the pinnacle that's arriving
at the top of Mt.
Everest.
And so she was at that place and so she really resonated
with these five mountains.
All those who rebuilt bigger discovered five of them
but one is the money mountain.
So as entrepreneurs we can be very addicted
to this mountain because these also become
our labels and our titles.
So she was like well this is all I've know
and I could relate to that too because I'm kind of this.
I love to win.
I like I mean I did The Apprentice I was in miss
america I like to beat.
And I like to win.
I had eight male cousins and two brothers
and I like to hang with them.
I watched WWF wrestling growing up like I love
competition.
So the talent mountain is very dangerous for someone
like me because there's a mountain climb it and I'll
show how.I will leave you in the dust that's
kind of my mentality.
So still related to that and also there's
other things like motherhood and or being a spouse
and marriage.
So the question is Which mountain has really
been consuming your life and your identity
because if you're not clear about that when the tug
for entrepreneurship comes you will think
that it's beyond you or that it's too much
for you or that you can't do it.
And so what she was feeling was this discontent.
So I moved on I'll go to though the rest of these
really quickly and stage three is called the gap
is the in-between place I call it kind
of like the space between your Egypt and your promised land.
You're not quite where you were but you're also not
where you want to be and when you're trying
to think about how to reinvent your life or start
something new you're kind of in this little purgatory
space that's awkward it's confusing.
You feel like you're not sure on certain because you stepped
out of time you were the master and you knew
what you were doing.
So you're stepping into this obscure
place of new ness.
Stage 4 I drew a box and that is called Gifts
and I wrote the word gifts inm there so she's looking at
this small little napkin then we're doing
all this on her napkin.
And I write the word gifts in there and I explain
that all of us have unique abilities that are different
than our talents our talents are what we've
been trained to do.
Being a lawyer or being an executive or managing
people all of those can be gifts.
But often times are talent because anything you work
on you can get better at it but it doesn't mean
it's what you were born to do.
It doesn't mean that that's the limit of your greatness.
And so we talked about gifts and superpowers and finding
your voice and and finally in the last box I wrote
the words influence and influence we ask
the question Where am I now being sent to lead
to impact and to change lives.
And so I put the napkin in front of her.
And I. Ask her before I even finish.
Where are you.
She immediately put her finger in the middle on the gap.
And she says that's where I'm at right now.
And that's why I wrote believe bigger cause I believe
that most people are in this space that I write
about called the gap.
And our job as entrepreneurs is to understand that wether
our clients are in the gap.
But what kind of gap are they in and then personally
most people on the planet entrepreneurs included.
We don't know our purpose.
Most people don't know their purpose they can't
articulate it.
They may know their passion.
They may know an idea or even their abilities but be able
to simply articulate your purpose is a game
changer for you personally spiritually and financially.
It makes you more responsible with how
you use your time and how you show up for those
that you are called to lead.
And serve.
And so to me purpose is so multifaceted.
But that's why I wrote the book in that iws
who it is for so that I promise will be my longest
answered to any question that you ask
that sets the stage.
>> GREG SMITH: No that's great and it does There's so many
questions like a dive into there so you started
that napkin conversation was when.
>> GREG SMITH: And so you've been using that framework
with clients and people since then and even personally.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Yes yes yes yes.
And it's something that I've been teaching
primarily in my private Clients.
So we do we have a new initiative that we've
rebranded as she profits in my coaching company
which has grown to be the largest coaching
company for women in the country.
We do events high and mastermind programs
and high end coaching and also online courses.
And so we teach this and I now it's not
from a napkin to a double wide flip
chart any screens and monitors.
And with those that come from around the world
to our events.
But I've been teaching it and I'm excited because once
something that happens when we get into coaching
is that we get in a bubble of being with our clients
and growing our companies.
And I just felt a tug similar to the same tug
I had at my law firm feeling like I want to do
something more.
And while I love working with my clients I felt
like I wanted more people to get in the trenches so to go
to the tree shops and to present a message
for for women around the world who don't even know
that they have superpowers and they have a voice
for they have the unique skill that's different maybe
than what they've learned and what they've trained to do.
because this is a season for really those
who have gifts to really operate and use them in unique
ways to change the world.
So that's why I wrote believe bigger so that we can learn
to believe beyond what we've been through guyand
what we've known and step into your whole life.
