Youtube daily me Apr 2 2017

Greetings, fellow puckheads, and welcome to "Two Minutes for," at the Closet Hockey

Fan, where I condense hockey topics into roughly the time of a minor penalty.

Today it's Two Minutes for my pick to win the Stanley Cup.

Now that we're down to the last two weeks of action, I've been contemplating the field,

from the Blackhawks and Wild to the Sharks and Oilers, the Canadiens and Leafs to the

Capitals and Rangers.

I was analyzing video, crunching the numbers and carefully weighing each probable matchup.

And then tonight I saw the Flyers had taken a 3-0 lead over the Devils.

And just...Wow!

That was all I needed to commit to what I already knew: The Philadelphia Flyers will

be your 2017 Stanley Cup champions!

It's taken way too long for Philly to show its true form, which definitely was that 10-game

winning streak way earlier in the season.

I thought without a doubt, "This is it.

This is what Philadelphia has been waiting 42 years for."

And now is the time they're going on their run—you heard it here first.

Devils, Rangers, Devils, Jackets, Hurricanes—that's five wins, no question.

The scoring talent isn't necessarily there, but the Flyers' defense has been consistently

stout from top to bottom, and I don't think there's a more secure goaltending situation

in the NHL than Philadelphia's at this very minute.

So they get to 92 points and sneak in to that second wild card past Tampa, Carolina, and

the Isles.

The Bruins aren't going to beat the Blackhawks or the Lightning—too talented and fast—and

then it's choke mode for Boston, with the Senators involved again and then the Presidents'

Trophy-winning Capitals finishing them off.

I can't tell you in two minutes how the Flyers will navigate the playoff field, though, so

I've linked to a video of that explanation in the description.

Please watch that and leave your thoughts in the comments, like, share, and subscribe

for more analysis of The Coolest Game on Earth.

This has been the Closet Hockey Fan, and my time in the sin bin is up.

Skyrutiny: Steaming Piles of Greenshite - Duration: 7:30.

About six weeks ago Valve pulled the trigger on Steam Greenlight, and a lot of gamers everywhere

rejoiced at the decision while the majority of the indie dev scene uttered worried groans

of uncertainty.

For the last five years we seen Valve's motto of "anyone can ship anything" in action,

and they really weren't kidding when they said that.

Absolutely anyone can ship anything on Steam and we've seen the quantity of games increase

while the quality overall has decreased.

Steam Direct was slated for release in Spring of this year, which means it is just around

the corner and yet we're none the wiser about how it will differ from Greenlight.

All we've been told so far is that they are moving from a pay-once-rely-on-votes system

to pay-per-submission system, and even then Valve has not settled on a price to charge

developers.

So, really, we have absolutely no idea if this new system will stop the shovelware shite

or mediocre meme games trickling into the store front like a bad case of the tummy troubles.

All we can do is keep every appendage crossed that it will be successful in it's attempt

to filter out the questionable content and keep the store front stocked with fresh, delicious

goodies for us to peruse, purchase, and play.

I've spent the last year reviewing cheap games that made their way onto Steam via the

Greenlight system, and while that have been a few hidden gems, the vast majority have

been complete and utter tosh.

The lack of quality control on Steam Greenlight has been blatantly obvious for quite a while

now and Valve have been unclear about how Steam Direct will step up to the plate in

this regard.

But without some sort of oversight, we get crap like Quickscoper Doge: The Dank Illuminati

Memes or VERY BAD GAME being available for people in it for the lols, and automated bots

to attempt to push through to the store front.

And do people honestly want shit like this available on Steam?

No.

No one does.

And if you don't believe me, come, let us watch the trailer for VERY BAD GAME together.

Wait, what the fuck is this?

This isn't…

Oh.

Oh.

Ha ha.

Oh you've got to be kidding me.

Wow, really?

Oh this is just embarrassing!

I was drunk yesterday.

How?

I don't understand it.

I don't get how people can.. put their name to this shit.

How are they not embarrassed?

This isn't even a trailer.

This is a random.. random number of stock images that they just stole.

That's the entire game and this is the entire frickin' trailer.

See, look they haven't even made the game: "which engine will it be made?"

This is ridiculous!

How?

And why?

I.. ugh.. and this.. this is on Steam for people to vote for.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Nothing is impossible.

Do you now see what I'm saying?

No one wants this game or any other game like it to grace the store front, and frankly this

kind of crap should even be able to compete for a chance to be released on Steam.