That's also more profitable as well.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
So if I'm so for someone watching here it's there
if they're at of place maybe they are on top of one
of these mountains but they're looking for the next
opportunity the next thing are feeling like they're
a bit stuck in that.
OK I've climbed this but what's next or what.
Are not entirely happy here.
That's sort of that feeling you're getting is to like I'm
I'm a little bit stuck on where do I go from here
what do I want to be doing or is this really where
I want to be sitting for the rest of my life.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Yeah.
So the thing that call that So it only that I talk
about this thing called the tug.
Yeah.
And the tug is that feeling it's that nagging recurring
feeling I need to do this or a dream that you've
been having a desire that just won't go away or even
something as simple as maybe I should do
this or they even here's how we really it because we say
somebody should really do that.
That is so.
And really that's really to me guidance have
you getting an understanding of what you're supposed to do
what you're capable of doing.
The problem is we maybe have never done it before.
And one of the key phrases I principles will talk
about in the book is there are many things
that you've learned to do well,
but there are other things that you've never
done that you did even better.
And that concept that there's something
that there are other levels to your excellence and your
greatness that again may have nothing to do
with your degree or degrees and the titles that we wear.
Those can become idols that really block us
from being credible.
And so when you're feeling that tug it's what I believe
it and I've learned that men have a womb to Greg's
just stick with me for a second.
That is really purpose inside of your destiny womb
and say hey I'm too small.
I'm too big for this small place you have me in.
So you've got this big idea and you're frustrated
because your boss doesn't doesn't give
you the opportunity to fulfill and explore your creattivity
and you feel like the man is keeping me down
and all that stuff.
You know what.
Thank goodness they are.
Because that's probably not your idea belongs anyway
and so you're experiencing these kind of contractions
saying hey this is Labor Pains.
It's time for you to move on to another
place and a baby can't stay in a small place for too long.
And so you've sometimes just outgrown your garden
outgrown your season and it's time to move forward.
So the tug is a guidance system is designed to help get
you into a bigger place because there are other
people who need you.
Any of you that were praying for hey I want to find an idea
or something that I can use to change the life of my family.
Want to change my own financial circumstances.
That is going to result in something pulling
you out of where you've been because if it worked.
Where you are right now it would be working.
So there is a reason that there is a tug to get you to move.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
And so like I was kind of lucky in that like when I have
experienced this personally I was 24 25
working at a law firm.
But I had no mortgage no kids wasn't married yet.
So it was easier for me to take that leap
and embrace some risk there and I certainly did.
But I wonder like how do you what if what if you're talking
to someone who's got mortgage,
kids.
You know that's I mean that's where I'm at now.
Those kind of things where you can be a bit more risk
adverse and I tend to think women tend to be put
into this situation a little bit more.
They tend to be more of the the responsible one.
I mean you look at statistics on like micro lending across
the world and people are much more likely to lend to women
because it's a it's a better bet that they're going to pay
you back because they take this stuff a little bit
more seriously I think and not to generalize
but that's what the stats show us
and I don't think it's a bad thing.
But I think it also tends to kind of like a block women
down a bit more than others than from taking that leap
and taking that I don't want to be here encouraging people
quit your job drop your mortgage.
Forget about your kids and go go start something
but how do you kind of how do you reconcile that.
That I'm in a place where I don't really
feel like I want to.
I'm worried about taking on more risk.
Or is this a risky cop.
Does it have to be
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Such a good question So I think
one of the problems is for both men and women
because I believe entrepreneurship is the new
faith movement.
It takes faith to sept out and do something that's not
been done and what you have.
You personally have not done before.
But with that the reason we struggle with this is one
we're we're trained to pursue retirement as opposed
to reinvention if we develop the muscle and understanding
and know how early that you really aren't
built to just work one job for your whole life
that he will have multiple twists and turns
on the path of life.
And that when opportunity arises you should rise to the occasion.
So what has happened is we have become risk
managers as opposed to risk engager is right by nature.
So we feel in them because of that we also
haven't been developing our unique abilities and our
skills so that when new opportunity
comes we do feel overwhelmed.
We're not we're not trained on how to make
a dollar for ourselves.
We don't know how to make dollars for other people.
So one of the things that I believe will happen
with beleive bigger is that we will change
the way we look at how we're supposed to live our lives.
Like what is the intent is to be in one place for too long?
No.
That's why there's five stages now look most people
will never make it out of stage Two The Talent Stage.
It's not about starting a business
but it is about stepping into your legacy
of what you're here for.
And so one of the voices I talk about these two
competing voices also in Beleive bigger
which are a little me versus future me and little me
is the voice of fear little me is also very rational sounding
very practical and can be very deceptive in that way a little
my whole goal is to keep you out of your best life
out of your best experiences whether that be
health wealth relationships love or just joyous fulfillment.
It's designed to keep you in a place that is stuck
in the past or at least even if little Me
can keep you comfortable.
Well that is great because now you're locked out
of the incredible and the opposite voices
future me and future me is so unintimidated by Little
Me In fact future me eats all the fear of her from little me
like a vitamin for breakfast like just takes
it in and is not intimidated and is completely
passionate about your greatness your
abilities and launching you into this incredible life.
Not perfect but powerful at the same time and so I think
that because we haven't been taught again the rules
are really voiced by little me so all the little voices have
how you get shitted on when we talked
about that earlier or what.
I'm up at a crossroads so any time we're about
to step into something new rational-lieing rationalizing
the rational Little Me will come up and say
well you know what.
You don't have a degree for that.
Now that might be a fact but it may not be true.
Is a fact that you don't have a degree but it's not
truth that you need it.
So a lot of time they need something to qualify me
validate me to go and do this.
So what happens is we end up not building
what we want for our families.
We think we're being rational and responsible
for what we need to start investing in tools and training
and research and other people who can help us gain
the confidence so that we don't have a vision
as underfunded we can fund it when we elevate
our skill set.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent and I've I've certainly heard
that voice myself and I think sometimes it can even be
the of a friend or someone who is close
to you who doesn't necessarily mean ill
but is sort of saying oh you don't have a degree in that.
So why would you go and do that thing.
Yeah.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Sometimes there's a heavy magnetic
pull towards the comfort zone like people don't want
you to actually they call it.
I think the principle of the middle the median
whatever it is it's something about people don't want
you to get too far above you.
They will always want to bring people up and we don't
want them to go too far.
And when people start talking about what you can't do
because this happened to me when I decided to leave
my law firm.
Yeah.
And I remember meeting with my mentors
who were you know been practicing 40 something years
at that time longer than I'd been alive and explained
that I was going to waste my law degree if I went
and started.
Actually they thought I was going to work for some
else's sports agency.
they didn't think I was going to start my own.
Yeah.
I remember just saying you know what I don't want
to be stuck here but we want to pull people up but we don't
want them to go too far.
And as I realize I was looking across the table
at this woman again,
been practicing forever right and help her.
She was so scared to still leave the comfort of the four
walls of this law firm even with all this knowledge here.
I don't have any knowledge really.
I have knowledge I certainly don't have legal
wisdom yet I haven't had enough experience to say that,
but here I looked across from her at the table and I said
I don't want to be her.
She gave me was advice and guidance.
Don't waste your law degree.
Don't ruin your life basically by leaving the comfort
of these four walls.
You'll be,
it's too scary out there don't leave,
and we gotta become wise enough to discern the difference
of the voice of doubt,
that is not necessarily.
Again it might be factual but it may not be true
for you and trusting your intuition is the most
powerful thing and the most profitable
practice that you can get engaged in.
Because when other people are scared they will hawk
their fears off on you even if it's because they want
to stay in their comfort zone.
So everything about little Me is to keep you comfortable
and if you can stay comfortable again
you're out of the incredible
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
OK so definitely for everyone here if you're finding
that if you're feeling that tug or if you're in that place
that stuck or you'd need help or guidance or looking
to better understand maybe making that transition
or stepping up to something more purposeful for yourself.
Check out believe bigger dot com.
We're not done.
I'm just reminding people where to get it.
But I also think it's a commercial break.
Yeah.
There you go.
Sounds to me too that there's an element
of this that is like there's a there's a personal element
and a business element and they seem very
connected in everything that you're talking about here.
Those that are those who are tied together.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Well I met someone I used to believe
that they were parts of our lives were separate but now
I've come to believe especially for entrepreneurial
folks who are building something out of the overflow
of their hearts passion,
that our personal life and our business life
are so intertwined in terms of when things start happening.