These games simply don't deserve it.

Developers like this need to piss off back to whatever dark corner of the web they came

from and not flood Steam with streams of hot, putrid waste like this.

All it does is encourage more unprofessional developers to get on board the Steam Greenshite

Train and peddle their foul, sloppy creations.

So just what can Valve do to ensure Steam Direct doesn't find itself sitting in the

same dark, dank latrine with unpolished turds scattered around it?

I have few ideas.

Number one: Introduce some form of quality control.

This one is so bloody obvious.

Valve should get together a team big enough to manually sift through every single submission

to ensure they meet all the requirements necessary before being published to the store front.

It's not like Valve can't afford to pay people to do this kind of work.

They are not a small Mom 'n Pop company they were perhaps 20 years ago.

Valve has an estimated worth of 2.5 billion dollars and hires only 360 people.

By comparison, a digital retailor and social media platform company called Garena, also

have an estimated worth of 2.5 billion, but they employee over 2000 people.

So it's definitely feasible for Valve to bump up their numbers a little and employee

a team to oversee the quality of the games being released in their digital store.

Especially if they will no longer be donating the fees of game submissions to charity like

they have been doing with the current developer fee.

They did mention that developers would be able to recoup the cost of the fee, but, again,

Valve haven't been clear about what this exactly entails.

Now, if Valve REALLY don't want to pay people to do this sort of work, they could look into

creating a volunteer-based system kind of like Counterstrike has done with its Overwatch

program.

Out of the millions of users on Steam, Valve could easily find thousands of people willing

to spend time vetting games in exchange for a game or two each month.

I know that I would!

Valve could perhaps assign 10 people per submitted game and create a feedback form that these

volunteers would need to complete in full within a 7 day time period.

Sure, Valve would need to hire a few people to then review the feedback, but I imagine

most of that could be automated depending on how they would write their feedback form.

This would mean that Valve get more eyes on the games being slated for release on their

platform, the volunteers would get at least one free game each month, and we would see

a cleaner Steam overall.

Naturally the volunteering idea would need to be refined and tweaked somewhat, but I

think you all understand the general gist of it.

Number two: Introduce basic standards for games being released on Steam and hold every

developer to them.

If quality control assessment does become a thing – and it bloody well should – Valve

must make sure that every game is looked at and treated fairly.

This should mean that each game must include a trailer that shows actual up-to-date gameplay

footage, a decent description, correct classification, and the game itself should be tested to ensure

that it is a game, that it loads correctly, appears bug-fee, and isn't of a low quality.

And by low-quality, I'm talking about games that appear to have been thrown together in

an afternoon or generic asset flips that we've seen an abundance of on Steam Greenlight.

If these basic requirements are not met, the game gets either a permanent or temporary

denial slapped on it, the fee perhaps gets partially or fully refunded to the dev, and

if given the option, the developers can re-submit after fixing the issues mentioned in the denial

statement.

Number three: This one isn't specifically about Steam Direct, but more of a general

thing that Valve should introduce alongside Steam Direct.

If a game does get through the vetting process and everything on the surface looks hunky-dory,

but ultimately the game ends up being riddled with bugs, is unplayable, or doesn't live

up to the promises made *ahemNoMan'sSkyahem*, then Valve need to be faster in pulling those

games from their storefront.

A supermarket wouldn't continue selling a bad batch of cookies after waves of complaints

came rushing in about those cookies, would they?

No.

They wouldn't.

That's part of quality control.

Ensuring that the products you're selling are good for consumers to purchase.

And if they're not?

You pull them from the shelves.

I know that this topic has been talked to death by gaming websites, forums, and fellow

YouTubers.

But so long as Steam is the biggest digital distributor of games across the globe, we'll

continue to talk about the huge issues with the platform.

Outside of my hopes and wishes for Steam Direct, I have one bigger one.

I really would like Valve to communicate more openly with it's customers, and in general

improve it's customer support.

It's been over six weeks since I reported the fake awards on a game on Steam, and have

Valve done a single thing about it yet?

Have the fuck.

In fact, the dev behind that dodgy behaviour is already attempting to get the game's

sequel Greenlit.

And that right there is why Steam Greenlight slowly suffocated itself to death.

And why we are all hoping that Steam Direct doesn't turn out to be a Greenlight system

with a little bit of paint slapped on it.

Fingers crossed!

reality of a chronic illness | RSD and Me - Duration: 5:23.

*double agent royalty free music*

Hello!

Okay so, I just wanted to have a quick chit chat kind of thing about how I've been feeling

since I got my diagnosis, and what not.

Not necessarily physically, more like mentally.

I just wanted to touch on the topic of realness- I guess.

In my "You're Not Broken" video that I did, I talked about how I as okay with getting

a diagnosis that didn't have a cure because at that point I just wanted a diagnosis.

And it's really easy to say that kind of thing when you haven't actually heard that it's

gunna be forever.

I will have RSD for the rest of my life.

There re medications that we can try that will- hopefully- get rid of the pain so that

I an do those physical therapies, but there will always be the chance of relapsing if

I do anything on my list of things I'm not allowed to do anymore.

I think it just kind of really hit me when I had a sympathetic nerve block that was supposed

to take away the pain in my left leg, and it went great, it went completely as planned.

There weren't any complications, I'm not allergic to contrast which is good- we didn't know

if I'd be allergic to that or not.

But, I talked with my doctor and it didn't work.

That's something that's really frustrating because it rules out a lot of other different

treatment options.

It just kind of feels like a step back, and during those days I was just kind of lying

in bed realizing how incredibly real this is.

That's something that is just kind of hard to deal with.

I guess.

Being so happy that you get a diagnosis, I was overjoyed and I'm still overjoyed that

I have a diagnosis, but it would have been great to have a diagnosis that had approved

treatment and an easy plan of action.

Rather than having a diagnosis with no approved treatment and a billion different ways, and

how people respond to it is totally up to how their body works.

Its- I don't know it's just kind of upsetting.

Especially hearing my doctor tell me I'm not allowed to ever lift heavy weights again,

I'm not allowed to ever do any high impact kind of excising again which hurts.

If you know me I did competitive crossfit and competitive lifting for a long time and

that was a big part of who I was for a good while.

Even when I do gain muscle back, when we find a treatment that work, I will never be allowed

to do those again for the risk of it sending me into a relapse that we have to then find

a new treatment for.

I don't know that's not something in the brochure of having a chronic illness.

Again it's not something people talk about because people don't often talk about chronic

illnesses- especially rare ones.

It's hard right now, as I just continue to go down hill.

Like today is a pretty good day pain wise, but I still have all these symptoms because

RSD affects a lot of the body, and being in pain will do that.

Like I've cut a lot of this out already I'm sure because I stop every 20 seconds because

I forget what I'm saying.

I have awful short-term memory now.

This is going to be something that I'm going to have to manage and constantly thing about

for the rest of my life.

It's really hard to, I guess, grasp.

BUT I'm gunna keep fighting.

I have an appointment with my doctor later in April, kind of early April, and we're going

to talk about more treatment options because it's good that we haven't ruled all of them out.

There are still several more that we have yet to try, and I'm willing to try, and I'm

exciting to try.

So, we have that.

I just wanted to share what I'm going through because in my diagnosis video I'm happy and

I'm great, and I'm still happy that I have a diagnosis, but I'm just realizing the reality

of it.

You know it's hard but I know that there's a bigger plan then the one I have, and that

everything will be okay eventually.

Just right now we just gotta keep looking and keep going into the reality of having

a chronic illness.

So, with that being said- rejoice in the day and be glad in it.

I will see you later.

Bye!

How to Answer: Tell Me About Yourself. - Duration: 8:06.

This lesson covers the dreaded "tell me about yourself"

question.

You hate this question, all of my clients hate this question,

but it's a question that starts off 99% of job interviews.

I highly recommend spending some time on this question

because it's going can make a world of difference

to your interview performance and your results.

Let's get started.

Why does every interviewer ask this question?

Along with variations like walk me through your background,

tell me more about you, it sounds like a harmless way

to start a job interview.

It's very open-ended, not particularly difficult,

everybody should know a little something about themselves

that they can talk about, right?

From the interviewer's perspective,

it's an easy way to get the conversation going.

They just want to get you talking and dive

into the relevant information.

For the candidate, the dread comes from the fact

that question is so open-ended.

You could answer in so many different ways,

and people aren't quite sure what the best way is.

What does this person want to know about me?

They stumble, they falter, they talk too much

about ancient history, and that's a terrible way

to start an interview-- by fumbling around and sounding

confused, or worse, boring your interviewer.

Instead, I want you to embrace this question,

because answering this question well

is one of the most affective things you

can do in the entire interview.