The way I always tell people there.
How do you know you're in the gap
and in the middle of a shift you take the F
out of the work shift.
So when that happens you know that things
are starting to be obstructed.
So I have this you know I started a sports agency
when I left my law firm and during that time I also
got engaged so I was engaged.
I was traveling between Atlanta Georgia and Chicago
and Illinois back and forth long distance relationship.
And I was becoming a bonus mom with three kids all
while managing this professional sports agency is very
successful and it just signed the highest paid
defensive back in the NFL.
He had a 62 million dollar seven year contract
and as a side note the best clients are the finest I can
afford to pay you and I have a lot.
I had a huge corporate roster.
I was starting to not only get media and marketing
and endorsement deals from my clients with Rolls-Royce
Nike Tiffany and Company Sprint.
So really bluechip opportunities for bluechip
clients.
And then I was on ESPN doing commentary myself in CNN.
So life was good business was great and then they all
fell apart at the same moment.
I've been feeling like it was time to take
a step back for my sports agency but I didn't know why
because it was very successful.
And I one.
I had this vision of growing it to be the largest women
on sports agency in the country is going
to sneak up behind all the sports agents who didn't
see me coming in to scoop up their clients
if they had been neglected and had a whole
strategy and it was working.
And I got this tug to stop or pause.
And my fiance at the time says Well why don't you take a break.
Why don't we get married.
You get used to living permanently in Chicago being
a mom and figure out what you want
your next step to be.
Also had a business book out at the time called
skirts in the boardroom.
So it sounded really good.
I mean what woman does not want to hear.
Fellas,
we love to hear that.
However I found out six days before my wedding I was waking
up that morning waiting for my fiance to get on a plane
coming into Atlanta and that morning I reach
over and I do what I don't believe in doing now.
I grabbed my cell phone and I discovered through
an unlikely messenger that my fiance was cheating on me.
Ouch.
I didn't see that coming.
It was absolutely devastating personally.
It was embarrassing as well.
It was a high profile relationship he had been he,
had been retired eight years.
He was a former professional athlete and we've
been very public because Facebook was new
then every everything.
Everything was social media.
It's great to share your life.
And now I had people asking me about a wedding
that I had called off because I have all these
fans and they didn't know,
and them somehow.
Within that day you can you'll read the book
for the juicy details on how I discovered
that and how hard it was.
But I discovered on that day and somehow within 24
hours we were able to get 350 guests Informed that there
would be no wedding.
Now six days before dress is paid for venue is paid for.
The minister has already set,
he had been doing our marriage premarital counseling.
I had dresses and…
I mean you're plural dresses the cake everything.
All of that stuff.
So my life fell apart but I had also closed down
my business to get married.
I referred all my clients out so now I don't even
know how to pay my bills.
And so what I talk about in chapters one& Two believe
bigger is this concept of split rock moments
and a split rock moment is when you find yourself
in a hard place you don't know how I got there
and I was embarrassed because I'm way,
I'm way too smart a chick to end up in this situation.
I made the decision.
I'm a good judge of character.
I'm admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
How does this happen to me.
And what I realize is that moments
like this happen not to devastate us
but to develop us and in side inside
of a rock which represents being a hard place.
When you split it open then there was this passage
that really spoke to me in the Bible
when I was really just trying to rebuild my life
and get my spirit back together and I started praying.
And this passage came to me and Isaiah talks about
the rock being split open in a new water coming forth
And also how this happened while people were just
wandering through a desert and I said well I still
like I'm in a desert.
You know I don't have to pay my bills.
I am depressed.
I am embarrassed.
And I said but what are you trying to say.
Are you trying to say that there is new life
in the middle of a hard place.
And so the idea and the premise behind believing bigger
is embracing disruption as opposed to running
from it looking at more.
Maybe this is happening to me maybe it's happening
for me because there's a new life within me.
And what's happened since then is that I opened
up an entirely new.
I never wanted to work with women that wasn't on my
radar.
I love working with athletes.
I had hazing experiences at my law firm with the women
in leadership so I didn't have a desire.
What to also learn is that oftentimes we miss our
purpose because it's hidden in the middle of a place
of pain.
And so I have rebuilt my life into a multimillion dollar
coaching company that I would have never
stepped into if I had stayed in sports
because that was comfortable because it was successful.