It allows you to set the tone.

It gives you some power and autonomy in this interview

situation, where you may otherwise

feel nervous and at the mercy of your interviewer.

By starting strong, you make a great first impression

and shape the dialogue that comes next.

Take the time to prepare how you want to tell your story

and ensure you make a first impression that

leads to a job offer.

Here's how you should craft your "tell me about yourself"

response.

Think about it as an elevator pitch-- a focused overview

that's concise enough to deliver during an elevator ride.

Your elevator pitch as a job candidate

should include your top selling points for the position.

Your top selling points are going

to be a little bit different from job to job.

You want to give a little bit of your personality

and your interest in the opportunity

along with your selling points.

You want to sound natural and spontaneous while also

covering the points that you want to communicate to make

the best possible impression.

I'm going to teach you to outline a standard answer that

can also be customized for different opportunities.

I recommend a bullet point approach, not

a scripted approach.

Scripted answers tend to sound stiff and artificial.

Interviewers don't feel like they're

getting to know the real you.

Instead, I suggest that you outline the bullet points

that you want to cover and leave room for spontaneity

in terms of exactly how you deliver the points each time.

Then with a little practice, you'll

find that your answers will naturally

evolve as you get comfortable with what you want to say.

Once you know your key speaking points,

you'll have room to be flexible and deliver differently

in every single interview.

It's not unlike how a celebrity prepares with a publicist

before hitting the talk show circuit.

They want to sound genuine and likable,

so they don't script their remarks,

but they do have an idea of the topics they

want to cover-- promoting the new movie,

telling a funny story about their coworker,

you know how it goes.

So let's get started with outlining your elevator pitch.

We've got a great three-step formula for you.

Step one-- who you are.

The first key component is a confident, compelling statement

of who you are professionally.

The most common mistake I see is a candidate

starting this answer by going back

to the beginning of the resume and walking

through their experience chronologically

and often in way too much detail.

This approach is weak because it leads

with out-of-date and irrelevant information instead

of leading with what's most impressive about you right now.

For most candidates, this includes

a reference to their current position,

as well as an overview of the breadth and depth

of their related experience.

Let's take a look at a couple of examples

to give you a sense of what I'm talking about here.

So here's our first candidate.

Who are you? "Well, I'm a recent Columbia MBA

graduate with a strong background

in the pharmaceutical industry."

This puts the emphasis on that shiny new MBA

and the candidate's industry experience.

Here's another approach from a different candidate.

"I'm an experienced HR executive who

has managed all aspects of the HR function

from recruiting to training to benefits."

This is a nice big picture, high-level introduction

for someone who has a diverse skill set within the HR

function.

It concisely summarizes a diverse background.

Now let's look at a not-so-good example.

"Well, I grew up in Cincinnati.

As a child, I originally wanted to be a fireman,

then later became quite interested in dinosaurs.

I excelled in the sciences from early on,

placing first in my fourth grade science fair.

You know, funny story about that--"

OK, way TMI.

Sadly, the interviewer does not really care.

And I realize this is an exaggerated example,

but, trust me, I have heard a lot of people go the TMI route.

The idea here is to start strong and grab their attention

before getting into the details.

Tell them how you want them to see you.

Step two-- why you're qualified.

Step two is kind of like the meat

in the sandwich of your "tell me about yourself" answer.

The idea here is to plan in advance which details to share

that are most likely to knock the socks off

of this interviewer.

Remember, your interviewer doesn't

have endless amounts of time.

Focus on two to four, maybe five,

points that you'd like to make.

The goal is to keep it under two minutes

total, so think about it.

What are those two to four points?

There will be more time for detail

later, so focus on the biggest selling points-- the stuff

that you think-- if you were the interviewer-- would

make you perk up your ears and say, ah, this is interesting.

This could be a classic reverse chronological

overview of your last few positions

or it could be a list of key accomplishments tailored

to the job requirements.

So let's look at an example here of how

you might present that middle piece of the answer.

"I spent the last six years developing my skills

as a customer service manager for Megacompany, Inc,

where I won several performance awards

and I've been promoted twice.

I love managing teams and solving customer problems."

This is a very concise example, and yours can certainly

have a bit more detail.

Just keep in mind that the overall answer should

be no longer than two minutes.

What's good about this answer?

Well, the emphasis is on relevant experience, and not

just that, but proof of performance.

It's not a summary of job duties.