So part of this shift is breaking up with success
and stepping into significance.
And we think if we do something that matters
and which.
Changes the lives of other people that we won't
be profitable.
But my experience has been totally separate.
So for me as I stepped into my purpose and be authentic
and even for me building a faith oriented business where
I wanted to help people of faith not feel
like they had to be paupers but how
they could charge premium price and get on mainstream
television and be super successful.
I found that my life in my business go together as I work
on my mindset as I work on my spiritual development
and as I work on trusting my intuition.
One I'm a much better marketer because I'm speaking
from a place of truth and heart.
I'm not trying to actually market anymore.
My definition for me for marketing is simply
being inspiring.
So everything that we do at Me unlimited is to inspire
people to believe bigger and that has been the magnet.
But it's not.
Anyone can just take that message off a tree.
That's the message of my life.
So that has also turned into a legacy for my business.
So you asked the question I know I promise at
the beginning that would have been my
longest except for the day.
>> GREG SMITH: This is a great one.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Life and business go together
it doesn't mean that you are your business
and it doesn't mean that you are your gift
but it does mean that there is time for us.
It's time out for us trying to separate,
what's supposed to be integrated so that we truly
do love our life and our business is an extension
of what our life mission is supposed to be
about to begin.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
Wow.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: I married a great guy.
So I did get on the other side of leaving success
stepping into significance finding
purpose I think you are for me.
I also found my purpose partner and so there's all kinds
of good things and I want to emphasize
it's not just about the money.
There's nothing wrong with the money but you can
make money where you were.
So on the other side is everything you've built
for a happy relationship and an amazing company to.
>> GREG SMITH: Yeah you've done I mean you did the successful
law degree then the successful agency route and now
the successful coaching and business
like it in so many different areas it's pretty
amazing so what do you what do you say someone needs.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: I'm just kidding.
That is not how it feels.
Most of the time but it is nice to have
some milestones but there's definitely a bunch of dirt
as well too along the way.
>> GREG SMITH: Yeah definitely.
So what do you say to someone who's maybe
in the middle of that and they're not sure.
I think we all have these dips along the way.
Maybe we're in a dip or or just we've seen some early success
or some success and we're looking to take it to that next
level.
I don't know it's like how much you get
into that sort of like taking it beyond that in the book
but um.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: So the reason I say purpose
is the most powerful force on the planet
is because it is a great equalizer and we are realigner.
When you are when something is not working again
it's not happening to you it's happening
for you is a great opportunity to figure out
what do I need to elevate and the,
to me the concept of purposes it ancor's me back
in and like actually doing what I'm built to do the way
I'm built to do it and also are there other people that can
help me do this better.
So there's a couple aspects to that.
If you believe in something that is your mission in your
assignment and sometimes we can be doing something that we have
called our purpose but it's not we just chose to make it that.
That's why we're doing the work.
And we believe bigger and there is a section a whole
chapter dedicated to you clearly being able
to articulate it was simple full sentence what your
purpose in your life mission is being able to understand
that makes you intentional when you break your purpose
not just the purpose you picked off the Appletree
are when you bring the clarity of that very rarely have I seen
that fail out strategy.
You might need some help where you might not
be the best at messaging.
I think that one of my superpowers is messaging
particularly money messaging.
And coming up with words and in moments and phrases
of how do you take a complex message and simplify what I've
been doing that my whole life when I was nine years old
I was developing logos for my dad's company
because it was super long.
C. Evans for a distribution company.
So I swear and get to see GDC and do a little Diamond.
I was 9 years old.
No one you to develop that didn't mean it was Jeff.
So as I've gotten older I've come to understand
and actually discovered this when I was only
Apprentice because I was in law school at the time.
My last year Voskuhl when I competed.
And as we were doing all these major campaigns
for Lamborghini and Star Wars and Bally Total Fitness.
>> GREG SMITH: I was always the person who was coming up
with the taglines and weaken it against the men's team
for Lamborghini the Lamborghini task I was the product manager.
We were at a disadvantage quite frankly
as women and most of us didn't know the difference.
Wait a Ferrari and a lamp at the time guys grew up
with those pictures on their walls as just a couple
of girls for us to win that task to cream
to annihilate the men's team with presentation.
And they loved everything that we put together
from that that the commercial the print campaigns
I started to realize maybe I actually am good at this.
I'm great at this so but I know what I'm not great at.
So sometimes when things aren't working is I'm
putting myself in the wrong place where I'm
not operating in my sweet spot.
Sometimes I need someone who can show me how to do what I don't
know how to do and that's why I believe in personal
development.
I think you're you're you're out of integrity as a coach
if you ask people to invest in you and you don't
invest in a coach.
I firmly believe that may be one of the reasons why
it's not working is because you're
lying to your client.
You're saying that you believe an investment in something
that you haven't done and one of the things I also talk
about and believe bigger is the concept of belief
transference.
I don't have to try that hard.
We're not actually operating in doing something that is me.
I am an investor.
I invest in personal development.
So I don't even have to really recruit clients clients
because investors get a return on the estimate
that they make or you can't get a return on an investment
that you've never made.
So there's a lot of reasons why things may not be working out.
Personal Investment personal belief but also
getting strategy having people who can help
you with your guest that you can operate in your
super power needs as well.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Excellent. I am by investing personal
coaching for myself as well.
And then I have a few free coaches too which is nice.
>> GREG SMITH: Excellent.
Okay so on the book side.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: For anyone who is interested
in looking to take the the next step
and learn a little bit more about everything
that abortion's shared with us today Chicco
believe triggered our harm.
>> GREG SMITH: So we more about more Marcia on our com.
I did want to talk to you a little bit so it at
least bigger is that is where do you how
you have some other stuff that goes along beside the book.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Yes and I'm super
excited about that.
So when you say we have some amazing bonuses that I've
created because I believe in honoring purpose minded
people and so that an individual who is just focused on himself
will invest in one copy and I talk about the different
levels of buying behaviors the selling
investing in selling and those being three different days.
So if you buy something that's about the most
inefficient buying behavior that there is.
>> GREG SMITH: But if you invest with the intention you know
I'm going to get a copy of Billy bigger because I'm
actually investing in my understanding of my purpose
because that's important to me.
Now an investor who is purpose minded in knowing that their
light is designed to have impact.
One also do that for other people in advance so we put
together some bundles for people who have that mindset.
You know what I'm going to think about two or three
other people that I want to help take this purpose journey.
They need this purpose map.
They're in a gap.
Are dealing with ishe that hit the fan.
How can I help them move forward.
So our trio bundle.
Well first of all to buy a single copy and offering
a complimentary vision board workshop and going
to be non-singing for monitus here's a sample of one of them.
So I really envision wards holistically doing a very
bigger vision workshop.
Every time I have done a vision for a national
television talking about it Jackson wants you to do that.
So these things work.
I also vision board my weight room and my wedding
ring is the exact same ring that's on my busy market.
No joke.
No lie.
I didn't even know that it was the same until
after we were already engaged.
That's what you if you go to believe bigger dot com
you you can get your book anywhere but you go back
to believe your dot com redeem it for the bonus
and you'll be registered for that vision board Workshop.
If you do the trio you'll get that and also a 21
day devotional.
If you do the 10 pack.
We do that and I'm also giving you a full video
workshop on the purpose.
Now here's what's awesome is I am giving gifting all
of our bonuses and gifts are going to be available
inside of our platform so this has been so easy
for us to develop.
So easy for us to do so much so that as we had one board
of new staff members they've needed minimal training most
of it they've been able to figure out without much
support and that's why we love it.
It's what I've been looking for.
Honestly I use some of the most complex systems out there.
I'm very excited to buy a lot of that done for you services
but I'm also sometimes underwhelmed by some
of the limitations so I love the it because you are constantly
innovative McGrigor pretty innovative for a lawyer
for a lawyer and you have taken just the different advice
and you can tell it's really delivered
well inside of the platform.
So all of the bonuses that we offer are inside of the.
Think of the platforms.
When you gotta believe that your dotcom already been a user.
You know how amazing the platform is so you'll
have ease in enjoying the gifts that we've made
available to you to have classes and training
and insight to complement the book and so also some
people are getting them for their for their
programs or getting a whole case for their clients.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: So in summer giving them to prison
ministry so that people present can learn how
to believe bigger for young girls so whatever
it is we made it for purpose minded people who don't just
think of themselves who also say you know what I want to help
move the world forward and you can learn
more about that at least.