A lot of people make that mistake-- both on the resume

and in the interview.

When asked about what you did somewhere,

you're not just going to rattle off

the duties that any human would have done in the position.

You're going to focus on what you

did that was above and beyond-- accomplishments, competencies,

all of it tailored to what's relevant for the job

description.

Step three-- why you're here.

This is your chance to express enthusiasm

for the position in one, maybe two, sentences.

Keep it short and sweet here.

Here's an example of one way to do

this. "Although I love my current role,

I feel I'm now ready for a more challenging assignment,

and this position really excites me."

This is very general.

You could use it for a lot of different positions.

If you can make it a bit more specific for the job,

even better, but something along these lines will work well.

You'll have time to get into more detail

later-- to show that you researched

the company, to show why you're a great fit for the role.

The goal in this moment is to wrap up

your pitch in a concise, confident way

and show your enthusiasm.

Once you've got bullet points for each of the three steps,

it's time to put them all together

into a polished, powerful elevator pitch.

The key is to practice a bit and find your rhythm,

find your flow.

You can practice a time or two with your notes handy.

Then once you've internalized the general outline,

it's going to feel more natural, and your personality

is going to come through.

To give you an idea of how it can all come together,

I want to share an example answer.

Here's a candidate with their version of the answer

to "tell me about yourself."

"I have more than five years experience

as a technical project manager at top Wall Street companies.

Most recently, I helped develop an award-winning new trading

platform.

I'm a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment,

so right now, I'm looking for an opportunity

to apply my technology expertise,

along with my creative problem-solving skills,

at an innovative software company."

Your version will be even stronger, but more detailed,

tailored for the particular type of opportunity.

Now that you know what you need to do to ace this answer,

it's time to outline your own bullet

points for each of the three parts and start practicing.

Big Interview has more sample answers

and a fantastic practice tool to help

you make the best possible first impression with

"tell me about yourself."

to kind of like take a bath and burn all

my bath and bodyworks candles as I'm

like reading a book on my iPad like I

even have like this special thing that I

bought that I can like plop up the ipad

on so that I can read so yeah that's

like my friends thing to do i'd like to

read I enjoy like going out and hanging

out

friends I'm pretty normal what's my

favorite beverage my favorite beverage

is sparkling water particularly Perrier

I'll of Perrier orange parade line the

regular sparkling water like I just love

love love love love sparkling water

that's like name what is your favorite

kind of music oh my god so my favorite

kind of music is um everything like I

listen to hip-hop like Drake let me tell

you drape if he ever needed a visa for a

green card I've got you know I'm in love

with Drake like totally in love with him

but I do listen to a lot of soak up I do

listen to you know reggae dancehall I

love so good now I just want to find

yourself in all that yeah do I have any

kids no I do not have any children

however I have a plethora of God kids

okay I have a long list of God kids I

have nieces and nephews I love kids so

if my friend has a kid nine times out of

ten I'm like Miss amarante n to that kid

and they always want to come and chill

with me because I just I love kids i

just don't have any so i won't be a baby

what made you take youtube seriously i

decided to take you too seriously

because around me i always wanted to do

youtube i'm talking about like back in

2007-2008 when i was still like in high

school / leaving high school because

i've always been one one of those people

that's like has all this information and

loves to learn any and all that stuff

and I just thought that I couldn't

really try a channel and it sucks that I

waited so long to try it but it's one of

those things that I decided hey I want

to give it a shot see if I can actually

do it and if it doesn't work out as does

is work out but at least I know it's a

back off my to-do list and it happens

that it's kind of working out so yeah to

your friends and family know about your

channel yes they do and my friends and

family are my biggest supporters let me

tell you I don't even post my youtube

videos on like my personal facebook or

anything like that I'll say hey I have

5k subscribers or something and they'll

go look for it subscribe watch my videos

comment like all of that stuff and I

have to say that I don't like some

really really really really really dope

and cool people and hopefully I can get

some of them on camera but they do know

that I do you too and they support me

and no I do not think that my

relationships with my friends will

change as I get bigger because i'll i'll

tell you i've had the same friends for a

very very very like even picture here in

the background with my friend who is

unfortunately no longer with us we've

been friends since age 11 so those are

the kind of friends that have and i'm

fortunate enough to have people that

have been in my life and seeing me

through my many different stages of life

so I don't have to worry about my

relationship changing as I get bigger if

I ever need help which I pretty sure

maybe I'll need help in the future there

will be the people that I asked because

um I know that they still hold me down

okay how much do I like being a youtuber

um when I first started I'm not gonna

lie to you um it was just it was it's

really fun it's still fun for me um but

I was in like lala land and i say that

because i didn't get negative comments

the i barely got any comments and stuff

like that and don't get me wrong i love

interacting with people and i try and

respond to

at least ninety percent of my comments

as I've gotten bigger and I've gotten

more comments and more people to

interact with I've had a few mean things

sent to me and kind of woke me up a

little bit and and it's slowly changing

my perspective of YouTube but I'm from

New York I'm from Brooklyn if you throw

me some shade out though use from shade

back and I have tastefully binstock up a

crocheted I have been clapping back I'm

not gonna lie to you and the fact that I

even have to clap back a little

sometimes gets gets me a little down but

I still still like being a youtuber I

don't even consider myself a youtuber

I'm just a girl that gets on camera and

reports name one youtuber you dream of

collabing with oh my god so my favorite

youtuber is and that i would love to

collab with one day are you ready are

you ready you love banks I feel like cuz

she's a short girl and I'm a short girl

ever like I know she's older than me

we're around the same age and I think

that she's one youtuber that has

remained herself throughout her youtube

career so yeah what celebrity would you

have as a guest on your channel then

y'all miss the part about me obsessing

over drink because if you did meet your

place back I love oh my god like the

last question is what do you plan to do

with your channel move forward so moving

forward I have no idea um I'm trying to

remain true to myself in terms of you

know interacting with everyone put that

random content but Chicago I'm trying

not to be so random anymore I still want

to give advice about growing and I want

to be transparent like if the day comes

that I get a check for eight thousand

dollars in you two

oh you best believe you guys will be the

first one to know I wouldn't even get

the money I just see it in the creator

studio and Sam get on camera to tell you

like I want to keep that kind of energy

on my channel like I'm getting emails

and inquiries now about product reviews

and things like that and I do not want

to get in the business of making you

guys feel like I am trying to sell you

things cuz I don't like feeling that way

i do not want to be a hypocrite so it's

something that I'm kind of like trying

to find balance like for example someone

asked me a subscriber asked me you know

to do a fashion overhaul if I do

affection overhaul you know it would

make sense for me to go the correct

route which would be to accept one of

the freaking sponsorships that they

offer but then I don't want it to be

like okay I got all this stuff and I'm

making it seem like they're the greatest

company on earth but let's say like I

but I've had I have shopped there so

it's just like kind of finding the

balance so that's what I'm still doing

with this whole YouTube thing just

trying to find the balance um yeah the

last thing I want to mention in this

whole get to know me tag Q&A whatever

you want to call it is on april twenty

second some friends of mine they are

having a pop-up shop in Brooklyn so if

you're in New York or Brooklyn or close

to here and you want to come you know

hang out say hi I will be here all day

um I'm not calling this a meet and greet

we're going there go keep it on the

humble and I'm just letting you know

that i'll be here you can text check out

some dope items i have borne some of

their pieces in some of my videos so

yeah you can come hang out with me you

know if you didn't get to send me a

birthday card on the 18th of april which

i mentioned with my birthday earlier in

this video on april twenty second

covering again with you I take a picture

and try and all that good stuff you

could even come and block it you know

whatever you want to do so that

concludes me being extremely awkward on

camera because I had to answer questions

about myself I'll definitely see you

guys in another video and

Witt Lowry - Let Me Know feat. Tori Solkowski - Duration: 4:24.

[Intro: Tori Solkowski]

Quite surprised Just one look into your eyes

You change my mind Then again, I don't mind

I seem to find... all the answers to the questions I don't like

But you make them all alright

[Verse 1: Witt Lowry] I often wonder what really it is that you

offer me At least I feel your touch even if it's just

when you walk on me Your mind is always elsewhere

It's there, it's on, then it's off of me I want to feel your depth, but your heart

is deaf when you talk to me I guess that's what we were taught

We open up depending on how many drinks we have bought

He wants your head and it's ironic, doesn't care 'bout your thoughts

You're one more drink away from drowning, feeling empty and lost

But me, I'm no better She wants to fuck around and I let her

A culture now of "We're together", but was never together?