I appreciate that's awesome.
Thanks I love the idea of investing
in the people around you too.
Usually when I find a good book or a good resource I'll
pick up a bunch copies for some of the team here
and then share them around so we don't have to go
through what leaders do.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: So not surprised.
So not surprised.
And I'll also be on the road we are planning to possibly
come to Canada as well but I'll be traveling really
around the world to do be doing tours and seminars
on this so I would love to hear from you all.
If you let me through think Yeffet here's what I'd
love for you to do when you purchase your BA.
Can you go and you do all the Redencion stuff
I believe bigger dot com.
>> GREG SMITH: Tweet your receipt and tell me Greg sencha
tells you that your big sencha and I would love to meet
you on the road if you go to Marshawn.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Tanya also be able to get signed up
for my newsletter Vasin free gifts there and you can even

thing for you if you go to a that your dot com

if it resonates with you and then if it does
I hope to help you in this journey of finding
your purpose.
>> GREG SMITH: Awesome.
Ok I'm going to go check that out right away.
That's awesome.
The one other question just because it's kind
of close to my heart.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Especially now that I'm a two year old
girl at home is that women and leadership and being such
a strong women leader and I know you've coached
so many of them and worked with so many of them
and I don't want to frame this question
any more than that.
Just curious about your thoughts on the future
of women in leadership and how that is now in and advice
you have for aspiring women leaders.
>> GREG SMITH: So glad you asked that I was told by a former
agent literary agent about seven years ago
when I was trying to write something about
purpose and destiny and alignment.
I was a little as always.
Think are always a little ahead of their time.
I was told that the message I had would be too big
and that the women would be too broke to receive it.
And I needed to find somebody else and I'm glad I was home
because it gave me insight that even women in leadership
are scared to believe they were.
And at least it redirected me into the fields
of entrepreneurship.
And if she hadn't told me that I probably would have
wrote a book that I didn't.
I had a feeling about what now I know that these
five stages are true.
I've been through them I've watched hundreds of people
through these five stages.
I've seen people reinvent and changed their lives
from women with traumatic brain injuries women dealing
with depression and men as well.
Coming out of the military trying to figure out what's
next for fellow athletes looking to reinvent their lives.
Supermodels like Ashley Graham who are who's on America's
Next Top Model right now.
And a cover of Sports Illustrated.
I've walked with these women and these men
through these stages and process.
I also know from a standpoint of personal peak performance
and studying human human behavior what does it take
to not just believe bigger but live bolder and I've
put this all in one place.
I believe for us as women.
One of the things I write about in the last chapter is the new
rules of leadership for women.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: What I believe to be true
is that we will never build beyond what we believe.
And so my hope for your baby girl and for both men
and women is that we would develop
a new generation of young kids who before they know how
to write their APCs they know the five stages of purpose
they know because their dad is going to tell her one
day that darling you are called to lead
and you are called to have influence
and you're going to have a great life but your life matters.
That's going to influence how she shows up with her choices.
When the bozo comes or the deadbeat boy comes by.
She's not even going to be phased
or interested because she's operating
with the sense of purpose.
Early on she knows her life matters.
You know she's here to be a joy to be a light
but that she has a brain that she has a voice
that she has some superpowers.
So that's my vision of how we shift the planet.
Quite frankly we're not just pursuing things
but we're developing ourselves in the Talent stage.
So yes she might go and get a job one day maybe not
with an entrepreneurial dad but she's going to need
to develop some skills and some deaths because one
day she will be called to Lee.
One day she will be the warrior princess.
That is creating a cure for something or changing
the world but it will not be a surprise
to her because she will know from the time
that she is young that this is what she was meant
for and that's actually why she's here.
That to me is what it means to redefine leadership
that this is what we're supposed to do.
It's not whether we are called to lead.
The question is Where is now our time.
And to me the answer is that's awesome I really
appreciate that.
>> GREG SMITH: Thanks Mercian That was amazing.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: So again for everyone who wants
a little bit more check out March on dot com and believe
bigger dot com for the book and all the other things
we talked about there as well.
Thanks so much.
>> GREG SMITH: Much appreciate it.
And tell your team your awesome rock star
team I said hello.
>> MARSHAWN EVANS DANIELS: Thanks I will definitely appreciate it.