I know you're looking for one night and I've been stuck on forevers

I think it's sad that I'm naive to think that we could do better, but fuck it

I should've known from the start And even after all this time, I still don't

know who you are There's more to life than likes and hopping

bars and getting high inside your car You're feeling distant, feeling far, your

wall is up, I know it's hard And so

[Hook: Tori Solkowski] Tell me something only you know

Give me reason not to go You have my heart

If I have yours, then let me know And tell me something only you know

You have feelings you don't show So how am I supposed to know

If you love me, let me know Let me know

Let me know

[Verse 2: Witt Lowry] I often wonder what really it is that I offer you

At least you feel my touch even if it's just

when I walk on you My mind is always elsewhere

It's there, it's on, then it's off of you You want to feel my depth, but my heart is

deaf when I talk to you A viscous game that we play

See, nowadays, they say love and hate are one in the same

You let me beat around the bush until you're sick of my games?

It's never fair because you cared and I just transfer the blame

I transfer my pain, a shame to know that you could do better

How selfish, is it my concern as if I'm making you wetter

How selfish, is it you just want me 'cause I make you feel better

And we just chop it up to being drunk, that's wine on your sweater

Alone but together, we always make it less than it seems

It's funny how if you have feelings, you're weak

So we say less than we mean You hate waiting, we're not dating and not

vocal We're game-playing, I hate saying, but still

hopeful I'm conflicted, I'm lost in a lot of women

I know our situation's been sticky since the beginning

She left me out in limbo, you deal with my indecision

Don't know if you'll ever love me or love the talent I'm given, but fuck it

I should've known from the start How can I feel so fucking lonely with your

hands on my heart?

Your hands on my chest You whisper, "What do you want to do next?"

Our generation's taken love out of sex And so the question is left

[Hook: Tori Solkowski] Tell me something only you know

Give me reason not to go You have my heart

If I have yours, then let me know And tell me something only you know

You have feelings you don't show So how am I supposed to know

If you love me, let me know Let me know

Let me know Let me know

Let me know Let me know

I don't like anyone better than you It's true

I'd crawl a mile in a desolate place With the snakes

Just for you

Oh I'm an animal Hand me a tramadol

Gimme the juice You are my citadel

You are my wishing well My baby blue

I used to like liquor to get me inspired But you look so beautiful, my new supplier

I used to like smoking and stop all the thinking But I found a different buzz

The world is a curse It'll kill if you let it

I know they got pills That can help you forget it

They bottle it, call it medicine But I don't need drugs

Cause I'm already high enough You got me, you got me good

I'm already high enough I only, I only, I only got eyes for you

Do you see anyone other than me?

Baby please I'll take a hit of whatever you got

Maybe two, maybe three Oh you're phenomenal

Feel like a domino, fall to my knees I am a malady, you are my galaxy, my sweet

relief

I used to like liquor to get me inspired But you look so beautiful, my new supplier

I used to like smoking and stop all the thinking But I found a different buzz

The world is a curse, it'll kill if you let it

I know they got pills, that can help you forget it

They bottle it, call it medicine, but I don't need drugs

Cause I'm already high enough You got me, you got me good

I'm already high enough I only, I only, I only got eyes for you

Don't try to give me cold water I don't wanna sober up

All I see are tomorrows Oh, the stars were made for us

I'm already high enough You got me, you got me good

I'm already high enough I only, I only, I only got eyes for you

DESTINY 2 REVEAL TRAILER (THOUGHTS) - Duration: 5:25.

times may be dark but we are Earth's

greatest hope look around a gathering of

noble guardians mew and oh okay good

luck you're a bunch of dirty misfits but

you're all this letter you'll have to do

our home was attacked I was big for

forget the endless honestly it kept

covered do I get fired not gonna lie I

was magnificent despite the sacrifice of

many brave dog we lost everything

the power the city our home so

everything is gone your stuff I stopped

most importantly my stuff today we know

our enemy his name is scary or Gil Glenn

is it I don't know something with a G go

I know you look to me in times of peril

but this is not my battle alone which

means if I don't see you out there I'll

kill you myself it is time to avenge

this injustice but that is the duty of

all Guardians worst case scenario you

die but who knows maybe you won't know I

ask you who will stand kiss me oh really

guys that that was inspiring also there

will be a ton of whoo Yeah right

Yo what is going on guys it is your boy Yogge here

and today what you guys just

watched was a trailer of the new destiny

to game coming out soon so I believe

it's coming out in September September

aight i believe or something like that

is coming out around September and this

is a trailer that they showed off I

believe yesterday or two days ago so

basically I was gonna do this video when

that trailer came out Buffy I don't know

I play destiny when i first started my

channel and i really liked it honestly I

got stupidly addicted to it so this is a

call of duty channel and I'm just gonna

guess that most of you play call duty so

if you don't know what destiny is I'm

not gonna go really deep into it

basically it's like a basically like a

first person shooter mix with like an

RPG type of game I really know what type

of a game it is but it's those type of

games where you really really grind for

loot gear and armor anyways it's

basically a first-person shooter you

know the normal genre of it because it's

made by the two who made halo so

obviously the combat and you know the

shooting is really really fun a new game

I don't know why but like i said it's

most likely because of the loot i got

really really stupid addicted to it i

think this is before even i started

uploading videos on my channel but i

don't remember maybe it was but if it

was probably why didn't grow so fast cuz

i probably stopped uploading but yeah i

got really really addicted to this kind

of get one exotic element peace if you

guys don't know exotic is a level of

rarity and it's the highs already in the

game of follow the best helmet from my

class in the game and i'm just going to

talk about the question real quick again

i don't want to go really invest but

there's something that you need to know

so there are three classes in this game

there's a Titan there's a hunter and

there's a warlock so the titan basically

dislike big brute guy he uses one of one

of his abilities is like he smashes down

with with his head and electricity goes

everywhere cakes like a big ball of

electricity basically kind of like

gravity spikes from black ops 3 again

black ops oh you did copy lobsters from

destiny but exam about the golden gun on

the hunter that's basically the

Annihilator and then on destiny we have

the warlock who chooses who basically he

shoots like a little like a little beam

of energy like shoots it down kind of

like a Kamehameha or some shit like that

and those are three classes those are

the basic moves they have other ones

that they can do as well but those are

the basic ones so yeah that's the

trailers you guys just washed and

basically the reason why I'm making this

video

general is because i might play this

blast destiny obviously i didn't know

what type of the game it is i was trying

to know I got addicted to but when I

stood back and took a look at it I

realized that this game is missing a lot

of things and that's what made me really

think like you know what it's not even

worth it yeah I'm gonna get the gear but

the game is gonna end soon and then you

have to pay for every plc literally you

have to pay for the dlc if you don't you

can't play anything anymore that's the

main reason why I stopped playing there

but also because there is no soy twit

it's basically like an unfinished game

like infinite warfare well at least la

definitely spinach but I just have less

content infinite warfare and lettuce

time to talk about that but yeah guys

tell me in the comments down below if

you play destiny or tell me this looks

cool to you would you guys buy what do

you guys think about it leave a like for

all the games coming out this year man

this year is a good year for gaming

there's a new call good coming out which

he's gonna be hype destiny Tunes coming

out and there's so much more I even

forgot to name but there's a lot of good

games coming out this year so I guys

leave a like for that also um would you

guys like to see destiny gameplay on the

channel I don't know if this destiny

game is good and it's finished and asked

content to it i might play it but tell

me what you guys think about in the

comments down below if you have play

destiny then tell me because i would

really like to know how much of my

audience do play it i know a lot of call

duty players played as well because it's

kind of like an alternative just like

whole duty and halo but now it's called

doing that's me because the playstation

4 and xbox one has this and we've guys i

hope you guys jennifer if you guys in

michelle's leave like a pivotal image

alt and uh yeah i'll see you guys I'm

the next one

Squash and Stretch - Duration: 1:22.

Hello internet and this is a tutorial on squash and stretch! So, let's get started.

So, I start with a sketch of the character. This is a base pose, with no squash and stretch applied.

I actually spent too much time designing the character, but hey ho, what can you do?

I next draw the extremes. The keyframe where the face looks most surprised is taller, but less wide than the main base frame.

That's most important part; make sure the volume of the object is the same throughout.

The next keyframe was squashed and angry. So, I started to draw that.

For this, I cheated and used the selection tool to squash, and or stretch the expression.

I start inbetweening the frames, to make the transition between each different expressions is smooth.

A thing I had trouble with on this is the timing, where I messed with it for a good 10 minutes trying to figure it out.

I ended up with the face going down in anticipation, jolting up to an extreme, and then returning to a less stretched frame.

For the angry expression, it was a simple ease out on the squash.

Thanks for watching! All comments and ratings are appreciated. Hope you tune in next week, all of that lovely online video gumpf... GOODBYE!
